Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning Kooner country. Okay, my friends, remember just recently
the Supreme Court, in an historic decision six to three,
John Roberts joining the five Conservatives on the High Court,
announced they ruled that lower district court judges, if you remember,
(00:24):
could not issue what are called universal injunctions, i e.
Sweeping orders that block, say, the policy of Congress or
the policy of the President across the entire country. That
they said, those days are now over because according to
(00:45):
the High Court, and they're completely right, the Supreme Court
was right. These lower court district judges do not have
the quote congressional, legal or statutory authority to do so.
In other words, you don't have the right to do it.
You never did.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
So.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
You can't issue from your little bench in your little
district an order blocking or in this case what they
call an injunction preventing a policy that affects the entire country.
You're overstepping your lane, your usurping authority that you do
(01:28):
not have. Well, I guess the Supreme Court can go
pounce sand because in New Hampshire, listen out of this
this broke yesterday US District Court Judge Joseph LaPlante of
New Hampshire announced guess what, he's issuing a preliminary injunction
(01:52):
against President Trump's executive order. Remember it was one of
the first orders he signed that would end birthrights citizenship
for illegal aliens. It's normally called the new anchor babies.
The common practice where many foreigners, and by the way,
the communist Chinese are almost the most egregious. They will
(02:16):
fly to a airport, say in Seattle, or in Florida,
or in California, with a nine month old pregnant wife
or girlfriend. Literally they just fly in, have the baby
in an American hospital, PLoP outcomes the baby. Boom, the
(02:36):
baby gets automatic citizenship. The parents then by extension, they're
anchored now to the United States. They can either stay
or take the baby back with them, and the baby
whenever the baby grows up is an American citizen and
they can do whatever they want. Illegals do it all
(02:57):
the time. They come in illegally, usually through the Southern border. PLoP,
have a baby. Suddenly the baby's an American citizen and
the parents, by extension, can't be kicked out. They're anchor
to the country, and the baby's entitled to welfare benefits,
which of course, the parents then use for themselves. It's
(03:18):
been a scam that's been going on now for decades
and decades and decades. And what Trump rightly said when
he issued his executive order is that this is a scam.
They're hijacking. This is the left's policy. The radical left
has been pushing this interpretation of the fourteenth Amendment in
(03:41):
which they have hijacked the fourteenth Amendment to essentially allow anybody,
if they just arrive on American soil bang have a baby,
Suddenly the baby's an American. This is a clear abuse
of the fourteenth Amendment, which was intended for former black slaves.
(04:03):
It was literally written right after the Civil War, so
former slaves, the former children of slaves, they were then
to be given citizenship, obviously because they were deprived of
that while they were slaves in the old Confederate South. Now,
according to the left and according to the Democrats, if
(04:25):
you can believe this, their arguing is their argument is
that we fought the Civil War so that illegal aliens
could pour into our country and have anchor babies. That's
literally that's their argument. No, no, no, no, the fourteenth Amendment. No,
this Gettysburg and Vicksburg and the burning of Atlanta and
(04:49):
six hundred thousand American dead on both sides. No, no, no, no,
that wasn't over the issue of slavery. No, that was
all over whether illegals could come and have a baby
on American soil and suddenly the baby becomes an American
immediately on the spot. No other country in the world
(05:14):
has this insane interpretation of citizenship or of sovereignty. Okay,
because it is insane. Trump now issued an executive order.
He knew it was going to be challenged. He knew
eventually the Supreme Court would have to rule. But rather
than letting the Supreme Court rule, you now have lower
(05:36):
court district judges in open defiance now of the Supreme
Court's recent ruling on injunctions. And this clown Joseph LaPlante,
who by the way, is a Bushy appointed by George W. Bush,
open borders globalist. Remember it was George Bush that wanted
(05:57):
mass amnesty. It was George Bush that wanted open borders
before Obama and Biden took it to an insane level.
And so laplant now announced he's issuing a preliminary injunction
blocking Trump's executive order, as I said, ending birthright citizenship
(06:18):
for all illegal aliens and the children born of illegal aliens.
Now he now says that this injunction of his YEP
applies to the entire country. So Trump's executive order, he says,
is now nullified everywhere in the United States. And the
(06:41):
way they're getting around it, this is now the trick.
The ACLU filed this lawsuit on behalf of illegals literally
hours after the Supreme Court's ruling against these lower court
judges issuing these injunctions. And they were funded and backed
(07:03):
by George Soros, Alex Soros and the Open Society Foundation.
