Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yes, baby, Okay Pambondi, you finally did it. Yes, Now
that's what I'm talking about. Was that so hard? Was
that so hard to make the cooner man a little happy?
Alena Haba, I love you in a non sexual way.

(00:23):
So this story broke last evening. Obviously, now it is spreading,
it is viral, It is going everywhere. New Jersey congresswoman,
as you know, we talked about it earlier, what was
it last week? La Monica mckiver has now been charged.
She will be arrested today or I think she's gonna

(00:47):
hand herself in, but she will be formally arrested for
assaulting federal law enforcement officers as well as impeding and
interfering with an arrest. And of course, this stemmed from
the Democrat's own insurrection that took place in Newark, New Jersey,

(01:09):
at an ice detention facility in which now we have
a really full picture of what happened there was the
mayor of Newark, Ras Baraka, was there along with three
members of Congress, all of them from New Jersey. A
bus containing illegal aliens. Criminal illegal aliens then was allowed

(01:35):
to enter into the facility when they saw the door
open and the bus allowed it to enter. They and
a group of protesters, the mayor and the three members
of Congress, along with about twenty twenty five other protesters
literally stormed, breached, and trespassed onto the facility. So they

(02:00):
formed into the facility brass baraka. The mayor was arrested
on the spot. In fact, he was told repeatedly to leave,
He refused to leave, he was arrested. When he was arrested,
all hell broke loose. It was pandemonium. And the person

(02:20):
that led the charge was none other than Congresswoman La
Monica MacIver. And you have the camera footage, the bodycam
footage could not be clearer. She's in a red jacket.
She's a large, powerful woman. She's a big, strong woman.
And you see her punching ice officers. You see her

(02:45):
elbowing ice officers. You see her body slamming an ice officer.
In other words, her body slamming against an ice officer repeatedly,
or body checking. I guess is the more accurate term.
Ice is using body slamming, so I'm gonna use body slamming.
But you can see her. There's no question she assaulted

(03:08):
federal law enforcement on top of being verbally abusive, interfering
with them, making arrests, and physically throwing her weight around
and figuratively throwing her weight around, calling them mother efforts.
Do you know who I am? I'm a member of Congress.

(03:30):
I can touch whoever I want to touch, mother effort.
And so there was a lot of pressure building upon
Pambondi and Alina Haba, the acting US Attorney for New Jersey,
to finally send a message loud and clear that the
Democrats are not above the law, that politicians are not

(03:52):
above the law, that members of Congress are not above
the law. And so last night Alena Haba issued a
formal statement and she said two things. Number one charges
and I don't know why they made this decision. I
disagree with this decision, but let that go. Charges have

(04:17):
been dropped, charges of trespassing have been dropped against the
Mayor of Newark, Ras Baraka for whatever reason. They say
they will not go ahead and continue with any kind
of prosecution. So the Mayor of Newark, when in many
ways instigated all this, clearly trespassed on federal property, is

(04:39):
not going to face any consequences whatsoever. However, Alena Haba,
in the very same statement, Ten said, we tried to
make an accommodation with the congresswoman Makaiver repeatedly, we did
not want to press charges. We went out of our
wi to not press charges. We wanted a resolution of this.

(05:05):
She refused. It was insult after insult, in transigence after intransigence,
and so defiance after defiance, and so basically she was
begging to be arrested, and Alina Havish said okay. And
so she has now been charged with multiple felonies assaulting

(05:31):
a federal law enforcement several ice officers, as I mentioned,
also interfering and impeding ice and law enforcement in the
conduct of their duties and in the process of making arrests. Now,
we don't know exactly fully how many years this maylander

(05:51):
in jail, but these are multiple felonies. She is looking
at jail time. Now here's the question, what are the
Democrats going to do now? Because they were crystal clear
their words not mine, that they were drawing a line

(06:12):
in the sand, a red line, and that if the
Trump administration crossed it, which they just did last night
and arrested any of these members of Congress, there was
going to be hell to pay. According to them. Listen
now to Congresswoman aoc Now she's referring to Bonnie Watson

(06:34):
Coleman in this clip, but she's talking about all three
members of Congress, whether it was Bob Menendez Junior, all
of them from New Jersey, or Bonnie Watson Coleman or
La Monica mckiver. You touch any one of these three,
you are touching a Democrat member of Congress. We don't

(06:55):
go to jail, we don't get arrested, we don't get
charge arched. You arrest any one of us, you indict
any one of us, and we're going to take it
to the streets. Listen to aoc ROLLCOT sixteen, Mike.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
What DHS is trying to say again, they're using public
intimidation because they know that they cannot come for us all.
They know that they are not that they cannot come
for us all. And recently what they said is that
DHS is allegedly looking into arresting members of Congress who
were showing up for their legal and constitutional obligation to

