Speaker 1 (00:00):
I think with a high degree of certainty, we have
him in custody. In custody. Everyone did a great job.
We worked with the local police, the governor. Everybody did
a great job, you know, getting somebody that you start
off with absolutely nothing.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
So that was President Trump just maybe an hour ago,
saying that they have now arrested the suspect, the alleged
murderer and assassin of Charlie Kirk nine twenty here on
the Great WRKO Jeff Kooner, Boston's Bulldozer. Okay, Now, according
to the Daily Mail, so if this turns out to
(00:40):
be a false story, please don't blame me. But it
now appears a couple of other media outlets are corroborating
this as well, but the Daily Mail got it first.
Here's the exclusive. I'm just going to read to you
now what they're saying. The killer of Charlie Kirk has
(01:01):
now been identified as Tyler Robinson. So, according now to
the Daily Mail, the suspect I'm just going to read
to you straight from the story, the suspect in Charlie
Kirk's assassination has been identified as Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson
(01:21):
the way you normally spell Robinson. He is apparently a
twenty two year old Utah resident, according to law enforcement sources.
They told The Daily Mail that Robinson was taken into
custody last night last night at about eleven pm. Now,
(01:42):
according to sources telling again to The Daily Mail, that
the killer the alleged killer apparently then confessed to his father,
who is a twenty seven year veteran. They live in Washington, Utah,
which is about two hundred and fifty miles south of Aorum,
(02:05):
where the assassination took place. Apparently, his father is a
twenty seven year veteran of the Washington County Sheriff's Department,
according to public records the sources. The law enforcement sources
then told The Daily Mail that Tyler Robinson's father then
(02:25):
contacted authorities and secured his son before he could be
taken into custody. His mother, Amber Robinson, apparently works, I'm
going by the Daily Mailigan works for inter Mountain Support
Coordination Services, which is a company contracted by the state
(02:46):
of Utah to help disabled people receive care. Now, Tyler Robinson,
listened to this lives in a six hundred thousand dollars
which which for Southern Utah is very expensive. The alleged shooter,
Tyler Robinson, lives in a six hundred thousand dollars six
(03:09):
bedroom home in Washington, Utah. So this is at middle
upper middle class from everything I'm reading. So now we're
talking now about a privileged white leftist. Officials now are
(03:33):
also saying, as I said earlier, that they discovered a
weapon near the scene, and that the cartridges were engraved
with both transgender and anti fascist ideology. Now people are
now trying to look for his social media to see
what else he said on social media. But it now
appears we have a name, and we have a little
(03:54):
bit more of a biography and a profile, and look,
to me, it's typical of many privileged white liberals. They're
into transgenderism, the radical trans movement, they're into this so
called anti fascism Antifa. They are radical democrats. And I
(04:17):
think there's no question now he thought by killing Charlie
Kirk he would become a folk hero to the left.
Six one seven two sixty six, sixty eight, sixty eight
is the number. Now, I want an apology from every
single member of the lying fake news media, every single liberal,
(04:41):
every single Democrat who said Mega was responsible for this.
This was all Trump's fault. He's the one that created this. No,
no again again again another leftist, and this time it
(05:07):
was fatal. They tried twice to kill Trump. This time
they got Charlie Kirk. Six one seven two six six
sixty eight sixty eight is the number, by the way,
just very quickly. Now the governor of Utah has now
come out again saying they're gonna go ahead with the
(05:28):
death penalty now that they have them. He said, we're
going for the death penalty right away. Mike in Somerville.
Thanks for holding Mike, and welcome.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
How are you? How aya good? Great news and get
me feeling Oh Mike, okay.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Good, we got you back. I'm so happy. Please Mike,
go ahead.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
Listen. Three quick points. Yes, one regarding your security. When
you get threaten they must come in via email because
you know these people aren't very bright, so they put
it in writing. Do you turn those into the local police?
Speaker 2 (06:04):
I have in the past, I'll be brutally honest with you,
but the police. I'm not blaming the police. They have
so much on their plate nothing comes of it. So
now I just you know, I would have played junk.
I just you know that's junk email and delete it
because I used to report it and they never did anything.
That's the answer to your question.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Number two. I was ill with a friend the other night,
and I'm not on social media because I don't go
on social media. I left this who was happy about
the Charlie Kirk situation. So after my friend shot her
down after ten minutes, she admitted I didn't even know
who Charlie Kirk was until today. Proves your point of
(06:50):
a doctorate.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Mike. I hate to do this to you. Please hang
on six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty
eight is the number. Okay, We're gonna go right back
to Mike in Somerville, but before we do very special
announcement today. Joining me now is not Kelly Kelly, who
(07:13):
usually comes on at this time, but William Kelly, Junior,
Kelly Kelly's son, also the son of the late Bill Kelly,
one of my dearest friends. William. I know you've got
a huge announcement to make. I can't tell you how
excited I am. Welcome to the Kooner Report. And how
(07:34):
are you, Jeff.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
I'm well, thank you for inviting me on here, and
I've got some big news after half of the year work.
