Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, Cooner, country, winning, winning, winning as Donald Trump.
President Trump would like to say less than twenty four hours,
less than twenty four hours, and Mexico and Canada have

(00:21):
now bent the knee. And we talked about it all
show yesterday, this vaunted trade war that drove the left
in this country utterly apoplectic. Chuck Schumer predicting massive increases
in prices, the media saying cars are going to go up.

(00:42):
The price of cars, the price of gas, the price
of food, the price of everything is going to go
through the roof. This is gonna be an economic calamity
for the United States, for Canada, for Mexico, for the world.
And in twenty four hours, Donald Trump delivered, and delivered big.

(01:05):
Yesterday he announced both he and let's take Mexico first.
The Mexican President, Claudia Shanbaum came out and announced that
they had come up with a deal. And here is
essentially now what Mexico agreed to in exchange for a

(01:25):
thirty day delay. So the tariffs may still come, the
twenty five percent tariff on all Mexican imports coming into
the United States. Trump may still drop that hammer, but
art of the deal using leverage, Trump got Claudia shinebamb

(01:45):
to essentially capitulate and cave. She has now agreed to
send ten thousand Mexican troops and soldiers National Guard troops
right along the northern border of Mexico, right along our
southern border, ten thousand troops. Furthermore, they now are going

(02:09):
to collaborate with US in preventing fentanyl, meth and drug
smuggling and drug trafficking right through our southern border. So
what was considered impossible, what the Mexican government said would
never happen, that they would never see their so called

(02:30):
sovereignty violated, and be told by the Gringo, the evil
bad Gringo, to have ten thousand of their troops police
our border to make sure that illegal aliens no longer
pour into our country. Guess what, At the snap of
a finger, at the threat of a twenty five percent tariff,

(02:52):
using leverage, the Mexicans caved and gave Trump absolutely everything.
So the southern border will not just be reinforced with
American troops, but it's also going to be reinforced now
with ten thousand Mexican troops, including full cooperation in going

(03:12):
after the Mexican drug cartels, and in doing everything now
on the southern side of the border, the Mexican side,
to make sure that fentanyl and other drugs stop pouring
into our country. It was a massive victory for the
United States. I me and my friends. It was only
the beginning. Listen now to Trump saying it took about

(03:36):
twenty four hours, but when they realized how much economically
Mexico was going to lose, I basically told them this
is a no brainer. We can do this the easy way,
or we can do it the hard way. But this
invasion from the Mexican border, this massive invasion of illegals,

(03:57):
is going to stop, and you're going to make sure
it's going to stop. So Mexicans, now the Mexican government
is going to be housing any illegal that wants to
apply for asylum. They're gonna take They're gonna to remain
in Mexico. Is now going to be implemented, and they're
gonna put ten thousand troops. This border will now be

(04:18):
sealed on our side and on the Mexican side. Roll
cut one A. This was Trump yesterday morning in the
Oval Office signing more executive orders. As he's talking to
the media. Roll cut one a Mike.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
And they've agreed to put in ten thousand soldiers permanently
like forever, ten thousand soldiers at their side of the
border and stop fentanyl and illegal aliens from coming into
our country. They have a big incentive to do. Other
than that, we've agreed to talk and consider various other things.

(04:58):
We haven't agreed on tariffs yet, and maybe we won't,
maybe we won't, but we have a very good relationship.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Now that's the word. Now. The Mexican president came out
and said, Sean Baum, great relationship with America. We get
along with America, very respectful. We respect them, they respect us.
In other words, the trade war for now is over.
And Trump announced yesterday not only are the Mexicans gonna

(05:25):
pony up ten thousand troops and put drones and helicopters
along the entire southern on their northern border, our southern border,
but on top of that, Marco Rubio, Scott Bessant, the
Treasury Secretary, Howard Lutnick, the Commerce Secretary, are going to
be heading the American delegation. They're going to go to Mexico.

(05:48):
They're going to renegotiate our trade arrangement. With Mexico, so
you've got that huge. Then came Canada. Now remember what
were the Canadians saying all weekend, puffing their chests. There's
Justin Trudeau, there's Christia Freeland. This was an economic pearl harbor,

(06:13):
the twenty five percent tariff that Trump imposed, This was
an attack on their sovereignty. All Canada, we stand united,
We will never surrender. Listen to Trump. He had a
phone call with Justin Trudeau that morning. Listen to Trump.

