Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number. Okay, I promise I'm gonna continue to take
your calls. But first, uh, Wednesday seven twenty ish. You
know what that means. Truth or troll? Take it away
a mic.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
And now America's favorite game show where you get to
decide on the Kooner Report.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
This is truth or Troll.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
All right. For today's entry of truth or Troll, it
once again comes from President Trump speaking at the Charlie
Kirk Memorial in Arizona the other day, when, just after
Erica Kirk forgave Charlie's assassin, Trump begins to talk about
his own enemies.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
In that private moment on his dying day, we find
everything we need to know about who Charlie Kirk truly was.
He was a missionary, they noble spirit, and a great,
great purpose. He did not hate his opponents.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
He wanted.
Speaker 4 (01:08):
The best for them.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
That's where I disagreed with Charlie. I hate my opponent
and I don't want the best for them. I'm sorry.
I am sorry Erica. But now Erica can talk to
me and the whole group and maybe they can convince
me that that's not right.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
But I can't stand my opponent.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
So what do we think here, Jeff? Is he being
dead serious here and he actually hates everybody? Or is
he just kind of trying to lighten the mood a
little bit and keep everybody's spirits up and try and
get a laugh out of everybody.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
I got it was very funny, I have to say.
I mean it was, you know, the whole memorial was
so serious and frankly, so sad and so tragic and
so heart wrenching. And then especially after Erica Kirk's speech,
which was just a powerful, stunning speech where she forgives
the caller, and then he comes on and says, I'm
(02:03):
not forgiving anybody. I hate my opponents. I don't pray
for him, I don't forgive him. I can't stand him.
So on the one end, it was like funny because
it just kind of lightened the mood. But the other
part is he's just so freaking honest. You know, You're like, no,
that is something Trump would say, So I'm not trying
(02:23):
to weasel out of this mic, you know. But really
it's almost like a bit of both, Yeah, he doesn't
like his enemies, and b he was kind of trying
to be funny and lighten the mood and maybe troll
the left a little bit. So if I had to vote,
I would probably say truth, but with a little bit
(02:46):
of troll, but mostly truth. But I want to hear
from all of you. You can go to our web
page wrko dot com slash cooner wrko dot com slash
cooner and is in national Er. You can also vote
via x at the Kooner Report. Is my handle at
(03:09):
the Kooner Report all one word kuh and is in
national Er. Was Trump telling the truth A or was
he trolling B when he said I hate my enemies. Okay,
I want to hear from you. Let's go right back
(03:30):
to the blazing phone lines. Julie in Boston. Thanks for
holding Julie, and welcome. Thank you so much.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
I have two points I'd like to make.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
The first you alluded to is, after the.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Way that UN has treated the President, how funny will
they think it will be if he pulls the funding. Well,
you know, that's a great point, Julie. That's see, that's
another thing many people are saying. They go like, there's
such idiots at the UN, you know, like, after you
do this to him and to his you know, to
his wife, to the first lady after everything. My god,
(04:08):
the guy was practically almost killed. Like you think he's
gonna find this funny? So what do you think is
this going to increase the chances that he's going to
increase funding or reduce the chances that he's gonna you know,
cut funding. Increase funding, So he's only now going to
cut more funding. That's all these idiots have accomplished. But please,
(04:30):
you're on a roll. Keep going, Julie.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Personally, if there were me, i'd say bleep you and
pull all the funding myself.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
But my second point is just out of curiosity.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
I mean, I don't know how elevators work, but if.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
They could get to the escalator, jo't you think they
could get to the elevator? Well that's the I mean,
if you want, I could read to you a part
of the Times story, The Times of London.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
This was published on Sunday where staffers now they claimed
that they were joking, but apparently they weren't. Where they said, no,
we're going to protest Trump. He wants to cut our funding. Well,
now the elevators and the escalators won't work, so what
they were predicting was they were gonna shut down both
(05:18):
the escalators and the elevators. So now I don't know
if they can or can't. I don't know if it's
just the escalators. I can't give you a definitive answer.
