Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning Kooner country. Okay, to be brutally honest with
all of you, there are so many other issues I
would love to be discussing right now, but look, there's
no getting around it. This is now a frontal assault.
The Democrats, the media, the deep state are now going

(00:22):
all in to essentially now crush Trump's presidency in its infancy.
And what they're trying to do is repeat, take a
page out of the playbook of what they did to
Trump in his first term in twenty seventeen. And if
you remember then, very early on they got a very

(00:45):
important kill, and that was General Mike Flynn, who they
managed to push out fabricating a story against him in
which eventually there was so much pressure Trump had no
choice but to demand Flynn's resignation and he left as
the National Security Advisor. And from that point on, the

(01:08):
deep state, the media, all of Trump's enemies had Trump
on defense for most of his entire first term. They
are now trying to do to Pete Hegseth in particular,
what they did to Mike, to General Mike Flynn, it's
almost the exact same, exact same playbook. So what they're

(01:30):
trying to do is they're trying to cut Trump's presidency
off at the knees. And what they want to do
is they want to bleed him. They want to cripple him.
They want to paralyze him by essentially blowing up his
national security team. And the way to do it is
to now lie about the nature of what they're calling Signalgate,

(01:53):
that infamous now group chat on the messaging app Signal,
which apparently is encrypted. I think it's double encrypted, and
Jeffrey Goldberg was they're still sticking to this story, accidentally
added to that group chat a journalist and editor, a

(02:15):
rabbit anti Trumper, and through that sensitive information about the
war plans in Yemen were apparently leaked. This is now
the allegations being thrown against heg Seth.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
They did it again.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
In a major hearing in front of the House Intelligence
Committee where they grilled Tulca Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, the director
of the CIA, Cash Patel, the head of the FBI,
and they went after Gabbard, the head of d and I,
the Director of National Intelligence, and Ratcliffe in particular extremely hard.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
I want you to listen. Now.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
What they're alleging is that heg Seth divulged in particular
what they say is classified information, and they want to
nail him on the Espionage Act, saying he violated the
Espionage Act and because of this, at a minimum, he
needs to resign now, make no mistake about it. If

(03:18):
for whatever reason, Trump decides to cut heg Seth loose,
and so far he's holding the line, and I'm very
happy he's holding the line. But if he cuts them
loose the way he cut loose Mike General Mike Flynn
in his first term, they're not going to stop with
heg Seth. They're already saying they're not going to stop

(03:39):
with heg Seth. They're going to go on to Mike Waltz.
They're gonna get rid of him is national Security Advisor.
They're going to go right up to go after Rubio,
Secretary of State. They're going to go after Ratcliffe, his
CIA director. They're gonna go after Tulci Gabbert, the DNI
Director of National Intelligence. By the time they're done, they're

(04:00):
going to destroy Trump's national security team and essentially cripple
much of his cabinet. His presidency will effectively be over
before it's even begun. So the stakes could not be higher.
And that's why now Trump's team are now they're digging in.

(04:22):
They now realize they have a political media war on
their hands, and the Democrats are going all in. I
want you to listen. They now claim because hegseeth discussed.
Remember Goldberg is coordinating with the Democrats. He is a

(04:43):
deep state actor. This guy is not a journalist. This
guy is an activist, a Democrat activist, a CIA man
who is pretending to be a journalist. His mission is
to destroy Donald Trump and ensured that his presidency is
a failure. And so Goldberg released yesterday, in fact, during

(05:06):
the show, the rest of the entire text thread everything.
So remember first he said, oh, the information so top secret,
so classified, these.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Were war plans. I can't release them. I just for the.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Sake of national security, they cannot be released. Then, as
I said yesterday, subscription thirty nine ninety nine for a year,
twelve issues. You can want, you can get it, you
can read all of it. So he's now released everything everything,
It's all out there. So it went from national security

(05:46):
to thirty nine ninety nine, and you can read everything.
They released the text messages. The Democrats are running wild
and so is the media, it's front page across the
entire country, in many ways, the entire world. They're claiming
that what was disclosed by Goldberg should be and is

(06:09):
classified information, that it should be considered and is classified info.
And what they show is the following that Hegseth revealed
that F eighteen fighter jets were part of a mission
that bombs were dropping at about twelve fifteen, that without

