Speaker 1 (00:03):
Stormy conversations, stormy conversations.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
After after these.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Stormy conversations, God speak your mind, your mind gots out
of the same.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Now it's the time. It's the time.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
We can talk about any situation, good and the beast,
stormy conversations, stormy conversation, stormy conversations. We can talk about
anny situation, the good and the best, stormy conversations.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
What is really going on? Mm hmmmmmm. Now, I know
that's the question a lot of y'all been asking. I
asked that every day, but I know that was the
question a lot of you asked last night, honey, while
you were watching that board meeting. I really thought, And
(01:06):
first of all, let me say happy pump Day to you.
Come on in, Come on in, y'all. Come on in,
bring the keys, bring your friends, bring your family, come
on in, Come on in this room. We got them
talking to do up in here. We do we do.
How y'all feeling? Let me check on you. How you feeling?
(01:28):
Are you all right? Are you okay? And the reason
I asked that is because a lot of you aren't.
Because I've gotten your emails, your messages, and some of
y'all are not okay. Especially after what happened last night.
I think for some people there are more questions than
(01:54):
there are answers.
Speaker 5 (02:00):
After that board meeting last night.
Speaker 4 (02:05):
So much happened at that board meeting that it was
just it was like what I mean, it was kind
of chaotic. Some y'all saw it. Y'all were watching it.
Speaker 6 (02:18):
You know.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
An interesting thing about it is we weren't the only
ones watching. There were other people watching all over the place.
See they argument in the bag, So people were asking, hey,
(02:42):
tell us what's up. So last night they said they
were going to post the findings of you know what
Superintendent Fagins did. They were going to post it all,
and they did. They posted it all. It's all up
from what I understand. I don't know if it's on
(03:03):
their website or exactly where it is, but they did
post everything. I think the most confusing thing about last
night to me was when they got ready to vote,
you know, on whether to keep Fagans or let her go.
And I thought that was something that was quite interesting.
I don't let me see if I got it where
(03:25):
it needs to be. To tell you about its William, Yes, BArch.
Speaker 7 (03:29):
Her Caleman, you have nine in the farming too. That
motion passes.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
The question is now on the motion to substitute, vote
yes if you want the substitute amendment to become the
main motion.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
They voted that down. They voted that down, but then
they got to voting on Fagan.
Speaker 8 (03:51):
On her.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
What her thoughts were on that, on.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
Her coming or you know, staying or leaving. And that's
where I'm trying to get y'all to that part. Yes, okay,
So this is what I thought was interesting, and and
y'all probably if you watched it last night you saw
what i'm thinking talking, you probably know exactly what I'm
(04:16):
talking about.
Speaker 7 (04:17):
Boyle Man yes. Commissioner Makissick no.
Speaker 9 (04:26):
Commissioner Garcia no, Commissioner Porter, Commissioner Murphy yes, Commissioner Love yes.
Speaker 7 (04:34):
Commissioner McKinney yes. Commissioner Okay, fast that right.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
There, there were there, but listen to listen, but keep
keep listening.
Speaker 7 (04:47):
Commissioner Williams.
Speaker 9 (04:52):
Commissioner Williams, yes, yes, Commissioner Okay.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
She said no first, then she abstained I passed, then
she apstained yes.
Speaker 5 (05:13):
Then she said yes, no, I'm sorry, and then she
meant no. Then she said no, We're good.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
Emotion passes. This meeting is a and then she went back,
wait wait, wait, wait wait.
Speaker 9 (05:32):
Wait okay, Commissioner, Okay, would you repeat your boat?
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Yes, that was it. That was it. If I could,
I I wanted to reach out so much last night,
but I said, you know what, i'most out of the
process of all of this for now, and eventually, you know,
(06:05):
we'll talk to somebody about all you know, all of
this drama. But am I just are y'all just as
confused as I am about what happened and why sabo
Ota went back and forth and back and what the world?
(06:26):
What the what? What the world? And they needed her
because they think it had to be a two third vote.
They needed her to get rid of Fagan's. Doctor Fagan's
is going.
Speaker 10 (06:41):
She not.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
She may not be out the city, but she out
of a job. But she did leave us with some
parting words.
Speaker 9 (06:50):
Listen to this, stay encouraged, stay optimistic, keep showing up.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
This is not the end. I'm stay focused on the
main thing.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
Mm h m hmm.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
She told Action News five the last night the same
Agen Folcus on the main thing. And then she told
told them this.
Speaker 11 (07:09):
I believe that many members of the board chose chaos
over children, and it looks like they've chosen litigation over leadership.
Speaker 5 (07:16):
And so I'll see them in court.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
But does she have a leg to stand on? Does she? Well,
I don't know about you, but I've been reading. I
went over to Fox thirteen. I read what they said
about Fagan's and what because the report by Spence Partner's
(07:40):
attorneys at law. They were the special council retained by
the Memphis Shelby County School Board to investigate their allegations
against former MSCs superintendent doctor Marie Fagins. Partially based on
the report, the school board voted to terminate doctor Fagan's
contract during that specialty called meeting on Tuesday. Not be partially, Okay,
(08:06):
So here are some of the allegations if you haven't heard,
and this is what the attorney said last night. Grant mismanagement. Now,
this is a big one. Three hundred and four thousand
dollars in grant funding for homeless students and families to
(08:27):
the US Department of Education. Now, doctor Fakins continued to
tell the board that the grant can be saved, contrary
to the information the board has received from state officials. Okay,
that's what they're saying. Unapproved financial actions. They were. They
had fort to five thousand dollar check goals right there,
(08:52):
didn't get it approved.
Speaker 12 (08:54):
And.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
Before they voted, before the vote the meeting to vote
out or in which in that case last night, they
voted her out. They approved a lot of contracts, and
some of them were only thirty of a lot of
checks rather donations and all that stuff.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
A lot of them weren't even forty five. A lot
of them were thirty five.