I can just tell you the elevator worked fine. In
other words, what he didn't take worked fine, and the
(05:39):
right escalator worked fine. The only thing that didn't work
was the escalator that Trump and Milgia took. And it
was working right up until the two of them stepped
on it. She goes first, and then he walks right
behind her, and I'm talking, first step onto the escalator
(06:00):
and bang, it abruptly stops, and everybody, I mean, you
could tell Trump's face if you see the video. He
knows it was done on purpose, and she knows as well. Milania.
They're like shocked. They're like like almost like why would
you do this? And you know, and it stops abruptly,
so like Malania really had to hold onto the sides.
(06:23):
They could have easily fallen. I'm telling you most people.
And remember, look, he's very fit for his age, he's
very vigorous, energetic for his age. But he is almost
eighty years old. He's seventy nine going on eighty. An
eighty year old man falls, they could do a lot
of damage. You know, the bones are more brittle just overall.
(06:46):
So look, I think they wanted to hurt him at
a minimum, humiliate and embarrass him at a bare minimum.
But I think their intention was more nefarious. Julie's final
word to you just think they're six six people. That's
my final word, I think, and stupid and juvenile and petty. Okay,
(07:09):
I promise, I want to get I do want to
get into the meat of the speech, because it was
an absolutely magnificent speech. Really, I think one of the
most important, powerful speeches of any president that's ever delivered
an address to the United Nations. Just very quickly though,
before I do, this is from Bob on messenger. Jeff
(07:33):
love your show. Well, thank you, Bob, but you reported wrong.
This is interesting that the escalator to the right was
going down and still working. I've looked at several video
shorts on YouTube, and the escalator on the right was
going up and still working. Okay, interesting anyway, there was
(08:00):
two escalators, the right and the left. My understanding was
the one the right was going down. The one on
the left, obviously, which is the one that Trump and
Milania took, was going up, and that was the escalator
that was shut down. Now, whether the one on the
right was going up or down, the fact is it
kept working. That's the point. I mean, you know, you
(08:23):
may be right, Bob. I'm just what I'm saying is
it worked, and it kept working. So the only one
that didn't work was the one that first Lady Milania
Trump and President Trump stepped on and right when they
stepped on it. So I'm sorry, I'm no fool. I'm
no fool, and most of America is no fool. Six
(08:46):
one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay, please,
I promise I'm going to continue to take your calls.
I rarely play, as you know, a lot of clips
from a I'll play a couple of clips I like
to paraphrase, so we can get to the you know,
heart of the issue quickly, and then I can start
(09:08):
taking calls from this great audience. But I have to
say Trump's address yesterday A I loved it. I loved it.
My only complaint was that I wish they had done
it more like in the middle of the afternoon, so
I really so I could have gotten some popcorn and
(09:28):
die of coke and just you know, sat back and
just thoroughly enjoyed it because I basically rushed after yesterday's
show and started watching it. But I'm telling you, it
was powerful. It was absolutely spot on. It spoke truth
to power. It was a blistering speech. It was in
(09:54):
some ways a prophetic speech. And if you can imagine,
there was the President of the United States America first
in the Vatican, the citadel of globalism, which is the
United Nations, that is the epicenter of the new world
(10:16):
order that the globalists and the radical left want to
erect and create. And to their faces, whether it was
the European Union, whether it was China, whether it was
Brazil and that leftist now who's now running that country
into the ground, he stood up and to their faces
(10:41):
told them the most unpleasant, powerful truths that any president
has ever delivered to that body and to the world.
And what he told them was that, as he put it,
what is the purpose of the United Nations? Why was
it founded after World War Two? In theory to create
(11:06):
international peace and international security, to stop invasions? But what
have you done under the banner of globalism, under the
banner of open borders, under the banner of a new
world order. You literally started an invasion. You funded an invasion,
(11:31):
and you supported an invasion. And that was the invasion
of the United States and the invasion of the West,
and the invasion of Europe, the European Union through third
World illegal immigration. And you took our money to fund it.