The secret is out. I wrote my first book, and Jeff,
you're in it too. It's called Only the Good invest Young,
and think of it as a financial roadmap for my generation.
I cover the basics people need but often missed, like
how retirement accounts really work, why compound interest is so powerful,
(08:00):
and how to start building a smart portfolio. But it's
not written as a dry textbook. I kept it understandable, unorthodox,
impacted with wisdom from amazing contributors, with life changing advice,
including an exclusive interview containing unheard of information about you, Jeff.
I also answered key questions for my gen z peers
(08:20):
and answer them promptly. And the book will be out
and hopefully early October, but just in time for Christmas.
A perfect stocking stuff for kids or grandkids. And it'll
eventually be available on Amazon. And if you'd like a
complimentary pre order from the limited first run, call eight
eight eight eight hundred and one and eight one or
email Kelly at Kelly Financial dot org. So, Jeff, I
(08:41):
can't wait to share it. And I want to wrap
this up by saying God bless Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
William congratulations, my friend. I am so proud of you, buddy,
just outstanding job. And I want you to know I
want my coffee. I gotta read what you wrote about me, William.
God bless you and thank you so much. Okay, to
get your complimentary copy of William Kelly's latest book with
(09:10):
you know, hey, the cooner Man's in it. Huh eight
eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one eight eight eight
eight hundred eighteen eighty one, or if you prefer, you
can email Kelly at Kelly Financial dot org. That's Kelly
at Kelly Financial dot org. Okay, just very quick, we're
(09:31):
going to go back to Mike. Obviously, it is now everywhere.
New York Post is confirming it, many other media outlets.
The alleged shooter that they have now arrested. His name
is Tyler Robinson, twenty two years of age. He comes
from southern Utah. He lives in a six hundred thousand,
(09:55):
six bedroom home. It was his father that eventually turned
him in. So and we're going to get more information
obviously throughout the day, but they got him and it's
his name is Tyler Robinson, twenty two years of age. Okay,
before I go to Mike. Listen now to President Trump
saying it's not just Utah's governor that says he's going
(10:17):
to get the death penalty. The President says, I want
him to get the death penalty. Roll the cut, Mike.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
So, mister President, there is the death penalty in Utah.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
And I do know this is going to be a
federal case.
Speaker 5 (10:31):
And there's many of us believe that Charlie was targeted
because of this political ideology.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
Yeah, what's going to happen to this guy?
Speaker 1 (10:38):
Well, I hope it's going to be found guilty, I
would imagine, and I hope he gets the death penalty.
What he did, Charlie Kirk was the finest person that
he didn't deserve this. He worked so hard and so well.
Speaker 5 (10:51):
Everybody liked him.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
I couldn't have said it better myself. All right, let's
go right back to Mike in Somerville. Mike, you were please,
can you just finish your second point? Because it was
so important? How you know, there was this debate with
a friend, a liberal friend, who said that, you know,
she was so happy that Charlie Kirk was killed. And
(11:14):
then after about a ten minute back and forth in argument,
she admitted she knew nothing about Charlie Kirk. Michael, Mike,
forgive me. Can you just repeat that for the audience, please?
Speaker 6 (11:24):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (11:25):
I was, yes, Jeff, thank you. I was out with
the friend the other night. And again I'm not on
social media because it's all ridiculous, but he is. And
he was going back and forth with a liberal friend
of his, and she was saying, you know, I'm going
to paraphrase, Charlie Kirk got what he deserved. I'm so
(11:46):
happy all the nonsense. So after ten minutes of an exchange,
my friend put her in her place and she said
to me, well, she said to him, as I was
sitting next to him, I didn't know who Charlie Kirk
was until today. So it goes to show you they
just repeat what they hear. It's it's disgusting, Jeff. It's
(12:07):
just wait a second. Here's the kick. I expect that
from a millennial, a thirty year old at gen Z.
This woman is in her seventies, Oh my god, in
her seventies. I'm a fifty nine year old man from
some of them, born and raised. And by the way,
give that another kid from some of my address. If
you want to debate.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
This and Mike, I know you want to get another
point in, Please go ahead.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Oh so here's the thing. My mother's ninety four years old,
seventy six years she's my voting Democrat. You are solely
responsible for making a change to an independent.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Oh that's great, Mike, Dino, Mike, call and please give
your mother my best Mike, Thank you very much, my friend.
Well look, there you have it. I mean, that's what
I mean. They're like, they're like a bunch of zombies.
