Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Cooner contrary. Okay, look, as I said on
X last night, and I'm going to repeat it now,
and I don't care how much blowback I get, because
it's the truth. And if I'm not here to speak
the truth behind this microphone, then really I shouldn't be here.
And so what we're now seeing, and I'm going to

(00:22):
get into this later in the show, but it's clear.
You look at the No Kings rally, you look at
those who are funding it, the increasing violence, you look
at Antifa, you look at this growing anti ice militant
movement that is now spreading across the entire country. And

(00:44):
now what some of these Democrat politicians are saying openly,
and now at these federal judges are saying openly and
what they're actually ruling on they want a civil war.
To me, they're clearly fomenting civil war and social chaos.

(01:05):
And so listen now to this. This is a bombshell story.
The mainstream media is neglecting it because I think even
they realize how incinduary it is. So a federal judge,
this is again a US district judge. This is not
some local, dinky judge. A US district federal judge Jeffrey

(01:31):
Cummings is his name, appointed by Joey Joe Biden, now
has ordered that ICE agents can be arrested at courthouses
in Cook County, Illinois, which is right there in the
Chicago area. So again, Chicago is becoming an epicenter, along

(01:52):
with Portland as really the two most the volcanic hotbeds
of resistance to Trump and federal immigration enforcement. And so
what he ruled is listen to this that ICE agents,

(02:14):
according to him, can only arrest illegal aliens if they
have a specific warrant at a courthouse. If they do
not have a specific warrant, then local authorities, you know,
whether it be the Chicago Police Department, the State Police,

(02:37):
Brandon Johnson, the Governor Pritzker can then order the arrest
of ICE agents if they violate his court order. And
you're gonna say, well, Jeff, don't ICE agents if they
do show up at courthouses it's because they have a warrant. Yes,
of course that's true. But what happens now routinely, and

(02:58):
any ICE agent will tell you this, is that they
often make what's called quote unquote collateral arrests. And what
does that mean? That means, say they're arresting a violent
gangbanger or a murderer or a rapist or whatever, a
convicted drug dealer, and they know he's at a certain

(03:20):
courthouse and he's an illegal. Oftentimes, these illegal aliens, these
criminal illegal aliens, have other illegal aliens with them, and
so when ICE rolls in to arrest them, are these
other illegals are discovered during the arrest of another illegal alien,

(03:40):
the one they have a warrant to take into custody.
And so, according now to Jeffrey Cummings, listen to this,
ICE agents now are literally barred from arresting illegal aliens
at courthouses. So if illegal aliens are at a court house,

(04:01):
it could be twenty of them, fifty of them. I'm
not kidding, one hundred of them. He's basically saying, now
they have a complete sanctuary. It doesn't matter if they're murderers,
child predators, rapists, sex traffickers, MS thirteen, gang bangers. If
ICE does not have a specific warrant and they go

(04:23):
into the courthouse, ICE agents should and he's ordering them
to be arrested. Now furthermore, listen to this. Furthermore, he
also says that they can be arrested if they come
into a courthouse say they do have a specific warrant

(04:46):
and say they have one for an MS thirteen gang banger.
I'm just giving you a scenario that happens all the time.
But they say, you know, they realize, hey, four, five, six, ten,
twelve of his friends are with him who are also
part of MS thirteen to give him support, to back
him up, to try to intimidate somebody, whatever the circumstance

(05:08):
may be. And they say, well, we don't just got
one MS thirteen gang banger. We've got I don't know
thirteen MS thirteen gang bangers. And I says, arrest them all, man,
this is great, we just hit the mother load. You
arrest any of the other illegal alien gang bangers. According

(05:28):
to Jeffrey Cummings is ruling, then Ice agents who perform
the arrests, they will be arrested themselves. The judge will order,
or the mayor can order, or the governor can order
that local police, Chicago Police Department, or the Illinois State

(05:49):
Police literally can go right to the courthouse, you know,
sirens blaring, come on in and not arrest the MS
thirteen gang bangers. No, No, no, no, but literally arrest the
ICE agents and Customs and Border Protection agents on the spot. Now,

(06:09):
what if I says we have federal supremacy, which is
exactly what they're gonna say, we have the right to
arrest illegal aliens, especially if we happen to find them
when we go after certain people with a specific warrant
and we find others, you know, collateral as they're called.
So they start to resist the arrest from the police.

