Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Cooner country. Okay, my friends, what took so long?
That's the only question I have. All Right, Finally, it's
been a couple of days now, the rumor mill has
been swirling, and yesterday finally we got an answer to
what the whole country has been asking. Will former FBI

(00:23):
Director James Comy be indicted? The answer yes, So, as
you know, the media beyond apoplectic. They're going beyond berserk.
They're screaming authoritarianism, dictatorship, Hitler, Nazi. I mean, it's just

(00:46):
it's worse than before, worse than before the assassination of
Charlie Kirk, and they are losing their collective minds and
now engaged and I'm talking frightening, violent, in cingdiary rhetoric
against Trump because now the deep state is about to

(01:07):
be exposed and unmasked in a way it never thought
was possible. James call me yesterday was officially indicted by
a federal grand jury. This is in Eastern Virginia, the
District of Eastern Virginia, on two counts one. According to

(01:29):
the indictment, James called me on September thirtieth, twenty twenty,
in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath congressional
testimony in front of Congress, he lied, he made false
statements to Congress. And on top of making false statements

(01:49):
to Congress, he also obstructed the official congressional proceeding in
order to try to cover up his role in the
infamous Rushgate scandal. And so according to the indictment, it's
a two page indictment. On September thirtieth, twenty twenty, Senator

(02:10):
Ted Cruz told call Me that in prior congressional testimony
he repeatedly claimed under oath that he never ever leaked
information or authorized anyone underneath him, whether it be his
deputy Director Andrew McCabe or the FBI General Council was

(02:34):
James Baker. That these allies of his who admitted to
leaking information illegally to the New York Times, to the
Wall Street Journal. Both of these men, both McCabe and
James Baker, said that they were specifically told, instructed, and

(02:54):
authorized by call MEY to do so. Call Me in
the past, under oath said he never did anything like that.
He never leaked, He never told anyone to leak. Cruz
then asked him point blank, somebody here is lying. Either
McCabe is lying, either James Baker is lying, or you, sir,

(03:18):
are lying. According now to the transcript, it called me
then said, I stand by my previous testimony. I never
authorized or knew about anyone leaking information to the media
or to any outside organization. Now that is a lie.

(03:42):
That is a lie. He lied under oath. This is naked,
black and white perjury. We don't just have McCabe and
James Baker's testimony. We have the documents now that were
unleashed released by Tulca Gabbard, in which Baker, in the
emails in text messages, admits that he was a leaker

(04:07):
and admits that he authorized others to leak. In particular.
I don't want to get too lost with names, but
one of the key names, if you can remember this
from you know, four or five six years ago, was
his buddy, his close friend, Columbia lawse Columbia University law
professor Daniel Richmond, who call me admitted under oath previously

(04:34):
he said no, I gave him a lot of sensitive
stuff to leak against Trump after Trump fired him. If
you remember in May twenty seventeen, as the FBI director
and so call Me went on a vendetta tour. He
was going to burn Trump to the ground. He was
going to torch him. And that's when stuff outrageous stuff

(04:54):
about Russia, lie after lie after lie was being leaked
to the media. And the guy that was doing the
leaking was Komi and he did it through his friend
Daniel Richmond. So we know he's already leaked. We know
we authorized people to leak. He lied under oath they

(05:16):
have them dead to rights and was he obstructing the investigation?
Of course that's why the lie. Now both counts combined
are felonies, and he could get up to five to
ten years in prison if convicted. He probably will not
get the maximum, but he's looking at a couple of

(05:38):
years in jail, his reputation ruined, and he will be
a convicted felon. He has released a video message which
I'll play later, but basically, now he's trying to pretend
and portray himself. He's trying to pretend to be the
leader of the resistance. Call Me is now claiming that

(06:02):
he's an innocent man and that this is the price
when you stand up to Donald Trump, but that he's
gonna take this all the way to trial, because as
an innocent man, he has nothing to fear. Let him
talk and talk and talk. The evidence will speak for itself.

(06:24):
And my only concern, to be brutally honest with all
of you at this point, is that it's now come
out that the judge that will be presiding over the
trial is a Joe Biden appointed judge. Not good. The
trial will take place in Alexandria, Virginia, Northern Virginia. It

(06:45):
is generally a democratic liberal area, so the jury pool
may have a lot more liberals or moonbats on it,
then I will be comfortable with. But if they follow
the evidence, if they follow the law, if they follow
the truth, James Komy is going behind bars, and he

(07:10):
deserves to go behind bars. In fact, again, if I
can be like in the confessional to me, when I
look at these indictments, I'm like, this is the lowest
hanging fruit possible of all of the crimes that Comy
committed helping to frame Donald Trump as an agent of Russia.

