Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jeff Cooner Boston's bulldozer. Six one seven two six, six
sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, lines are jammed.
Let me ask all of you, how would you rate
Trump's first one hundred days in office A smash, a success,

(00:21):
a failure, somewhere in between six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. RJ in Rhode Island. Thanks
for holding RJ and.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Welcome chats on longtime listener. First time I've called welcome, Welcome,
wel So, I have two numbers for you, and then
I'd like to spend a minute and tell you about
a movie my wife and I saw a few days ago.
So my job ratings compared, I have two numbers. My

(00:55):
first number is in comparison to the last four years
on a scale one to ten, I give him a forty.
I give him an eight for his first hundred days,
based on what his expectations are of what he wants
to get done. And so that tells you where I'm at.

(01:20):
I guess relative to I think he's doing a great
job personally, r J.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
I promise I'll give you all the time in the world.
You know, eight out of ten. By the way, I
think that's where a lot of the audience would give him,
I frankly with grade higher, but that's me some with
grade lower. But I think that's the con if I
was to get him consensus is not the right word,
but if I was to get major majority sentiment in
the audience, I think they're with you about eight eight

(01:48):
point five? But eight? Why not ten? What is it
that you would like to see him do more than
he hasn't done?

Speaker 2 (01:58):
I personally would like to see him talk less, uh
and let other people talk for him a little bit
more personally. Uh. And the other part portion of it
with me is and I don't attribute it to Trump.
I attributed to the people around him where he's getting
no help at all, like you've been saying. And and

(02:22):
that's probably unfair to give him an eight based on
he's because of the fact that he's not being supported
by his own party the way he should be in
my opinion. But that's why that's why I fall on
the issue. Uh And Uh, I think I think it's
if he let other people talk a little more for him.

(02:43):
You know, don't get me wrong. You know, the guy
is his own guy, and he's gonna do what whatever
the heck he wants relative to if he's gonna talk
to the media or not. But you know, just just
a little bit less uh of talking all the time
and what other people do some of the talking and

(03:05):
defending of some of the issues. I'd like to see
more of that. I'd like to see the other people
step up.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
And RJ. You said there was a movie that you
want to promote or to discuss.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Yes, yes, if I could just take them inute here,
I just want to tell you. And there's a tie
into something with regard to the movie. So a few
days ago, my wife and I walked downtown and saw
a wonderful British movie, kind of a small movie, but
it's based on a true story. The name of the
movie is The Penguin Lessons Jeff, and this is a story.

(03:42):
It's a British movie about a guy from England who's
a teacher who gets sent over to Argentina to teach
the kids English. And the backdrop of the movie is
it takes place in I believe the year is nineteen
seventy six, when the Mill Terry Coo situation was going on,

(04:03):
where I believe it was Isabelle Parone who was ousted.
I mean that country had a lot of cups, I know,
but I'm pretty sure it was during when in the
in the course of the ousting of Isabel Parone. And
so part of the story involved a nineteen year old
girl who was taken away by the military police and

(04:24):
all she did she was a law abiding citizen, you know,
and she went and protested somewhere, and then she disappeared.
Without giving away the story to you or your audience,
because maybe you want to take grace to see this sometime,
because it is a wonderful movie. Okay, everything works out
okay in the end, and it is based on a
true story. So at the end of the movie, they

(04:46):
flashed up some graphics about the period and history, and
there was a graphic that was flashed up on the
screen that said, it's believed that thirty thousand people just
disappeared during that military crew coup. And these were people
that would just take her off the streets, arrested, and
nobody heard from him again. So my wife and I

(05:07):
are walking out of the theater and there were a
few people we knew, and I'm talking with a woman
and said, see, I'm gonna tell just about everybody I
know who's into watching movies to go see this movie
is so uplifting, and it's so such a great story,
and it's based, you know, on fact, which I always
like true true things that you know, truths is usually

(05:31):
better than fiction in my view anyway. So the comment
from the woman who I was talking with said, Oh,
I'm gonna tell I'm going to post everything I can
about this movie. Everybody should see this because what happened
back then can happen to you and me now with
thirty thousand people disappearing, you know. And I'm like, I'm