(06:35):
What happens then when both sides draw guns? What happens
when one shoots the other, or one side shoots the
other side, or the other side shoots the other side.
This is insanity a at a minimum, it's going to
wreak havoc. It is going to wreak anarchy. It is
going to wreak chaos. But now, what you're doing is

(06:57):
you're literally pitting local state law enforcement directly against federal
law enforcement. And you're basically giving now the green light
to these sanctuary city mayors and sanctuary city governors, sorry,
sanctuary state governors to start going after and hunting down

(07:19):
ICE agents looking for them to see have they do
they have a warrant? Woof they don't have a warrant
for this person arrest Ice on the spot. They're gonna
harass Ice. They're going to do everything in their power
to chase Ice out of their cities. They are going
to put them in handcuffs, they are going to they're

(07:39):
gonna provoke a massive confrontation. Now, let me make two
other points, and then I want to open it up
to the phone lines six one seven two six six,
sixty eight sixty eight, and I really would like to
start taking calls right away when we come back from
the break to these two points need to be said.

(08:02):
Number one, this is judicial tyranny. I mean this is
literally the definition of judicial tyranny. Not only is Judge
Cummings is ruling absolutely preposterous. It is dangerous, it is unconstitutional,
it is reckless. As I said, it's sowing violence. That's

(08:25):
what this is. It is deliberately now trying to undermine
and subvert not just ICE agents, but now have them
hunted down like dogs by local law enforcement and state
police and blue cities and blue states across the country,
setting up really a potential civil war, a shootout between

(08:50):
the federal government and these insurrection is blue states. That's
number one. But Furthermore, when you think about it, I've
never seen this before. This is how our judicial system
is supposed to work. It's how it's worked for hundreds
of years. You appoint a US attorney. I'm talking about

(09:11):
federal law now, hey, the president appoints US attorneys. US
attorneys then make criminal cases against defendants whatever. It could
even be a bad ice agent or a bad police officer,
it doesn't matter. And then you go to court and
there's a prosecutor and there's a defense attorney, and the

(09:36):
judge presides over the case, and the judge makes rulings
regarding the case, whether it's admissible, what's not admissible, whatever,
And then either the jury renders their ruling or the
judge himself renders the ruling guilty not guilty. Okay, I've
never seen this before. A judge now is ordering the

(10:00):
arrest of ice agents. He's now a prosecutor. He's now
the US attorney, a judge, literally, a judge now is
making cases against defendants. He's now the prosecutor, the US attorney,

(10:22):
the attorney general. So he's saying no, no, no, no,
you go after that ICE agent because I say so,
go after him. No, no, I don't care if he's
got trend of Aragua or MS thirteen. If I believe
they need they don't have a warrant, you go out
there and you arrest them. It'll destroy our entire legal system.

(10:44):
And I'm telling you our legal system you can't function
like this. Okay, outrageous decision. I don't even know what
to call it, to be honest, this is you want
to talk about judicial overreach, judicial tyranny. Really, the term
fascism is always being thrown around. This is a case
of judicial fascism. There's just no other way to put it.

(11:07):
So you have a US district judge, a federal judge,
Jeffrey Cummings appointed by you know, dementia, Joe the auto
pen who now has come out with an unbelievable ruling.
And you could tell this has Pritzker written all over it.
This has Brandon Johnson written all over it, This has

(11:30):
Antifa and the Democratic Party written all over it. This
is a hack judge who they have now put up
to try to foment even more chaos and possibly I
truly fear now violence. I'm sorry, but there's no other way.
And this is not an original opinion. On my part.

(11:52):
Steve Bannon, to his credit, has come out and said
the Democratic Democrats now are so thirsty for power, they
are so addicted to power, and the fact now that
they're losing power, and they know they're losing power, that
they would rather almost burn the country down if they
can't rule over it. And he also now fears that

(12:14):
they're doing everything in their power to try to foment
a civil war. And this is the most dangerous legal
precedent I've ever read in my entire life. So and
I'm going to agree to you the response from the
DOJ and from Pambondi's office directly, but just so, this judge,
Jeffrey Cummings has now ruled that ICE agents must be arrested.

