Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, it's the Cooner Country poll question of the day
sponsored by Marios Marios Roofing, Siding and Windows. Will Joe
Biden preemptively pardon Liz Chanining?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Not? Should he?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Or he's not a question of whether he should or shouldn't. Now,
with this explosive bombshell report from the House Subcommittee investigating
January sixth recommending an investigation for illegal acts that she committed,
in particular criminal witness tampering, will Joe Biden now issue

(00:42):
a preemptive pardon for Liz Chanining.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
A yes, b no.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
You can vote on our web page wrko dot com
slash Cooner Wrko dot com slash cooner and is in
national Er as always, you can vote on X and
again I was very active last night on X my
handle there at the Kooner report kuh and as in

(01:12):
national Er.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
I'm an a all the way on this.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
I think he's going to have no choice now but
to try to issue a preemptive pardon. Not that it's
going to hold up in court. I think the Supreme
Court's going to strike it down. But he's going to
have to try to save these criminals, because I believe
they were ultimately acting under doing his bidding and acting
under his authority and his command. I think there's no

(01:36):
question he Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, Obama were the ring
leaders of this attempt to frame Trump as an insurrectionist,
as a domestic terrorist, and as the ring leader who
orchestrated January sixth.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
And so.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
And they did their committee, and they thought they were
going to destroy Trump, pull it lee and instead it
blew up in their face. Okay, but that's me I
want to hear from you. Six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. You can also text us
seven zero four seven zero seven zero four seven zero.
This is from two oh two Jeff. If Biden gives

(02:20):
a preemptive pardon to Cassidy Hutchinson or to Liz Cheney,
we will know how deep the corruption and criminality really is.
And it is cash Patel needs to indict her first
and watch her sing and the whole gang goes down.

(02:43):
But you watch, all of them will get preemptive pardons.
Now this is very interesting. In other words, don't go
after Liz Cheney first, Go after Cassidy Hutchinson first, of
the low hanging fruit, and say, look Cassidy, tell me

(03:05):
exactly what happened now between you and Liz Cheney. I
know it's in the report, but spell it out for us.
And if she gives up Liz Cheney to save her
own bacon, and she sings, then they can squeeze Liz,
and Liz can squeeze the entire committee. Six one seven
two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Dan in Plymouth,

(03:31):
thanks for holding Dan, and welcome.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Hey, good morning, Jeffers All. Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Dan.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
I got one correction to make. There is no such
thing as a preemptive hearden. Let's call it what it is.
These are absolute immunity deals, and the president does not
have the power to issue absolute immunity. That being said,
your factor is right on point. I would go after

(04:00):
Hutchinson in her gal pal Alissa Farah Griffin, who's now
on the view for obstruction of justice charges. Go after them,
squeeze them. They'll sing like a canary and Liz list
Liz Cheney already is in a virtual prison. When the

(04:21):
only person that's defending your honor is Adam Shift that's
telling the world you have no friends and no allies,
go after the lowest hanging fruit. Squeeze those two wallflowers
and let them expose the conspiracy, and then once again,
Trump will have debunked yet another hoax, which is January sixth.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Dan, you're a genius, now, I'm telling you, really, you're
a genius. Dan. Have you ever measured your IQ? I'm
just curious.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
Well, I know it's I know it's higher than Liz
Cheney and Joe Biden. I'm not sure it's as as
high as Donald Trump or Cash Tottel, But I have
to tell you. I have to tell you, Jeff, the
people in the January sixth that I want to see
burn as hot as anybody is Jamie Raskin and Adam

(05:18):
Shift because they're in Congress and they are sociopaths.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
And once they are they're sociopaths. You're completely right, and
they're dirty. Six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight is the number. Okay, text line is on fire.
It's gonna blow them. They're coming in fast and furious.
This is from six one seven, Jeff. Even if Biden

(05:47):
issues these blanket pardons, Cash Battel should indict and prosecute
the J six committee members anyway, and let the deep
state creditminals try to stop him. I agree, really, I
completely agree. Look, there's no question now Cassidy Hutchinson is

