the bombshell revelations that Tulci Gabbert has revealed about the
dear letter Barack Hussein Obama and clearly the treason that
he and his entire national security team and the deep
State committed not just against Trump, but against our country,

against us, the voters and against our republic. So many
of you are asking the Kooner man, Jeff, what is it,
you know, besides interest rates, what is another major factor
that is driving I'm just gonna use Boston as an example,
but this is New York, Chicago, La Atlanta, Philadelphia, Baltimore.

for rent, these rental units. And look, it's the elephant
in the room. It's illegal immigration. Under Joe Biden. When
you bring in over fifteen to twenty million illegals, most

of whom live or congregate in big blue cities, they
got to live somewhere, especially with the government giving them
free public housing or giving them vouchers or paying for
them to pay for their rent or whatever, helping them
buy a home or buy an apartment or buy a

condo or whatever. So the fact of the matter is
you're bringing in an extra fifteen to twenty million people
and putting them in these dense urban areas. Yeah, the
price of homes, apartments, condos, rent are gonna go through
the roof and That's exactly what happened over the last

four to five years, to the point that I'm telling you,
I don't know how people live in Boston or New York.
I look at or or Chicago, or I look at
three thousand dollars for a small studio apartment. Who can
afford that? Now he's finally breaking his silence, Hunter Hunter Biden.

I'm not kidding, defending his dad, defending the Biden legacy,
because now everybody is dumping on the old man. Everybody now.
James Carvill came out with a big piece in The
New York Times saying the Democratic Party, his words, is constipated.