(07:33):
Remember here's he's spearheaded. He led the Russia collusion investigation
against Trump under orders from Clinton, from Hillary, under orders
from the dear letter Barack Hussein Obama working with John Brennan,
working with James Clapper. The man committed treason. The man

(07:58):
engaged in an attempted coup to overthrow a duly elected
president of the United States. He sought to frame an
innocent man lying to congress an obstruction of a congressional
proceeding to be honest. Is the least of his crimes.
It's the lowest of the low hanging fruit. Now, I'm

(08:20):
not complaining. Look, something is better than nothing. And they
went after him on these two counts because the Statute
of Limitations was going to expire on Tuesday, literally a
couple days from today, and so it was basically on
those counts now or never. And so I'm happy they

(08:43):
did it. I'm very happy they did it. But look
the conspiracy charges. That to me, the conspiracy case, that's
the one that's much more important. Now, I'm praying that
John Brennan will be next, Obama's former CIA director, That

(09:03):
James Clapper will be next, that John Bolton will be next,
that Andrew McCabe and Peter Straw, that that entire corrupt
cabal will be next, and that ultimately, when these indictments
are handed down, and they're looking at the prospect of
facing years and years behind bars. They will turn on

(09:27):
the so called big fish, on Hillary Clinton, on Joe Biden,
on Obama, on those that really masterminded what they did
to Trump, to the country and frankly to the world.
Which was the greatest scandal in American history, the Russia

(09:50):
collusion hoax, which paralyzed this country. It basically undercut Trump's
entire first term, deliberately so, and it has divided us
in a way that nothing has divided us since the
Civil War. And all of these people need to pay
a massive price and be held accountable for what they did.

(10:12):
But let me just say this, Michael Flynn, former National
Security advisor under Trump, is grinning ear to ear because
if you remember FBI at the time, FBI Director Comy
is the one who went after Flynn. He's the one

(10:34):
that criminally charged Flynn. He's the one that drained his
bank account, waged law Fair, threatened to indict his son
until Flynn had to basically plead guilty because he had
no more money left to fight this out in court.
And do you know what Comy got him on, You
guessed it making a false statement, Okay, according now to

(11:01):
multiple media outlets, and I hope this is true. Apparently
now former FBI Director James call Me is going to
be surrendering today, handing himself over this morning to federal
authorities where he will be officially arrested. Now, I hope,

(11:23):
I hope that this is done. As I said on
X last night, that they put call Me in handcuffs,
that they purp walk them right in front of the cameras,
so the entire world, all of the American people, everybody
can see what a criminal and a liar and a

(11:47):
scumbag this man is. No one deserves to be purp
walked more than this guy. And as I said just
before the break, what he did just to former National
Security Advisor General Michael Flynn alone alone where he knew

(12:08):
he was innocent, in fact, on his book tour, to
show you how diabolical and evil this man is. On
his book tour, pedling his book, he thrilled audience. They
were cheering, literally cheering, clapping, hooting and hollering. When he said,
you know, I'll be honest with you. I shouldn't have

(12:31):
done it. I shouldn't have pressed charges against him, but
I took advantage of the fact that it was Trump's
first term, very early, and it was still not fully organized,
and you know, Trump was distracted with other things, and
the d OJ and others were distracted with other things.

(12:52):
And so I sent my guys over and I said,
let's try to get him. And that's if you remember.
They asked him question about Russian diplomats and had he
ever met Russian diplomats at some embassy, which, by the way,
was full of diplomats. There were like thirty or forty
or fifty diplomats from different countries all over the world.