So this is ACLU Soros big money all the way.
Within hours, they then said, okay, we're not just gonna
file this now as a complaint. We're gonna file this
(07:24):
now as a quote unquote class in other words, a
class action lawsuit. And what's this discriminated against class? You
guessed it, the babies of illegal aliens. So according to them,
they then issued this class action lawsuit saying they're representing
(07:49):
any babies, all babies whose citizenship status would be threatened
by the implementation of Trump's executive order his directive, and
so LaPlante said, yeah, I'm granting you. You're now a class.
He just invented a class, literally, a class of people
(08:09):
or a class of litigants. And he said yeah, boom, yeah, okay,
you got it. So he's now speaking on behalf of
all the babies of illegals, and he says now in
his order that by denying them automatic citizenship, this would
do quote unquote irreparable harm. I'm quoting not from his decision.
(08:31):
And he said, getting American citizenship is the greatest privilege
that exists in the world. By taking that away from
these children or babies of illegal aliens, this is now
doing irreparable harm, and that this interest outweighs that of
anything the Trump administration could come up with. So, in
(08:53):
other words, he is openly defying the Supreme Court. He's
basically in the Supreme Court. Yeah, I don't care about
your recent ruling. I don't care if it's six three, seven, two, eight,
one nine zero, it doesn't matter. Here's the middle finger.
Open borders now, open borders forever. Anchor babies now, anchor
(09:17):
babies forever. So now the question is what should come next. Now,
let me state this very clearly. This is a rogue judge.
This is an out of control judge. And it's very
clear that this is an insurrection by the judicial branch,
(09:39):
or elements of the judicial branch, which now not only
refuse to respect the election of twenty twenty four and
are openly defined the will of the voters, but now
are an open defiance of the Supreme Court itself. And
so the question now is what will Trump do, What
(10:01):
will BONDI do? What will the Department of Justice do?
And what will John Roberts do. He's got a crisis
on his hand. He you know, he's got a big
he's got a big, big issue now on his hands.
They just came out with one of the most historic
(10:21):
rulings in the history of the Supreme Court, what was
it a week ago, ten days ago, saying that these
lower court district judges cannot be issuing these kind of
universal injunctions. And now it's already being violated and defied
and let and the Yank is not even dry on
(10:42):
their ruling. This judge LaPlante is an absolute joke, an
absolute joke. If I'm Trump, ignore him. It's time to
start ignoring these rogue judges and take this fast track
it to the Supreme Court. Okay, before we even get
(11:04):
into the whole birthright citizenship issue and the issue of
anchor babies. Okay, just before we even get into that debate.
And to me, I think it's a non debate. I
think it's very clear if you know anything about American history,
the American Civil War, the history of the thirteenth Amendment,
the fourteenth Amendment, there's no way that this thing was
(11:25):
intended for illegal aliens or for birth tourism as it's called,
where people just come literally fly in, have a baby,
fly back, and the baby's now an automatic American citizen. Okay,
I think there's no question. But let's just as I
like to say, let that go. Okay, just let it go.
(11:46):
The issue is not even that The issue now is
judicial tyranny. It is about men and women in black
robes who think now that just because they wear a
black robe, that they can put themselves above the voters,
(12:08):
above the electorate. The left keeps going on about a
threat to democracy, a threat to democracy, that they can
be above a democracy, our republic, our constitution, the president
of the United States, and now even the Supreme Court.
That's the issue. This is judicial fascism, This is judicial oligarchy.
(12:37):
These are self anointed judges who now think because they
wear a black robe. And we're not even talking about
a Supreme Court run wild. We're talking about low level
judges like this guy, Joseph LaPlante out of New Hampshire. Okay,
no one ever heard of this loser, and all of
(12:58):
a sudden, this guy is going to decide immigration policy,
citizenship policy, birthright citizenship policy for all the entire the
entire United States. Who does this guy think he is?
And that's the issue. Do these rogue judges in these
(13:25):
little corners of the United States, in their little districts.
Are they now essentially the new kings? Are they the
new monarchs? Are they the new dictators or tyrants who
can now overrule the will of the people, overrule the
executive branch, overrule even the Supreme Court itself. That's the question.
(13:52):
So again, that's why this is such a huge story.
