Speaker 1 (00:00):
Boston's Bulldozer operates seven days a week, The Kuner Report,
weekend edition, WRKO, the Voice of Boston, and.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Now a Biden judge orders yes ICE agents, ICE agents
be arrested at courthouses. Holy Shomoli, Good morning, Cooner. Contrary. Okay,
look as I said on X last night, and I'm
(00:32):
gonna repeat it now, and I don't care how much
blowback I get, because it's the truth. And if I'm
not here to speak the truth behind this microphone, then
really I shouldn't be here. And so what we're now
seeing and I'm going to get into this later in
the show, but it's clear. You look at the No
Kings rally, you look at those who are funding it,
(00:55):
the increasing violence, You look at Antifa, you look at
this growing anti Ice militant movement that is now spreading
across the entire country. And now what some of these
Democrat politicians are saying openly, and now at these federal
judges are saying openly, and what they're actually ruling on,
(01:21):
they want a civil war. To me, they're clearly fomenting
civil war and social chaos. And so listen now to this.
This is a bombshell story. The mainstream media is neglecting
it because I think even they realize how incinduary it is.
So a federal judge, this is again, a US district judge.
(01:48):
This is not some local, dinky judge. A US district
federal judge. Jeffrey Cummings is his name, appointed by Joey
Joe Biden now has ordered that ICE agents can be
arrested at courthouses in Cook County, Illinois, which is right
(02:10):
there in the Chicago area. So again, Chicago is becoming
an epicenter, along with Portland as really the two most
the most volcanic hotbeds of resistance to Trump and federal
(02:30):
immigration enforcement. And so what he ruled is listen to
this that ICE agents, according to him, can only arrest
illegal aliens if they have a specific warrant at a courthouse.
If they do not have a specific warrant, then local authorities,
(02:57):
you know, whether it be the Chicago Police Department, the
State Police, Brandon Johnson, the governor Pritzker, can then order
the arrest of ICE agents if they violate his court order.
And you're gonna say, well, Jeff, don't ICE agents if
they do show up at courthouses. It's because they have
(03:17):
a warrant. Yes, of course that's true. But what happens
now routinely, and any ICE agent will tell you this,
is that they often make what's called quote unquote collateral arrests.
And what does that mean. That means, say they're arresting
a violent gangbanger or a murderer or a rapist or whatever,
(03:40):
a convicted drug dealer, and they know he's at a
certain courthouse and he's an illegal. Oftentimes, these illegal aliens,
these criminal illegal aliens, have other illegal aliens with them,
and so when ICE rolls in to arrest them, they
are these other illegals are just covered during the arrest
(04:02):
of another illegal alien, the one they have a warrant
to take into custody. And so, according now to Jeffrey Cummings,
listen to this, ICE agents now are literally barred from
arresting illegal aliens at courthouses. So if illegal aliens are
(04:23):
at a courthouse, it could be twenty of them, fifty
of them, I'm not kidding, one hundred of them. He's
basically saying, now they have a complete sanctuary. It doesn't
matter if they're murderers, child predators, rapists, sex traffickers, MS
thirteen gangbangers. If ICE does not have a specific warrant
(04:46):
and they go into the courthouse, ICE agents should and
he's ordering them to be arrested. Now furthermore, listen to this. Furthermore,
He also says that they can be arrested if they
(05:06):
come into a courthouse, say they do have a specific warrant,
and say they have one for an MS thirteen gang banger.
I'm just giving you a scenario that happens all the time.
But they say, you know, they realize, hey, four, five, six, ten,
twelve of his friends are with him who are also
part of MS thirteen to give him support, to back
(05:27):
him up, to try to intimidate somebody, whatever the circumstance
may be. And they say, well, we don't just got
one MS thirteen gang banger. We've got I don't know
thirteen MS thirteen gang bangers. And I says, arrest them all, man,
this is great, we just hit the mother load. You
arrest any of the other illegal alien gang bangers. According
(05:52):
to Jeffrey Cummings is ruling, then ICE agents who perform
the arrests, they will be arrested themselves. The judge will
order or the mayor can order, or the governor can
order that local police Chicago Police Department or the Illinois
(06:12):
State Police literally can go right to the courthouse, you know,
sirens blaring, come on in and not arrest the MS
thirteen gang bangers, no no, no no, but literally arrest
the ice agents and Customs and Border Protection agents on
the spot. Now, what if I says we have federal supremacy,
(06:36):
which is exactly what they're going to say, we have
the right to arrest illegal aliens, especially if we happen
to find them when we go after certain people with
a specific warrant and we find others you know, collateral
as they're called. So they start to resist the arrest
from the police. What happens then when both sides draw guns?
(07:03):
What happens when one shoots the other, or one side
shoots the other side, or the other side shoots the
other side. This is insanity a at a minimum, it's
gonna wreak havoc. It is gonna wreak anarchy. It is
gonna wreak chaos. But now, what you're doing is you're
literally pitting local state law enforcement directly against federal law enforcement.
(07:30):
And you're basically giving now the green light to these
sanctuary city mayors and sanctuary city governor sorry, sanctuary state
governors to start going after and hunting down ICE agents,
looking for them to see have they do they have
a warrant. Woof, they don't have a warrant for this person.
(07:50):
Arrest Ice on the spot. They're gonna harass Ice. They're
going to do everything in their power to chase Ice
out of their cities. They are going to put them
in handcuffs. They are going to they're gonna provoke a
massive confrontation. Now, let me make two other points, and
then I want to open it up to the phone
lines six one seven two, six six sixty eight sixty eight,
(08:15):
and I really would like to start taking calls right
away when we come back from the break to these
two points need to be said. Number one, this is
judicial tyranny. I mean this is literally the definition of
judicial tyranny. Not only is Judge cummings Is ruling absolutely preposterous,
(08:40):
It is dangerous, it is unconstitutional, it is reckless. Is
as I said, it's it's sowing violence. That's what this is.
It is deliberately now trying to undermine and subvert not
just ICE agents, but now have them hunted down like
dogs by local law enforcement and state police in blue
(09:05):
cities and blue states across the country, setting up really
a potential civil war, a shootout between the federal government
and these insurrectionist blue states. That's number one. But furthermore,
when you think about it, I've never seen this before.
(09:25):
This is how our judicial system is supposed to work.
It's how it's worked for hundreds of years. You appoint
a US attorney. I'm talking about federal law. Now, hey,
the president appoints US attorneys. US attorneys then make criminal
cases against defendants whatever. It could even be a bad
(09:48):
ice agent or a bad police officer, it doesn't matter.
And then you go to court and there's a prosecutor
and there's a defense attorney, and the JA judge presides
over the case, and the judge makes rulings regarding the case,
whether it's admissible, what's not admissible, whatever, And then either
(10:11):
the jury renders their ruling or the judge himself renders
the ruling guilty not guilty. Okay, I've never seen this before.
A judge now is ordering the arrest of ice agents.
He's now a prosecutor, he's now the US attorney, a judge,
(10:33):
literally a judge now is making cases against defendants. He's
now the prosecutor, the US attorney, the attorney general. So
he's saying no, no, no, no, You go after that
ICE agent because I say so, go after him. No, no,
(10:53):
I don't care if he's got trender Aragua or MS thirteen.
If I believe they need they don't have a warrant,
you go out there and you arrest them. It'll destroy
our entire legal system. And I'm telling you our legal system.
You can't function like this. The world has gone absolutely insane.
(11:17):
The Supreme Court needs to step in. My God, they
need to step in.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Now you're locked into Boston's bulldozer. The Kooner Repord Weekend edition,
