Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning one and all. Very special day today, obviously
Veterans Day. Again, I want to wish every single veteran
out there a happy, happy Veterans Day. From the bottom
of my heart, I want to thank all of you
for your service, your sacrifice, your devotion, your patriotism. I
(00:23):
know I've said this, I don't know how many times,
but it's true it I would not be behind this
microphone if it wasn't for all of you vets out
there and the immense sacrifices that you've made. And so
I'm gonna keep saying Happy Veterans Day all day today,
throughout the entire show. I'm gonna keep thanking you because
(00:46):
we can never thank you enough. And to the audience
out there, if you know a veteran or veterans in
your family or a friend, or in your neighborhood or
in your community, please reach out to them, say thank you.
I don't know, buy him a coffee, buy him a drink,
shake their hand, just let them know that we appreciate
(01:08):
everything that they've done for us, because truly, we can
never ever thank them enough. Now, speaking of Veterans Day,
you know there was a heartbreaking story. Now it's set
in Britain, but it could also be you know, it's
very similar to what's happening here in the United States.
(01:29):
There was a one hundred year old veteran, a British veteran,
literally one hundred years old, who fought in World War Two.
In fact, he fought for six years in World War Two,
from nineteen thirty nine all the way to nineteen forty five.
He is very lucky to have survived the war. He
(01:52):
lost many friends during that war, and as he's gotten
older and older, he's now one hundred years old, many
of his friends who were also veterans from that war
have slowly died off. And just recently he was on
a very popular morning show in England in Britain, and
(02:17):
he shocked the two co hosts. They're both liberals, they're
both moon bats. They both believe in multiculturalism, open borders,
unlimited migration, you know, the whole everything that is destroying
Britain and in essence Europe and the West. And so
they asked him if he could just say a few
(02:38):
words about his sacrifice and about why he fought for
World War two, and he just basically they gave him
the floor and of course, they expected him to say,
what an honor and a privilege it was to fight
for his country, and you know, and please whatever, you know,
(02:59):
give I need of VET organizations or whatever, some platitude
like that. But he shocked them. He shocked them live
on the air, and he said, well, I'm going to
be very honest with you in the entire audience. And
that's what I'm saying now is what many of my
fellow veterans who have plassed away over the last five, ten,
(03:21):
fifteen years have also been telling me. So this is
what most of us now think, those that have still alive,
that it wasn't worth it, that the sacrifices we made
in World War Two. We hate Hitler, we hated Nazism.
We loved Great Britain, we loved the country of our birth.
(03:43):
But when we look at what the country has now become,
those are his words, not mine. We ask ourselves why
why did so many of us die? Why did so
many of us sacrifice so much? Because we have less
freedom now than we did then. We're a different country
(04:05):
than we are now as we were then. We're no
longer British, we're no longer English. Our country has changed
and not for the better, and in retrospect, I don't
think it was worth fighting and dying for. I'm sorry,
but that's how I feel. And the co hosts tried
(04:26):
to pooh pooh it. They almost tried to you know,
it was very huge. They basically humiliated him afterwards. They
were condescending, they were patronizing. They were almost acting like, oh,
this is one hundred year old guy who's gone soft
in the head. No, he's not soft in the head.
He was very lucid, very articulate, very clear, very direct.
(04:49):
He meant every word that he said. And my point
is this, I don't want to be a Debbie Downer
on Veterans Day. It's quite the opposite. But what I'm
trying to say is this what the elites of our country,
whether it's the United States or the entire West, what
(05:09):
they have done over the last thirty years, and it
really has been a thirty year experiment in opening up
our borders, bringing in now tens and tens of millions
of illegal aliens into the United States, into Britain, into Europe,
(05:30):
into the West has been an absolute disaster. It has
been a disaster, and it has not changed us for
the better. It has changed us for the worse demonstrably.
And let me just give you an example. Okay, let's
get out of Britain. Let's go to the United States.
(05:51):
The Pew Research Center, which is one of the few
truly independent, nonpartisan objected institutes left or centers left in
the United States, just came out with an absolutely stunning
new report. It is an absolute bombshell. And at the
(06:14):
core of the Pure Research's findings, I want you to
listen to this. They look at how much illegal immigration
has impacted the United States over the last twenty five years.
So they do the long view, not just the short view,
but they do the last you know, quarter century, and
(06:37):
the numbers are staggering. They're unbelievable numbers. And to show
you how transformative it has become, I want you to
get ready because I'm telling you you're not gonna believe
now what the Pure Research Center is now has now
(06:58):
reported and what they have now found doubt and discovered.