(13:15):
And Flynn was like, I can't quite recall. I know
there was an event, I was there was a Russian
I can't remember. Anyway, the two agents, to show you
how corrupt Camy is, the two agents who he sent
to interview Cally came back and wrote in their report

(13:35):
that they didn't believe that Michael Flynn lied. They go,
we don't believe he lied. We don't believe he came.
You know, he made a false statement, He committed perjury.
In fact, Michael Flynn was sandbagged. He wasn't even told
get a lawyer. He wasn't even told. This was a
formal interview, and then Comy said, I don't care what

(14:00):
the agents who interview him said, I don't. Obviously we
sand bagged them, Obviously we ambushed him. I want to
get this guy, and I'll do everything in my power
to get him. And they used lawfare to bankrupt Michael Flynn.
He basically lost his house and they threatened to go
after his son. Just plead guilty to anything, something so

(14:24):
we can make it seem like Russia collusion was real
and that Russia Gate is real. So we need scalps,
we need we need people to start pleading guilty even
though we know they're innocent. He framed Michael Flynn. This
comeback call Me framed Michael Flynn, and he obviously tried

(14:49):
to frame President Trump as an agent of the Kremlin
and as an agent of Russia. So they got f
in making false statements. Well now it's ca Mey who's
in the dock. And now he's being charged with making
false statements. As I said before, what goes around comes around.

(15:13):
Baby Karma is a bee. Now listen to listen to
call me. Okay, listen to criminal Camy. Now he's playing
the martyr right away. He ran to Instagram. Now he's
not going he's not posting pictures with seashells eighty six

(15:35):
forty seven. Suddenly, now he's not talking about, you know,
taking out Trump or assassinating Trump. No, no, no, no,
he goes on Instagram. And now I always knew this
day was coming. Trump was gonna come after me. I'm
Nelson Mandela, I'm a hero of the resistance. Roll cut two.

(16:02):
And try. I'm telling you, please try not to throw
up your breakfast. Okay, please try to keep your breakfast down.
Roll cut two, Mike.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
My family and I have known for years that there
are costs to standing up to Donald Trump, but we
couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way. We will not
live on our knees, and you shouldn't either. Somebody that
I love dearly, recently said that fear is the tool
of a tyrant, and she's right. But I'm not afraid,

(16:38):
and I hope you're not either. I hope instead you
are engaged, You are paying attention, and you will vote
like your beloved country depends upon it, which it does.
My heart is broken for the Department of Justice, but
I have great confidence in the federal judicial system and

(16:59):
I'm innocent, so let's have a trial and keep the faith.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Okay, Okay, you want a trial, baby, We'll give you
a trial. You see, he's a narcissistic sociopath. That's what
I told Grace last night. I go if he had
half a brain, if he wasn't so stupid and ultimately
so arrogant and so full of hubris and so full
of himself, he'd be looking to cut a deal right now,

(17:29):
because if he gets anything close to an impartial trial,
anything close to an impartial jury, and anything approaching a
fair trial, he's going to jail. They got him, as
I said, dead to rights. They got him on perjury,

(17:49):
they got him on obstruction, they can get him on
a lot more. If I were him, i'd be copying
a plea. If he's smart, I'd be saying, what do
I got to say? What you want me to tell you?
To keep myself out of jail? And now Brennan is
going to be next. Apparently, according to media reports, Bolton

(18:09):
as well is expecting to get his and he's going
to be arrested. Six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, finally find the
lead James, call me indicted. Apparently he will be officially
arrested today. He's going to hand himself in. Let me

(18:29):
ask all of you, do you want it to be
done in front of the cameras? Would you like to
see him purp walked in handcuffs? To be honest, I'm
with many people on social media who are saying, why
didn't they, you know, why didn't the FBI kick his
door down at four in the morning. That's that was
his modus operendi, And that was the modus operendi, the

(18:52):
mo of the entire Biden regime when they went after
Trump's people, when they went after their political opponent, they
came in with a battering ram, a swat team, FBI,
hell sometimes even tanks, and they would just kick that
door down at four four thirty five in the morning,
with CNN right there covering it for the whole country.

(19:16):
So you know, they could have had Newsmax or Fox
or whoever and kick his door down at five five
point thirty in the morning. But anyway, they're going to
do it the civilized way. He's going to hand himself
in and he will be officially arrested, and then he
will be arraigned in Alexandria. This is going to be
in Northern Virginia. That's where the trial is going to

(19:37):
be held on October ninth. Now, let me just say
this a couple of questions. By the way, are you
happy about the indictment? Do you think it's long overdue?
To me? Yes, yes, But I want to hear from you.
Are you worried that there's going to be a Biden

(19:57):
judge presiding over this trial, and that this trial will
be held in Northern Virginia, which is generally very democratic,
very liberal, and will that tank the jury pool. So
I'm just curious if you have confidence in the case. Now,
the other question I have for the audience. This is

(20:20):
very unusual. Let me be very honest with all of you. Usually,
by this time, almost any topic, any day I do
the show, the lines are screaming. I mean, people are calling.
It's like a Christmas tree. The board just lights up
like a Christmas tree. It is very flat right now.