(07:40):
conduct oversight. If anyone's breaking the law in this situation,
it's not members of Congress, it's the Department of Homeland Security,
it's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christy. No, you
lay a finger on someone, on Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman,
on Representative or any of the representatives that were there,

(08:02):
you lay a finger on them, we are going to
have a problem because the people who are breaking the
law are the people who are not abiding by it.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
All right, So well, they laid a finger on la
Monica McIver, So we're going to have a problem. Now
what's the problem. It's now put up or shut up
for aoc. I mean that she's the one that drew
the line in the sand. Now, even more importantly, I
want you to listen now to Hakeim Jeffries. He is

(08:32):
the House Minority Leader. He is the leader of the
Democrats in the House of Representatives. He speaks for his
entire caucus. Lamonica McIvers is in his caucus. Listen to
what he said when asked by a reporter. But what
happens if one of these members of Congress actually gets
indicted and is arrested? Roll cut seventeen, Mike, what.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Happens if they were to go and arrest these members
or they would try to sanction them doing the House
grops they'll find out. What would you do, though, I mean,
they'll find out, they'll find out that's a red line.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
What's the line though?

Speaker 4 (09:10):
I mean, I know we have this.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
It's a red line.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
It's very clear.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
I think that the so called Homeland Security spokesperson is
a joke. It's a joke. They know better than to
go down that road. And it's been made loudly and
abundantly clear to the Trump administration. We're not going to
be intimidated by their tactics to try to force principled
opposition from not standing up to their extremism. It hasn't

(09:36):
happened during the entirety of this failed term. It didn't
happen when Donald Trump temporarily was sitting high in the
immediate aftermath.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Of the election.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
Do you think it's going to happen now when he's
the most unpopular president in American history after his first
one hundred days.

Speaker 4 (09:52):
Give me a break.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
No one's intimidated by this, dude, No one.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Well there you go. Well, look, so he said it's
a red line, You're gonna find out. Now. This Democrat
Member of Congress from New Jersey, La Monica McIver, basically
Pam Bondi is now called her bluff or maybe it's
not a bluff.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
We'll see what they do. But Pam Bondy has said, Okay,
I'm crossing the red line, and Alina Habatt now said
we're crossing the red line. And these aren't misdemeanors, this
is felonies. These are multiple felonies. She's looking at jail time.
So what is AOC gonna do? What is Sekim Jeffreys

(10:34):
going to do? What are the Democrats gonna do? Are
they just gonna yell and scream and stomp their feet
and hold press conferences and threaten? Are they gonna what
try to defund DHS? Okay, a couple lines are open
if you want to jump on. All right, big development
last night. Finally, fine, the lee pigs have flying. Pigs

(10:59):
are flying. When pigs fly, well, it looks like hell
may have just frozen over. A Democrat member of Congress,
if you can believe it. Finally now has been indicted.
She has been charged La Monica McIver for having assaulted
ICE agents, impeding and interfering with their conduct of their

(11:20):
duties and in the process of making arrests. She is
now charged with multiple felonies for having stormed that ice
facility in Newark, New Jersey. She is livid. Hakeem Jeffries
issued a blistering statement last night. Democrats now say that

(11:40):
Trump will pay. Pam BONDI will pay, Alena Haba will pay.
The DOJ is going to pay. Now how I don't know,
but they are vowing fire, fury, revenge, and retribution. Now
what I find incredible is I don't know what they're

(12:03):
arguing about. The body camera footage could not be clearer,
and I just want to state this. This needs to
be set for the record. Alina Habat was adamant on
this point. Christin nom has been adamant on this point.

(12:24):
You call, you make an appointment. They are more than
happy to have the mayor of Newark or these members
of Congress go into the ice facility. You can inspect
it from head to toe. You can look at every
detention cell. You can talk to any MS thirteen and

(12:45):
that's what they house. MS thirteen gangbangers. Literally, there are
convicted rapists, child molesters, human traffickers, drug dealers in there.
You can talk to them to your heart's content. You
can inspect their meals. You can inspect the toilets, you

(13:05):
can inspect whatever you want to inspect. And as they said,
you make an appointment now, or you do it in
a civilized manner. You go to the main office in
the front, you show ID, this is who we are,
and we'd like to have a view or have an

(13:26):
inspection of this facility where members of Congress or can
you have someone please come get us and peacefully, civilly,
professionally give us a tour. That's not what they did.
They were there protesting, yelling, shouting, screaming. A door opened

(13:49):
at the facility, this big fence door to allow a
bus full of criminal illegals detainees that were then coming
into the facility as they were going to be processed
and then put in these detention cells. The moment the
door opened as the bus went in. That's led by

(14:09):
the mayor of Newark, Ras Baraka. They literally stormed the facility.
They just charged, literally, they just charged the facility along
with the three members of Congress. And as I said,
about twenty twenty five open border protesters, anti ICE, anti
Trump protesters. Now ICE agents were telling them repeatedly, stop

(14:33):
your trustpassing, stop your trustpassing. Please leave. You have it
on tape. Baraka was told the mayor of Newark at
least a half a dozen times, please leave.

