La CONDUSEF dio a conocer que más del 50% de las quejas que recibe en materia de afore, son de adultos mayores que buscan conocer datos de su administradora de fondo para el retiro, es decir, llegan a los 60 años sin conocer si tienen algún fondo para el retiro, el presidente de CONDUSEF, Óscar Rosado, reconoció que cuando llegan a los 60 años o más, muchos adultos mayores empiezan a preocuparse lamentablemente por su afore, dijo que comienzan a respuestas cuando ya están próximos a jubilarse y es ahí cuando empiezan a tener problemas para terminar su vida laboral.