Move Over New York the state of New York, which
includes New York City, but the entire state move Over
the number one destination, the number one center for illegal
(07:21):
aliens in the Northeast is Massachusetts. Massachusetts has now surpassed
New York as the number one center and magnet for
illegal aliens, and in particular, I want you to listen
now to this one in eighteen residents in mass One
(07:49):
in eighteen are illegal aliens. Four hundred thousand illegals reside
in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, one out of eighteen. Now,
(08:10):
just to compare, just to compare the entire state of
New York, which includes New York City, eight hundred and
twenty five thousand illegals live in New York, the whole state,
New York City, and everywhere else. Now you're gonna say, well, Jeff,
I don't understand how did Massachusetts sur pass New York City.
(08:32):
I mean eight hundred and twenty five thousand to four
hundred thousand in total. They have more numbers of illegals
than we do. Yes, but New York population is a
much bigger state than Massachusetts is not even close. So
per capita, listen now to this per capita thirty three percent.
(08:59):
There are thirty three percent more illegal aliens per capita
in Massachusetts than there are in the entire state of
New York. And the Pure Research Center explicitly says in
its report that it is directly due to the sanctuary
(09:19):
policy of Morihelly that under the years that Healy has
been governor, literally the floodgates have been opened, and that
Massachusetts and California now both are the number one destination
for illegals. And if you want to know why, the
(09:41):
answer is very simple, and again these are bombshell revelations.
Under Moriheelly, Listen now to this, illegal aliens are given
thirty thousand dollars over two years to go and get
the housing or the apartment of their choice. They are
(10:07):
given four thousand dollars a month EBT cash per month
four thousand dollars. They are given five hundred dollars in
food eight food assistance per month, plus plus free healthcare.
(10:32):
US citizens, legal residents of mass No free healthcare for you,
No thirty thousand dollars over two years for you to
get an apartment. No four thousand dollars a month cash.
But if you're an illegal, you get all of that
plus free healthcare, free education, and I swear to you
(10:54):
free cable, free cable whatever, satellite, TV, cable whatever. Jeff Kooner,
Boston's Bulldozer six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight is the number. Okay, I want to read
this from Larry out in Arkansas, who, as you know,
(11:15):
is an Air Force veteran himself, and this is what
he wrote to me just a couple of minutes ago
on Messenger. Good morning, Jeff, Well, good morning to you. Larry. First,
I want to thank you for being a steady voice
for veterans. It means more than you know. It's the
least I can do. Larry. Please don't thank me. I'm
the one who thanks you for everything that you and
(11:37):
all of you great vets have done for this country.
And then he makes the second point, and it goes
right to the issue we're talking about. Jeff. While I
can't speak for the latest crop of veterans, vet's overall
say we didn't. We didn't sign up to fight for
socialism or defend the new World order. And that essentially
(12:03):
is what that one hundred year old World War II veteran,
the British veteran, was essentially saying in that interview that
he gave recently on this very popular morning show in
Great Britain, this is not what we signed up for.
This is not the country that we want. We didn't
want this country that is that Britain has now turned
(12:25):
out to be. It's less free, it's clearly now being
overrun by illegals. It's no longer even British in many ways.
And this, this is not what we signed up for
the to fight the war. Yes we hated Nazism, Yes
we hated Hitler, Yes we hated fascism. Of course we
(12:49):
loved our great Britain. We were patriotic. But what the
country has now turned into it's a sad joke of
what we fought for in the you know, in nineteen
thirty nine, nineteen forty five. Now I want to bring
it here to the United States. I want to ask,
in all seriousness, in the wake now of this stunning
(13:10):
Pure Research Center report, the numbers now are undeniable. If anything,
I'm telling you they're low. These are conservative numbers now
under Morahely, she brought in along with Biden. Obviously, they
brought in so many freaking illegals that right now, as
(13:34):
things stand, forget New York City, forget the entire state
of New York, Massachusetts, listen to this is now the
number one center for illegal aliens. In the entire Northeast,
per capita, no one comes close to as many illegals
(13:58):
as the Commonwealth as we have here in Massachusetts. This
is a shocking number because remember, there are plenty of
non citizens, people who come on work visas, people who
are genuine refugees or been granted refugee status, people who
are on Green cards, whatever, student visas. So we have
(14:20):
a lot of non citizens in Massachusetts to begin with.
Many of them, as I pointed out, are on food stamps.
Over a million are on food stamps. Out of a population.
We only have seven million people living in Massachusetts. But
in terms of illegal aliens, four hundred thousand illegals that's
(14:42):
one out of eighteen residents in mass is an illegal.