(05:55):
telling you. I'm like, you know, And then I think
her husband chimed in with look at a great bo Garcia.
You know, he's trumb could have gotten in back, but
he didn't. And I'm like, how can anybody possibly equate
you know, a story about it, you know, totally innocent
girl who did nothing illegal whatsoever in the course of
this movie and the course of the story getting taken

(06:16):
away during a military crew in nineteen seventy six, I
believe was here too, you know, an.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
MS thirteen gang bag Peter d Yeah, who's in our
country illegally? Who's an L. Salvadorian citizen. That's the other thing. Like,
you know, they keep calling him the Maryland man. No,
he's not a Maryland man. He's an L. Salvadorian illegal
alien who's an MS thirteen, you know, a terrorist who

(06:50):
was caught trafficking human beings. By the way, now it
turns out he abused his children on top of his
on top of his wife. So he's not your wife beater.
He's a child abuser. And by the way, you know
this loving father, the three kids that they're with that
whatever that with him in the life, the first two

(07:11):
aren't even his. And now it's coming out that the
father of the older children said, you know, he said,
I don't want my children around him. He's an MS
thirteen gang banger. And he goes, when I made that allegation,
the guy threatened to kill me and said MS thirteen
is gonna come and chop my head off. So this

(07:33):
is the kind of savage and animal that these idiots
are defending. Who By the way, I mean r J.
I don't want to go over old ground. He's had
due process twice twice. He's been ordered deported twice by
two different judges on two different immigration courts, like, how

(07:55):
many trials are they going to give this guy? Six one,
seven two, six, six sixty is the number, Diane in Everet.
Thanks for holding, Diane, and.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Welcome owning, Jeffrey. I have been with you since day
one on Route one when they handed you your bulldozer.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Oh wow, boy, you're way back.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Diane, way back, and Jeff, I have been fighting and
fighting in this state. I talked to my representative twice
about an audit, and he laughs at me, we don't
need one. I said, we voted for one. I worked
on every petition just about in this state, and I've
seen them overturned, overturned. Do you remember Barbara Anderson? Yes,

(08:39):
I worked with her. I stood there for hours on end,
in the sweat, in the summer, in the heat, in
the cold, and the fall. I've been to all your
rallies on Beacon Hill, Jessica Pelletier. We fought like crazy
for her. But I'm going to tell you something, jeff
I'm upset about the rallies because I tell all my

(09:00):
friends to watch and listen to the news, and I said,
I guarantee you you won't see a thing on and
we didn't. We didn't see a thing about the rallies,
not on one channel that night, your last rally on
Beacon Hill, Jeff. They fight dirty. The only way we're
going to get their attention is to go to Beacon
Hill during the week, stop the traffic, block the streets,

(09:23):
and make them listen. But now on Trump, he's fantastic.
Are you there, Jeffrey, I'm right, Okay, Trump is doing fabulous.
We have to have patients. This tariff is going to
change our lives forever. We've got to let him implement

(09:43):
them on his time. But like all your other callers
that called, I am furious because nobody has gone to jail, Jeff.
And what they're doing to this president this time is
even worse than the last. I used to like Rand Paul,
but he is a trader too. He is a trader.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
So I don't know what we're going to do about
the rallies, Jeff, but they're not going to show anybody.
And I've already told my friends. You watch May seventeenth,
you're not going to hear a thing about this rally
on Beacon Hill.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Not a thing.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Well, because they're trying to protect the corrupt politicians. But
I know, yah, you know, but Diane, the problem now
is there's a voter mandate and you've got the state auditor,
Diana Dizaglio, who won't let the issue go to her
credit and she's saying, I open up the books, and
they keep denying her. So now she's running around telling

(10:38):
everybody they're stonewalling me. This is obstruction. They're committing crimes,
and they can't ignore her. And so what we're going
to do is we're going to put enough people. This
is the plan, put enough people on Beacon Hill. The
national media is going to cover us. We're also going
to stream it. It's going to be all over social media.

