But she said he's done very well. He owned his
own business. He worked really hard. And she says, look,

we're going to inherit it she and her siblings, but
we can't afford to taxes, we're going to have to
sell it. But in other words, that's how much the
taxes costs. Now the point, the larger point being for
our conversation, second, homes are expensive, not just a bill,
not just to buy, not just to maintain, obviously, but

it's everything. It's to get a loan, to get the
terms of the loan, and the property taxes on them.
So you have massive, massive financial advantages that come when
you claim a property is your property, your primary residence,
when you claim that no, this is our this is

our home, this is where we live, this is where
we reside. It's not just yes, you get a great
term from the bank, which saves a lot of money,
but on property taxes, on so many other things. Now
you know, you do the math, This ends up. You know,
these are hundreds and hundreds, if not over time, millions

of dollars that they end up putting in their pockets
that you can't do. I can't do. And if we
did cheat the way they cheated, they would, you know,
they would throw the book at us. It would either
be financially crushing fine or they would put some of
us in jail. I'm not saying it's going to be

a twenty year prison sentence, but we'd be staring at
the possibility of going to jail. They could hit us
on wire fraud, on bank fraud, on mail fraud. I
mean I could if they really want to stack the
charges against you, they can. So my question is why

a piece of shift get away with it. Why should
they get away with it when we can't. And to me,
the irony of all ironies, this is the hypocrisy is
so thick you can choke on it is these are

my eye and I was shocked. It was about how
much money international students get from private colleges. I mean,
as far as I know, they're always toudy. We need
international students, they pay the full price, and it turns

lot of student aid. So anyway, I was very upset
to read this.

Well, yeah, it's a rocket. I mean higher education now
has become a rocket, and this is I'll give you
the short of it, because I don't want to get
too off topic. Susan people have no idea how much
the Chinese government pumps into our university systems Cutter Qatar,
the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, they will put in

billions and billions and billions of dollars, and through these
massive donations, this is how they're able to recruit foreign students,
pay for foreign students, pay for their tuition, pay for
their books, pay for their room and board, you name it.
And it's part of their attempt to influence our society

and our country. They're basically buying off higher education and
ultimately what they want is what the education system is delivering.
They want critical race theory to be taught, which is
essentially cultural Marxism. They want diversity, equity, inclusion to be
taught because this will divide and balkanize. The United States

want anti Americanism, anti capitalism to be taught because ultimately
what they want is a future in which the Aocs
of the world and the Jasmine Crocketts of the world,
and the Zorn Mamdanis of the world become the future
presidents and vice presidents of the United States. Because this

will destroy us from within. China wants to destroy us
from within the Saudis. Remember, people, forget this about Saudi Arabia.
I've never forgiven them for this. I'm shocked that I
can't tell you every president since nine to eleven, including
George W. Bush, turned a blind eye. Saudi Arabia was

responsible for the nine to eleven terrorist attacks. There's no
question about it. Saudi intelligence, the Saudi royal family were behind.

radical religious schools all over the world, including here in
the United States. So to me, one of the reasons
why I've always been pushing for energy and dependence for

wean us off Saudi oil and to weenus off the
Middle East and the Gulf Sheikhs, because they are very
dangerous people who are spreading a cancerous ideology. I have
never forgiven the Saudis ever for what they did to us.

but Howard Lutnik, the Commerce Secretary, who by the way,
is a very smart man, lost his brother during the
nine to eleven Islamic terrorist attacks. The victims of the
nine to eleven families, sorry, the families of the nine

to eleven victims all they want. They don't want any money,
they don't want any compensation, but they want a public
acknowledgment and recognition of the role that Saudi Arabia and
the Saudi royal family played on the three thousand Americans

what Japan was to Pearl Harbor, that's what Saudi Arabia
was to nine to eleven. Except because the Saudis wield
so much influence and throw around so much money. They
own the Republican establishment, they own the Democrat establishment, they

The Bush family is completely financed by the Saudis. The
Cheney family is owned lock stock in barrel by the Saudist.
The Obamas, my god, how much money Obama's gotten from
Saudi Arabia. And our universities you're talking about they're swimming

You know, it's no accident that those universities that are
seeing this explosion in anti Semitism and anti Americanism, and
this pro Hamas pro Palestinian hatred that you see. Now

love a country more than what I love the United

If we do go down, I don't believe we will.

