Cody Rall M.D. is an active duty United States Navy psychiatrist with an interest in neuropsychiatry and experience in treating military service members with post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and various other psychiatric ailments. He has presented at national conferences regarding neuro-imaging studies, co-authored chapters on Trans Magnetic Stimulation, published a book on visual memorization, and has several articles on alternative medicine currently under scientific review. Dr. Rall investigates neuro-technology for advancing the field of mental healthcare and reviews various devices on his YouTube channel called TechforPsych. He is a co-founder and partner of Stanford Brainstorm, the world’s first academic laboratory dedicated to transforming brain health through entrepreneurship. Dr. Rall is also an active board member of the psychiatry innovation lab, a bi-annual national competition at the American Psychiatric Association that works as an incubator for groups developing technological solutions to problems in mental health care. He has completed extensive training in biofeedback and EEG/QEEG neurofeedback with the STENS Corporation. Dr. Rall was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska where he was active in camping, fishing and hunting.
