Speaker 1 (00:00):
Boston's Bulldozer never sleeps. The Kooner Report weekend edition on
the Voice of Boston WRKO.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Joining me now is not Kelly Kelly, who usually comes
on at this time, but William Kelly, Junior, Kelly Kelly's son,
also the son of the Lake Bill Kelly, one of
my dearest friends. William. I know you've got a huge
announcement to make. I can't tell you how excited I am.
(00:29):
Welcome to The Kooner Report. And how are.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
You, Jeff. I'm well, thank you for inviting me on here,
and I've got some big news. After half of a
year work. The secret is out. I wrote my first
book in Jeff, You're in it too. It's called Only
the Good invest Young, and think of it as a
financial roadmap for my generation. I cover the basics people
need but often missed, like how retirement accounts really work,
(00:55):
why compound interest is so powerful, and how to start
building a smart portfolio. But it's not written as a
dry textbook. I kept it understandable, unorthodox, and packed it
with wisdom from amazing contributors with life changing advice, including
an exclusive interview containing unheard of information about you, Jeff.
I also answered key questions for my gen Z peers
(01:18):
and answer them promptly, and the book will be out
and hopefully early October, but just in time for Christmas.
A perfect stocking stuff for kids or grandkids. And it
will eventually be available on Amazon. And if you'd like
a complimentary pre order from the limited first run, call
eight eight eight eight hundred and one and eight one
or email Kelly at Kelly Financial dot org. So, Jeff,
(01:38):
I can't wait to share it. And I want to
wrap this up by saying, God bless Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
William, Congratulations, my friend. I am so proud of you, buddy,
just outstanding job. And I want you to know I
want my coffee. I gotta read what you wrote about me.
Will God bless you and thank you so much. Okay,
to get your complimentary copy of William Kelly's latest book
(02:07):
with you know, hey, the cooner Man's in it. Uh
eight eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one eight eight
eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one, or if you prefer,
you can email Kelly at Kellyfinancial dot org. That's Kelly
at Kelly Financial dot org. Okay, just very quick, we're
(02:28):
gonna go back to Mike. Obviously, it is now everywhere.
New York Post is confirming it, many other media outlets
the alleged shooter that they have now arrested. His name
is Tyler Robinson, twenty two years of age. He comes
from southern Utah. He lives in a six hundred thousand,
(02:52):
six bedroom home. It was his father that eventually turned
him in. So and we're gonna get more information obviously
throughout the day, but they got him and it's his
name is Tyler Robinson, twenty two years of age. Okay,
before I go to Mike, listen now to President Trump
saying it's not just Utah's governor that says he's going
(03:14):
to get the death penalty. The President says, I want
him to get the death penalty. Roll the cut, Mike. So,
mister President, there is the death penalty in Utah. And
I do know this is going to be a federal case.
And there's many of us believe that Charlie was targeted
because of this political ideology. Yeah, what's going to happen
(03:34):
to this guy? Well, I hope it's going to be
found guilty, I would imagine, and I hope he gets
the death penalty.
Speaker 4 (03:42):
What he did.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
Charlie Kirk was the finest person that he didn't deserve this.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
He worked so hard and so well.
Speaker 5 (03:48):
Everybody liked him.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
I couldn't have said it better myself. All right, let's
go right back to Mike in Somerville. Mike, you were
please can you just finish your second point? Because it
was so important? How you know, there was this debate
with a friend, a liberal friend, who said that, you know,
she was so happy that Charlie Kirk was killed. And
(04:11):
then after about a ten minute back and forth in argument,
she admitted she knew nothing about Charlie Kirk. Michael, Mike,
forgive me. Can you just repeat that for the audience, please?
Speaker 4 (04:21):
Yes, I was, Yes, Jeff, thank you. I was out
with the friend the other night. And again I'm not
on social media because it's it's all ridiculous, but he is.
And he was going back and forth with a liberal
friend of his, and she was saying, you know, I've
got a paraphrase, Charlie Kirk got what he deserved. I'm
(04:43):
so happy all the nonsense. So after ten minutes of
an exchange, my friend put her in her place and
she said to me, well, she said to him as
I was sitting next to him. I didn't know who
Charlie Kirk was until today. So it goes to show you.
They just repeat with day hear it's it's disgusting, Jeff,
(05:04):
it's just wait a second. Here's the kick. I expect
that from a millennial, a thirty year old at gen Z.
This woman is in her seventies. Oh my god, in
her seventies. I'm a fifty nine year old man from
some of them born and raised. And by the way,
give that another kid from some of my address. If
you want to debate this.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
And Mike, I know you want to get another point in,
please go ahead.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
Oh so here's the thing. My mother's ninety four years old.
