They're now coming for the guns.New Mexico's radical Democrat Governor Michelle Luhan Grisham,
on Friday, unilaterally, not evengoing through the state legislature, through
an emergency executive decree, has nowbanned all open and concealed carry in Albuquerque,

New Mexico. That's right. Eventhose with legitimate permits now are not
allowed. It is illegal for themto either openly or conceal carry their firearms.
They will be arrested and they willbe fined and sent to jail.
Why because of the killing of aneleven year old child, which she says

now has hit the breaking point,and that now Albuquerque is in the grip
of a crime wave. So sheis now declaring a quote unquote public health
emergency. That's right, crime explodingcrime is a public health emergency allah COVID

and using that as the legal fictionor justification, she now says the Second
Amendment we will suspend for thirty daysand either amend, renew, or adjust.
In other words, I am queen, I am dictator, I am

a tyrant. I can do whateverI want. The Second Amendment does not
apply. This is blatantly illegal,it is unconstitutional, and she should be
impeached immediately. As I argued duringCOVID, there are no pandemic exceptions to
the Constitution, and now they're tryingto create state public health exceptions to the

Constitution. Think about it. Theycan declare anything racism a public health emergency,
climate change a public health emergency,white supremacy quote unquote, a public
health emergency supporting Donald Trump, apublic health emergency. Suspend the First Amendment,

the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Tenth Amendment. The Bill
of Rights are sacro sanct the rightsembodied in the Constitution, and especially the
Bill of Rights sacro sancd given tous by God. There is no exception

to the Second Amendment, there isno exception to the First Amendment. And
she remarkably said when she issued herorder that no rights are absolute. I
beg to differ. The First Amendmentis absolute, as every other amendment in

to the Tenth Amendment. Rights arerights, are rights. They are given
to us by God Almighty. Andmore importantly, even more than that,
she does not have the authority tosuspend or violate the Constitution. She has

taken an oath, and when sheissued her ridiculous decree, she said even
her oath to uphold the Constitution isnot absolute. She should have been impeached
on the spot. What you're witnessingnow in New Mexico is a test case.

It is a trial balloon. Ifthey can get away with suspending or
banning the Second Amendment, it willspread like a cancer to California, to
Massachusetts, to Illinois, to NewYork, to Blue states all over the
country. And then the Biden regimewill claim a national public health emergency,

a national executive order to suspend theSecond Amendment throughout the entire country. This
is totalitarianism and it is time nowfor every freedom loving American to engage in
mass, peaceful civil disobedience. Alreadythere are growing calls for her to be

county that encompasses Albuquerque said he willdefy the governor. He will not enforce
her decree. The sheriff says hewill not enforce her degree. Lawn Enforcement

now are saying we will not enforceher ridiculous decree. It's a good start,
but it's time for citizens in Albuquerque. If you have a permit,
conceal or openly carry, do itnow. Do it in her face,
let her know the citizens will notcomply. Now is the time for defiance.

and Grisham should be impeached and removed. Eternal vigilance is the price of
