Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight
is the number. Okay, let's go right back to our
real estate expert, dan Ian Florida. Dan, you were delivering
a masterclass on exactly the extent of Letitia James's fraud,
how she was abusing the FHA loan process. Please, Dan,

(00:23):
pick up where you left off.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
And I'm not sure I'm the expert, Jeff, but just
too many years in the business to miss some of
these things. Hey, So I started talking about Chris Todd,
Christo Cae Todd out of Connecticut. He and Bonnie Frank
wrote the Dodge Frank Act, which.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Was the.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Supposedly against mortgage fraud and all the stuff that had
gone on in the early two thousand, Right, So when
when the onion was peeled back, it was found out.
So when Countrywide Countrywide Loans was a huge company that
the largest lender in the country, doing all kinds of mortgages,
including subprime mortgages, which were by the way legal back then,

(01:06):
but they when they collapsed, it was it was proven.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Right.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
There used to be a program called the Friends of
Angelo program at the three Wide Mortgage which if you're
a loan officer and someone said they were a friend
of Angelo Mozilo, the president of the countrywide, they got
preferred treatment. So the preferred treatment that Chris Todd got,
he got a mortgage three and a half percent interest rate,

(01:32):
three and a half percent below market at the time,
and claimed he had no idea it was below market.
Unbelievable that So this has gone on for years, Jess.
So they had to have been in this case here,
you know, New York is where the whole appraisal mess

(01:56):
came out of. You know, the appraisers were being forced
into doing stuff they shouldn't have done, and they were
literally being forced in because their income dependent on it
and a crew out.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
In New York.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
So when she pressured or someone on routine pressured the
appraiser to call a five unit of four unit, which
is a huge deal, there had to been, you know,
a literally a line of people that had to lie
for this woman. It's it's gonna be it's huge. But

(02:28):
you know, when you say, do I want call me
to go to jail or her to go to jail,
I definitely want call me to go to jail. Latisha
James is two big macs away from a heart attack. Anyways,
so we're not worried too much about her. But yeah, sorry,
but honestly I want I want Colly in jail.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Oh, I'm with you. I'm with you on on every
single point. Dan, great job as always, and thank you
so much. I really appreciate your call. Look what she
did against Trump, this was what it was so outrate,
just on so many levels. But look, let me just
be openly candid with all of you. When I saw

(03:07):
that case and that they went ahead with it, and
that she went in front of this crazy liberal judge
in front of a very partisan democratic jury, and I said,
they're going to get him on this on apparently inflating
the value of his own real estate. I mean, just

(03:27):
you know, which is at real estate is very subjective
in terms of what a property is worth. Let me
tell you right now, I said, if they can get Trump,
they can get me. They literally they can get anybody here.
We bought our home, okay where we live right now.
This was years ago for half a million dollars and
by the way, it wasn't even completed. We lived in

(03:47):
the house for about a month six weeks as they
were finishing the basement and other things. That's fine. I'm
not complaining. I'm just saying, according now to the city
that I live in the city of rent them, they
claim that my house is worth eight hundred and fifty
two nine hundred thousand dollars, and hence that's why they're

(04:09):
they're taxing me through the nose on my property taxes.
I'm telling you, really, God is my witness. I wish
I lived in a nine hundred thousand dollars home. I wish. Okay,
I don't take my home now. You know, real estate
values have gone up, et cetera. We've made some improvements
on the house over the years. Bit by bit, I'm

(04:30):
telling you my house is not worth more than six
hundred thousand dollars. I'm just telling you it's not It's
not worth more than say, I would not pay for
my own house if I'm you know, in my car
with my wife and my two bambinos, my two kids, Ashnaneva,
and this house what happened to be for sale and
I walked into it, might say six hundred tops tops tops.

(04:55):
I mean, I don't want to critique my own house,
but I'm just telling you the closet is way too
in the primary bedroom. The bathrooms are way too small
in general. You should see my bathtub. I can barely
squeeze into it. Okay, there are many It's a great home.
I love the builder who built it. But what I'm
trying to tell you is it's not worth nine hundred

(05:17):
thousand dollars. No way, hoose period, full stop. I'm telling
you now. Grace disagrees. Grace, in fact, I saw I
almost got a heart attack when she told me. This
was like a couple of months ago. We're having dinner.
We're just talking, you know, in general, and she says, oh, no,
I think we could sell for a million. I spit
out my food. I'm like this a million dollars. She goes,