(06:33):
mentioning the name of the person that Yemens the husies
in Yemen's top missile guy was apparently entering a building
to see his girlfriend, and that the building has collapsed
and it looks like they've taken him out. So this
is pretty much the most of what he revealed. They're

(06:55):
saying that's clearly classified information and that now heg Seth
needs to resign. And it is one after another after
another after another. Listen now to Congressman Joaquin Castro at
yesterday's House Intelligence Committee hearing, accusing Ratcliffe, accusing Tulsi Gabbard,

(07:22):
accusing Cash Betel of lying when all three of them
have said no classified information was contained in that leak
on signal roll cut fifteen.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Mike Tulsa, you and I came into the Congress together
in twenty thirteen, and Cash you and I was serving
on the Intelligence Committee. When you worked on the Intelligence Committee,
and John, you and I are both from Texas and
we both served together on the Intelligence Committee. Yah. The
idea that this information, if it was presented to our

(07:55):
committee would not be classified, y'all know, is a lie.
That's ridiculous. I've seen things much less sensitive be presented
to us with high classification. And to say that it
isn't is a line of the country.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Was it a lie? That's now? See that. Look they're
trying to blow it up.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Now, now it's not just Espionage Act violations leaking classified information,
but you see, now it's a cover up.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
That's what they're all.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
That's that's the narrative that Dems are trying to now
create that Tulca Gabbert is covering up, that Gratcliffe is
covering up, that cash Ptel is covering up. And again
it's the greatest of Now the illusion of this is
obstruction of justice. That they're engaged in a massive not
just of a crime, but of a massive cover up

(08:51):
to wipe out Trump's cabinet. That's in other words, they
need a domino to fall. That domino is Hegseth. Once
he falls, now they think they can run wild and
smash and destroy much of Trump's administration. Listen now to
Democrat Congressman Jimmy Gomez again on the House Intelligence Committee,

(09:13):
and they're now getting vicious. Listen to him now, say
was hex Seth drunk? Is hex Seth back on the bottle?
Can hex Seth not control his drinking roll? Cut sixteen, Mike,
to your knowledge, you know whether Pete HeSE had been
drinking before he lead classified information? I don't have any

(09:37):
knowledge of Secretary Hesth's personal habits. Director Radcliffe, same question,
yes or no?

Speaker 4 (09:48):
You know no, I'm going to answer that. I think
that's an offensive line of question. The answer is no.
I find it interesting that you want to feel I'm
going to answer you.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Answer my question. You want to answer, Oh, listen, I
don't want to focus on.

Speaker 4 (10:01):
The good work that the CIA is doing, that the
Intelligence community.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Director. I want to reclaim my time. Director, I reclaimed
my time.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
I mean, he's a smear merchant. This guy's a real scumbag.
But see now they want it out there that hex
Seth's an alcoholic, that hex Seth is drinking again. That
that's why he was talking that much. That's why he
was discussing certain aspects of the operation. Now here are
the facts. No targets were named, not a single name,

(10:29):
not one name, not one. No locations were named, No
cities were named, no roots, no flight patterns, no sources,
no methods. There was no classified information. They're making the
whole damn thing up. It's opening day today, can you
believe it? Seriously?

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Baseball season starts today.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
By the way, Mike and I were just talking. Red
Sox look very good, very good. Mike even thinks they
can win the division. We'll see, uh six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Look, heg Seth is now fighting for his very life,
political life. He's fighting for his very job. The Dems
have made it very very clear now they're gonna move
heaven and earth. They want to take him out. They're
calling for a special counsel, they want a full congressional investigation.
They are now demanding his resignation over and over. Almost now,

(11:33):
every member of Congress has come out demanding heg Seth
stepped down over what they're calling signalgate heg Seth has responded,
and I think it's a brilliant response. Here's what he
said on X. Let me get this straight. The Atlantic
release the so called war plans, and those plans quote

(11:55):
unquote include no names, no targets, no locations, no units,
no routes, no sources, no methods, and no classified information.
I have to clean up a little bit of his
language after that, because I'll get and get fined. Those

(12:17):
are some really crappy Let's put it this way, those
are some really crappy war plans. Now, if you notice
Goldberg himself when he released that last batch, his final
batch of all these text messages, is no longer calling
them war plans. He's calling them now, quote unquote, attack plans.
But if you read through everything as I have, in fact, twice, yes,

(12:42):
f a teens are mentioned. That's true, and I don't
think they should have been mentioned, to be honest, and
the times when certain bombs are going to fall. But
there you know, he didn't say where they're going to land.
He never gave cities, towns, targets, locations, He never gave
the name of a single terrorist or of a single group.