New York the entire state eight hundred and twenty five thousand,
So per capita, we have thirty three percent more illegal
aliens than the state of New York, New York City whatever.
(15:04):
We now have surpassed New York. And this is solely
due to Mora Healy. Now it was bad before, but
now it's a title wave. In fact, that's how the
Pure Research Center describes the illegal immigration crisis in Massachusetts.
They go, it's now become a title wave and one
(15:27):
of the biggest reasons why it's become the number one
destination for illegal aliens outside of California. Really now it's
a race between US and California is because, frankly, even
New York doesn't offer these kinds of benefits. Maryland, very
liberal state, doesn't offer these kinds of benefits. Cities like Philadelphia, No,
(15:50):
they don't offer these kinds of benefits. Okay, I swear
to you. Even Vermont, you know this is Bernie Sanders country,
for God's sake, don't offer these kinds of benefits. So
again I want to go through the numbers. I know
I did it once, but please, these are shocking. Look,
(16:10):
these are numbers that are going to break the entire
social welfare system that we have. It's gonna break our hospitals,
it's gonna break our education system, it's gonna break our
basic social services. These are numbers that are literally unsustainable.
Heey and the Democrats, and this is now according to
(16:33):
these the bombshell new numbers that have now come out,
thirty thousand dollars given too illegals over two years for
housing in particular apartments so they can go out there
and get pretty much any apartment they want, paid for
(16:53):
by you and me the talkspayar. They also get four
thousand dollars every month cash load it up EBT cards
cash four thousand every month. We pay for that five
hundred dollars every month in guaranteed food assistance, free, healthcare, free, education, free,
(17:23):
heating costs free, utility free, cable free. Now, let me
ask you, is this what our veterans died for? Is
this what our veterans fought for? Is this what our
(17:44):
veterans put their lives on the line for to allow
invaders by the tens of millions to pour into our
country and then take Massachusetts and then put them literally
all up on welfare, give them free housing. On this
wonderful Veterans Day, and again I want to wish all
(18:07):
of our incredible vets a very very happy Veterans Day.
A big thank you from the Kooner Man again for
your service, your sacrifice, your patriotism. And look, let me
just wrap it up, and I want to go to
the phone lines six one, seven two, six, six, sixty
eight sixty eight. You look now at the number of illegals.
(18:29):
This is now official. There's no getting around it. Okay,
we've got the Pure Research Center report. It's a bombshell report.
We are now, per capita, we have the most illegal
aliens of any state in the entire Northeast. We have
now leapfrogged. We have surpassed the state of New York,
which obviously includes New York City, which is full of illegals.
(18:51):
So the numbers now are just shocking. I mean they're there.
They're the kind of numbers that will sink any state.
The welfare system is gonna buckle. It's already straining. I
don't know how much more this can go on. Now.
Thirty thousand dollars is what Healy is now giving out
(19:12):
taxpayer money, our money for two years. They do it
in two year increments to help pay for illegals. Could
they took them out of the hotels. They put them
into hotels, you know, free, free hotels, free meals, everything
was catered. And of course that that just financially you
couldn't keep doing this. It was just too expensive. So
now they have them going into private apartments. Well, what
(19:35):
do you think that's done to the We already have
the tightest housing rental market in the country. Rents are
insane practically everywhere in Massachusetts. But you go to Boston,
I mean it's no, really, it's freaking gonzo three thousand,
three thousand, five hundred dollars and you're like, this is
(19:57):
like what this is like five hundred feet? This is
a shock. So rents are out of control. Housing is
out of control. You want to talk about an affordability crisis,
young people, how could you want afford a house? I mean,
(20:17):
who has six seven, eight hundred thousand dollars to buy
a house? Now when you start giving money to illegals
fifteen thousand a year, thirty thousand over two years, and
they're going up and competing now with everyone else in
the housing market, you know what do you think that's good?
First of all, they're snatching up apartments. There's already few available,
(20:42):
but they're snatching up apartments that legal citizens, gay legal
residents and citizens they're trying to get into as well.
