DCF Kidnaps five Children from Parents for Refusing to Vaccinate 9-Month-Old Baby

Five children, five ages ten, nine, five, four and a
nine month old little baby boy were seized, taken away,
essentially kidnapped, a state sanctioned kidnapping by the Department of

Children and Families from Issail Rivera who goes by Izzy
Rivera and Ruth E. Carcione. Hope I'm pronouncing her last
name correctly. Both of them are the loving parents of
these five children, and by all accounts, everybody who knows them,

their family friends say they are wonderful people, salt of
the earth, loved their five children who they homeschool, and
when they took their nine month old baby, and even
the pediatrician had to admit, the baby is well fed,
well cared for, a happy, loving baby. It's a beautiful

little baby. Nothing wrong with the baby. So why did
DCF intervene? Because this comeback? Pediatrician told both Ruth and
Izzy Ruth and Carcione and Izzy Rivera that if they
don't vaccinate their nine month old little baby boy, he

will then go to DCF. File was called a fifty
one A, which mandates that DCF step in sees custody
of the child on the claims that the child is
being abused, neglected, and mistreated. I'm not kidding. He centrally
threatened them vaccinate your baby or lose your baby. They

decided to say thanks, but no thanks, and they left
looking for another pediatrician. Well, what did this pediatrician do?
Actually filed the fifty one A and he got DCF involved.
DCF knocked on their home and then said if they
don't hand the children over, they're gonna have to go

to court and they will then be arrested for kidnapping
their children. They've then left and went to Texas. Both
parents took five of their kids, their five children and
went to Texas. DCF found out, and then they went
to Child Protective Services in Texas and said arrest them

and hand them over, And so twenty police officers literally
kicked in the door at a raid arrested Izzy and
Ruth in front of their crying, traumatized children. The children
were seized from the parents. The parents sat in a
jail cell for thirty days, an entire month, never seeing

(02:54):
their children, never seeing their little baby boy, and then
the children were sent back to mass The parents have
been arraigned in a Massachusetts court in Fitchburg. And now
they are facing I swear to you five counts, one
for each child of what they're calling familial kidnapping, taking

a family member a minor across state lines. Every count
is up to one year in prison. So Izzy and
Ruth can now go up to face each face up
to five years in jail and tens of thousands of
dollars in fines for what for not wanting to vaccinate

their own nine year old child, which on religious grounds,
citing religious exemptions, which is enshrined in the Massachusetts constitution,
which is literally their legal and constitutional rights. And now
they're going to lose custody of all five of their kids.
Four of them have been placed with the grandparents. The

little baby boy has been placed with the sister of Ruth.
And should they go to jail, they will permanently lose custody.
My friends, this is communism, This is totalitarianism. And what
the Department of Children and Families and what the Massachusetts

government is now saying is that the children no longer
belong to their parents, that they belong to the government,
that the state owns these children, not the parents. This
is a fundamental assault on parental rights. It is a
fundamental assault on medical freedom, It is a fundamental assault

on the family. And this is why I'm going to
be holding, god willing a major rally to free the
riveras get them, get these charges dropped, get this case
dropped completely, and reunite them with their five children. That
children want their mommy and daddy, their good, decent parents.

They have every single right not to vaccinate their child
if they don't want to. They homeschool their children. What's
the problem. The very same liberals who want to mutilate
the private parts, genital mutilation of eight, nine, ten, eleven,
twelve year old kids if a boy says he's a

girl or a girl says she's a boy. The very
same ones that want to engage in diabolical surgery and
gender replacement therapy and hormones which causes sterilization and god
knows other irreplaceable damage to the body, are now claiming

if you don't want to vaccinate a nine month old baby,
you're engaged in child abuse and child neglect. It's not
just hypocritical, it's disgusting and it has to end. This
could be your children, this could be you it's time
to tell these communist thugs in Massachusetts, this is America, baby,

of the parents trump that of the state. The medical
freedom of the parents to choose what is best for
their children is their choice, not the state's choice, not
the pediatrician's choice, not the government's choice. In America, we

protect family autonomy, parental authority, and parental rights. Anything less
is totalitarianism. And today it's Massachusetts. Tomorrow it will be