(12:43):
Let me repeat that that they must be arrested if
they go to a courthouse in Cook County, Illinois, which
is his jurisdiction, this judge's jurisdiction, and if they arrest
an illegal alien without a specific warrant, and as ICE
agents are telling everybody who will listen, that's not how

(13:05):
our job works. We will go to a courthouse obviously
if there's a specific warrant, but often almost every time
you will find what's called collateral, in other words, collateral
numbers of illegal aliens. I mentioned the example. This is
a frequent example trender Aragua, MS thirteen. Some of these gangs,

(13:25):
they have a warrant for one of their leaders, he's
being released from the court or he's about to face
charges or whatever. They will go to the courthouse and arrest, detain,
arrest this MS thirteen leader. But he also has a
lot of his friends with him who are part of
MS thirteen, and they'll say, arrest them all. They're all

(13:47):
drug dealers, they're all part of this gang. They're all
illegal aliens. Many of them are murderers, rapists, child molesters,
drug traffickers, sex traffickers. What this judge is now saying
is if they literally do their job and enforce immigration
law and detain or arrest criminal illegal aliens in a courthouse,

(14:11):
that the local police in Cook County, which is going
to be the Chicago police and the state police, must go.
In fact, he's ordering them, and he will order them
should he find out about this, to go to that
courthouse and to arrest not the criminals, not the illegals,
not the MS thirteen gang bangers or the trend. There

(14:33):
are Ragua killers, but no ICE, literally Ice the ICE agents.
Now ICE has come back and said, if they put
a hand on us, we're going to hit back. We
don't care. I mean, if you know, law enforcement, no
law enforcement. We're not going to allow our people to

(14:55):
be arrested for literally doing their jobs. So what they're
desk trying to do is they're now trying to pit
local and state law enforcement against federal law enforcement, in
particular ICE and Customs in border protection. They want to shootout.
I'm telling you that's what they want. They want to shootout. Now,

(15:19):
what they're also doing is again this to me is
also very frightening what this judge is doing, and they're
doing it across the country. In this case, he's not alone.
They want to make courthouses de facto sanctuaries. If you're
an illegal and there's not a warrant out for you,

(15:41):
you could be an kidding. You could be a child molester,
you could be a serial rapist, you could be a
mass murderer, you could be the head of one of
these cartels. Whatever. You go to a courthouse, sit on
a bench, you know, drink some water, kickback, and Ice
can't touch you. Ice can unless there's a warrant. ICE

(16:03):
can't touch you. So now they're turning courthouses into safe
harbors and sanctuaries for illegals. Do you know how dangerous
that is to the witnesses who have to show up,
to the people who have to work at these courthouses,
to people who just attend these courthouses, that you're going

(16:26):
to allow so many criminal people to go into these
sanctuaries and basically allow them to stay there for as
long as they want. Now, one final point, and then
I'm going to take calls. Six one seven two six,
six sixty eight, sixty eight is the number. This is
what Pam Bondi directly wrote in response, quote, we aren't

(16:51):
some medieval kingdom. There are no legal sanctuaries where you
can hide and avoid the consequences for breaking the law.
Nothing in the constitution prohibits arresting a law breaker where
you find them. And she's one thousand percent correct. Police

(17:15):
officers arrest criminals and law breakers every day without a
specific warrant. They see them committing a criminal act, they
grab them. They see someone who they know is a
known murderer or whatever, a rapist or a drug dealer
or a burglar. They arrest them. That's what that's their job. Now,

(17:37):
what is really scary is that this judge is now saying,
I'm the prosecutor, I'm the US attorney Hell, I'm the
attorney general. I can now order local and state police
to arrest ice and Customs and Border Protection agents if

(17:59):
I don't like what they're doing. Six one seven two, six,
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay. Pritzker
now has welcomed this, I mean this bombshell ruling. I
think it's a negative bombshell. I think it's a destructive bombshell.
I think it's one of the worst rulings in the

(18:20):
history of our country. And it's got to be undone
very quickly or else we are in serious trouble. And
I'm choosing my words very very carefully. But Brandon Johnson,
now the crazy mayor of Chicago, has welcomed it. Pritzker
obviously is welcoming it. Gavin Newsom, Karen Bass in California, LA,

(18:41):
the people in Portlygan at Portland, the Oregon Governor Tina Kotek,
and the pro Antifa mayor Michelle Wu here in Boston,
says we need a ruling exactly like this for this city.
So what you're seeing now is these major centers of

(19:02):
the so called resistance to ICE, to Trump, to federal
law enforcement, to federal immigration enforcement, are now getting judges
to essentially declare not only that their cities should be
and states should be ICE free, ICE free zones, but

(19:23):
that now ICE agents should be arrested. And these judges
are usurping their authority by saying now they can order.
These judges can order, like a prosecutor, order them to
arrest Ice. They want to drive ICE out by pitting
the local and state police against them and the fear

(19:47):
that ICE now may go to jail six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight. So my questions
to you, double barreled number one, what should ICE do?
God forbid? And this is a very realistic, very possible scenario.

