Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, cooner. Contrary.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Okay, my friends, it was announced yesterday in a dramatic
one hundred and eighty degree you turn that. I don't
know if you can call him comedian, because he's not funny.
Left wing activist Trump hater masquerading as a comedian. Jimmy
Kimmel is going to be back on the air tonight.

(00:27):
That's right, Jimmy Kimmel alive. His show is going to
be reinstated tonight. The news broke yesterday, According now to
The Wall Street Journal and other media outlets, apparently Jimmy
Kimmel was negotiating directly with the president, the CEO of

(00:49):
Disney himself, Bob Iger, and his number two man, Dana Walden,
and together they hammered out a deal with Jimmy Kimmel
in which he will now come back on the air
and he will not be apologizing at all for the disgusting, callous,

(01:14):
vile comments that he said about Charlie Kirk and about
the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And the reason why ABC
and Disney have made this decision is because they came
under tremendous pressure from Hollywood celebrities, led by Tom Hanks,

(01:36):
Robert de Niro, Meryl Street.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Down it went.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
The Royalty of Hollywood said they insisted Kimmel must be
back on the air. CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington Post,
The Los Angeles Times the pressure was enormous, saying that
the firing of Jimmy Kimmel was a form of cancel culture,

(02:04):
if you can believe this. So suddenly now the left
cares about cancel culture, really, and that it violated the
First Amendment, and that Jimmy Kimmel, I kid you not,
was a martyr for the First Amendment. And so under
this kind of withering pressure, with the Democrats barreling down

(02:27):
on Disney, with the left barreling down on ABC, they
completely reversed course. And now Jimmy Kimmel will be back
on the air. Not only will he be back on
the air, he will not be apologizing, and apparently he
is going to double even triple down on his attacks

(02:48):
on Trump, on MAGA and.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
On MAGA supporters.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
So, and in particular, I want to single this out.
There were two Republicans and I named them on X
last night, and I want to name them again now,
Senators Ted Cruz and Rand Paul, to their eternal shame,

(03:15):
led the charge against Disney against ABC for having indefinitely
preempted Jimmy Kimmel's show for having suspended him for his vile,
frankly offensive, and incindiary comments. Ted Cruz wanted Kimmel back

(03:37):
on the air. Rand Paul wanted Kimmel back on the
air because those two losers, and I'm choosing my word
now very carefully, they are losers.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
We're going on about all now.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Conservatives on the Trump administration are no different than the
they're now embracing cancel culture. They're censoring Jimmy. This is
a violation of Jimmy's First Amendment constitutional rights.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
We're now no better than the left.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
We have to champion Jimmy and put him back on
the air.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Are you happy now? Not really?

Speaker 2 (04:24):
To Ted Cruz and Ran Paul And don't worry. He's
gonna come after you. Don't you worry. Don't you worry? Okay,
they're gonna come after you. Are you happy now?

Speaker 3 (04:37):
So?

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Now, this pos and that's what he is, That's what
Jimmy Kimmel is.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Let's be clear. This piece of you.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Know what.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Is now gonna be back on the air to spew
his bile, his hatred, his bigotry, to go and incite
even more violence and champion the very kind of hate
culture that got Charlie Kirk killed.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Are you happy? Now?

Speaker 2 (05:08):
You know why Republicans always lose? Now you know why
because of spineless turncoats je like Ted Cruz and like
Rand Paul. Now, when I saw the story yesterday, I
honestly I couldn't believe it. I go, you couldn't even wait,

(05:29):
I don't know a week or two weeks. Literally, he
didn't even miss a paycheck. Jimmy Kimmel did not miss
a paycheck, and he's already back on the air. Listen
now to what the original remarks by Jimmy Kimmel that

(05:52):
got him suspended for what was it?

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Five days? Five days? Roll the Cut Cut eleven A Mike.

