Speaker 1 (00:00):
The seven to twenty ish Wednesday. You know what that needs,
Truth or Troll? Take it away, Mike.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
And now America's favorite game show where you get to
decide on the Kooner Report.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
This is Truth or Troll.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
Today's entry for truth Control comes from speaker Mike Johnson,
when during a press conference yesterday, he offers his thoughts
on President Trump possibly running for a third term in
office in twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 5 (00:45):
Well, there is the twenty second Amendment. I spoke with
the President about an hour ago. It's late in the
evening in Japan. He's working around the clock serving the
American people. He doesn't stop talk about someone who works
around the clock. And as Chairman Flugger mentioned a moment ago,
and as we've reiterated in here so many times, you're
looking at the split screen because under President Trump, the

(01:06):
Republican Party has delivered. It's been a great run. But
I think the President knows and he and I have
talked about the constrictions of the Constitution as much as
so many the American people lamant that the Trump twenty
twenty eight cap is one of the most popular that's
ever been been produced. And he has a good time

(01:27):
with that trolling the Democrats whose hair is on fire
about the very prospect.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
So that's an interesting one there.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
I mean, is he trolling about the trolling? I guess
is really the question.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
No, he's trolling. He's obviously trolling. But I just they're
having fun. That's the thing. That's just funny. You know,
It's like, you know, it's like, it's just they're playing
it beautifully.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
I really got to give them.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
I got to give them they're due, and not just Trump.
I mean, you know, Mike Johnson, who's not known from
him a good sense of humor, but even on this one,
he's actually funny. I can't believe I'm saying this, but
you know, as twenty Trump twenty twenty eight. Yeah, that's
the best selling cap of them all. You know, I've
always got constitutional prohibitions there. But oh boys, he's setting

(02:19):
the Democrats hair on fire. It's driving the Dems insane.
So no, I do think he's I think they're trolling, Mike,
But that's me.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
That's me, Mike. So let me ask all of you
truth or troll?

Speaker 1 (02:39):
When all this talk about Trump running for a potential
third term to run in twenty twenty eight, even Mike
Johnson now Spee House Speaker Mike Johnson is getting into it.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Is it a truth?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Do you think they really would like to see Trump
run in twenty twenty eight or do you think gets trolling?
They're just doing it to drive the Dems in crazy,
insane apoplectic. I think they're trolling, but that's me. I
want to hear from you a truth b troll. You

(03:14):
can vote on our web page WRKO dot com slash
cooner wrko dot com slash cooner. You can also vote
via X and yes, I was very active on X
last night. Again my handle there all one word at
the Kooner Report k U h n E R.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Angelo.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
I'm so happy you raised the issue that listeners to
this show. Members of Kooner Country, you know MAGA or
fellow MAGA supporters, if you're going through a tough time
because of these snap benefits being cut off on Saturday,
please let's take care of our people in our neighborhoods,

(03:58):
in our communities. Let's get them a bag of groceries.
Let's help them out until this shutdown is over. I
don't want any American to go hungry. Please, don't get
me wrong, but I certainly don't want Cooner Country or
any MAGA supporter to go hungry. And I mean this
to the listeners out there. If you are on food

(04:20):
stamps or SNAP, and I understand you know many of
you are low income many but some of you are
low income. There are single women with children who are
struggling to make ends meet. I understand you need SNAP,
you need food these food stamps. If you need food assistance,
let me know and I will do everything in my

(04:41):
power to help, and I will ask people in the
audience to help. So let's be reminiscent that this weekend
and next week there could be Americans are fellow Americans,
fellow members of Kooner Country who may be going hungry.
So let's help them out. Angelo, please pick up where
you like.

Speaker 6 (05:00):
Off, absolutely, Jeff. The people you know a lot of
people in need. You know, they believe it or not.
They're hard working and it's so expensive out there that
they can't get the food they need and they do
need that little extra help. So that being said, they
are proud people, just like we would be in the need.

(05:20):
Don't be afraid to ask your neighbor if you need help,
especially if you have children. I'm sure Democrat are not.
You'll step up to help out. And you know, let's
curb what the Demosocrats are trying to do. They're squeezing
the people, actually trying to control them by starving them,
and they know what was going to happen in the
weeks to come. This is part of their plan, the

(05:41):
devious people, and what a sin that they have to
be that way. Imagine what we could get done if
everybody work together as true Americans and help out one
another the way you're supposed to. But hopefully, you know,
MAGA will help out and everybody will help out the
people in need. And and if you don't know anybody
in need, go to a local pantry or whatever and

(06:04):
make a donation or drop off some groceries or whatever
you can do to help, because this is serious stuff.
For the people really in need, the free ride is
they'll get by because they know the angles every way
and out in any way. But the people that are
hard working and really need it are the people that
are honest, pay the attacks is, do the right thing,
and they're the ones that are hurting the other people

(06:25):
that are fraudst is will get by thick and thin
they know what to do. What do you say about that?