Speaker 4 (09:11):
Well, I heard one that was thirty five thousand, because
I watched the old meeting. I was like, good lord,
when is this meeting gonna be over? Was the longest
meeting in the world. And I heard them specifically approved
like a thirty five thousand dollars. Why didn't she tell
them about this one? Okay? Communications failures regarding doctor Fagan's
(09:32):
strategic plan. The board has yet to receive a comprehensive
strategic plan for the district and a full explanation of restructuring.
Doctor Fagan's failure to provide this plan has caused confusion
amongst parents, teachers, staff and board. The board, why didn't
you do that? You paid me five hundred thousand dollars
(09:54):
a year. You asked me for a plan, and will
give you a plan. You ain't gonna have to ask
me twice. I got Chat GPT. I'm gonna let them
little AI robots get the work. Baby. There are others
(10:17):
out there that XAI, the other apps that you can
use or or you know companies that you can use
to get that kind of stuff. But why didn't she
give them a strategic plan, a comprehensive street Why why
didn't she do that? And then there are allegations against
employees for abuse of overtime. This was another reason doctor
(10:38):
Faggins has alleged that employees abused overtime. Now y'all got
to go back and remember, okay, remember when the resource
officers had a problem, because this was around the time
when she talked about the overtime resource officers had a problem.
They walked out of a meeting. Remember the man from
Atlanta she had hired, a man I think she brought
(11:00):
him in. He left day one handed his resignation.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
Is it me?
Speaker 5 (11:08):
But what's all that about? What was that about? Could
that be part of.
Speaker 4 (11:13):
Some of this? I mean, I don't know. I just
know that it's good that they've shared this information. But
a lot of people are like, why didn't you tell
us all of this before? Now, in my opinion, this
(11:34):
shouldn't have been. Here is the information last night, here
it is online today because now we've got the information.
This should have been upfront two three, four, five weeks ago.
And I'm not saying they didn't have problems or anything
like that. And I know a lot of folks are
(11:54):
talking about doctor Harrington was there, and he was, but
was he that for Fagan or was he there for
the school boy? Because word is he's gonna be working
with the school boy. And I love me some Harrington,
and I'm gonna telling you that that may settle some people,
some people's spirits knowing that doctor harr because doctor Herrons
(12:15):
Harrington has a lot of influence in this community. We've
got an interim superintendent, doctor Roderick Richmond. A lot of
people's been saying, y'all been saying a long time you
wanted somebody from Memphis. Now you got it. And there
was contention about that, a lot of posts on social
(12:40):
media and.
Speaker 5 (12:40):
I don't even want to play them. I'm not gonna
even play.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Them, you know, because I that that y'all see when
Michelle mccusick and to, oh, what's our board member? When
they kind of got into it back and forth, do
you want to had words? Y'all see that, I was like,
(13:03):
I thought, Oh Lord, day for the fight. And that
is no laughing matter. Here's what I hated about it.
That there was so many There was so much contention
at one point, and all of it, and a lot
of it was women.
Speaker 5 (13:19):
At women. That broke my heart.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
That broke my heart because you might be you might
be right the school board members, you might be right.
You might have done something and saved us from what
was going on that we don't even know what was
going on because y'all still ain't really told us the
way you did it the way you did it. And
(13:59):
I'm praying for y'all. I promise you why I am.
I'm praying for all of y'all. And I want the
best for the board. I want the.
Speaker 5 (14:05):
Best for this city. I do.
Speaker 4 (14:08):
It brings you to tears, you know, seeing stuff like
that happen and seeing how you know, I've gotten comments
and and and emails and stuff from people all over
the country watching Memphis, people pointing fingers and things like that,
(14:28):
and I hate to see how we are tearing each
other down on social media. Whitn news and said it's
not right, but it's okay. But it ain't okay. This
(14:49):
ain't okay. She was talking, my love, it's all right,
you leaving me, But it ain't okay. You know what
I'm saying. But it's okay. But this ain't okay. It's not.
I'm heartbroken, I really am. And I hate what happened
to doctor Fagus. I hate that she had to go through.
Do you know how embarrassing that is? I don't know
(15:12):
what happened in Detroit. Somebody messaged me the other day
and said, look into doctor Fagus in Detroit. I don't
know what happened. I've heard that she was let go.
I don't know what happened. All I know is that
they gave her a job. Do you know how embarrassing
that is for your family to have to come to town.
Speaker 13 (15:31):
And you.
Speaker 6 (15:35):
M we.
Speaker 4 (15:43):
Got to do better. But y'all got to tell me
how you feel about it. Are you okay, Memphis? Because
a lot of folks ain't okay. We still got a
lot of questions and not a whole lot of answers,
(16:04):
and are these fireable offenses to you?
Speaker 5 (16:13):
Let me go to the phone lines and see what
y'all talking about today, not on.
Speaker 4 (16:16):
One five three, five, nine three four two eight hundred
five zero three nine three four two eight three three
five three five nine three four two. Let's get to it.
W D I A hello, hello, Hello, Hey there, I can.
Speaker 8 (16:30):
I didn't know whether I was from.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
The last you are, yes, thank you?
Speaker 2 (16:35):
Oh like you.
Speaker 14 (16:36):
I have a lot of questions I do I have?
And it was Cisco, and it wasn't professionally handled, and
I just feel a lot of the people on the
board are not professional people. But what I have heard
is that they made those six that voted her out
may be out as well, because they have said, you
(16:57):
know a lot of people do not vote for those
those board positions. So some of those people only get
seven hundred votes.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Someone get a thousand, and they.
Speaker 14 (17:05):
Said, all you need to get them out is to
get signatures half of what their vote was. A person
got a thousand votes, you only need one hundred signatures to.
Speaker 3 (17:13):
Get them out.
Speaker 4 (17:14):
I don't think. I don't think.
Speaker 5 (17:15):
I don't think that's the case.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
Because there are petitions out there already and they're still there.
I don't.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
I don't think that's the case.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
I think we're uh many of them on that board
because they were are newly elected, will be there for
another four years or for.