(06:34):
Roll cut to Mike.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
I also spoke with Prime Minister Trudeau Canada and we
had a good talk in the morning, but I did
ask him a couple of questions, like, you know, banks
aren't allowed to do business in Canada. Canada is very tough,
Canada is very you know, we're not treated well by
Canada and we have to be treated well. Banks are not,

(07:01):
as an example, allowed, Did you know that that banks,
American banks are not allowed to do business in Canada?
Can you believe that? And that's one of many things
and we talked about and I think we'll win most
of the subjects, but for some reason a lot of
things have been very unfair with Canada.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
So basically he's softening him up. He's basically saying, you're
not just going to secure our northern border, but like Mexico,
we're going to renegotiate our trade deal. This is not
a two way street. And then he continued, listen to
this roll cut two a A mic Canada is very tough.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
They're very, very tough to do business with, and we
can't let him take advantage of the US. And they
don't take our agricultural product for the most part. They
don't take our cars. They make cars, but they basically
don't take our cars. And you know, we don't need
and look, I think we're going to have another good
conversation today. We're actually speaking at three o'clock again. But

(08:01):
we don't need them to make our cars. We don't
need them to give us lumber. We don't need them
for agricultural products because we have all the agriculture we need.
They don't take our agricultural product for the most part.
Our milk, get dairy, et cetera. A little bit they do,
but not much. We take theirs.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Then goo see bink. Remember I talked about this on
the show yesterday. Yes, they have some quotas for some
dairy products. They allow a little bit, but for the
most part, they're hammering us with two hundred and seventy
percent tireffs, two hundred and ninety eight percent tireffs, two
hundred and fifty one percent tireffs on milk, cheese, butter.
I could go right down, chicken, meat, fish, right down

(08:40):
the list. So Trump said, you know what, no, no, this,
We're gonna like Mexico that we're going to renegotiate. They
had a call at three o'clock, lasted about maybe thirty minutes.
When everything was set and said and done, Canada waved
the white flag tough justin Trudeau, Christia Freeland. That whole corrupt,

(09:05):
woke cabal in Ottawa folded like a cheap suit. So
the Canadian government, after telling us, I don't know how
many months now, there's no problem with fentanyl coming in,
there's no problem with the illegals coming into the United States,
guess what, there's a problem, and there's such a problem

(09:28):
that the Canadian government has now agreed ten thousand law
enforcement personnel combined with military are going to be placed
there on our northern border their southern border to prevent
illegal aliens from pouring into the United States. They are
now going to set up a fentinyl Zar to crack

(09:50):
down on all of the fentanyl and meth labs that
are being created in Canada and then used to funnel
it into the United States. And there's going to to
be a joint task force, a joint strikeforce between the
United States and Canada, where Canada is going to be
using helicopters drones on their side, We're going to be

(10:12):
using helicopters and drones on our side, and we are
going to hammer the drug cartels, the drug traffickers, and
the human traffickers. In other words, Trump just got Canada
to seal and secure their side of the border. He
has won, and like Mexico, Canada now is going to

(10:34):
get a thirty day delay to renegotiate our unfair trade relationship.
Trump took Trudeau, put him over his knee, and he
broke him. He broke his back, winning, winning, winning, It's
called art of the deal, baby, Okay, my friends? Oh

(10:59):
is America or what? Okay? Trump yesterday pulled off two
sensational victories. Mexico and Canada essentially now have now bent
the knee. They have agreed on both sides ten thousand,
ten thousand troops. Well, the Mexicans have agreed to ten
thousand troops on our southern border. They'll be now securing it.

(11:23):
On the other end, they're going to be using drones, helicopters.
They're also now going to be joining us in attacks
on the Mexican drug cartels. So we are going to
slam the door on fentanyl, meth, drug trafficking, and of
course illegal alien the illegal alien invasion that's going to
be stopped cold. The Canadians have agreed to put a mixture,

(11:45):
a combination of law enforcement military ten thousand on their
southern border, our northern border, and as well as creating
a fentinyl zar And on top of that, we've created
now a joint strikeforce. So Canadians are going to be
using drones, helicopters. We'll be using it on our side,

(12:08):
they'll be using it on their side. And we are
going to hammer these drug dens, these fentanyl labs, and
of course these traffickers, human and drug traffickers. In other words,
Trump has now gotten the Canadians and the Mexicans to
cooperate fully to fully secure our both northern and southern

(12:31):
borders from illegal aliens and from drugs pouring in. And
he won this trade war in about twenty four hours.
Now it's a delay, it's a pause in the tariffs.
It's not an end to the tariffs being increased. But
he held off for thirty days. He's going to send
a negotiating team to Canada, a negotiating team to Mexico.