So it creates a housing crisis, a rental crisis, and
it keeps driving up the cost of rent and the
cost of housing, which makes it Massachusetts even more unaffordable
(21:05):
and more expensive. Now furthermore, you start so now our
hospital system is completely overrun. Why well, because they get
free healthcare. So you're flooding the state with all these
illegal aliens, and they're coming now in massive numbers, and
(21:27):
so the emergency rooms are full, the hospitals, the healthcare
clinics are full, and eventually they're gonna buckle and they're
gonna snap under all of this weight. The schools are
overflowing because they get free education. So now you're talking
(21:47):
about classroom sizes of thirty five, forty forty two, forty
four students per classroom, many of whom do not speak English,
so the teachers now have to be teaching them in
remedial English, which is holding back everybody else. I mean,
you see the avalanche effect of all this. Now, this,
(22:09):
these stunning, shocking numbers will bankrupt our welfare system, which
is intended for US citizens and the most vulnerable and
needy among us. That now, there's no question. So if
you want to know why Massachusetts has become in look
(22:34):
in my life, my lifetime, about thirteen years that I've
been here, fourteen years now in Massachusetts. I've seen the
state change, I've seen the downtown areas change, I've seen
Boston common change, I've seen the city of Boston change,
but I've seen much of Massachusetts change. It is the
(22:54):
Third worldization of Massachusetts. There's more poverty, there's homelessness, there's
a lot more open drug these you know, these drug markets.
You know, there wasn't a mass and cass when I
came here fourteen years ago. I'm telling you, there just wasn't.
You didn't have people shooting up right there in downtown Boston.
(23:17):
And you know in the open market, in the open
air like that. You know, you didn't walk around the
park and there's discarded used needles. I'm just giving you
an example. So what is clear is that when you
provide such lavish benefits, of course you're going to have illegals.
(23:40):
It's like a magnet. Of course they're going to come
to Massachusetts. The only thing that I think the reason
why California continues to be number one and we're now
number two is the weather. California gives out pretty much
the same benefits as Massachusetts. Everything essentially free, but you know, frankly,
(24:00):
the weather is better. There's me and there's winter in California,
but it's an incredibly mild winter. Hey, they have beautiful weather.
We don't. We have a miserable winter. It's dark, usually
snows whatever. It's not a you know, it's not a
pleasant winter. So yeah, the only thing that's a disincentive
is the weather. But outside of that, really, I'm telling you,
(24:24):
if I'm an illegal, let me ask you if you're
an illegal, because honestly, the drawback about California is, yeah,
you got the beaches, you got the water, you got
the weather. But there's so many people in California now.
You know, you go to San Francisco, you go to
La A, the crime is out of control. But I'm
(24:45):
talking defecation, forgive me, urination on the streets. You know,
if I'm an illegal alien, I'm like, go, well, Norte, Yeah,
you're gonna freeze your rear end off in the winter time.
But what do you care? Because the tax players are
gonna my heating bill and they're gonna pay the roof
over our head housing. They pay for it. They even
(25:06):
paid for the furniture. I swear to you thirty thousand
over two years. They give us four thousand dollars cash
money every month. They pay for our food, they pay
for our health care, they pay for our education. I'm
not kidding. They even pay for the cable. Of course
I'm coming. You'd be crazy not to come here. Now,
(25:31):
I'm sorry, but I got to ask. This is Veterans Day?
Is this what our men and women fought for? Many
of them died for, put their lives on the line
for or you know, as I do my annual radiothon,
as I did it on Friday, for our incredible disabled veterans.
They're in wheelchairs. You heard horror stories. We talked about
(25:55):
it on that show as we raised money. And by
the way, I want to thank all of you who donated.
We raised over one hundred and eighteen thousand dollars just
on the Cooner Report alone for disabled American veterans. So
a big kiss from me, a big thank you from
the Cooner Man. But you heard their stories. They come
(26:16):
back for severe PTSD. Many of them attempted suicide. One
told the story he hung himself or tried to hang himself,
and by God's grace, the rope broke and he realized,
I don't want to do this. I don't want to
do this. My point being that these veterans sacrifice so
(26:38):
much for us, is this what they're sacrificing for for foreigners.
I'm sorry invaders, people who come into our country, break
our laws, come here illegally and then suck up all
of our taxpayer money and our welfare benefits that should
(26:58):
be going for our poor, our homeless, our needy, and
as many of these vets testified personally, we're sleeping on
the streets, We're sleeping in cardboard boxes. Nobody cares for us.
(27:20):
But if you come in illegally, all of a sudden,
moriy Heay goes out of her way. She doesn't give
the veterans thirty thousand dollars for free to get a
free apartment or subsidized apartment. She doesn't pay one of
their heating bills. They're not giving them four thousand dollars
a month EBT cash thank you for your service, or
(27:42):
giving you five hundred bucks every month in food assistance,
or giving them free healthcare. They don't get free cable
forget everything else. Let me ask all of you, when
did the government ever pick up your cable bill? Once?
I have DirecTV Satellite TV? Okay? Could they once? Could
they pick it up once?
Speaker 2 (28:02):
No?
