Texas is now ground zero in the mother of all

redistricting battles. So the Republicans now that control the state legislature,
along with Republican Governor Greg Abbott, now say, and they're right.
If Illinois can jerrymander, if California can jerrymander, if New York,
New Jersey, Washington State, and yes, even our own Massachusetts,

(00:27):
if they can all jerrymander congressional districts to give those
blue states an extra twenty five to thirty seats in
Congress at the expense of Republicans, why can't red state
Texas jerrymander a little bit themselves, redraw the House congressional

(00:49):
map so they can squeeze out an extra four or
five seats for the Republicans at the cost of Democrats.
In other words, jerry mandir jerryman for thee, but not
for me. Well, the Democrats now are in a full
blown panic. They can do it, but the Republicans can't.

And so Texas state lawmakers, Democrats, led by the Democrat
House Minority Leader Jene Wu have now, I kid you,
not fled the state of Texas. Some are in Illinois.
In fact, most all are in Illinois, but they're in Massachusetts,

they're in California. They are literally now on the run.
They refuse to attend the state legislature, thereby preventing a quorum,
thereby for now anyway blocking the vote on redistricting. What
they are doing is not just crass, vulgar, unprofessional, and amateurish,

it is literally illegal. They are it's dereliction of duty.
They are abandoning their jobs and their positions. They are
not giving their constituents adequate representation, which is what they
were voted to do. And by having a private pack
pay for their private planes to fly out of Texas,

(02:16):
pay for their hotels and meals, and yes, it's a
fine five hundred dollars per member per day being picked
up by private donors, it is actually a form of
second degree felony bribery. Governor Greg Abbott has now given
all of these rogue rebels, these rogue Democrat lawmakers, until

high noon Friday to come back to Texas. If not,
he will go straight to the Supreme Court, the state
Supreme Court, to demand that all of their seats be vacated,
that he then filled them with his appointments, and that yes,
those lawmakers be a arrested, charged and sent to prison.

The Democrats are playing with fire. This is a clear insurrection,
and the American people are asking themselves of all the
states for them to take refuge in. They take refuge
in the most jerry mandered state in the country, corrupt Illinois,

because they're opposing redistricting and jerrymandering in Texas. Right. The
hypocrisy is so thick you can choke on it. What
the Democrats can't handle is that under Trump and now
under the Texas Republicans, the days of Republicans playing badminton

(03:47):
while the Democrats play smash mount football is over. The
Republicans now are a party that fights. Under Trump, they
will now match the Democrats. That's blow for blow, and
the Democrats, like a big bully, can dish it out,

but they can't take it. What you're now watching is
not just a bully being punched in the face and
then see that bully run home and cry. You are
literally watching the end of the Democratic Party. They are
going to the radical left. They're embracing socialist candidate after

socialist candidate, and now in the face of real opposition
and fight back, they are now whining, crying, and imploding.
This is not just the end of the Democratic Party
in Texas. This is the beginning of the end for
the Democrats across the entire country. The Republicans now under

Trump are staring at majority rule for a generation, and
if the Democrats continue on their suicide March, they will
end up like the Republicans under Franklin D. Roosevelt. They
will be in the political wilderness for decades to come,

and they will have no one to blame but themselves.