Paul Pelosi. She has been more accurate than any hedge
fund in the world with the stalk tips and the
stock trading than any I mean, these guys are paid
to know the stock market, not in America, in the world. Okay,

a taste. This is how they get away with it.
If you're saying, Jeff, you know, it's mortgage fraud, it's
bank fraud, it's it's every trick, dirty trick in the book,
just to line their pockets. Now, some do it better,

doing it. And this has to stop because this is
literally destroying our country. So take the Pelosis. He yes, Trump,

Now he's setting his target on her. She's now in

The DOJ is after her for deprivation of rights against
Trump during her law fair campaign against them, and mortgage
and bank fraud as well. But Trump came out and said,
look at Nancy Pelosi. In fact, as he openly said it,
she's a thief his words, not mine. He's right, She's

a crook and a thief like in any other country.
She'd be arrested for embezzling money, for out and out corruption, bribery,
and thievery. I mean, honestly, Eastern Europeans are bad. But
in the end they do arrest you if you're out

million year, a couple million there. Okay, we're not gonna,
you know, find, We're gonna live with some corruption. But

and the hospitals and you know whatever. Everything. So she's

of four hundred and fifty million dollars. She's basically a
semi billionaire on a congresswoman's salary. Now, how the hell

how is the adventure capitalist? He just literally he's like
a day trader on the stock market. All he does
is just make investments in stocks. That's it. That's all
this guy does. And he has never ever gotten one

stock wrong. As Trump said, you just look at them
over the last couple of years, just the last couple
of years. They have a winning percentage on the stock
market better than any hedge fund, not in America, in
the world. And hedge funds they make their money off

of getting the stock market right. It's it's statistically impossible
for them to be this consistently accurate. Now, let me
just give you It's a small example, but it shows
you how cedy and corrupt they are. So this happened recently, okay,
with both Visa and American Express. I'm just gonna go

with Visa. But they did it with both several weeks
before the Department of Justice. Forgive me. This was last year. Okay,
this was under Merrick Garland. So last year, in the
summer Merrick Garland's DOJ came out with a lawsuit against Visa.

Long story short. They were charged with anti competitive practices,
you know, regarding you know, when you swipe your debit
card to pay you know, I have a Visa debit card.
Just to give you an example, I always put everything
on my debit card groceries whatever. Apparently Visa has a
monopoly on the debit card business. They pay other competitors

like MasterCard or whatever don't get into the debit business.
That's ours, So we'll give you money. Literally, we pay
off our competitors don't get involved in the debit business.
And apparently it's a seven billion dollar a year racket
for Visa on this. So the DOJ said, these are

anti competitive practices, frankly, which they are. These violate anti
trust laws which they do, competitive anti trust laws, which
they do. And we're launching now a big lawsuit against Visa.
Visa ended up settling. Long story short, because of the
lawsuit and the fact that Visa now is going to
have to pay out, their stock took a beating. Their

stock dropped substantially. Now, nobody on Wall Street saw this coming,
nobody in the hedge fun world, nobody saw this coming.
So if you're holding Visa stock, you lost a little
bit of money. Now, over time, you'll make it back,
but people don't want to lose money in the short term.

You know who didn't lose money? Take again, Yes, Nancy
and Paul Pelosi. Several weeks before the official announcement was
made by the Department of Justice that they were going
to come out and sue Visa, Paul Pelosi dumped over

two thousand Visa shares that he owned and it came
to about minimum half a million dollars to up to
a million dollars. They don't know exactly how much, but
at a minimum, he saved himself and Nancy between half
a million and a million dollars. And he was the

only guy who saw this coming. It's like, what what
a coincidence? What timing? Uh? What timing? He sold the
stock because he had insider knowledge, which is illegal from
the DOJ and Merrick Garland. Hey, Nancy, just to give

you a heads up. If you got stock in Visa,
I would sell because man were coming out with a
huge lawsuit and man, their stock is gonna drop like
a stone now when confronted by this. This is the
game that they play in Washington, Okay, like you know,
like a bunch of thieves. Everybody's playing stupid. This is

what her this is what her office said. Pelosi's office
that the Congresswoman Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi quote does not own
any stocks unquote, and that all the money moves in
the family are made by her husband, Paul, and as

She then disclosed his trades to Congress. It what's called
these periodic transaction reports. In other words, Hey, I did
nothing wrong. I don't own any stock I did. I
did nothing with Visa and you know this is all
my husband. What Paul does I don't know. And of

course he made these stocks, and by law I reported, yes,
my husband made these moves on the stock market. My
hands are clean. You can't touch me. So how did
Paul know? Because you told them. It's obvious you told them.
What are we stupid? By the way, the same thing

last year with American Express, almost identical a different reason,
but they were being sued as well by the DOJ.
Guess what their stock went down as well. Guess what?
Who sold weeks in advance millions of dollars in stock
Paul paulo Ci. It's just incredible, isn't it. That's how

they steal. They have insider information. It's really insider trading.
It's insider trade. Now, this is classic fraud. This is
classic fraud. So they have this is insider trading. That
if you or I did it, my god, we'd be
spending the rest of our lives in jail. You're looking

rigging the entire system and you're stealing. This is this
is theft. This is theft. It's unfair. You're not supposed

will affect the price of a stock, and if you do,