Speaker 15 (17:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 14 (17:33):
I think every position position they give you an out
or to someone that's doing something or they're not performing
their job for whatever reason, there's a way that the
citizen can get them out.
Speaker 10 (17:45):
And that's just what I heard on the news.
Speaker 14 (17:47):
They gave how they could get removed from their position.
And I heard that on Tround five news about the vote,
and it takes half of whatever you heard that today.
Speaker 4 (17:56):
I hadn't confirmed it, yeah, because yeah, because I haven't.
I'm gonna be honest, I haven't read that, and from
what I've heard, that's not the case right now. That
is why g a hardaway from what I heard was
introducing some legislation in Nashville about situations like this.
Speaker 14 (18:17):
And then you know that. And I hate to say it,
but I don't think they know what they're doing.
Speaker 16 (18:21):
I really don't.
Speaker 14 (18:22):
And this is just my personal opinion just from their
action to everything that they've done thus far. Because that
lady and I didn't listen to her, But how you said,
she kept changing.
Speaker 5 (18:32):
A vote, Mam, like.
Speaker 14 (18:35):
Either she's trying to vote to wait someone told her
to or wait to see how somebody else was going
to vote before she made her decision.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
She was the last one. She was the last one.
I'll let you. Actually, I played the whole thing for
her vote.
Speaker 14 (18:47):
Saying because the first time, like you said, she passed.
Then he came back and saying, and then she came
back and voted yes, and then she said no, and
then they had to ask her how was she voting?
So for some reason, she was waiting around to make
her vote for whatever reason it was, And I don't
know where it was, but I just feel there's a piso.
(19:08):
And like you said, I don't think. And I hadn't
read everything. I hadn't read all of the issues, but
I don't think everything I've heard, I hadn't heard anything
that was terminable. Maybe she could have been reprimanded or
something for some of the stuff. But the forty five
thousand dollars that they said was misappropriate, did she put.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
It in her bank account?
Speaker 4 (19:27):
No, No, it wasn't misappropriated. It wasn't it wasn't approved
by the board. Yeah, And I got you thank you
so much for calling in. I'm not gonna run because
I got other people hanging on. Thank you so much.
I appreciate you for checking in. Thank you, WD. I
A Hello, Hello, Hey, there's miss Landa.
Speaker 15 (19:52):
How are you hey?
Speaker 4 (19:53):
I'm good, Linda? You good today?
Speaker 17 (19:57):
Oh, I'm going way out of time shining.
Speaker 18 (19:59):
I'm feet into it.
Speaker 17 (20:01):
I watched part I watched part of that last night
and uh majah to Wanta got all out of there,
out of doctor got she got all out. And I
think it was very tacularly done. And whatever the money
she missed, well, whatever money they said, she did not
give a chance to do.
Speaker 8 (20:22):
They gave her eight months to do what she needed
to do, and that was not enough time.
Speaker 17 (20:27):
I think they should have given her at least at
least a year before they decided that they wanted to
determinate her. And I think they needed very taculally. I
think it was very disrespectful to her house.
Speaker 4 (20:39):
But let me ask you this. Let me ask you this,
because there those are a lot of allegations in a
short amount of time, a short amount of time. So
do you do do you think that was enough to
let the superintendent go? I mean that was. That's that
was quite a bit of stuff.
Speaker 17 (20:58):
No, because because the money that she that they're talking about.
Speaker 19 (21:01):
Was for the kids to go to school, I believe, No,
it was.
Speaker 4 (21:04):
It was requested and no, let me tell you what
it was. It was. The forty five thousand was requested. Recently,
doctor Fagin's requested and received a forty five thousand dollars
disbursement from school Seed. Neither this request nor the grants
approval was brought to the board for review, which is
a breach of board policy.
Speaker 17 (21:28):
Well, look who she had to bring it to and
and to have to deal with that type of environment.
I mean, she probably was trying to come up with
a different plan.
Speaker 19 (21:38):
I don't know, but dinning with the people that she.
Speaker 17 (21:41):
Had to deal with in all of the chaos that
she had to deal with, she had to it takes time.
Speaker 20 (21:47):
To deal with people like that.
Speaker 5 (21:48):
Yeah, but but but but even so, you still got
to do your job. I said, how long had she
had to do her job?
Speaker 18 (21:58):
You get you give somebody third ninety days before you
even start paying them, So that's you know, so you
give her eight months to do all of this in
eight months. She first she got to figure out who
got to help her do all of this?
Speaker 4 (22:13):
No, well, okay, let me say this about the forty
five thousand. She apologized and I think she ended up
giving the money back.
Speaker 10 (22:20):
Okay, okay, But if you know, if you know, you gotta,
if you know, you.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
Got to get approval for it, why didn't you.
Speaker 18 (22:31):
How long did she have to do it? Did she
have a timeframe and to get it done?
Speaker 4 (22:36):
You're supposed to get that. You're supposed to go to
the board before you requested, and when you get the money,
both of them. So that was two.
Speaker 18 (22:43):
Times, okay, okay, okay, So she gets fired for that.
Speaker 8 (22:48):
She gets fired for not that was one of the things.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
That was one of them.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
Okay. I just think it was.
Speaker 18 (22:54):
I think they knew they were going to find her,
So why you put her in.
Speaker 14 (22:58):
This kind of chaotic situation?
Speaker 10 (23:00):
Just you didn't have to put her on the school
board to do this.
Speaker 14 (23:04):
You could have called a meeting outside.
Speaker 21 (23:06):
You didn't have to.
Speaker 14 (23:06):
Just you didn't have to disgrace her like that.
Speaker 18 (23:08):
They knew they were going to fire her.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
It was disgraceful.
Speaker 18 (23:11):
They already knew they had got that little posit together
that they had met at the at the at the office,
you know, at Matt Dillon's, and they got their positive
together and that's why the lady was confused because she
was like, I don't really want to do this, but
she she had to do it because she had to
hang out with the rest.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
Of the posit when she got through.