Everybody's talking about it. Why because again they've plunged us
into a constant dutional legal crisis. Now do Supreme Court
settle this? Just what ten days ago, the Supreme Court said,
you don't have the power to issue these injunctions. What
does this guy do he issues the injunction. So look,
(14:17):
this is now where the rubber meets the road. Now,
either we're a nation of laws or not. Either we
have the rule of law or we don't, or we
have the rule of judges, unaccountable, unelected judges who think
(14:38):
that literally they can do whatever they want and get
away with it. Now, the problem is, there's no consequences.
Even if Roberts intervenes, and I think he has to now, okay,
even if the Supreme Court again says, look, I don't
know how to say this to you. We issued an
historic ruling just ten days ago. Bozo knock it off
(15:00):
off and say they they quash his injunction. Fine, maybe,
you know, he'll get a legal slap on the wrist.
They'll write an opinion, they'll call him out, they'll you know,
he'll intellectually among his peers, among a professionally, Yeah, he'll
get a little, you know, a little rap on the knuckles.
(15:21):
But then he's not going to be disrobed. He's not
gonna lose his position on the bench. It's not going
to be impeached, he's not going to be removed it's
not gonna lose his salary or his pension. It's not
going to go to jail. So what I'm saying is
there has to be now a system of penalties, severe penalties, consequences,
and punishment if these judges keep going rogue, now in
(15:47):
open forget in open defiance of the voters, or in
open defiance of the executive branch, but now literally now
in open defiance of their boss. I mean, ultimately they
answer to the they answer to the Constitution, of course,
but they're under the authority of the Supreme Court. They
have to follow the rulings of the Supreme Court. This
(16:09):
guy's basically saying, no, go blank you here, here's my
middle finger. You can make all the rulings you want. No,
I'm blocking Trump on birthright citizenship and anchor babiesn't too bad.
In other words, the ACLU who brought this case, they're
running this country. George Soros and Alex Soros and the
Open Society Foundation they funded this completely. They're running this country.
(16:35):
So they go judge shopping. That's what they do all
the time. And even in the wake of this Supreme
Court decision, they're like, okay, well, which judge. Oh, we
got a really good bushy here. Ah, real big open
borders guy. Let's go in front of him. He'll rule
our way, baby, And it just ties up Trump again,
(16:58):
prevents him from being able to implement his agenda. Run
out the clock, slow walk everything, obstruct, block, sabotage, undermine,
And again I have to say this one of the
most disgusting and frankly treasonous organizations in the United States.
(17:22):
It's not the American Civil Liberties Union ACLU. It should
be called the Anti American Civil Liberties Union. Notice. If
it's an illegal, if it's an enemy of America, if
it's a terrorist, if it's a jihadist, if it's a
an Islamist, if it's a communist, there's the ACLU. But
(17:49):
when the rights of Americans, mainstream Americans are being constantly
abused or violated, as they were under Biden, as they
were under the Dare litter Barack Hussein Obama, where was
the ACLU. Nowhere to be seen. Now they're trying to
(18:10):
tell us that illegal aliens, all they've got to do
is just literally jump the border. Okay, a couple lines
are open if you want to jump on. Let me
ask you number one. Just overall, what do you make
now unbelievable? This latest decision by another district court judge,
(18:33):
this time closer to our neck of the woods. It's
judge Joseph LaPlante out of New Hampshire, blocking Trump's executive
order preventing birthright citizenship from being given to the babies
born of illegal aliens. Do you agree with Laplont's decision?
(18:56):
Do you disagree with Lablont's decision? And further more, and
this I think is the ultimate question. Can a judge
simply override and ignore the rulings of the Supreme Court
because they want to stop Trump, they want to block him,
(19:17):
they want to overturn him, and so because of this,
they are now openly defying the Supreme Court. What should
be done now when judges forget defying the people, the President,
the Constitution, but now literally are ignoring and defying the
Supreme Court itself. What kind of penalties, if any, should
(19:41):
there be? Six one seven two six, six, sixty eight
sixty eight is the number? Okay, this is from Mark
on messenger and as usual he's on absolute fire. Jeff,
let's flip it. This is like if me and my
wife went to Italy and she was pregnant and then
(20:03):
gave birth to our child in Italy. That does not
make our child an Italian citizen. And the same applies
in the United States. This was not intended in the
manner it is being done. Am I correct in saying this? Jeff? Yes,
you're a thousand percent correct. And by the way, just
(20:25):
to you know, play, take your analogy to the you know,
logical end. Say you and your wife and you can
pick any country. I know you're using Italy because you're
of Italian descent, but I don't care. France, Britain, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Japan, Australia,
and New Zealand. To take your pick. Okay, just take
(20:45):
your pick. You and your pregnant wife go to any
of those places, and the baby is born there for
whatever reason, you know, early, it came a little bit earlier,
or whatever you mistimed it. Whatever, the baby comes out,
the baby is not an automatic citizen of any of
those countries. And if you insisted that the baby, you know, is,
(21:10):
they would laugh in your face. They'd say, no, your
baby's a citizen of the United States. Take your baby
back to America. Never mind, it's a citizen of say Italy,
and now this child is entitled to unlimited welfare benefits
like starting from you know, one minute old, free healthcare,
(21:34):
free housing, and automatic welfare check. And now you and
the parents can stay in Italy forever and the state
has to provide you with an apartment and you know, welfare,
and you get free healthcare as well. Do you think,
you know, you think the Italians would stand for this
(21:55):
or any other country in the world, but only with
these insane saying moonbats. Have they been pushing this interpretation? Now?