Speaker 5 (14:47):
Loa.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Monica MacIver was told I can't tell you how many times,
please leave. They refused to leave, and then when they
finally arrested that crazy move bat mayor after being told
half a dozen times you're trespassing, please leave. You want
to come make an appointment, we'll have you have, give

(15:10):
you a tour, you can look at anything you want.
You don't just storm a facility. We have very dangerous
criminals in here, we have staff. This could create a riot,
which is what happened, and eventually erupted into a riot
which could lead to some of these people escaping. These
are murderers, these are a rapists, these are gang bangers.

(15:33):
Like this is a very dangerous, explosive situation. You're being
beyond reckless and irresponsible. Now. The moment they arrested the
mayor of Newark McIver, and the members of Congress and
the whole gang of protesters went apoplectic. They went crazy,

(15:54):
and they started to bum rush the Ice agents. It's
all on tape. It's there. I mean I don't know
what they're arguing about. And then you see her in
her red jacket. You see the fists flying just she's
punching them. Then she's elbowing them. Then she's slamming her
body up against them. She grabs one by the throat

(16:19):
now here, just to give you a taste. And by
the way, you're gonna hear a ton of F bombs.
It's all coming from her. Ninety nine percent of the
F bombs are coming from that potty mouth, the body slammer.
So the body slammer does her World Wrestling Entertainment routine,
her WWE routine. She's shooting her mouth off, she's swearing,

(16:43):
F you mother, f her, don't you touch me. I
can touch whoever I want. And there she is, body slamming, elbowing, punching, kicking,
throat grabbing, roll cut twenty three b a mile.

Speaker 6 (17:27):
You will.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Not You don't know if you've heard the end of that,
but you know you don't put your hands on a
congress woman. You will pay. You will pay.

Speaker 6 (17:41):
Now.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
By the way she's attacking them, they're literally defending themselves
and trying to like just say, come on, stop, back off,
back off, back off. So she's throwing elbows, the body slammer,
she's slamming people, she's punching, but she's the victim. Now,
I just want to read this from Mark on messenger.

(18:02):
Good morning, Jeff, but it's not a good morning for
future WWE wrestler Lamonica mc ivor. FAFO, you know, f
a round find out, Jeff. I have a question, will
and does this send a message to other elected officials
not to interfere or impede with ICE and law enforcement?

(18:28):
Or will they not care and continue to think that
they're above the law. I'm gonna go with the latter, Jeff. Now,
who's gonna be the next big mouth, tough guy? What
say you? I think that's the big issue now. Six
one seven two, six, six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number, Okay. I want to ask all of you

(18:51):
now that the body slammer Congresswoman Lamonica McIvor has been
charged with assaulting federal law enforcement officers ICE agents and
impeding and interfering with their arrests and the conduct of
the conduct of their duties. I want to ask all

(19:13):
of you, does this send a chilling message to other
Democrat politicians that they're not above the law. Will this
now force other politicians to be concerned that they will
be held accountable if they do break the laws, if

(19:33):
they do commit crimes, and in particular, is this going
to force especially the radical Democrats to stop their campaign
of harassment and persecution and interference with Ice or do
you think it's going to have zero effect whatsoever? And

(19:53):
let me throw one more quick log on the fire,
because the lines are jammed six six sixty eight sixty eight.
If you want to be part of the show. She's
now gonna be formally arrested today. There's gonna be no
raid of her home like they did to Donald Trump.
They're not gonna come in with shoot the kill orders

(20:15):
as they did with Trump. It's not gonna be a
mug shot that you're gonna see everywhere as they did
with Trump. Or it's not gonna be at three in
the morning with a swat team kicking down the front
door as they did with Peter Navarro or Roger Stone
or Steve Bannon. Or no, she's gonna basically volunteer herself,

(20:37):
voluntarily come over and have herself be fingerprinted, and she'll
be red charges against her and then she'll be released
and they'll set a court date. So there's gonna be
no fireworks, no publicity, nothing. He's gonna be very low key.
Will she be convicted, She's been charged, she's been indicted.