Speaker 18 (23:30):
But she had to go ahead and vote. And that's
why she was home confused, and she called her home
cuyering her eyes out that this woman got fired. I
just feel like they did not give her enough time
to do what they said she needed to do. I
understand about the money.
Speaker 19 (23:43):
I don't know the whole legit about it.
Speaker 4 (23:45):
You think it was time, it wasn't enough time, and
it wasn't I don't think And thank you, Linda, I
appreciate your calling. I got other people holding on, but
I you know, it wasn't a lot of time. It
wasn't a lot of time. W d I A hello, Sormer.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
Everybody deserve a chance.
Speaker 5 (24:04):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
Now let me ask you something.
Speaker 14 (24:08):
With all this, all this forty five thousand dollars, everybody
talking about where do we end up at?
Speaker 4 (24:16):
It goes into it goes into the it goes into
the school's budgets and and and pays for. You know
what it's there for.
Speaker 20 (24:24):
I mean what it's for.
Speaker 4 (24:25):
The forty five thousand, what it's for. Uh, it was
a disbursement from school seed and I'm not I'm not
exactly sure what it what that disbursement was for. It
doesn't say that in what I'm looking at, bang head out.
Speaker 19 (24:41):
I need to know that because everybody desserve mistakes on it.
Speaker 17 (24:47):
I tell you that.
Speaker 4 (24:48):
But that's three foam all other things unforgetful. It wasn't
just that.
Speaker 22 (24:53):
Okay, let's sign out.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
I read them. Were you listening? I read them. I
read all four of them.
Speaker 22 (25:00):
I would have list to me.
Speaker 5 (25:01):
Oh okay, well you grant mismanagement.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
Grant mismanagement, Okay, A misdeadline, an incomplete paperwork resulted in
the district having to return three hundred and four thousand
dollars in grant funding for homeless students and families to
the US Department of Education. Okay, that was one the
unapproved financial actions. That's the forty five thousand. Communications failures
(25:25):
regarding doctor Fagan's strategic plan and allegations against employees for
abuse of overtime.
Speaker 19 (25:32):
Oh my god, you mean to tell me somebody that
had been on a shop for eight months down here
in the South for mensitanity, and you mean to kill me.
Speaker 13 (25:41):
They supposed to have every day straight right.
Speaker 19 (25:44):
I'm pretty sure the situation in Detroit is different school
systems and methods. Everybody deserved a mistake doing them. I
didn't want to stay eight months. And then you're trying
to get rid of on Christmas Day.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
Come on, people.
Speaker 19 (26:01):
Like I say, the Good Old Boy Network goes, stay
your stormy.
Speaker 5 (26:04):
I'm out of here, all right, I'm forgetful. Thank you
so much for calling in.
Speaker 4 (26:07):
Let me catch some of your emails and then we'll
we'll take a break and get to your phone calls.
But ooh, y'all, little fingers is going. Let's see. Miss
Morel said today's show is about to be off to chain.
That debacle last night was disappointing, That's what she said.
It was disappointing. The person that they selected is just
like the guy they let go before Doctor Fagin's. Did
(26:30):
you see him almost get into it with another an
audience member?
Speaker 5 (26:34):
How classless? Ps um? Okay, that's from TM and she says,
did you know his wife?
Speaker 23 (26:43):
Hmm?
Speaker 4 (26:43):
His wife was indicted for theft and twenty one h
Why would they select someone that they didn't want to
in the first place. Maybe they are missing their kickbacks.
She also says, recall the six they are snakes. They
didn't care about the children, just their pockets. Please be
(27:05):
reminded that those accusations are from the board's attorneys. They
can accuse her of anything. She will have her day
in court, and Ms. Baskins says, this whole thing is
about contracts and kickbacks from those contracts. Mmm. I'm gonna
check that email out she sent me an email, Miss Stephanie.
(27:27):
Miss Lee says, yes, Stormy, I was just heartbroken after
that meeting. Oh Tay kept changing her answers pass no, yes, no, yes.
Speaker 5 (27:37):
I was so angry.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
This was is nothing but bitterness, jealousy and backstabbing. These
women trying to throw doctor Fagin's to the curb. However,
I commend Michelle for standing up the way she did.
She put that paper or in the trash. Oh, I
know she wanted to, probably did, but she kept her composure.
(28:03):
But I'm praying for them all and especially doctor Fagan's.
God help us in Memphis. We got a lot going
on here. And yes, the nation is watching. No, they
were not fireable offenses. And no I'm not okay, but
I'm gonna keep praying. We're gonna keep talking too and
(28:25):
answering your calls. The line's lit up right now, y'all.
Hang on, I'm coming back to get you, cap'n Reeda,
mister West, Queen, Randy, Lady d We'll be back in
a moment, and we're back on this Wednesday, January the
twenty second. You know, in parts of the country, we
still have the cold here, but it's gonna warm up
(28:45):
a little bit tomorrow. But in parts of the country, y'all,
there's snow, like in New Orleans and in Florida, I
think Pensacola and Tallahassee, they got snow, y'all. Unprecedented, Okay.
And in California they got more fires. They got fires.
It's like where these fires come from. I heard San
(29:07):
Diego is one of those areas, and then I saw
a moment ago where there's another fire out in California.
Speaker 5 (29:13):
It's like they need rain and.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
Snow, and uh, well, I guess this weather that we're getting,
this cold is necessary because I understand that it will
help kill off the bugs and things like that summertime,
you know, because.
Speaker 5 (29:28):
We don't get a lot of it. We don't see
a lot of this anyway.
Speaker 4 (29:30):
And I know it's a shock to us when we
get cold weather like this, but it's here, and man,
doctor Fage's little legs probably freezing last night, bless her heart.
I don't know what she's gonna do, but I do
know that she did say this.
Speaker 11 (29:49):
I believe that many members of the board chose chaos
over children, and it looks like they've chosen litigation over leadership,
and so I'll see them in court.