(05:42):
oh yeah in this market. Nine fifty nine twenty five,
nine seventy five. You know, she goes, I really think so,
I'm like a million dollars for this? Are you crazy? Now?
My point being, Okay, let's say we put it up

(06:04):
for sale and I get nine p fifty nine seventy
five a million? Whatever are they gonna come after me?
I over evaluated my own home. I'm just giving you
an example, like we could, you know, whatever, what if
we end up selling it for I don't know one

(06:24):
point two million. Okay, let's just go crazy. Wha you
overinflated the value of your own real estate. Real estate
is subjective, that what is valuable to you is not
valuable to me, What is valuable to me is not
valuable to you. Like I'll just say, honestly, I love
a big bathroom. That's just the way I am. It's

(06:46):
a it's a quirk of mine. I love a big bathroom.
I'm serious. I like a big bathtub. I like to
soak once a week, take a nice bath, relax, have
one of you would call them these these baths, these
pillows that you put in the shower with you or whatever,
the bath with you. I like to sit back, relax,

(07:06):
have a diet coke, have a nice long bath. Call
me crazy. It's one of the few ways I like
to relax. So I like a nice toilet. I like
a nice bathroom. I like to have a lot of space.
I just that's to me. A big bathroom is a
big plus when I buy a house. Six one seven two, six,
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, we're

(07:30):
gonna go right back to your phones. But first joining me,
now as she always does. At this time. She's the
co founder, CEO, president of Kelly Financial Services and yes,
that is her wonderful name, Kelly Kelly, a double Kelly Kelly.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
How are you good morning, Jeff, I am good. October
is one of the best times to step back and
ask do I need a second opinion on my finances.
We're in the final quarter of the year, and before
the holidays get busy, this is the perfect time to
take a fresh look. Maybe you're comfortable with your plan

(08:14):
and a second opinion simply confirms that, or it might
reveal small adjustments that make a big difference. At Kelly Financial,
our fiduciary advisors review your current allocations and highlight areas
that may need attention so you can head into the
holidays with clarity and confidence. Don't wait until year end.

(08:36):
October is the time to know where you stand. Request
our free investor guide, the value of an objective opinion,
and schedule your complementary appointment. Jeff, I'll continue this conversation
tomorrow morning at nine am on Safe Money Strategies Radio.
Do tune in or visit our website for the radio
rewind Jeff. We can't wait to see you October fifteenth

(08:59):
for our special. We are at maximum capacity. However, if
their cancelations do get on our wait list. Jeff, have
a wonderful weekend, you too.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
And I look forward to seeing you and everyone at
the iHeart Studios here in Medford on October fifteenth at
four o'clock. Have a great weekend, Kelly. Okay, if you
want to get on the waiting list, it's going to
be the cooner Man unfiltered. It's going to be a
two hour conversation that I'm going to be having with

(09:31):
a very you know about what is it seventy eighty
people in the iHeart studio right here, sponsored by Kelly Financial,
about the state of the Union, where things are right
now with the Trump administration, the state of our country. Anyway,
I'd like to see as many of you come as possible.
So if you want to get on that waiting list,
call now eight eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one

(09:54):
eight eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one October fifteenth, Wednesday,
next Wednesday, from four to six here at the iHeart Studios.
In fact, you'll even see where I broadcast the show from.
We're gonna give everybody a little tour so you get
a sense of the magic behind the Cooner report. If

(10:14):
you prefer to email, you can email Kelly. Email Kelly
at Kelly Financial dot org. Kelly at Kelly Financial dot org.
I should have kept my mouth shut getting mercilessly ribbed
peased by members of the audience. I'm sorry. I don't

(10:36):
mean to burst my bubble here, but I do like
to take a nice, you know bath, you know, a
little bit of a bubble bath on Saturdays. If you
want to know what I do on these and you know,
I lock the door and I just you know, have
a nice little what do you call it a bathroom
pillow or whatever it is, And I have a nice

(10:57):
little diet coke, and I soak in the top. I've
been actually I fall asleep in the tub, you know,
for about an hour. Just I unwind, I relax that way.
This is from Courtney on Messenger. Does the bulldozer like
a little rubber ducky in his bath? Laugh out loud,

(11:20):
Happy Friday, Happy Friday to you, Courtney, you know said,
my kids sees me the same way. Dad. Should we
get you a couple of toys to play with? Can
you leave your old man alone. I'm trying to relax
for God's sake. Okay, super quick. It's been a huge story.