(20:41):
On the emails, flat, on the text line, flat, on
the phones flat. Everything is flat. And I'd like to
know why. I really, no, really, I mean, I'm just curious,
is it is it? Because you're not happy be with
the indictment. You think it's it should have been a

(21:04):
lot more. You're disappointed that it's only you know, false
statements and obstruction. What is it about the indictment that's
leaving so many of you cold that I'm just curious?
Is it because you think with a Biden judge and
this trial being held in Northern Virginia that ultimately call

(21:24):
me a is gonna skate and get away with it?
It just or or is it that you just believe
in the end nothing will happen and we're just gonna
get our hopes up for nothing. I can't quite read
Kooner Country right now, but it's just it's so unusual.
I mean, I mean literally we can talk about any topic,

(21:46):
I mean any topic and it's like, hello, no one's emailing,
Like literally, no one's emailing me. And I noticed that
last night. I'm you know, usually when I go on
and I postuff, I get a tremendous reaction, and I'm like,
what's going on here? There's not much reaction like it's

(22:08):
But what I mean is it's not for pro or
con or happy or unhappy. It's just silence. And even
my inbox. Hell. To be honest with you, before I
even start the show, like at five in the morning,
my emails are coming in my messages, even people are texting.
I'm like, whoa boy, they're ready for this topic or

(22:30):
you know, they want to talk about this or whatever today. Nothing.
It's just odd. So did you want more? Did you
expect more? Are you disappointed? You can't believe it? You
think it's not really going to happen, that in the
end we'll have a farce of a trial and he'll
get away with it. I really would like to know

(22:51):
your reaction. Six one seven two, six, six sixty eight,
sixty eight is the number. Okay, let's go to Lou
in Rhode Island. You're gonna kick us off. Lou, Thanks
for holding and welcome.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
How are you doing?

Speaker 4 (23:06):
Jeff?

Speaker 3 (23:06):
Uh on your two questions, adest to both. But I
think you know a lot of people think we've been
down this path before with Dorham. No matter how we
were promised with Dorham, all this stuff, nothing ever.

Speaker 4 (23:16):
Came out of it.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
Uh, And and it's been we've been down this path before.
I guess I guess everybody's pretty much pretty skeptical of
this thing. I think the only reason they could get
to count is because of statutes of limitations and stuff
like that. But I want to be a little bit
optimistical on this thing, is that I hope this is
the beginning. I hope what what Tulsi came out with

(23:39):
and what Senator Grassley's come out with, you both deserve
a lot of credit, is going to turn out to
be fruitful in the end. And we already get go
after clap clapper, Brennan, uh and both universities people, maybe
you lead up to Obama, but you know, the thing
is is that if the Democrats were ever given a
piece of information like this, you would see it everywhere.

(24:00):
People would be there, They're side would be all excited,
they'd be out in the streets, they'd be screaming. We're
basically saying, how are we You know, what's going to happen?
Is he going to get off? Is going to be
the same old thing. I think we need to be more,
We need to be more in the offense, and we
need to be more optimistic because you know why it
all boils down to what he did was treason and

(24:22):
what they all did was treason. It might not be
these two counts, but essentially it was treason, and his
treason was reinforced by him putting on the sand these
shelves with eighty six forty seven. That was treason. It's
treason is he's always had it against Trump. He's always
wanted to go against Trump, he wanted to overthrow Trump,
and then with eighty six forty seven, and you know
what that means, he wants to get rid of them

(24:43):
all together. So I think this guy is a nasty guy.
They have to prosecute him, they have to go after him.
I want to see it on a public trial, on
on TV, put on c SPAN or wherever. And we've
got it, like exposed the Democratic the Democrats for who
they are. And there's two big sides of the Democrat Party.