Speaker 5 (06:05):
Some new lows over the weekend with the Maga gang
desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk
as anything other than one of them and everything they
can to score political points from it.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
And then he went on to criticize Trump, Mack Trump,
saying he's grieving the way a four year old like
a four year old boy who loses a goldfish, who's
goldfish died. Now, that's a lie. By the way, he's
not going to retract that. He's not going to go
on the air and said what I said to you
was false.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
It was a lie. None, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
So you pushed the lie that Tyler Robinson, the assassin
of Charlie Kirk, was a MAGAS supporter. That is pure disinformation.
That is one and disinformation. It's a baldfaced lie. More
than that, you are inciting violence against MAGA supporters because

(07:06):
now they're the scapegoat for everything. They're responsible for everything.
They're responsible even for the death of Charlie Kirk. That's
why to me, what ABC and Disney are doing now
is so wrong on so many levels, it's not even funny.
But let's be clear, my friends, Okay, we have to

(07:27):
stare reality in the face. The woke mob won again.
And notice under Joe Biden, I'm just stating the facts.
How many We're not talking Jimmy Kimmel. I'm talking thousands,
if not millions, Literally millions of Americans were censored, were deplatformed,

(07:53):
were literally thrown off for example, Twitter and their voices
completely suppressed because they dared to question the COVID JAB,
because they dare to question the mask mandates, because they
dared to question the closings of the schools, because they
dared to question the lockdowns, and nobody cared about their

(08:18):
First Amendment rights. And we have the smoking gun emails
where literally the Biden White House, forget the FCC, the
Biden White House was telling the then owner of Twitter,
Jack Dorsey, take this guy's account down, take her account down.
No no, no, you can't allow this to No no, this

(08:39):
has to be censored. No no, this tweet or whatever
has to be removed. So Americans' First Amendment constitutional rights
were systematically violated under Joe Biden. Nothing, no recourse, no
redress to all those conservatives.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
You don't like that? What about Roseanne Barr? Tell me?

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Did Rand Paul and Ted Cruz cry for Roseanne when
she not some low rated show that loses money the
way Jimmy Kimmel loses money the number one hit show
on ABC Because of comments that she made on her
personal social media account about Valerie Jarrett, and ABC cut

(09:26):
her loose and fired her. Did I see Hollywood go
up in arms? Did I suddenly see MSNBC and CNN
and the New York Times, and she has the right
to creative artistic expression. This as a violation of the
First Amendment. They celebrated and cheered it. Or as I

(09:48):
said yesterday on Newsmax, when I was on Newsmax and
I was debating a lefty and he was going on
about how unjust it was that Jimmy Kimmel was taking off,
I said, really, you mean like Tucker Carlson when they
pushed Tucker off his show. And by the way, Tucker
is a journalist. This guy's a freaking comedian because he

(10:13):
dared to show January six footage. None of you complained,
None of you talked about freedom of expression or freedom
of speech or all the evils of cancel culture.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
You loved it.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
And so as I told him, you on the left
created the rules. Now you have to live by them.
But you see they don't. They don't. The left can
create all kinds of rules that persecute, oppress, demonize conservatives,

(10:50):
censor conservatives. And that's okay. Jimmy Kimmel now is back.
The woke mob has won. And for just according to
every media report I've seen out there. This is now
being seen by many in Hollywood, by many Democrats, and
clearly by people around Jimmy Kimmel, as a big victory

(11:12):
over the Trump administration. And in fact, Kimmel is now
expecting to gloat. He will not be apologizing for his comments.
He says, there is nothing for him to apologize for.
In fact, according to even people very close to Jimmy Kimmel,
after the fear, the firestorm that was ignited by his vile,

(11:35):
disgusting comments about the assassin, Trump's sorry, Charlie Kirk's assassin
and the assassination of Charlie Kirk, he was planning to
literally double down. And Disney came out with a statement
yesterday that they felt that this was going to pour
even more gasoline on the fire, be even more incindiary,