(06:10):
going to give up Liz Cheney. Liz Cheney now is
going to give up the rest of the committee members.
And you know, I love the way Dan and Plymouth
phrased it. These are sociopaths. Jamie Raskin is a sociopath.
Adam Schiff is a sociopath.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
The way these.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
People lie with impunity. Now, what they did was they
tried to frame Trump, but also framed the January, the
j Sixers, and one of the big crimes that were committed.
I know where he wents focusing on the the illegal
criminal witness tampering, which is very serious and the suborning

(06:46):
of perjury very serious. But they destroyed evidence that exonerated
Trump and exonerated the Jay sixers. You have people now
over a thousand in five hundred who are rotting in
a gulag for crimes they didn't commit, and for crimes

(07:08):
they're not guilty of. These are innocent people who were
framed by their own government. Now, if this doesn't cry
out for Trump to pardon all of them, are most
of them on day one. Then I don't know what
does honestly at this point. So no, there's no question

(07:31):
about it. Liz Cheney. They need to throw the book
at her and make an example out of her. And
now you know why they're talking about these ridiculous blanket
preemptive pardons. The fact that Biden is even considering it,
and the fact that he does it. Let's say he
just for the sake of an argument, he goes out
and starts issuing. He pardons Millie, he pardons Cheney, he

(07:54):
pardons shiff That's an admission of guilt. That's an admission
of guilt and of a massive criminal conspiracy. And I
think Cash Ptel and Pam bondieson can say, look, you
can issue these ridiculous blanket pardons till the cows come home.
It's an abuse of power, it's an abuse of the

(08:14):
pardon power. We're not going to abide by it. This
has never been done in American history before. You can't
just willy nilly start. You know, as Dan put it,
what it really is is, it's granting immunity. It's immunizing people.
It's basically saying, hey, look, whatever you've done I give
you immunity, blanket immunity.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
You can't do that.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
You're not a dictator, you're not a king, You're not
some tyrant that can, you know, cover up your crimes
and obstruct your crimes by immunizing everybody who participated or
was part of your crime network and part of your
criminal conspiracy.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
So Joe Biden doesn't have that power.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
I'm telling you the Supreme Court, I don't even think
it's going to be six ' three. I think it's
gonna be nine zero six one seven two six six
sixty eight. Sixty eight is the number. This is where
the rubber now meets the road. We're gonna find out
what cash Patel and Pam Bondi are made of. I

(09:22):
have full confidence in them, don't get me wrong. But
if they don't go after Liz Cheney, if they don't
indict her, prosecute and jailer, then they're all talking no action.
Then really there is a two tier justice system because
after this report, she is guilty as sin. Tony in

(09:44):
Florida a freedom stay. Thanks for holding Tony and welcome good.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
Morning, Jeff, my fellow patriot, and Merry Christmas to you
and your family.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Jeff, thank you all the best. Merry Christmas to you
and your family.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Tony, thank you so.

Speaker 5 (09:59):
Much, Jeff. Always a pleasure, Jeff, I could not agree
with you more. We have to throw the book at
Liz Cheney. That sham hearing that she did on the
January sixth thing was just horrible. It was just a
complete miscarriage of justice. It was horrible.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
And if I may throll this log on the fire, Jeff,
I'd like to put Harris and Biden away for the
murders of Lake and Riley, Joscelyn Hungary and Rachel Morin,
because they allowed the illegals and the illegal aliens in
the country to perform those murders as well. And what
about that crazy Afghanistan withdrawal, not only killing thirteen innocent

(10:38):
soldiers but also injuring many others as well. So I'd
like to put them away for that. I'd like to
put that log in the fire, as you like to
say as well.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Jeff Millie is to me the lynchpin here.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
He was the along with Biden, obviously, but he was
the architect of that debacle that took place, the disaster
in Afghanistan, and to me, he has to pay. He
has to pay for what he did on January sixth.
You know, people forget this now. He usurped Trump's authority.
He violated the chain of command. Literally, he called up

(11:16):
to generals, he called up to the joint chiefs, and
he said, you now answer to me, not to Trump.
He then called his counterpart in China and told him
I don't know why he thought Trump was going to
attack China, but he said, I want you to know
that if there's ever a conflict between you and US,

(11:37):
I will give all of you a go ahead. I
will give you the heads up. You will know about
the attack before it happens. And by the way, he
was the one that said, no security, do not call
up any troops. Do not have the Pentagon send in
troops or the National Guard. No one can send any reinforcements.

