Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Wednesday. Always at this time, Truth or Troll Take
it away, Mike.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
And now America's favorite game show where you get to
decide on the Kooner Report.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
This is Truth or Troll.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Today's entry for Truth or Troll comes from President Trump
taking questions from reporters outside of Marine One, where he
hints at a job change at the near future.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
I hope I'd like to be pope.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
That would be my number one choice, Pope Trump.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
So what do you think, Jeff, Is he serious about
wanting to be pope? And do you think he's serious
or trolling about you think he'll be a good pope?
Speaker 1 (01:00):
No, I think he's trolling. Mike. I think he's trolling.
You know who do you you know? Who do you
think should be the next pope?
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Me?
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I'd be a great pope.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Well, I will say there's one thing. I think there's
one other job that I think he would be funnier
in than the President of the United States. And I
think that would be as pope.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Can you imagine name is pope?
Speaker 4 (01:21):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
It would be It would be hilarious, seriously, absolutely hilarious. Okay, Mike,
as usual, Dyna my job, let me ask all of you.
President Trump was asked who he thinks should be pope.
He said me, I think I should be pope. Was
(01:42):
he a telling the truth? You think he really wants
to be pope? Or b Do you think he's just trolling,
kidding around, trying to get under the skin of the
media and liberals. You can vote on our web page

N as in national Er. Okay, Mark on Messenger, I
think get the nail right on the head, Jeff. All
you have to do is compare what Joe Biden did
(02:27):
in four years to what Donald Trump has done in
only one hundred days. And that's all you need to know.
It's no contest. Trump even wins that by a landslide period,
full stop. Am I right or am I wrong? Jeff? Otis?
(02:49):
I mean, that's the other thing. Forget comparing a straight
up Biden's first one hundred to Trump's first one hundred days.
Do Biden's four years, all four years, and compare it
to Trump, and he still destroys him. Hell, do Obama's
eight years versus Trump's first one hundred days and Trump
(03:12):
destroys Obama again. To me, ah, I think it's been
a remarkable one hundred days. Now. Am I sympathetic to
people who say, hey, Jeff, I go to the grocery store,
the bill is still too high, inflation needs to come
down more. I hear you, I hear you, Jeff. Hey,
(03:33):
I got to put off my retirement. It went down.
It took a beating with the markets, and you know,
I got my four oh one k's and everything else invested. Look,
I sympathize obviously, So I'm not saying it was perfect.
I'm not saying it was flawless. I think maybe the tariffs,
the timing could have been a little better, frankly, and
(03:55):
the way he unrolled it and unveiled it. But you know,
to me, that's nitpicking and read and I'm not trying
to sound insensitive. I think the market is gonna boom.
I think the market's already correcting, it's already starting to
come back a little bit, but it's gonna really take off.
I think the tiriffs now are gonna kick in, and
(04:17):
I think we're gonna see the results of this by
the late summer early fall, and I think inflation, by
the way, is going to continue to go down the
way gas is now, and he's producing even more oil
and natural gas. I think you're gonna see inflation go
down and down and down. And when inflation goes down,
prices will go down. So you know, as Eric on
(04:41):
Messenger put it, Jeff, it's only been one hundred days.
Like everybody, give the guy a break, you know, and
look how much he's done in one hundred days. In fact,
let me ask all of you if I was to nitpick,
and I'm telling you this is ni picking, maybe he's
(05:03):
done too much in one hundred days, in the sense
of when you're moving on all fronts. Sometimes the execution,
you know, there's a problem in the execution because you're
trying to do too much at once. So if there's
you know, to me, if there's any criticism, it's almost
(05:24):
like too much energy, too much ambition, too much going on,
trying to do too much. But to me, the results
speak for themselves. Now, if I have a criticism of Trump,
it's not him. It's a couple of people in his
administration that I think, what I wish would follow his
lead and you know, get up at three in the
(05:46):
morning and you know, work all day till eleven at
night and deliver, deliver, deliver, deliver. Do you hear me, Pambondi,
do you hear me? Cash Betel? Okay? But that's that's
another issue. So for me, it's a couple of people
in the cabinet I'm not happy with. But overall, spectacular,
one hundred days, spectacular administration. The media as usual has
(06:11):
it completely wrong generally. This is the rule I live
by now in life. If the media says a go
b If the media says black, go white, if they
say white, go black, whatever the media says, it's just
go with the opposite, because in ninety nine point of
(06:36):
the time they're wrong. But that's me Finch in Oregon.