(11:58):
and that's why they decided to take come off the
air for a couple of days. So this man, there's
no there's no contrition, there's no remorse if anything. Now
he's become a hero, if you can believe this in Hollywood. Now,
let me just make a couple more points, and I
want to go right to the phone lines six one
seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. A couple

(12:21):
lines are open if you want to jump on. Number One,
Disney and ABC now own this. Jimmy Kimmel, not Bob Eiger,
the head of Disney, the CEO of Disney, Jimmy Kimmel
now runs Disney and runs ABC. Let's be very clear,

(12:45):
even though Hiss ratings are in the tank, even though
he's losing money, bleeding money for ABC, the fact that
he is a Hollywood leftist, and the fact that he
has deep ties and connections to the Democratic Party. It's
like a mafia racket. He's got all the protection that

(13:09):
he needs. And what they did was they threatened, intimidated
and bullied Disney and ABC to cower to the mob,
to capitulate and cave to the woke mob. And how

(13:29):
you could now hitch your star to a man who's
been on the air. Listen to this for twenty two years, who,
by the way, makes between fifteen and sixteen I'm going
by media reports now.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Fifteen to sixteen million.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Dollars a year. They say with bonuses, he makes about
twenty million a year. He's worth hundreds of millions of
dollars with multiple mansions, and all he's done is lose
money for Disney and ABC for years and has the
lowest ratings of all the late night talk shows. And

(14:07):
their ratings are horrible. His are even worse than horrible.
And yet you're gonna spit in our face like this.
You're gonna desecrate and insult the memory of Charlie Kirk
and more importantly for me, Maga and Trump supporters. Okay,

(14:30):
you want to make your bed, you now lie in it.
You now lie in it. It is time now for
conservatives and Trump supporters and Maga if we're gonna do anything,
if we're gonna take back our country, honestly, it's time
to grow up. I'm sorry, but I have to say this.

(14:52):
It's not enough to just boycott Jimmy Kimmel's show. No no, no, no,
because we don't watch a show anyway. Hell, nobody watches
it show. I think Tonight's gonna have the highest ratings
ever because everyone's gonna say, these liberals are gonna tune exay,
what's he gonna say?

Speaker 1 (15:07):
And of course he's just gonna.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Dump all over Trump, and dump all over Maga, and
and do a victory dance and and and gloat about
how we faced down Trump and a f say, and
he's a fighter for freedom of speech. And then the
ratings will tank again and again he'll have what one

(15:30):
hundred and thirty thousand people watching him. I mean this, this,
this whole thing is a joke. It's not enough to
just boycott his show. Cancel your subscriptions to Disney. Don't
watch a Disney movie, Boycott every single Disney product.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
From now on.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Disney is toxic, it is radioactive.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
ABC.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Don't watch a single second of any programming from ABC
that includes their football.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
Their professional is at NFL.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
I don't care what it is, their game shows, their soaps,
whatever you watch, Okay, whatever it is that you watch,
don't give them a second of your time or your ratings,
which gives them no money. As I said on X yesterday,
let them now feel our wrath, let them now pay

(16:31):
the ultimate economic price. This is the kind of scumbag
you want to put back on the air.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
Okay, but now we're we're we're we're, we're.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
We're changing, we're changing the channel, and we're never gonna
watch you again. Let me say one last thing, and
then I want to go right to the phone lines.
I want you to think about this. Jimmy Kimmel got
a paid vacation. Literally, he got a paid vacation to
spend time with his kids. The left considers Jimmy Kimmel

(17:12):
being suspended for three or four days paid as a
greater attack and assault on free speech than.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
The shooting and killing of Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Okay, Disney and ABE and the parent company of ABC.
So ABC and Disney now are gonna put Kimmel. Jimmy
Kimmel back on the air. He is returning tonight, no apology,
no retraction. In fact, Kimmel is gonna double down on
his attacks on Trump and Trump supporters in the wake