(13:05):
It's extremely vague. Ninety five percent of the whole chat,
the thread, the text chain, it's them going back and
forth about, you know, whether it's whether we should be
bombing the hohu thies. Are the Europeans freeloading off of us?

(13:25):
And if they are, how can we make them pay
for this financially? So we're not constantly carrying water for
the Europeans. It's more about a discussion and debate, disagreements
and hashing it out than them talking about, you know,
we're going to be bombing the capital at this time,
and we're going to be targeting this individual or that

(13:47):
hoosy terrorist. So when you read it, you're like, I mean,
it's sensitive material obviously, and a mistake was made because
Goldberg should never have been put on that group chat.
That to me again is the central question. How did
that anti Trump loser, that anti Trump political journalist assassin

(14:10):
ever get onto that group chat. That's the real scandal
to me. But what they're discussing that's not even close
to top secret information. So again they're lying or they're embellishing.
Now furthermore, and this get ready for this, because you're
not I'm telling you you're not gonna believe this. Look

(14:33):
it up online. It's everywhere, because you're gonna say, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff,
come on now, Jeff, it's impossible. You want to see
how coordinated this is. You want to see it. I'm
choosing my words very carefully. This is a conspiracy. A

(14:55):
conspiracy is basically a group of people who decide in
secret to commit certain acts. That's what a conspiracy is.
It doesn't mean that it's not true. It just means no,
it's a conspiracy in private, in the shadows, not in public.

(15:15):
We decide to achieve certain goals and objectives, or take
certain actions in pursuit of certain goals. That's literally the
textbook definition of a conspiracy. This is now a conspiracy.
What happened on that group chat is clearly now a conspiracy.
Why do I say this? Why do I say this?

(15:37):
Because a far left group funded by George Soros, with
very deep ties to the Democratic Party listen to this,
called American Oversight, has now filed a lawsuit over what
it's calling Signal Gate. And who do you think is

(15:57):
implicated in the lawsuit? Pete Hegseth, jd Vance, Marco Rubio,
Mike Waltz, Taulsa Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, in other words, pretty
much the senior leader and Scott Bessant Treasury Secretary, so
the entire senior leadership of the Trump administration. And they're arguing,

(16:21):
now listen to this, that all of these individuals broke
the law and should not only be forced to resign,
but should go to jail. Why should they go to jail,
you may ask, because now they're claiming that by doing

(16:42):
this meeting on signal, that it violates the Presidential Records Act,
because they're saying, there's no guarantee that since this was
done on signal, that this was all being recorded and
it needs to be re courted, copied down for future

(17:03):
records in a second Trump administration, and so that this conversation. Listen,
this is an incredible argument violated the Presidential Records Act.
Now they sent it to the DC Circuit Court. Who
do you think the judge was picked to be the

(17:28):
judge in this case? Take a guess. Take a guess
of all the judges in the United States of America,
what's the one judge that has now been given jurisdiction
and authority over this entire case? Judge James Boseburg, the

(17:53):
very same judge who is blocking Trump's deportations of trend
Or Or MS thirteen, the very same judge that now
is essentially acting as the president of the United States
usurping the executive branch, the number one activist rogue judge

(18:16):
who is doing everything in his power to block and
paralyze Trump and his ability to be a successful commander
in chief. And this guy, this guy, of all the
judges out there, this guy is just again another coincidence, Chazham.

(18:41):
He's the one that's picked to be the judge in
this case.

Speaker 6 (18:46):
Bull.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
You know what, Bravo Sierra.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
They Boseberg took this case, which is illegal, by the way,
six one seven two six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay,
let me just make one more very quick point and
then I want to go to the blazing phone lines.
Bosberg now being selected as the judge to now oversee

(19:12):
this bogus garbage lawsuit, and it really is garbage on
Signal Gate against pretty much Trump's entire cabinet. So they're
gonna bring They're gonna try to bring the whole thing down,
and Boseburg is going to rule in their favor. I
don't know what the hell Roberts is gonna say after this,

