Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six one seven two six six, sixty eight sixty eight Okay.
Stunning new polls out number one Democrats are losing political support.
It's the government shutdown is blowing up in their face.
The No King's rally has not forget my making a
dent in polls TU and Trump's poll numbers. Trump is
(00:21):
gaining popularity and even CNN, CBS News, New York Times,
I could miss you poll after poll after poll. In
other words, the fake news media who over sample Democrats
are saying if the midterms were held today, the Democrats
would lose, and that they are on course to lose
(00:42):
the twenty twenty six mid term elections. Their strategy is
clearly not working. And another poll out Big Poll showing
that the broad majority of Americans Republicans, moderates, Independents, and
Democrats over the age of fourty, not younger Democrats. There's
(01:02):
a growing support for political violence among those in their
twenties and thirties and early forties, but forty five and
above they reject political violence categorically, So why are Democrats
inciting it? Are the Democrats now self immolating, pouring gasoline
(01:24):
on themselves and just lighting themselves on fire? Are they
now destroying themselves? Six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight Andy in Milford, Thanks for holding Andy,
and welcome.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Good morning, jeb Andy.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
How are you, my friend.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Oh, I'm doing very well. I'm doing very well, Jeff.
This level of sickening hate that's behind this, and that's
what it is. If you were to go back in
time to the twenties and the thirties, and that was
(02:09):
really around, I believe, when the KKK was at its
height in this country, and you just look at the
level of hat that you had with a klu Klux
Klan when they were at their height, and you can
tear it to the level of hate that's behind this.
(02:31):
Don't answer me this is there any difference? I mean,
just surely looking at it from the standpoint of the
level of hate.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
No, none, Honestly, Andy, I'm telling you if you and
you're right by the way, you're very perceptive and you're
very well read. The Klan did have a you know,
they were born in the wake of slavery and to
implement Jim Crow after the Civil War, but they really
exploded in popularity, it's called a resurgence in the nineteen
(03:02):
twenties and let's say early nineteen thirties, that was really
their heyday. You're completely right, and you know they that's
where they did a lot of the lynchings. But they
also lynched their political opponents. You know. Yes, a lot
of it was racial, no question, but they lynched their
political opponents, and they routinely called for people to be murdered.
(03:24):
And of course the KKK was it literally was a
Democrat organization. It was created by democrats, it was run
by democrats, it was controlled by democrats, it was full
of Democrats. The KKK hated the Republicans, hated them, and
the Republicans hated them in return. So you're completely right, look, Andy,
(03:45):
And the only thing I would add, and I want
you to finish your thought is again, look, I love
the nineteen thirties. I don't mean as in I love
that period in terms. I'm fascinated by that period. I
love to study it. That's the only time that keeps
coming back to my mind where you had mass political movements,
whether it was fascism, Nazism, communism, where they would constantly
(04:09):
call for the murder of their political opponents and for
the murder of heads of state or presidents or prime ministers,
you know, at rally after rally after rally, And that's
what I'm seeing today on the left, there's no question.
So it reminds me a lot of the KKK in
America at the time, in the twenties and thirties, And
(04:30):
it reminds me a lot of Europe in the nineteen thirties,
where just calling for someone to be murdered was like,
uhuh a big deal. You know, you're just like, you know,
if you went to a Nazi rally or a Communist rally,
or a Mussolini rally or whatever, a pro style and rally,
and you know you said, hey, do you think Winston
(04:51):
Churchill should be killed? Yeah, you should be killed. You're
a matter of believe, you should kill them, you know,
or whoever they name your you know, just like at that,
you know that no King's rally. You think Steven Miller
should be killed? Yeah, you should be killed. Kill the SLB.
You know, you think Trump should be killed today? Tomorrow, Oh,
(05:12):
put the bullet in them. That's the only other time
that comes to mind. Andy, please, uh you have the
final word? What say you, Andy?