(17:48):
of his vile, disgusting comments, his incendiary comments about the
assassination of Charlie Kirk. Your reaction, you can text the
cooner man as well. Set zero four seven zero seven
zero four seven zero. This is from Dave Our, Western
PA constitutionalist correspondent, who I think makes a very very

(18:11):
good point, Jeff, Liberals want rules for everyone but themselves.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
They're hypocrites.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
There's no question how many careers have they destroyed through
cancel culture, how much government a government sanctioned censorship just
under the Biden administration alone, did they go and get
conservatives fired, knocked off the air, people canceled, censored on

(18:47):
social media, literally millions and millions and millions of conservatives
First Amendment rights completely trampled on, completely violated, no problem
and loo And by the way, since when does ABC?
What about their First Amendment rights? What about that of
Sinclair the affiliates or or Next Star together Sinclair and

(19:11):
Next Star own over what is it? Sixty stations? ABC
affiliate stations?

Speaker 1 (19:19):
So what they don't have First Amendment rights? Like what
suddenly now.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
In the in the Constitution, in the First Amendment it
says you have a god given right to an FCC
license show. You know, Jimmy Kimmel has the right to
say whatever he wants and no private company can fire him.
They shot up an ABC building in Sacramento on Friday.

(19:46):
The DA is now admitting that the crazed anti Trump
leftist who did it was protesting the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel.
They were getting death threats from the radical left. And
so again this woke mob, this culture of violence and

(20:10):
intimidation has paid off again for the left. So is
this how it works?

Speaker 1 (20:17):
Now? You shoot up eight you know, you shoot up.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
Broadcast networks as buildings, they're affiliates. You go to stations
and you shoot up. Okay, we're gonna put the show
back on the air because we don't want to get
shot in the head like Charlie Kirk. Is this the
kind of country we want to live in? I don't
think so. Six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight agree, disagree. Let's go to CJ in Boston.

(20:45):
Thanks for holding CJ.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
And welcome Jeff.

Speaker 6 (20:49):
The only thing, as smart America needs to realize is
to why Jimmy Kimmel is still on the air after
losing millions and millions of for ABC and Disney. And
the answer is quite simple. Jimmy Kimmel is nothing more
than a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party to take down Republicans, Conservatives,

(21:13):
anyone who does not agree with the agenda of the
Democratic Communist Party. That is the reason why, and the
head of the SCC should recognize this, reinvestigate this, and
put out a notice that these television networks that are
using their platform to promote an anti American, anti Christian

(21:37):
way of life in this country that they're going to
lose their license That's what needs to happen. That's the
only question that needs to be asked here is to why.
And if you remember, if Americans will remember the problems
that Disney had with the DEI down in Florida at
Disney Disney World in Epcot. I mean, they were losing

(22:02):
millions and millions and millions of dollars because people boycotted
their DEEI policies. And what's happening now is there. They're
basically there. Their Democratic Communist parties have continued with Kimo,
using him as a mouthpiece for the for the Democratic
Communist body, you know, as for the as for these

(22:26):
actors and actresses uh yo, Tom Hanks uh uh uh
and the rest. You know, that's their base, the liberals
of their base. And this is going to continue it
to happen. They don't care. It's all assassinations on Trump.
They'll take Trump out. You know Charlie Kirk uh It

(22:49):
wasn't Charlie Kirk per se that they killed. They killed
what he stood for. They they are trying to kill
what the majority of America stand for. That's being straight,
being religious, being being with family. That's the American value

(23:11):
that these people are trying to strip away from this country.
And their hope is is that when if Bendoni becomes
the next mayor of New York City, that every blue
city in the country will have a Mandaoni at the helm.
They will take out anyone, any American, any individual who
speaks against their policies, they will take them out. You know,

(23:35):
So what is free speech? I mean, what is free speech?
But just to give you a perfect example of how
the mainstream media works, and you know this well, while
standing on the front in front of the front steps
of the State House for that visual for Charlie Kirk
last week, there was a Channel five Boston Channel five

(23:57):
cameraman and reporter and I said, hey, he says, take
a look here, take a look around. You know, don't
report late tonight or tomorrow morning. There were a few
hundred people here. There are thousands and thousands of people here.
So what did every local news channel say there were
hundreds of people here?