(20:08):
They're in a courthouse, they see multiple MS thirteen or
trend of Aragua gang bangers and drug and sex traffickers,
and they say, we're grabbing them all. That's our mission,
that's our job, that's what federal law tells us to do.
And then the local police shows up or the state
police with this ruling by the city. It's Judge Cummings

(20:32):
and they say, put your weapons down, hands behind your back,
we're arresting you. The ICE agents, what should ICE do?
What do you think they will do? And the bigger issue,
should ICE agents be arrested in courthouses across our country

(20:58):
if they arrest any eglelien without a specific warrant six
one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight, We've
just crossed another line. To me, it's clear now another line.
And that's why the Supreme Court and the DOJ they

(21:20):
have to step in. And I mean yesterday, not today, yesterday,
Paul in Wooburn, you're gonna kick us off. Paul, thanks
for holding and welcome.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Hi Jeff, thank you for taking my call, High pleasure.
This is insanity as far as I can see, I mean,
this is crazy. That judge, as far as I can see,
is treason. That's that's treason.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
Miss.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Seventy plus million people voted for this to come down
and happen with taking the worst of the worst. Now,
what burns my boat is the fact that where were
all these judges during the time they were taken Mothers
fab as, brothers, sisters off the streets for January sixth?

(22:04):
Where was the due justice for everyone that that happened to?
They put them in jail, they gave them. They couldn't
even see their they could even see their lawyers. And
where were all these judges then fighting for American citizens?
Here they are, They're turning around and they're protecting the
worst of the worst that have illegally crossed our borders.

(22:25):
I mean, how absurd and crazy has this world gotten?
Has this country gotten? I mean, do these judges even
know the law? And as far as I'm concerned, they
need to follow the money too. These judges are being
paid and something that nefarious is really really going wrong here,

(22:46):
and it's burning my bridges every time I turn on
this the fake news in the morning, because I watch
my enemies as well as keep your enemies, keep your
friends close and your enemies closer. I watched the Knitwitz
on Sunday. Uh, I watched you know, the crazy news
in the morning, which half of it isn't even real news,

(23:07):
but it's just oh, it's just burning my tista right
now that a judge can do this and like you said,
subvert the federal law, I mean, federal stumps them. And
wasn't a ruling already passed down by the Supreme Court
saying that these lower court judges can't do this.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
I don't get this, Jeff.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
It's just mentally ill.

Speaker 3 (23:34):
I mean that.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
No, you're right, Paul, you're on By the way, you're
on fire. I'm telling you you're on fire. It's more
than that. I wish it was just that. If it
was just that, I think we could deal with it.
Here's the problem, because you put your finger on it.
Follow the money. Now, Notice this is no accident. For
the last couple of weeks, if you've been following Prisker's

(23:55):
press conferences. And by the way, I'm going to play
some from yesterday. He yesterday was a doozy. Oh they've
now moved. They've crossed another line. And I'm gonna get
to that, I promise. Okay, But first things first. Pritzker,
now for the last couple of weeks, has been saying
he wants to arrest ICE agents. He keeps saying it
over and over and over. Ice needs to be arrested,

(24:17):
not these illegals. So if we you know, and there's
just the threat of arresting them. He says, well, keep
ice out of Chicago, keep ice out of Illinois. And
now the federal district judge for that exact specific area
that jurisdiction gives him the legal veneer to do this. No,

(24:38):
I don't believe in coincidences. I don't believe in coincidences. No,
I'm telling you what happened. They did it the Chicago way.
Pritzker told a staffer to make a phone call to
this judge and says, listen, my guy needs illegal fig leaf.
He needs something that he can hang his hat on

(25:01):
to go and tell the local police, the Chicago police,
or the state police to start arresting ICE agents at
courthouses all over the country. You gotta give me your ruling,
give me a ruling, because this ruling came out of
the blue. And furthermore, Paul, you're completely right. It violates

(25:22):
the Constitution, It subverts federal law. In fact, it subverts
the Supreme Court decision of the recent one that you
guys can't be doing this all the time. But it's
even worse than that. And I challenge any moon back,
any liberal, anybody show me where I'm wrong, because I mean,
this is where all the legal experts are weighing in.

