the only development yesterday in their war on ICE and
their war on the Trump administration's attempt to deport all

a US district judge, again appointed by Joe Biden. His
name is Jeffrey Cummings. Cummings, Jeffrey Cummings. Judge Cummings has
made one of the most outlandish, frankly grotesque, inflammatory rulings

maybe in the history of American jurisprudence. And I'm choosing
my words very carefully. He now has ruled that ICE
agents should be arrested in courthouses if they make an
arrest of any illegal alien without a specific warrant. And again,

I know I've explained this already, but we do have
new listeners coming in, especially at this time. Often, when
ICE will go, say into a courthouse, they're told, hey,
they're about to release you know some you know Pablo Escobar,
you know this notorious drug trafficker MS thirteen, you know,
or he's about to be arraigned on certain charges, we

can nab him and get them right there. Usually he's
accompanied by fellow drug traffickers, sex traffickers MS thirteen gang members.
I'm just giving you a common occurrence. ICE will come
in and say, well, grab them all. You know, they're
called collateral. Our intention was to get this guy, but
let's get them all. This judge is now saying that

if they arrest anyone but that person with a specific warrant,
ICE agents not only can, but they must and should.
In fact, he's ordering that local police or the sheriff's
department or whoever arrest the ICE agents on the spot.

This will now turn courthouses into literally sanctuaries where illegals
can just stay and nothing can happen to them. But
even more ominously, it's now pitting the local police and
the state police to arrest and maybe even have shootouts

with federal immigrant sorry, with federal immigration law enforcement, because
what if ICE and the ICE agents have already said
they put a hand on us, We're going to push
them back, like we're not going to allow ourselves to
be arrested. This is insane. So they are creating again
like eighteen sixty. They are creating now a deliberate constitutional

legal impasse by waging an insurrection case, a legal insurrection

this fundamental realization, not because he wants it, but it's

continuing to lose power. They live for power. Power is
the be all and end all for these people. And
so what we now have is an unbridgable gap, an

us to talk about. It's just now time for Trump
to seize institutions and start the redistricting, because we're going
