Good morning Kooner country. Okay, my friends, remember just recently
the Supreme Court, in an historic decision six to three,
John Roberts joining the five Conservatives on the High Court,
announced they ruled that lower district court judges, if you remember,

could not issue what are called universal injunctions, i e.
Sweeping orders that block, say, the policy of Congress or
the policy of the President across the entire country. That
they said, those days are now over because according to

(00:45):
the High Court, and they're completely right, the Supreme Court
was right. These lower court district judges do not have
the quote congressional, legal or statutory authority to do so.
In other words, you don't have the right to do it.
You never did.

You can't issue from your little bench in your little
district an order blocking or in this case what they
call an injunction preventing a policy that affects the entire country.
You're overstepping your lane, your usurping authority that you do

not have. Well, I guess the Supreme Court can go
pounce sand because in New Hampshire, listen out of this
this broke yesterday US District Court Judge Joseph LaPlante of
New Hampshire announced guess what, he's issuing a preliminary injunction

against President Trump's executive order. Remember it was one of
the first orders he signed that would end birthrights citizenship
for illegal aliens. It's normally called the new anchor babies.
The common practice where many foreigners, and by the way,
the communist Chinese are almost the most egregious. They will

fly to a airport, say in Seattle, or in Florida,
or in California, with a nine month old pregnant wife
or girlfriend. Literally they just fly in, have the baby
in an American hospital, PLoP outcomes the baby. Boom, the

baby gets automatic citizenship. The parents then by extension, they're
anchored now to the United States. They can either stay
or take the baby back with them, and the baby
whenever the baby grows up is an American citizen and
they can do whatever they want. Illegals do it all

the time. They come in illegally, usually through the Southern border. PLoP,
have a baby. Suddenly the baby's an American citizen and
the parents, by extension, can't be kicked out. They're anchor
to the country, and the baby's entitled to welfare benefits,
which of course, the parents then use for themselves. It's

been a scam that's been going on now for decades
and decades and decades. And what Trump rightly said when
he issued his executive order is that this is a scam.
They're hijacking. This is the left's policy. The radical left
has been pushing this interpretation of the fourteenth Amendment in

which they have hijacked the fourteenth Amendment to essentially allow anybody,
if they just arrive on American soil bang have a baby,
Suddenly the baby's an American. This is a clear abuse
of the fourteenth Amendment, which was intended for former black slaves.

It was literally written right after the Civil War, so
former slaves, the former children of slaves, they were then
to be given citizenship, obviously because they were deprived of
that while they were slaves in the old Confederate South. Now,
according to the left and according to the Democrats, if

you can believe this, their arguing is their argument is
that we fought the Civil War so that illegal aliens
could pour into our country and have anchor babies. That's
literally that's their argument. No, no, no, no, the fourteenth Amendment. No,
this Gettysburg and Vicksburg and the burning of Atlanta and

six hundred thousand American dead on both sides. No, no, no, no,
that wasn't over the issue of slavery. No, that was
all over whether illegals could come and have a baby
on American soil and suddenly the baby becomes an American
immediately on the spot. No other country in the world

has this insane interpretation of citizenship or of sovereignty. Okay,
because it is insane. Trump now issued an executive order.
He knew it was going to be challenged. He knew
eventually the Supreme Court would have to rule. But rather
than letting the Supreme Court rule, you now have lower

court district judges in open defiance now of the Supreme
Court's recent ruling on injunctions. And this clown Joseph LaPlante,
who by the way, is a Bushy appointed by George W. Bush,
open borders globalist. Remember it was George Bush that wanted

mass amnesty. It was George Bush that wanted open borders
before Obama and Biden took it to an insane level.
And so laplant now announced he's issuing a preliminary injunction
blocking Trump's executive order, as I said, ending birthright citizenship

for all illegal aliens and the children born of illegal aliens.
Now he now says that this injunction of his YEP
applies to the entire country. So Trump's executive order, he says,
is now nullified everywhere in the United States. And the

(06:41):
way they're getting around it, this is now the trick.
The ACLU filed this lawsuit on behalf of illegals literally
hours after the Supreme Court's ruling against these lower court
judges issuing these injunctions. And they were funded and backed

by George Soros, Alex Soros and the Open Society Foundation.
So this is ACLU Soros big money all the way.
Within hours, they then said, okay, we're not just gonna
file this now as a complaint. We're gonna file this

now as a quote unquote class in other words, a
class action lawsuit. And what's this discriminated against class? You
guessed it, the babies of illegal aliens. So according to them,
they then issued this class action lawsuit saying they're representing

(07:49):
any babies, all babies whose citizenship status would be threatened
by the implementation of Trump's executive order his directive, and
so LaPlante said, yeah, I'm granting you. You're now a class.
He just invented a class, literally, a class of people

(08:09):
or a class of litigants. And he said yeah, boom, yeah, okay,
you got it. So he's now speaking on behalf of
all the babies of illegals, and he says now in
his order that by denying them automatic citizenship, this would
do quote unquote irreparable harm. I'm quoting not from his decision.

