More often than not, you need to have money on hand before you do any kind of transaction. In this episode, Chuck Sutherland shares his story about how he raised money to kickstart his career. Chuck has been in the real estate business for over four decades ever since he received his broker’s license at the age of 21. At present, he is a national real estate developer, consultant, and speaker who has both worked with and learned from some of the most creative real estate professionals in North America. He demonstrates that a properly crafted deal with outstanding benefits for every party is almost impossible to be pulled apart by circumstances. When asked about how he gained success, Chuck likes to share his magic question of, “Do you know of anyone who might be interested in making a good profit on their money secured by real estate?” This is what he focuses his discussion on – finding the right people to back you up financially if you are unable to raise your funds alone.