(11:53):
Roll cut seven. It was beautiful and it was truthful.
Roll cut seven. Mike.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Not only is the UN not solving the problems it should,
too often, it's actually creating new problems for us to solve.
The best example is the number one political issue of
our time, the crisis of uncontrolled migration. It's uncontrolled. Your
countries are being ruined. The United Nations is funding an
(12:25):
assault on Western countries and their borders. In twenty twenty four,
the UN budgeted three hundred and seventy two million dollars
in cash assistance to support and estimated six hundred and
twenty four thousand migrants journeying into the United States. Think
of that, the UN is supporting people that are illegally
(12:46):
coming into the United States, and then we have to
get them out.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
Over six hundred thousand they funded alone. And listen now
to President Trump. You provided them food shelter, You paid
for the buses, the trains. You even gave them debit cards,
debit cards so they could come into our country, invade
(13:13):
our country illegally, right through our southern border. Roll cut
seven A, Mike.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
The UN also provided food, shelter, transportation, and debit cards
to illegal aliens. Can you believe that, by the way
to infiltrate our southern border. Millions of people came through
that southern border just a year ago. Millions and millions
of people were pouring in twenty five million altogether over
the four years of the incompetent Biden administration. And now
(13:49):
we have it stopped, totally stopped. In fact, they're not
even coming anymore because they know they can't get through.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
And then he dropped the hammer. This was the coup
de grasse. And you could see the room was stunned
because nobody spoke the truth to them the way Donald
Trump did yesterday. Roll cut seven B, Mike.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
But what took place is totally unacceptable. The UN is
supposed to stop invasions, not create them, and not finance them.
In the United States. We reject the idea that mass
numbers of people from foreign lands can be permitted to
travel halfway around the world, trample our borders, violate our
sovereignty because unmitigated crime, and deplete our social safety need.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
I mean, he nailed it the whole. Did he nail it?
And he's completely right. That's what the UN did, and
it wasn't just the UN obviously, That's what the globalists did.
That's what many powerful, wealthy billionaires did. That's what the
Biden regime did, That's what many European governments did, so
(15:00):
many third world governments did. They encouraged third world illegal
aliens to just pick up and pour into the United States.
And by the way, as Trump addressed yesterday, how many
of these migrants were killed along the way, how many
women were raped? How many people died in this in
(15:23):
the scorching heat. I mean, it wasn't just a disaster
for US and the host countries, but it was a
disaster for so many of them that were lied to
and encouraged to make the trip. Six one seven two, six,
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, the
twin pillars of globalism as Trump laid out brilliantly and
(15:48):
very powerfully yesterday, was as he talked about the migration crisis,
which is the greatest crisis of our time, this world
of open borders, essentially unlimited, unlimited Third world illegal immigration.
The other one is, of course, in the name of
(16:08):
climate change, this radical green socialism, this obsession with driving
energy costs through the roof skyrocketing energy prices, heating prices,
electricity prices, gas which you pay at the pump. And
as Trump laid out yesterday, in fact, he was looking
(16:29):
at the Europeans in particular, as he spoke to the French,
to the Italians, to the Germans, to the Brits, to
the European Union representatives, saying, look what you've done to
your countries, to your civilization, to your culture. You have
impoverished the middle and working class. You've crushed them with
(16:56):
massive high energy costs. You've tried to convert your economies
in the name of reducing your carbon footprint, not emitting
CO two, to solar and wind and so called renewable energies,
which are extremely expensive. In fact, they lose money, as
(17:17):
Trump said, so you have to keep subsidizing them because
energy is supposed to make you money, not have you
lose money. It's incredibly expensive, it's extremely inefficient, and it
doesn't have the power, the ability to power a modern industrial, technological,
(17:39):
advanced economy. And so what's happened is that energy costs
in Germany, for example, and in most European countries have
now exploded to such a point that the middle class
has been wiped out, wiped out because they can't afford
(18:02):
these outrageous gas prices, outrageous electricity bills, outrageous heating costs.