(11:58):
He was the one that gave the order to stand
down on Jay on January sixth at the Capitol, along
with Pelosi and along with Muriel Bowser. So to me,
I would I'm gonna to me if if I was
advising Trump, I go, no, No, you uner retire his
fat ass. You want to retire this guy and then

(12:19):
you charge him for treason. You have him court martialed
on the spot for what he did. Let the American
people know what a criminal and a trader.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
This guy is.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
And how he believed that his a that he usurped
the president of the United States and usurped the chain
of command and then literally colluded with communist China. Tony
Aya Yai. And this is well documented. I'm not talking

(12:50):
about a rumor here, a whisper there. I mean this
is It's in report after report after report. We've got
everybody on record. He's an admit it that he did it.
He takes pride that he did it. He considers himself
a hero for having done this. So I agree with you, Tony.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. Tony, thank

(13:14):
you for that call. I really appreciate it. Six one
seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Rocco on
the North Shore, Thanks for holding Roco and.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Welcome Mary Christmas. Jeff.

Speaker 6 (13:27):
This is great Mary co working out. Even if he
issues the pardon, it's still going to work in our favor.
They're going to be exposed for being liars and we're
going to see exactly who they are. Now. This story
about the January sixth. The whole thing was as ridiculous
as the nineteen thirties when the Nazis took over the
government building I.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Think it was called the Reichstag.

Speaker 6 (13:47):
And the thing about Trump trying to reach for the
steering wheel, I haven't heard anything so ridiculous since they
said Herman Gering tried to run into the burning building
and he had to be held back or he would
have burned alive. They're insane, they say, Jeff, and I'm
an unemployed comedian and I can see right through it.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
On the their first try.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Well, Rocco not only did he tried to grab the
steering wheel, but that he grabbed the Secret Service agent
the driver by the throat, by the throat to like
try to wrestle, to try to wrestle the steering wheel
away from him, and that the other Secret Service agents
had to hold Trump back, and Trump was like, I'll

(14:27):
take you all on.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
I have to get to the Capitol. Sorry, I'm laughing.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
It's so ridiculous to lead the insurrection, And that was
their big story to the American people. That's what Liz
Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson cooked up.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
I mean Rocco, I mean seriously.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
And by the way, you know, you can see the
hand of Hollywood in this right, because it sounds like
a Hollywood movie. Well, it was that J six committee
and those statements and the whole spectacle that was all
produced by Hollywood producers and Hollywood directors. So and they
came out with a Hollywood script. They tried to paint
Trump as an insane, deranged madman who wanted to, you know,

(15:16):
implement a coup and overthrow the government with you know,
a thousand people unarmed holding a flagpole.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
So there you go, Rocco.

Speaker 1 (15:26):
That's their They always charge us with being or accuse
us of being conspiracy theorists. That's their insane conspiracy theory
they tried to impose upon the country after they told
us for years that Trump was a secret agent of
Vladimir Putin colluding with the Kremlin to impose a fascist

(15:46):
dictatorship on America.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Final word to you, Rocco, Jeff.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
The only thing those treasonous people are good for is
giving me good comedy material.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
Rocco. Christmas, have a happy New Year. All the best
to you and your family. Six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Look, my friends,
believe me, Cash Patel and Pam Bondie are going to
be the two busiest, most hardworking people in Washington when

(16:19):
they're sworn in. Okay, this is a really really good text.
Five oh eight. Jeff Cassidy Hutchinson should get her own
bodyguards asap, because the deep state would arrange a car
crash or maybe a night of partying too hard and whoops,

(16:40):
she must have done a tainted line of coke.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (16:44):
That young lady is now disposable in the eyes of
the Cheney family. Well, that's you know, that's a very
perceptive point six o three. I'd be forgive me five
oh eight. That's a very perceptive point five oh eight. Uh,
She's she could really really do in Liz Cheney if

(17:07):
she wants to. If she sings like a canary to
the FBI or to the FEDS or to people investigating now,
she could bring down not just Liz Cheney, she can
bring down very powerful people on the J six Committee,
and who knows how far up the chain of command.
So if I were her, I would definitely be watching

(17:27):
my back six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight Dan in Dartmouth.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
Thanks for holding Dan and welcome.