(19:32):
but to show you how outlandish it is, all right,
And Sandy can back me up on this because she's
a lawyer and she's done dealt with a lot of
cases over her career. It's a raffle, it's like a
lottery which judges get assigned what cases on a district court.
So the odds of Bosberg being picked not just on

(19:58):
this high profile deportation case which is now abusing his
power literally claiming jurisdiction into international airspace when he ordered
those planeloads of Trend de Aragua to return back on
their way to Al Salvador.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
Okay, just to show you how drunk with power this
guy is. But now he.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Gets the signal gate case two. That's almost statistically impossible.
So it's obvious that this so called it was rigged.
It's supposed to be like a raffle system. And by
the way, and it normally takes weeks, this was done
in twenty four hours, So that it was done in
twenty four hours, and that he's the guy, the judge

(20:41):
that they now put on this a signal gate case.
Clearly shows this is obvious weaponization of the justice system.
This is again obvious lawfare. And this judge is a
legal assassin, that's what he is. He's a deep state fixer,
That's that's what he is. And he's an activist rogue

(21:04):
judge who now is going to try to go after
Trump and his entire administration. He's the guy that they're
picking to now basically say heg Seth broke the law,
Rubio broke the law, Waltz broke the law, Gabbard broke
the law, Radcliffe broke the law. They should all resign.
And even though it's going to get overturned obviously on appeal,

(21:28):
it doesn't matter. The pr damage has been done, the
political damage has been done. It continues this feeding frenzy,
and so the administration is always placed on the defensive
and Trump's agenda is constantly blocked and derailed. And that's
the point of all of this. That's why I'm telling

(21:51):
you Congress needs to step in. Where's Where's Where's Minnie?

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Mike?

Speaker 1 (21:56):
Seriously, where Where's Mike Johnson? Congres has the right and
the jurisdiction to limit these courts and these judges. They
can easily do this. They can impeach, they can defund,
or they can just say no, you're a district judge.
You don't have the right to overrule national policy. And

(22:22):
by the way, this is not something radical. Even Justice
Elaina Kagan in an interview just a few years ago, said,
you know this pattern now of this practice of these
district judges setting these injunctions that affect nationwide policy. She goes,

(22:42):
it's not what the founders intended. It's a massive abuse
of judicial power. It's gross overreach. It's a complete usurpation
of both the legislative branch and the executive branch. These
district judges aren't kings, they're not presidents, they're not emperors.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
Okay, but let that go.

Speaker 1 (23:04):
The fact of the matter is that Bosberg was assigned
to this case. It's a conspiracy. There's no question. Now
it was a setup. The whole thing is a setup.
And let me add one other. You need to know this,
and I want to give a big hat tip to
Paul Sperry, who's one of the key people who broke
this story. Again, one of the best investigative reporters in

(23:27):
the country. Used to work for The New York Post.
Investors Business Daily. He now works for Real Clear Politics.
I love his stuff. Ninety nine times out of one hundred.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
He's right.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
It's now come out. Hillary Clinton. Remember her unsecure private
email server that she had in the bathroom while she
was Secretary of State for years and in which she
was conducting official business, classified information coming, classified information going,

(23:59):
which was hack and stolen by god knows how many
people around the world, China, Russia, Iran. You remember all
of that and the deleted emails. Judge Bosberg ruled in
her favor in twenty sixteen that fourteen nine hundred emails

(24:24):
that were considered classified on her private server and her
private computer she did not need to disclose until after
the election with Trump. He was the judge that helped
Hillary cover up her server, her classified emails, and the

(24:49):
fact that she hit them from the American people. Bosberg
has been a deep state fixer and a massive Democrat
activist masquerading as a quote unquote judge for over a decade.
Now Trump's got an insurrection. It's a real insurrection, and

(25:14):
it's coming from the judiciary. It's coming from these rogue
activist judges, and it's coming from the deep state. Agree,
disagree sixty one, seven two six six, sixty eight, sixty eight.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
So let me ask you.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
It is the Kooner country Pole Question of the Day
sponsored by Mario's Mario's Quality Roofing, Siding and Windows. Was
this selection of Judge James Bosberg to oversee the Signal
Gate lawsuit the signal Gate case? Was it by chance?

(25:58):
But you think it was just? And the one in
a billion coincidence? Just an absolute fluke of historic proportions?
A yes, B. No, you know my position. I am

(26:18):
A know all the way BAYB. There is no way
this is by chance?

