Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Coon Air contrary. Okay, my friends, we have
touched on this story now a few times over the
past several weeks, but now it is culminating into a
full blown scandal. And I've got to tell you, this
scandal now threatens to shake the very foundations of the

(00:23):
prior Biden regime and of the entire establishment in Washington.
And you can now see for the first time there
is real palpable fear, fear among many politicians, among the media,
among the bureaucracy, and of course among the deep state.

(00:45):
And here it is the Biden auto pen scandal. As
you know, we talked about this a few weeks ago,
there is now a growing, growing scandal. Well now it
has broken wide open in which it was discovered by
multiple media outlets, and in particular I want to give

(01:06):
a big hat tip to the New York Post. Like
the Hunter Biden laptop, they are now driving this story
and they are now it's bombshell after bombshell after bombshell.
It appears now from the overwhelming amount of evidence that

(01:28):
Joe Biden senile suffering from serious cognitive decline, with a
staff that kept covering up for him, and a media
that went on for years and years, in fact, signed
executive orders, signed official papers, signed pardons using an autopen.

(01:55):
And it now appears that this autopen was used by
his aids. In fact, it's now almost conclusive that it
was used by his aids. And for those of you
that don't know autopen, and it's been used for decades now,
it's nothing new. It is a machine that replicates a

(02:16):
president's signature and then you can use it to put
it on numerous documents. Now, in and of itself, there
is nothing wrong with using an autopen. I'll give you
just a clear example. A president or even senators members
of Congress use autopen signatures. You have thousands of Christmas

(02:36):
cards to send out as an example, it's just part
of your job. Well, you're not going to sit there
for hours and hours and hours and hours signing every
Christmas card. You use an autopen. There are all sorts
of other things that people do, form letters, donation, letters
for money, whatever. You can't sign every single paper. So yes,

(03:01):
there is a use, a legitimate use for the autopen function. Yes,
But when it comes to issuing pardons, when it comes
to signing pieces of legislation, when it comes to issuing
executive orders. You don't use autopens. That's number one and

(03:24):
number two. If you're going to use the autopen, you
have to know what you're signing. You have to be
understand that what this pardon is for. Have you been
explained the pardon, who's getting the pardon, why the pardon
is being issued. The problem with Joe Biden is that,

(03:47):
and this is why the scandal is now breaking wide open,
is that Joe Biden was senile. Joe Biden in many cases,
had no idea that pardons were being He had no
idea most of the stuff the executive orders that they
just put his signature on because he was non compass

(04:10):
meant this He wasn't right in the head. And so
now it is coming out. According to Steve Nelson in
The New York Post, corroborated now by other reporters and
other media outlets, that Biden's staff, particularly several key aides,

(04:31):
essentially acted as the de facto president of the United States.
A criminal cabal, knowing the president's senility, then usurped his
power and began to pose as the President of the
United States by using the auto pen signature and in

(04:53):
particular as Trump has now said on truth social the
use of the autopen and this to me is unbelievable.
I had no idea Biden had done this to the
entire januine remember those preemptive pardons that he issued, those

(05:13):
outrageous pardons to Mark Millie, to Liz Cheney, to Tony Fauci,
to the entire January sixth Unselect Committee. All of this
was done using an auto pen. And not only was
it done using an auto pen. Listen to this, but
apparently there were two, not one, two autopen signatures. That's

(05:38):
how lazy, that's how sloppy they were at the White House.
So you had autopen signature, a auto pen signature b
and they just were interchanging both of them. In one
brazen case where six pardons were issued to criminals in

(06:00):
which they state that the pardon was issued in Washington,
DC at that very moment. We have him on tape,
we have him on video, We have the whole thing
in front of our eyes. Joe Biden. Forget not being
in Washington. Joe Biden was in the Virgin Islands in

(06:20):
Saint Croix golfing. He was golfing and partying in Saint
Croix when he was supposed to be issuing a pardon
for six criminals, because that's his freaking signature now in
plain English. Well, Jeff, okay, what does that mean? Here

(06:40):
is exactly what it means. President Trump went on truth
Social two nights ago and now saying, because these pardons
were given via an auto pen, that they are now
null and void. Quote. The pardons that sleepy Joe Biden