(11:42):
I have not had the chance to get to it,
but it fits perfectly. So bear with me about a
minute ninety seconds, and then I want to go right
back to the phone lines. You want to know who
else is sweating, because I think they're both in big trouble.
Jack Smith, the former Special Council under Biden, and Christopher
the then FBI director, first a little bit under Trump

(12:05):
and then obviously under Biden. It has now been revealed
documents have now come out irrefutably showing listen to this
that when Jack Smith, remember he was operating under the
orders of Biden's Justice Department and Biden's FBI. When Jack

(12:26):
Smith was investigating January sixth, he ordered the Biden FBI
to surveil, spy on literally follow, I mean physically follow
and then spy on and get access to the private

(12:49):
phone calls and private phone records of at least eight
Republican senators and at least one Republican member of the House.
Now they're saying you could be as high as ten
even twelve Republican Senators Bill Haggerty from Tennessee was spied on.

(13:12):
Lindsey Graham was spied on, Cynthia Loomis was spied on.
And it goes on and on and on. The Member
of Congress was Mike Kelly. He was spied on, and
Christopher Wray knew about it, and in fact he helped
authorize it. Now, I just want you to stand back objectively. Okay,

(13:37):
this should be one of the biggest iffroctly not the
biggest scandal right now in the country. Biden's FBI illegally
surveilled and spied and had access to the private phone
conversations and private phone records of sitting Republican senators and

(14:05):
sitting Republican lawmakers in Congress in order to try to
find out what they knew about January six, what they
were saying about January six. Could they go after them
over January six. So now you have Biden's FBI, Jack Smith,

(14:29):
and Chris Ray colluding and by the way, Ray light
about it under oath. That's why these senators are livid
and frankly, I don't blame them. I don't blame them
one bit. They go we asked you under oath, Were
you guys ever doing a secret spying or surveillance operation
against us? And under oath he said no? And then

(14:53):
it turns out he lied through his teeth perjury, naked perjury.
Would Smith did. Forget being unethical an immoral, Let's not
even talk now about the FBI being turned into the STAZI, okay,
into the KGB, getting into the KGB. It's illegal.

Speaker 3 (15:17):
Day.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
He broke so many laws. It's it's it's it's I'm
gonna tell you, it's not even funny. Dis Honestly, this
makes what Latitia James did like a Sunday picnic i
at traffic violation, like jaywalking, compared to the crimes of
Jack Smith and Christopher Ray, grotesque abuse of power, illegal surveillance,

(15:39):
in spying. As Chuck Grassly said, and he was the
one that released the document, he goes, I'm telling you,
this is worse than Watergate. This is worse than Watergate.
That was a break in of the Democratic headquarters where
they installed a taping system, a wire topping system to
spy on the DNC. Forget spying on the DNC, You're

(16:03):
literally spying and surveilling and following ordering FBI agents to
follow sitting members of Congress in order to entrap them.
Over January sixth, Jack Smith, My friends, Jack Smith's got

(16:25):
to go to jail, no mercy. He's got to go
to jail. Christopher Ray, as Trump rightly said, you got
Christopher Ray, has to be called in and put him
under oath. And he's got to ask when did you know?
What did you know? And when did you know it?

(16:46):
And I'm telling you he perjured himself. There's no question
he perjured himself. So what I'm saying is, if you
want to keep pushing, you can go after Brennan. You
can go after Clapper, you can go after John Bolton,
that liar. You can go you can go after all
of them. Shift, you can go after Ray, you can

(17:08):
go after Jack Smith. You can go after Brennan, Jeff Cooner,
Boston's bulldozer, cleaning up the liberal bull. John in the
great state of Kentucky. Thanks for holding John, and welcome.

Speaker 5 (17:23):
Okay, second chance. This is can tell you, Colonel John
Key short of les than the Kentucky And I want
to say that I don't know. I think that try
General and yours all the dinner. Chrissy, go to Dale
and have out go to Blackburn Correctional Center. Have I'll
go to jail.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
No, I'm with you, John, don't take this the wrong way.
I'm having a little hard time understanding the accent because
you're talking also very fast. That's a charming accent. Please
don't get me wrong. But no, I agree they should
all go to jail. Uh do you guys in Kentucky
and Lexington? Do you guys have room for all these guys?