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Well, see CJ. Look, you put your finger on it.
They lie, and they lie with impunity and they lie
all the time. And I go back to Jimmy Kimmel
to your point, you know, what is freedom of speech?
So you can stand there with a broadcast license. Think
about this. Okay, we pay for that. Those are our airwaves.

(24:41):
Remember this, We pay for all this. And you can
stand there and literally lie, lie, I mean, irrefutably lie
that the person who murdered Charlie Kirk was part of
the quote unquote Maga gang and that it was Maga
and it was Trump supporters who murdered Charlie Kirk. Now

(25:05):
that's insane, it's wrong. It's literally the definition of disinformation,
or as the Russians like to put it, this informats
you and you get a five day paid vacation. That's it,
that's your punishment. You get to play with your kids.
Charlie Kirk is never gonna play with his kids.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
He's dead.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
Charlie Kirk's kids will never play with their father ever,
ever again. But he's not the martyr for free speech
according to these sikohs on the left.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
No, no, no, no, it's Jimmy Jimmy, and I think
you're right.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
We have to ask ourselves because if you include the bonuses,
he makes twenty million a year. Six one seven two
six six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. CJ
made a very good point about Disney, and look, Disney
now is living on fumes of its past. This is

(26:08):
not the Disney that I grew up with that most
of you grew up with. This is not even the
Disney of hell twenty years ago. This is not even
just a woke company, bad as that is. It now
has a toxic internal culture. It is really it's run
by perverts and degenerates. And all they do now is

(26:32):
make shows, movies, products, whatever for the LGBTQ plus plus
plus plus plus plus community, like literate. That's what they exist.
So it's a company now that is not what it
once was. They're in the indoctrination business. They're in the politics,

(26:53):
the far left politics business masquerading as entertainment. This is
not you know, the days of Mickey Mouse. Those days
are long gone, long gone. Now let me just say
this about ABC. How do you have a network? I'm
just saying again, freedom of speech, freedom of speech, freedom

(27:15):
of expression.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
Now remember they have a broadcast license, okay, or to
be more accurate, their stations have broadcast licenses that have
to be renewed. So you have a late night comedy
show in theory, quote unquote comedy it's not comedy. It's
just NonStop anti Trump bashing and hatred. That's what it

(27:39):
is that has the lowest possible ratings imaginable. That is
hemorrhaging cash. You have The View, another garbage show, grossly
I mean talking about grossly ignorant people who serve as
a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party, just like Jimmy Kimmel

(28:01):
serves as a mouthpiece for the Democratic Party. Then you
have that ridiculous show on Sunday with Stephie Stephanopoulos and
Martha Raddits, who, by the way, ABC at the shell
out fifteen dollars to Trump in it because they lost
a defamation lawsuit because again they're not newspeople.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
They're there again.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
They're parrots, they're activists for the Democratic Party. So how
is it that you have an entire neck And let's
not even talk about David Muir and you know what
passes for evening news. He was the guy that rigged
the debate between Trump and Kamala and tried to win

(28:49):
the election for Kamala in that single debate. So you've
got a hack who runs your evening news. You've got
hacks on the View, You've got hacks on your late
night entertainment. You've got hacks on your Sunday news show,
all one thousand percent literally one thousand percent Democrat, rabidly

(29:15):
anti Trump, rabidly anti conservative. Where's the freedom of speech? Well, literally,
where's the freedom of speech?

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Tell me where's the other side?

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Where are traditional conservative points of view? You can't even
put on one conservative show to offset all of the
liberal programming, all of the pro Democrat propaganda programming.