(07:03):
gave to the unselect committee of political thugs and many
others are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further
force or effect because of the fact that they were
done by autopen. He then goes on to say, in
other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but more importantly,

(07:29):
he did not know anything about them. The necessary pardoning
documents were not explained to him or approved by Biden.
He knew nothing about them. And the people that did
may have committed a crime. That's the only quibble I
have with his true Social post, not may they committed

(07:51):
a crime. There's no question you're abusing the autopen. You're
signing on behalf of the president knowing you have a
man that is senile who doesn't understand what's being done,
what's being done in his name, what's being approved in
his name, what's being authorized in his name. This is

(08:15):
not just elder abuse, that's the least of the crimes.
This is literally treason and sedition at the highest level.
They were acting on behalf of the president, usurping the
president's power, and so according now to Trump, therefore this

(08:36):
is what he finishes. Those on the Unselect Committee who
destroyed and deleted all evidence obtained during their two year
witch hunt of me and many other innocent people should
fully understand that they are now subject to investigation at
the highest level. In plain English, if the pardons were illegitimate,

(09:03):
and it's now clear that they were, then Liz Cheney's
pardon is null and void. Fauci's pardon null and void,
Millie's pardon null and void. The entire January sixth Committee
null and void. Hunter Biden's pardon. Can you believe it

(09:24):
he used an autopen for that as well? Null and void.
All of those preemptive pardons, yeah, or someone used it exactly,
are null and void. The executive orders null and void.

(09:45):
The judges that he appointed using auto pen null and void.
This can bring down the entire Biden regime. And the
entire deep state, because it will mean that his presidency
was completely illegitimate. And here is the problem, and this

(10:06):
is now the reckoning, and it is a political reckoning.
Not only did Joe Biden steal the twenty or his
people around him stole the twenty twenty election, but they
installed a puppet president. They installed someone who clearly lacked
the mental faculties, the cognitive ability to function as the

(10:32):
president of the United States. This is a man who
was at press conferences calling out to dead reporters, who
was caught repeatedly on camera shaking hands with ghosts, literally
with the air. This is a man who didn't know

(10:54):
where he was half the time. He had no idea
what he was doing. Hey, listen now to President Trump.
He is clearly driving this Biden autopen scandal, and it
is it's a massive, frankly grotesque abuse of power. The
evidence is now there. There's no question the autopen was

(11:16):
used repeatedly. In fact, listen to this. The only time
he actually signed something in his own handwriting, you know,
actually using ink, real ink, was when he made his
decision to drop out of the twenty twenty four presidential race.
That's the only time he ever used his own actual signature,

(11:43):
So basically his entire presidency was on autopilot and his
staff were signing I'm not talking Christmas cards, I'm not
talking donation letters, which, as I said, that happens. That's
you know, there's so many of it. You can't do
it yourself. But what you don't do, and this is

(12:04):
Trump's point, He goes, I've never signed an executive order
using an auto pen. What are you crazy. It's disrespectful
to the office, it's disrespectful to the American people. I
don't sign pardons just on auto pen. Yeah yeah, yeah,
let's some staffer, yeah yeah, just slap my signature to it.
As he said, for example, when you get a pardon

(12:27):
or even an executive order, your aids come and they
give you all the you know, they give you the documents,
and they expressly tell you this pardon or this executive
order is for X, Y and Z, and the reason
why we need this is because of ABC. It is
clearly explained to you why it's needed, why you should

(12:52):
approve it, that you want it to be approved, and
then mister President, please sign your signature. None of this
ever happened with Joey listen now to President Trump after
his truth social post this story exploded. He was on

(13:15):
Air Force one and a reporter asked them, so are
you saying now that all of Biden's pardons, maybe even
all of his executive orders everything, it's all now null.
It's all null and void. Trump, Yes, Roll cut one, Mike.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
So I'm on the mining A lot of them are
those executive orders and those partians.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
From the president now Nolan void, I think.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
So it's not my decision that'll be up to a
good but I would say that the dullen because I'm
sure Biden didn't have any idea that it would take
you place and somebody who was using an aopad to
say off and to give pardons to as an example,
just one example, but the Jay six un Select Committee,

(14:09):
they gave think of it, they gave bart a pen.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
I don't think Biden knew anything about it, Bigo.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
They were just signing stuff and he had no idea
what the hell was being done because you had a
senile president and his By the way, Jill Biden has
now confided that Joe Biden suffered serious cognitive decline and
they kept covering up for him. It's all coming out,