It's frightening, Like it's really frightening now.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
You know.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
In the days, yeah, people were you know, they'd follow
a party blindly, you know, blind loyalty. But it would
be like, you know whatever, Oh the Republicans are going
to steal your social security, you know what I mean.
It'd be some kind of a stupid talking point that
they would just mindlessly repeat. But now it's the guy's dead.
I mean, you're talking about murder, political murder, assassination. Oh,
(13:22):
you gotta coming, you gotta coming. He was a fascist
and Nazi, a hater, and you're like, do you know
anything about him?
Speaker 3 (13:29):
No?
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Hi ya yai, hi ya yai. Annie on the South Shore,
thanks for holding Annie and.
Speaker 7 (13:38):
Welcome, good morning Death and good morning Kuna country. I
know that we are all in mourning, and we should
be in mourning. And I am a very religious individual
and I do believe that the Lord has his ways
and this is for us to wake up and actually
see what is happening to our country, into our world.
(13:59):
My question to you is, and to cooon a contrary,
I feel in my heart that every Democrat that we
have that is sitting in a office is a communist.
I believe that they are trying to take over my country,
my life, my family, my way of living, my freedoms.
And I have tried to figure out what is the
(14:22):
right way of doing this. Prayers, Yes, we will all
say our prayers, but we have to act, Jeff, as
you said, we have to unite. Seventy four million people
voted for Donald Trump to put him into office to
do the work of the people. I do believe that
(14:42):
is what he's trying to do. And I do believe
that we the people need to stand up and be heard,
and we need to roar, and that row needs to
be heard from the bottom of the bowels of hell
to the highest point in Heaven. That we have risen,
we have done. We're not taking any more of this.
Innocent people, good people are being slotted, and we can't
(15:03):
stand for it anymore. Jeff, I don't know what the
answer is. I mean I used to have history class
and learn different things, and maybe people out there you're
smarter than me. But does it come down to martial law?
Does the president shut the country down and say we're
going to do a reset?
Speaker 3 (15:21):
What do we do well?
Speaker 2 (15:24):
I mean, it's a brilliant question. I mean, Annie, as
they say, it's the sixty four it's the sixty four
thousand dollars question. Look, I think we're going to wait,
let's wait a couple more days, and I think we're
going to know exactly who this person is, what motivated him,
his network, his connections, And I think then Trump is
going to launch a domestic campaign against radical left wing terrorism.
(15:49):
And I think it's time to take the gloves off.
So I think politically Trump is going to have to
do that because already, Look, there's this big social media
site that the left goes on. It's called Blue Sky.
It's like kind of like their alternative to truth Social
or even X. You know, used to be Twitter, it's
of liberals, biliberals for liberals. They're already forget celebrating Charlie Kirk.
(16:15):
This story is everywhere now. They're already saying, we got
to kill Donald Trump next, and then they're saying after him,
it's got to be jd. Vance, And then they're saying
Elon Musk, and then they're saying Ben Shapiro because Ben
Shapiro has now come out and said he's gonna replace
Charlie Kirk. He wants to go to these college campuses
(16:35):
and debate and you know, discuss with students, so he'll
like be the new Charlie Kirk. And they're saying, well,
we'll kill him too, So they're already saying who they
want to kill next. They're lining them up. So what
I'm saying is he's gonna have to declare a domestic
war on left wing violence and left wing terrorism. There's
(16:57):
no question now, and that's gonna be the political side.
But Annie, let me tell you you know, from the
bottom of my heart, we have the power. How look,
Charlie Kirk in many ways is the Martin Luther King
of our time. How did Martin Luther King win? How
did the civil rights movement win. Everybody who supported him
(17:21):
became Martin Luther King. They spoke up in favor of
civil rights and against the evils of segregation and Jim
Crow and racism. We have to all become Charlie Kirk.
And I don't mean we have to all go to
college campuses. You said, we all roar. That's right. When
you're with your friends, if you're wherever you are, speak out,
(17:47):
be Charlie Kirk. That's what we all have to do.
Sol Jian Nitsen said, never forget this. Communism began to
fall in the Soviet Union. Seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. I don't know about you. Look, obviously,
I'm I mean, I'm still in mourning. Obviously. I just
(18:11):
feel so bad for Charlie and and obviously for his
wife and his children, and for our country. And it's
gonna be very painful when that, you know, the wake
and the funeral. But the fact that they've caught the
alleged perpetrator, the murderer, the killer, Tyler Robinson, it's I
(18:31):
don't know, it's just it's it's given me a little
bit of hope, uh, And that they're not you know
they're gonna push go ahead for the death penalty. Uh,
it's it's I don't know, it's it's it's put a
little bounce in my step. Six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. Dave, is that our Western
(18:52):
PA constitutionalist correspondent, is that the one Mike near Pittsburgh?