Speaker 1 (28:03):
Blank you? They want to tax me more? Six one
seven two six six, sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, Uh,
you want to make the Pew Research Center's point, how
we've become now the number one magnet, the number one
destination for illegal aliens in the entire Northeast. We now
(28:23):
have more illegals per capita than even New York. That
includes the city of New York, the state of New York, Massachusetts,
newmero Uno for illegals now in the Northeast. Why, okay,
here it is. Uh. This is a former law enforcement officer,
good friend of mine texted this to me on my
(28:43):
private phone, so I know he's telling me the truth.
I know him, I can vouch for him. His integrity
is impeccable. Jeff my Son works at a local grocery store.
Now listen to this. He told me yesterday that he
wrung up the highest order he's ever seen. A family
(29:05):
of what appeared to be foreigners, slash illegals purchased eight
hundred and ninety seven dollars worth of groceries. Good god,
eight hundred and ninety seven dollars worth of groceries. Well,
(29:29):
what the hell did they buy? What did they buy?
The entire store? That's that's that's not you know, let's
not quipple over three bucks. That's nine hundred dollars. What
did they buy every freaking steak in the store anyway, Jeff,
guess how they paid? You guessed it? Food stamps? WTF
(29:53):
with three question marks? How any of that you allow
for your car? I mean, there you go, there you go.
You want to know why all the illegals are coming here.
That's why they're all coming here. And you know who
paid for all those stakes and all that lobster and
(30:14):
that nine hundred dollars worth of food and groceries. I
mean that must have been How many carts did they
load up? That must have been three or four carts? Easy?
Are you and a me? It's time for Mora heely
to go. Dave, our Western PA constitutional correspondent out in
(30:35):
the Pittsburgh area, Dave, I know you're a proud Marine,
and I want to wish you and everyone a very
happy Veterans Day. How are you, Dave?
Speaker 3 (30:45):
Good morning, Jets. I'm your Western Pennsylvania correspondent, tong you
from Philadelphia. I was at the Birthday dash yesterday, Jeff,
and I tell you I watched my voice. We were,
oh Rob, we were rotting. We were going one nuts
at a box. That's buddy.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
So you're at the Marines two hundred and fiftieth birthday bash.
Speaker 3 (31:05):
Correct, Actually at my hotel, the Himpton, and in Swedes
out in Media PA. Not the liberal Media PA, but
Media PA, just outside Philly.
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Jeff and Dave, how was he? Give us a little
bit of an on the ground report. How is the mood?
How is the morale? How is the celebration? What are
your fellow Marines telling you, Dave about the state of Pennsylvania,
but especially the state of the country under Trump.
Speaker 3 (31:34):
Well, Jeff, some Marines some New York City aren't happy.
I got a buddy, that's he's a captain in the NYFT.
He says he might retire early too at DNY. And
as far as you know the state of Pennsylvania, you know,
from my area, we know we're good because we got
my neighbor John Fetterman as senator. He's even senator out
(31:57):
this far. But Jeff, when I was driving to on
the Turnpike in Pennsylvania, like you get the mass Turnpike,
I mean it was beautiful country, Jeff, Beautiful, gorgeous farm land,
beautiful animals, everywhere. I thought I was in heaven. And
when I when I arrived in Philly, the first teaing
I did it with to Gino's Teesteaks and I had
a sea steak. And to be honest, Jeff, like Dave Fortnoy,
(32:19):
the pizza guy, I wasn't very impressed because I've met
bet At cheese steaks back in Boston like a Pepa stake.
But love story short, Jeff, it was awesome. I got
to go to the Constitution Hall. I got some pic
I try to get pictures of the Liberty Bell, but
they're repairing the Liberty Bell. And I can tell you this, Jeff,
there needs to be a lot of members of the
Democrat Party or in even some Rhinos that needs to
(32:41):
go to Philadelphia and learn a lesson on the Constitution
and not the constellation. Buddy. But in all, Jeff, it
was great seeing my brother from thirty years ago from
the Gulf floor time. You know something, we got a
little pot belly. We made fun of them, and you know,
I mean, I'm a little load to myself, But no,
Jeffer was great seeing my buddy. All could show up
a couple from Massachusetts. My buddy Kenny Avery from Lowell
(33:05):
missed it, but I missed him, but I talked to
on Facebook. But it's not like seeing somebody tough. And
the funny funny thing when I was coming in to
go to the marker where the actual ton Tabrin is
along High ninety five, but like you got a nine
ninety five Corps door, it goes in the Pennsylvania and
New York. I had on my GPS set for the
Pennsylvania state marker of where Ton Table was, where the
(33:28):
US Naval Infantry hence the Marine Corps, you know, the
before there was called the Marine Corps. I was driving
around and I went by the Marriott Hotel and I
saw two of my asshual buddies I ain't seen in
thirty years. I rolled down the wader and I yelled
at the top of my lunch Bro Wilson, what's up.