(14:38):
even the liberal media. Now you've got fake Tapper, Jake
Tapper on CNN is putting his name to a book
by a liberal reporter Axios called Original Sin, in which
they're openly admitting that Biden was non compassmentus, that mentally
he was gone gone suffering from sin, any constant mental lapses,

(15:03):
and that the entire press corps knew about it, and
that they systematically covered it up. So, as Trump said, yeah,
they're null and void. Now he says a court's going
to have to make an official ruling, But he says,
what's now being triggered by this is the Department of Justice,

(15:23):
the FBI now must investigate Liz Cheney and Fauci and
Millie and the J six Committee and Hunter Biden and
all of those people who got these pardons, because it
now looks like these pardons, as Trump said, are going
to be null and void, no longer in effect, no

(15:43):
longer in force. And not just that, which of the
key staffers were abusing the auto pen system. Now there
is a name that's being bandied about. I'm going to
get to that later. But the question now is how
rampant was this abuse, who had this power, who exercised

(16:07):
this power in the president's name. Listen now to President
Trump saying, we had a president who clearly wasn't able
to function, and that led to a massive cover up,
and now we're finding out his entire presidency was illegitimate.

(16:29):
Roll cut one a Mike.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
What they did is they deleted and destroyed all of
the information that took them over a year to get.
And the reason they did that is because the information
was very incriminating about them, like Nancy Pelosi who has
determined conclusively that she knew about ten thousand soldiers and
turned it down. And if we used five hundred soldiers,

(16:55):
you would add, no rum that love ten thousand.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
The young lady that said and.

Speaker 4 (17:01):
I granted his powerful young secret service agents by the
neck the book.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
You know, that was a big hook.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
It was a lie, and she admitted it, and they
deleted everything. So you know what they did is script.
I think we're back to the land.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
So he was saying, we're back to that in other words,
what he's talking about, and we talked about it extensively
on the show. The so called J six Select Committee,
which Trump likes to call the Unselect committee now gathered
a lot, a massive amount of evidence over two years.
Yet what they also gathered was evidence that clearly exonerated Trump,

(17:41):
and they knew it exonerated Trump. One of them was
they had smoking gun evidence that Pelosi repeatedly was asked
to deploy ten thousand National Guard troops for January sixth,
request denied. She was the one that turned it down,
and she turned it down knowing that there could be

(18:01):
a possibility of violence. They destroyed all of that evidence.
Cassidy Hutchinson who lied that Trump somehow James Bond style
wanted to drive to the Capitol to egg on the insurrection,
and that he ran into his car and started to
physically fight with Secret Service agents trying to grab the

(18:23):
wheel of the limo of the Beast so he could
take it all the way to the Capitol. She lied,
She made the whole story up. She admitted to it.
They destroyed that evidence. So what Trump is now saying
is these autopen pardons, they thought they were in the clear.
Now they're no longer in the clear. They're no longer

(18:46):
in the clear. Now these pardons are going to be annulled,
and they're going to be reinvestigated, and as he put it,
now their crimes are now going to be held possible,
god willing accountable. So my question to you double barreled question,

(19:08):
do you believe that Biden had any idea what was
being done in his name using an autopen? And Number two,
will anything come of this massive scandal? Will heads roll?
Will people be held accountable? Will staffers go to jail

(19:30):
those that abuse the autopen? Trump would not be saying
any of this unless he did not have not one
hundred but one thousand percent certainty. And you've got other
media outlets now that are corroborating and confirming almost everything
that Trump is now alleging. So the question now is
do the Republicans, and in particular does the Department of

(19:52):
Justice and the FBI. We're going to really see now
what cash Ptel, Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi are made of.
Do they now have the guts, the drive the backbone,
forgive me the cohonis, as the Spanish would say, to
drive this scandal and really break it completely wide open.

(20:14):
I want to play before I get to the poll.
Question of the day. The media was trying to pounce
all over Caroline Levitt yesterday at the press conference. This
was the biggest story by far. So they are saying, well,
what do you mean is it wrong to use the
auto pen Presidents? I've been using the autopen for decades.