(25:05):
It's one is the inside government people like Comy and
and and Brennan and all those other people McCay, and
then there's the outside Democrat people, the donors that support
all their all their nasty groups like Antifa and all
the other other ones. And we're now going after the
inside group with with Komy. They're going to call up

(25:26):
their outside troops and protests, the people who who key
the Tesla's and all that stuff, and and and start
trying to start a big stinkle.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
I agree, lou I, by the way, I agree on
every count, absolutely every count everything that you just said. No. Look,
I rarely, as you know, I don't I boycott. I
deliberately boycott the fake news media. I don't want to
give them the ratings. But last night again forgive me
Cooner country, but I'm like, I've got to see the reaction.

(25:54):
How are they taking this? And it was frightening. I'm
telling you, really, it was frightening. They were yelling, they
were screaming. I'm talking into the media now, they were spitting.
I thought some of them. I said, dude, no, this
person's going to get a heart attack. Like they're going
to get a heart attack. And now it's he's worse

(26:18):
than a dictator. This is authoritarianism, this is our democracy
is under siege. He's putting opponents in jail. This is
now Hitler, He's now this is the fourth Reich, the
Weimar Germany. You know analogy. Varmeyer is now dead. Our
democracy is dead. Six one seven two six, six sixty

(26:42):
eight sixty eight. Okay, the left apoplectic is not the
word losing their minds going crazy. I mean, it's they're
ready to burn the country down. Oh man, are they
going insane on the fake news media over the indictment
yesterday of James Comy, former FBI director, on two counts

(27:05):
false statements to Congress, perjury essentially, and obstruction of justice,
obstruction and obstructing and official congressional proceeding. Okay, a lot
of you are reacting to the Kooner Man. What was
it maybe fifteen minutes ago when I said, I've never
in I think twelve years on the air seen the

(27:27):
lines this flat, and the emails this flat, and the
text line. And it's not that people are angry or happy,
it's just complete indifference. And I'm like, I've never seen
Cooner country like this on anything anything ever. And I'm like, why,
you know, I mean in theory, didn't we want Comy indicted?

(27:49):
Like I mean, I'm just really I'm asking everybody we
know where we complaining where are the indictments? How come
these deep state criminals aren't being indicted? And then finally
they start getting indicted, and everybody is just cold, nobody
is excited. Everybody is just hell, you know, very cynical,

(28:14):
very very just very indifferent. That's just the only word
that keeps coming to my mind. Anyway, Nancy messaged me
on messenger, and this is what I'm getting now from
many of you. Jeff. The reason why people aren't excited
about this is because we know that it's all crap,

(28:35):
nothing is going to happen. So and by the way,
there are many of you are saying that now there's finally.
Emails are coming in in text and you're like, Jeff,
we just don't believe he's going to be convicted. We
just don't believe ultimately is going to go to jail.
We just think this is a dog and pony show.
Do you believe it's a dog and pony show? Do

(28:58):
you believe that Indiana, he's gonna get off and get
off Scott free? That this is just more political theater.
I want to hear from you. Six one seven two
six six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay,
what do you make of the news now that apparently
Brennan will be indicted over the next couple of days

(29:21):
Bolton as well. In other words, this is not just
a one off. It appears now that the Bondy now
being told by Trump. I want arrests. I want these
deep state criminals to be held accountable. BONDI is finally moving,
cash Pttel is finally moving, the FBI is finally moving.

(29:46):
We wanted this, we asked for it. We are starting
to get it. But why are so many of you
so cold? You know, I mean, there's no other way
to put it. You know, you're just so so. I
don't know, and you just it's all flat. There's no

(30:07):
there's no emotion out there. Six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, Usually
I say blazing phone lines, because the lines are blazing.
But let's go to a few of the phones that
we have that people are calling in on Tony in

(30:27):
Fall River. Thanks for holding Tony, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (30:33):
Hey, Jeff, follow you.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
I got through, actually, Tony. Honestly, I think I'm happier
than like, more than ninety percent of the audience. The
audience is not very happy today, and I don't know why.
But anyway, please go ahead, Tony.

Speaker 4 (30:49):
I'm actually amazed that through the response you're getting is
not on fire. To be honest, this is the biggest
news I think that the Republicans could ever here, this
is the first crack in the wall for the Democrat
machine to come down. Reminds me of Watergate when that
all started and one crack after the next, then the

(31:10):
whole thing came down, the whole presidency came down.

Speaker 5 (31:13):
So I think this is the first.