Speaker 1 (06:30):
I agree, Angelo, really I agree with you. And look,
I know there are members of this audience again, they're
there working poor. They're the ones I really feel bad for.
They're not, you know, like ease illegals or some of
these migrants that come here and just sit down and
watch TV and live off the fat of the land.
They work very hard, and many of them are single

(06:51):
mothers in particular. They work. They got to raise their children.
They need that extra supplemental income. That's food. They need it.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight
is the number.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Okay, let me let me ask all of you.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
This this threat now that you're seeing from millions, I
mean literally millions. They're flooding TikTok, They're flooding social media,
they're flooding Instagram. I don't I don't think they're bluffing.
Some maybe, but many of them are not. They look
very serious to me who are saying that if the

(07:32):
food stamp benefits are cut off, which they're expected to
be Friday at twelve oh one am, which would be
sorry Saturday of twelve oh one am, literally Friday at
midnight November first, which is Halloween, is this Friday, the
thirty first, and Saturday is the first, So on Saturday,
the food stamp benefits are going to stop flowing to

(07:55):
millions and millions of Americans. Forty two million, almost forty
three are now on food stamps. They're gonna go to
the supermarket, they're gonna go to the grocery store, they're
gonna go to the convenience store. And they say, we're
just gonna steal, we're gonna loot, we're gonna plunder, we're
gonna take, and don't get in our way because we're gonna,
as they said, we're gonna punch you in the face.

(08:16):
And if you keep us out of the grocery store,
we're gonna go to people in the parking lot and
grab their grocery bags, you know, full of food.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
We're gonna just.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Grab them out of their arms because we're not going hungry.
And what's It's the entitlement, It's the dependence, It's the brazenness,
their willingness they just commit crimes. But also how they
just have no sense of feeding themselves and feeding their children.

(08:46):
How without that debit card, without that EBT they're lost.
It's it's anarchy. They're lost. They just they have to.
They're gonna charge into stores and just start grabbing food.
And the concept of you know, personal responsibility and self
help and you know, you work and you make money,

(09:09):
and you you know, you buy your own groceries and
you feed your own family. It's it's like your sense
of self preservation. It's been erased from them. I want
to read to you a really really good text. You
can text the cooner Man seven zero four seven zero
seven zero four seven zero. It is from six to

(09:30):
oh three and this is what six o three rights.
And it's one of the most profound insights I've ever
read from any caller. It's really it is profound. It's brilliant,
and it is it captures human nature and it really
shows you, now the evils of socialism, how evil it is,

(09:51):
and especially a welfare state that's out of control. And
that's essentially you know what we have, Jeff. This comment
is not regarding the elderly, or the infirmed, or the
truly drowned downtrot. In other words, the genuine poor or
the genuine needy. We have these programs in place to

(10:13):
lend assistance to people in these conditions, and that is
a wonderful thing. This is in regard to the millions
of able bodied Americans out there who could work to
earn their own way, but refuse to do so. The
old motto, now listen to this, This is so true.

(10:36):
The old motto don't feed the bears was because the
bears would eventually lose their natural instincts to feed themselves
and would become simply dependent on being given food. But
we're not animals. We're humans with free will, self determination,

(11:02):
and a sense of responsibility. So let me instead put
it in these terms. In the Bible Thessalonians three ten,
it says this quote for even when we were with you,
we commanded you this. The one who is unwilling to

(11:24):
work shall not eat unquote. Now, think about how profound
this is biblical. Think about how profound this is. For
even when we were with you, we commanded you this.

(11:45):
The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.
In other words, you don't work. I want you to understand,
you're gonna go hungry, and in a sense, you deserve
to go hungry. Now, and the texture continues. Hunger is

(12:09):
a strong motivator Jeff and hunger has a way to
tame a man's pride. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Where's the pride?
I don't get my food stamps, I'm gonna go loot
the grocery store. I don't get my ebt charged up.