Speaker 4 (29:57):
Don't look like she's going nowhere, no time soon. Okay.
In case some of you were wondering, well, let me
go to the phone line. Some of y'all been holding
for a second. Let me grab y'all wd I A hello, Hello,
Hello there, Hello, I'm good. How are you?
Speaker 3 (30:14):
I'm fine.
Speaker 21 (30:15):
I just wanted to say, I'm just gonna lay the
dots out. I'm not gonna try to connect you connect
them yourself. This has nothing to do with the children,
nor a doctor Faber. This all has to do with
the power brokers in your city.
Speaker 3 (30:30):
Dot number one.
Speaker 21 (30:32):
We have a power brokers family that has or managed
a big dollar portfolio.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
They I'm not gonna name the name brothers, but people
can know who they are. They seem to know the store.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
Well, there are several of them. So there's several families.
Speaker 10 (30:48):
No, I mean this particular one, this particular one.
Speaker 3 (30:52):
That that homes an investment parent. They would get meetings
and million dollars a contract for years to tutor the students.
Speaker 21 (31:01):
While they was getting these contracts, the test fords were
not sufficient, the reading level was not proficient.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
Incomes doctor Faber.
Speaker 21 (31:11):
She terminates the contract so much so that outside of
a restaurant.
Speaker 3 (31:17):
The head of the investment firm accosted her.
Speaker 10 (31:21):
Where people had to.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
Step in, he stepped to them.
Speaker 3 (31:24):
They were sending her. They were sending her a message.
Either she didn't get the message or she didn't understand
the message.
Speaker 21 (31:31):
So what power ropers do? They let somebody else do
their bus. They do backroom deals. They go to people
that they can pay, persuade or promise things.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
And that's what happened in this day.
Speaker 21 (31:46):
It doesn't matter that people say, well, they're gonna get
molded off, or they tell them, hey, if you're gonna
get class, you're gonna get pushed back.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
But don't worry because either.
Speaker 21 (31:55):
With our paid or our commers, you're gonna land on
your feet. We would have a place for you, we
would have other positions for you, or you would get consults.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
And fees to make up for this.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
So basically, what you're saying is this was a setup.
Speaker 3 (32:11):
I don't know if it was a setup.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
I mean, because if it is the case, because I
think after now correct me if I'm wrong. Didn't they
reinstate that contract, Yes, but not at the same amount.
Speaker 3 (32:27):
They did ren state, but not.
Speaker 21 (32:28):
At the same amount, and not for the same amount,
but not for the same term.
Speaker 3 (32:32):
They shortened term.
Speaker 22 (32:35):
Yeah, they did the same way when the Security Office
was going to go on strike.
Speaker 3 (32:42):
They came in and.
Speaker 21 (32:43):
Gratified the contract, but still not in the same term.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
They appeased them for a minute.
Speaker 4 (32:49):
But do you think then, let me ask you this, Randy,
do you think that part of this is our fault?
Because just like last night, many of us have not
been paying attention to these board meetings.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
So i'm'll just tell you I have not watched them
all the time.
Speaker 4 (33:03):
And it doesn't and but no, listen, and if you
watch the board means you hear them contracts because they
last night before the actual meeting which happened around seven thirty,
started around seven thirty something like that, they were going
over contracts.
Speaker 5 (33:22):
And talking about contracts happened.
Speaker 4 (33:25):
It's part of it's part of this you know on
us because we were not paying attention.
Speaker 3 (33:34):
But it doesn't matter whether we pay attention or not.
Speaker 21 (33:36):
The power of rocals controlled it, whether we all the
reasons we know about these contracts because the hooplah about
doctor pay Ordinarily they have a board meeting every time
they had one, whether it's two weeks or once a month,
all these contracts are paid.
Speaker 3 (33:51):
They did rubble stamped the all the.
Speaker 21 (33:53):
Reason we know about him then, because we was hoping
on doctor Peyton.
Speaker 3 (33:56):
Otherwise we would even hear it about the contract.
Speaker 21 (33:58):
They had needed me the dollar worth the contract all
the time.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
And doctor Harrison then.
Speaker 10 (34:04):
Interjected himself in and he can.
Speaker 21 (34:06):
Remember how the Power Brothers tried to get.
Speaker 3 (34:08):
Him when he went told the line they had four power.
Speaker 22 (34:12):
Brothers, not gonna name the meeting.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
Buddy was a high level person.
Speaker 21 (34:15):
At the commercial bill, a FBI agent, and two other
power broken's events.
Speaker 22 (34:21):
They all got together at a home and you slep
them to.
Speaker 10 (34:24):
Plot against doctor Harrison to sick a woman on him.
Speaker 21 (34:28):
But the woman changed the mind and went to doctor
Harrison and told them, and doctor Herrick came out and made.
Speaker 3 (34:33):
The public what they tried to do to him. It
had nothing to do with Chidren. Even if doctor Fagan
did everything that she said, it was a remedy around it.
Speaker 21 (34:42):
Just like they could have had to meet say hey,
you haven't done this, you haven't done this, and you
haven't done that at the next meeting correctly because a resolution.
Speaker 3 (34:52):
It could have been resolved like this. The bottom line
is they wanted her out. They need somebody else.
Speaker 4 (34:57):
In to do their big all right, thank you so
much for calling in. Appreciate your call.
Speaker 10 (35:02):
Man.
Speaker 4 (35:02):
Y'all, y'all, y'all ain't playing with it. Y'all, y'all, they
ain't new that this. You're true to it.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
W d I A hello, Hello Starmer.
Speaker 4 (35:10):
Hey, there are you doing, Cavin you're doing all? You're
doing all right on this Wednesday.
Speaker 22 (35:16):
Get past the presentry. Yes, we'll jodan great now. Listen,
other cities have school boards. We had a school board
years ago.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
Now we got a fool board.
Speaker 22 (35:25):
They think you're making a pool out of you, me, everybody.