Bro's it's day? You know my last name, I'll leave off,
and I pulled over Jeath. It was funny. They came over,
(33:51):
embraced me, gave me a hunker. So you edded to
the sign and said, damn right. So I get to
the sign, there's like forty marines here, buddy and I'm like,
this is where we were were born. It looked like
a city slum. But I'm like, that's understanding because we
get rid of slum in the Marines.
Speaker 1 (34:07):
Well, you know, Dave, I mean, you know, it's great
to hear the camaraderie and the love and respect that
all of you guys have for each other. Dave, I'm
going to ask you a difficult question, a very personal question,
a question that was asked of that one hundred year
old World War Two vet in Britain just recently. Is
this the kind of country you and your fellow vets
(34:30):
fought for? I mean, I know Trump's in office. You
love Trump, I love Trump. But when you hear about
all of these illegals that have now invaded, how many
of them are on welfare, how much welfare at least
here in Massachusetts that we're giving these illegals, what they've
done to our cities, what they've done to our country.
(34:52):
Is this is this why you guys fought or do
you feel that the country has fundamentally changed for the worse.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
I'm especially veterans State Chefal's financial I want to say
happy birthday to all Marines and all my veterans and
then be climbing place like in the Marines. And but Jeff,
to be honest with you, and I'm gonna be as
honest like I'll pull you, Jeff, like I'm in the confessional, buddy,
and I'll be honest. Jef. No, I don't think this
is the country we grew up in. This is not
(35:22):
the country we want to continue to grow up in.
Because if they're gonna star electing my daddi's and Michelle
woos and moon back Democrats and far communist leftists everywhere,
I hate to say, Jeff, and I'm not gonna see it,
because it's the day after if that goes that way,
which I think people are smart enough they won't because
we need more Democrats like my senators aren't Vetterman and
(35:43):
farmer Speaker Tip O'Neil. I think it's gonna go by
the wayside, Jeff. But we don't elect good, good, strong
constitutionalists because there are rhinos that are rear and assets.
But Jeff, No, it isn't the country I fought for.
That we fought for, Okay, Jeff, And I'm gonna say it.
If it let's go by that way, I'm not ashamed
of being a marine. But I'll tell you what, Jeff.
(36:04):
I'll be the first to come out and say, and
I do say it now, this isn't the country we
fought for, buddy, not for you, not for my children.
I saw like the liberal saying that the children, not
for Mikrosiandy, and Jeff. I get some gorgeous pitchers of
me and my buddies raised, and hell, turn the birthday party.
I'll send you. I sent you some yesterday. I'll send
you all my twenty pitchers. Jeff.
Speaker 1 (36:24):
All right, Dave, thank you very much, and again thank
you for your service. And God bless you and all
you vets out there. Thank you again, Dave. So look,
I get this from veterans all the time. Look, they
love this country. They love our flag, they love our constitution,
they love our history.
Speaker 3 (36:42):
You know.
Speaker 1 (36:43):
Look, many of them, you know, would do anything for America.
But they give the same answer that that one hundred
year old veteran gave in Britain. No, I'm sorry, this
is not the kind of country we fought for, we
bled for, and some of us died for. And you
know why, who wants to fight and die for? Not
(37:03):
just foreigners and illegals, but moochers, parasites who are just
living off the fout of the land. I mean, I'm sorry,
this is beyond outrageous. Agree, disagree? Dan in Plymouth, Thanks
for holding Dan and welcome.
Speaker 4 (37:21):
Hey, good morning, Jeff. This is Nurse Dan Colin Jeff.
The number one magnet for legal migration in Massachusetts is
mass health. Mass health is known all over Western Africa,
Northern Africa, South America, Latin America. And what have we
got for it? Over two thirds of all general hospitals
(37:45):
in Massachusetts are underwater. It's unsustainable. We're going to reach
a crash and that's where it's going to impact all
of the suburbanites who think that immigration is good for all.
When the community hospital start closing, then they're going to say,
how did this happen? And it's illegal migration. It's burying
(38:10):
the healthcare system in Massachusetts.
Speaker 1 (38:12):
Nurse Dan, are you being tongue in cheek or are
you serious when you say mass health? Because you know
it's the quality of the healthcare combined with the fact
that they get it for free. Right, So if you
live in a third world country and you know you
desperately need healthcare, my god, that's like winning the lottery.