(25:43):
Never in the history forget the United States, in the
history of Great Britain, because that's where our laws come from.
So in the history of Anglo American common law, we're
talking now, not two hundred and fifty years under our
Great Republic. I'm talking now with years going back to
the Magna Carta. Okay, so I'm talking about one thousand

(26:04):
freaking years. When has a judge had the power and
the authority to be a prosecutor, to be a US attorney,
to literally not preside over a case, not decide a case,
but literally say, I'm ordering you to arrest Jeff Kooner

(26:26):
or Paul in Wooburn on these charges that I'm drawing up.
I'm ordering you that. That's that's that's not what the
judges role is. That's not what judges do. That's not
their job, that's not their role. They don't have the
authority to do this. It's never been done before. So

(26:49):
you now have a judge who essentially is saying, I'm
the state attorney general. Hell, yeah, forget that, I'm the
federal I'm Pam Bondi, and I'm telling you that you
can now go and arrest ice agents if they arrest
any illegal without a specific warrant, even though they've been

(27:13):
I mean, this is going on for decades and decades
and decades and decades. It you know, collaterals as they
call them. Hey, you walk in, you've got an illegal
for a warrant. There are other people there who are
committing crimes or have committed crimes, and that happened to
be illegals. You scoop them all up. So he's not
just making up the law. He's giving himself power. He

(27:35):
doesn't have follow the money. Follow the money. This guy
could be disbarred for what he's done. And I want
to know the Chicago Way six one seven two six
x sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, a
lot of reaction lines are jammed. I'm going to go

(27:58):
to the phone lines very very quick. This is from
Andy on messenger Jeff. President Trump now needs to declare
the Insurrection Act. This is now the legal tool that
President Trump must use to take these corrupt Article three
judges completely out of the picture. You know, Andy, I

(28:20):
gotta tell you, I think Trump's been waiting for the
right moment. This could be it. Seriously, I'm with you.
After this ruling, I'd be like, no, no, sorry, what
You're going to start arresting ice agents at courthouses? No, no,

(28:40):
I'm declaring no, I'm invoking the Insurrection Act. I'm done.
This has gone on too much. Now, this has gone
on too long enough enough. So anyway, if Trump's people
are listening, you cannot let this judge. You cannot let
Pritzker or Johnson or Franklin. Now these insurrectionists get away

(29:01):
with this. Six one seven two sixty six, sixty eight
sixty eight. This is from Mark on Messenger, and again
he makes an absolutely excellent point. Jeff, I'm sorry, but
I have to say it. If no one else is
gonna say it, I will. If there are any law
enforcement people out there, whether you are state or local,

(29:25):
if you do what this judge tells you to do,
i e. Arrest ice agents, then you're a disgrace to
the uniform. You're a disgrace to the badge, and a
disgrace to good cops everywhere. And you should flat out
quit because you don't deserve to be a police officer

(29:46):
of any kind. And the same applies to all these
hack judges. I think now is time for law enforcement,
especially in places like Chicago, like Portlan, like La frankly,
like here in Boston, to start saying, look, I value

(30:07):
my job, I value my pension. I put a lot
of years in in my career. I'm not just going
to throw it away over nothing. But this is I'm
not going to do this. I'm not I'm not arresting
a fellow law enforcement officer. I'm not going to arrest
a federal law enforcement officer, and I'm certainly not going

(30:29):
to turn my gun on him. You're asking me to
do something that in good conscience I cannot do. It
violates my oath, it violates my conscience. Frankly, it violates
my my sense of decency. So you may want to
use us as pawns to start your revolution and to

(30:51):
start your insurrection and to start your civil war, but
we're not going to be party to this. Law enforcement
now has to start speaking out and say you can
order us till the cows come home. We're not going
to follow your unlawful orders. Agree, disagree? Six one seven

(31:14):
two six six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay,
let me let's go to Maria in Ludlow. Thanks for
holding Maria and welcome.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
Good morning, Jeffo.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
Are you I'm good? How are you Maria?

Speaker 4 (31:32):
Oh, jeff I am beyond wonderful.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
I heard some.

