a deliberate strategy now by the Democrats, by the media,

to undermine, sabotage and now really paralyze Trump's presidency. And
before I get to the huge breaking stories, just very quickly,
I want to acknowledge everyone who showed up yesterday at

the rally at the steps of the State House. It
was a smashing success and I want to thank all
of you who came, obviously all of you who couldn't
come but were with us in spirit. It was I'll
get to it in greater detail later on later in
the show, but let's put it this way. We rattled

us at times. It did not work. The speakers were outstanding.
I want to thank and vander Steele Marine Steele again.

very important groundbreaking initiatives yesterday, and on top of all,

that you know, the local media with the obvious exception
of the Boston Broadside, and they're the ones who broke
the Rivera story of Izzy and Ruth Rivera and them
being separated from their five children. This is state sanctioned

kidnapping and now they're trying to tear this family apart.
It was Joan Quinn Eastman and it was the Broadside
that broke the story, drove the story. It's now become
a national, international story. The local media refused to cover
the event yesterday outside again of the Broadside. Now the

Epboch Times was there. There were again and they're going
to be doing a story on this. So again there's
going to be national media coverage of this very high profile,
unbelievable scandal that I believe now could bring down the
Department of Children and Families. Yet where was Channel four.
Where was Channel five? Where was Channel seven, Channel ten,

twenty five, The Herald, the Globe, those useless newspapers, where
were they? Nowhere? Nowhere. And the reason is because they
are trying to cover up the crimes of DCF. Well,
it's not gonna work. And one of the big victories
that we had yesterday was, as I explained to the

incredible audience that showed up, to the crowd that showed up,
they're trying now to freeze. In fact, they've blocked the
give send go page to raise the twenty five thousand
dollars amount for bail to release Izzy the father from jail,

to get them out on bail. By the way, in
this state, twenty five thousand dollars bail, as I said yesterday,
if I just shot someone in the head, that's about it.
That's what you get. You get about a twenty five
thousand dollars bail. So murderers get twenty five thousand dollars bail.
So they believe that by setting it that high, they're

gonna keep him in jail and they're gonna break easy,
separate him from his wife, divide them, and then seize
custody of their children. Kooner Country responded, yesterday, we were
passing around a beautiful can with a slit on top
for people to donate cash. In other words, if they're

gonna block us, can you believe this? They raised thousands
and thousands for him on Give Send Go, and they
just froze the money on Give Send they just froze it.
So okay, we circumvented that, no problem. People gave cash.
We raised over twenty five thousand dollars yesterday. I got

the word from Joan last night. Over twenty five thousand
dollars was raised. We are gonna release Easy Vera on
bail and he's going to be able to see his
wife and his children. It's going to be under DCF supervision,
but at least he's going to be able to hold
his children, kiss his children, see his children. Several lawyers

showed up. Very prominent lawyers and legal counsels are now
volunteering pro bono to now take Izzy and Ruth Rivera's
case because they believe DCF so overreached on this issue.
So we're moving on multiple fronts. I'm going to keep

all of you updated, but we won a massive victory
yesterday at the rally, and I want to thank again
everyone that organized it. We had people fly in from Texas,
we had people fly in from Philadelphia. We had people
or come in from Philadelphia. I don't know if they
flew in, but I know they came from Philadelphia. We

So I could not have been proud. I'm more proud
of all of you, really, all of you, and especially

now a national alternative to the mainstream media. American Made
Action is going to be spearheading this. We're also creating,
as was announced yesterday, DOJA, the Department of Government Accountability,

but we also need now to hold corrupt officials in
government or into bureaucracy like DCF accountable for their abusive, tyrannical,
corrupt behavior. And this, my friends, also needs to apply

now to judges. They're out of control. There's no question
now this is and I'm choosing my words carefully. What
we are now watching over the last several weeks, but
especially now the last several days, is a legal insurrection
and a judicial coup d'eta. They are essentially effectively trying

to overthrow Trump's presidency and overturn the will of the
people and the mandate the election that he won in
November twenty twenty four. Jeef, Jef, Jeff, Come well, Jeff,
don't you think maybe that's a little strong, Jeff, little
maybe uh, melodramatic, you know, for effect. Well, let me

tell you. You be the judge, a federal judge appointed
by Barack Hussein Obama, who, by the way, has given
literally and I'll give you the exact figures, tens and
tens and tens of thousands of dollars to Democratic campaigns,

including that of Kamala Harris, over thirty thousand dollars that
he's given to Democrat candidates and Democrat causes. This guy's
a Democrat activist masquerading as a so called judge. Well,
US District Judge William Orrick, you can look it up.