Mark continues to say, and I think he really puts
his finger on it. Jeff, there should be discipline for
rogue judges that defy the Supreme Court. And how about
(22:16):
this First defense, automatic six months suspension from serving on
the bench. Second defense, you are disrobed, terminated, and your
pension is taken away. I love it. I love it.
In other words, not even three strikes, you're out, two
(22:36):
strikes you're out. Should there be a law that Congress
passes in which rogue judges are now subject to being punished?
Mark suggests, first defense, maybe a six month suspension. Second defense,
(22:57):
you're disrobed, you're terminated, Remove from the bench and your
pension fimito, bye, bye gone. Should there be a price
to pay for being a rogue judge? I say yes?
What say you? Six one seven two six six sixty
(23:18):
eight sixty eight Susie in Bedford, Thanks for holding, Susie,
You're gonna kick us off? Thanks for holding and welcome.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Good morning, Jeff, Happy Independence Month, fellow patriots.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
So Mark, you know, wonderful, wonderful.
Speaker 5 (23:40):
He always has great points.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
He is far more kind than I could ever dream
to be, because I wouldn't give them that amnesty.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
For two hundred and forty nine years, our republic.
Speaker 6 (23:55):
Has been very successful.
Speaker 4 (23:58):
Within our successful republic, we have three branches.
Speaker 3 (24:03):
Of government that we honor and that we we allow
them to pretty much guide us.
Speaker 4 (24:14):
All Right now, these world judges.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
The shining stars that they're dreaming to be, need to
absolutely be removed from the bench, their robes picking away
from them.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
They need to be disbarred.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Not only that, but they should also be as a
part of their sentencing, they should never be allowed to
practice any form of law.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
I don't even care if it's real estate law in
the United States.
Speaker 7 (24:49):
Ever.
Speaker 4 (24:50):
Again, they know full well what they're doing when they're
doing it, while they're doing it, and they know that
they're in violation of the Constitution. And I don't want
to hear that blowney about how they just store and
they twist the Constitution, the thirteenth Amendment, the fourteenth Amendment,
(25:10):
how about the fifth Amendment? They take advantage of the
Fifth Amendment. I don't care anymore. This is deliberate.
Speaker 3 (25:18):
This is a violation of our constitution that again has
been working relatively well for the last two hundred and
forty nine years.
Speaker 6 (25:29):
Enough is enough.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
They need to be made examples of I am sick
and tired of nobody's held accountable. Nothing happens, Nothing happens
to these democrats that are continuously breaking.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
Laws, and they walk that sin thin line and they
just they make sure that they it's like a tight
rope and they make sure they don't step off the
wrong side because they know that they could go to jail,
but they come right up to it. And then you
have the ones that will step over the line and
they don't.
Speaker 5 (25:55):
Go to jail. Later.
Speaker 3 (25:57):
People need to be held accountable.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
It needs to be public. This needs to be done publicly.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
So like guess what, maybe some of these lunatics will
gain a little bit of sense and saying, oh, wait
a minute, maybe no, I don't want to be fined.
I don't want to lose my job.
Speaker 4 (26:12):
I don't want to lose my pension. I don't want
to go to jail.
Speaker 6 (26:16):
It's simple.