(20:35):
And she said, no, let me tell you exactly what
this scandal is about. Here it is in a nutshell.
I think she absolutely nailed it. This is Caroline Levitt
to CNN's Caitlin Collins. Roll cut to Mike.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
Attorneys here at the White House told President Trump that
he is the legal authority to undo a pardoned simply.

Speaker 1 (21:01):
Because it was signed by auto pen.

Speaker 5 (21:02):
As he said, the President was begging the question that
I think a lot of journalists in this room should
be asking about whether or not the former president of
the United States, who I think we can all finally agree,
was cognitively impaired. I know it took people some time
to finally admit that, but we all know that to
be true, as evidence by his disastrous debate performance against

(21:23):
President Trump during the campaign. I digress on that, but
the President was raising the point that did the president
even know about these pardons? Was his legal signature used
without his consent or knowledge?

Speaker 1 (21:37):
Well, there you go, see that's that's what's now. You know,
that's you know, karma z abe as they say, And
that's what's now biting not just Biden, not just a
previous administration, but the entire establishment and the media as
in particular. You installed a senile buffoon in the White House,

(22:00):
and for four years he was senile, and his decline
got worse and worse and worse, and so they had
to cover it up more and more and more, and
you lied more and more and more, and so you
began to have aids essentially a criminal cabal acting pretending

(22:23):
to be president and putting his signature to a whole
host of things that this guy had no clue what
was going on. So, yes, if the president was senile
and he's issuing pardons with an autopen or his staff is,
of course, the pardons are null and void. The executive

(22:44):
orders are null and void. His judicial appointments are null void.
Even the legislation that he signed is null void. In
other words, it's the what Trump That's why I said,
he's declared war against the deep state. This is war.
They're going to war. In other words, he can overturn

(23:07):
the entire past four years, the whole thing will come
crashing down and will be unraveling. That's why they're ferociously
now trying to defend Biden and defend the use of
the autopen. The media knows this, so I want to
ask you. It is the Kooner Country Pole Question of

(23:29):
the Day sponsored by Marios Marios Quality Roofing, Siding and Windows.
Do you believe that the auto pen signatures that were
used for the pardons for executive orders under Joe Biden?

(23:51):
Did Biden know that the auto pen was being used
on his behalf? There no question now that they I mean,
ninety nine point nine nine nine percent under Biden was
signed by autopen, which is unprecedented, unheard of, unheard of.

(24:12):
They use autopen, but not at that level, not at
that scale. Did Biden? Was he aware of what the
auto pen signatures were signing? A yes, b know And
this is the heart of the scandal. What did Biden

(24:34):
know or did he know anything? That's the key? Now,
what did he know or did he know anything? I'm
a bee if this guy is golfing in Saint Croixt
in the Virgin Islands and they're giving pardons to six
hardened criminals, saying this was being done in Washington, DC

(24:58):
and this guy is, you know, partying it up in
Saint Croix. No, he had no idea what the hell
was being done in his name. It's pretty obvious, but
that's me I want to hear from you. You can

(25:21):
and as in national Er. You can also vote via X.
I was again very active on X last night talking
about this scandal and others. My handle there if you
want to vote on X and it's all one word
at the cooner report k u h n as in

(25:42):
national Er, Steve in Whitman, Thanks for holding Steve, and welcome.

Speaker 6 (25:49):
Just good morning. How are you doing?

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Very very good, Steve. I've been waiting for this scandal
to break now for a long time, and I want
to congrat Trump for having the guts to make it public,
for revealing it, and for exposing it.

Speaker 6 (26:08):
My heart felt to you and your family is the
loss of your thoughts.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
Thank you, Thank you, Steve. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Speaker 6 (26:14):
One of the people I followed, if I could say,
his name, is Alan Dershowitz on YouTube yes, and he
had a really good video last night on this particular subject.
He was saying that in the Constitution, the president for
laws and bills he shall sign, meaning he has to
do it. However, when it comes to pardons, it's different

(26:37):
because it doesn't say that he has to sign it.
He can literally say part of the guy in use
the auto pen. So it's really tough to prove that
he didn't give the Okay, I mean, I believe I'm
with you, I McBee. However, it's really hard to say
that he didn't give the order. And there's nothing in
the Constitution that he has to sign it. Just like Trump,

(26:58):
our president could say I write that these documents are CLASSIFA.
He could just say it. The president could just say
I pardon him, not even writing it down. So that's
the real tricky part. Now, if he signed a law
or a bill like the Inflation and Reduction Acts, he
didn't actually sign that US autopen, then that's no employed.