(12:53):
And here's my prediction. We're going to renegotiate the USMCA
successor to NAFTA, and it's going to be even more
advantageous to the United States. These unfair trade deals are
going to start to become fair trade deals, not just
for the Mexicans and the Canadians, but for US as well,

(13:16):
now very quickly. This is from Mark on messenger Jeff. Also,
just for good measure, Secretary of State Marco Rubio got
the president of El Salvador to house criminal illegal aliens
such as MS thirteen and trender Aragua in his prisons

(13:40):
in El Salvador, even if the criminal illegals aren't from
El Salvador. Winning, Jeff, we are taking America back, baby.
I agree. I mean, this isn't a Trump is now
on the offensive on every single front. This is from

(14:01):
six TOZH three. By the way, you can text us
seven zero four seven zero seven zero four four seven zero.
This is from a good trucker friend, big supporter of
the show, who went up to Canada yesterday. Well, this
is what he wrote me this morning. A what did

(14:22):
I tell you yesterday, Jeff? This trade war won't be
long lived and it won't work out for the Canadians.
Trump has a much bigger stick than they do, and
he knows how to wield it. Well, that's what he
did yesterday, no question about it. You know, as I
said yesterday, don't bring a hockey stick to a gunfight.

(14:44):
It never works out well for you. Now Here domestically,
liberals again, Democrats again, the media again have egg all
over their face for days over the weekend. Hysterical is
not the word. They were losing their collective minds. This

(15:08):
was a total panic and meltdown. Prices are gonna go
through the roof. Cars are gonna go up. Well, gas
at the pump's gonna go up, Food's gonna go up,
clothing is gonna go up. Everything. By the way, the
same people who gave us inflation under Biden, suddenly now
you care about high prices suddenly now, like what suddenly

(15:31):
inflation and high prices bother you after four years of Bidenism,
get lost. Hey, that's point number one, point number two,
the panic porn, the fear mongering. Listen now to Chuck
Schumer on the Senate floor. He was one of the
people leading the charge saying we're gonna lose this trade war.

(15:55):
My god, the damage with Canada, the damage with Mexico, everything, all,
everything's gonna go through the roof. Here's Chuck you Schumer
on Trump's tariffs roll cut four.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Mike, Americans, you're worried about car prices. The Trump tariffs
will raise your car prices. You use a car to
get to work. The Trump tariffs will make gas prices
go up. And we should not listen at all to
Donald Trump when he says it's about stopping fentanyl. That's nonsense.
There are other ways to stop fentanyl without making inflation

(16:31):
worse and raising costs on the American family. But Donald
Trump clearly doesn't care. He said the American people need
to suck it up to accept that there will be
quote some pain after his tariffs go into effect. That
is outrageous.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
Yeah, like you care about the middle class, not Chucky. Huh. Like,
when you guys were in power for four years, well,
you stopped that fentinyl from coming in. Trump did more,
literally in twenty four hours, than you guys have done
in four years. And Chucky was the one who sent
out that tweet that because of Trump's tariffs on Canada

(17:07):
and Mexico, which now have been paused and delayed because
the Mexicans and the Canadians have surrendered and acquiesced to
every single condition in turn, that the price of pizza,
your cheese pizza for the Super Bowl this Sunday is
going to go through the roof. It's going to go
through the roof. So Chuck E Cheese was predicting you

(17:32):
you won't even be able to you guacamoli, you won't
even be able to have a slice of cheese pizza.
It's going to be so expensive. Okay, let me ask
all of you. Canada Mexico cave at least temporarily. They
have now agreed to put troops on the southern and
northern border, ten thousand on each side, to secure it

(17:55):
on the on their end, to make sure that illegals
and drugs no longer pour in to our country. It
is a big victory for President Trump. He's now going
to delay the tariffs for at least thirty days so
that his team can negotiate better trade arrangements with both sides,
both countries. Do you like the way Trump is conducting business?

(18:19):
Do you think it is holding other countries accountable? And
is it nice to see a negotiator in the White
House who will finally negotiate for us, the American people
and for the United States. I love it. I want
him to continue doing it, but that's me. What say you?

(18:41):
Mike in New Hampshire, Thanks for holding Mike, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (18:47):
Hi Jeff Good morning, Hi Mike. You know I normally
do I do commentary with Grace on WXTK and give
her the information, you know, once a week, but I
wanted to share this with you. I'm up here on
the Canadian border and uh up in Jefferson, you know,
not you know, a little farther away but not too far.
And you know, I have a friend of mine that's

(19:09):
on the border patrol, and you know, he told me
as of when Biden came into office, they were always
very active and watching everything, and then they were told
to stand down, and then everything went into mock walls
up on the border. And so, you know, I would
say to him, I'm like, well, where why are all
these trucks this is back in COVID coming over the border,

(19:31):
and I'm talking about steel trucks. I mean you you
wouldn't believe it. One hundred trucks coming over the border
from Canada, fuel trucks, lumber. This is during COVID. And
He's like, Mike, they come over the border, but nothing
really goes up there. And this is what Trump's trying
to tell the American people. They they you know, they

(19:53):
have taken advantage of America for the last four years
or maybe even longer. I mean, Trump tried to right
it out, and now he's straighting it out again. And
now the border, I guess you've got to community about,
you know, ten days ago, and now they're back at
work where they were sitting on their duffs not doing anything.