(21:02):
She will be arrested, formally processed, and at least temporarily
held in custody. But will she be in ear view,
will she be convicted, and will she serve time or
will she just get a slap on the wrist. Now,
my position is this, I tell me if you agree
or disagree, I completely support the decision to indict her.

(21:26):
I think Pam Bondi on this one did the right thing.
I think Alina Habit did the right thing. I would
not have dropped the charges, the truspassing charges against the
mayor of Newark because, as Shannon said to me on
Messenger just about ten minutes ago, and she's completely right,
did Jay sixers technically trespassed? That was really their crime.

(21:49):
There was no insurrection. That's a lie. So and many
of them were invited in and they were being instigated
by undercover FBI agents, and they were being shot at
and they were being attacked. If you want the truth,
I'm just telling you the truth. The fact is they

(22:09):
trespassed and for trustpassing. They didn't drop the charges against
the J sixers. They threw the book at them, they
held them in solitary confinement that many of them did,
had no charges against them for a year or eighteen months.
So if no charges were dropped against the J sixers
for truspassing, why were charges dropped against the mayor of

(22:33):
Newark ras Barreka. I disagree, and I would have gone
after all three members of Congress, not just the body
slammer who's the most obvious. I would have gone after
all of them. Okay, but let all that go. If
she skates, if she's found not guilty, or if she's
found guilty but does no jail time whatsoever, a little

(22:57):
bit of community service and an apology and a small fine, No,
it's not going to be a deterrent. I think it's
going to continue to have embolden other Democrats to think, well, look,
even when we openly on tape, punch, kick, elbow and
body slam ice agents, we don't go to jail. So

(23:22):
she has to serve hard time for this to have
any deterrence, to have any consequence to persuade members of
Congress or Democrats to stop breaking the law. She has
to be behind bars. If she's not put behind bars,
I don't think it's going to have much of a
deterrence whatsoever. But that's me I want to hear from you, Dave,

(23:47):
our Western PA constitutionalist correspondent, Thanks for holding and welcome money.

Speaker 7 (23:56):
Jeff, how are you very good?

Speaker 1 (23:57):
After the news last night?

Speaker 4 (23:59):
I was.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
I was pumping my fist last night, Dave. Finally a
Democrat finally gets to face some accountability. Finally, now they've
been charged and indicted, and God willing, she's going to
spend at least a couple of years in.

Speaker 8 (24:14):
Jail, Sir, say Jeff, Before I carry on my rent,
let me tell you some jeffs. Had this been a
Republican Jeff MSSENDBC would have been all over and noticed
they're not even touching this, Jeff, I would even surprised.
Did I get news announcements on my phone?

Speaker 6 (24:34):
Jets?

Speaker 8 (24:34):
The Associated Press and Politico sent me a message, and
not that I'm a liberal or I followed them, but
I have the absencey what the enemy's doing, Jeff, Like
I get the NPRF on my phone, which I'm surprised
my phone hasn't been you know, attacked yet. But anyway,
one story short, I see it and they were pretty
straightforward about the arrest trip. I was surprised, but MSNBC,

(24:58):
CBS and ABC, I'll bow craft nothing but crap and
see to the ES they went more silent than a
dormouse give. It's kind of funny the media take what
they want to cover what they don't want to cover,
you know what I mean, Jeff, And I think this
McIvor she should do at least a year and a
half to the NS and jail slammed side and prone
in the same du lag. It's in DC to show

(25:20):
how they like it. But then again they would say
Thomas a tectaor he's read so you know, jeffan Trun's
a dictated What does that make Biden? Well, guy, that's
his cancers and the excuse. And I'm not saying that
life because that family that have passed away from cancer tests.
But I think the Democrats he used that it's a wedgessue.
And yes, Joey knew he had cancer before all the

(25:43):
sudden of the s Jeff, what do you say, Jeff?

Speaker 1 (25:45):
Oh, there's no question about it. I'm going to talk
about that a little bit later in the show. But no,
he knew he had cancer for years, or at least
his family did. I think, there's no question about it.
And they lied and covered that up. It wasn't just
his dementia they covered up. It was his cancer. There's
no question, no question. But Dave, I want to go

(26:06):
back to the body slammer for a second. Look. This
is what I look. The problem the media hads now
is the bodycam. It's the footage. It's there if the
whole country's seen it, so we know she's in the
bread jacket and you can just see her wailing away, pushing, paunching, kicking,

(26:26):
grabbing by the throat and then of course the obscenities.
You know, I want to touch whoever, I want to
touch mother effort so and body slam You can see
her clearly, she's slamming like this ice agent over and
over and over again. So no, that's that's their problem.
The problem is the footage. That's the problem.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
No.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
To me, the issue now is this, Dave. The Democrats
have painted themselves into a corner. Hakeim Jeffries has come
out it's a redline, Chuck Schumer back takim Jeffrey saying
it's a red line. AOC said, you touch any member
of Congress, anyone, you're gonna have a problem. She basically
went as far as you can say, as far as

(27:09):
you can, as far as she can go, saying we're
gonna take it to the streets. So the question now
is the red line has been crossed. What is Jefferys
gonna do? What is Schumer gonna do? What is Bernie AOC?
What do you think the Democrats are gonna do? Dave?