Speaker 2 (05:27):
I say we just stay peaceful and we keep calling
this out, and that the line we never budge from
is that political violence in any context is not acceptable.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
I could not agree with you more, Andy, I'm telling you,
I could not agree with you more because the Democrats
will implode. They're imploding. I'm telling you, they're imploding. So
all we got we're winning now, we're clearly winning, and
we're winning in every way. So all we got to
just say is violence is completely unacceptable, period, full stop,
(06:12):
and let the Democrats burn themselves alive politically.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
He will not he We see it, we see it,
we see it every we see it all the time.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
He will not want to leave.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
He set it up with his.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
I guess he's the Gebbels of the of the Cabinet,
Stephen Miller. He's he's a Nazi, yes he is, and
he's Jewish, and he should be ashamed of himself.
Speaker 1 (06:40):
He's such a moron, he really he is. Robert de
Niro seven thirty four on the Great w RKO Jeff
Kooner Boston's Bulldozer six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight. Let him keep talking. The more he talks,
the more insane he and the Democrats sound, Okay, I
(07:00):
want to ask you. It is the Kooner Country Poll.
Question of the Day sponsored by Marios Mario's Quality Roofing,
Siding and Windows. Is the call to violence winning or
losing Democrats votes? Let me repeat it is the call
(07:22):
to violence, winning or losing votes for the Democrats, A
winning b losing. You can vote on our web page
wrko dot com slash cooner wrko dot com slash cooner
(07:44):
k uh and is in national Er. You can also
vote vax and oh I was active last night, uh
and you can vote on my on x my handle
there at the Kooner report. All one word at the
report kuh n e r Now and you know, to me,
(08:06):
I'm losing all the way. This is killing them politically,
it's destroying them. Forget killing them. They're imploding. They're self
destructing in front of our eyes. I say, let them. Now.
What's interesting is, as things stand right now, ninety four
point three percent of you say losing, which of course
(08:29):
I agree with. But who the hell is the five
point seven percent that say this is winning, that this
is winning Democrats votes, that this is a political winner
for them. So for those of you, you know the
bills in Sudbury or whoever that think. Yeah, the more
(08:50):
you call for murder and assassination, the more votes we get. Please,
I'd love to hear from you. Six one seven two
sixty six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay,
very very quickly. You can text the cooner man seven
zero four seven zero seven zero four seven zero, or
(09:12):
you can also message me on messenger. And this is
from Mark and I think on de Niro, he hits
the nail right on the head, Jeff. For Robert de
Niro to be saying what he says about Trump and
Steven Miller, he should feel humbled. He should be thanking
Trump for keeping fentanyl out of this country. De Niro's
(09:35):
grandson overdosed and died at nineteen years old. And this
is what de Niro says about Trump. That's the thanks
that Trump gets. What a real pos You know you
reminded me of that, Mark, I forgot about that. It's
(09:56):
true de Niro had on one of his grandson's died
to odeed. And you would think with Trump doing everything
he can to keep fentanyl and these illicit, dangerous drugs
out of our country, he'd be one of his biggest
supporters and fans. Instead, this is how we thanks him,
pooh pooh, spitting on him and Mark continues as a
(10:19):
kid Jeff. Growing up as an Italian American, I used
to like and respect Robert de Niro, especially because he
was a fellow Italian American and I loved most of
his films, especially The Godfather. I agree Goodfellas, I agree
Taxi Driver. You know, I was never a big fan
(10:40):
of that movie. But anyway, that's just me. Anyway, analyze this.
It was an okay movie. Anyway, we can agree to
disagree there, Mark, and yes, even meet the parents. You're kidding, really, Mark, Anyway,
now that I know what he really stands for, they
(11:00):
have completely lost all respect for him as an actor
and as a human being. And now I look at
him as a disgrace to Italian Americans everywhere. I wonder
if he's even proud or celebrating Italian Heritage Month or
considers Columbus Day as Indigenous People's Day. And quite frankly,
(11:22):
I think he should be sued by both Trump and
Steven Miller. Hashtag disgusted, hashtag boycott Robert de Niro. I
think it's a long time to do a boycott of
Robert de Niro. I think it's time for him to
really feel it in the pocketbook and to be publicly
shamed and publicly discredited, because, make no mistake about it,
(11:47):
he's inciting murder and he's a citing assassination. He's inciting violence.