(27:19):
It's really tricky to find out what legally constitutional whise
the president has to sign, like a judge or something
like that. Can't he use an autopen for Steve.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
No no, Steve No, I hear you and I'm very
well aware of Derschwitz's position, and I have to say, Steve,
you articulated his position extremely well. Look, they got many problems.
The executive orders were signed by autopen. That's that's going
to be big trouble. Now, the judges that he appointed
auto pen, big trouble. The legislation autopen, big trouble. Now,

(27:52):
you're right on the pardons, it could be more of
a gray area. But this I'm just going by what
my sources are telling me. What Pam Bondi, Cash Patel,
and Dan Bongino are now presenting to President Trump is
they want to issue a subpoena to Joe Biden. We'll
see if they actually do it, but this is the plan,

(28:12):
and put him under oath and just ask him a
very simple question, did you pardon X, Y and Z?
And it? Can he even remember who he pardoned? And
I'm telling you he won't even be able to remember
who he pardoned. He's going to have no idea. They're
going to give him name after name after name after name,

(28:37):
and he'll have no idea who he pardoned or why
he pardoned them. Jeff Kuoner, Boston's bulldozer. He now is
saying essentially that the entire Biden presidency is null and void.
I mean that's, you know, not to put too fine
a point on it, but that's essentially what he's now
getting at. And look, there is a a bombshell story.

(29:01):
It's by Steven Nelson in the New York Post. It's
now been corroborated by other media outlets. To say that
it's devastating is an understatement. The New York Post has
Biden's staffers admitting that Biden was gone for most of

(29:22):
his presidency. I mean not just physically gone, mentally gone,
that as they put it, we were dealing at times
with the quote unquote mental vegetable, that he didn't know
whether he was coming or going, and that in particular,
there was one staff aide and the name is remaining anonymous,
although it appears that we know who that person is.

(29:44):
I'm going to get to that later. Who was the
one that everyone said was the real president. This person
was the one with the auto pen signature and she
decided what ultimately Biden was going to sign and not sign.
And that furthermore, that they would have Biden sitting there,

(30:07):
He's staring into outer space, and they would just put
stuff in front of him, and he'd be looking like
all lost, and they go, okay, you want to sign it, right,
and then bang autopen next, Okay, we're going to do
this right, Okay, yeah, yeah yeah, and he's like he's
off in outer space. He's you know, he's he's got
the thousand yards stare. Bang they put in the autopen,

(30:32):
and they're now talking saying that they thought this was
blatantly illegal, unconstitutional, that they were taking in fact, the
term that they used was elder abuse, that they were
taking advantage of Joe Biden's obvious sinility, an obvious advanced
mental and cognitive degradation decline, and that in fact, they

(30:57):
were imposing their agenda onto the country, people who they
wanted pardoned, executive orders that they wanted to be put
in place, judges that they wanted to be appointed, and
that essentially Biden was almost like a hostage, not as

(31:19):
in a victim way, but like a figurehead who had
no clue what was going on. Now. If you listen
to Trump, Trump would not say this unless he was
one thousand percent certain. He said, look, I done pardons
over and over, I've done executive orders. He signs them
on television. You see him going in one after another.

(31:41):
Don't take my word for it. Go on YouTube. Just
click in Trump's signing executive orders. Steven Miller or some
whatever as chief of staff Susie Wiles or the deputy
Steven Miller, the deputy chief of staff will hold up
a piece of paper to the President and say, Okay,
this is the executive order. It will do X, Y

(32:03):
and Z because we need to do this due to A,
B and C. In other words, here's what it's gonna do.
Here are the reasons why we need to do this.
Do you understand this, mister president? Yup? And then it's
put in front of him, and then Trump signs with
a pen on a pardon. It's the same thing. We're

(32:23):
gonna pardon whatever this person for this crime. And the
reason why we're pardoning this person is because of this.
Do you understand, mister president? Of course, thank you you
put in front of the desk he signs. Trump is
saying they never explained to him, Biden, what the pardons