Speaker 4 (31:14):
Crack, and to keep on picking at that that wall,
that that's going to expose the entire Democrat deep state,
deep state machine. I know it's you know, it's fas
fast betched to think that would happen, But I think
time will tell, maybe as historians looked back, this is
going to expose Obama and Clinton and everything, the entire

(31:39):
system that they had in place, including the media, including
all their people that caused all the disruptions in the
in the in the society and everything else, and how
they how they tried to turn the United States into
what they're trying to get out of is now. But
this is the first crack to expose their entire machine.

(32:02):
What do you think?

Speaker 5 (32:02):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (32:03):
I agree, I completely agree. Look, let me you know,
if you want a nitpick, I don't mean you. I'm
talking like you know, people in the audience who maybe
don't feel satisfied with this. I'd be like, okay, if
you want a nitpick, you know, I wanted them to
go after him on treason, on conspiracy. There were so
many other massive, much bigger charges, but apparently the FBI says, no,

(32:27):
we're closing in on that as well. But we had
to go for the perjury and obstruction of justice because
the statute of limitation was running out. It was literally
on Tuesday, a couple of days from today, it's you
have five years. And so it was September thirtieth, twenty
twenty when call me clearly lied under oath. He lied

(32:48):
under oath to Ted Cruz in that hearing, where he
again doubled and tripled down, saying, no, I never leaked,
which is a lie. I never authorized anyone to leak.
That's a lie. It's a lie. And he kept lying
again and again and again. So they're like, look, we're
going to get him on this. I mean, we got him,

(33:09):
you know, and that was obstruction of a congressional proceeding.
So they got him. Now. The only thing Tony, and
I don't know if you agree or disagree with me
on this, By the way, I think Komy will lead
to Brennan. Brennan will lead to Clapper, I think you're
going to start You're right, this is going to as
I like the Watergate analogy. It's going to be crack
and then another crack, and then another crack, and before

(33:31):
you know what, the wall starts crumbling. So I agree
with you. I think this is the beginning now of
Trump's promise to truly drain the swamp. The only thing
if it leaves a bit of a sour taste in
my mouth, and you may again disagree. On the weekend,

(33:51):
Trump did something that he normally didn't do doesn't do.
He on truth Social, he public criticized Pambondy. Apparently in private,
he told her, what are you guys waiting for?

Speaker 5 (34:08):
Like?

Speaker 1 (34:08):
What's taking so long? On Comy, on Adam schiff On Brennan,
I mean, the crimes are so obvious, on Latisha James,
the crimes are screaming, They're so obvious, Like what are
you dragging your feet for? And for whatever reason, she
didn't give him a satisfactory answer, and he kept prodding

(34:30):
her and prodding her. He said, well, now I'm gonna
shame you, like this is getting ridiculous. So he went
on truth Social and he blasted Pambondy, and he said,
I'm waiting for the indictments on Comy and Shift and
Letitia James and like these people are serious criminals, Like

(34:52):
when are we going to start to do this? And
then he said this and Tony, this is why I
keep telling people Trump's people listen to the show, because
what they were reporting back to the president was the
base is very unhappy. You promised arrests, you promised indictments,
You promise sending people to prison to drain the swamp,

(35:13):
and so far it's been a nothing burger. And so
Trump in that post says, this is quote killing our credibility,
this is killing our reputation among our people, meaning among
our voters, like they want arrests, Like stop, they're obviously guilty.

(35:37):
Do your damn job. So by having to go public
to basically come on, like you know, move your rear end,
get off of Fox, and start issuing indictments, it put
the president in a bad position because now the media
is savaging him, saying, well, he leaned Ondi, He completely

(36:02):
leaned on her. He publicly pressured her to make this
indictment against Comy. So it's now coming across a little
bit as politicized. And that's because Bondi is say I
told you the woman just won't move, and then on
top of it, one last point, I'm gonna go back
to you. Tony is the previous US Attorney for Eastern Virginia.

(36:24):
District of Eastern Virginia where this trial is going to
be held. Eric Siebert refused to go after Comy because
the Democrats were cheering him on, saying, don't do it,
don't do it all you're a hero. And Trump's like
this guy sucking up to the Democrats, like to the
pamp BONDI like, get a control of your team. Man.

