Dem Judge Calls for ICE Agents to be Arrested

It is one of the most extreme, preposterous, inflammatory, outrageous
rulings the history of American jurisprudence. A Biden appointed judge,
a federal district judge, Jeffrey Cummings, has now ruled that

regarding Cook County, Illinois, which includes Chicago, that ICE agents
should they enter any courthouse and arrest the illegal aliens
without a warrant, must and should be arrested by local
law enforcement, not the illegals. No, no, no, no, the ICE agents.

And if you know anything about Border patrol, customs and
Border Protection ICE, they routinely conduct raids. And this has
gone on for fifty sixty years. It happened under the
Obama administration, under the Bush administration, under the Clinton administration,
the Reagan administration. I could go on and on where

if they come in with the warrant to arrest, say
a specific member of MS thirteen or Trend of Aragua,
or any one of these dangerous gangs, and they find
other members of MS thirteen or TREND of Aragua, illegal
aliens who happen to be there as well. They're called collateral,

they will make the arrests of these very same collateral
illegal aliens it's legal, it's what's in federal law. It's
passed by Congress. It is standard operating procedure, and has
been for decades and decades and decades under both Republicans

and Democrats. Not anymore, according to this out of control,
far left judge. Should they enter a courthouse and I see, say,
a leader of MS thirteen, they get a warrant for him,
but then see his other friends? Are there illegal aliens
who are also gangbangers? And if they start arresting them,

the local Chicago police will be called by this judge
or the local sheriff's office will be called by this
judge and ordered to arrest ICE agents. It is dangerous.
As I said on the show today, it is clearly
now designed to foment violence, social chaos, and god forbid,

even a civil war. What happens if local police do
arrest ice these ICE agents and the ICE agents refuse
to be arrested. Are they going to have a shootout?
Are we going to see FBI agents now come in
and defend ICE agents as more local law enforcement defend
local law enforcement, and then we have a Mexican style standoff.

For god forbid, we have people starting to police officers
starting to shoot at one another, or there's some kind
of a massacre that takes place. This is beyond inflammatory,
beyond reckless, and irresponsible. It has no basis in law,
the entire ruling, It has no basis in the constitution,

It has no basis in judicial precedent whatsoever. And even more,
it is now creating the precedent or at least trying
to to make safe ice sorry courthouses, sanctuaries and safe
harbors from ICE. In other words, they want to turn

us back to medieval times when medieval kingdoms could provide
castles or certain homes of aristocrats as sanctuaries from the law.
This is going to create anarchy, It is going to
embolden violence against ICE, and it will literally lead to
the breakdown of federal enforcement and federal immigration law enforcement.

Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act. Pritzker now is
using this fig leaf to say ICE agents should be arrested.
Nancy Pelosi says, now with this ruling, ICE agents should
be arrested. They are now deliberately using this case this
judge not just for a legal insurrection, but for an

all out political insurrection, and their goal is to intimidate
ICE to prevent them from enforcing federal law and to
carry out Trump's democratically elected mandate to secure the border
and commit mass deportations of millions and millions of criminal
illegal aliens. Invoke the Insurrection Act, Call in the National Guard,

in the troops. Have this judge arrested, and tell any
local officer that if they put their finger, their hands,
if they touch the hair on the head of a
single ICE agent, they will be arrested by the FBI
or by the National Guard, and that they will go

to prison and lose their jobs, their pensions, their salaries,
all of it. It is now time for Trump to
crack down on these insurrectionist mayors, governors, and judges. If not,
this will spread like a cancer and eventually ICE agents

are going to get killed. It's no longer a question
of if, It's a question of when, mister President, invoke
the Insurrection Act. Now we are faith seeing an insurrection
from the Democrats, from Blue City mayors and governors, from Antifa,

and now from Judge Jeffrey Cummings himself. Enough is enough.