(12:33):
I'm going to the parking lot and I'm going to
take from people who work, who have bought groceries, and
I'm going to literally steal their food out of their arms.
And don't you get in my effing way. As they
put it, where's the pride? But more than that, look
what the welfare state has done again, the successive welfare state.

(12:57):
I'm not talking about helping genuine people in need, but
this word becomes a lifestyle where it's your whole life.
The instinct for self preservation it's gone. You can't survive,
You literally can't survive. Instead of saying I should get
a job, man, I should work. Maybe I don't know,

(13:21):
grow a garden as well, maybe plan for bad days,
it's just it's gone.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
It's just gone.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
And it's almost like reducing us to a to an
animal state. That's that's literally what they're doing. And if
they don't get what they want, they start behaving like animals.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight agree, disagree, Mike, Maestro, Mic,

(13:53):
Who do you wanting to go to?

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Next?

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Mike any any time? To century Mike. George in New Hampshire.
Thanks for holding George, and welcome George. Do we have George?

(14:14):
All right, let's see if we can reconnect with George.
Eddie in Charlestown. Thanks for holding Eddie and welcome.

Speaker 7 (14:22):
Good morning, Jeff. By this snap program, the food program
has been broken for years and corrupt for years. I'll
tell you why. A quick story. I was a municipal
employee for many years. Twenty years ago. I got injured.
I was on workman's camp. My ret the tour. I

(14:44):
had four operations on my eye. I was on workman's camp.
Workman's camp after three years reduces your pay when you
when you want workman's camp, you only get sixty percent
of your pay, which is bad enough. On top of
that to force you back to work when you're not
healthy enough to go back to work. They cut you

(15:07):
down and they forced you to go in front of
the Industrial Accident Board for an appeal, which took me
ten months and I lived on eighty nine dollars a
week back in two thousand and eight. Okay, I went
to the Democratic mayor, the Democratic state representative, and the

(15:29):
Democratic Congresswoman Katherine Clark, and guess what, no help, No help.
So it's been broken for years. And I have a
message for all these people. And I didn't riot, I
didn't raw people. I picked up my big boy pants
and I suffered it out. And guess what, ten months later,

(15:54):
I won and I got what was rightfully miyan. But
I had to wait, I had to suffer it out.
But I didn't rob anybody. I didn't go into the
stores and loop. And I have a message for everybody
out there that want to do this nonsense and looting
and riding. Why don't they go to the people that
are causing the problem pat this plot their butts outside

(16:19):
their houses, in their offices, and and and get the
get the food from them. Let's see what happens. Let's
see if the Democrats want, you know, what will happen
to arrest those people because they're bothering the Democrats. Let's
let's have the plan backfire on them.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
Well, you know, Eddie, the other thing that people can
do is go to a food bank. I mean this
idea that you know, you look, I don't want anybody
to not get their food stamps.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
I don't. I don't want to.

Speaker 6 (16:52):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
I'm looking at some women with children and I'm like,
come on, I don't want them to not have breakfast.
I don't want them to not have a you know,
a peanut butter sandwich or you know, whatever you feed
your child.

Speaker 7 (17:01):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
It break my heart, especially for an American. I mean,
I'm sorry, that's unacceptable. But there are food banks, a
lot of food banks, and they have a lot of food.
And so instead of looting, and you're right, daddy, look
you didn't loot, and I commend you. You didn't steal.
I commend you. Six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, you want to

(17:24):
see how sleazy Mori Heely is. And all these Democrat governors,
they're all doing the exact same thing. So this is
now the letter that was sent out by the Healey
administration to food stamp recipients all across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

(17:47):
So this is now what they're all these snap beneficiaries,
all these people now that are worried they're going to
lose their food stamps in a couple of days on Saturday.
So this is now what they're This is literally what
they're now being told straight from the governor. Quote okay,
quote to all Snap card holders. Quote President Trump is

(18:11):
currently choosing to not issue November Snap benefits that help
you and many families put food on the table. You
also may have your benefits further cut starting in November
because of changes Congressional Republicans and President Trump enacted in

(18:33):
the quote unquote One Big Beautiful Bill. Learn more and
check back for updates at mask dot gov, DTA, tech
st opt out and messages.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Now, this is pure it's a lie. It's a lie.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
This is pure propaganda.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
As the Russians would.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Say, President Trump is currently choosing to not issue November
Snap benefits that help you and many families put food
on the table. And then by the way, then going saying,
you know, you may have your benefits further cut starting
in November because of changes Congressional Republicans and President Trump

(19:19):
ennocted into One Big Beautiful Bill. Okay, number one in
the One Big Beautiful Bill, there's only one group that
is going to be denied food stamps or SNAP benefits,
illegal aliens, illegals.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
That's it. That's it. If you're an American citizen, nothing
happens to you.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
If you're a let's say, a legal resident, a Green
Card holder, which by the way, I don't think you
should be getting SNAP benefits, but let that go. You
get your food stamps. So if you are legal in
the United States, you're a legal resident of the United States,
you're a US citizen, nothing happens to your food stamps.