Speaker 7 (29:41):
And it's not just ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, It's
all the same thing, man.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
I think the only exception is.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
Scott Jennings on CNN that they have one, only one
conservative pundit on CNN. And I don't know if you
saw the story, Keith Oberman literally tried. Now he's calling
for Scott Jennings to be murdered. Keith Oberman went on
social media and said to Scott Jennings, after Charlie Kirk

(30:17):
was killed, your next I have to clean it up,
mother effort. I can't say it on the air, your next,
mother effort, keep mugging the camera. And so the one
guy that they have who's a conservative pundit is the
one guy they're threatening to assassinate. But this is the

(30:37):
stuff of Jijinping, this is the stuff of Vladimir Putin.
Where's the freedom of speech. There's no freedom of speech
on ABC. There's no freedom of speech on CBS or NBC.
Remember these are broadcast. The airwaves belong to the public.

(30:58):
We pay for this. You can't have fifty percent, fifty percent,
fifty to fifty, You can't even have ninety ten.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
You can't even have ninety nine to one.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
It's practically uniformly one hundred percent mouthpieces and propagandas for
the Democratic Party, and you guys are going on about
Jimmy Kimmel, are you serious?

Speaker 1 (31:29):
So to me, Disney is a joke.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
You buy anything from Disney, you know what you're subsidizing,
hatred against you, your family and everything you believe in.
You watch any show on ABC, give any show any ratings.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
You know what you're doing.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
You are subsidizing hatred for you, your family and everything
you believe in. You believe in, forgive me. That's why
I'm saying, if we're gonna get serious, take the gloves
off man, boycott him, Boycott, boycott ABC, Never watch ABC again.

(32:08):
Disney no subscriptions no movies, no shows, Never watch Disney
or go to a Disney on a Disney cruise or
go to Disney World, don't ever buy a thing from Disney,
Boycott him, and maybe maybe they're going to realize, you know,
this business model of alienating the majority of the country

(32:32):
in the work six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight agree, disagree. Dave in New York, Thanks
for holding Dave, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (32:49):
Good morning Jeff, Jeff Jeff. You should put that on
a T shirt.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
Or a coffee.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Maok what do I spend my mornings with? Jeff Jeff?

Speaker 6 (33:02):
So they're in a bubble.

Speaker 4 (33:04):
Okay, he's just talking to his audience. It's not gonna
increase Independent affiliates are not going to broadcast broadcast him.
His contract is up, I think in January, so maybe
they're just gonna let him ride, ride it out till
the end of his contract. The good thing is if

(33:25):
he does get bounced, he can't say it was the
government or Trump or whatever it'll be on because of
his own actions. As far as the broadcast license, it's
pretty much stipulated that it has to be in the
public interest, and nothing he says or on any of
those networks is in the public interest. So you got that,

(33:48):
and you have to boycott Disney, Hulu, if you got
a Hulu app, ESPN, you got to boycott that garbage station.
It's supposed to be spoiled. It's but it's done. Swortz.
You have to those are the ones you have to
get rid of. And you won't be subsidized in Disney.
But you pretty much swipe most of my talking points.

(34:09):
So that's all I got.

Speaker 2 (34:11):
Well, Dave grade minds think I like my friend, but no.
Look you know I have Direct TV, I do not
subscribe to ESPN, we don't have Hulu. I do everything
in my power. I don't want to give Disney a
dime because it's really an evil corporation. And to me,
this is so clear now after this decision, we're talking

(34:36):
now about just basic decency. For God's sake, an innocent
man was murdered and your guy was cheering it. This
guy was celebrating it, and then he tried to smear
MAGA and and Trump supporters with being responsible for it
when literally was the exact opposite. I mean, he was
inciting violence. And you know you call that comedy. You

(34:59):
call that entertain I mean it's honestly, it's beyond stomach turning.
And look, you're right, you know, it's the same thing
with the Democrats. It was a straight resolution in the House.
You condemn political murder period. No, they shouldn't have murdered