Are you serious when they say it's in Northern Africa,
(38:34):
in Southern Africa and Latin America and wherever you go,
they all say mass health. Are you serious or do
people really come from those parts of the world here
because they go this is you're not going to get
a better healthcare system for free? Are you joking or
are you serious?
Speaker 4 (38:53):
Nurse Dan from first hand experience where I worked for
years in an acute care hospital in an urban city
with a large immigration population, where where their families would
buy a one way plane ticket, fly them to Logan
and then some distant relative would drive them to my
(39:15):
community hospital, drop them off in the ed and they
would literally be abandoned. It's happening with all the hospitals
that accept mass health that this is what's going on.
It's a common practice. Now. I'm not inhumane, you know,
I care for all patients equally, regardlessly of the immigration status.
(39:37):
But it's the number one magnet. I'm going to share
this one anecdote with you. Just before COVID, a mother
and daughter from Western Africa decided they were going to
go on vacation to the US. They buy plane tickets
to Massachusetts. They show up at our hospital. They complain
that they had a cough for two years. Guess what,
(39:58):
both positive for tuberculosis. It happens more often you think.
And the hospitals are paying for this free healthcare. The
tax payer is on the hospitals are That's why the
hospitals are going underwater. Two thirds are in the red
and more to come.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
When that person that you know, not these, not these
this mother daughter, but the previous one where you say
they come in from Africa one way ticket logan airport,
distant relative picks them up, drops them off at the hospital,
They go into the er, they get treated. What happens
then then obviously they don't go back. So is it
(40:37):
the Moray Heey model? They come in, they're treated for free,
and then what they're given, you know, housing for free, meals,
for free, EBT cash four thousand a month, they're given
free cable, free education. Is that what happens to them?
You drop them off, they get taken care of at
(40:57):
the hospital, and then morey Heey or what her people
set them up in an apartment with free food. Is
that what they do? I'm just curious, what's the next
step for these people once they're taken care of in
the hospital.
Speaker 4 (41:10):
Then speak to that Jeff, because I'm a bedside nurse,
so once they get discharged from the hospital, they're no
longer under my care, so I can't speak I have.
I will share this one anecdote with you where a
very elderly person who had advanced comorbidities was abandoned by
his family. My hospital literally paid an employee to accompany
(41:35):
this abandoned patient and fly him back to Western Africa
because his family did not want to reclaim him. That's
how dramatic it is. And that all costs the hospital,
not the taxpayer's money. And so the hospitals aren't closing
their doors to patients who are in need, because, after all,
(41:56):
the average person is humane. But what I'm looking at
is the dollars in cents, and it's math health that
is the magnet for migrants from all over the world,
and they're going to and they are bankrupt in our hospitals,
especially our community hospitals. It's great if you live in
the city of Boston and you've got four renowned promise
(42:20):
and hospitals, but guess what, most people don't live in
the City of Boston. They live out in the one
twenty eight or four ninety five Beltway, and so they're
relying on community hospitals, and those are the hospitals that
are suffering, and they're carrying the undue weight of illegal migration.
And the hospitals, if you look at their bottom lines,
(42:41):
they're all underwater and it's all because of illegal migration.
Speaker 1 (42:46):
Oh, you nailed it, Dan, outstanding call. You absolutely nailed it, Dan,
as always, thank you very much for that call. Look,
I'm going to keep saying this over and over again.
If the Republicans do not defeat Morrihey that I'm telling you,
they're useless. They're useless. She is by far, and this
(43:06):
is saying something. The worst, most destructive, incompetent governor this
state has ever had. And by the way, we could
have had Jeff Deel. We could have had Jeff Deel.
Whatever all of you think of Jeff Deal, he wasn't this,
but the Rhino stabbed him in the back. The Boston Herald,
(43:30):
not just the Boston Globe to Herald, the Republican establishment
and some of their paid lackeys in talk radio, you
know who they are, did everything they could to torpedo
and sabotage Jeff Deel when he ran against Morraheelly, thereby
guaranteeing a Heey victory and now a Healy governorship. And
(43:50):
we're all paying the price. But you know what, does
some of them care? Because now they live full time
in Florida. So that's the problem. They live in Florida. Uh,
they're registered to vote in Florida. They're not here anymore,
So what do they care? So that that's the problem.
Or if you're Amy Carnivallei the head of the mass GOP,
(44:13):
what does she care? Because she's a lobbyist, so her
pockets are being lined. In fact, the more the Republicans lose,
the more the Democrats like her, the more money she makes,
so she's paid to lose. So what does she care?
