tanker right off the coast of Venezuela. And apparently what
we're getting information now, it's been coming out in little driblets,

several weeks ago, so I guess they knew this tanker
was going to be on the move to seize this tanker,
which is exactly what they did. And the reason why
they decided to seize the tanker is because this is

a tanker that has been under US sanctions for.

It is a tanker that has been shipping illicit either Venezuelan.
