Kelly directly Kelly at Kelly Financial dot org. Kelly at
Kelly Financial dot org. Six one seven two six six
sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay. Yesterday, Pambondi

(02:37):
along with Christy Nome, the head of the DHS and
the Attorney General now say that they are actively investigating
CNN for to me, this is treason. They're going to
be investigating them for obstructing justice and for trying now
to put the lives of ICE agents in very serious

(02:59):
jetty and in danger. Here is now what CNN has done,
and it's a huge scandal, and I hope it gets
bigger and bigger and bigger. The media now is is
going from fake news, lying propaganda to now out and
out sabotage and treason. They're now becoming almost anti ICE activists,

(03:26):
indistinguishable from the thugs on the streets. So here is
what happened. Several days ago, CNN was pushing a segment
on a segment, they were pushing an app. It is
called the Ice Block app that I kid you not

(03:48):
is used to track ICE the activity of ICE agents,
saying within a five mile radius, say in downtown Los
Angeles as an example. And so what this app does
is it tells you when ICE is active in a
certain area and then allows you to tip off illegal

(04:11):
aliens so that they can get away before ICE is
able to apprehend them or detain them, or grab them
and deport them. Literally. The purpose of the app is
to a track the movements of ICE agents and to
warn illegals so that ICE is unable to make their

(04:36):
arrests or their detentions, or their apprehensions. It's there to
obstruct ICE, it is there to sabotage ICE. It is
there to help illegals and criminal illegals. I'm not just
saying you know illegals that came in and are living
on welfare. I'm talking about you know, gang bangers and

(04:58):
murderers and rapist and drug dealers and you name it,
sex traffickers. So it's giving them a heads up. ICE
is a mile away, half a mile away, a couple
blocks away. Get out, Get out, get out. The app
is free. The app you can keep your anonymity. It's

(05:19):
completely anonymous. The inventor of the app, out of California,
says no. It was designed after I saw that Trump
was going to begin deporting illegal aliens from sanctuary cities,
and I said, let me invent something that will stop ICE,

(05:41):
undermine their ability to make arrests, and help illegals evade
capture and detention. In other words, the very purpose of
the app is to stop impede and obstruct law enforcement.
My friends, that's a crime. That's a crime. I would argue,

(06:02):
it's blatant treason. You're aiding illegal aliens, foreigners, some of
them terrorists, invaders, and you're going to help them to
stay in the country so they can continue to murder
and rape and commit other heinous crimes. And all of

(06:24):
this promoted and plugged on this issue CNN. Listen, now,
this is Claire Duffy on CNN pushing this ice Block,
this new app, and they are pushing it hard. CNN
loves it, and they're urging people to get the app.

(06:46):
Roll cut ten a Mic.

Speaker 5 (06:51):
I don't know exactly how the app works. One tech
developer is pushing back with an app designed to track
ice activity and time is called ice Block, and it's
controversial to say the least.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Saint Claire Duffy is with us.

Speaker 5 (07:06):
Now, how does this work, Claire, and what are the
legal implications?

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Yeah, John, I talked with Joshua Aaron, who is the
longtime tech worker who developed this platform, and he said
he really wants it to be an early warning system
for people about the location of immigrations and customs enforcement officers.
So he says he does not want people interfering with
those officers' activity, but he does want people to be
able to avoid them altogether if they want. So you

(07:32):
open the app. It looks like a map, and users
can tap the map to report an ICE sighting in
their area, and then everybody who uses the platform within
five miles of that siting will get a push alert.
This is a free iPhone app. It is anonymous. Errand
says he doesn't collect any user data.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Unbelievable. I swear ibelieved. It goes on and on. They
then did another segment, you know how to download the
app where you can get the app. So they're they're
plugging it, they're promoting it. Now, think about this. He's
not saying you impede them, No, you're just saying how
to evade him completely. That's, in other words, to escape,

(08:10):
which is in other words, you're there to obstruct ICE
from completing its job and doing its mission. I mean,
it's unbelievable. Listen. Now, this is Tricia McLaughlin. She's the
Assistant Secretary Department of Homeland Security. She was on Fox
and saying, look, this is a crime. What this app

(08:32):
is doing is facilitating illegal aliens and literally putting ICE
agents in in danger in jeopardy. Roll cut ten a
a MIC.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
I don't know exactly how the app works, but I
know that the Department of Homeland Security and the ICE
Director Tim Lyons is worried about this, concerned and can
you tell us your thoughts about this. Do you think
that it is meant to at least give people heads
up so that they can get away from ICE, but
also concern for the ICE men and women in uniforms

(09:04):
in addition to that, of course.

Speaker 6 (09:06):
Yeah, absolutely, our Ice enforcement officers are seeing a five
hundred percent increase in assaults against them, and a lot
of this is because politicians like AOC like Governor Tim Walls,
like Gavin Newsom demonize our ice enforcement officers and give
them free passes and examples like these. These apps are
absolutely obstructing justice. What our Ice enforcement officers are doing

(09:29):
is enforcing.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
The rule of law.

Speaker 6 (09:31):
If these rioters, these activists, and these politicians don't like
the law, they should change it. Don't go after our
ice law enforcement. It's disgusting, it's wrong, and it's an American.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Someone's going to get killed. I'm talking about an ICE
agent is going to get killed. Forget assaulted, forget being attacked,
forget being punched or kicked or beaten up, or literally
someone's going to get killed because you've got these gangs,
You've got murderers, You've got these criminals who are going
to know when ICE is near them, in their neighborhood

(10:04):
a mile or half a mile away. You're setting up
an ambush. You are literally putting the lives of ICE
agents and law enforcement in mortal jeopardy. Never mind that
you're obstructing justice and impeding the lawful arrests of illegal aliens,
and all of this is being promoted by CNN.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
More.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
I promise next Jeff doesn't get a day off.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
This request came from his wife.