Thanks for holding Finch and welcome.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Yes, what's going on in Oregon. I'm glad to be
talking to you. Happy Easter. I know it's late, and
rest in peace. Pope Francis, it's one hundred days. You're
exactly right, and I've been on the line for a
bit and I'm just so hyped to talk to you
because it's been spot on tonight everyone is wired in that.
(07:10):
It's one hundred days. Think about it. We had to
deal with Biden and Kamala Harris for four years. We
are living it was. It was last year right that
Trump almost was assassinated. We're not there yet. This is
(07:30):
God and I circle back to that because this is
God's hands and we have to trust in God with
Trump and to see his faith and I've seen it.
I am a Christian, but to see the faith that's
been brought back and it's been embraced. Over the last month,
I've had fifty meetings and twelve of them have been
(07:52):
ex federal workers that have been laid off recently. But
I am hyping them up. I am getting them geared in.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Many of them are veterans and they are really excited.
Speaker 4 (08:05):
They understand what Trump is doing and they did get
a nice pension, a nice severance there. So it works.
And that's all I really have to say. I think
Trump has this luck.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
You know, well, Finch, look you put your finger on
something very profound. Six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, just super super
quick because I want to go right to the phone lines.
Finch and Oregon said, you know the hand of God
and what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, and how really was
(08:39):
a miracle that Trump survived and the reason why. And
I'm just going now by what Susie wants. Trump's chief
of staff has been telling the Median interviews. She said, Look,
I've known him for decades. I worked with him in
the first term. I worked with him when he was
out of power in exile during the Biden years, very
(09:02):
closely every day, hours and hours every day. I'm often
two three feet away from him. And I've worked with
him now again obviously as his chief of staff. He
is a changed man. What happened on that field in Butler, Pennsylvania,
her words, not mine, led to a moral, spiritual transformation
(09:26):
in Donald J. Trump. And the way she describes it
is he is now a man on a mission that
he is convinced and you cannot unconvince him that the
Lord saved him to enact his vision and his agenda
for the country, to save the country. And she said,
(09:49):
that's why there is so much drive, energy intensity. She says,
he's working like a b demon. He will not let up.
Every second, every minute, He's pushing pushing, pushing on different fronts,
pushing others, pushing me, pushing his staff, she says, frankly,
(10:13):
almost to the breaking point, but that he's convinced he's
only got four years. Obviously, he doesn't know what will
happen in twenty twenty eight. He wants to pass the
beton off to jd Vance, obviously, but you can only
control what you can control, and so that's why he
is determined to get everything done now now. So if
(10:39):
you're asking yourself, well, you know, where's this coming from, Jeff?
I mean, yeah, it was very high energy in his
first term, no question, but this is a different level.
This is what is it? One hundred Apparently some of
you in the audience are texting me saying it's one
hundred and forty two executive orders I read last night
one thirty nine. Might round it off to one forty whatever, okay,
(11:03):
one thirty nine, one forty, one forty two, let's just
go one forty, you know, to round it off. One
hundred and forty executive orders is incredible, And that's just incredible.
And and the other just super quick, where the hell
has Congress been? Just very quickly? I got to say this,
(11:23):
the comparison is unbelievable. Is Congress even in session, Like,
what the what are they doing up there? So he's
working his rear end off. He's also basically almost campaigning,
doing rallies to keep the troops, you know, morale high,
and they're just I don't know what they're doing up there.
(11:47):
So in a way, I kind of feel sorry for
him because this has been the story of his entire life,
at least his political life. He's fighting, fighting, fighting, fight, fight, fight,
And where are the Republicans in Congress? Nowhere? There should
have been legislation after legislation. They should have been belting
(12:08):
out pieces of legislation one after another. Instead they just
wait and sit and wait and sit and do nothing.
But that's why Trump is determined. He's almost possessed to
get as much done as he humanly can. And to me,
(12:30):
if you're gonna nitpick, I think, if anything, slow down
just a little and you know, dot your eyes and
cross your teeths and focus a little more on the execution.