Speaker 5 (20:13):
For four years.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
This is crazy. And now we've got you know, we
got a guy in there that's doing the job and
carrying the water for America. So you know, the Democrats,
they were trying to destroy America and they were doing
a good job of it. And you're right. We wouldn't
have lasted another four years with another Democrat in office.

Speaker 5 (20:34):
That's the story.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Oh, there's no question. Look, Mike, and I love the call.
I honestly love the call. Great information. I think you're
a thousand percent correct. Just to add to what you're saying, Look,
Trump understands what's happening on the northern border, on the
southern border, and what I just find incredible is and
there's no other word. I'm sorry to use this word,
but to me, if the word is opt use it.

(20:57):
The traders in the media and the traders in the
Democratic Party. A demagogue like Chuck e cheese Okay, Chuck
Schumer to go on about cheese pizza this Sunday and say, oh,
when you're watching your Super Bowl, wait till you see
you when the cheese pizza comes in. How much is
gonna cost you? Because Trump has dared to impose a

(21:19):
twenty five percent tariff on Canada and Mexico. The fearmongering
when he knows perfectly well the cost of cheese pizza
is not going to go up. The cost of guacamole,
the cost of your chips, the cost of your salsa,
the cost of your popcorn, your peanuts, whatever you eat
for snacks. When you wash the Super Bowl, it's not

(21:41):
gonna go up. And he knows the fentanyl that's coming in,
he knows the drugs that are pouring in. He knows
the illegals and the terrorists that are coming in from
both the southern and the northern border. And by the way,
that's a big thing Trump I forgot to mention that
that Trump negotiated with Trudeau. It's not just the ten

(22:02):
thousand Canadian troops and law enforcement they're going to have
to put up, and the helicopters and the Joint Strike
Force and the fentanyls are Trump said, Listen, I don't
want terrorists coming into Canada and then from Canada coming
into the United States as they did under Biden, hundreds
and hundreds and hundreds of them. So either you guys

(22:24):
start screening them and prevent them from coming in, or
we're going to hold you responsible. Now, you know what,
self respecting a person wouldn't agree with that. What if
you love this country, don't you care that drugs are
killing our kids, Don't you care that terrorists are coming in?

(22:46):
Don't you care that gang bangers and criminals are coming in,
and that Schumer Chuck e cheese would stand there and say, oh,
the cost of everything's going to go through the roof. When,
as you pointed out, Mike Biden, chuck e Cheese, the
Democrats drove this country into the ground. Inflation skyrocketed under

(23:09):
their watch, So they didn't care about the cost of
cheese under Biden for four years, or cheese pizza, or
chips and guacamole and salsa and food and vegetables and
fruits and gas and cars. Now when Trump wants to
put America first and defend our borders and our sovereignty

(23:31):
and our people, suddenly Mike chuck e cheese is saying
we can't afford even cheese pizza.

Speaker 4 (23:39):
What say you, Mike, I'll say it like this. A
lot of people don't know that Trudell is well, he's
on his way out anyways, because even the Libertarian Party
have given him the door. But this is a guy
that would rub elbows with the EPRA, as they say
at Venezuela, or will go on Cuban trips and rub

(23:59):
the elbows with those commies. And you know, now we're
going to be investigating Doge and you're going to find out, Really,
that's just the tip of the iceberg on where all
that slush money and that bat for all the lobbyists
have been making all this money on this department that
no one talked about, with billions of dollars going to

(24:22):
foreign entities, or even like they said last week, why
would you need to send you know, nine billion condoms
to Israel for a billion dollars. This is ridiculous. And
he's exposing. Trump's exposing all of this. And that's why
the Democrats are pulling their hair out of the head
because they know that the game is over and all

(24:42):
this slush money and these lobbyists, same thing with Warren
and the pharmaceuticals everything. It's it's going to lead to
all these people's demise and they're going to get voted
out because it's going to open the eyes of American people,
Democrats and conservatives to what's really been going on at
the Democratic Party.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Brilliant, Mike, absolutely brilliant. Thank you for that call, Mike.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight, Steve.
And now we're on the northern border. Let's get close
to the southern border. Steve in Houston, Texas. Steve, thanks
for holding and welcome Jeff.