(32:45):
were for, why they were approved, what the reasons were.
It was just auto signature, autopen, autopen, autopen. Sometimes it
was auto pen and this guy is, you know, in Delaware.
This guy's golfing in in the Virgin Islands, this guy's
on a beach. And it's not just pardons, it's judgeships,

(33:11):
it's executive orders, it's key pieces of legislation. Now, if
this turns out it's true, but if they can prove it,
and there are staffers now that are willing to talk
because they're talking to media and they're talking to the
New York Post. They're certainly talking to Steve Nelson than

(33:32):
my friends have. I'm you're talking about the mother of
all scandals. And it goes back to the four years.
And this was the original sin to copy the title
of Jake Tapper's book. It's not that the media covered
up for Joe Biden, that's a given. It's that they
installed a senile shadow shell of a man in the

(33:59):
White House for four years. And this has been Trump's
point now for years. He says, does he realize we're
going to go to war with Russia? Does he realize
what he's doing in Ukraine? Does he realize we're risking
World War three? Does he fully comprehend we're being overrun

(34:19):
by illegal aliens, including trend of Aragua, MS thirteen terrorists
are coming in. Does he fully realize does he understand
how bad the inflation crisis is. It's like this, This
guy is in a bubble, shielded and protected by his wife,
his degenerate family, These criminalist, criminal cabal, these aids who

(34:44):
are really pulling the strings behind the scenes. Now, if
you start putting these people under oath and they start talking,
this whole house of cards is going to come crashing down.
Liz Cheney is going to be in big trouble. Fauci
is gonna go down, Millie is gonna go down. The

(35:08):
J sixers are gonna go down. Hunter Biden is gonna
go down. They don't have that ridiculous preemptive pardon anymore
to protect them. The judgeships are null and void, the
executive orders are null and void. Maybe even his legislation
is null and void. The whole presidency now could potentially

(35:31):
be overturned. Six one seven two six, six sixty eight
sixty eight is the number Tony in Quinsy, thanks for
holding Tony, and welcome.

Speaker 7 (35:46):
Jeff. Jeff. So let me just shout out by saying, uh,
you know, vam Bond he needs to get off the
dime I'm find I think going on with Biden, if
they do call him in to question them in Congress,
they need to sprinkle in some guys that were not
hard to trip them off. But moreover, if they go

(36:09):
to court, and what they should be doing is playing
the hurricpe. Okay, you bring that in, you play it now,
two things will happen. One is they'll say, yeah, he
was incompetent. What if the court say he is competent,
then you can get him on the illegal documents.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Oh, Tony, that's a really good point. And look, that's
why I think that her special report now is going
to play a major role. With the time, we thought
it was almost like a cheap cop out, like he
you know, he flinched right that he basically let Biden
off the hook. But remember what her said that no,

(36:52):
Biden is guilty. But we don't believe we could win
in a court of law because of Biden's cognitive decline,
that his mind had so degenerated and they had such
bad memory lapses that he would be seen as a
pathetic old man who couldn't remember anything and the jury

(37:13):
would take pity on him. Well, now, if he was
that pathetic. If he was that mentally far gone, how
could he be responsible and cognizant if he's signing pardons
or signing executive orders or making any kind of a decision.
You see, now they're going to be caught in the

(37:34):
catch twenty two. You see, Tony, this is their problem.

Speaker 6 (37:38):
Now.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
They should have invoked the twenty fifth Amendment. Had they
had any decency, any patriotism, any fealty or loyalty to
the Constitution, to our country, to our to our people,
to the Republic, they would have invoked the twenty fifth. Instead,
they let him stay there and stay there, and stay
there until he literally, he practically politically blew up for

(38:04):
the whole world to see on CNN in that infamous debate.
And that's when they said, no, we just it's we can't.
The cat's out of the bag. It's done. You can't
cover up anymore. But until his self destruction on national
international television, they kept protecting him, coddling him, shielding him.

(38:26):
And now, as Jeremiah Wright famously said, the chickens are
coming home to roost. So Tony, here's their problem. If
he wasn't fit to stand trial, how is he fit
to issue pardons? How is he fit to issue or
sign executive orders? You see, that's why Trump knows he's
got him by the tonsils, and all he's got to

(38:49):
do now is squeeze. The question is, does Pam Bondie
have the stomach the spine to squeeze Because CNN's on
the warpath, MSNBC's on the warpath. The Democrats now are
going absolutely ballistic because this could destroy them. So does
she have what it takes?