There's no question now. Marlene in Waltham, Thanks for holding Marlene,
and welcome.
Speaker 5 (12:01):
Hi Jeff, Hi, how are you?
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (12:04):
I love you, We love you here. I'm visiting North
Carolina and we're listening to you. Why happened to No
one is above the law? What happened to? Consequences? I
disagree with Let him keep talking and let them know,
let them nothing. We got to put our feet down
(12:26):
and do something about it. No one's above the law.
I don't even know what the lawyer is. What if
the law or I guess the intention is the speaker,
If the speaker the person who's saying they're going to
really commit something, or the person who's saying is telling
someone else to go and commit a crime. I don't
know what the lawy is, but there's got to be
(12:47):
a law, especially to uh pretending to the President of
the United States. And I really like that fire shot,
firesize shot suggestion, and I said, Trump, it's kind of
like doing it already, with having his cabinet and speaking
with the media and us and telling us what they're
(13:08):
up to and things like that. It's kind of like that.
But I really like that. I just want to say that.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Well, Marlene, look you're making excellent points. It is against
the law. And I'll tell you what the law says. Okay,
if anybody says simply someone should kill the president of
the United States, Okay, someone or I will kill the
president of the United States, that's it. That's you've broken
the law. You cannot threaten to murder the president of
(13:35):
the United States. You can't. It's against the law. So
when those kids, I mean I say kids affectionately, they
were what in their twenties when they went to that
you know, no King's rally that was in Seattle, and
they say, what's your name, and the idiot gives his
full name and says, yeah, I'd murder them. Somebody should
murder them. I want somebody to murder Trump. I'd murder them.
(13:57):
In a second. They said, buddy, you just committed a crime.
And it's black letter law. Now, whether the secret Service
will investigate. Whether they'll arrest them, that's a different story.
But I'm with you. No one is above the law,
and I think if they started to make some arrests,
you would see this kind of rhetoric. You know, it
(14:17):
would tamper down because they'd say, better not come out
of my mouth because I don't want to go to
jail for a couple of years or get hit with
a massive fine or whatever. But if you don't enforce
the law, then it gets worse and worse and worse.
Now look to the fireside chats. You know, I love
the idea. I think, Dan, it's a great idea. Trump,
(14:38):
in a way is already doing it. I don't know
if you saw him yesterday he had the Australian Prime minister.
And what he does is he'll call like a meeting
with a foreign leader or at a cabinet or whatever,
and then he invites the whole media in and he
just takes question after question after question after question. And
that's how he just keeps driving the news cycle. So
(15:00):
you see, the media is never able to frame an
issue or paint Trump the way they want to paint Trump,
because he's always ahead of them. He's refuting them, he's
debating them, he's getting in front of them. So he's
constantly getting his message out to the American people. And Marlene,
I think truth social and social media has changed everything.
(15:25):
Trump is always communicating to his followers, his supporters, and
to the American people on X, on truth, social and
the Democrats they have no counter. That's why they're losing.
Six one seven two, six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number, Mike. Can you do me a favor. Let's
play a little bit more of crazy Deanio. Here's Raging Bull.
(15:49):
By the way, that was one of his better films,
to be honest, but anyway, here's here's Raging Bull. Roll
cut fifteen a a mic.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
Trump does not understand anything about humanity people. He has
no empathy.
Speaker 1 (16:06):
I don't know where what.
Speaker 3 (16:08):
He is, but he's an alien and he wants to
He wants to hurt this country. It's something deeply psychological
in him. He wants to hurt people.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
He's an alien. Now he's from Mars. Now that's what
I'm saying. Don't I mean to all the lefties out there,
don't you hear yourselves? Don't you see how freaking crazy.