And he said, getting American citizenship is the greatest privilege
that exists in the world. By taking that away from
these children or babies of illegal aliens, this is now
doing irreparable harm, and that this interest outweighs that of
anything the Trump administration could come up with. So, in

other words, he is openly defying the Supreme Court. He's
basically in the Supreme Court. Yeah, I don't care about
your recent ruling. I don't care if it's six three, seven, two, eight,
one nine zero, it doesn't matter. Here's the middle finger.
Open borders now, open borders forever. Anchor babies now, anchor

babies forever. So now the question is what should come next. Now,
let me state this very clearly. This is a rogue judge.
This is an out of control judge. And it's very
clear that this is an insurrection by the judicial branch,

or elements of the judicial branch, which now not only
refuse to respect the election of twenty twenty four and
are openly defined the will of the voters, but now
are an open defiance of the Supreme Court itself. And
so the question now is what will Trump do, What

will BONDI do? What will the Department of Justice do?
And what will John Roberts do. He's got a crisis
on his hand. He you know, he's got a big
he's got a big, big issue now on his hands.
They just came out with one of the most historic

rulings in the history of the Supreme Court, what was
it a week ago, ten days ago, saying that these
lower court district judges cannot be issuing these kind of
universal injunctions. And now it's already being violated and defied
and let and the Yank is not even dry on

their ruling. This judge LaPlante is an absolute joke, an
absolute joke. If I'm Trump, ignore him. It's time to
start ignoring these rogue judges and take this fast track
it to the Supreme Court. Okay, before we even get

into the whole birthright citizenship issue and the issue of
anchor babies. Okay, just before we even get into that debate.
And to me, I think it's a non debate. I
think it's very clear if you know anything about American history,
the American Civil War, the history of the thirteenth Amendment,
the fourteenth Amendment, there's no way that this thing was

intended for illegal aliens or for birth tourism as it's called,
where people just come literally fly in, have a baby,
fly back, and the baby's now an automatic American citizen. Okay,
I think there's no question. But let's just as I
like to say, let that go. Okay, just let it go.

The issue is not even that The issue now is
judicial tyranny. It is about men and women in black
robes who think now that just because they wear a
black robe, that they can put themselves above the voters,

above the electorate. The left keeps going on about a
threat to democracy, a threat to democracy, that they can
be above a democracy, our republic, our constitution, the president
of the United States, and now even the Supreme Court.
That's the issue. This is judicial fascism, This is judicial oligarchy.

These are self anointed judges who now think because they
wear a black robe. And we're not even talking about
a Supreme Court run wild. We're talking about low level
judges like this guy, Joseph LaPlante out of New Hampshire. Okay,
no one ever heard of this loser, and all of

a sudden, this guy is going to decide immigration policy,
citizenship policy, birthright citizenship policy for all the entire the
entire United States. Who does this guy think he is?
And that's the issue. Do these rogue judges in these

little corners of the United States, in their little districts.
Are they now essentially the new kings? Are they the
new monarchs? Are they the new dictators or tyrants who
can now overrule the will of the people, overrule the
executive branch, overrule even the Supreme Court itself. That's the question.

So again, that's why this is such a huge story.
Everybody's talking about it. Why because again they've plunged us
into a constant dutional legal crisis. Now do Supreme Court
settle this? Just what ten days ago, the Supreme Court said,
you don't have the power to issue these injunctions. What
does this guy do he issues the injunction. So look,

this is now where the rubber meets the road. Now,
either we're a nation of laws or not. Either we
have the rule of law or we don't, or we
have the rule of judges, unaccountable, unelected judges who think

that literally they can do whatever they want and get
away with it. Now, the problem is, there's no consequences.
Even if Roberts intervenes, and I think he has to now, okay,
even if the Supreme Court again says, look, I don't
know how to say this to you. We issued an
historic ruling just ten days ago. Bozo knock it off

off and say they they quash his injunction. Fine, maybe,
you know, he'll get a legal slap on the wrist.
They'll write an opinion, they'll call him out, they'll you know,
he'll intellectually among his peers, among a professionally, Yeah, he'll
get a little, you know, a little rap on the knuckles.

But then he's not going to be disrobed. He's not
gonna lose his position on the bench. It's not going
to be impeached, he's not going to be removed it's
not gonna lose his salary or his pension. It's not
going to go to jail. So what I'm saying is
there has to be now a system of penalties, severe penalties, consequences,
and punishment if these judges keep going rogue, now in

open forget in open defiance of the voters, or in
open defiance of the executive branch, but now literally now
in open defiance of their boss. I mean, ultimately they
answer to the they answer to the Constitution, of course,
but they're under the authority of the Supreme Court. They
have to follow the rulings of the Supreme Court. This

guy's basically saying, no, go blank you here, here's my
middle finger. You can make all the rulings you want. No,
I'm blocking Trump on birthright citizenship and anchor babiesn't too bad.
In other words, the ACLU who brought this case, they're
running this country. George Soros and Alex Soros and the
Open Society Foundation they funded this completely. They're running this country.