Speaker 2 (26:26):
No way.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Was this by coincidence? This this is rigged, This is deliberate,
This is coordinated. This is now to me, a clear conspiracy.
And if I'm Trump, and if I'm Hegxeth, and if
I'm Rubio and Gabbard and Ratcliffe and Waltz and Vance,

(26:50):
be very careful because the long knives now are clearly out.
You can vote on our web page wrk dot com
slash cooner w r KO dot com slash cooner kuh
and is in national Er, or if you prefer, you
can vote via x my handle there at the Kooner

(27:13):
Report all one word kuh and is in national Er.
I want to hear from you. Was this by chance
A yes, B no? And let me ask all of
you the bigger question was classified information divulged in that

(27:33):
group chat? Should Pete Hegseth now be forced to resign?
Mark in Lowell, thanks for holding Mark and welcome.

Speaker 5 (27:46):
Hi Hey. I understand that this thing's going on and
Democrats are projecting because they they're the ones that committed.
That's minage and the thing is So the question I
have is did they find out who actually put his
name on that list?

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Well, the suspicion is that it was Waltz's top staff
aid this person called Alex Well Alex Wong. His name
is Alex Wong, and they think it's him, but they
haven't fully identified him. They're investigating, they're asking. They want
to know if this was an accident on his part,

(28:27):
if this was more deliberate or intentional, why would he
have Jeffrey Goldberg in his contact list? So they're still investigating.
I'll be honest with you, Mark, I don't think this
was an accident. I think it was deliberate. I think
whoever put Goldberg on that group chat did it on purpose.

(28:47):
I just I don't buy. I don't believe in coincidences,
not on this scale. Of all of the journalists in
the world, Of all the people in the world, Jeffrey
Goldberg maybe the number one anti Trumper in the print media.
The man who's you know, Atlantic magazine is literally funded.

(29:09):
It's owned by Lauren Powell Jobs, the wife of you know,
for late Steve Jobs, who is a huge globalist, huge
believer in the New World Order.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Huge.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
I mean she's best friends with Kamala Harris. I mean
literally best friends buddies with Kamala. She's a diehard Democrat activist.
Her her purpose in life is to destroy Donald Trump.
That's what the Atlantic exists. It loses money handover fist,
it's bleeding readers, it makes no money. She just keeps
funding it over and over and over and over. It's

(29:43):
a failing magazine. But it doesn't. But it collects some
of these leading liberal writers and pays them these ridiculous
fees and and and.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
Salaries to just attack Trump.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
That's it's that's it's every issue is cover to cover
anti trump Ism. That's all they do is to spit
on Trump. And so this guy who came up with
the Suckers and Losers hoax, made it up. This guy
who pushed and peddled the Russia collusion hoax, This guy

(30:17):
who went on about Hunter Biden's laptop being Russian disinformation,
This guy who has been calling for Trump to be
taken out by all means necessary. He's the guy that
just magically coincidentally is on that group chat. I don't
believe it. I don't believe it, and so and now

(30:40):
what you're seeing all the other pieces coming together Bosberg
now being assigned this case on his bogus lawsuit. I
mean the way that Democrats were all on the same
page demanding Hexset's resignation. That he then leaked the story
originally the day before the Senate Intelligence commde hearing to

(31:01):
give it maximum bang, and the Democrats ran with it
against Gabard, Ratcliffe and Patel. And then he does the
follow up where he releases the whole thread the day
before or the morning of forgive me the House Intelligence
hearing yesterday. No, it's it's not going This is clearly
a coordinated attack, and it's a very serious attack because

(31:24):
they're going for Trump's throat and they're going through they're
going through the cabinet to get to him, and they
think they found his weak spot, which is Pete Hegseth.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
But I digress.

Speaker 5 (31:36):
Go ahead, Mark, they're ignoring the entire signal thing. That
was something that was already there in place, which our
side made a mistake on of course, you know, President Trump.
But the thing that I need to say is that
I looked up signal. You know, the application. It's opened,

(31:59):
so that means anyone can look at the code, which
means if this guy is a spy, which I believe
he is, he's created espionage himself. Jeff whatever his name is, Goldberg, Goldberg,
Jeffrey Goldberg. Right, and so it's time to seize his
computers find out what he has. Why did he even

(32:23):
get onto this? And I'm telling you that this name
was inserted because there's only what seven to ten names
on that list, and how can there be a mistake
with seven to ten names?