By the way, just what's happening here in Massachusetts. I
don't know if you know. Energy prices now have gone
up again under Morahally, and it's all deliberate because, like
(18:23):
the Europeans, and like the European left, she brags about
having killed not one, but two pipelines in Massachusetts, oil pipelines.
She doesn't want us on fossil fuels. So they're pushing
everybody onto solar, onto wind, which are incredibly expensive forms
of energy. And if you do have natural gas, they're
(18:48):
adding additional costs after additional cost, after additional cost to
make it so exorbitantly expensive that you just say, I
can't afford this anymore. What do you think is happening?
You are literally impoverishing and destroying the middle and working
class who can pay for these energy bills. Well, think
(19:10):
of Massachusetts. But Europe it's been on steroids. And then
he looked at the Europeans and he said, okay, look
how much suffering you've imposed on your people. Look how
many jobs you've lost, the economic growth that you've killed,
the economic development that you've suppressed, how you've impoverished your
(19:33):
own citizens. It's been one economic self inflicted wound after another.
It's like you're just amputating parts of your body. So
what was all this for? And he said, do you
know how much you reduced your carbon footprint? Quote unquote,
He goes, here are your official statistics, thirty seven percent.
(20:00):
Thirty seven percent. And he looked around the room and
he goes, you probably think that's a great success. Do
you know that China and India he looked at him,
have increased coal, increased oil, increased natural gas consumption, and
it has wiped out your thirty seven percent reduction. In fact,
(20:24):
there is more CO two in the atmosphere now than
there ever was in human history. So Everything that you've
done has been negated by China and India alone. It
was all for nothing, for nothing. And then he said,
you're stupid. That's why I found so funny. He was,
(20:45):
do you know that you're stupid? Like you're stupid, Like
what you're doing is stupid. Not only is climate change,
as he put it, rightfully, rightly, the greatest con job
in human history, which it is, it's an absolute conjob.
But look how stupid and irresponsible you've been. China and
(21:10):
India and Brazil and other countries are getting rich, and
Russia are getting rich off of your backs, and you
can't see it that you're being swindled in the name
of globalism and the name of environmentalism and the name
of quote unquote climate change. It's become a pseudo religion
(21:32):
for you people. It's a substitute religion where you sacrifice
yourself like a religion. It's like flogging yourself. Now, let
me just say this. I know I busted up my
ribs on my recent trip to Europe. Okay, but leave
(21:54):
the ribs alone for a second. Let me tell you
what shocked me about my trip to Europe. When I
was in Paris, Paris is not a European city anymore.
It is no longer part of the West. It is
(22:16):
a sea of migrants. They're all from the Middle East
or North Africa. They don't speak French, just so that
you understand. They speak Arabic, they speak Pakistani, they speak Egyptian, whatever,
they speak every language under the sun, Persian. But they're
(22:38):
not speaking French. That I can tell you. It is
overwhelmingly Muslim. They are not assimilating. You can tell even
by the way they dress. They are not assimilating. They
resent France. They hate French culture and French civilization. To
my shock and horror, when I visited croat Croatia, which
(23:04):
fought off the Ottoman Turks for over a thousand years,
which the UN and the EU attacked for being quote
unquote too white. This was recently. I'm literally too white. Hey,
there are just too many ethnic Croatians in Croatia. I'm
(23:26):
walking around the capital city, Zagreb, which is a beautiful
Central European city. I'm on the coast in Dubrovnik, beautiful city,
beautiful where the Game of Thrones was filmed. I'm talking
about churches, monasteries, towers, castles that go back a thousand years.
