Trump Blocked Again

Why bother even having elections? Now? Really, at this point,
if they're going to block Trump on absolutely everything that
he does, what's the point of having an election. The
latest now attempt to obstruct Trump from the rogue federal
judiciary came yesterday evening from the Court on International Trade

based in New York, a three judge panel which unilaterally
declared that Trump's tariffs is sweeping Tariff's Liberation Day tariffs
are now null and void. They have now blocked almost
every single Trump tariff that he has imposed, claiming that
him using the tariff authority under an emergency Act of

nineteen seventy seven usurp's presidential power is illegal and is
not justified under the Concert. Now here's the question I
have for these judges. Trump ran on tariffs. Trump has
a mandate from the election, from the election and from

the voters to not only impose tariffs, but to bring
back manufacturing jobs and end these massive runaway trade deficits
that have bankrupted our country and outsourced our wealth to
China and other predatory nations around the world. And now,

on top of all of this, they're not just blocking
him on energy, or on immigration or on the border
or on deportations, or on firing people within federal agencies. No, no, no, no.
Now they're blocking him on trade policy, which begs the question,

was every president now illegally using tariffs? Imposing tariffs? As
I said on the air, and I want to repeat it,
tariffs are as American as mom and apple pie. George
Washington imposed the tariff. Adams imposed the tariff. Andrew Jackson

imposed the tariff. Abraham Lincoln imposed the tariff. William McKinley,
Theodore Roosevelt, Calvin Coolidge, Herbert Hoover, Harry Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower,
Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, hell Trump in his first administration
imposed tariffs. So almost every president, with a few exceptions,

has imposed tariffs. Yet when Trump does it, suddenly it's
illegal and unconstitutional. This is ridiculous. Of course, the president
has the right to impose tariffs. Of course, the law
is crystal clear. Passed in nineteen sixty two, reinforced in
nineteen seventy one, backed by multiple court orders. Congress now

has given more and more of its trade authority to
the president over the last sixty years. Trump is not
doing anything wrong, illegal or unconstitutional. The reason why his
tariffs are being blocked is because Democrats fear they will
be successful. Already, he's brought in trillions of dollars in investment.

Manufacturing is roaring back. Country after country, including the entire
European Union, has bent the knee begging to renegotiate these
trade array agreements and trade deals that will now become
much more favorable to the United States. We now are
facing a judicial insurrection. Hacks posing as judges are doing

everything in their power, violating separation of powers, engaging in obvious,
grotesque overreach, an abuse of power to try to block
stemy thor Trump from implementing his agenda that the voters
gave him a mandate to implement in the November twenty

twenty four election. This is a fundamental assault on our
democracy and on the will of the people. And my
advice to Trump, it's time to channel Andrew Jackson. As
Andrew Jackson said very famously, John Marshall, the Supreme Court
Justice has made his decision. Now let him enforce it.

them enforce it. Keep imposing the tariffs. You have the
right to do it, every other president has done it,
and the American people voted for you to do it.
