The short answer is no. But that's what the deranged
anti Trump media and Democrats are now saying that Trump
is the Jack Sparrow pirate in the franchise Pirates of
the Caribbean, or a modern day Blackbeard. And why are

they accusing the presidency of piracy on the high seas?
Because he ordered the US Safety a US Coastguard backed
by the US Navy and the Department of Homeland Security
to seize a Venezuelan oil tanker off the coastline of Venezuela.

And the operation was a beauty to behold. The Coastguard
surgical precision boarded the tanker and effectively seized it. So
why why did Trump make this decision? Is it because
he's like Jack Sparrow, a swash by buccaneer, a pirate

who just wants to seize ships and steal their loot?
Of course not. This ship, known as the Skipper, is
an illegal elicit ship that has been sanctioned for many years,
used by the Venezuelan regime to ship illegal sanctioned oil

to Iran, to has Blah, and primarily to China, including
energy buyers in Asia who buy the oil. Obviously, on
the Black market and thence by low and then sell high.
In other words, it's an illicit ship shipping illicit oil

in violation not just of American sanctions, but sanctions from
most countries in the world. And a federal judge issued
a seizure warrant two weeks ago, so it has full
legal foundation and basis for the government to board and
seize the ship. My friends, what is clearly happening is

President Trump is doing two things. One, he is maximizing
pressure on the corrupt, authoritarian socialist regime of Nicholas Maduro
by now maximizing even economic pressure. He's now cleared airspace,
threatening to launch airstrikes. He now has fifteen thousand troops

amassing near Venezuela. Eleven warships are now policing the waters
right across Venezuela. They are on the brink of an invasion.
And now by seizing Venezuela's illegal oil shipments, he is
starting to choke the Venezuelan economy, hoping to squeeze Maduro

so hard he will volunteer leave office. Remember, two elections
of his have been deemed illegitimate and illegal. He stole
both elections. He is widely reviled, he is illegitimate. The
opposition wants him out, the Venezuelan people want him out.

And Trump now is going to maximize economic pressure to
economically starve this regime and force Maduro down. And the
second point who backs Maduro Beyond Putin and Iran, the
biggest backer is communist China. If Maduro falls, and if

he's no longer to send or allowed to ship ilicit
oil to China, it is a signal to Beijing. The
Western Hemisphere belongs to America again. We are the dominant power,
as we said in the Monroe Doctrine, and we will

not tolerate other great powers using the Western Hemisphere our backyard,
as a sphere of influence for them. Trump is about
to topple the Maduro, hopefully without firing a shot, and
he's now telling Beijing get out of the Western Hemisphere

and Latin America. This is America's backyard, this is America's lake,
and not you or the Russians have a right to
operate in our sphere of interest. My friends, President Trump
is a modern day Theodore Roosevelt. He's no pirate. He

is an American nationalist who is now finally reasserting America's
national security and America's primacy in our own hemisphere. Trump
is right, sees tanker after tanker after tanker, and after

a while, Maduro will have no choice but to beg
for an exit and finally depart from power. Trump is
kicking ass, and that's exactly what we voted for.