But look again, this is nibbling around the edges. I
think it's been a remarkable one hundred days. Agree, disagree,
(12:51):
And let me ask all of you, specifically, your quality
of life, you and you know at the gas pomp
grocery stores, your bills, your safety, your security, your well being,
just overall. How have the last one hundred days affected you?
(13:12):
Have your has your life gotten better? Has it been
the same, or has it gotten worse? Six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight? How do you
rate Trump's first one hundred days? Bruce in Wooburn, Thanks
for holding Bruce, and welcome Bruce. No one does it
(13:42):
better than you, my friend, No one does it better? Buddy.
What do you think of Trump and his one hundred days?
My friend, Jell?
Speaker 6 (13:52):
The Boston Bulgosa is the United States. I'm sick of
this and if we believed the media did so keep
saying Hitler he's gonna be king because he's bought World
War two against him Hitler.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Well, yeah, Bruce, Sorry, there's people in the background, a
lot of chatters, so we can barely hear you. But oh,
I know, it's disgusting, it really is. It's absolutely disgusting.
How many Americans fought and died to defeat Hitler and
to liberate Europe from Nazi Germany. And notice, by the way,
and this is not an original point. Victor Davis Hansen
(14:36):
has been saying this over and over again. He goes,
you know, when Nixon was in power, he goes, you
see what the left does now, it's like a it's
like a pattern, it's like part of their playbook. When
Nixon was in power, he was Hitler, literally called him Hitler.
Then after he's out of power, they go, oh, he
was a statesman, like compared to the next guy. Well,
they go, you know, compared to Reagan. Next and was
(15:00):
a statesman Reagan Hitler. But then, you know, compared to
George W. Bush, because remember George W. Bush, he was Hitler.
They go, oh, Reagan's a statesman compared to this guy.
Then under Trump, remember that, Oh they called Bush Hitler, Hitler, Hitler.
Then under Trump, oh w he was a Steisman compared
(15:22):
to this guy. So when they're in office, Hitler, fascist, Nazi.
Then when they're out of office, compared to the next guy,
he was a steisman, a gentleman, moderate, sane, sensible, Republican.
(15:42):
So they don't even believe their own propaganda. It's at
this point, honestly, it's so stupid, so outrageous. It's like
when you have Bill and Sudbury call in and you
know I'm a Nazi. I'm a Nazi. And I'm like,
where's your evidence? And then he says, well, I'm not
saying you're a Nazi. I'm saying the Nazis think you're
(16:04):
a Nazi. Okay, which Nazis think I'm a Nazi? Well
you should know them. You're the journalist. Well you're the
ones smearing me, So okay, you say there are Nazis
who think I'm a Nazi, namely one there isn't trust me.
The Nazis hate me because I hate them. But this
(16:26):
is what I mean. So they don't even know what
nazi means. They just use it as a term of derision,
and you know, to defame and to attack. And that's
what I mean. This is what the the what we're
witnessing now is the complete and utter implosion of the left.
(16:49):
It's a mental illness, a mental disorder that cannot be treated.
And you're right, Bruce. They just howl and howl and
howell at the moon. And I think in many ways
that I think is Trump's greatest accomplishment. He has smoked out,
he has exposed and broken his enemies, look what he's
(17:12):
turned them into. He's turned a democratic party into an
unelectable party. He's psychologically he's broken them. He's completely broken them.
Agree disagree six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight. Okay, I don't want to rush it with
(17:33):
Anthony in Michigan, sou because I'm up against it. So
let's quick reset. Trump's one hundred days big barometer in
the president, in the in the evaluation of a presidency.
To me, it has been one of the most successful
since FDR's first one hundred days, maybe even the most
(17:57):
successful first hundred days. The media, the Democrats, and many
Rhinos say it has been an absolute catastrophe and failure.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight.
Anthony in Michigan, Thanks for holding, Anthony, and.
Speaker 7 (18:15):
Welcome doctor Cooonter.
Speaker 5 (18:17):
How am I reading here?
Speaker 1 (18:19):
You're coming in loud and clear, my friend, go ahead.
Speaker 7 (18:22):
Thank you, sir. I've been a little staticky this morning.
Hey on Trump potentially going to the papacy. Uh, He's
going to go with Elon and start the Department of
Papal Efficiency formerly known as dope.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
Seriously, Jeff, and why did what happened to Anthony, did you.