Speaker 5 (25:21):
Good morning. And all I have to say is, Wow,
Trump has their head spinning. He's I mean, he's just
a attack attack, and they don't even the media doesn't
even have time to settle in on a story before
there's another one. And I think their biggest mistake was

(25:45):
screwing Trump over in twenty twenty one. It left a
bitter taste in his mouth and it really opened his
eyes and it gave him the last four years of
putting together a real plan. And to I mean, they
really messed up. And I promise you they're kicking themselves
right now.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Well, Steve, I agree, and let me just reinforce what
you're saying because I want to piggyback off because you're
still right. Marco Rubio, I was skeptical of him. I'm
still gonna watch him with a careful eye because it
was passed. But so far, I got to say, man,
little Marco is gone. Those days are over. The deal
he the deal he just made with Panama or the

(26:27):
Panama Canal. So the Panamanians now have said the Chinese
are out. They're going to kick the Chinese out of
the Panama Canal completely. So he made that deal. He
just made a deal with El Salvador. They're going to
be taking god knows how many of our criminal illegals,
not just El Salvadorians, but MS thirteen, trend or a

(26:47):
Wagwa if they come from Venezuela, if they come from Mexico,
if whatever, He'll take them. For a small fee. El
Salvador is gonna put him in their supermacs. They got
a super prison down there. So you've got Mark and
by the way, he's going to take over acting director USAID.
I'm going to get to that very soon. He's exposing.
He and Elon are exposing what Mike was talking about,

(27:10):
the incredible corruption now in our foreign aid program. It's
all starting to come out. So the team that Trump
has put together, whether it's Elon, whether it's Tom Home
and his borders are Rubio right now is impressing me
a lot of Secretary of State. I could go on
and on and on. You can tell he had four

(27:31):
years to put together an agenda, a strategy, the people
to execute it, and Steve right now they're clicking on
all cylinders. Final word to you, my friend.

Speaker 5 (27:45):
Uh yeah, I agree, And I'll tell you what down
here in Houston. You know, the majority of the people
down here are Mexicans. That ICE has just been going
from job site to job site just clearing them out,
and the majority of the Mexicans down here roof of it.
And you know, they know, they know it's hurting our
economy and it's hurting you know, there's less jobs for them.

(28:08):
They're getting paid less because uh, you know, these legals
are coming in and doing the job per half price.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
So illegals hurt everybody. Yeah, get dead on. It doesn't
matter race color. Six one seven two six six, sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, let's fload up
those phone lines. Couple lines are open if you want
to jump on. All right, Coooner Country. I want to pivot,
obviously very soon to the big story regarding us AID.

(28:36):
This is our massive four and eight program. Trump and
Musk now want to shut it down. And you're not
gonna believe the massive criminality corruption that Musk has now
exposed just in the last twenty four to forty eight hours.
I'm telling you it's gonna blow your mind. However, before
I do let me ask all of you, let me

(29:00):
be a little bit provocative, and uh, not to be
provocative for the sake of being provocative, but to be honest.
Let me give you my take on tariffs very quickly
and what Trump should do going in the future, and
if tell me if you agree or disagree, and we'll
take a couple of calls and then we'll move Six
one seven two six six sixty eight. Sixty eight is

(29:21):
the number. I understand. It's a pause, it's a thirty
day delay. Trump is going to renegotiate with Mexico and
Canada are our unfair trade relationships. So the days of
those two countries and other countries taking advantage of us
are over. And I'm with Trump all the way. But

(29:43):
let me be brutally honest with you, like I'm in
the confessional. I look at Mexico and I look at Canada,
and I've touched on this before, but I really want
to make this point now upfront. Mexico spends about zero
point seven percent of its entire GDP on the military.

(30:09):
There's hardly any country in the world that spends less
on their military than Mexico. I think Mexico spends something like,
what seventeen twenty billion dollars, it's peanuts on their military. Canada,
by the way, a member of NATO, so they're obligated

(30:31):
by treaty to spend three percent of their GDP on military.
They only spend about one point three percent. It's about
what is it twenty seven billion dollars or something like that.
It's again, it's peanuts. They don't spend They spend almost
nothing on their military. Now you're saying, well, jehef jehief, Jeff,

(30:52):
what does this have to do with the United States
with tariffs, with trade. The reason why Mexico and Canada
can spend so little on their military is because they
can use the rest of that money that they should
be spending to defend themselves on welfare, social programs, whatever

(31:19):
they want to spend their money on. Okay, We, on
the other hand, spend nine hundred and fifty billion dollars
a year. Let's not quibble over fifty billion, basically a
trillion dollars a year on our military. What is it

