During our conversation, Amanda and Nadia delve into the concept of embodiment and the advantages of intuitive movement. Additionally, they discuss the importance of understanding the five dimensions of embodiment: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.
Nadia explains that contemporary society imposes a flawed perspective on the ideal form and function of our bodies. Thus, it is crucial to tune into our inner selves and not rely solely on external influences. She also recommends slowing down our movements and taking deep breaths to allow our bodies to express their narratives and achieve genuine self-connection.