But they got fool themselves. They are a fool board.
Speaker 20 (35:31):
We got a city councilor I call the civic council.
Speaker 22 (35:34):
Si Lly.
Speaker 20 (35:35):
They do civic things, steal money that I see.
Speaker 22 (35:38):
Being a police officer, I worked with these people. I
used to go in there and be the guys standing
there every week.
Speaker 20 (35:42):
With these folk and I standing there looking shake my head.
Didn't make sense to me.
Speaker 22 (35:46):
Now that I got old. It all comes together that
they it's a cool like the brother just saying the
power brokers behind it.
Speaker 20 (35:54):
I know, I know why he ain't calling the name.
It ain't gonna hurt me saying who they are that's
doing whatever.
Speaker 22 (35:59):
We know. It all bought back to the corping machine
and all that. But then I came up with something
years ago which called an erace board. I said, years ago,
we had a chalk boarding room. Some people had a chalkboard.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Something had a black boy.
Speaker 22 (36:11):
I said, you had to get and erase that board.
Here are these people that raced the mountain self. I
bought a bunch of races to give out to go
out last night.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
I didn't make it there, but I.
Speaker 16 (36:19):
Wanted to give to it.
Speaker 22 (36:20):
Let's say race the board, but then sometimes you got
to replace the board with a chalkboard or black. We
put all blackboard up there now in the classroom, and
we see what's happening.
Speaker 10 (36:29):
A fight almost broke out.
Speaker 22 (36:30):
I tell him, I try to turn the radio off
out that broke.
Speaker 20 (36:33):
I had to cut it back on, and I said,
wait a minute, if I have to fight over there.
Speaker 22 (36:36):
I tell everybody, what just don't make sense. The world
is watching us. The whole state is going to say,
here will come in.
Speaker 20 (36:42):
We're gonna come in, and this time we don't need
the board because.
Speaker 22 (36:44):
We got Eli living in Memphis. Eli had a company
here that says, everybody, as the last night, turning your
power down, but use your electrician because we needed at
the supercomputer.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
That's not that's that was as company. That was the
TVA that said.
Speaker 22 (36:58):
You have to do it.
Speaker 20 (36:59):
That's what they're doing. And those fire back. I said
whatever Eli said.
Speaker 22 (37:02):
Trumping all them together on. But it works it all
the way down to Memphis where ay I is coming
in with the state board. They don't need those people anymore.
They elected to take themselves out.
Speaker 20 (37:12):
And Doc did one thing wrong when she spoke. She
should have said her attorney's gonna do the talk.
Speaker 22 (37:17):
When they said he couldn't come in the room.
Speaker 4 (37:19):
That was a trick right there.
Speaker 16 (37:20):
Whoever heard of that?
Speaker 20 (37:21):
You there and your attorney can't be with you, your
family can't be with you. That's crazy.
Speaker 3 (37:26):
So we knew right then.
Speaker 22 (37:27):
They already had playing this thing.
Speaker 20 (37:29):
We already programmed it where they got it in place,
storm me and all we can do is sit back.
Speaker 22 (37:34):
And pay the cost of what it's gonna cost for
her check. She's gonna get a check one way or other.
She's gonna get a check. She's gonna go to the
next thing. They should have looked up, detroited whatever she
did ahead of time. Now they're telling the people, well,
hen y'all know, she broke in there, she did this,
She stole that did it. And we said, you powered
people to do that, and investigation people.
Speaker 20 (37:53):
They're the one put it out.
Speaker 22 (37:54):
She decided to come her contract started in June. She
decided to make a three month investigation herself. She brought
people in. We're gonna go around and look at the library,
look at.
Speaker 20 (38:03):
Everybody in that position, and see due they deserve to
be there.
Speaker 2 (38:06):
She thought what was going on.
Speaker 22 (38:07):
She made the issue of it and say you got
your school, start to do what you're doing, get her license.
Speaker 16 (38:12):
Do whatever you do.
Speaker 22 (38:13):
If you're uncertified, get yourself because I'm coming there.
Speaker 4 (38:15):
You need to go home.
Speaker 13 (38:16):
Damn.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
She was straightening them out. Captain, thank you so much
for calling in.
Speaker 5 (38:20):
W D I a hello, Jennie.
Speaker 4 (38:23):
Hello, yep, I worked at that. Hey storm g Hey
lady d how you doing on this good looking Wednesday?
Talk to me.
Speaker 3 (38:33):
I'm doing this.
Speaker 15 (38:35):
They had doing some mightness work. You didn't know how
could do maidenans.
Speaker 4 (38:38):
Work to get it?
Speaker 10 (38:39):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (38:39):
No, I did not.
Speaker 6 (38:42):
Stood.
Speaker 10 (38:43):
I'm in the way.
Speaker 15 (38:44):
Look see I can't even I can't even tear the story.
Speaker 22 (38:47):
Lad.
Speaker 5 (38:48):
I was just in JT.
Speaker 4 (38:49):
Wade. She do all the mightenings and stuff. You know,
that's wonderful.
Speaker 22 (38:55):
His way.
Speaker 4 (38:56):
Need to get out of this way. The storms.
Speaker 10 (39:00):
Look all stormy.
Speaker 6 (39:02):
If indeed it's true, Yes, what.
Speaker 15 (39:07):
I brother, oh my passed away. Stam Bell was talking
about it. He got it from a reliable so I
thought about him. He said, why do you won't take
my car?
Speaker 4 (39:19):
You keep me on hold.
Speaker 5 (39:21):
I'm miss that throwing h bless it's hard, brother, Omar.
Speaker 17 (39:27):
You did hate to hear that.
Speaker 4 (39:28):
I heard Stan talk about that this morning, and I
think he said the services were gonna be this weekend.
Speaker 15 (39:33):
Yeah no, And I thought about old brother and when
he called, uh passed a wheal and he always wanted
to know. Well, I, Maria, you know I stayed in
that door.