Speaker 4 (31:38):
Amazing news from my family in Portugal and I confirmed it.
And first of all, I think these judges bea in
America and all these governors and senators and the mayors,
whatever they are, they're breaking the law. They're breaking federal law.
All their rights should be taken away. Okay, and police

(32:01):
and police said are going to be told to arrest ice.
They need to remember in Chicago and all these little
sentuary cities, what these mayors, what these governors wanted to do,
defund the police. They didn't care about the police. Now
they want the police to do their dirty little work.

(32:24):
So they need to remember they need to be on
the right side of the law because if they do
indeed arrest ICE agents, which I don't think they will,
they will be breaking federal laws and their power should
be taken away. Their badges should be taken away. But
I wanted to tell you the great amazing news. I

(32:45):
am so proud beyond words of being Portuguese and of
my home country. Let me just tell you they've passed
a law yesterday Portugal said enough was all the Sharia,
with all the I'm not going to say it in
English chefs, but the women from Bootlam what they wear on.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
Top of their heads, yeah, that's that's the huge job
is the one that just covers their hair. The burka
is the one that covers them from head to toe.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
Both of those so Portugal parliament a Portugal pass the
law yesterday saying that it against the law for them
to be wearing that it is against the law for
them to be praying. In published they words were, if
you are coming to Portugal, you have to accustom yourself

(33:40):
to our culture. Do you have to obey by our rules,
by our laws. If you do not like it here,
you can lead, because if it's so bad in your country,
don't come to our country and ruin it. It is
against the law. That passed the law yesterday. It was
chef kits my family telling me this, and me like

(34:01):
going and looking it up. Portugal is not vending for anybody.
They have their laws, they have their rules. If you
don't like it, please and they are deporting people. And
if the husband makes their wife's wear their birthas or
whatever they call it, on top of their heads. They
will be automatically sent to jail for three years and deported.

(34:22):
They're done kissing everybody's behind. They have their laws, they
have their cultures, and they're not putting Portuguese citizens. Second,
they're taking care of their people. They are not letting
nobody ruin their country. They've had enough enough enough. You
don't like it, get out, Maria.

Speaker 1 (34:44):
I gotta tell you, thank you so much, honestly for
calling in and for telling us this. Are points about
that Judge are dead on. But you're completely right about
what Portugal has done, and we need to follow that.
Every European country should follow what Portugal is done, and
the United States should follow what Portugal is done. To me,

(35:05):
Portugal is frankly in many ways, and I'm not just
saying that to stroke your ego or because you're of
Portuguese descent. My wonderful wife and daughter went to Portugal
this summer. They spent ten days. She has a friend
in Italy. Long story shorter. They've been friends for decades
and they always meet up once a year, and her
friend lives in Italy, so usually they'll meet up in

(35:27):
some other European country, you know. Last year was France
and anyway, so this year was Portugal. My wife went
to Lisbon. My wife went to the coast. She fell
in love with Portugal, both she and my daughter. She
loves the Portuguese people. She said, Portuguese fish, that the

(35:48):
seafood in Portugal is the best in Europe. It's the best,
probably in the world. She said, by far, the best
in Europe. That the Portuguese people are the nicest, kindest,
most civilized people you will ever meet. My wife is
My wife wants me to go with her. She wants
to go back, and she's saying, Jeff, you've got to

(36:10):
come with me. And now what they've just passed with
this law, I can see why Portugal now was really starting.
And by the way, tons of tourists and you should
know this, Maria, obviously, tons of expats. There's something like
a million Brits and Americans who live in Portugal because
they say it's just so wonderful, the quality of life,

(36:33):
the people, the food, the weather, the beaches, the water,
the just everything. So it's Portugal is really starting to
come into its own now. So and this to me,
they're now a trailblazer for the rest of Europe and
the rest of the West. I agree with the Portuguese

(36:53):
government on this one thousand percent. Maria, thank you very
much for that call. Dave in Wakefield, Thanks for holding Dave,
and welcome Dave. I think is listening to uh, I

(37:15):
don't know. Yeah, Dave put us on hold. I don't
know what station he's listening to or whatever. But now
Dave is done with the topic. Let's go to Bob
in Plymouth. Thanks for holding Bob and welcome.

Speaker 5 (37:32):
Good morning, Jeff.

Speaker 2 (37:33):
How are you.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
I'm good, How are you, Bob?