Speaker 6 (39:11):
Now?

Speaker 1 (39:11):
We're going to find out, Tony, final word to you.

Speaker 7 (39:15):
Yeah, I just think where's the tapes? That's why I'm
skeptical of BONDI that's all Tony.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
Thank you very much for that call. Look, we have
the her tapes. Release the tapes. They desperately tried the
Americ Garland wouldn't release the tapes. Release the tapes. When
her was questioning Biden, and Biden was going on about
you know, a Hunter, and he's going on about Bo,
and then her at one point said, but Bo is

(39:45):
dead and he's like, no, he's not. He goes Bo
has been dead for years, and he kept confusing Bo
and Hunter, and then he started to talk about he
was vice president and then her said, but you're not
vice president, you're president. In other words, Hers said, he
was shocked. He said, this man was a shell of

(40:07):
a man. He couldn't remember his son, he couldn't remember
his dead son. At times, he couldn't remember his own position.
So you play those tapes, hi ya yai, hi yai yai.
You're gonna listen and say, this guy was in no
mental state to sign anything. And if that's the case,

(40:28):
my friends, the Democrats have them, they have the biggest
scandal in American history on their hands. Six one seven two, six,
six sixty eight, sixty eight agree, disagree. Bill in Sudbury,
Thanks for holding Bill, and welcome.

Speaker 8 (40:47):
Hello, good morning, good morning, good morning.

Speaker 9 (40:49):
So do you think he's calling into question the every
time the auto pen was used or just these few
I don't know ten of fifteen twenty. I'm not sure
how many he's calling into question, because I just did
a little We've been using the autopen since the Eisenhower administration.
That's nearly seventy years, so I don't know how it
all of a sudden became invalid over the weekend. But

(41:13):
do you think the second question to mister Trump yesterday
was well, how many times did you use the autopen
in your first term? And his answer was I don't know,
So what's the difference?

Speaker 1 (41:26):
Well, Bill, see, this is why I'm reluctant to even
have you on. I'm being very serious, now, okay, I'm
not trying to be insulting. I don't know if you're
so stupid that you can't process information or you just
deliberately don't listen. I explained this in my opening monologue.
Autopen has been used for fifty sixty years. Why to

(41:51):
sign Christmas cards? Thousands of Christmas cards? By the way,
it's not just presidents, senators, members of Congress to it.
You can't sign a thousand Christmas cards, campaign donations, campaign documents,
thank you letters. So yes, you have the use of
the auto pen, of course, But what the auto pen

(42:14):
is never used for and should never be used for,
is to sign legislation, is to sign executive orders, is
to issue pardons or in the appointment of judgeships that
you need the president to sign personally. Why because the

(42:34):
president has to give his personal stamp of approval. And
on top of it, if the president is now having
a staff member issue pardons on his behalf or sign
executive orders on his behalf, and you don't even know
that the president knows what's being done. That is not

(42:58):
just a grotesque abuse of power, that is literally the
usurpation of the presidency of the United States. So see
the problem that you have, Bill, and you can't get
out of this box is that Joe Biden was a
senile buffoon. He was a man who clearly suffered from

(43:19):
very serious mental cognitive decline. He essentially was battling Alzheimer's
and it got worse and worse and worse for four years,
and so the media had to cover it up, his
aids had to cover it up. And now the cover
up is being exposed. He had no business being president

(43:41):
of the United States. And what I find shocking is
that you, once again, after being wrong about the Russia
collusion hoax, after being wrong about the Hunter Biden laptop,
after being wrong that Trump was going to lose the
twenty twenty four election, you guaranteed it to everybody. You

(44:04):
guaranteed it that January sixth, according to you, worse than
Pearl Harbor, worse than World War Two, worse than nine
to eleven, that this was going to destroy Donald Trump,
so that you are so consistently wrong, and that you

(44:24):
defended Biden for four years. When he fell downstairs, you
defended him, I'm just stating the Fox bill. When he
couldn't remember the names of the people in his own cabinet.
You defended him when he was calling on dead reporters
at press conferences. You defended him when he was shaking

(44:46):
hands literally with the air. You defended him when it
was so obvious that he suffered from massive cognitive mental decline,
that he was senile. You defended him and lied about him,
saying he was sharp as attack. According to you, he
was a genius and the one of the greatest presidents.