Don't take my word for it. All r Ick yesterday rule.
Now he's out of San Francisco. Remember this that President
Trump and his administration cannot pull federal funds from sanctuary cities.

He issued his ruling that he is now blocking the President,
DHS Secretary, his entire administration from withholding federal funds or
defunding sanctuary cities on the grounds listen to this, that
it is illegal and unconstitutional. Now that was the first blow.

I'm going to get to the second blow in just
a second. But the first blow. So now you can't
defund sanctuary cities. Why because they say it violates due process. No,
you've already committed the funding. You have to give them
the money. So let me get this straight. You are

now telling the President of the United States, the entire
federal executive branch that they cannot cut off or freeze
federal funds if these sanctuary cities are openly defying and
violating federal immigration law. You see now, what they're trying

to argue is that it's not illegal to be a
sanctuary city. It's just illegal to cut their funding off.
You can't make this up. As I said, this is
judicial anarchy, it's judicial chaos, it's insanity. But it's not

just now on the sanctuary Front issue. Another judge, this
time appointed by Clinton, ruled that Trump's executive order on
Election Integrity, in which he said, for federal elections going
into the future, you're gonna need national voter ID and

proof of citizenship on voter registration forms. Okay, this is
now We're in a constitutional crisis. I mean, the media
is trying to act like, oh, Trump's being blocked by
these judges, and you know, oh my god, they're really
reigning a man. He's out of control. No, everything he's
done is completely constitutionally, legally kosher. It's above board. This

has never been challenged before. This is all unprecedented on
the part of these activist judges, and it's clearly now
a coordinated campaign, a political coordinated campaign to weaponize the
judiciary in order to cripple and paralyze Trump's presidency. There's
no question now, So let's just take there's other rulings

as well. I just gave you the two big ones.
They don't want him to DEI. Taking DEI out of
schools blocked previously, this wasn't yesterday. Previously, Banning transgendered people
from the military blocked. So now he's taking it to
the Supreme Court. Almost everything he's trying to do. The

judges are coming out of the woodwork, and these are
low level judges, radical leftists and Democrats, and they're just
blocking or temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction. But it's
just block, block, block, sabotage, sabotage, sabotage. Essentially. Now we

don't have three branches of government. We have one unelected
branch of government, the judiciary. And even then it's by
maybe two dozen judges, and they have gotten together with
the Democrats, and all you got to do is judge shop,
and that's what happened, for example, in all these cases,

and you know exactly which judge to get in what
district court, and they'll rule in the Democrats his favor
no matter what, and then tell Trump to stop whatever
he's trying to do. In other words, they want to
nullify the election by judicial tyranny. That's exactly what's going on.
So you've got this whack job of a judge Obama

appointed far left. As I said, tens of thousands of
dollars that he has given to the Kamala campaign, to
the Biden campaign before that, to Democratic candidates US District
Judge William Orrick, and now he's blocking Trump ruling yesterday
because Democrats went to court. This was from Santa Clara,

San Francisco. Fourteen others sanctuary cities and sanctuary counties sued
the Trump administration saying, how dare you even threaten to
withhold federal funds never mind actually pulled these federal funds
or freeze them because we've become a safe harbor for
illegal aliens. We're breaking the law, We're violating the constitution,

We're violating federal immigration law. We are allowing illegal criminal
aliens to pour into our cities or in our counties
or in our states. But you're gonna you dare to
cut off federal funding to us. The judge obviously ruled
in their favor because he's a hack, and now saying

that this that Trump cannot do this, that it is
quote unquote illegal. And as I said in my opening monologue,
what's now incredible? You want to talk about the world
being upside down. You want to talk about black as
white and white as black, and up is down and
down is up. It's not illegal to be a sanctuary city.