Speaker 5 (37:35):
You know, everything I called for has already been said.
The judge should be arrested and any police officer that
follows this order should be ashamed of himself. I can't imagine.
I know a lot of cops. I don't think anyone
will want to do this.

Speaker 1 (37:52):
Well, I hope not, you know, I really really hope not.
And to me, the fact that they're trying to push
him and autumn and order them and now clearly and
I thought Maria made an excellent point. You know, this
is the same Brandon Johnson that keeps calling the police
a bunch of racists. You know that mayor, the crazy

(38:13):
mayor in Chicago. This is literally the exact same crowd
that says, you know, defund the police. This is Pritzker
who has been bashing the police NonStop. Now you're gonna
call on them to turn their guns and their handcuffs
on ICE agents. I hope the Chicago police and the sheriff,

(38:36):
the local sheriff's department realize they don't have your back.
They they've been gunning for these police officers for god
knows how many years since Black Lives Matter. So I
hope they realize Trump is their friend. It's not Pritzker
and Johnson and this judge Cummings. But it's clear. The

(38:58):
scary part, Bob, is it's such now a naked attempt
to sow chaos, to sew violence, to turn law enforcement
against each other. What they really want, Bob, let me
state it as clearly as I can. Okay, let's put
our cards on the table. As the Germans would say,

(39:21):
they want to start a war. What they want is
a blood bath. They're hoping that they'll send some police
to arrest Ice and some hothead, whether it's going to
be an Ice hothead or a local police hothead discharges
his firearm and there's a shootout and there's a massacre,

(39:42):
and then they can blame it on Trump, and then
they can send all of their Antifa thugs and BLM
thugs and turn it again into the Summer of Love,
the George Floyd Riots two point zero and start burning
city after city and rioting. And that's what they want.
And they're doing everything in their power to keep pushing

(40:04):
it and pushing it and pushing it and pushing it.
And honestly, Bob, I've never seen anything so incendiary, so inflammatory,
constitutionally so insane. This is so illegal it's not even funny.
And I got to tell you this, Bob, I'm going
to read a text that to me, I think just

(40:26):
sums it up. There is no legal basis whatsoever for
this decision. Really, it's as if he got to look,
he might as well have just said, I am ordering
the President to get into a space shuttle and go
to the Moon, and be like, what on Batsno, that's

(40:49):
my ruling. I'm ordering you get your ass out of
the Oval Office. I want you on a spaceship I
know today, and I want you blasted off to the
moon and that's it. We're getting rid of you like
that's you'd be like cuckoo. You know, we we you know,

(41:10):
lock this guy up, put him in a padded cell.
It's an outrageous decision, but it's the decision that Pritzker
and Johnson wanted and that's why he gave it. And
I'm telling you there's something you can feel it. These
protests that we saw, these No Kings protests, it's all
coming out. Now. This wasn't organic, it was all AstroTurf.

(41:33):
They were all paid. Most of these protesters were paid.
The signs were paid. Everything was paid. Their buses to
put to take a drive him in, paid, their meals paid.
Everything is paid. So there are people now pulling strings
to subvert and sabotage the Trump presidency and frankly the

(41:56):
country from within. I mean, it's so obvious. Pritsker is
going on for weeks Ice agents need to be arrested,
and suddenly now a judge gives him a ruling on
a silver platter, so he can now make the orders
to have Ice arrested. No, no, I want to see

(42:18):
his I want to see Judge Cummings bank account. I
want to see his bank account because I'm telling you
money changed hands. I guarantee it, Bob, thank you very
much for that call. Six one seven two sixty six,
sixty eight, sixty eight. Okay, very quickly, this is from
six' oh, Three. Jeff here is my. Question under what

(42:42):
authority and more, specifically under what law has this judge
made this? Ruling this is? It this is the. Question
he's right or? Whatever six oh three is?

Speaker 3 (42:53):
Right?

Speaker 1 (42:54):
None. NONE i have news for this communist. Judge and
make no, mistake most of these leftist activist judges start
out belonging to communist organizations and that's why they're. Selected
BUT i have news for. Him in The United, states
under our form of, government judges do not make. Law

(43:23):
that's called, addictistocracy where judges have the power to make
laws and direct government. Bureaucracy we have a representative constitutional
republic where law is only made By congress and ice
agents are currently enforcing those laws that are already on the.