(36:47):
Can't you see this guy sucking up to the Democrats
and giving interviews about how he's gonna protect Comy no
matter what. So Trump said, to hell with it. He
fired Siebert and then rep placed him with a White
House aide that he trusts, Lindsay Halligan, who, by the way,

(37:07):
is a very smart, very talented lawyer. She's also a
I think a finalist or maybe even a former Miss Colorado. Anyway,
she used to be a beauty pageant queen. So he's
put her in now as the district of Sorry, the
US attorney for the district of Eastern Virginia and boom,

(37:28):
she handed down the indictment yesterday. So it's like Lindsay
Halligan has to do it. Trump has to pressure Bondi
in public. And so this is leaving a little bit
of a sour taste in everybody's mouth because Bondie, by
being so slow and so inactive and so timid and

(37:51):
really so gunshy, is put the president in a bad position.
Is that it tony in terms of why you think
so many in Maga and so many Trump supporters aren't
cheering this because they feel that maybe it's been bungled
from the beginning.

Speaker 6 (38:08):
What say you, well, Trump, Donald Trump is correct, you
know by demanding that.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
This move forward and move forward fast, you know, and
stop making these you know dominoes fall and uh, I
think over time from the past, we all know that
sometimes he's not patient, but I understand his patience. He
couldn't wait, this could not wait. So it does fall
on Pam Bondi ifi as I'm concerned, But it did
put Donald Trump in a bad position because it looks

(38:39):
like he's tampering as as the president, like pushing to
against his his his foes.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
You know, like he's stick.

Speaker 4 (38:47):
In the UH, you know, Pam BONDI on him and
on them, and it looks it does look bad for
for Trump to do that, but I file as I'm concerned,
it's the correct thing, you know, that had to be done.
And and like I said, this is the first crack
in the armor. And I would just keep on going
at him, and they shouldn't be afraid to go at
him because right behind that wall is sitting the treasure.

(39:09):
And the treasure is Obama and Clinton. And that's why
the media is in go bananas. They're going to send
everyone after him. Anyway they can pause all you know,
you know the problems anyway they can, because behind that
crack is sitting the treasure that we're waiting for. It's
it's obvious the country is held in the balance, I feel.

Speaker 6 (39:31):
And as far as Donald Trump's concerned, you know, I
wish sometimes he'd be patient and not say things on
H on his UH, on his media platforms.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
Yeah, I'm true social No, you know, Tony, You're making
a great point because I remember when I was reading this,
and I remember thinking, I mean again, I love Trump,
you know that in a way, and I love his openness.
He's so transparent. I mean, my god, is he he's
too transparent? If anything, But I'm thinking, like, you know,
why does the whole world have to see this? Because
your enemies are going to use it against you. Pick

(40:06):
up the phone. Really, I mean that might would be
if I was his advisor right sitting in the Oval office,
I'd say, mister President, pick up the phone, call Pambondi
and say listen, either I start seeing arrests and indictments
or you're out, Like what do you want? You want?
You want seventy two hours, I'll give you seventy two hours.
That's it, Like by and hang up Like sometimes just

(40:29):
you know, a private personal call will do the job.
You don't have to shame them on true social But anyway,
we are where we are. And look, I think your analogy,
frankly Tony is brilliant. Behind that crack in the armor
lies the power of the Democratic Party, lies the entire
system and regime of the Democratic Party. They were all

(40:52):
complicit in this massive scandal and crime. And if that
comes out, they're finished and the media is finished with them.
That's why to me, you're right. You go after all
of them, and you don't stop pounding and pounding and
pounding until you get to the big fish. Tony. Thank

(41:13):
you very much for that call. Six one seven two
six six sixty eight sixty eight agree, disagree, Heather in Rockland,
Thanks for holding Heather.

Speaker 5 (41:24):
And welcome, Hey Jeffrey, Hi Jeffrey, thank you for taking
my calls. So I think, I mean, I think this
is fabulous. I think I'm very excited. The only question
I have. The thoughts I have is are they going

(41:44):
to get to the powers to be whoever they have,
like the deep state going to be paying off the
judges and the jury and do you know what I mean,
Like I'm just wondering, like is this really going to
go away? You know, I don't know how'll explain it,
like is it my is? I'm concerned with corruption behind

(42:07):
the scenes, more corruption behind the scenes. And as far
as I saw the two Socialist this weekend, what Trump
said about Pam Bondy, and I'm just wondering if that's
part of like if like he he might have even
like said to Pam like I'm gonna you know, post this,

(42:28):
like it might not have been behind her back, like
maybe it's like part of his how he plays chess.
Do you know what I mean? Oh?