Speaker 5 (18:01):
Oh? No, that'd be so if we did. That'd be
if we did. They just him all the Babri corrections. Right,
let's really heat go, I think, and that'd be a
great huge began. Everybody shall say bigdio. I know I'll
say begans before. That's how you show. So I wish
you say. Somebody to say your tom morre. I know
you say what time is and when samany sank, when

(18:22):
she feels it for you, I left for her to
say the time too, because she doesn't do that. She
needs to say the time like you do.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
Okay, sure, I'll pass it on there, John, John, thank
you very very much for that call. I really appreciate it.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight
don't get take this the wrong way again. Very charming accent.
But when I listen to some people call in from Kentucky,
it's like, you know, scott like certain like some Scottish

(18:49):
people from the Highlands in particular, when they talk fast
with the accent, I almost need a translator. I'm like,
I'm getting every second word. I can kind of make
out what you're saying. So I just need you to
talk just a little slower. But no, I got you.
John six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight,

(19:13):
Nick and Weymouth. Thanks for holding Nick and welcome.

Speaker 6 (19:18):
Hey, how you doing, Jeff? A series of quickies on Komy.
Leticia James go ahead for the uh the auspicious Nobel
Price okay. Comy's judge Michael Nickmanoff okay, was appointed by
the most corrupt oviuably of all time, presidents of the

(19:41):
United States. I'll be Biden uh and also judge uh
Jeram Walker the both Virginia judges. Judge Jeram Walker was
also appointed by Biden. So that doesn't bode well. An
appy low do you the you off?

Speaker 1 (20:00):
But I got because you're talking about now this is
going to be the Letitia James judge. You know, how
is it? Nick? What a coincidence? Two very high profile indictments,
two very high profile cases, and they're both Biden judges. Nick,
what shazam? What a coincidence? But sorry, Nick, please, I

(20:25):
don't want to cut you off. I digress, go my friend.

Speaker 6 (20:28):
Hey, yeah, what luck of the draw?

Speaker 5 (20:29):
That'd be normal there, right.

Speaker 6 (20:31):
That's what I like to call him. Remember from the
Frankens Young Frankens Sigh movie. He doesn't take any case
unless it's a loaded judge and a loaded jury. He
looks shop. He's got this great reputation. Same thing with
Hunter of Biden, except they had a little bit of
a skirmish with the judge from Indiana. They have also

(20:52):
too on the OBA And so I.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Don't sorry because some people won't get your reference. Just
very quick. You're talking about now, Leticia James's lawlawyer, Abby Lowell,
big Democrat, hired gun. He was also Hunter Biden's lawyer,
and you're basically saying for him to take a case
usually the fix is in and I'm with you. Go ahead,
keep going, Nick.

Speaker 6 (21:15):
Thank you, Jeff, And finally Obama. There were two hundred
and five nominations for the Nobel Prize and October. It
was decided in October of two thousand and nine. He
was nominated only eleven days, right, with only eleven days

(21:36):
left for the nomination to be closed. So on the
final day of the nominations, right, that would probably would
have been like January, end of January. Right, So he
was in there for eleven days. That was a closing day.
He gets in under the wire and he just happens
to be the guy that gets the prize, you know,

(22:00):
kind of like fix.

Speaker 5 (22:01):
We say, what do you think the fix was?

Speaker 1 (22:03):
In May? They were gonna give him that note, the
dear Leader Obama. They were gonna give him that Nobel
Peace Prize. Jesus could have come back to Earth. I'm
not kidding. Moses could have come back and part of
the Red Sea whatever, Sir Gandhi could have been resurrected,
and they were given that thing to Obama no matter what, Nick,

(22:26):
thank you very much for that call. Six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Can I squeeze
one more in? Mike Corey in Boston. I hate to
do this to you. One minute. The floor is yours.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Go hey, Jeff, thanks for having me man, you look best.
You're the king Al Radio show.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
Thank you, Thank you, Corey.

Speaker 7 (22:50):
About about the Nobel Prize, Man, you know, the Noble
Committee is a body of forty people forty members, yes,
dominated by Norwegian Parliament. The Noetherian Parliament is almost leftist parliament.
In Europe, that body is a communist body. Man, I'm
very skeptic. They're gonna give a Trump.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Nobel Price, but I don't worry about that. Trump deserves it.
We should organize a campaign, worldwide campaign signatures, take signatures,
millions of people, and we need to nominate it as
a world leader of peace. We don't care about the

(23:32):
Nobel Prize anymore. I don't. I don't. I don't think
he's gonna get it. So they give it to Obama shamefully,
shamefully on the first day of his presidency doing nothing.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
Corey, I gotta know, my friend, you don't love me.
I love you in a non sexual way. I love you.
Great way to end the show.