Speaker 3 (26:17):
We need to make these want to be shining stars
the shining stars they're begging to be, and do it publicly.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Well, you know, Susie, just to piggyback off of what
you're saying, they're aiding and abetting an invasion. What they're
doing is they're not just violating their oath, the Constitution,
the will of the people, as you mentioned the separation
of powers, they're completely violating that. They're usurping the authority
of the president. But now they're violating and defining the
(26:46):
Supreme Court. And they're doing it because they want to
keep encouraging massive illegal immigration, which is an invasion and
the ultimate carrot, the ultimate incentive is you just cross
that border and have a baby on American soil. Your
baby automatically is conferred citizenship, so your baby can ever
(27:06):
be deported, and you, as the parents, are basically now
anchored in the United States so what this judge is doing? Really,
he's a judicial Benedict Arnold six one seventh two six
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, just
very quickly, Mary Ann in Florida messaged me maybe about
(27:28):
five six minutes ago and makes an absolutely I think,
devastating point. And she but she does it in a
way that it's a very interesting angle in terms of
not just the law and judges and their relation to
the Constitution and the Supreme Court, but sort of like
whoa pull back? And if you defied your boss, or
(27:51):
if I defied my boss, if we defied our employer,
what would happen to us? So here's what she writes, Jeff, So,
the question that you asked is what should happen to
these rogue judges when they go against their superiors on
the Supreme Court. Well, if I defy my employer, I'm
(28:12):
going to be fired. Now. These Supreme Court justices should sorry,
these judges forgive me. These rogue judges should lose their
jobs and their law licenses. And I am of the
opinion because they know the law. Some of us don't
always know the law. Those of us that are not
(28:34):
in government employment may have. We may not have complete
knowledge of everything, while employers can change things at a whim.
But these judges, they know the law, they know what
has been ruled on one and done. They are openly
defying their higher ups. But I'm old school and I'm
(28:56):
tired of being told I have to tolerate me. Well,
it's not just you, as a lot of you, Marianne,
trust me six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight. But she makes a it's the truth, what
you just said is it's really it's, you know, the unvarnished,
unadulterated truth. But she makes a brilliant point. Why are
(29:18):
these judges immune from any kind of consequences of their actions?
You know, you defy authority. If you defy your superiors
in any world, I don't care where you work, especially
your employer, you're gone. Maybe first time you get a
severe warning or whatever. Second time you're gone, you're gone,
(29:43):
you're fired. She's right, So how come these judges, like,
what are they seriously? What are they? God? So now
they can even defy this Supreme openly black letter law,
defy the Supreme Court. And I'm not talking about some narrow,
obscure decision. We're like, really they ruled on that. Okay,
(30:08):
maybe then the judge has to be reminded. This is
one of the most historic, prominent discussed rulings in a generation.
It was the greatest Supreme Court victory of Trump's presidency
so far. It was wall to wall media coverage, all
everybody talked about it for days. The Supreme Court put
(30:31):
these district court judges in their place, and they were told, specifically,
your job is to interpret and follow the law. It's
not to make law. You're not the legislative branch. You're
not the executive branch. You can't issue nationwide injunctions and
(30:54):
block policy. You can't do that. So of course they
knew the law. They knew clearly what they're This judge
knows clearly what he's doing. He's openly thumbing his nose
not just at the executive not just at the voters,
not just at the Constitution, but now at the Supreme Court.
(31:15):
So again, what is Roberts going to do. He's the
chief Justice. You gotta police the courts. Police the freaking
courts agree disagree six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight. Okay, let me ask you It is
the Kooner Country Poll Question of the Day sponsored by
(31:40):
Mario's Marios Quality Roofing, siding and Windows. What should happen
to judges who defy the Supreme Court? Like this guy,
Joseph Laplant out of New Hampshire, this district court. What
(32:00):
should happen to judges who defy the Supreme Court? A
removal from the bench. B disbarment so they don't just
lose their job, they lose their ability to ever practice
law again. Y'or disbarred. In other words, it's a career ender.
(32:22):
See both. So let me give you the choices one
more time. What should happen to judges who defy the
Supreme Court? A removal from the bench, B disbarment ce both.
I'll be honest if I'm voting in this poll, I'm
(32:45):
going see I'm like, yeah, well, removal from the bench,
that's a nice start. Disbarment I like it, But I
like both better. But that's me. I'm a Sea guy.
I want to hear from you A B or C.

(33:31):
Thanks for holding Sal and welcome.
Speaker 6 (33:35):
Good morning, Jeff.
Speaker 5 (33:36):
How are you doing today?
Speaker 1 (33:37):
Good? Good? How are you Sal?