Seventy six years she's been voting Democrat. You are solely
responsible for making a change to an independent.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
Oh that's great, Mike, Dino, Mike, call and please give
your mother my best Mike, thank you very much, my friend.
Well look there you have it. I mean, that's what
I mean. They're like a bunch of zombies. It's frightening,
Like it's really frightening. Now, you know, in the old days, yeah,
people were you know it follow a party blindly you know,
(06:01):
blind loyalty. But it would be like, you know whatever, Oh,
the Republicans are going to steal your social security, you
know what I mean. It'd be some kind of a
stupid talking point that they would just mindlessly repeat. But
now it's the guy's dead. I mean, we're talking about murder,
political murder, assassination, and oh, you gotta coming, you gotta coming.
(06:22):
He was a fascist and Nazi, a hater, and you're like,
do you know anything about him? No? Hi ya yai,
hi ya yai. Annie on the South Shore. Thanks for
holding Annie, and welcome.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
Good morning Death, and good morning Kuna country. I know
that we are all in mourning, and we should be
in mourning. And I am a very religious individual and
I do believe that the Lord has his ways and
this is for us to wake up and actually see
what is happening to our country, into our world. My
question to you is hand to Kuna country. I feel
(07:00):
in my heart that every Democrat that we have that
is sitting in a office is a communist. I believe
that they are trying to take over my country, my life,
my family, my way of living, my freedoms. And I
have tried to figure out what is the right way
of doing this. Prayers, Yes, we will all say our prayers,
(07:24):
but we have to act, Jeff, as you said, we
have to unite. Seventy four million people voted for Donald
Trump to put him into office to do the work
of the people. I do believe that is what he's
trying to do. And I do believe that we the
people need to stand up and be heard, and we
need to roar, and that row needs to be heard
(07:47):
from the bottom of the bowels of hell to the
highest point in heaven. That we have risen, we have done.
We're not taking any more of this. Innocent people, good
people are being slotted, and we can't stand for it anymore. Jeff,
I don't know what the answer is. I mean, I
used to have history class and learn different things, and
(08:08):
maybe people out there you're smarter than me. But does
it come down to martial law? Does the president shut
the country down and say we're going to do a reset?
What do we do well?
Speaker 2 (08:21):
I mean, it's a brilliant question. I mean, Annie, as
they say, it's the sixty four it's the sixty four
thousand dollars question. Look, I think we're going to wait.
Let's wait a couple more days, and I think we're
going to know exactly who this person is, what motivated him,
his network, his connections, and I think then Trump is
going to launch a domestic campaign against radical left wing terrorism.
(08:46):
And I think it's time to take the gloves off.
So I think politically Trump is going to have to
do that because already, look, there's this big social media
site that the left goes on. It's called Blue Sky.
It's like kind of like their alternative to truth Social
or even x you know, used to be Twitter. It's
of liberals, biliberals for liberals. They're already forget celebrating Charlie Kirk.
(09:12):
This story's everywhere now. They're already saying we got to
kill Donald Trump next, and then they're saying after him,
it's got to be JD. Vance. And then they're saying
Elon Musk, and then they're saying Ben Shapiro, because Ben
Shapiro has now come out and said he's gonna replace
Charlie Kirk. He wants to go to these college campuses
(09:32):
and debate and you know, discuss with students, so he'll
like be the new Charlie Kirk. And they're saying well,
we'll kill him too. So they're already saying who they
want to kill next. They're lining them up. So what
I'm saying is he's gonna have to declare a domestic
war on left wing violence and left wing terrorism. There's
(09:54):
no question now. And that's gonna be the political side.
But Annie, let me tell you, you know, from the
bottom of my heart, we have the power. How look,
Charlie Kirk in many ways is the Martin Luther King
of our time. How did Martin Luther King win? How
did the civil rights movement win? Everybody who supported him
(10:18):
became Martin Luther King. They spoke up in favor of
civil rights and against the evils of segregation and Jim
Crow and racism. We have to all become Charlie Kirk.
And I don't mean we have to all go to
college campuses. You said, we all roar. That's right. When
you're with your friends, if you're wherever you are, speak out,
(10:44):
be Charlie Kirk. That's what we all have to do.
Sol Jian Nitsen said, never forget this. Communism began to
fall in the Soviet Union when ordinary Russian said, we
will no longer longer live by lies. Everybody individually. If
(11:04):
you don't live by a lie, we will win.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
If Jeff doesn't get a day off, this request came