Speaker 7 (17:39):
Thank Christmas, Jeff, how are you today?

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Very It's like Christmas came early, Dan, You know, I mean,
I don't know louder Milk, but I think he's related
to Santa Claus.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
That's all I have. He tell you.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
The chair of that committee with this report, Barry louder Milk,
did a phenomenal job. And you know, I'm starting to
think maybe his middle name Clause. But anyway, this this report,
it's it's a nice gift under the Christmas tree a
week early.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
Then well, I think I think Liz Cheney is wearing
the Christmas sweater with the loose string. The whole thing
will unravel right to the Deep State.

Speaker 8 (18:18):
Yet then Joe is now the most popular man in
Washington because they're lining up for pre empty pardons and
you don't get.

Speaker 7 (18:30):
Those for free.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Baby.

Speaker 7 (18:34):
It's pay to play all.

Speaker 9 (18:35):
The way.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
For the big guy, right then?

Speaker 7 (18:40):
Oh man, so you're talking about one hundred thousand dollars aparton,
thousands of pardon. He is looking at a real good
payday right now.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
Yeah, Dan, do you think there's going to be justice
in the end?

Speaker 1 (18:58):
I mean, the evidence is, there's no question, it's all
there in black and white. Cash Bettel's a very serious man,
Pam Bondi apparently very aggressive prosecutor. Trump is saying this
time around.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
He's going to really clean up the swamp.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Are the stars finally aligned for us to start to
see some of these swamp creatures go to jail, not Jeff.

Speaker 7 (19:23):
One thousand percent? And the reason why is that this
will lead right to all of the unraveling of the
deep state. Like I said, it's Cassidy Hutchinson then unravels
it right to Liz Cheney. There's no place to hide
at that point you're looking at then you know it's
it's gonna be Benny Thompson, it's gonna be Adam. The

(19:47):
piece has shifted, it's going to be you know it.
It's all the way down the line. And hopefully Jeff,
it's gonna lead right back to Obama. And that would
be the biggest Christmas present at all because he is
the uh, He's the guy behind the scenes, behind the curtain.
So I'm hoping that, Yes, absolutely, I think that this

(20:07):
is the key to the door to unlock the deep
state and let the guts, fill out of the whole thing,
and we'll clean it up with Pam Bondy and Cash
Betel and I am so excited. This is going to
be a good new year.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
Man.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
Oh Man, Dan, if if this goes the way you're
you know, the way you've laid it out, and I
think you've laid it out beautifully.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
Uh. This this is Watergate on steroids.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
I mean this, this is the greatest scandal and this
could be the greatest political reckoning in American history. Dan,
Merry Christmas, all the best to you and your family.
Quickly go ahead, Dan, yes, quick go.

Speaker 7 (20:47):
It has to then unveil what happens with the big
media CNN, MSNBC. They all have to pay because they're
the one. None of this would work without the deep
state media, and so it needs to actually go right back.
Matter fact is almost like day one. You have to
start going after the deep state media so that the

(21:09):
whole thing can really unravel and people can speak truth.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Well, they were the ones who pushed the lies. I
mean it was the media that just kept carrying water
for these people, and that's how they're able to build
their false narrative about January sixth, Dan You're completely correct, Dan,
Happy New Year again. All the best to you and
your family. Jimmy in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Jimmy,

(21:34):
and welcome.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Hey Jeff, Hi, you do. And I want to start
this off with a little poem.

Speaker 9 (21:41):
Deep Janey shoot the facts to get President Trump political whack.
But now it's because of what she's done. Wear an
olage s she's the.