Speaker 1 (42:36):
No, he look, he calculated and rightly. He was right
in the end, he made the right move, right in
the sense of he wanted these indictments, and he should
want these indictments. I would want these indictments. Every American
should want these indictments. But he's like, nothing seems to
be getting her off a rear end. So how do
I get her out of the fox, you know, green room,

(42:58):
the fox used green room, out of this studio. He goes, okay, well,
you got a shamer, like that's the only thing that's
gonna work with her publicly shamer. And when he did,
she finally decided to move. And really, but what I
mean by move is just green lighted. That's all she did.
Lindsey Halligan is the one who put the whole indictment together.

(43:18):
She's the one that put in the work, not her,
not Pam Bondi, but Bondi at least you know, signed
off on it. Okay, So okay, you have the green light.
Go see Heather, let me phrase it to you a
different way. And I think maybe maybe this is getting
at least for some people in the audience. Why they're
just very very neutral about this whole thing and very

(43:42):
dispassionate about it. Let's put it that way. If you're
going to go to war, and now let's be clear,
that's what this indictment against Cami means. I mean, this
is war. You have to see the reaction on the
other side. They're losing their minds. They're really losing their minds.
Like I mean, they you think they hated Trump before,

(44:04):
They're going for a throat now. I mean, you can't
ratchet up the rhetoric anymore. You can't. You can't. Out
of zero to ten, it's eleven. So he's going to
war and that's fine. He feels he's justified, and I
agree with him. But you know, in The Godfather, I'll
never forget this where they say, you know, I need

(44:27):
a wartime conciliary. I need a top advisor, a right
hand that is ready and able to go to war.
A peacetime conciliary is different than a wartime conciliary. Is
Pam Bondy a wartime conciliary? If you were going to
go to war heather against your political enemies, would you

(44:50):
want Pam Bondy by your side? Writing shotgun seriously, is
that what people are sensing? Like Trump's going to war,
and he's almost going to war with one hand tied
behind his back because he's got Bondie who is basically useless.

Speaker 5 (45:07):
What say you, Yeah, I don't I think that he could.
I wish it was Gates personally, I mean, I really
wish Gates was the attorney general. I mean but until
I see, you know, she she did act now and

(45:28):
and and got him. So let's just see what she
does from here on out, you know what I mean? Like,
I think that obviously would probably be a better people
than her, But I want to see who's here and out.
And I also don't I want to give Trump the
benefit of the doubt and believe that he knows exactly
what he's doing and knows, like, you know, he picked

(45:49):
her for a reason, So I want to kind of trust,
you know, trust in that. I still want to have
a little bit of trust in that that.

Speaker 1 (45:57):
He I think the Bondie is already paying off in
that sense what you're talking about. Now, Look, if this
was Bill Barr, Barr would have given the red light.
Barr never would have given the green light. Jeff Sessions,
that coward he never would have given the green light
to anything like this. So in other words, I know

(46:20):
what Trump is probably saying in private. Yeah, she's slow,
I had the publicly shamer, she's afraid, she's cautious, she's timid,
she's a big gun shy, you know, all these things.
But in the end, I can trust her. She's a loyalist.
And so when the chips are down, like hey, I said,
come on, give me some indictments. You know. It may

(46:43):
be late, but better late than never. So I think
what his argument would be is I wanted somebody that
I know is on my team and loyal to me
at the top job. I don't want another judas like
Bill Barr or like Jeff Sessions who kept screwing us

(47:03):
over and over and over again. And in that way,
I think BONDI is paid off. I think there's no question.
The question is now can we go all the way
with her? We'll see, we'll find out. As always, very thoughtful,
very good call, Thank you, Heather six one seven two
six six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay, let me quickly

(47:24):
reset take calls on the other side. President Trump now
got what he wanted. James, call me indicted. He will
be officially arrested today. The question now is will it
be in handcuffs? Will he be purp walked in front
of the cameras. They have indicted him on two counts.

(47:45):
They're both felonies, one false statements essentially perjury to Congress
and obstruction of justice obstruction of a congressional proceeding. In total,
he could spend between five to ten years in prison
if convicted on both counts. Happy not happy,