We you insane? You all sound that's a good one.
I thought aliens were supposed to be good. This is
(16:46):
from eric On messenger, Jeff. Now I did not know this. Again,
this best audience in the business. You always teach me
something every day, So listen. It is eric On messenger, Jeff.
Have you seen the high heels Denaro Weares? Really? Robert
(17:06):
de Niro is so insecure about his height. I'm not
that tall myself, Jeff, but I would never be caught
dead in platforms with three inch lifts. That's a bee.
I can't say it rhymes with which that's a bee.
Three inch lifts. Holy man, I had no idea. The
(17:29):
guy wears heels. Oh this guy, mister tough guy six
seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay, let
me ask all of you. We're talking about, obviously, the
crazies at the No King's rally calling for Trump's you know,
to be murdered. Trump to be assassinated. Now they want
(17:51):
Miller dead, and many of them on the radical far
left think it's a political winner, while the polls show
so obviously that this is killing the Democrats literally politically.
They're being destroyed by this. So have you ever run
into or do you know someone who suffers, say a
(18:13):
family member, a friend, whatever, a colleague at work who
suffers from serious trumped arrangement syndrome. Who you know? I
want to kill them? That's awesome. Somebody needs to murder them.
Kill miller two. Not kill everybody, just shoot them all.
In other words, do you have a bill in Sudbury
(18:35):
in your family or among friends, or do you know
people like this? I do, and honestly it's it's not
a pleasant experience to be around them. It really isn't.
But that's me. I want to hear from you. Six
one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight Charles
(18:55):
in Wilmington. Thanks for holding Charles, and welcome.
Speaker 6 (19:02):
Thank you for taking my call. I have four quick
points that I want to tell you, and then you
can go, uh tell the audience of myself. What do
you think? So I'm just sort of get kind of
all over the places. Number one gas I live in Willington.
Guests at to seventy to do seventy five. In my opinion,
(19:25):
there is no greater savings that you can get forget
a well, you know, the grocery. I complain like about
everything else. Everyone needs feel and I'm saving like almost
like a dollar thirty eight gallon. Now number two you
call and set about fdr in You know that he
(19:48):
wants Trump to do that, and I want Trump to
be saved. I pray from every night. You know, when
I wake up in the morning, you're almost afraid that
they're on the radio TV bearing something bad happened. But
Trump is guy almost got its head blown off. He
gets up and says, fight, fight, Fight. There's no way
he's gonna be intimidated by that. Number three you might
(20:08):
know the answer, but uh, basically, there's three major networks
in the United States, NBC, ABC and CBS in order
to get the word out. You know, he can't like
Elon Musky, you know, in Trump by one of those
stations to get the actual you know, real world out.
(20:32):
And my last thing is I'm a medical courier and
I drive abound eight thousand miles a yet and I'm
in the after constantly from the bottom way up to
the top. And I see, you know, last elections have
got nine out of ten signs all Trump, everyone Trump.
If there's ever a place that should be investigated for
(20:57):
you know, blaa fraud. It definitely, definitely should be the action. Okay,
everyone that I know up there, okay, they're like, we
can't believe it. And my last boy is you know,
Paul about you know, I'm the twenty five with the
you know, with the violence and everything. You know, I've
talked to many people and you know, came where Summerville.
(21:22):
You know, it's so what's on? And I asked him, I, oh,
so who were you voting, Paul, who did you vote for? Like, oh,
I don't vote, I go, don't vote, like what there was?
You think my one vote will make a difference. So
I wonder how many of those people that support the
violence actually vote.
Speaker 7 (21:40):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (21:40):
Back to you the Micoans. We deserve it, and I
love you in the.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
Session way, and thank you, Charles, outstanding call. I got
to say, really five really good points, Charles. Thank you
very much again, and keep up the great work, buddy.