(11:00):
So we're gonna ask the question, why is Fox News
carrying this? Why is Newsmax carrying this? Why are national
media outlets discussing this and national websites and this is
all over social media, but Channel four won't, Channel five,
Channel seven, ten twenty five, those two rags, the Globe

(11:24):
and the Herald. So we're gonna shame them. But it
doesn't even matter at this point because once we get
our message out the people of Massachusetts, you see, they
don't know that it's being obstructed. They just think it's
a process and eventually they'll get to the audit. They
don't know that. Heally has said, over my dead body

(11:47):
that Spilka and Mariano have come out and said never, never,
will you see this audit. Ever, they're basically saying, we'll
die before we allow this audit to take place. Now,
we just have to get that out. And everyone's gonna say, oh,
they don't want the audit because they're covering up their

(12:07):
corruption and their crimes. People aren't stupid, they can figure
it out. So it's gonna put more and more and
more and more and more pressure, and then Trump's gonna
get involved. They're gonna have to get involved because it
implicates now the entire leadership of the Democratic Party in Massachusetts,

(12:30):
and that's gonna break the story wide open audit the books.
What are you afraid of? Local governments get audited, State
governments get audited, corporations, businesses, individuals get audited. You've got doge.
The federal government's getting audited. So you need to tell
me what Massachusetts is special. You guys are the only

(12:54):
ones that can't get audited after seventy two percent, Diane,
I don't know if voters in Massachusetts can agree seventy
two on anything. So you've got an overwhelming majority voted Democrats,
Independents and Republicans. We've got them six ways to Sunday.

(13:15):
You just got to apply pressure. And the more pressure
we apply, the more the word is going to get out.
The more the word is going to get out, the
more the Democrats are going to teeter, and when they fall,
the whole thing's gonna come crashing down. They don't want
the audit because once those books are opened up, it's

(13:37):
gonna be like Doge, It's going to be scandal after
scandal after scandal. Diane, final word to.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
You, say hello to Grace and your lovely children. For me,
I've met them all. Okay, I will and keep fighting. Jeff,
I'm behind you.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
On Thank you, Thank you a thousand of you, Diane,
and we'd have an empire together. You and I thank
you very much for that. Really just that thought. Trump
says that all the time, Give me a thousand warriors,
and my god, what we can do. Six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Mike in Saugus,

(14:19):
thanks some kind of a meeting or a conversation or
anyway and whatever it is. Andrea Whoho, my fellow paison
Andrea in Rent. Thanks for holding Andrea and welcome.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Hi Jeff, how are you.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
I'm good? How are you, Andrew?

Speaker 5 (14:40):
You know, I'm good. Speaking of Lensom, everything that you're
talking about today, it's it's emphasizing the importance to get
involved at a local level. There is so much like
you know, with the like the NBTA three A Communities Act,
Hughley and Driscoll formed that one common way else nonprofit

(15:03):
to fund yes votes in towns. The it's hidden who
is donating to that.

Speaker 6 (15:11):
That the in Franklin, the mass Pages Association just funded
a flyer for the override vote. And then the most
alarming thing I read about this morning was that there's
a the Joint Committee on Election I forget what it's called,
but there's there's a public hearing on May fifth to

(15:34):
allow non citizens to vote in local elections. That's going
to negate anything we try to do. If you can
start having non citizens voting in our elections, that.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Can you just back up, like, oh, ten seconds you're
talking about is this rent them?

Speaker 7 (16:00):
No?

Speaker 5 (16:00):
No. For the state, the Joint Committee on Election Laws
for the State of Massachusetts.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
They want non citizens to the local elections.

Speaker 5 (16:11):
Several acts that are being proposed right now, and the
hearing is on May six. So I just want to
encourage listeners to please write and call in to the
Joint Committee on Election Laws to.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
Oppose those bills.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
Oh, there's no question. No, you're completely right. And look,
they need non citizens to vote because that's their plan.
B if this state audit is pulled off, if they
actually have to go through with it, they're going to
need all the illegals they can get to vote because
the Democrats are going to take a beating in public opinion.