I thought you disconnected him. I okay, I thought Mike
was offended by the joke, and that because Mike's a
Catholic and dumped him. But apparently no, Anthony, Yeah, Mike
(18:58):
found it funny, actually liked the joke. Mike wants everyone
to know that he found it funny. No, Anthony, you
did it to yourself. Something you did. Drop the call.
So please call back Anthony and we'll try to get
you back on six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight. Mark in Connecticut, thanks for holding Mark,
(19:19):
and welcome.
Speaker 8 (19:21):
Ah, thank you. Listen to everybody who's saying they lost
all this money in their four one K hasn't lost
a cent unless you liquidate it. What I did was
as soon as the market dropped, I took all my
four one K and put it in the stocks, and
just yesterday I put it back to sixty five percent bonds.
If I made thirteen thousand dollars in a matter of
(19:46):
less than two weeks. Really, so all this panic over
the stocks is ridiculous. Now I'm just a truck driver.
I'm not, but I knew enough to buy like crazy
when the stock market dropped, everybody should know that.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Yeah, yeah, no, Mark, I really got to get into
this stock market thing because I don't I literally don't
have a penny invested in the stock market. I know
people are gonna think it's scandal is, but really I don't.
I don't know. I have never been a big stock
market guy, and neither his Grace. We have investments like
in real estate and stuff, but not in the stock market.
(20:22):
And so that's amazing. So you made thirteen thousand dollars
in two weeks.
Speaker 8 (20:27):
Yeah, what I did was go all high risk stocks.
I got completely out of bonds and in my four
oh one K, and I just bottom fed in stuff
because I can control what I'm investing in my four
oh one K. So I just went every I mean
everything all out because I knew the stock market's canna
go back up again. And just yesterday I said, okay,
(20:48):
I don't want to get greedy, so I went back
to sixty five percent bonds and the rest I'm keeping
in high yield stocks, which are the risky ones. But
that's where you make the money from. And like I
just a truck I had because ged I didn't graduate
high school.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Even well, you're very smart guy, Mark. I mean to
be honest, I mean you are, You're very sharp, You're
very smart guy. Mark. I've got to ask you this
because I am so far no one's called in, and
I'd like people to call in because I want to
hear that point of view. A lot of people texting me,
emailing the cooner Man. Look, they said, I love Trump,
voted for him three times, voted for him, would vote
(21:24):
for him again. But my gas bill is still too high,
my grocery bills way too high, inflation too high. They're
worried that the tariffs are going to lead to price
shocks and down the line, even higher prices. And their
argument is, look, we elected him on two things, secure
(21:46):
the border and drive down inflation. He's done a great
job on the border, but they want to see a
lot more on the inflation, on cost of living, on
improving wages for working class Americans. What do you say
to that argument.
Speaker 8 (22:03):
Mark, As far as the high prices and everything, people
calm down. It's only been one hundred days. You can't
He's not gonna wave a magic wand he has to
work with a useless, feckless Congress who will do nothing
because they're scared of their own shadow, or worse yet,
they're just as bad as swamp creatures as the Democrats are.
(22:26):
So he's doing this all alone. Yeah, you can't expect
miracles from the guy. My god, it's only one hundred days.
How long did it take him to screw up America
like this? Fifty years? And he expected under one hundred
days Trump to magically come in and straighten it out.
Get a grip, really, Mark, where.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
Do you stand on the tariffs? Do you agree with
Trump putting up these tariffs? Do you think it's good
for the country in the long haul?
Speaker 8 (22:52):
It had to be done, It had to be done.
We were getting how do you put this delicately?
Speaker 7 (22:57):
You know?
Speaker 8 (22:59):
I can't with that delicate least pleased.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
We were getting fleeced by everybody, right, yes.
Speaker 8 (23:04):
Yes, thank you. I couldn't think of anything.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Oh, you can say screwed, I mean, you know, but
I think you want to say blanked, right, I think
you were gonna say blank.
Speaker 8 (23:14):
Yeah, that's the real work I could come up with.
Speaker 1 (23:16):
Yeah, so screwed or if you want to go fleece.
So we've been getting screwed over or fleeced by everybody.
Speaker 8 (23:23):
Yeah, and our politicians are making money of it. Dad.