Speaker 8 (27:29):
Jeff First of all, you know when you mentioned red jackets,
she needs to be put in a straight jacket, Jeff.
Second of all, all right, buddy a King, Jeffries and Schumer,
you say yourself when you went after Trump, no one
that's about blah blah, and I get a little word,
especially to that racist piece of craft h King Jeffries bunch,

(27:50):
shut your pie hole and practice what you preached. And
Jeff the Democrat siding to jew Jack Squatt in Jack
left town because you know what, Jeff, they're not where
you're not.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
See. I agree with you, Dave, I agree with you.
And now they're going to lose all credibility. Okay, the
body slammer now gets body slammed herself, this time by
acting US Attorney for New Jersey, Alena Haba and yes
one for Pam Bondy On this one, Attorney General Pambondy delivers.

(28:25):
They are now going ahead. They announced it last night
in an official statement that Congresswoman La Monica Mackiver is
going to be arrested today. But she's been charged officially
with assaulting ICE agents and with impeding and interfering in
the conduct of their duties. And these are multiple felonies.

(28:50):
She is now going to be looking at jail time.
Now will she be convicted? We'll see. This is Charle's
probably going to be in her neck of the woods
mostly a jury that's going to be partisan Democrat favorable
to her, favorable to the mayor of Newark who is
backing her all the way. So we shall see. But

(29:11):
it is a start. There's no question. Finally a Democrat
has been arrested and is finally being held accountable. I
hope we see a lot more of this. Agree disagree?
Six one seven two, six, six sixty eight sixty eight
is the number you can text us seven zero four

(29:32):
seven zero seven zero four seven zero. This is from
six TOZHO three. Jeff, when you played that clip of
the body Slammer storming the ICE facility and the riot
breaking out and her pushing and shoving and punching Ice officers,

(29:53):
I was waiting for La Monica to say, do you
know who I am? Do you know who I am?
Two chat six h three. Hey, let's play it one
more time. So you got a riot now, literally it's
a riot. You've got protesters, they're fighting with Ice agents.

(30:16):
You've got the le Monica, the body Slammer. She's leading
the charge. She's the one you just see her throwing
fists and at one point is small maybe five foot one,
five foot two female Ice agent, and she grabs the throat,
you know, right up against the fence. She's grabbing the
throat and then body slamming, just body slamming, and so

(30:40):
she's I mean, let's put it this way. This woman
has a career in professional wrestling. Let me tell you,
even if they expel her from Congress, this woman's not
going hungry. I'll tell you this all right here it
is roll cut cut twenty three B miked it.

Speaker 8 (31:27):
You will.

Speaker 6 (31:34):
There you go.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
You don't put your hands on a congress woman. You
don't dare talk to me like this now, Mike, I think,
correct me if I'm wrong, because it's all the camera
footage is even more blatant than the audio, obviously, But
I think, is that where she starts punching, where she
threw three punches, and those were good punches. This woman

(31:55):
can fight, let me tell you. I'll tell you this.
I wouldn't get in the ring with her. I wouldn't
lost around with her. Are you kidding me? Six one
seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Angelo in Rockland,
Thanks for holding Angelo, and welcome.

Speaker 7 (32:13):
Good morning, Jeff. I'd love to go in the in
the round with her. What a fun time that would be.
But it's about time. It's about time justice could prevail.
Huh isn't that something?

Speaker 4 (32:27):
So?

Speaker 1 (32:28):
Angelo? You're happy about the arrest? Do you think? Two questions?
My friend? Will she be convicted? And say she's not convicted?
Just for the sake of argument? Is this gonna deter democrats,
the sanctuary city mayors, these politicians from attacking ice and

(32:51):
impeding ice. In other words, just the fact that she's
now been charged and the humiliation of being a rested
and fingerprinted and having a mugshot. Is this going to
send a strong message or do you think no, Jeff,
she's got to be put there's got to be some
jail time. If there's no jail time, there's not going

(33:14):
to be much consequences from this. Where do you stand
on this? Angelo?