(31:40):
three point four three point five percent of our GDP.
So we don't just hit our natover obligations, we surpass
our NATO obligations. Canada has been getting a free ride
off of US. Mexico has been getting a free ride
off of US for decades, literally decades, and they know

(32:04):
we protect them. We protect Canada. Canada doesn't protect Canada.
We protect Canada. Mexico doesn't protect Mexico. We protect Mexico.
No one is ever going to attack Mexico because they
know we will defend them. No one is ever putin
wants oil in the Arctic. He knows if he makes

(32:27):
a move against any Canadian ships or on Canadian territory
or on Canadian sovereignty, we're gonna defend Canada. So my
point being, they have taken advantage of us just on
the military national security front for so many years. I'm sorry,

(32:50):
hit him with a twenty five percent tariff, attacks, a tariff,
whatever you want to call it. To me, that's just
basic to me. You're paying for the security that we're
providing you. It's the least you can do if we're
going to spend that much and we're going to essentially

(33:12):
protect you for next to nothing because they're not spending
much on their military. Okay, they're spending peanuts on their military. Well,
I think we should get something out of it. And
I'm not just talking about a level playing field in trade, No,
twenty five percent. In other words, Okay, we'll protect you

(33:32):
since you guys don't want to protect yourselves, but it's
going to cost you. It's gonna be say we're going
to get something in return twenty five percent tariff. Hit
Mexico with twenty five percent, hit Canada with twenty five percent,
no retaliation, no nothing. Okay, that's the price of us
protecting you. Am I wrong? Am I wrong? Six one seven,

(34:00):
six sixty eight sixty eight. So what I'd like Trump
to do? I don't think he's going to do it
because he's more than fair. To be honest, everyone says,
oh he's this ruthless guy. No, he's fair and maybe
even too fair. If you want to know the truth,
I would come in and say, well, renegotiate everything. But

(34:21):
I want you guys to know twenty five percent to stank,
that's we protect you. That's the minimum. So you're going
to start paying his back. Nothing is for free anymore.
But again that's me. I want to hear from you,
Tony and Quinsy. Thanks for holding Tony and welcome.

Speaker 6 (34:42):
Hey, Jeff, tell me two things, and I hope Trump's
people listening. If I was see him right now, I'd
come out give a press conference, and I'd on one side,
I'd have pictures of thousands of people who die, offend,
and all on the other side a little table with
a Corona beer in a quawk, and I'd say this

(35:05):
over here, this is who we're concerned with, and that's
why we're doing the tariffs, or we're here, this is
what the Democrats are concerned about. End of story.

Speaker 1 (35:15):
Oh I love it, Number Tony. That's a pr masterpiece
where you just described right now, Please keep going.

Speaker 6 (35:23):
The other thing I would do is if I was
see him and I hope he's doing this, I would
be calling every Republican in the Congress, in the Senate
and telling him we're going to list changey your ass
unless you get on board, because I'm sitting here going soon.
We're almost three weeks in. Okay, you don't get to
pick his cabinet. We the people chose him to pick
his cabinet. Okay, we're tied of this hold up. And

(35:47):
why isn't all federal elections you need an idea to
prove yourself Why isn't that on his desk to be
signed right now?

Speaker 1 (35:56):
You know, Tony, it's amazing, how you know, you and
I think are like this audience is incredible. It's like
we read each other's mind or something. But I'm lying
in bed last night, by the way, I think I'm
coming down a little bit with the flu, Tony. So
if I sound a little my throat is cratchy, and
you know I sound all congested, it's because my daughter
got it at school, and my wonderful aba now gets

(36:16):
given it to me. Okay, but let that go, Tony.
So as I'm lying in bed trying to sleep, but
I can't because the flu is, I'm starting to get
these symptoms, And I say to myself, where's Mike Johnson?
Where's John Thune? I swear, like just exactly what you
just said. I'm sorry. Why isn't there an election integrity
bill already on his desk? Why is there no legis

(36:39):
outside of Lake and Riley, which was a nice bill
that he signed, Don't get me wrong, but outside of
the Lake and Riley Act, how come they're not moving
in Congress like he's got a hundred days. Let's go.
The clock is ticking, Tony, if you were Trump, do
you think it's time for him to call Johnson and

(36:59):
Thune over to the White House and maybe take him
to the woodshed a little bit and say, hey, look, guys,
they didn't elect me for you guys to sit around
drink brandy and smoke cigars. They elected me for you
guys to get legislation flying out the door, give me
bills to sign. Is that what he needs to do?

Speaker 4 (37:18):
Tony?

Speaker 6 (37:20):
We Thoon gets his honies because he's in a real
red state and Trump could destroy his political career. You know,
Trump's got all the power. We're all with him. Okay,
We're not with these guys.