Speaker 10 (39:44):
To you brother. Oh my gonna be missed.
Speaker 6 (39:47):
Yeah, that shar rage at the end of the day.
Speaker 15 (39:53):
Number one, the guy it you know, even he's appointed.
I wouldn't have took that job houses when you doing
stuff that you know, everything ain't in order now, am
I mad?
Speaker 16 (40:08):
No?
Speaker 15 (40:08):
But at my disappointed Yes, because it's supposed to be
done professional. And I'm like you, I'm like, waha, they
dinna get jagging, ain't I was? Then after you throw them,
hold on, hold up, I lord, please.
Speaker 4 (40:24):
Don't let them get to pulling wigs and.
Speaker 15 (40:28):
Coach. It ain't gonna be.
Speaker 10 (40:29):
A good look.
Speaker 4 (40:30):
It's not gonna be a good look.
Speaker 3 (40:32):
But an't real.
Speaker 15 (40:34):
You know, Denise, you know meet me wherever you meet me?
Is going down for storming this for children when we
didn't know no better, young people, older people.
Speaker 6 (40:46):
This may not said, she's just watching us.
Speaker 4 (40:51):
Children were in the meeting, but exactly so.
Speaker 15 (40:56):
If we in the meetings, then the throw down arguing
we said we need to do stuff different because of
the children.
Speaker 5 (41:06):
So if it's about the children, these too will passed on.
Speaker 10 (41:11):
And yeah, ed the job for doctor Sagen.
Speaker 15 (41:15):
I mean shit, move on their door to unclosed and
you come like you you've sat there for days overturning.
Speaker 10 (41:25):
Do you not know that women they can't get along?
Speaker 15 (41:31):
It will never ever work now that the tension and
the badness, and.
Speaker 3 (41:37):
I'ma it won't woman.
Speaker 4 (41:40):
The lady is gonna have to work some. I'm gonna
have to something, gonna have to give, some gonna have
to give. And hopefully last night, you know, they they
they see that. Now I will say that they were
a little bit more cordial with each other and and
uh but but that.
Speaker 5 (41:58):
But what I saw them in miss Kissiken to want
about to go in it.
Speaker 4 (42:01):
I was like, oh my goodness, and thank you so
much for calling in, Lady d I appreciate your call.
Speaker 5 (42:05):
Listen, I got some emails here.
Speaker 4 (42:08):
Miss Rambert said, I don't agree with the decision of
the so calledcs MSCs board members. First of all, if
she was so guilty, why did they secretly attempt to
gang up on her to expose her. In my opinion,
the six members that agreed to remove doctor Fagin's has
(42:28):
some reaping to give in count of this is a
prime example of the typical good old boy system and politics.
The board doesn't have the children's best interest in mind.
In court, watch how that thing will be turned in
her favor. I still believe her hands are clean. She
may have been ignorant to conducting some policy procedures, However,
(42:52):
she wasn't ignorant of working with incompetent snakes that were
strictly working against the grain and the vision. I really
enjoyed the black man that said he asked her three
questions during her interview process. Michelle Amber and other blackmail,
I appreciate you all for standing with doctor Fagan's yet
(43:16):
praying and believing God for your vindication. Much love, Felicia.
Let's see now that the guy was telling well, well
he was talking about somebody to call it. Now, that
guy was telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
And if she got a lawyer and he wouldn't take
a case, if he couldn't win, and she got a
(43:37):
fat lawyer, what okay, Miss Cassandra, Hey, Miss Cassandra, how
you doing, she says, good evening. Story. This is an
emotional topic. The whole situation is very distasteful and embarrassing
to our city. It's not about the kids, it's about
personal issues, and it's not over with the board. I
want to thank common man for sending me a shout out,
(43:58):
and I'm sending one back to him.
Speaker 5 (44:00):
Lady p have a great evening, missus. Neither Grace said
good evening.
Speaker 4 (44:04):
Stormy tea that MSCs board was so ghetto as can
be and they didn't waste any time to already have
someone that make you think this was a way to
pick at doctor Fagin's and fire her because Michelle told
a report that all of the papers the attorney told
(44:25):
the report or you mean threw away the report that
all the papers from attorney gave the board. And yes,
she says, come in with she didn't know anything about it. Hmm. Yeah,
this is a lot. This is yeah, this is a lot,
a lot going on. Let me see here we go
back to the phone lines before I head to this
break real quick, WD I A hello, Hey, good after Norton.
Speaker 7 (44:49):
Are you hey there?
Speaker 4 (44:50):
Read How you doing?
Speaker 15 (44:51):
I'm good, I'm doing good.
Speaker 24 (44:54):
I'm doing good quick on the topic of the school board.
Number one, the men they called in earlier about the
million dollar.
Speaker 18 (45:04):
Contract that Fagan did a weigh with. That's where it started.
Speaker 24 (45:09):
Number Number two, the forty five thousand dollars, that was
a school Seed donations.
Speaker 15 (45:16):
That was what I'm not calling the name.
Speaker 24 (45:18):
The school Feed, but school Feed.
Speaker 3 (45:20):
School Seed is.
Speaker 18 (45:21):
Supposed to get that contract to work with the new
Fraser School that is supposed to be built. That's why
all the Hoop law was about. They did not want
the commission, the county commission, to delay the school because
their contracts to be had.
Speaker 7 (45:36):
They'm telling you what I know now.
Speaker 14 (45:39):
The three the three original resolutions.
Speaker 19 (45:42):
See, you had those.
Speaker 24 (45:44):
New members that did not know how to bring about
those resolutions to fire her. They had no idea the
steps to take.
Speaker 18 (45:55):
Those were new people they did not know.
Speaker 24 (45:59):
And doctor Fagan's attorney, Alan cron.
Speaker 8 (46:04):
Okay, pretty good, pretty good, and uh.
Speaker 24 (46:08):
Mister Richmond, the new superintendent, okay, our interim superintendent. I
wish hmever well, but it was a lot of hands
in that.