Speaker 5 (33:40):
I'm not bad. I'm going to work because it's all
common sense. I mean, like these guys think are there,
We're like, we're done, Like we don't We're not educated
in this. But let me get to the topic real quick.
I believe that the Trump, the Trump administration, I mean
he surrounded himself by the very educated, successful and intelligent people,
(34:04):
and so they when we are on the on November fifth,
it was an unequivocal message that we said Donald J.
Trump our president as a mandate. That's a fact. It's unequivocal,
and it cannot be if I got a debate with
someone about the mandate, I'm done talking because I'm not
gonna talk to someone that does not understand that. So
(34:28):
what they what they thought was Okay, look, they can't
stop us legislatively because we got majority in the Senate, House,
White House. So what they're gonna do is they're gonna
use the judicial system by judge shopping, and they did.
So what we're gonna do to fight fight that is
(34:48):
that we're gonna we're gonna sign so many executive orders
like never before, that we're gonna trig the superior the
Supreme Court justices to act and that the latest one
was the birthright citizenship, which they're going to deliberate on
(35:08):
in October. So now the Supreme Court came in and
told the lower court, federal district court, hey, listen, national
junction are not you know, if you're gonna rule or
a national juncts, he cannot be a national junction. The
party has to be in front of you. And they
also stopped the temporary the temporary restraining orders, which are
(35:31):
even worse because now a temporary is very broad and
you can't appeal that. So now what they're doing with
this is you have to.
Speaker 8 (35:42):
Welcome this rogue judges, because what's kind of happen next
is that now they're triggering again the Supreme Court to
take steps again against the descent of some lower judge
(36:02):
who thinks.
Speaker 5 (36:03):
They can legislate, like you clearly stated before, So this
is not even political, This is this is a This
is like prisoners, like these people want to destroy If
you heard JD. Vance's speech, the latest one, it's one
of the most beautiful speeches you can ever hear. And
(36:26):
so I was googling, like you know, I was just like.
Speaker 6 (36:29):
Like, how do you destroy the United States?
Speaker 5 (36:32):
So there's like really four points and I'm quoting social
and cultural fragmentation, disregards the foundational values or shared history,
effective governance, including corruption and political instability, economic decline caused
by factors like overwhelming that creation of underclass, and unchecked immigration.
(36:59):
This is exactly what the left is doing. These are
not even for these guys want to destroy the fabric
of this beautiful country. Is that this is a fact.
Now on the birth right, there are millions of tourists
that are coming in the country on a daily basis.
(37:22):
So these guys are suggesting that because of the fourteenth
Amendment of the Constitution, which was clearly created to give
rights to to to to children former slaves.
Speaker 1 (37:38):
Yeah, you're right to former slaves.
Speaker 5 (37:40):
I mean, like, what do you you go to Africa,
you grab these people, you bring, you force them to
be to come here, then then slavery ends. What are
you gonna like? Of course, you got. It's the it's
the least things you can do. Gives them, give them,
give them birth rights. That's obvious. But this isn't slavery.
(38:02):
I meaning, this is not. Then we're here now in
twenty twenty five. You've got millions of tourists in our commendations.
Just these people are suggesting that if you give birth
in the country all of a sudden, it's a nonsustainable
It sounds sustainable because everyone would I would suggest that
if you're pregnant and you show up with a big
(38:22):
belly at the at the at the at the airport,
I won't let you in.
Speaker 1 (38:28):
I gotta say, this is a brilliant call. So I'm
telling you this is a brilliant call. And you're right. Look,
you're completely right. Just think just everybody, just stand back objectively, okay,
South really in a very simple, effective way, really laid
it out brilliantly. Think about this. What the left is suggesting,
what this judge is suggesting, what the liberals, the Dems,
(38:51):
with the media, what everybody's suggesting. Is He's right. Millions
of tourists come to the United States every single year,
every single year. So if everyone came and they were pregnant,
every single one of them would have their children become
American citizens, and they'd have the right to stay and
with them their parents, and we'd have to take care
(39:14):
of them. It's insane, he says. It's unsustainable. Yes, but
it's it's insane. It's just literally insane. So think about it,
all across Europe, all across Africa, all across Asia, all
across Latin America. If you got half a brain, really
you said, honey, I'm gonna knock you up, You're gonna
get pregnant. And at about oh eight and a half months,
(39:38):
eight months, three weeks, as he put it, with your
big belly, we're getting on a plane and we're going
to We're going to the good old US of A.