Speaker 10 (21:52):
One, Jimmy, bravo, the poet laureate of in her country. Jimmy,
well done, Jimmy, I take it you think that she's
going to be put in an orange jumpsuit. You think
for the first time we could actually see somebody held

(22:13):
accountable in the uniparty and the establishment when they break
the law.

Speaker 9 (22:18):
Yeah. But Jeff, there's another point that needs to be
brought up. When you sign a legal document, whether it's
a pardon or any kind of a legal document, you
need capacity. Mental capacity that comes in the question with
President Biden, any official act or any document he signed,
or anything else could come in the question because he

(22:40):
does not have the mental capacity to understand what he's doing.
And I think that that could invalidate any pardon. And
maybe that's another issue that could be brought up in
front of the Supreme Court.

Speaker 1 (22:53):
That's a very good point, Jimmy. That's an excellent, excellent point, Jimmy,
Merry Christmas. All the best to you and your family, Jimmy.
Six one seven two sixty six sixty eight sixty eight. Uh,
this is from nine to one seven. Makes a very
good point on the text line seven zero four seven zero, Jeff.

(23:14):
If you read the language in the Constitution regarding the
reach of presidential pardons, there is an exception, and the
exception is for quote, matters of impeachment unquote. A first
year law student could argue that any kind of blanket

(23:35):
pardons by Biden, beginning with his criminal son, our attempts
to derail impeachments not only for himself but for so
many other of his conspirators. Ignore the pardons. Ah, brilliant,
absolute best audience in the business. That's why I'm telling

(23:58):
you this is not going to pass Muster the Supreme Court.
You cannot issue pardons to obstruct justice or to prevent
your co conspirators from going to jail. There is an
exception to the pardon power. In other words, you can't

(24:18):
use it to directly benefit yourself or your criminal cabal
in the commission of crimes. So it's to alleviate an
injustice done in America, right a person falsely convicted, or
there's an excessive punishment or whatever.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
That's what it's there for.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
It's not there to give yourself and your political cronies
get out of jail free card. That's an abuse, an
unprecedented abuse and violation of the pardon power. So, you know,
Joe blank, this is something new now. Joe Biden is
you know, is his crazy Marxist advisors. You know, the

(25:05):
progressives in his ear are saying, ire sure a blanket pardon,
preemptive pardons. Just because you say it doesn't mean it's justified.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight
Mags in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Mags and welcome

(25:28):
Jeff as always.

Speaker 11 (25:29):
God bless you, Sandy and Mike. And I would have
been remiss if I didn't call today and say Merry Christmas,
thank you.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
For the last year.

Speaker 11 (25:37):
We've had a great ride. It's going to be even
better on January twentieth. I people think I'm crazy yet,
but I honestly think that all of these criminals are
going to pay for what they've done to us. I
honestly believe that God and Trump are going to take
care of these freaks and criminals, and Biden all of

(25:59):
his duds can go in the trash because they're not
to protect criminals. So I look forward to January twentieth
and the next year of spending it with you, Bike
and Sandy and all the rest of the people here
in Cooner Country. But I wanted to say, God bless
everyone in Cooner Country. God bless President Trump and our

(26:20):
great United States of America. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Speaker 3 (26:24):
Jeff. It's going to be a.

Speaker 12 (26:26):
Great new year.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
It will Mags. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year. All the
best to you and your family. Look, I gotta say
this topic today is almost the perfect way for me
to end the year. I mean, as you know, I'm
off Thursday and Friday. Sandy's going to be filling in
for me both tomorrow and Friday, so we're gonna have
a live show for both of you, for all of

(26:49):
you tomorrow and on Friday next week. It's holiday programming,
so we're off, but I will be back January second,
on Thursday. So Counerman's taking a little bit of a
break rn R, but I will be back. Trump wins.
To me, that's the story of the year. We did it.
We overcame all the odds, all the obstacles, and now

(27:13):
you've got these swamp creatures on the run, and for
the first time in my lifetime, some of them now
are in serious jeopardy of potentially going to jail. I mean,
why Christmas came early? Baby six one seven two, six, six,
sixty eight sixty eight, Okay, Wednesday, nine o'clock. You know

(27:36):
what that means, doctor Grace, putting liberals in their place,
Doctor Grace Vuoto, my better half, my wonderful wife, leading
political analyst, leading political commentator, Grace, I know you want
to put a lot of these uni parties swamp creatures

(27:57):
in prison as well. What do you make of this,
this bombshell House Subcommittee report? And do you think Liz
Cheney will end up behind bars?