All right, buddy, Dave, how are you? My friend?
Speaker 3 (19:03):
Good Jeff?
Speaker 6 (19:03):
Welcome back. I'm gonna tell you, Jeff, I'm heartbroken. And Jeff,
nothing against the security you get at your rallies, But
you only need me as a marine there brother to
watch over you. Nothing against the other guys. It would
probably because marines lead the way. But Jeff, let me
tell you something. This punk that did this, Tyler Robinson fund,
he sounds like Smokey Robinson. You know what I mean, Jeff,
(19:24):
because he'd be blown. He's gonna be blown so much
smoke from and I do carry a glock and liberally,
she did a fantastic job. While you're going, Mike is
a rock and roller. I'm gonna tell you, Jeff, we're
gonna get our country back and there I'm hello high water.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
You know, Dave, it's funny you should mention that, and again,
thank you for offering your help. You know how much
I appreciated, Dave, and how much I love you Vets
and you Marines. Dave, I got to ask you. I
can just sense it. It's a vibe, it's in the air.
Everybody's talking about it. Pardon the pun, but Charlie Kirk's
(20:00):
death ironically has now become a turning point for America.
You know, I know his group was called Turning Point USA,
but it really seems like it's a turning point where
everybody is being galvanized, energized, inspired almost to say, you
(20:21):
know what, if he could speak truth to power, and
if he's a martyr for free speech, then we'll all
speak truth to power and we'll all become Charlie Kirk
in our own communities or in our homes, or at work,
or wherever it may be. But we're no longer going
to be silent? Are you getting that sense, Dave? That
(20:43):
the country has changed? He just dropped that the country
has changed permanently, that something has happened and the country
is no longer the same. I want to hear you
from all of you seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight Mary in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Mary,
(21:08):
and welcome.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
Hi, Hi Jeff.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
I wanted to say, Jeff, father who turned in his
son should be proud of himself because that was a
really hard thing to do to your own kid. But
he did the right thing.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Well, Mary, apparently, and I promise I'll give you all
the time in the world. Apparently, according I'm just going
by what the media saying and the Daily Mail. Apparently
it was the uncle, his uncle, Tyler Robinson's uncle, who said,
oh my god, that's my nephew, and he contacted the
father and he told the father. The father had no
idea and he said, yeah, I hate to tell you this,
(21:46):
but your son just was the guy that murdered Charlie Kirk.
Why So it was the uncle who told the father,
and then the father got the son, and then he
brought his son in. Just to give you the whole
chain of event, chain of events. Go ahead, and Mary, all.
Speaker 5 (22:02):
Right, I've seen I'm thinking how the Democrats hate the
Republicans and Conservatives so much. I'm thinking I've seen this
kind of hate in angering before, an animosity, and it
probably has nothing to do with this. But I'll just
tell you quick. But then I'll tell you the connection.
(22:25):
I had two kids that were handicapped.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
We moved to.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
A small town that either they couldn't afford it, or
they didn't want to have any services for anyone that
were different because that would be more money into it
or whatever. So I had to fight. I had to
re mortgage my house. I had to get a lawyer.
I had to fight tooth and nail to do so much.
(22:49):
You can't even believe all the stuff and the documents
and tape recordings and everything I had to do to
get my kids services. Okay, so we got them and everything,
but now I was fought. I got threatening phone calls.
I got told off to my face. I got you said,
move out of this town. You have no right to
(23:11):
enforce this on us. Why don't you go back to
where you come from. I've been threatened to be hurt
and everything just because of fighting for my own kids.
But I told the principle, I'm waiting for the pitchforks
and torches to come down my driveway after me for
how bad I'm treated, how much I'm hated. They got
(23:33):
gangs of people together to hate me. It was spread
like wildfire. That I was a parasite or something in
the town. But now I said, why would people be
like this? And most of the people were people that
had handicapped kids themselves, but they didn't fight for it.
But now they were told by the school that is bad.
(23:56):
You can't fight for things like this. Go after this person.
This person is doing it, not the school district and
not the government. It's these people, the conservatives, that are
doing this, not the government. And I think that's the
appointing of getting it away from where the evil actually
(24:20):
is and the government.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
Point Mary, it's a great way to end the show.
It's like a mob mentality, you know, like there you
whip people up into a frenzy and then you say,
here's the scapegoat, here's the you know, here is the
group to blame for all of your problems in life.
And I think that's what the left has been doing
now for years. You want to hate somebody, hate Trump,
(24:43):
hate his supporters, hate conservatives, And I think you're right.
It's like a mob mentality, and uh, well, you know
it ended up getting Charlie Kirk killed.