And I'll all and by the way hospital there. You know,
when they come and they get treatment, you know, when
they get deliver their baby, it's free the hospital. You know,
they have to provide you with free health care, so
(40:00):
they even get the baby delivered for free. You can
give them a bill, but if they don't pay the bill,
there's nothing you can do about it. Why because they
don't live in the United States. So all you gotta
do is pay for airfare, you get here, plunk, out
comes the baby and suddenly, now, oh yeah, that's an
American citizen. And of course the parents are anchored. We
(40:22):
can't an American baby is not going to have the
parents taken away from the baby. So if everybody around
the world actually understood our law, and many do but
many thankfully don't, they would say, well, this is it,
this is your free pass, this is it, this is
amnesty for the entire world. All we got to do
(40:43):
is get my girlfriend or my wife pregnant. That's it.
So if you know eventually it is going to destroy
our country, or as sal said, you can't take tourists
or you can't take tourists who are pregnant, like it's
gonna be ah, no, I'm sorry, whoa, I'm looking now
that tummy's a little bit too big. I'm sorry, go back.
(41:06):
And then, of course, what do you think the left
would say then discrimination against pregnant people or sorry, birthing
people as they call him. Now, so he's completely right.
But again you have to ask yourself, why why would
you push something that no other country has, that, if
(41:29):
you implement logically consistently, would bankrupt and really ultimately destroy
this country. Why why would you do that? Because in
the end, He's right, they want to bring America down.
That's what they want to do. They want to fundamentally
transform this country and they want to wreck it. And
(41:53):
that's why we have to secure our borders, secure our laws,
and secure our sovereignty. Birthright wh citizenship is a myth.
It was intended for the former slaves of the Civil War,
and everybody with half a brain knows it. Sal Dynamite
call six one seven two six, six sixty eight sixty
(42:16):
eight is the number Lou in Rhode Island. Thanks for
holding Lou and welcome.
Speaker 6 (42:25):
Yeah, good morning, Jeff.
Speaker 7 (42:27):
Was absolutely sounds absolutely right.
Speaker 5 (42:29):
It's something I.
Speaker 7 (42:29):
Brought up to you last week or I talked to
whatever the topic was last week. I think is that
the Democrats, basically, you're like your body has an immune system,
and they're trying to break down the immune system of
the United States of America and for years and years
and years just gives way back to Roosevelt. They're just
trying to make America a communist country. You have these
(42:51):
groups like the ACLU, the Lawyer's Guild and all these
other ones and they've just been slowly and slowly trying
to use a legal system or where any means possible.
Speaker 6 (42:59):
Actually, and if you look at if you look at what's.
Speaker 7 (43:01):
Been going on lately around the country, look at all
the attacks on ice too well funded stuff, you know,
and there's a lot of rich people for backing all
this stuff and putting these judges in and getting these
das put in place. So it's a long, well funded
process that's been used by the Democrats just try to
tear down this country and make it like a communist country.
(43:23):
Even you have Mayor Wu and Boston, remember like last
year or somebody said, everybody has a right to come.
Speaker 4 (43:28):
To their country.
Speaker 6 (43:29):
Everybody has a right to come in.
Speaker 7 (43:30):
And the funny thing is is that I've used to
watch these hearings, the judicial hearings where they're nominating were
Biden nominal the Auto pen nominated these judges, and you
see Senator Hawley and Kennedy, and you would see Senator
Cruz question these people on their radical pass and these
(43:51):
some of these people are really really wackos too, And
every one of them said when they were confronted with
their radical past or some of the things that they said,
they said, well, when we're on the bench, we will
follow the law. The law for them is the Supreme Court.
They have to follow the law. They have to follow
what the Supreme Court says. And in other words, they're
(44:13):
they're they're essentially in contempt of the Supreme Court by
ruling the way they're ruling. And you're right, there should
be some kind of penalty for that. But uh, but
that but they're but they're basically ignoring the Supreme Court.
And what I would say is that I would have
Pambody and that president say no, we're not enforcing any
of these rulings. We're just going to continue the way
we're going by the ruling of the Supreme Court. And
(44:37):
too bad for you. You're an isolated judge and that
ruling and any ruling you make along those lines just
doesn't stand. And it's uh and it's it's in contempt
of the Supreme Court.
Speaker 5 (44:47):
And that would be it.
Speaker 7 (44:48):
And then they of course put a challenge into too
uh to Roberts, but just go buy that and then
just say we're not enforcing it. We're not enforcing anything
that comes out of this court. That's it.