(20:11):
You don't get a penny cut nothing. It's only denying
food stamps to illegals, who, by the way, it's against
the law to give them SNAP or any other kind
of welfare benefit.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
So this idea that all your benefits may be further
cut because of the Republicans and that bill no only
to the illegals. You're lying and you're fearmongering. But the
biggest one, which party for thirteen straight times has voted
to shut the government down? Was it Trump? The Republicans?

(20:54):
And it was Healey and the Democrats Duck Schumer. This
is the Schumer shutdown. The Democrats voted thirteen consecutive times
to keep the government shut down.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
And by the way, just that everybody knows.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
The Demo just the one yesterday, the most recent vote.
Had they just voted yesterday to reopen the government, boom,
your food stamp snap benefits would have been flowing this Saturday.
Nobody would be going hungry. Nobody. Fifty four voted in

(21:36):
favor to open the government, including John Fetterman. So you
have a bi partisan majority. And this has been the
case all thirteen times, a bipartisan majority or voting to
open the government. Every vote against was a Democrat. You

(22:02):
need sixty to break the filibuster, so fifty four is
not enough. But the fact of the matter is a
majority in the House voted for a clean, clean resolution. Okay,
a clean CR again majority, A majority in the Senate
voted for a clean cr to fund the whole government,
including food stamps, Air traffic controllers get paid, federal employees

(22:26):
get paid, everybody gets paid. There's no problem. The Democrats
have voted against every single time. This is their shutdown.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
They own this. I mean, the votes are undeniable.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
And to even add to this, I played you the
Catherine Clark cutt earlier where she says, well.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
People have to suffer. That's the only way we can
have leverage.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Okay, listen, now, this is Senator Chris Coons of Delaware. Okay,
this guy, he said the part he was on Sea
Span and he's going on, now, this is denying snap benefits.
So you know, people literally Democrats are calling into Sea
Span and they're saying, I'm on food stamps. Ah, what

(23:12):
am I going to do on Saturday? How do I
feed my family?

Speaker 6 (23:16):
Edgy?

Speaker 1 (23:16):
And you Democrats keep voting to shut the government down.
Listen to Koons's response. He's saying the quiet part as
openly and nakedly and explicitly as possible. Roll cut sixteen Mike.
Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Frankly, this is our only moment of leverage. And although
a very unpleasant tool to use.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
An unpleasant tool to use, why don't you go hungry?
See how you feel. You know, every member of the
Senate they get paid, every member of the House, they
get paid. All these sleazy politicians they get paid. They're
not going without a paycheck. He's going to stuff his
face on Saturday and Sunday and Monday and Tuesday. So

(24:10):
that's a very unpleasant tool. You're gonna have to starve,
but hey, whatever it takes. So look, let me lay
it out, as the Germans would say, let's put our
cards on the table. This is deliberate on the part
of Democrats and they know it. They want the food

(24:34):
stamps to run out. This is deliberate. They want to
cause as much pain, as much hunger, as much fear,
as much suffering as possible. Why because they want millions
of people on food stamps to crash the grocery stores

(24:54):
and the supermarkets and the convenience stores, and to see
fights in aisles, fights with employees, police coming in and
arrest them, people taking getting their grocery stolen in the
parking lots. And then say, look at what Trump's America
is doing. They want to foment riots, they want looting,

(25:20):
and say, my.