Speaker 12 (28:09):
Jeff, I am very delighted to see that Republicans are
finally working hard to get the truth out about what happened.
And the really important part of all this is that
the more we prosecute people for any wrongdoing, we may
not be able to achieve a conviction of somebody like

(28:29):
Liz Cheney. But the important piece is going to be
that a lot of exonerating evidence is going to come
out to help the January sixth folks that are in jail.
So I think this is important to help them get released.
I'm skeptical that Cheney will end up in jail. She's
going to lawyer up. Congress has special protections for the

(28:52):
work that they do, so it's unlikely that she's going
to face that. But I'm happy that they're putting a
lot of heat on her and by doing so, a
lot of key evidence is going to come out.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
What do you say to the argument that she's no
longer in Congress? She got primary, she was defeated. She's
now a private citizen. She teaches I Believe at a
university in Virginia, and what she did was clearly witnessed hampering,
subornation of perjury. According to the report Obstruction of Justice,

(29:25):
destroying Evidence that exonerated j Sixers and Trump, it was
federal crime after federal crime, after federal crime. She may
be looking at thirty years in jail. What makes you
think she's going to get away scott free. I'm just curious.

Speaker 12 (29:43):
Well, it was because at the time that she was
all of this occurred while she was in Congress, so
she's going to have special protections as a congresswoman heading
up a committee. Now it remains to be seen. I'm
just saying I'm skeptical that she's going to end up
in jail. I really am. I think that, as I said,

(30:04):
it is going to be taxing on her. It's going
to be very difficult. She's going to have to lawyer up.
There's going to be a proceeding that is going to
unveil even more evidence, and I think the good news
is that that's going to help the January sixth folks.
That's my take. Look, I could be wrong. Maybe she
will end up serving time. I doubt it. Though I

(30:24):
doubt it. However, one of the things that is interesting
is that if you look at her response, she simply
defends the overall work that the committee did, but she
does not address the specific charges about what she did
with Cassidy Hutchinson. I thought that was very curious. Those

(30:45):
are the most damning charges, and in her defense of herself,
she doesn't really address.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
Those well because she can't because she did meet with
Cassidy Hutchinson in private, she did tell Cassidy Hutchinson not
to bring her lawyer. That was illegal, was unethical, and
clearly she coached her, so she's got no way out.
And then she was involved using the influence of her
father to get den Cassidy Hutchinson new lawyers for free

(31:13):
from one of the most powerful, high profile law firms
in Washington. So her fingerprints are all over this, Grace.
I've got to ask you, does this I understand you're
saying this helps the j sixers a lot, and I
think really now paves the way for them to finally
be freed, and they should be freed and pardoned. But

(31:33):
what does it do now to the overall January sixth
narrative that Liz Cheney pushed, that the committee pushed, that
the Democrats pushed, that the media pushed. Has it now
essentially been blown to smithereens.

Speaker 12 (31:49):
Look, the public has already rejected that bogus committee. They
rejected it by voting for Donald Trump He's going to
be our next president. Committee the real motive behind it
was to prevent him from ever coming to power. So
the public has rejected it and the work that they
did has been basically debunked. What really remains to be

(32:13):
seen now is what is going to come out about
what we need to do to fix the problems that
resulted in that security breakdown. You have members of Congress saying,
after all the work that most of the Democrats did,
we don't feel any safer. If ever in the future
there is a kind of a legitimate attack saved by

(32:35):
terrorists on the Capitol, We're not any safer. And so
the irony is all this money has been spent, all
this investigation. It was targeted against Trump, who the public
beliefs was fine on that day. That's fine. His behavior
was considered, you know, acceptable enough for him to be
re elected, But a lot of the core issues remain unaddressed.