I know it's not easy being on the road, and
so stay safe. Look, let me just take a couple
of your points. By the way, I think what you're
seeing now. He's referring to the Investor's Business Daily poll
(22:10):
about how under forty five Democrats in particular, there's a
much higher percentage thirty seven percent for those in their
twenties and those in their thirties and early forties, as
much as forty five percent say that political violence is
either sometimes or always justified. Now that's different after forty
(22:32):
five Democrats can't stand violence. So that's why overall Republicans, independents, Democrats.
It's a huge political loser for the Democrats. But what
is concerning is those in their twenties, thirties, early forties,
they seem to like at least a good proportion of them.
I think there's no question that's the consequence of liberal
(22:56):
and doctrination in the classroom, in elementary school, especially in
high school, and in the colleges. And I think you're
starting to see the effect of that. Now, to say
you support political violence doesn't mean you do it right.
It just means you're okay with it. In other words, yeah,
go ahead, I don't care, or go ahead, I'm not
(23:17):
going to, you know, hold it against you. And that's
what you're starting to see. You go to these rallies
and you look at some of these people and you're like,
what is wrong with you? The stuff that's coming out
of your mouth. How can you talk like this? You know,
forget the president of the United States. And I almost
don't even want to say this as an example because
(23:37):
it's so offensive and it so crosses the line. But
can you imagine if I spoke about just colleagues here
at iHeart really just managers. I'm not going to name
any names, obviously, but just you know, the president, the CEO,
the vice president, whatever, the station manager. Oh, kill him, sure,
shoot him, yeah, blow his head off, hey him, hitler,
(24:02):
Paul pad three people two bullets. This guy gets two
bullets every time. What would happen to me? I'd be fired,
and rightfully so would What would all of you say, Cooner?
What the hell is wrong with you? Man? Look? For
all our opposition to Biden, and we were right to
oppose him when we held rallies, did we ever call
(24:25):
for him to be killed? Did we ever call for
him to be you know eighty six forty six? Did
we ever say assassinate the guy? Did we ever say
murder him?
Speaker 4 (24:35):
Murder?
Speaker 1 (24:36):
You know, murder, kamalaw, murder this person, shoot this person,
killed that person, assassinate that person. No, I mean we
made fun of his age because there was just you know,
the fact that he was senile and demented, you know,
and we go, let's go Brandon, and we'd make the
fun of the fact that media was covering up for him.
We ridiculed the guy, We spoofed the guy, but we
(25:00):
were going around saying murder, assassinate, kill, Burn it all down,
Just burn the whole damn thing down. If you notice
what was so offensive about the No King's protest is
think about it. If Trump was really a king or
(25:21):
a dictator, You honestly think Robert de Niro can go
on MSNBC and call Trump a Nazi and say Trump
is a dictator for life and he has to be overthrown,
and somebody should, you know, take out Stephen Miller. You
think people could hold protests and call for Trump to
be murdered. You think in a dictatorship, you think they
(25:43):
allow you to say stuff like this. The fact that
they held the freaking rally tells you everything you need
to know that there's no dictatorship and no king and
no monarchy. It's so preposterous in fact, and most of
you know this, but it bears They just stand back
for a second. What is the Trump presidency. And I
(26:05):
know we're a constitutional republic, I get it, But what
is the Trump presidency? It is the essence of democracy.
I've never seen a president like this. Think about it.
He won the popular vote, he won the electoral college
vote decisively, He won every a freaking swing state, and
(26:27):
then he campaigned on certain key policies deportation, mass deportations,
securing the border. He told us exactly what he was
going to do as he campaigned, and now that he won,
he's enacting the very policies that he won on and
(26:47):
campaigned on. In other words, it's pure democracy. I'm going
to do ABC elect me, this is what you're going
to get. He gets the popular vote, he wins the
electoral college vote, he wins every swing state, and then
he enacts exactly what he campaigned on, almost to a t.