Speaker 8 (25:21):
God, people are going hungry. Look what this man has done.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
This is beyond irresponsible, This is beyond reckless. This is
to me, honestly, it is so un American. This is
a moral abomination. You don't play with people's stomachs, you
don't play with their children going hungry. And what again,

(26:01):
you have to ask yourself over what what is this big.
This is the hill. Now you're willing to die on
hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer funded quote unquote
free health care, free legal aliens. That's the hill you're
willing to die on. By the way, please, you have

(26:23):
to hear this. Okay, I'm gonna go right back to
the phones. You have to hear this. So they had
a big meeting, and there's some very powerful public sector unions. Okay,
the American Federation of Government Employees, they huge public sector union.
Has now come out and given the order to Dick Durbin,
the number two Democrat in the Senate, right after Schumer saying,

(26:47):
this shutdown is killing our members. We want you to
end the shutdown. Now you vote for a clean cr
In other words, capitulate, capitulate. The Republicans have won, except reality, capitulate.
So now there's feeling a lot of pressure from their
union membership. So they're now negotiating behind the scenes. Do
you know what Hakim Jeffries and Senator Chuck Schumer for them,

(27:11):
we're saying, look, we have to have this or else
this shutdown is going to continue. You know what their
non negotiable was. You can read it, it's everywhere. The
story broke everywhere. Four million dollars four million gay rights,

(27:32):
to promote gay rights in Lithuania, to promote transgenderism in Serbia,
to push circumcisions, to pay for male circumcisions.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
In Zambia, in Zambia, lg.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
B t qia awareness in Eastern Europe and Africa.

Speaker 3 (28:07):
So we're gonna let people go our own people go hungry.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
But yeah, I mean, hey, if we don't have the
Serbs transitioning from male to female or female to male
or he if the Lithuanians aren't bored, you know, on board,
you know, if they're not on board with the pride parade,
then haha, you keep this thing shut down.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
These people are sick. They're sick.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
To the Republicans hold the line, and when Saturday arrives,
you tell the American people we voted again reopen the government.
You get your food stamps. They're the ones who are
voting against the food stamps. By the way, Republicans have
voted to pay the air traffic controllers. Crats voted against it.

(29:01):
Republicans voted to pay our military, they voted against it.
The Republicans have voted to pay every single federal employee,
federal government worker. Democrats voted against it, you, Sandy, that's right. Republicans,

(29:23):
good point. Republicans voted. They said, hey, i'll tell you what,
we're going to vote for the food stamps. Will vote
for the food STAPs. In other words, everybody against the
food stamps. Okay, the government stay shut down because you
guys want to shut it down. But foodstap beneficiaries, you're
going to get your you know, your your three point
fifty is going to be charged into your snap card

(29:46):
first of the month. Bang, you're gonna get your three
hundred and fifty dollars, go and eat, buy food. Democrats
voted against it. So all Mike Johnson asked to do,
all John Thune has to do, all President Trump has
to do when he comes back from Asia, is hey,
people are looting, People are stealing, people are rioting. People

(30:10):
are stealing grocery bags from other people because they're coming
out of the in the parking lot of grocery stars.
Don't blame us, don't blame us. They don't want to
fund the government period. It's the Democrats shut down all
the way. They owned this. George in New Hampshire. Thanks

(30:33):
for holding, George, and welcome.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
Hey hey Jeff, sorry about the miss up on the phone.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
That's okay, go ahead, George.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
Yeah, yeah. So just a quick question. And this is
the thing that I've always wondered about, this whole snap thing.
I mean, I think this is an opportunity for the
government to use distribute MREs. I mean, I think that
they should set some DEEMA trucks to these grocery stores
which are likely to be an issue, and have MRI

(31:03):
set up with FEMA box trucks out there and they
can feed people because that solves a lot of problems.
It's a bridge. There are people that need to snap,
you know, and that's and that's that's the sad thing
is those people are lost in this thing. I mean,
we all can tell our antidotal stories of just the

(31:24):
day to day interactions of people. It appears that they're
taking advantage of the system when they're able bodies. But
I mean, with the economy where it is, and with
the COVID crap that happened, there's a there's a price
readjustment that has to occur, and the lower poor working
are not going to command the money they did in
twenty twenty three. And this adjustment is it's going to

(31:47):
be painful for a lot of people. It'll it crosses
to the housing market, and the reality is we all
are going to have to adjust that our prices are
going to come down, Our billing prices are going to
have to come down in time because you can't afford
a thirty five forty dollars labor. That's you basically have
to stand over and be like a droll sergeant. Pick

(32:08):
that up, zip up your pants, do this, do that?
You know what I mean. I mean, it's just it.

Speaker 6 (32:14):
That's how I see it.