(35:19):
Charlie Kirk, and we condemn political murder of any kind,
political violence of any kind. Fifty eight Democrats, led by
aoc and Elanomar and Jasmine Crockett, voted against the resolution.
Thirty eight more voted present. So basically, nearly one hundred

(35:40):
Democrats we refuse to condemn the murder of Charlie Kirk
and political violence in general. I don't know how much
more clear of these people can make it. I mean
they hate us. I'm sorry. They don't want to debate us,
they want to kill us. And there's no pushback. It's

(36:03):
all just a da la de da Okay, okay, don't
come crying to me when someone else gets shot, because
it's going to be inevitable. So no, there has to
be a price to be paid. And you know, and Dave,
you had a brilliant point the FCC. Look, I don't
want to get into the weeds But what created the

(36:26):
Federal Communications Commission was something called the Federal Communications Act,
and the FCC was given power to regulate the public airwaves.
And one of the conditions, in fact, it's a key
condition to keep getting your license renewed. I'm talking about
now about individual stations TV stations. For you to keep

(36:47):
getting your license renewed, the programming that you have must
have what's called a public interest standard. So it's not
just you know, obscenities profanity like for example, that's how
they always try to go after me if you say
the F bomb on the air, they want to find you,

(37:08):
bankrupt you or you know, bs bull I can't say
the second part, you know, so profanity or obscenity. But
it's not just that, it's you know, is what you're
saying in the quote unquote public interest meaning in the
old days, are you giving both points of view across?

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Are you being fair?

Speaker 2 (37:32):
In other words, if there's a race between a Republican
and a Democrat, is the Democrat view getting the same
amount of weight and time as the Republican view or
vice versa? In other words, are you giving a fair
representation of the views of your community that you serve Now,
as I just laid out for ABC, I can do

(37:54):
each NBCCBS, same thing. How is the view? How is
David Muir? How is Stephanopoulis and Martha Raddits on Sunday?
How is Jimmy Kimmel, which is supposed to be a
comedy show. How is this fair? It's one thousand percent

(38:14):
in favor. Literally, it's not even liberal. It's literally pro
Democrat propaganda. There's no other way to say it. They
are the communications arm of the Democratic Party. There are
a mouthpiece for the DNC, and their job is to
incite hatred against Trump and Trump supporters.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
That's why there was such a backlash. You're gonna blame
us now for the murder of Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
You guys created the very climate of hatred that led
to his murder. So where's the freedom of speech? Where's
the freedom of expression if you're a conservative?

Speaker 1 (38:55):
There is none?

Speaker 2 (38:57):
None, None on ABC, not on CBS, not on NBC.
I could go on and on. Now, those are public airways.
Public that means they're owned by us, So it's got
to be at least fifty to fifty. That's one of
the big stories that people are missing the other big story.

(39:17):
I just can't wrap my mind around this. So Sinclair
and Next Star, which carry their ABC affiliated stations and
they carry ABC News sorry, ABC programming, they carry ABC
programming on you know a lot of large and mid
size markets, they were the ones who came out and said, initially,

(39:40):
we don't want to carry this guy anymore.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
He's full of hate. We don't want them, I don't
want to we don't want to listen to this drek.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
Now to their credits, Sinclair has said they're still not
going to carry Jimmy Kimmel. They're gonna preempt him with
what they call news programming. I don't know what, but
some kind of a new or news programming late night
or late night news or whatever it is, evening news whatever.
Next Star says they're evaluating. So they're kind of putting

(40:11):
their finger up in the wind. Should we shouldn't we?
Should we shouldn't we? Now here's the problem. Disney has
Saint Clair is already not gonna carry Jimmy Kimmel. That
means he's gonna be off of major markets. If Next
Star keeps him off as well, you're looking at some
sixty of some of the biggest markets in the country

(40:34):
on a show that already sucks, on a show that's
already bad, on a show that already has ratings in
the toilet. And that's hemorrhaging, bleeding money. So why would
Disney and ABC do this? This is this is not

(40:56):
the second coming of Jimmy Kimmel. There's gonna be no revival.
He's like his career is not rebounding. And the only
thing I can think of is it's political. Jakeem Jeffries
called them up. Nancy Pelosi called them up.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
The Dear Letter.