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Well, Mark, it's an excellent point. Look and just think
about it, Okay, And this is not original on my part.
Many people are making this point. But what they're saying
is and they're right, they go look, just accept their narrative,
just for the sake of argument. Okay, let's just concede everything.
It's classified information being discussed about a war in Yemen.

(33:03):
It's war plans, classified information on a group chat with
top Trump officials, and he Goldberg is just accidentally what
a coincidence he's put, you know, inadvertently onto this group chat. Okay,
let's just accept it, just for the sake of argument. Well,
think about it. If you're listening to classified information, and

(33:29):
you're reading classified information and you don't have the clearance
to do so, and he clearly doesn't, Well, what does
that make you? That makes you a spy? That's literally
the definition of a spy. A spy is someone who
collects top secret classified information. That's treason, that's sedition, that's

(33:54):
against the law. Goldberg, by his own admission, is a spy.
So what I don't understand if he is a spot
by his own I'm telling if you, okay, fine, we're
going to accept everything that you're saying. You really then
you had no business listening, reading, taking screenshots, and certainly publishing.

(34:18):
That means you've committed espionage. The FBI should be barreling
down his door, seizing his computer, seizing his phones, and
finding out how the hell he got put onto that
group chat. But he should go to jail. That's again
that's spying. Am I wrong?

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Mark?

Speaker 5 (34:36):
You're not wrong at all. I agree, And I mean,
if if that's what happened to our friends over at
one of the newspapers, they come in, the FBI comes
in at six o'clock in the morning or five four
and raid his place for nothing.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
Mar No, you're dead on. Oh really, you're dead on.
It's time for the FBI to do raid guns blazing.
I don't know if Goldberg is married or not. Frankly,
I don't care, but if he is, go through his
wife's underwear. No, I'm sorry, but they what sauce for
the goose is sauce for the gander. If they can
treat a former president like this over nothing, well this

(35:16):
guy just committed espionage. So again, by his own admission,
he's just damned himself. Mark, thank you very much for
that call. Look again, this is not me. This was
Joe Paggs, who you can hear on WRKO in the
Evenings Nationally syndicated. So this is his point, not mine.

(35:37):
And I think he made the checkmate argument and the
checkmate argument is he said on X. He posted on
X and he said, well, I know it's not classified information.
I know that they didn't discuss classified information. How do
I know? Because Jeffrey Goldberg literally released the entire text thread.

(36:01):
So he reprinted and published all of this so called
classified information. But it can't be classified because if you
publish classified information, that's against federal law, which means Goldberg
has to go to jail. So it can't be classified information.

(36:22):
How can he be classified information? The fact that Goldberg
himself republished the whole you know, the whole text chain,
that's proof it wasn't classified. Because if you publish classified information, bang,
that's a massive crime. You're going to behind bars for
at least ten years. So his own actions show it

(36:44):
wasn't classified. We don't even have to quibble about F
eighteen's And you know the bombs are dropping now, and
is that clay?

Speaker 2 (36:53):
Should that be classified? Should that not be classified?

Speaker 1 (36:56):
If he reprinted him it's not classified, But if you
say it is classified, then he's got to go to jail.
So take your pick. And that's why I think Cash
Ptel and Pam BONDI again need to move They need
to move on Jeffrey Goldberg, and you can kill this.
You can literally nip this scandal so called scandal in

(37:18):
air quotes. You can kill this and nip it in
the bud. Arrest them on espionage. Arrest Goldberg on espionage.
Then the left to defend him is gonna have to
say no, no, no, no, it wasn't top secret. No no, no, no,
it wasn't classified. And I just I want to read
to you something very quick. I know the lines are jammed,

(37:40):
but this, this shows you the games that they're playing. Okay,
here it is. I want to read this. This is
Elizabeth Warren Chief fullible. And by the way, what she's
saying is what many prominent Democrats are saying the exact
same wording. Now the language is very important. Okay, here
is what she wrote on X You can look it up.

(38:01):
Don't take my word for it. The American people aren't stupid.
Pete Hegseth disclosed here it comes now sensitive information, put
our troops at risk, and then lied about it. Trump
must fire heg Seth. Notice now the shift in the narrative.

(38:27):
First it was top secret, then it was classified. Now
it's quote unquote sensitive. They're lying and they know they're lying.
Tim in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for holding Tim and welcome.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
Hi Jeff.

