Walz's Stolen Valor Scandal

It's the scandal now that threatens to engulf and potentially
destroy the Kamala Harris Tim Waltz ticket before the campaign
even gets off the ground. Minnesota Governor Tampon Tim tim
Waltz now has been caught in one of the biggest
scandals of the campaign. He has repeatedly said throughout his

career that not only was he in the Army National Guard,
which is true, but that he repeatedly said he served
in war zones, in particular in Iraq. The exact opposite
is true. Tim Waltz is stolen valor. That's what he
has done. He has now claimed credit for things he

has no right claiming credit for. Not only did he
never serve in a war, not only did he never
serve any rock or any kind of a firefight zone.
In fact, the very opposite. After he immediately re upped
for another tour in the Minnesota Army National Guard, his

specific unit was called to be deployed to Iraq. And
remember he was a non commissioned officer, a major sergeant.
When his men needed him, when those underneath his command
needed his leadership, he fled. They're calling him his own

people that served with him a trader, a deserter, someone
who betrayed them at their moment of peril when they
needed him to be there for them, going to Iraq,
he retired and left them twisting in the wind. Instead
of showing leadership, he showed cowardice. And to me, that

is the worst thing you can do. They ended up
serving a twenty two month tour in Iraq. Some never
came home. And yet Tim Waltz lied repeatedly on the
campaign trail, first for Congress, then for governor, claiming that
he was in firefights, that he served in Iraq, that

he held weapons of war, that in fact, he not
only served, he served as he took on the enemy overseas,
while what he really did was desert those who needed
him most and turn his back on them in their
moment of their most desperate need and hour now, when

pressed about it, he's simply running from the media. This
is beyond disgusting, and it is beyond despicable. It is
one thing for you to lie, but to lie about
serving in a war when you never did, in fact,
when you deliberately turned your back on them in their

(02:57):
hour of need. Now they're coming out one after another
saying he abandoned us, He betrayed his country. He is
a trader. Tim Waltz is a con man, a fraud,
and a liar, and this scandal is going to expose
it completely. Now, Kamala Harris has a big decision to make.

Will she keep Waltz or will she dump him? My
advice to her, if she's smart, cut this loser loose,
because if you don't, he's not just taking himself down,
He's taken the entire Democratic Party and the entire Democratic
presidential ticket down. Waltz is a coward and a Benedict Arnold,

and now the whole country knows it.