Speaker 7 (33:19):
I stand on that, as everybody says, like a broken
record on the democratic side, no one's above the law.
It's about time that they see justice here and they
have to make an example. If it continues, then we
you know, you got to go down that road. You
just can't go after them for no reason, or anybody

(33:40):
for no reason. You break the law and you do
those types of things. Look at the January sisters, and
you mentioned it earlier, how how they threw the key
away without any hearings or anything. But yes, they have
to be held accountable. If I was Trump or whatever,
I get the National Guard ready for the riots that
might come out of this, and and you're going to

(34:02):
have to build some camps to put them all in
if that if it gets wild over over for what
they're fighting for, rapists, drug dealer, is murderers. I mean,
I can say if it was just innocent women and children,
but it's not. And they took the wrong stand, and
they've always taken the wrong stand, and well, you know

(34:23):
more important things. We've got to get America on track,
and they're trying to derail the good things that are
going on. And that's that's what they're all about.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Angelo. You now that, look, they're there to obstruct, to
block Trump, to nullify in the gate his presidency and
his victory. I think there's no question. And look to
your larger point again, I want you to think about this.
You trustpassed, you stormed a federal facility on behalf of

(34:55):
criminal illegal aliens. They're not just non citizens, you know,
They're not that no tourists visiting the United States. They
literally are people who broke our laws, came into our
country illegally, unlawfully, and they are ms thirteen gangsters. That's

(35:15):
the Newark facility. Look it up, Delaney Hall. It's the
worst of the worst. These are convicted murderers, known notorious gangsters,
convicted child molesters, sex traffickers, drug traffickers. And you start
a riot and assault ice officers over them. And by

(35:42):
the way, they still managed to take a look at
the facility and they admit that the facility is flawless.
They had to admit they go. No, no three square
meals a day. Even the gang bangers are saying, no,
we have three square meals a day. No, Look it's clean.
Look at the cells, they're very clean. No, we have

(36:02):
access to water, we have access to medicine, we have
access Look, we got clothes. So even they had to
admit they're being treated well. But because they arrested the
mayor of Newark for trespassing and the charges have been dropped.
And by the way, people need to know this. I
can read you the full statement. Alena Habit then issued

(36:24):
a second statement, and she said, I will personally take
the mayor of New York, sorry of Newark, on a
guided tour of the entire facility. And he can go
wherever he wants, he can talk to whoever he wants,
he can inspect whatever he wants. Let us know we

(36:46):
are more than happy to accommodate them. To members of Congress,
Alena have said, I will take you on a guide
to the woman is bending over backwards. Look, I'll be honest.
Angelo I don't think she wanted to make this arrested.
I think this was gonna be another one where I'm
telling you they were gonna drop the charges against Baraka A.

(37:08):
Rass Baraka, the mayor of Newark, and they were not
going to charge the body slammer or anybody. And we
were gonna say, here you go, Republicans are chicken. Republicans
play badminton, Democrats play smash mouth football. They never a
charge or hold Democrats accountable. They never arrest anybody but

(37:29):
the body slammer. And Alina Haber, if you want to,
can read to you the statement she said. Numerous times
I reached out to her, Let's resolve this without pressing charges.
Let's work to a resolution. In other words, however, just
come out and say, look, shouldn't have stormed the facility.

(37:53):
My behavior was a little bit out of bounds with
the ice agents. It's not gonna happen again. Sorry, this happened,
and let's move on. Basically, some kind of an acknowledgment
that you don't you know, you don't you know, you
don't throw haymakers and grab, you know, and body slam
ice agents and they would have let her off the hook.

(38:15):
But she's so arrogant, she's so full of hubris, she's
so entitled, she's so full of herself that she kept
basically telling telling Alena have a blank off. She kept saying,
arrest me, arrest me, I harass me. Go ahead, make
my day, arrest me. So Elena Haber said, Okay, I
mean you keep pushing. If you keep pushing, okay, I

(38:41):
think she loves the limelight. You got my honest opinion.
I think the body slammer. No one knew her name
before this. She was utterly insignificant. She was just one
of five hundred and thirty five members of Congress. And
now she's, you know, one of the top faces of latasistance,

(39:03):
the resistance, and this is augmented her profile and now
she's a darlingan hero on the radical left. She in
a way, in a sense, it's almost as if she
wants to be arrested because she thinks it's going to
make her a celebrity, it's going to make her a martyr,
it's gonna make her a hero or heroin. And what

(39:27):
I'm hoping is, because she's confident she's not going to
be convicted, I hope they throw the book at her.
I hope she miss fundamentally miscalculates and realizes, oh, this
is not fun in games, they're really serious. So we'll see.