Speaker 1 (44:58):
What do you think, Well, look, in theory, you're completely right.
The reality is, this is why everybody's so upset, is
that no, there's a nationwide injunction, and now the Bondi
DOJ is up in arms, and now they're going to
appeal this. So you see, they're giving him legitimacy. They're
giving this judge Laplant, Judge Laplant legitimacy, and they're going
(45:22):
to appeal. And you've got now hospitals all over the country.
You've got liberals and liberal groups all over the country
now telling illegals you can have a baby and they
must confer citizenship upon the baby. So in theory, you're
completely right. The problem is you're not getting anything from Pambondi. Again,
(45:43):
you're not getting anything from the DOJ. They fall for
it every single time they take de bait. They're not ignoring.
They appeal and so basically saying, well it stands. It
has to stand until another judge above them overturns them
or the Supreme Court does. Now and Lou, I want
to get back to something that you said earlier, because
(46:05):
I think it's completely You're absolutely completely correct. We have
a crisis. I look, I can't tell you growing up
how many times I read this from conservative justices, not
just you know, in appellate courts, in district courts all
over and over again, who often said, for example, remember
Roe v. Wade, which got overturned by Dobbs. But Roe v.
(46:28):
Wade I never thought in my lifetime, honestly, I would
ever see Roe v. Wade overturned, and Trump did it.
God bless them. Okay, But the point is, I can't
tell you how many judges said, Look, I disagree with
Roe v. Wade, but they would say this, but my
hands are tied. The Supreme Court is ruled until the
(46:48):
Supreme Court, you know, overturns Roe v. Wade, and until
they you know, in other words, reverse their own ruling,
their own decision. Look, I'm sympathetic to you, he would
They would say this to plaintiffs all the time, or
you know, to states or whatever. I'm sympathetic to you,
but my hands are tied. I have to follow the
law and the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, as spoken, nothing else
(47:11):
I can do about it. So this was you. This
is how the game is played in America. This is
what it means to be in a constitutional republic. You
can't usurp authority you have to follow the law. In
other words, you have to abide by the rules. Now,
once you stop abiding by the rules and the laws,
(47:34):
and you start making it up as you go along,
which is what the left is doing, well, then the
republic is finished. Then the constitution can't stand. So that's
why this is. You know a lot of people will
call email me or whatever and say, oh, how dare
you shaw contempt for these judges. I'm like, you have
no idea what you're talking about. This is not about
(47:56):
a disagreement with the judge. This is about literally whether
we're going to have a constitutional republic or not. You
can survive one rogue judge, you can survive two rogue judges.
But now you've got dozens and dozens and dozens of
rogue judges. And you're right, this is coordinated, this is funded,
this is organized. They're trying to stop and undermine Trump
(48:20):
at every turn. So what they're now telling the Supreme
Court is, you're ruling means nothing. So what means something?
Well me so what you're the king, who elected you,
who made you king? So that's why I keep saying
this over and we need a more aggressive attorney general.
(48:42):
I'm sorry, I don't need door knob pam Bonbi. I
need an aggressive attorney general who will stand up for
the constitution, stand up for the rule of law, and
stand up for what's right. And I'm telling you until
we get that, they're going to continue to roll us. Now,
hopefully they're gonna fast track this to the Supreme Court
(49:06):
and fingers crossed, the Supreme Court's gonna smack them down again.
But you know, I mean, do we have to keep
doing this over and over and over? Like how many
time do they have to rule? Uh? Lou As always,
thank you for that call. Six one seven two six,
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number Vince in
(49:29):
Long Island. Thanks for holding Vince and welcome.
Speaker 6 (49:33):
How you doing, Jeff, very good.
Speaker 1 (49:35):
Nice to hear from you again, Vince.
Speaker 6 (49:38):
You too, happy belated forth and hope everything is doing
well with the family and yourself.
Speaker 1 (49:42):
Thank you, Thank you all the best to you and
your family. Vince.
Speaker 5 (49:45):
Thanks.
Speaker 6 (49:46):
I wanted to just come and this is complete insanity,
Like you said with Tim Bondy, I mean, she's a
real disappointment. Why must they follow rug rogue judge's rules?
Why not just ignore them and let them take it
up to the next level. Why is it always that
they're playing on the defense. If something is insane and unconstitutional,
(50:06):
why not just ignore it?
Speaker 1 (50:09):
Vince please hang on. I want you to finish your thought.
I'm up against a break
