Speaker 1 (00:00):
Happy birthday, my beautiful baby Ava. Sadly, you're no longer
a baby. You're now a full blown teenager. Ava Veronica
Kooner turns thirteen today, September tenth, twenty and twenty five,
and I just can't believe. Literally, I'm looking at pictures

(00:21):
of her when she was three four years old, with
those beautiful cheeks of hers, beautiful green, bluish eyes, in
a beautiful dress, playing with their toys, playing with me,
playing with Daddy and obviously with Mommy, with Grace, and
I just don't know where the ten years went. They
just gone by so fast. And I know people always

(00:45):
say this, enjoy your children while you can, because they
grow up so quickly, and it's true. It really is true.
Before you know it, snap your fingers. And now she's
a teenager. Ashen is already fifteen, he's already talking about
maybe wanting to drive when he turned sixteen. And now
my little baby girl is growing up. She's now a teenager.

(01:08):
She's in middle school. And so to everybody listening, I
know it's a cliche, but it's true. Enjoy your children
when they're young, because they do grow up so fast.
And a part of me if you can sense nostalgia
and my voice, this is a new phase in my

(01:29):
daughter's life. She's no longer a child. She's now growing up.
She's now a teenager, and those kitty baby years are
now gone. It's a chapter now, we've turned the page
on and part of me wishes she wouldn't grow up
because she's so cute and so adorable and we had

(01:50):
so many beautiful memories together. But that's life. Time waits
for no man, and time waits for no woman. And
Ava is slow becoming a woman. Five more years she'll
be eighteen. And I told Ava yesterday, and Ava, if
you're listening to this podcast, I'm gonna hold you to it.

(02:11):
No dating boys until you turn eighteen, okay. I want
you to enjoy your teenage years without the drama, the
complications of having a guy, dating the whole drama that
comes with it. Focus on a school, focus on your grades,
your friends, extracurricular activities. And then when you turn eighteen,

(02:35):
you're an adult. If you want to have a boyfriend,
go ahead, but not until eighteen. Sweetheart. I want to
wish you, from the bottom of my heart, a very happy, beautiful,
joyous birthday. You and Ashton are the love of my life. Obviously,
so is Mommy Grace. I live for the three of you,

(02:57):
and my little baby girl is growing up. And I
want you to know that Daddy is extremely proud of
you and that I love you so much. You will
never know how much Daddy loves you. So to Ava
Veronica Cooner, Happy birthday. And yes, Daddy did not forget
his gift for you. You're going to get a beautiful gift

(03:20):
from Mommy and Daddy and of course your favorite chocolate cake.
So please, my baby girl, if you can, don't grow
up so fast. I want to enjoy the next four
or five years together before you become an adult and
go off to college. And so once again, happy birthday

(03:40):
to my Ava. And as the Italians say, may you
have many more to come. Ava Veronica Coooner, I love you.
Happy birthday, sweetheart,