(39:49):
But I agree with you Angelo, this is now going
to become a very high profile trial and you may
see the left go absolutely berserk if she goes to
So we'll see. But to me, this is a good
first step. Dave in Medford, Thanks for holding Dave, and welcome.

Speaker 6 (40:11):
Good morning, Jeff.

Speaker 4 (40:12):
How are you.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
I'm very good. How are you, Dave?

Speaker 6 (40:15):
Jeff.

Speaker 5 (40:16):
I'm gonna be straight up about it to start off with.
I just walked into a coffee shop getting a muffin
and someone approached me and heard everything that you were
talking about on my phone because I had you on
a speaker.

Speaker 4 (40:30):
Jeff.

Speaker 6 (40:30):
This guy was lopping his tail off. He was a chauffeur.

Speaker 4 (40:34):
Jeff.

Speaker 6 (40:34):
Let's get right to the bottom line.

Speaker 4 (40:36):
This broad.

Speaker 6 (40:39):
With her mouse and she's shooting the mouth off all
over the place.

Speaker 4 (40:44):
That f this, F that.

Speaker 6 (40:46):
Then she picks up an ice agent folks wore on
the ground.

Speaker 4 (40:49):
Jeff.

Speaker 5 (40:49):
She should have been punched right in the mouth with
the mouse going on. She's ignorant, she's ghetto, she's got
to ghet her attitudes, Jeff.

Speaker 6 (40:59):
She's still not even a professional. How the heck did
she get into.

Speaker 5 (41:02):
Congress, Jeff, because she should have been punched right in
the mouth after shooting her mouth off. Nobody could touched her.
But she go out slimming and punching everybody else. But
she's so damn b she's speaking on a figing cat seat.
She should have been punched right in the mouth, arrested,
taking to jail right there, no bail, have a nice
day and see where the sunshine is later on, Jeff.

(41:25):
She should have been putting jail right there, and then
after you picked up that ice agent, Jeff, I've been
arrested for less and taking it to court and everything
else the same day, Jeff. If that was me and you,
we'd be sitting on the cell someplace frame for bail.

Speaker 6 (41:42):
Day.

Speaker 1 (41:42):
If you are smoking today, my friend, you are, I mean,
you're on fire, fire, fire, you're smoking hot today. Man, Look,
you're dead on, absolutely dead on. If this was you
or I, we would have been arrested on the spot,
on the spot. The US attorney would not be with
us and saying, come on, Dave, just give us an apology. Okay,

(42:03):
come on some kind of a public apology and we'll
drop the charges. They would have slapped the handcuffs. We
would have gone straight to jail, you know, don't pass go,
don't collect two hundred dollars, and we would be sitting there.
You're right, and we'd still be in jail. So you're
absolutely right, Dave. I've got to ask you, do you

(42:27):
think now with this arrest? And I agree with you,
it should have been done sooner, it should have been
done on the spot. I think the mayor should not
have the charges dropped against him, and I think the
other two members of Congress should have been arrested as well.
But let all that go. The body slammer was arrested. Okay,

(42:47):
is this going to send a message. Do you think
let's just take Boston as an example. Is Michelle wou
looking at this and saying, hm, I don't know, I
don't think we should be obstructing ice, or you know,
do you think Heally's gonna look at this? Or who
call up in New York or you know the crazy
mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, or the other whack job

(43:09):
in Denver saying you know, I don't think we should
be impeding ice. We impede ice. We could end up
like the body slammer. You know, we could have charges
and indictments and we could be looking at hard time.
Is this going to have any effect whatsoever in your view.

Speaker 5 (43:25):
Dave, Jeff, I don't know, because the whole thing is
too It's about the money, Jeff. They got money to
play with, which is our tax paying money that we
pay into. And at the same time, Jeff, you.

Speaker 6 (43:41):
Got governor, you got Governor figging.

Speaker 5 (43:44):
Drag Queen in charge of the state. You get the
maya who's a carming I don't. I don't think they could, Jeff.
They think they could still do whatever they want and
get away with it.

Speaker 6 (43:54):
Jeff. They should have, like I said, they should have put.

Speaker 5 (43:57):
Mayor woo Ian, Governor drag Queen in jail, like she
started shooting her mouth up saying.

Speaker 6 (44:02):
This is our city. No, this is not your city.

Speaker 5 (44:05):
This is the people city of America who pay the
taxes into all these things going on, and everybody else
is sucking out twenty five thousand dollars apiece to go
get a house someplace.

Speaker 6 (44:16):
Who shouldn't even be here, Jeff, my brother can't.

Speaker 5 (44:18):
Even get a get housing, and he's a veteran and
they giving him a high time at the freaking housing
because they say.