Speaker 7 (38:53):
Thank you again for having me as a thank you
for having me again. Is always always a pleasure.

Speaker 2 (39:00):
All right.

Speaker 7 (39:00):
So this is about the fourth day you've been discussing
the subject. I think it's well, it's been about four days.
Let's call it four days. People like myself have been
calling your show. We've been browbeating you about, Jeff. Why
aren't there mass arrests. How come they haven't made any arrests.

(39:21):
We have let the enemy back into the game. You
call this a conspiracy. This was done on purpose. Listen,
I have no argument. Okay, there is. This is nefarious.
Of course, if we had made arrests, name the crime again.
I said this before when I called name the crime.
If we have made mass arrests, the enemy would already

(39:43):
be defeated. Okay. By allowing them to do whatever dirty
work that they're up to, we have let the enemy
back into the game. Okay, they're breathing again. If the Germans,
to use an analogy, if they had taken Bathstone in Belgium, Okay,
they're back in the war. There they have life again.

(40:05):
Now you have the mainstream media. They're doing what they
have done in his first four years. They are disparaging
President Trump twenty four to seven. This is just like
his first four years. The enemy is back in the
game again. This would be over, This wouldn't even be

(40:27):
a thing if mass arrests were made. Okay, we had them.
They were down, they were melting down, they were going crazy.
That has all been erased because we let them back
into the game. I have to say, Jeff, I'm extremely
disappointed here.

Speaker 1 (40:49):
Well, Tim, look just to reinforce what you're saying, because
you are completely right, as I like to say, not
one hundred one thousand percent correct. Okay, it's a big story.
It's a huge story. Another one just broke apparently now
pop Trump administration officials and in particular his national security

(41:11):
team again it's heg Seth, Waltz, Rubio, Ratcliffe, and Gabbard, Pulsey, Gabbert.
Their personal data has now been hacked and leaked. Their
personal information everything has now been hacked and it's being
leaked because they want now to get a feeding frenzy

(41:33):
to look for anything in their emails, in their text
messages where people can see look at something A to
embarrass them. B to see if they can find anything
to start charging them or creating a scandal or saying
there's something criminal that's going on or something nefarious. Now
you have to understand, this is the Secretary of State,

(41:55):
for God's sake, This is the National Security Advisor. This
is the dire di Rector of National Intelligence. This is
a Secretary of Defense. Very few people in the world
can hack into their personal data and their personal information
and then leak it all over the internet. I think

(42:19):
it's an inside job. I think, I mean what I
mean you can say, well, the Russians, why would the
Russians do it? They're about to make peace with Dreno.
Trump is helping them make peace in Ukraine. They have
no incentive now to humiliate or hurt this administration. Iran
is way too weak. Now we just bombed the hell
out of the hu Thies. Iran's on the ropes, has

(42:41):
belaws been destroyed, essentially smashed. Hamas is now Hamas is
almost dead. They're they're, they're, they're they're basically in their
death rows. Iran's got huge problems China maybe, but they've
got Trump, you know, with these tariffs and I think
the last thing they want to do was enrage him

(43:01):
and anger him. So he's gonna slap on even more tariffs,
which could really sink the Chinese economy. It smells of
an inside job again, coordinated. They're out to take out
his national security team, and you know, to bring it
full circle. You know again, this is why people are saying,

(43:22):
I'm being too tough on Pambondi, I'm being too tough
on cash Pattel. We need fighters, man like you can't.
There's no time to waste. Look at them. They're rebuilding,
they're reconsolidating, they're re arming. They're now waging offensive after
offensive after offensive. They've now pretty much look, the courts

(43:47):
have blocked much of Trump's agenda. Now now you've got
this scandal, like the sort of damocles hanging over them.
The president now every time he does a press conference,
it's all signal Gate. That's all it is. Now nothing else.
His message isn't getting out anymore. So you're right, and

(44:09):
the way to break them.

Speaker 2 (44:10):
Is to arrest them.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
But to arrest them, you got to have people forgive
me who have balls. I'm sorry, just you have spine, guts, courage, bravery.
Whatever cahonis, as the Spaniards would say, Okay.

Speaker 2 (44:22):
But whatever, where's Pambondi?

Speaker 1 (44:27):
If this is classified information and this guy just published
it on the Atlantic, charging with the Espionage Act. If
it's not, he had no right listening in on a
private chat again, arrest his ass.