They don't care about America, none of them, did you know,
they're all you know, they're Democrats, Republicans all and that's
why I think Congress is dragging their heels, because they're
all swamp preachers.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
So, as always, Mark, I agree with you, and I
think you're dead on. Many in Congress don't want to
see these changes because they're part of the swamp. They've
been profiting off the system for decades. They're part of
the system. They're part of the problem, so they don't
want to change the system. Mark, thank you very much
(23:55):
for that call a lot of common sense. That's how
I feel, Mark, I almost word for word what you
just said. Six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight. By the way, And that's the argument I
have with Grace all the time. Not an argument, but
because we don't argue, but that's the discussion we have
in our home. She'll say, Oh, I don't like the
way he did the tariffs. He did too much, too fast.
(24:17):
He's you know, tariffing our allies and our foes. And
I said, look, it had to be done. You know,
there's and there's no good time to do it, So
the sooner the better. That's that's always my rebuttal to her,
and you know, to me, it's like medicine. Give it
to me now, give it to me early. It doesn't
(24:38):
taste good. I don't care. Give me my medicine now.
I don't want to wait. Do it now, you know.
But that's that's me. Six one seven two six six
sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Chris in Braintree.
Thanks for holding, Chris, and welcome.
Speaker 5 (24:58):
Hey, good morning, Jeff. How you doing today?
Speaker 1 (25:00):
I'm good? How are you, Chris?
Speaker 5 (25:02):
Not too bad? I wanted to I've made some notes
while I was on hold, because I always seem to
lose track of what I wanted to say when I
get on the.
Speaker 6 (25:09):
Phone with you.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
But overall, my my opinion of his first hundred days,
he's he's doing a great job. Some things, he's moving
lightning fast. On other things, I think he's moving a
little too slow. But I say that with the caveat,
it's not his fault. You know, the entire left has
(25:32):
been preparing for him. Latissa James, I think when when
when Trump won went on TV saying it's not the
result we wanted. But we've been preparing for this. We
have lawsuits ready to go, like they were suing him
for things he hadn't even done yet. Every possible scenario,
they just sat around, what could he possibly do? Okay,
(25:54):
prepare a lawsuits for it, and then as soon as
he does it, we can deploy the lawsuit. We have
a network of correct activist judges out there that are
ready to you know, rule in our favor. It's it's
it's ridiculous, but he's he's winning. He's gonna win. He's
you know, he's got America behind him.
Speaker 6 (26:11):
You know.
Speaker 5 (26:12):
As far as the stocks, I'm just I'm just a
union guy. You know. I've got a four oh one K.
It's not much, but I'm going to echo the same
thing that your your previous college has said, and I'll
throw some real numbers out there, you know, just because
I don't care. Who knows. Before before this quote unquote crash,
(26:36):
my four oh one K was sitting at three hundred
and thirty one thousand. All right after after the crash,
after a period of four or five days, when he
announced the tariffs. Yeah, it took a nose dive like
everybody else. It dropped down about five percent. So I
was looking at, you know, floating between three ten three twelve.
Did it feel like I got kicked in the stomach.
Sure it did, because it wiped out six months worth
(26:59):
of game and me putting money in. I put twenty
percent of my check in that four one k every
single week, and I live on crumbs and hot dog
soup because I have to save for the future. Because unfortunately,
being a middle class, you know, white conservative in this country,
there are no programs for me. I don't get help
(27:21):
from the government. My kids didn't get handouts when they
had to go to when they went to college. My
daughter has very few student loans because she's a saverer
like her mom and dad. She has enough money in
the bank right now because she's such a good saver.
She can write a check and wipe out all of
her student loans, which are under forty thousand. Because we
(27:44):
borrowed very little. We borrowed very little. She graduated with
a bachelor's degree. I worked, I worked my butt off.
I want to say the other word, but I worked.
I worked my butt off, and I was writing checks
for you know, twenty five twenty eight thousand, dollars every
(28:05):
six months. Had no idea how I was going to
do it. You know how I do it? Put I
put my head down, I went to work and I
didn't stop until the bills were done being paid. But
so my four to one K dropped. But no one's
everyone's talking about the big crash. No one's talking about
the recovery. I started with three point thirty one in there.
It dropped down to three twelve. It's sitting at three
(28:26):
forty one today, so it's three percent higher than it
was before this big crash. I didn't I didn't even
change any funds.
Speaker 4 (28:33):
I'm just in.