Speaker 6 (44:25):
Oh, get in line.

Speaker 1 (44:27):
Incredible, incredible, Dave, if you don't mind me asking, did
you have a coffee with your with your muffin?

Speaker 4 (44:36):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (44:37):
Yeah, Jeff, I went to Dunkin Donuts before I went
to the muffin shop, and I walked into the muffin
shop right here over in Metpha.

Speaker 6 (44:44):
Very good muffins.

Speaker 4 (44:45):
By the way.

Speaker 6 (44:46):
The show for grabbed me. He heard your voice. You
know exactly what was going on. He says, you're in
the wrong place. I have that on the radio. He says,
I'm an American.

Speaker 4 (44:54):
I do what I want.

Speaker 6 (44:56):
Good for you, it's America, Jeff.

Speaker 1 (44:57):
Good for you know the reason why I asked if
you had a coffe because man, you, I mean you are.
You're full of energy today.

Speaker 7 (45:04):
You are.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
You're revved up and ready to go. Dave. You're clicking
on all cylinders, my friend, Dave, thank you very much
for that call. Caspar in Bellmont. Thanks for holding Castpar
and welcome.

Speaker 4 (45:19):
Good morning. Jeff. Hi. You know I'm an unenrolled voter.
I don't really care which side does what. But we've
been told for how long that no one's above the law,
and these people are definitely acting like they are above
the law. I had a relative that sent a letter

(45:42):
to a town official and because they were upset, and
they said, if you know, I don't get any consideration
for something. You know, there's an ORL and the ORLS
was spelled out as legal action. It was clearly written down.
We had the police show up the door. You know,
AOC's saying they better not touch them or else or

(46:05):
else what or else what? That's a threat. That's a
threat of murder at very least, it's a threat of assault.
And she's already committed battery because she said it. Hakme
Jeffreys in AOC and Elizabeth Warren, they should all be
dragged into the police station and questioned what do you
mean by these things that you're saying? Words are weapons?

(46:26):
There was a young boy on the news this morning
committed suicide because words are weapons. I mean, this isn't right.
You know, these people need to be held accountable. Forget
about the ones that actually did the physical stuff. All
the rest of them, all the rest of them should
be held accountable. When you say eighty six forty seven.

(46:47):
You're saying, kill the president. I would take the one
million people and let them spend two nights in jail
and say, this is what it means when you say
these things. You know, words have consequences, and you know
we need to you know, to help people accountable. I mean,
Karen Reid, we don't know what's happening with her, but

(47:07):
this lady has more evidence against her while he's flaming
an ice agent. We don't even know what happened in
the Karen read trials. But this, this is so clear cut.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
Well that's what that's what's shocking. No, caspar really, that's
what's so shocking. I mean it's so I mean the
footage and it's not like it's ten second. You know,
I know some some videos you know it's grainy. You
really can't see that. Well it's ten fifteen seconds, and
you're like, I don't know is that her? Is it
not her? This goes on. It's clear, It's clear as day.

(47:41):
You see the footage. It goes on, minute after minute
after minute. We have the sound, we have the video,
we've got the we've got everything. I mean, what is she?
What is she arguing about that's what I want to know. No, look, Caspar,
you nailed it. What AOC did is she basically said,

(48:03):
we're gonna go Black Lives Matter on you. We're gonna
go Antifa on you. When she said you lay a
finger on any of these members of Congress, we're gonna
have a problem. That was a threat, and the threat
was obvious. Take it to the streets. We're gonna riot.
We're gonna repeat the Summer of Love, the so called
you know, twenty twenty, this so called summer of love,

(48:23):
Black Lives Matter or Antifa, We're gonna start. We're gonna
we're gonna riot, We're gonna loot, we're gonna burn. Don't
you dare touch us. We're untouchables. And when Haakim Jeffrey
said that's a red line, we know exactly what that meant.
That was a threat. Now the question is is it

(48:44):
an empty threat? Is this gonna be Barack Hussein Obama Syria,
where he had told the world it's a red line,
don't use chemical weapons. Chemical weapons were used and Obama
did literally nothing, and Putin laughed in his face, and
the world laughed in his face. Now I'm telling you.

(49:04):
Hakim Jeffries has made a big mistake. He should never
have said redline number one. Obviously, you don't threaten, but
if you're gonna threaten, you better back it up because
you're like the person who cried wolf. The next time
you threaten, people are gonna laugh in your face. They're
not gonna believe you. So we're gonna see what the

(49:27):
response is. But it's I'm with you, Caspar. Enough is enough.
And look the body slammer kept asking to be arrested.
She can't. She was practically begging to be arrested. I
gotta give Pam Bondi her due on this and Alina