(23:46):
It is crawling now with migrants. They're coming from Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan,
the Philippines. I'm looking around that. I'm like, what is
wrong with you people? They by the way, they don't
(24:08):
and by the way, they don't speak a word of Croatian.
They only speak English. The migrants, I go, they're not assimilating,
They're not even close to assimilating. They're never going to assimilate.
But they won't even speak your language. But the hell's
wrong with you people. You are literally having your culture
(24:29):
taken away from you in front of your eyes. Listen
now to President Trump. And by the way, that's what
I told Grace when I came back. She said, you know,
how is Croatia. I said, It's not what it was
fifteen years ago. I'll tell you this, holy mackerel. Is
it changing and not for the better. Not for the better.
(24:52):
They are not assimilating, They don't want to assimilate. They
come from different kinds, countries, different cultures, different religions, different languages,
different customs. Listen now to President Trump telling the Europeans
(25:15):
to their face, this experiment in open borders and multiculturalism,
This experiment in allowing people from all over the world
to just pour into your country. It is leading to
the death of Europe and to the death of the West.
(25:37):
You are committing suicide. Roll cut seven C. Mike.
Speaker 3 (25:45):
We have reasserted that America belongs to the American people,
and I encourage all countries to take their own stand
in defense of their citizens as well. You have to
do that because I see it. I'm not mentioning names.
I see it, and I can call every single one
(26:05):
of them. You're destroying your countries. They're being destroyed. Europe
is in serious trouble. They've been invaded by a force
of illegal aliens like nobody's ever seen before. Illegal aliens
are pouring into Europe. Nobody is every and nobody's doing
anything to change it, to get them out. It's not sustainable.
(26:28):
And because they choose to be politically correct, they're doing
just absolutely nothing about it.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
It's civilizational suicide. He's completely right. Whether I don't care.
If it's Great Britain, I don't care. If it's Denmark,
I don't care. If it's the Netherlands, I don't care.
If it's France or Germany or Italy or now it's
going into central eastern Europe. It it doesn't stop. And
when you're there, you're looking around, You're like, what is
(26:57):
wrong with you people? You're gonna in another generation or two,
you're gonna be gone. France will no longer be French,
Italy will no longer be Italian, Germany will no longer
be German. It's as plain as day. Listen now to
President Trump, it's now or never, as he's telling them,
(27:20):
right you either you take care of this now, or
Europe as we've known it for two thousand years is
no more. Roll cut seven D mike.
Speaker 3 (27:34):
If something is not done immediately, they cannot This cannot
be sustained. What makes the world so beautiful is that
each country is unique. But to stay this way, every
sovereign nation must have the right to control their own borders.
You have the right to control your borders as we
do now, and to limit the sheer numbers of migrants
(27:56):
entering their countries and paid for by the people that
nation that were there and that built that particular nation
at the time.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
America for Americans. Let America be America. Let Greece be Greek,
Let Italy be Italian, Let Spain be Spanish, Let Portugal
be Portuguese, Let Poland be Polish, Let Germany be German,
let France be French. Let Great Britain be British. He's right,
(28:33):
you really believe in true diversity, in true multiculturalism. Let
every country be unique and different, with their own distinct
language and culture and identity and traditions and customs. What's
wrong with that? Europe is the jewel of the West,
(28:57):
or at least it was the jewel of the West.
And listen now to President Trump. You are now bringing
in hundreds and hundreds of millions of migrants across the
entire West that are not Western, and they do not
(29:19):
want to assimilate. And eventually you are now funding your
own replacement, literally, your own destruction and demise. Roll cut
seven e Mike.
Speaker 3 (29:36):
They put their blood, sweat, tears money into that country
and now they're being ruined. Proud nations must be allowed
to protect their communities and prevent their societies from being
overwhelmed by people they have never seen before, with different customs, religions,
with different everything. Where migrants have violated laws, large false
(30:00):
asylum claims or claimed refugee status for illegitimate reasons they
should in many cases be immediately sent home.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
He's right, He's completely by the way, the room was stunned.