(32:57):
The most horrifying thing that I've witnessed that day is
I couldn't believe that this superpower could so easily have
people entering its dorms.

Speaker 9 (33:06):
Now.

Speaker 12 (33:06):
I know you said that one of the giant doors
was willfully opened, but there were windows broken, there were
people all over the perimeter. All of that took place.
It was so shoddily defended. We know that Trump had
warned that its defenses were weak, but one of the
things that even members of Congress are saying is that
to this day they don't feel that there is sufficient

(33:29):
security in the Capitol, And I think that's where a
lot of the focus has to be.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
On top of that, let me throw another log on
the fire, Grace Ashley Babbitt. The memory of her death
haunts me. It continues to haunt me, and I want
justice for that poor woman and fourteen year Air Force veteran,
loved our constitution, a patriot, loved our country. Unarmed, she

(33:55):
was shot point blank in the throat, murdered by Capitol
Hill police officer Michael bird Well. Apparently, now this report
that just came out, how subcommittee report, the Liz Cheney
stuff obviously is getting so much of the attention and
the traction, But it also exposes how Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney,

(34:19):
and the committee were essentially bribing Michael Byrd, how they
were giving They offered him listen to this a government car.
They offered to pay for the closing costs if he
bought a home. They offered to give him all kinds
of per deem money and benefits. They essentially were trying

(34:41):
to bribe him for his conspiracy to remain silent about
what really happened that day. Are we ever going to
get justice for Ashley Babbitt?

Speaker 12 (34:52):
Well, now you put your singer on the really serious
problem there, Ashley Babbitt. That means basically a murder that
has gone unprosecuted, and that is a travesty, a stain
for all the work that they did. That there's still

(35:12):
this cloud over what exactly happened to her, and that
nobody's been held accountable. That is a disgrace and that area,
if we keep pushing in that area, the death of
Ashley babbittt we might actually see people going to jail,
especially the person most responsible, the person who fired the gun.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
Grace.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
This is the question I want to ask the audience. Okay,
we've got about fifty minutes left. It's my final show
with the year. Sandy's filling in for me. As you know,
tomorrow and Friday, we're going to all have ourselves a nice,
much deserved vacation. If you can only pick one person
that would be indicted, prosecuted and sent to jail. I

(35:56):
know we want a lot of people to pay I
get it, a lot of people in this but if
you just had to pick one, who would that person be?

Speaker 12 (36:05):
You know, Jeffrey would be Nancy Pelosi. I think that
Nancy Pelosi is the person that is most responsible for
January sixth. I think she is the person that did
not provide adequate security on that day. Had there been
adequate security, actually Babbitt would never have entered, she would
never have been shot. That's one example. Had there been

(36:27):
adequate security on that day, those police officers that were
injured would not have been injured. And so everything points
to Nancy Pelosi. And as we know, in a very
candid moment, she took responsibility. At least in a documentary,
she admitted that there is moral responsibility. I think it's
more than that. I think she violated her duty and

(36:48):
I think she is the person that I would like
to see go to jail for what happened that day.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
If we have to pick one person, I think it's
her less than a minute to go leave aside. I mean,
you can include January, anybody, everybody involved in the swamp,
from you know, Anthony Fauci to Joe Biden. To just
take your pick, is there if you could only pick one?

(37:15):
If a genie said I'm gonna grant you one wish
who ends up going to jail to pay for their crimes.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
Who would it be?

Speaker 12 (37:20):
Do you mean for the entire administration?

Speaker 2 (37:22):
The entire administration, Jeff, There's.

Speaker 12 (37:24):
No question about it. It should be Joe Biden. Joe
Biden is the greatest criminal of our time, and he
is the one that has considered the most acts of treason.
And right next to him would be if I could
have a second one, it would be Barack Obama.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
Yeah, I see, now you're chilling. I mean, look, I
could start, you know, I could do that too, and
then this and then that, and oh, you have to
pick one.

Speaker 12 (37:45):
Joe Biden, Jeff, have to say one, So Naty Pelosi
for January sixth. But Joe Biden right now is the
individual that has caused most destruction