Speaker 7 (37:32):
We're with Trump, Tony.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
I couldn't have said it better myself. Thank you very
much for that call. Mel in New York. Thanks for
holding Mel and welcome. Oh yes, good morning. Yet thank you.

Speaker 7 (37:48):
We're taking my paull my pleasure saying thank you, thank you,
I'm saying I'm embarrassed resident of New York State with
Chuck is schmuck sumor Chucky Cheese.

Speaker 1 (37:59):
That's my new nickname for him, Mel. He's so concerned
about cheese pizza on Super Bowl Sunday, So Mel, forget
all those people who die of fent, and I'll forget
all the illegals pouring in MS thirteen, the gang Bangers
trend de Aragua, the rapists. No, it's your cheese pizza
on Sunday for the game Mel Chuck of cheese.

Speaker 7 (38:23):
This guy, he's an embarrassment. I'll tell you if I
said he was saying, don't feel bad because you use
guy's got Warren and what's his name, Marky Malarkey Markey, Yeah,
Markey over there. But you know, if Chuck Schumer was
so concerned about what cheese pizza is going to cost
and guacamole and what it's going to cost you to
fill your car to go back and forth to work,

(38:45):
how come he allowed what's his name Dark Brandon to
UH to shut down Teestone Xcel pipeline. That's something that
President Trump Trump should have effective back in order and
back being of being constructed again right away. Is the
keystone itself. But I don't hear anything from him saying
anything about that. Get the Keystone back up and get a.

Speaker 1 (39:08):
Rolling bingo, mel bingo. Look, if Schumer is the biggest
fraud there is him and McConnell. They really are too,
you know, two sides of the same coin. You can
just see even when you look at him, I'm saying,
like they look so venal, so corrupt. They've been in
Washington so long. They're like a used up hooker, you know,

(39:32):
like a ten dollars street walker, you know who's been
around on the street for forty five fifty years. I
mean that's how they look. Really, they look so corrupted
by power. And you see Schumer and there he is,
and he's on the Senate floor. He's lying through his teeth,
and he's owned by so many lobbyists. I don't even

(39:53):
think he knows how many lobbyists own him. That's how
many that own him. And Mel, look, you're completely right,
mal I gotta ask you, did you were you ever
in doubt, in all honesty, that maybe Trump was biting
off more than he can chew, taking on Mexico, taking
on Canada, taking on China, imposing tariffs? Or did you

(40:17):
feel that he had the whole thing under control the
whole time?

Speaker 7 (40:22):
I was one thousand percent in favor of President Hump
because these guys are gonna bluster like Canada. Who's at
Doug uh Castros Kid.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
There Trudeau, Trudeau, Trudeau, Yeah, and.

Speaker 7 (40:36):
Then the other then the broad down in Mexico. Down there,
the president down there. Oh, they're gonna bluster like, you know,
flex their muscles like there, all this and that, and
you know, in a bag of chips out on the
schoolyard basketball court. And once you want, once your slam
dunkham wanted once or twice a couple of good times,
they're gonna cave like they're gonna fold like a chief soup.

Speaker 5 (40:57):
That was all bluster.

Speaker 7 (40:58):
They knew they had no shof at all of opposing
what President Trump excuse me, had had imposed upon them.

Speaker 4 (41:07):
That was all bluster.

Speaker 7 (41:08):
They just they're trying to get their people to think, oh,
I'm off, I'm gonna do this for you. They it's
all a bunch of bs with all a bunch of
bs from on their part. They had no shot whatsoever.

Speaker 5 (41:19):
They couldn't.

Speaker 7 (41:20):
They couldn't. They couldn't have outrun a fat man uphill
with what they were trying to pull, you.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
Know what I mean, Melth, Melth, thank you very much
for that call. Well, they surrendered awfully fast, I gotta
tell you, quicker than when the French surrendered to the
Germans in World War Two. I mean, man did boy
to day cave. I'm like, that's it's it's over already,
that's it. Trudeau two phone calls the Mexican President Sean Baum.

(41:48):
It didn't even take one phone call. She already surrendered
by the morning. At least. Trudeau held out till three
o'clock in the afternoon. Uh, let's go to Dan in
New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Dan and welcome.

Speaker 4 (42:03):
Thank you, Jeff.

Speaker 8 (42:05):
These are some of the great wars. I mean, I
totally agree with President Trump, first of all on the
tariffs A thousand percent, okay, and as simple as this,
and this is Trump's words.

Speaker 9 (42:17):
I listened.

Speaker 8 (42:17):
I've been to a lot of rallies, I've watched a
lot of him on.