Speaker 2 (44:43):
You don't need to.

Speaker 1 (44:44):
Everyone's like, well, she's got to shake up the DOJ
and she's got to weed out all of these anti trumpers.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
You can do both. You can walk in che gum.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
I mean, Jeffrey Goldberg has now inflicted a major wound
on the Trump regime, on the Trump forgive me the
Trump administration, on the entire Trump national security apparatus. And
he did it with the help of someone on the inside.
Cash Patel should be knocking on his door. Pam Bondi

(45:16):
should be helping Cash ptel right up an indictment to
put him in his magazine out of business. Instead nothing,
it's always nothing. It's talk, it's interviews on Fox News,
it's threats.

Speaker 2 (45:37):
It's here.

Speaker 1 (45:38):
She Jasmine Crockett just assaulted a journalist. Okay, two days
after Pam Bondy told her. Because she's threatening to kill Elon,
she's calling people to shoot and kill Elon, and Pam
Bondi says to her, tread carefully. In other words, if
you're openly calling or inciting violence, be careful. Even though
you remember of Congress, we may you know we could

(45:59):
arrest you. She literally assaults a journalist two days later.
Nothing worse. Pambondy, she said, tread carefully. She didn't dread carefully.
She just ran right across your red line. What are
you gonna do? She doesn't do anything. It's not that
I don't like Pam Bondy. I like Pambondy. I initially

(46:20):
supported Trump's pick of Pambondy because I thought we were
going to get the attorney General of the Florida Pambondy.
I don't know what it is about that freaking building,
the Department of Justice building. I don't know what it is.
I think it's the lawyers, the way they just paralyze
every ag that comes in there. That's Trump, a Trump ag.

(46:41):
But I'm looking at Pambondy and I'm starting to see
Jeff Sessions. I'm starting to see the whole thing. I've
seen this movie before, and I didn't like it the
first time, and I'm not liking it the second time.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
So look, I know he wants to give her a chance.

Speaker 1 (46:58):
I know it's still early, but Trump's got to pick
up the phone and tell his attorney general listen, Pam,
get off Fox News for God's sake, and start arresting
people at Tim, Am, I wrong.

Speaker 5 (47:13):
One correct.

Speaker 7 (47:15):
We had them, We had them, We had them, they
were defeated. All you had to do was that, if
you will, that mass roundup, and I mean hundreds, hundreds,
and you could have put them in handcuffs. This wouldn't
have even happened. The Granny Warrens of the world would

(47:36):
have no voice, They wouldn't be shooting off their mouths,
they would have nothing.

Speaker 5 (47:39):
The war would be over.

Speaker 7 (47:41):
You have to make mass arrests, Jeff.

Speaker 2 (47:42):
You have to.

Speaker 7 (47:43):
If they're not going to do it, we're not going
to win.

Speaker 2 (47:47):
People have to go to jail.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
If they don't go to jail, I'm telling you they're
going to be back in power before you know it. Tim,
thank you very much for that call. Paul in New Hampshire.
Thanks for holding Paul, and welcome hi.

Speaker 2 (48:02):
Jeff.

Speaker 6 (48:03):
How needed to do immediately was knock on Goldberg's door,
and well it's too late. Now, Trump was given a
fabulous opportunity. I mean, the error of using the web
the CHET group with minor very explainable. But they gave
him such a wonderful gift. And the FBI should have

(48:26):
been at Goldberg's door the next day, seizing his computer,
pulling the raid, inviting the cameras CNN to watch. This
would be over And you know, I'm not going to
repeat with the last three callers said, but if this
write this down, this may be the end of Trump's administration.

(48:47):
He was given such a gift, and I don't know
why they haven't used it.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
Well, Paul, that's why I'm urging him, for God's and
he's so far he's holding the line. He knows better
than I do what's at stake and not throw heg
seth overboard.

Speaker 2 (49:02):
He can't.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
He can't, can't, can't because if he gives them a scalp,
they're not going to stop. His whole presidency then is
going to collapse. So he's got to hold the line.
And they've got to start pushing back on some of
these outlandish claims, like they just got to stop. They
gotta like, come on, guys, you gotta go on offense,

(49:28):
and one of the best ways to go on offense
is exactly what you said, Paul. This journalist was listening

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