(45:09):
You repeatedly compared him to FDR. It was the kind
of propaganda you would see out of Joseph Stalin or
Adolf Hitler. How outrageous and outlandish your claims about Joe
Biden were. And now you call up and say, Trump,
use the auto pen. The autopen has been used, but

(45:32):
it's not used for legislation. It's not used for pardons,
it's not used for judicial appointments, and it's not used
for executive orders. And now you're trying again to defend
the indefensible, and so Bill, in all honesty, I have
to ask you this, as a man to a man,

(45:54):
have you no shame, honestly in your hackism, in your partisanship,
in your blind loyalty, frankly in your political stupidity? Have
you no shame?

Speaker 8 (46:11):
Incredibly lazy of you to own to think one side
is telling you the truth and one side is one
hundred percent lying to you. I think that's like a
shortcut that you don't get to do. And I'll tell
you the misstep of Biden. It was in November of
twenty two, right after the midterms, when Trump was at

(46:32):
his lowest and Biden was at his highest. At that moment,
he probably should have pulled out and what's led a
real sort of primary happen. But at that moment he
made the wrong choice, and he did carry us to
a horrible, crushing defeat, no doubt about that. But all no, but.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
Bill, Bill, No, I'm sorry. You don't get to rewrite history.
You defended him for those two years. In fact, we
have you on tape. I didn't even know what you're doing.
You guaranteed one hundred to zero that Joe Biden was
going to win and in twenty twenty three. In twenty
twenty four, you kept comparing Joe Biden to Franklin Delan

(47:12):
or Roosevelt. I don't know what you're talking to me about. Now,
you're just trying to rewrite the past. You said he
was the twenty first century FDR. FDR didn't lose an election.
FDR was a political juggernaut. All you called up and said,
enjoy the prosperity, Jeff, enjoy the safety, enjoy the security,

(47:35):
Enjoy the greatness of Joe Biden's presidency. Now they should
have dumped him. In November of twenty twenty two, Bill,
I'm sorry again, you're making a fool of yourself. And look, Bill,
I'm going to get to the heart of the matter
with you, okay, because beyond your fanaticism, beyond your blind loyalty, honestly,
behind the fact that you call up this show and

(47:57):
your routinely make a fool of yourself. What I don't
understand is when you were battling cancer, you called up
the show. You told us you had what is it,
anal cancer, rectal cancer, calling cancer whatever. And I said
to you, Bill that I was getting an outpouring of

(48:18):
support from the audience that they felt sorry for you,
even though you insult them all the time, even though
you lie about us all the time, that people wanted
to help you pay your hospital bills. And your response was,
we're all a bunch of Nazis and a bunch of
white supremacists. Well, first of all, Nazis and white supremacists

(48:41):
don't want to help someone who's been a political enemy
bounce back and recover from cancer. That just shows to
me how twisted you are. But on a deeper level,
I mean, look into your soul. What kind of a
man are you? I mean, you hate us that much?

(49:04):
What did we ever do to you? You're the one
that calls You're the one that lies, You're the one
that be fames. You're the one that viciously attacks us
and were the evil ones?

Speaker 6 (49:20):
Bill.

Speaker 1 (49:21):
If you don't go to church, I suggest you start going.
Heather in Rockland. Thanks for holding Heather, and welcome.

Speaker 10 (49:32):
Hi Jeffrey. Thanks you for taking my.

Speaker 1 (49:33):
Claw, my pleasure. Heather.

Speaker 10 (49:37):
So I just have one question, and I guess one comment.
What's going to happen to Kamala and all this? Because
I mean, if she was a vice president, shouldn't she
have known all of this, she should be investigated. And
second of all, will Bi didn't even be alive to
be the under all the Oh my god, my brain

(50:04):
is like, well, he's.

Speaker 1 (50:07):
Gonna be subpoena. He's gonna what the plan is, We'll
see if they execute it. I'm telling this is the plan.
The plan is. He's going to be that they want
to subpoena Joe Biden. He will have to answer the subpoena. Now,
the question then is what will he say? What will
he do? Now, I'm telling you they're going to get
him