(16:54):
So it's obvious, and that's why they're resisting every single deportation,
even an MS thirteen you know, terrorist and gangbanger. They
need every single one of them because that's how corrupt
they are. So we just got to keep pushing and
fighting and pushing and fighting. And I would just say
and thank you for that call, Andrea, time flies when

(17:16):
you're having fun. Ah. Anyway, I think it's been an
outstanding one hundred days, whether it be the border, gas
prices going down, crime going down, you name it, mass deportations,
Trump now rooting out anti Semitism on college campuses, ending censorship,

(17:36):
cancel culture. Women now can feel free when they are
in female sports. They not have to compete against biological men.
The radical LGBTQ agenda is being stopped dead in its tracks. Diversity, equity,
and inclusion is being abolished across the entire government and

(17:56):
much of the private sector. I could go on and
on and on the Department of Education. I never thought
I would see this. It's already half abolished, and in
another year, eighteen months, it will be gone. These are historic,
consequential changes and achievements that Trump is now making, and

(18:20):
the tariffs could be the biggest of them all if
he can put out, you know, if he can put
together some deals and cement his tariff regime. Globalism is over,
the tying of our economy to China will be over.
We will be officially independent, economically, will be decoupled from China,

(18:45):
and America will truly be a free, independent country again.
So American manufacturing is roaring back, Foreign investment is pouring in.
We are truly now on the edge on the cusp
of a golden age. Agree, disagree, just my honest opinion, Mike.

(19:07):
We think we got him back. Ian Saugus. Thanks for
holding Mike, and welcome.

Speaker 7 (19:13):
Thank you, Jeff. Listen, Jeff, we stood out since two
thy and fifteen our Trump group in Saugust, and you know,
we're so disgusted with the Republican Party in Washington, DC
and Massachusetts. I pray to God that when you have
this rally May seventeenth, that ten fifteen thousand people show

(19:38):
up Trump supporters. You've got to get off your rear
end and we got to get out there and get
the message, you know, shown to the Massachusetts people, what
the hell is going on in this corrupt state.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
Well, Mike, I can tell you this. If we get
ten fifteen and I know we can. If we get
ten fifteen thousand people, it's over. It's going to be
such a huge rally. The national media will cover it.
It will I mean, it will go everywhere, It will
go viral on social media. The Democrats now are going
to feel tremendous almost inexorable pressure to have to open

(20:20):
up to a state audit. And once they do, the
Democratic Party is finished in this In this state, the
Democratic Party will be finished for a generation. And that's
why Healey, Mariano Spilka, Campbell, the Attorney General that you know,
she's a that fraud. That's why they now know this

(20:41):
is the hill for them to die on. We open
up the books, the system comes crashing down, and you
know that the Massachusetts establishment is corrupt as hell, because
if they were serious about stopping the Democrats, they would
be all over for this Instead, Amy Carna Valley nowhere,

(21:05):
Brad Jones, that loser House Minority leader nowhere, the Republican
leadership nowhere, because they're bought and paid for. But it's
not gonna work this time. That old playbook they thought,
you know, just like Trump defeated them in November twenty
twenty four by they kept going to the old playbook

(21:25):
and it didn't work. It's not gonna work now. It's
not gonna work now, So we get the bodies out there. Mike,
I'm telling you the Democrats are in big trouble. Six
one seven two six, six, sixty eight, sixty eight. And
I would just say this about Trump in the end
is one hundred days. He's got the media on the ropes,

(21:48):
he's got the Democrats completely divided and in disarray. He's
constantly on offense. He's setting the tone, he's setting the agenda.
He's the one now that's remaking the country. So I
know the courts are trying to block him and it's frustrating,
but there's no question, one hundred days into his presidency,

(22:11):
who's got the accomplishments him, who's got the momentum him,
Who's setting the agenda him. It's Trump's America now, Baby
Heidi in Northborough, Heidi, I hate to do this to you.
I've got one minute. The floor is yours, goat.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
In the beginning, when Trump got into office, I said
that he needed to slow his role a little bit.
So I'm frustrated that no matter what he does, he
hits a wall and what is wrong with people? So
I'm discouraged like I was when he first got into
when he first got into office, and I was so
looking forward to him being in office. I think that

(22:53):
he needs to say a little less because before we
didn't know anything. Now I feel like we're getting too
much information too fast, So save a little bit. New
England has the highest utility rates. He said he was
going to bring those prices down. I think if he
does that, he'll start to win over some of the
people in New England. What is going on with the pipeline,

(23:15):
and I don't.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Heidi, I hear you. He's got to deliver more on
lowering costs.