So they go judge shopping. That's what they do all
the time. And even in the wake of this Supreme
Court decision, they're like, okay, well, which judge. Oh, we
got a really good bushy here. Ah, real big open
borders guy. Let's go in front of him. He'll rule
our way, baby, And it just ties up Trump again,

prevents him from being able to implement his agenda. Run
out the clock, slow walk everything, obstruct, block, sabotage, undermine,
And again I have to say this one of the
most disgusting and frankly treasonous organizations in the United States.

It's not the American Civil Liberties Union ACLU. It should
be called the Anti American Civil Liberties Union. Notice. If
it's an illegal, if it's an enemy of America, if
it's a terrorist, if it's a jihadist, if it's a
an Islamist, if it's a communist, there's the ACLU. But

when the rights of Americans, mainstream Americans are being constantly
abused or violated, as they were under Biden, as they
were under the Dare litter Barack Hussein Obama, where was
the ACLU. Nowhere to be seen. Now they're trying to

tell us that illegal aliens, all they've got to do
is just literally jump the border. Okay, a couple lines

judge Joseph LaPlante out of New Hampshire, blocking Trump's executive
order preventing birthright citizenship from being given to the babies

Do you disagree with Lablont's decision? And further more, and
this I think is the ultimate question. Can a judge
simply override and ignore the rulings of the Supreme Court
because they want to stop Trump, they want to block him,

they want to overturn him, and so because of this,
they are now openly defying the Supreme Court. What should
be done now when judges forget defying the people, the President,
the Constitution, but now literally are ignoring and defying the
Supreme Court itself. What kind of penalties, if any, should

they would laugh in your face. They'd say, no, your
baby's a citizen of the United States. Take your baby
back to America. Never mind, it's a citizen of say Italy,
and now this child is entitled to unlimited welfare benefits
like starting from you know, one minute old, free healthcare,

free housing, and automatic welfare check. And now you and
the parents can stay in Italy forever and the state
has to provide you with an apartment and you know, welfare,
and you get free healthcare as well. Do you think,
you know, you think the Italians would stand for this

or any other country in the world, but only with
these insane saying moonbats. Have they been pushing this interpretation? Now?

not just the law and judges and their relation to

the question that you asked is what should happen to
these rogue judges when they go against their superiors on

opinion because they know the law. Some of us don't

what are they seriously? What are they? God? So now
they can even defy this Supreme openly black letter law,
defy the Supreme Court. And I'm not talking about some narrow,
obscure decision. We're like, really they ruled on that. Okay,

maybe then the judge has to be reminded. This is
one of the most historic, prominent discussed rulings in a generation.
It was the greatest Supreme Court victory of Trump's presidency
so far. It was wall to wall media coverage, all
everybody talked about it for days. The Supreme Court put

these district court judges in their place, and they were told, specifically,
your job is to interpret and follow the law. It's
not to make law. You're not the legislative branch. You're
not the executive branch. You can't issue nationwide injunctions and

block policy. You can't do that. So of course they
knew the law. They knew clearly what they're This judge
knows clearly what he's doing. He's openly thumbing his nose
not just at the executive not just at the voters,
not just at the Constitution, but now at the Supreme Court.

So again, what is Roberts going to do. He's the
chief Justice. You gotta police the courts. Police the freaking
courts agree disagree six one seven two six six sixty

stop us legislatively because we got majority in the Senate, House,

use the judicial system by judge shopping, and they did.

like never before, that we're gonna trig the superior the
Supreme Court justices to act and that the latest one
was the birthright citizenship, which they're going to deliberate on

in October. So now the Supreme Court came in and
told the lower court, federal district court, hey, listen, national
junction are not you know, if you're gonna rule or
a national juncts, he cannot be a national junction. The
party has to be in front of you. And they
also stopped the temporary the temporary restraining orders, which are

even worse because now a temporary is very broad and
you can't appeal that. So now what they're doing with
this is you have to.

Welcome this rogue judges, because what's kind of happen next
is that now they're triggering again the Supreme Court to
take steps again against the descent of some lower judge

every one of them said when they were confronted with
their radical past or some of the things that they said,
they said, well, when we're on the bench, we will
follow the law. The law for them is the Supreme Court.
They have to follow the law. They have to follow
what the Supreme Court says. And in other words, they're

they're they're essentially in contempt of the Supreme Court by
ruling the way they're ruling. And you're right, there should
be some kind of penalty for that. But uh, but
that but they're but they're basically ignoring the Supreme Court.
And what I would say is that I would have
Pambody and that president say no, we're not enforcing any
of these rulings. We're just going to continue the way
we're going by the ruling of the Supreme Court. And

ruling and any ruling you make along those lines just

ever see Roe v. Wade overturned, and Trump did it.

law and the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, as spoken, nothing else