Speaker 2 (41:14):
Barack Obama called him up and said, listen, you're gonna
put this guy back on the air. Do you understand,
because he takes a chainsaw to Trump and his supporters,
and that's what we want. So Disney now is a
political corporation acting on behalf of the Democratic Party.

Speaker 1 (41:34):
ABC. That's what they are.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
They're ABC is it's not a broadcast television network. It's
a propaganda TV station or TV network on behalf of
the Democratic Party. That's what it is. That's what their
decision has now shown. And the question now is will

(41:57):
the American public react? And the way to react is
your boy caught him, and if your boy caught him,
I'm telling you they're going to go out of business.

Speaker 1 (42:07):
We have all the power, we just have to exercise it.

Speaker 2 (42:11):
Agree, disagree six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight. Bill in Sudbury, Thanks for holding Bill, and welcome.

Speaker 3 (42:23):
Hello, good morning, good morning, good morning, Jeff. It seems
to me that the old fashion conservative view of this
is if you don't like it, turn the channel. I mean,
you've said that a million times yourself, and you keep
referring to his original tell me the word, the phrase,
the sentence that took it from commentary over to celebration.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
Play cut, because you play cut eleven a.

Speaker 5 (42:54):
Some new lows over the weekend with the Maggie Gang
desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk
as anything other than one of them, and everything they
can to score political points from it.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
That was a lie.

Speaker 2 (43:11):
That was a lie. That was a straight out lie.
That's classic misinformation, and it was in cindiary and it
was inciting. And look, Bill, I'm gonna be brutally honest
with you. No one has been a bigger supporter of
cancel culture than you. You supported all of US conservatives

(43:31):
being taken off social media, having our view censored.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
During COVID.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
You supported Donald Trump being kicked off of Twitter, kicked
off of Twitter in the middle of a presidential campaign.
You supported Tucker Carlson being kicked off the air under
pressure from the Biden regime because he showed January six footage.

(43:57):
You celebrated when Roseanne Barr was kicked off ABC for
comments that she made about Valerie Jared. So don't lecture
me about cancel culture. No one is a bigger supporter
of censorship than you. And let me just say one
other thing, Bill, And I hope you're listening now very carefully.
And I've addressed this with you many times in the past,

(44:20):
and you're too cowardly to confront it head on. And
so I'm hoping today, in the interests of our country,
you will. When you were first diagnosed with cancer, you
call this show and you announced it. And even though
you villify me on a regular basis, and you villify
this audience, as I told you repeatedly, the audience came

(44:43):
to your help, to your rescue. They said, regardless of
our political views, we want to help Bill, We want
to help pay for his medical expenses, healthcare whatever it
may be, chemotherapy, because he calls the show and we
our heart goes out to him. Your response was that

(45:03):
I'm a Nazi and that the audience are a bunch
of Nazis and white supremacists. And then when I confronted
you about that, and if you want, I can play
you the tape you said. I asked you, I said,
which Nazi supports me? When have I ever said anything
that's pro Nazi? You said to me, the Nazis think

(45:26):
you're a Nazi, And I said, well, which Nazi? And
you couldn't name one. It's people like you that got
Charlie Kirk killed. It's people like you. God forbid that
I may get me killed because people like you are
inciting hatred. You're dehumanizing us, You're libeling and smearing and

(45:53):
lying about us. And I'm sorry, but you have an
obligation now to appall a jice to me, to this
great audience and to the country.

Speaker 6 (46:07):
Bill, Yes, that is that is a giant diver.

Speaker 1 (46:13):
There you go, There you go. Bill.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
I'm gonna give you a chance to apologize if you want.