(27:13):
He's the most and I'm using the democratic small d
He's the most democratic president we've ever had. So what
is everybody complaining about on the left, No, they're no.
King's rally is really an anti democracy rally. Remember they're
(27:35):
always projecting they want a king. Biden was their king,
Obama is their king. Remember Kamala Harris who installed her.
She was a queen who when they knocked off Biden,
they installed her as the nominee without a single vote.
If that's not monarchical, if that's not authoritarian, I don't
(27:59):
know what he is. So they're like, yo, this is
what democracy looks like. No, the Trump presidency is what
democracy looks like. I'm just telling you the facts now, Charles. Look,
you're completely right about New Hampshire. I said it in
twenty sixteen, I said it in twenty twenty. I set
(28:20):
it in twenty twenty four, and I'll say it again.
And I challenged the corrupt media in New Hampshire to
refute me, and they can't. The Democrats stole New Hampshire
from Trump all three elections. There's no question in my mind,
there's no question. They stole it in twenty sixteen from him.
(28:42):
They stole twenty twenty, and they stole twenty twenty four.
New Hampshire is a swing state. Trump didn't win seven
swing states, with all due respect, he won eight. New
Hampshire was the eighth. They just stole that one from Trump.
And if the Republicans up there had any freaking guts,
(29:03):
they do a proper, thorough investigation and the voter fraud
that you see in New Hampshire every two years, especially
every presidential cycle, where they come up, these Massachusetts refugees.
It's an open joke. They vote in Massachusetts and then
they go up to New Hampshire and vote a second time,
(29:23):
and they go just you know, sign this piece of
paper as you're about to vote that you're a resident
of New Hampshire. Sure, I'll sign it. Oh yeah, And
then you never see them again, and they're back in
Massachusetts and there many of them are students, they're campus activists,
they're democratic activists. And you see the buses, they buss
(29:45):
them up, they let them out at the polling stations.
You can see the buses, for God's sake. And then
they're they oh, yeah, oil, I'm just gonna sign this
piece of paper. Oil, oil, Oil, I live. I live
in New Hampshire. Yeah right my foot, as my father
would say. And then they're back or the illegals. And
it's always the same the night before the election. No
(30:08):
speaking English, no comprendae, no no, no, no, no pub
no puble anglaise, Hotel after hotel, motel after motel packed.
Nobody speaks English. They bust him in, they roll him
out of the polling stations, and they vote, and then
you never see him again. So that's how they take
(30:30):
New Hampshire. You're completely right, And look, you're right. Trump
is a guy who took a bullet in the ear.
If it wasn't for a millimeter, he would have had
his blains blown out. What did he do? He got
up and he said, fight, fight, fight fight. You're not
going to lock him up in the White House. You're
(30:50):
not going to intimidate him, you're not gonna bully him.
This is a force of nature. And I'm telling you
he is remaking American politics in front of our eyes.
I've never seen a guy destroy an opposition party the
way he's destroying the Democrats. And if they had half
a brain, which they don't, the Democrats would sit back,
(31:12):
play a tape and say, are we do we really
sound this insane? Yeah? I like that, Sandy, You're right.
Is he destroying them? Or are the Democrats destroying themselves?
And to be honest, I think it's I think it's both.
I think his policies have been so effective and he's
a brilliant troller. See, I think that's another thing. He
(31:36):
trolls them, and he trolls them, and he trolls them.
He knows how to get under their skin and press
their buttons, and they can't control themselves and they just
start destroying themselves. If they really are they just play
yourself to these democrats here, Just listen to yourself. Do
you do you realize how unhinged you sound? Like do
(31:58):
you realize you just called for the president to be
murdered in front of kids? Do you realize you guys
just did a rally up in the No King's rally
up in Illinois near Chicago. You took out a seven
year old boy, gave him a stick, a sharp stick,
took an effigy of Trump, and you were all cheering
(32:18):
as he was stabbing the President of the United States
the effigy in the neck, in the head, in the heart,
in the stomach, again and again and again and again.