Speaker 5 (28:33):
I'm just in a like four different target date funds
based on my age. That's it. So the genius is
a you know, Vanguard and and TV Bank, and they
manage the funds. That's what they do.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
You know.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
It's that there's promises he needs to deliver on. And
I know, I know originally his big beautiful tax plan
was going to be you know, targeted around Memorial Day.
Now they're talking about July bought. I want, I want
my tax free overtime pay. I pay far more than
my fair share of taxes on my first forty hours.
(29:08):
If I choose to work twenty or thirty hours overtime
so that I can pay for my kids college or
pay for you know, a second home or whatever I
want to pay for, that's my choice. Those are my
extra hours that I work. I pay more than my
fair share, and far more than most people in the
country do on my first forty hours. The government is
(29:31):
not entitled to any little piece of the twenty or
twenty five thirty hours.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
Of overall Chris, I so agree, So I so agree,
Chris again, I don't want to get I don't want
to turn this into an ivory tower, you know, philosophical
classroom debate. Okay, because you're a practical man like me
and you live in the real world as I do.
But I'll be brutally honest with you. I would say,
they don't have a right to your piece of your
(29:56):
labor period first forty or after forty. That's why I
prefer tariffs over taxes, income taxes. You know, I would
take a or even a sales tax, okay, just a
national sales tax. Don't tax my income. You want to
put a sales tax a consumption tax. If I buy it,
I pay. I don't buy it. I don't pay. But
(30:17):
my money is my money. What I earned is what
I earned. But let's not you know, quibble. I agree
with you. You work your butt off. First forty hours,
they get a big chut chunk of your taxes, of
your income. They you know, they take a good cut
of your income for taxes, but after that tax free.
And look, honestly, this is this is shameful. What the
(30:40):
hell have they been doing? Man? Like we knew Trump
won in November? Like, so you weren't planning this in
November and December and January before the inauguration, and now
you're right, they're going from Memorial Day to July fourth.
Speaker 4 (30:54):
No, do it now?
Speaker 1 (30:56):
Pass it now? Enough is enough? How much time do
you need to pass a freaking tax bill? You know,
no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security benefits,
no tax on overtime, and cut taxes for middle working
class Americans. Now you also want to pass the regulation.
(31:17):
You know there's other things as well, but let this
economy boom. And I'm telling you it's these And I
gotta say this, Chris. Notice every time you see a
Republican on TV, what do they always say, Well, we
just need the presidency. Okay, we gave you the White House. Well,
(31:39):
we just need the House. Well okay, we gave you
the House. Okay, Well we just need the Senate. Okay,
we gave you the Senate. Okay, but we need all
three at the same time. Okay, we've got all three
now at the same time. Okay, but we just need
the Supreme Court. You got the Supreme Court, so come
on go. They always have an excuse for why they
can't do something, and instead, Chris, look at these Democrats
(32:03):
to give the devil his due. Okay. They don't have
the White House, they don't have a house, they don't
have a Senate, they're't not a Supreme Court. They got nothing,
and they're blocking Trump left, right and center. They fight
duels and nail duels and nail under Trump. When they
just had the House, they impeached and impeached again over nothing,
(32:25):
and impeached and impeached our guys when Joey was in power.
What did our guys do nothing? Nothing, Chris, the Democrats fight,
We don't. That's our problem. Final word to you, Chris,
(32:46):
am I wrong?
Speaker 5 (32:47):
No, you're not You're not wrong. You're not wrong at all.
The GOP this is this is my metaphor for the GOP.
It's like a dog chasing a car. Dog can chase
it all they want. They say they want the House,
they want the Senate, they need the Supreme Court, they
need the White House. The dog catches the car, doesn't
know what the hell to do with it. They have
a unique talent, a snatching defeat from the jaws of
(33:09):
victory is the problem. And then last time we can trade.
We controlled both houses of Congress. It was the same thing.
Everybody had these giant expectations and they did nothing. They
wasted time. They let the Democrat Party stall them at
every corner with lawsuits and lawfare and whatever else they
could muster. And they just sit there. It's like, I
(33:32):
don't know what you're waiting for. You know, the Red
wave that never happened. That was a joke. You know,
I have no choice but to vote for the Republicans
because there's no other choice. But they're you know, great,
they're making promises, but they're they're just riding Trump's coat.