So who are the ones that ultimately suffer? Are you
(44:35):
and me? Kevin in Newton? Thanks for holding Kevin, and welcome.
Speaker 2 (44:43):
I'm going to thank you for what you do for
the veterans.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
Oh my pleasure. It's the least I can do. Thank you, Kevin.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
Well, I'm on it. But I want to say, just
before the pandemic, we had a situation where I spoke
for the veterans over in front of the state He
was in front of twenty state senators, and these people
were so rude and so disrupting on the level that
they were talking to the people that were speaking, and
(45:11):
they didn't want to have this the state goh sanctuary state,
and they were so condescending to the people that were
against having it go to become a sanctuary state. And
I remember looking at the people up there on the
pile of the state senators. There's twenty of them. There
was one representative from the GOP and I looked at
(45:34):
them and I had a paper in front of me.
I said, forget this paper. I'm going to give them
from my heart. And I looked at these people. I said,
you see that flag behind you. I said, I've got
your attention now, because all these people were they were
speaking to them from the Hotels Union and so forth.
They all wanted it. And I turned on I said, listen, folks,
I took the same oath as you did over when
(45:54):
I went to Vietnam. I saw that flag shredded, and
you said uphold the Constitution of the United States and
the state of Massachusetts. And I was so frustrated that
I was in. Oh, the way they were speaking, they
were laughing, they were talking amongst each other.
Speaker 3 (46:10):
They weren't even.
Speaker 2 (46:10):
Listening to the people speaking. So I said to them
that flag was shredded and we used to put it
up under fire back. It was in a Vietnamese unit
with an American unit as well, and I was so
frustrated to see these people. They don't have a clue.
They couldn't hold the strap of some of these military guys.
And this is what's running our show in Massachusetts. It's
(46:33):
disgusting and if we don't get a handle on it,
what Joe Biden has done to this country is going
to have implications for the next twenty years if we
can get out of it. And I think the genies
out of the bottle. A friend of mine has Parkinson's.
I took him over to Newton Wallsey Hospital and you
couldn't even understand the people who were speaking in there.
And he got in there at eight o'clock in the
morning and we didn't get the un till just about midnight,
(46:58):
and the place was with people and the ear over there. Jeff,
I don't know how to take care of this, but
I am so frustrated. I'm seventy seven years old. We're
going to have a Veterans Day ceremony today in Newton,
and I'd like to scream at these people that opened
up our borders to bring in because my grandfather came
(47:19):
from Ireland and I'm looking at the way these people
are treated. And my father, unfortunately, was on welfare. And
I remember we were little kids. We said, you know, Dad,
I want to maybe we'll have a better Christmas this year.
And I'm not getting silly here. I just think that
he died a young man, but he was a proud
man and he would be rolling over in his crave
(47:40):
to see what was going on today.
Speaker 1 (47:41):
Well look, Kevin, again, I really want to thank you
for your service. And I want I always say this,
but I need to say it. I love all the Vets,
you know that, but the Vietnam Vets in particular, I
have a special place in my heart because you were
the ones that were spit on, You were defiled, you
(48:02):
were vilified when you came back from that war, unfairly,
unjustly to me, to the Left's eternal shame, what you
fought a noble war. You fought a noble fight. Against communism,
and how the country treated you, or not the citizens,
(48:22):
but the country, meaning the media, the political leadership, the
Democrats in particular, honestly disgraceful and shameful. You're a man
of honor, never forget that. So you did the right
thing for your country. You did the right thing for
yourself and for your family. These people literally couldn't shine
(48:45):
your shoes, and they couldn't shine the shoes of any
other veteran. And what you say is true. I know
because I talked to these Democrats and I see how
condescending they are, and how contemptful they are, and just
sheer hatred they have for ordinary people, but especially veterans.
It's disgusting, it really is. And you know what sickens
(49:09):
me is that they're bringing in all of these Third
World illegals and flooding our state, and yet they will
turn their back on their own fellow citizens, on their
own fellow veterans. You know, they don't honestly, they don't
give a damn about vets sleeping on the streets. I
(49:32):
had vets in my studio on Friday who off the
air told me that when they were contemplating suicide because
they come back with severe PTSD and they reached out
for help. Not a single Democrat politician in this state cared.
Nobody there gave a damn. But if they were an
(49:53):
illegal and they reached out for help, what do you
want an apartment you you got it. You want groceries,
you got it. You want free healthcare, you got it. Hey,
you want four thousand dollars a month. You want some
spending money, you got it. It is beyond disgusting.