Like what are you are you training him to be
a part of hamas? What is this an ANTIFA training
ground or is this an actual peaceful protest? Like do
(32:41):
you see how offensive and sick that is to most Americans?
Like can't you see that no hatred is blind? It's
a phrase. But it's true. It's blind like after a
while you can't see. They can't see, and they don't see.
(33:03):
They're going right off that cliff, and Trump is waving
bye bye, Mark in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Mark,
and welcome Ye.
Speaker 7 (33:15):
Can you hear me?
Speaker 1 (33:16):
I can hear you? Can you hear me? I love it.
Speaker 6 (33:19):
I knew it.
Speaker 7 (33:20):
I know you're going to say that that's great. I'm
not I'm not the other Mark in the Hans. This
is a different one. How you doing.
Speaker 1 (33:25):
I can tell by your voice. Mark.
Speaker 7 (33:28):
I want to talked you before, and I just this,
this couple of things happened in the last couple of
days that really brought up a big memory. And I
called you a few days after this happened and told
you and all our beautiful listeners what happened. You know.
There's some kind of a rumor going around the internet
that some TV stations have used sky footage of the
twenty seventeen Boston Free Speech Rally footage to clean that
(33:51):
was people protesting against King. So I was there. I
was there. I called you a couple of days later.
I was on the bandstand that day and I just
want to ask you to Tolment.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
So listening to every word mark my Paul.
Speaker 7 (34:03):
Made a funny noise. Okay, So can you please comment
because I respect your your intellect and your thoughts on
different subjects. So looking at what you're talking about today
about how what people can say or what the the
the ramifications are of what people say are now. I
tried to research day on the internet, and you know,
(34:24):
our history is whitewashed. I tried to look something up
and I can't find it. Do you seem to remember
some statements made by Marty mayor Marty Walsh right before
the protests about how people should rise up and show
the people on the bandstand that they weren't welcome in Boston, Massachusetts.
And then because you know, when they came and rescued
(34:46):
us and they took us away in paddy wagons for
our own safety. And when when the patty wagons got
to mass ad they were stuck because thousands of people
were marching up from you know, from the southern areas
of Boston to come and protests against people like me,
just a veteran. I just went there to some an American.
I just wanted to stand up for free speech, and
you know they tried to tip over the paddywagon. It
(35:07):
was pretty scary. It's pretty scary, you know, And I remember.
I'll never forget that. And can you please comment on
your thoughts?
Speaker 1 (35:13):
Boat, Like, Mark, let me tell you, I remember you now.
I remember you, and I'll tell you why I remember you,
because I'll never forget that day for the rest of
my life. Okay, for many reasons. Number One, I attended
that rally. I covered that rally. Okay, I was there,
(35:35):
so I saw what happened. Marty Walsh, this was a
couple of days before the rally. This was a free
speech I'm just telling the audience because I know you
know this, Mark, This was a free speech rally. Literally,
that's what it was, in defense of free speech. And
there are about ten speakers that were invited to speak
at the bandstand at the Boston Common. Now you can
(35:59):
look this up. Some were libertarians, some were actually Bernie supporters,
but they were like, you know, more like anti war activists.
It doesn't matter. It's a free country. Some were Trump supporters,
but many of them were not. What they all had
in common. Some were on the left, some were on
the right, some were in the center, but what they
(36:19):
all agreed on was that we should have free speech
and the First Amendment should be SACRISANCT. Marty Walsh, to
play on the anti Trump sentiment on the left, lied,
the mayor at the time, lied and said his words,
the Klan is coming to Boston. Rise up. The Klan
(36:43):
is coming to Boston. He said it multiple times, Rise up.
And he went in particular to the black churches and
the minority neighborhoods, and he so whipped up fear that
they were convinced that the KKK and White's promise. This
because this was in the wake of Charlottesville,