No one has ever told them this to their face.
No one has ever laid out the truth the way
he just did. Now, my prediction, okay, here's my prediction.
This speech that he delivered is going to inspire and galvanize.
(30:30):
He pulled to Charlie Kirk. He basically said two things.
I'm speaking truth to power and prove me wrong. And
they can't prove him wrong. And this is going to
inspire in galvanize populists, nationalists, conservatives all across Europe. Nigel
(30:52):
Farage and Reform are going to win the British elections
and sweep the Labor Party and the Conservatives from power.
Mark my words. Britain First is now going to succeed
in Britain. This is gonna put now Marin la Penn
and her party over the top. In France, Macron politically
(31:14):
is finished. He's on his political deathbed. Maloney in Italy
is already adopting Italy First. And you're gonna see the
biggest change is going to be in Germany. This speech
has electrified German patriots, German populists, Germans who want to
save their country from becoming a Third world hell whole.
(31:41):
And the West now literally is at a crossroads. And
as Trump put it, I'm gonna lay it out. You
could not have said it any better. This experiment that
you've all conducted in open borders, in unlimited migration, in
multicultural in globalism is over. It has been a disaster
(32:06):
and a dismal failure. No truer words have ever been spoken.
And once this genie now that the truth that Trump spoke,
once this genie now is out of the bottle. The
globalists can't put it back in. So lost amidst everything
(32:29):
is that President Trump threw down the gauntlet and he
told the globalists to their face, your time is over.
Gordon in Vermont, Thanks for holding Gordon, and.
Speaker 4 (32:45):
Welcome, Thanks Jeff. This is astonishing news. It just seems
like every day there's some new assault on our president
and it always fails. And I just think it's time
to defund the UN say they've outlived their usefulness and
they should sell that building or maybe let the homeless
(33:07):
people move in there or something. Because nationalism is back
in style. It's a good thing. It's a good thing.
We had, you know, a forum to reach out to
everybody in the world, and then we can take a
look at ourselves and say, you know, we're not that bad.
We should be Americans, French should be French, Germans should
be Germans. Just melting it all down. It's like taking
all the crayons in the box and you just get
(33:30):
a gray, brown blob and you melt them all down.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
Oh, Gordon, I love that analogy. You know, that's what's happening.
That's what's happening, and it's it's melting down our civilization. Look, Gordon,
I want to play Trump this. This is the cut.
This is the clip that I think is going to
live on years after Trump is out of power. This
is the cut that's now being played over and over
(33:57):
again in European country after European country. It has electrified populists, patriots, nationalists,
conservatives all over the continent. Roll cut eight.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
Mike, It's time to end the failed experiment of open borders.
You have to end it now. See I can tell
you I'm really good at this stuff. Your countries are
going to hell. In America, we've taken bold action to
swiftly shut down uncontrolled migration. Once we started detaining and
(34:32):
deporting everyone who crossed the border and removing illegal aliens
from the United States, they simply stopped coming. They're not
coming anymore. We're getting a lot of credit, but they're
not coming anymore.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
Gordon. He's saying, control your borders, deport these illegals, retake
your countries, take your countries back, take your cultures back,
your language, back, your civilization back before it's too late.
Is Trump right and is there still time in your view? Gordon?
Speaker 4 (35:04):
I think there is. I think that's why we have Trump.
He was there just in time. Really, I don't think
anybody else could have. I mean, just everything that's happened
to him, it was almost like it was script from
God to make things happen so that people can see
clearly what reality is. And it's just it's mind boggling
and it's beautiful and I'm so thank god that they
(35:27):
haven't managed to kill him. I mean, I didn't see
the pictures of this scene with the escalators, but that's
absolute crap. They should defund the UN kick them out,
like I say, let the homeless people live there or whatever.
Just get them the heck out of here because they've
outlived their usefulness.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
Amen. Amen Gordon, thank you very very much for that call.
