Wildly wealthy, wildly wealthy life.

(00:48):
Hey, my name is Kat, and welcome toanother episode of Wildly Wealthy Life.
In today's episode, we're going totalk about the power of coaching
and intentional deep work.
And I'm not talking aboutreally hiring a coach This.
It's not about that.
So trust me, you can do livecoaching on your own self.
Um, obviously it helps to have acoach, but if that's something that's

(01:11):
not aligned with your values and, andyour needs, you can do this yourself.
And I wanna start by, you know, bustinga myth of, you know, hey, someday
we'll just grow out of it, right?
Like, with enough time the, this myth of like, well.
Time can heal all wounds or or timewith time will will get more confident

(01:34):
with time, will understand our value.
I understand that time is an elementand yes, there are certain things I did
not understand when I was a 20-year-oldversus with time now in my forties, I.
Completely understand why I hadto go through that or why things
didn't pan out the way I neededit to be at that time, right?

(01:57):
So time is an element, but withoutintentional deep work, the things
that we think we're going to just growout of will actually never happen.
So, for example, avoidinghard conversations.
We think that with time.
We'll just get better at speaking upand we'll build the courage at some
point to face hard conversations.

(02:18):
But that doesn't always happen.
This pattern of comparingourselves to others.
Sometimes we may think that, hey, once I really find what I'm good at,
once I really find kind of like myhome, like my tribe, and like how I
really, you know, my belongingness inthis world, I will no longer compare
myself to others, and that is not true.

(02:40):
This habit of believing that you arenot creative enough or you're not good
enough, you're not talented enough, you're not intelligent enough, and
that's how I've always been, right?
These labels will become permanentunless you actually change them.
The habit of quitting whenthings get hard, right?
I don't think I really needto explain that, but basically
at the moment, something getstough, you just say, I quit.

(03:02):
Right?
The habit of seeking external validation,um, never really seeing your worth
until someone else validates it for you.
And so I think we getthe gist here, right?
These are all patterns.
Our minds and, you know, our mindsetand what we think about ourselves,
it always goes back to that.

(03:22):
And when they are left uncoached, and when they are left,
um, you know, just kind of likerunning free in our minds, right?
They really become who we are.
They become how we do life, and we're notgoing to be able to rise up and really be.
The person we're meant to be in thisworld, in, in your own relationships,

(03:46):
in in your own workplace, in yourown business, if you have your own
business, whatever that is for you.
If we don't understand our mindpatterns and how we can actually.
You know, kind of snap out of itand interrupt that pattern and,
and, and really, and really find away to go away from those patterns.

(04:08):
It is just not going to work.
We're not gonna grow out of it becauseour, our minds, our pattern seeking
devices, and our brain wants to basicallygo to the pattern that is the easiest.
And so if we don't build new neuralpathways so that our minds can think
differently, we're always gonna thinkthe same way We've always thought.

(04:30):
When President Roosevelt passed awayin his sleep, they found a book under
his pillow proof that even in his finalmoments, he never stopped learning.
That's what true leaders do.
Leaders are readers.
If you want to grow your mindset, sharpen your skills, and become a
better leader, reading is essential.
I've compiled my top book recommendationsbooks I've personally read and

(04:53):
applied in both business and life.
These books have transformedthe way I think lead and live.
So are you ready to grow?
Check out my book list at wildlywealthy life podcast.com/my tools
and grow 1% better every day.
I think that in this day and age, uh,there is not a lack of self-help books.

(05:19):
Right?
Um, and they're really great, but they're only great if we.
Apply them in our lives.
And currently I'm reading a bookcalled Worthy by Jamie Current Lima,
and such a beautiful work and itmakes you go through some deep work
because it asks you a lot of questions.
So my encouragement for you today is,you know, whatever it is that you are

(05:41):
struggling with, um, if you don't wantto, you know, get a coach that can
help you with that, um, go find a book.
That can help you and do some deep workand maybe find, uh, another friend that
can just help you go through it with you.
Um, read a book together and maybe, you know, answer the questions

(06:01):
together and, and discuss them.
Right?
There's power in, in sharingand in that vulnerability.
And you know, for me, I love the workthat I get to do with the kids because.
Um, this coaching is so intentionaland it's focused work, right?
We are working on music, yes.
Musical skills, but we're also workingon understanding how our practice at the

(06:27):
piano literally mirrors exactly what ourbrains need to do to be able to understand
what our thought patterns are, right?
So in our program, right,we celebrate real wins.
But to get those to those realwins, we go through frustration.
We go through meltdownsand we normalize them.

(06:49):
We talk about them, andit's going to be okay.
Right?
It's part of the, the process.
The idea here is to, um,understand that they happen.
And understand, okay, wellwhat are our triggers when
those are things are happening?
And then how can we, next timewhen that happens, how can we next

(07:11):
time understand the tools that weactually have in our hand so that
we can prevent that from happening?
And so this is such exciting work that, you know, I get to do this with kids and.
In an online space, which isawesome because that means, you
know, kids from around the worldcan, can have access to this.
Um, but as I said, whether you're doingthis for yourself as an adult, um, or

(07:35):
you are doing this because you also wantto impact the kids around you, whether
you're a parent or an aunt, an uncle, Ialways say that because I, you know, I'm
not a parent, but I'm an educator and Ireally, really love, uh, being able to
impact kids and, and how their minds work.
It is.
A, it is a privilege and an honor, right, for us to be able to do this.

(08:00):
And so I hope that this episodejust really inspires you to dig
deep into your own mindset patterns.
Uh, what are some of the patterns thatdon't serve you and into becoming the
best person that you can be, um, in your.
Personal life and your work life andyour friendships and, and all of that,

(08:22):
because I really, truly believe thatfor me, a wildly wealthy life is, is
showing up as a hundred percent thefull version of who we are in our
circles, in our places of influence.
And so, yeah.
Um, I hope this episode helpsand, um, you know, if you.
Are a parent and you have childrenand you want them to get into some

(08:46):
deep mindset work at a young age,uh, hit me up because that's the
power of intentional coaching, right?
Um, with a coach doing focused work, uh,they can actually learn this at a very
young age and be able to grow into moreresilient, more beautiful human beings
who really believe in who they are.

(09:07):
So thank you and I'll seeyou in the next episode.