Seems if it wasn't for him, none of this would
be happening. It would be business as usual. They'd be
(33:54):
wasting your money. And my money on whatever stupid programs
that they can come up with. They they have their
hand in our pocket. And no matter what we're do,
when you're paying taxes on did I pay taxes on
taxes for Grace Aig, It's just it's I'm tired of it.
I want to see results. He has everything he needs
to get the job done. He's got both Houses of Congress,
(34:16):
he's got the White House, he's got the support of
the American people. Stop wasting time and get the goddamn
job done.
Speaker 1 (34:22):
Amen, Amen, brother Chris, outstanding call. Thank you very much
for that call. I love these calls from the heart.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight.
Really working people are fed up. We're just fed up.
You know, we want relief and we're going to you know,
we're demanding it now. Enough enough. So I'm with you.
(34:45):
Mike Johnson, get off your ass. John Thune, get off
your ass. And if you can't get off your ass,
let's get somebody who will. Six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. Brooks in Florida, Thanks holding Brooks,
and welcome.
Speaker 8 (35:03):
Jeff.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
Good morning Brooks.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
How are you my friend?
Speaker 2 (35:07):
Oh, I'm well, thank you. I'm going to take a
slightly different tact here with Trump and his first hundred days.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
Let's go ahead.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
I think everybody you know that's a part of kuner
country that supports Trump gets it that. You know, his
long term approach for the economy is going to be
self healing. It's turning a ship around. It's going to
take some time. But what I want, my point I
wanted to get in Jeff, was that when the Democrats
stole the twenty twenty election, we were in what I
(35:37):
would describe a state of trauma, a state of shock.
And what Trump has done is he has brought back
almost a theatrical sense of well being for us, but
almost humor, almost humor, God's humor. It was providential. How
(35:57):
you know, now we've got our guns pointed at aoc Letitia,
James Alien, Omar, Maxine Waters, Fanny Willis all of our
efforts to get these people, you know, it's kind of
percolating in the background, and it's pure entertainment. Trump has
(36:18):
brought us back humor the way he just kind of
looks at these people and says, you know, with a
tilted head, don't worry, it's coming and you can see
the results. And so they're slow, they're slow, but you
can feel the momentum of justice. And so, you know,
never forget what Chuck Schumer said that, you know that
(36:41):
horrible Kavanaugh Gaussich, you're going to reap the will wind.
And look what's happening. He's being completely demoralized. Look at
Letitia James, who you know, was like a rabbid dog
going after him. Now she's overinflated her real estate value.
Look at Illian Elmar, who has married her brother. Pam
(37:04):
Bondi has come out and said, we're looking into it.
Cash Betel has come out and said, do not lose
hope what Dan Bongino has said, you can't see it,
but it's happening in the background. Look at Fannie Willis,
who claimed that she always had cash in the safe.
Daddy taught her to keep cash. She's out. So all
(37:24):
of the you know, the Trump theater on these players
is so refreshing, because justice is a beautiful thing.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
My friend well Brooks, look, I agree with you. I
think he's got a great sense of humor. He is
a genius. He is brilliant at poking, fun, mocking, just
going after his political enemies and showing them for the
ridiculous hypocrites and clowns and buffoons that they are. He's
(37:56):
like a one man really, he's like a one man
political wrecking ball. I mean, he just he destroys his enemies,
and he's destroying Schumer, He's destroying AOC, He's destroying the squad.
He has completely buried Biden. I mean, my god, is
he buried Biden. He's got the left now on their heels.
(38:18):
The media has lost all credibility, not just because of
what they've done, but also that Trump doesn't let up
every press conference every day. He just keeps attacking them,
exposing them, uncovering them. He's just relentless. And so you know,
(38:39):
I go back to what Chris said earlier, the previous caller.
He's the only one who fights. And look all of
the accomplishments of Trump, make no mistake about it. It's Trump.
It's not the Republican Party. It's not now. I know
in Florida it's different. You guys got a real Republican
Party down there. But I'm talking about like here in Massachusetts.
(39:01):
Forgetting it's a joke, Okay, It's an absolute joke. There's
some excellent people in it, but for the more at
the leadership level, it's an absolute joke across the country
in Congress, who do you think would have gotten us
these victories? On female sports? Trump? D I TRUMP, censorship, TRUMP,
(39:24):
cancel culture TRUMP, the border TRUMP, deportations, TRUMP