According to these crazy moonbats, it's just illegal if you
want to cut federal funds. Now, the other issue, never
mind that this is a constitutionally preposterous argument. The federal

government has no obligation to fund any illegal or dangerous activity.
This is insane. So you what you're gonna reward states
and cities for openly flagrantly defying and breaking the law
and literally allowing criminals and people who shouldn't be in

our country to flock to your jurisdictions. Because you, by
the way, where in the Constitution does it say, quote
unquote uh, there could be sanctuary cities or sanctuary states nowhere.
They literally just made up the status. So of course
the federal government has no right or obligation to fund you.

In fact, quite the contrary, they shouldn't fund anything that's
illegal and unconstitutional. But there's another issue. You've got this
loser judge out in San Francisco. Now again, how is
this guy making rulings beyond his own district. How is

this guy making rulings that affect the entire country and
the entire federal government his order, If you can believe
the hutspawn, this loser, he's ordering Trump, He's ordering, he's
ordering DHS. He's ordering, he's ordering every single agency in
the entire federal government basically the country. No, no, you

got to keep funding these sanctuary cities. I'm ordering you
by what rit by what authority. You're a local district judge,
and you're now telling us you can issue an national injunction.
You can now dictate national policy. This is leading and

to effectively paralyze the entire Trump administration and basically not
allow them to do anything, literally anything. Now you've got

is at stake quote unquote the left line. This really
is a threat to quote unquote democracy or if you
want to be much more accurate, our constitutional republic, you
can't function. Basically, what they're saying is to hell with

the voters. What the voters say doesn't matter, what the
voters voted for, doesn't matter. One judge somewhere can override
seventy eight million people. Now, the second ruling just as

and she now has ruled that Trump's executive order requiring

to clean up the voter roles. We are here to

make it easier for Democrats to cheat and steal elections. Okay,
the Trump administration is now said they're going to appeal
obviously every single one of these injunctions and so called
temporary restraining orders. But you know, I mean, this is

the point. They want to slow walk the administration. They
want to tie them up in the courts. They want
this thing to drag on and on and on so
that he effectively can't govern or he's just going to
be spending most of his time appealing decision after decision
after decision, and so right away, just so that you know,

everybody needs to know this. The House of Representatives, they
don't do much, but they did do one thing. They
recently passed a bill that would rein in these out
of controlled district court judges saying you can you're you're
writ is only local, it's not national. You cannot make

decisions that affect anything beyond your jurisdiction or your area
of the country. So this idea now that you can
suddenly block national policy, or that you can, you know,
issue some ruling from some judge no one's ever heard
of from some district, lower level court in some part

of the country, and it affects the entire United States
and the entire presidency and the entire executive branch. No, no,
those days are over. So there is a bill that
would go a long way towards solving this issue. But
it's now in the hands of the Senate. And what
the hell is the Senate doing again? What are they

doing up there? It's just like, really, what do you
just they ships chartonay and really and and shoot the
breeze and play bridge, Like what what do they do
up there? So the Senate has to move on this
bill asap, get it onto Trump's desk so he can

sign it now. In the meantime, my advice and you
may agree or disagree, and then I want to take

eight is the number I think Trump now has when
you're rich reached this point, and we are now at
a tipping point. This is a full blown constitutional legal

to give every one a case, every issue, every illegal
has to be adjudicated. This will take centuries to get
rid of these people, literally hundreds of years. The goal
is they want them to stay, and they're trying to

allow that to happen. I ran on cleaning up our
corrupt elections. I think he said the twenty twenty election
was stolen in a thousand times. We want voter ID
you voted for that, you wanted me to do that,
and to require proof of citizenship when you register to
vote on these federal voter registration forms. It's only common sense.

And as Trump said, almost every other country has it.
Other countries have voter ID other countries. Duh, they are
you a citizen? Well, can you just show us proof
so we can register you?

and these crazy judges have forced on us. Do elections
even matter? Really seriously, because there's no point in having

set of policies to secure our border, to restore law

gonna have unelected, unaccountable rogue judges clearly engage in illegal

this egregious abuse of power. There's no question now when
you start issuing rulings that goes not just against the Constitution,

them are from foreign countries who have literally no legal
or judicial expertise whatsoever. They're basically political hacks who they