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Look, George, I couldn't agree with you more. And I
get emails all the time. I can't tell you how
many they asked me to keep it private or else
I would read it. It would break your heart. Look,
Biden broke us. Now Trump is in the process of
rebuilding us. God bless him. But let's be honestly clear,
Biden broke us. Look, give you a typical email that

(32:39):
I get, and it goes right to your point. Jeff,
I'm a single mom with a nine year old daughter
or a ten year old daughter. I work, I work.
My rent is three thousand dollars a month. I can't
get anything cheaper. I have to pay for extra daycare
for my daughter after school. I'm exhausted. I come home,

(33:02):
I cook, I help her with her homework. I'm working
literally two jobs. I work all week and then I
get a second job on the weekend, honestly, usually at
a grocery store, bagging groceries or working at the cash
Now I have to pay for shoes for my daughter.
I have to pay for clothes. My energy bill is

(33:22):
through the roof. My electric bill is through the roof.
My rent eats up so much of my salary. Everything
has become so expensive because of Joe Biden. I can't
pay for food. I can't, she says, I can't. Like,
do you understand I can't. We don't eat out. We

(33:43):
never eat out, she said, for us, maybe once a
year we go to McDonald's, like that's the big thing.
It's McDonald's once a year, and we're not, you know,
eating lobsters and steaks. We eat macaroni and cheese and beans,
like we're not, you know, high on the hog. And

(34:04):
she said, I'm ashamed because I was raised, you know,
by my parents to be self reliant and self sufficient
and I'm ashamed, but I'm on food stamps and I
can't tell you how many times I write back to people.
God is my witness. Please don't be ashamed. By the
grace of God, there go I That's what it's there for.

(34:28):
You're part of our family, You're an American. You're going
through very tough times. We all know what inflation has
done to our country. That's exactly why we have these
programs in place. Please, that's why you pay taxes, That's
why I pay taxes. That's why all of us pay taxes.
So when these people are taking on our people, the

(34:52):
working poor, when they're taking food stamps, food assistance, they
need to take it. God bless you you take it.
You have to feed yourself in your family. You've done
You've been screwed over by the politicians, the Democrats ft
you over. I'm sorry to put it so crudely. You

(35:14):
got screwed over. Now we're here to help you. Please
take the snap, spend all of it, all of it.
Empty that cart every month, you know, buy good quality food,
feed yourself, feed your child, and honestly, you want to
buy your kid a bag of chips once in a while,

(35:34):
you want to buy them a canna, diet soda. Kids
are kids, this ten year old girl, or a box
of cookies. I'm serious. I'm not saying you put a
cart full of the stuff. Yeah, let's think she's an American.
So what unless she can have a bag of chips,
she can have a box of cookies, she can have
a bit of coke or soda or whatever. Not too
much like I'm sorry, you have my blessing, don't be

(35:58):
don't feel guilty about it. Out it That's exactly why
it's there. And I said, don't worry. This will pass
and then someone else will need your help. That's what
a family does, that's what a country does. That's what
we do. We have each other's back. One day I

(36:19):
may need the help, so please take the help. I
can't tell you, George, how many emails I've written like this.
And so you're right, these people I support them all
the way. What I'm against and I'm sure you are
as well. We don't create food stamps for illegal aliens.

(36:46):
Don't bring in Afghan refugees and then have us pay
for their housing, their food, their you know, their clothing,
their education. I mean there he brought migrants after migrants,
after migrants in the dead of night, and we find
out that they're the ones who are draining and depleting

(37:09):
our entire.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
Food stamp system. To the point, just.

Speaker 1 (37:13):
So that you know, George, under Biden, the amount of
spending on food stamps.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
Doubled, doubled because they all.

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Went to the illegals, into these refugees and migrants that
he brought in from Afghanistan, from Somalia, from Haiti, from Iraq,
you name it, every third world hell old you could imagine,
brought them all in and we pay for them.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
I'm sorry. That's an abuse of the taxpayer. It's wrong.

Speaker 1 (37:45):
And now there isn't enough left for our people. And
that's what we warned about again and again and again.
You have this kind of waste, this kind of fraud,
Americans will start going hungry. And that's exactly what's going
to happen on Saturday. George, final word.

Speaker 2 (38:02):
To you, I mean, like I said, I mean, I
mean they're playing this as political right now. I mean we,
I mean most of your callers, and I know you
for sure see the humanity in the issue, But for
the illegals, I mean, I would just Like I said,
m Ris, if it's good enough for our soldiers and

(38:22):
our service people, it's good enough for them in this,
in this, in this, it's a bridge. It's nothing, nothing,
that you would enjoy eating. Oh, I'm looking forward to
my m R Meal.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
You're you're dead on, George, You're absolutely dead on