Speaker 9 (42:21):
The TV and stuff. And he said it's time for
the US United States to return to a system that
made us richer and more powerful than ever before. Did
you know that the United States from eighteen seventy to
nineteen to thirteen was funded on all tariffs and was

(42:46):
the richest period of history of the United States relativs
relatively speaking, in other words, relatively And they set up
the Great Tariff Commission in eighteen eighty And this commission
had one function, what to do with all the money

(43:06):
we took in? It was, it was, it was so enormous.
They had no idea. The Blue Ribbon Committee, it was
set up in eighteen sevent team eighteen eighty seven. Excuse me,
what to do with all the money? And it had
again Teddy Roosevelt was beneficiary. When McKinley was.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
Killed, Bingo took over a vast Bengo. Dan, I'm telling
you right now, you are quickly becoming one of our
best callers. I'm serious. You hit the nail right on
the head. People, now what you just said. Now, please,
all of you listening. The media has not figured Trump out.

(43:51):
The left has not figured Trump out. All of these
multimillion dollar talking heads on TV who pretend like they
know what they're talking about, and they don't haven't figured
Trump out. Dan just did. If you look at Trump's
speeches and interviews, the Trump is given his political heroes.
I mean, yes, he loves Lincoln, yes he loves Reagan,

(44:14):
of course, but the president that he models himself on
is William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt. And he says this,
He goes exactly what Dan is talking about. I love
McKinley and I love Theodore Roosevelt. I am in that
brand of Republican. I am a nationalist Republican. And what

(44:37):
he says is the key to American success then, which
made us the pre eminent power in the world, and
the key to making us the pre eminent power again
is low taxes at home, deregulation, unleash private sector, the
free market, but have strong tariffs, especially against our enemies.

(45:00):
This way you encourage manufacturing, producing goods at home. This
will make us an economic military superpower. And that's what
McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt did. They had high tariffs, low taxes,
low regulations, and our country boomed, I mean it boomed.

(45:24):
And what McKinley and Roosevelt, what they essentially did, was
they made America for the most part, self sufficient. And
this is Trump's vision. This is what people don't understand.
Why does he want the Panama Canal back, Why does
he want to purchase Greenland? Why does he want to
secure our borders? Because Trump realizes that if we have

(45:48):
the Panama Canal and we have the rare earth minerals
that Greenland has combined with our natural wealth, minerals, and
our manufacturing industrial capable abilities, we don't have to rely
on China, we don't have to rely on countries around
the world. Literally, we can be completely and utterly economically,

(46:12):
politically independent, and as Dan rightly said, we will achieve
a level of wealth, a level of power, a level
of advancement we could only dream of. And that's it.
He constantly goes back and says, look, McKinley was assassinated
and so he barely got it. You know, it was

(46:34):
early in his second term. But he says, you look
at what McKinley did with the tariff and then followed
up by Theodore Roosevelt. They created the modern navy, they
created the modern military, They created all these tariffs that
brought in so much money they didn't know what to
do with the money. And you look at how much
our economy every year grew and boomed. We've never achieved

(46:56):
that since then. So Trump is exactly he is a
Feodore Roosevelt, William McKinley, Republican. There's there's nothing you know,
he's a dictator, he's hitler, he's a fascist. You're an
idiot that you're an idiot, stupid. Would it kill you
to pick up a history book for God's sake? So

(47:18):
and Trump has said this multiple times. He goes, no,
I read biographies of these men. I admire these men.
I like to talk about these men because the vision
they had for America of national greatness is the vision
I want for us. I want us to be America first,
and America independent, economically independent, politically independent, tech, not dependent

(47:46):
on China for our supply chains or other countries. In
other words, that we can create our own country here
and not be reliant on others around the world. No globalism, nationalism,
and patriotism. That's Donald J. Trump. That's the vision that
he's executing. Dan outstanding call six one seven two sixty six,

(48:12):
sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, my friends.
So he's now holding Mexico and Canada accountable. He is
going to hold China accountable. He's on the phone with
Jijinping today. He hit China with ten percent tariffs. China's
now retaliated. Trump says, let's talk over the phone and

(48:34):
see if we can make a deal. As all of
this is going on, he's now setting his sights on
holding another agency accountable, USAID, the United States Agency for
International Development. Now what we have now found out, this

(48:55):
is where all the foreign aid, the foreign assistance programs
goes through. It's all through USAID. Trump and Elon met
this weekend. Elon, as you know, is running the Department
of Governmental Efficiency DOGE and Trump and Elon said, let's

(49:16):
take a look at what's going on at us AID.
What they have found will shock you. Elon Musk went
on X I believe it was Sunday night and said
that what he found proves indisputably that USAID is a

(49:38):
quote unquote criminal organization. What did they find? And you
are not gonna believe the furious, I mean insane reaction