(43:46):
Books these communist judges need to be made an example.
Of they need to be removed from the bench and
in some, cases prosecuted for defying establish. Law if this is,
done and there is personal cost and, consequence for these.

(44:07):
Judges this line of offense against our republic will come
to a. STOP i love it SIX zh, THREE i love.
It you hit the nail on the. Head The Supreme
court now must step in immediately and shoot this ruling
down and really slam this, JUDGE i mean legally embarrass,

(44:28):
him And PAM bondi has to, say you gotta. Go
this judge has to be removed from the. Bench and
once you're removed from the, bench we're going to prosecute
you for abusing your power and literally trying to foment
violence and civil. War this is so beyond the, pale

(44:51):
it's beyond. Unacceptable, agree, Disagree john In, lowell thanks for Holding,
john and welcome.

Speaker 3 (45:00):
You know some King, jeff where are the? Bettings i'm
calling for, Behettings jeff in the town? Square where's the town?
Crier are you kidding?

Speaker 5 (45:10):
Me?

Speaker 3 (45:11):
Jeff you said this is the most disturbing legal. President
it's not a legal. President it's in a legal. Precedent and,
no it's already been ruled. On we already know. This
we don't need The Supreme court, Again. Jeff my conspiratorial
mind is going. Out if there's not enough a momentum. Foil,
okay there's not enough tenfoil in the. World if the

(45:33):
rest of these, governors, mayors, judges anyone you know wanting
this or doing, THIS i can only Presume, jet the
worst they would be in duped and they want. This
this should have been done months. Ago what is going, On,

(45:56):
Jeff it's real, simple all the whole things. True cut
off the head of the. Snake the body will die.
Too enough's, Enough there's no more. Waiting this isn't even
five percent of the country that wants to. Stobbage. Jeff
the people are behind. You if you're Listening trump, administration

(46:18):
we're behind. You enough is. Enough get off the turrow
at or you know, What.

Speaker 1 (46:27):
John cut off the head of the. SNAKE i agree with.
You who's the, Head?

Speaker 3 (46:34):
Jeff at this, point it's anyone that's doing. This the
government is the head of the. State the mayor's the
head of the, city but the president is the head
of the. Country and he was, Elected, jeff he. Wasn't Oh, God,
Jeff i'm aside myself. Lately it's the head of the,

(46:56):
snake Is. Jeff The New world doing a people that want,
this whatever they, are whoever they are behind the. Scenes,
yeah you know, what all, right let's not cut off
the head of the. Snake let's take out the pawns.
First that's how you get the kings behind the scenes to.
Fall the governance are the, ponds the mayors of the

(47:19):
ponds and teases the. Pawns take them.

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Down, oh you're dead, on you're dead, On, John look to,
me It's. Obama he's the head of the. Snake and
Behind obama Stands George. Soros not the only. One there's.
Others There's Bill. GATES i could go. On these are very,
powerful very, wealthy left wing billionaires who have made no
you know ifans or, butts no bones about. It they

(47:46):
want a new world. Order they want one world, government
they want A they Want china to now be the
next superpower of the. World they are ultimately communists at.
Heartmaniacs they truly believe Their god or god Like And
america stands in their. Way america stands in the way

(48:07):
of the New world. Order america stands in the way
Of china's preeminence in the. World america stands in the
way of globalism of everything that they want to. Achieve
and that's why And trump obviously is the, key AND
maga is the base that supports. Him and that's why
now they're using these, pawns as you rightly call, them

(48:30):
to go after, here not just The trump, administration but
to literally subvert and destroy and burn our country down from.
Within that's their. Goal and that's Why i'm really urging The.
President you've got to now invoke The Insurrection. Act if

(48:51):
they're going to start ARRESTING ice, agents you've got to
do it, now or you, KNOW i don't, care go
to The Supreme. Court we want a ruling on, this
like by the end of. Today LIKE i don't care
how you do, it but this cannot stand because once
they start ARRESTING ice, Agents i'm telling, you all bets are.

(49:12):
Off so they you, know this is, It they're making their.
Move six one. Seven thank you very much for that, Call,
john as always excellent. Call six one, seven two, six
six sixty, eight sixty eight is the. Number, Uh AND
i agree With. JOHN i don't even think it's five
percent anymore that want. This i'm telling you this is

(49:34):
no longer even eighty, twenty this is not even ninety.

Speaker 3 (49:37):