Speaker 4 (46:20):
I'm telling you.
Speaker 24 (46:20):
The forty five thousand dollars that was part of that
setup that came from school Feed.
Speaker 18 (46:26):
She was not going to that school school feed have.
Speaker 24 (46:30):
That contract with the new Fraser's pools.
Speaker 4 (46:33):
But she but she but she took the money. She
requested it, and she took it. She had the check.
Speaker 14 (46:40):
See that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 24 (46:41):
See you're we're reading.
Speaker 18 (46:43):
I'm not reading exactly what Spence gave us to read.
Speaker 6 (46:49):
He what he gave us to read.
Speaker 3 (46:51):
We've only got one side of it.
Speaker 6 (46:55):
What he how he put it, how he wrote it,
how he.
Speaker 18 (46:59):
Dictated it, he put his spin on it with the witch.
W I t of Robert Spence, that's what he's good at.
Speaker 13 (47:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (47:06):
But but but before he even gave it, they had
already talked about it the day that that the first
day when they were talking about getting rid of her,
and she responded and told them, yes, she did do that.
But I think she apologized for it because she said
she didn't do it right, star of These are not
fireble of I mean, I get what you're saying. I
just want you to you know, and I and I
(47:27):
want to be correct what I'm saying, But I get
what you're saying. I get what you're saying.
Speaker 24 (47:32):
These are not fireble of physicist when it's what it's
coming down that started with a million dollar contract that
she she canceled.
Speaker 4 (47:43):
But and you know what read, I don't have to
let you go. But thank you so much for calling in.
And I appreciate you calling I really really really do. Yeah,
and I'm getting an email here. Just got an email
from the MSCs board chair Joyce Doris Coleman and interim
Superintendent doctor Rog Richmond. They're going to host a news
conference on tomorrow and it's gonna be twelve to twelve
(48:06):
thirty at the nine oh one Cafe MSCs Central Office,
one sixty South Hollywood in Memphis.
Speaker 5 (48:14):
I told you guys about that in the news this morning.
Speaker 4 (48:16):
Will. There's now been an official email sent out about
that as well. We're gonna come back. I see you
guys on hold, and I plan to get to every
one of you. Rob, mister West, Big Kahuna, Queen, Golden Girl.
I'll be back in a morning, Cort and we're back.
January twenty second. It's a Wednesday. This is the day
after doctor Fagins was fired. Last night, FOOL board voted.
(48:44):
That vote was really up to board member Ota because
if member Otay had well she passed, then she abstained
and then she said no, So if she really doesn't
any of those three and eventually she said yes. But
if she had done any of those three, doctor Fagin's,
(49:06):
you know, would probably stee bad. They still had to
mean they had five votes, so two thirds, so I
guess she would be gone anyway. Maybe I don't know,
but at any rate, she seemed a little confused and
not sure of what she wanted to do. And you know,
there were people in the audience saying, do the right thing. Okay,
you know you heard them, And even I didn't see
(49:30):
what happened with doctor Richmond, the new interim superintendent, until
after everything happened, and it looked as though, you know,
some of the people in the audience may have been
saying some things to him that kind of riled him up.
And so he responded, maybe not in the best way
at the time, but you give me a little route
(49:53):
of you might see some ask a few of my
explore friends. I don't know, you know, the ins and
outs of everything that happened. I just know that they
did what they did, and uh, now we will see
what doctor Fakins is gonna do. She says that she
(50:14):
is going to take them to court. And we'll see
what happens. There's a good chance she may lose you know, Hey,
I don't know. I don't know. There's a good chance
she could get something out of it, because even though
those were things she did wrong, I mean, it depends
(50:35):
on the judge.
Speaker 5 (50:36):
I guess.
Speaker 4 (50:39):
You know, they said she she broke policy, board procedures,
you know, things like that. So those are some pretty
pretty serious offenses. Even though they were they seem quite
minor to a lot of people. So, hmmm, it's gonna
we're gonna see and it's gonna be interesting. This press
(51:01):
conference that's going to happen tomorrow, that that's gonna be
interesting too. So we're definitely gonna keep you in the
know with all of this. I got an email reminding
me about it was peer Power board chair or the
Memphis Public Schools says that she thinks the contract with
peer Power will be approved.
Speaker 5 (51:17):
And this is after uh Fagin's accused.
Speaker 4 (51:22):
Dow McVean, a board member of for Peer Power Foundation,
a group that works with the district of Intimidation. Yeah,
I got that email about that. Uh, let's see here,
I'm gonna go back to your emails after I get
to some of these calls because some of y'all have
been holding for a second.
Speaker 5 (51:42):
So let me get to you and see what y'all
talking about. W G I A hello, Hello, Hey there,
hey queen, how are you?
Speaker 25 (51:52):
I knew it?
Speaker 10 (51:53):
How about you?
Speaker 4 (51:54):
I'm doing pretty good, doing pretty good.
Speaker 10 (51:56):
That's good.
Speaker 6 (51:57):
Thank you Lauren for this to day. Amen, the stormy.
I'm gonna say this again, it's not overtare.
Speaker 5 (52:03):
It's over now.
Speaker 10 (52:05):
The school board, they have to respect them first.
Speaker 6 (52:09):
Let them do what they need to do first, because
there's a lot of stuff going on that we do
not even know.
Speaker 23 (52:14):
Now.
Speaker 6 (52:15):
The attorney, he did good not to show. Listen, bo,
this is over with what I saw last night, everything
that she was talking about, some of that that her
attorney is gonna check every one of them. They're gonna
find out their history on every one of them.
Speaker 10 (52:30):
They're fair and when it comes out, if it's something
really weird, if they.
Speaker 6 (52:36):
Jealous, heart or some crap came up, that they really
find the woman they want the woman there, it's gonna
come out in the it's gonna come out.
Speaker 10 (52:43):
And the thing of it is, she didn't steal nothing,
but she broke the ruge.
Speaker 5 (52:47):
You know, with the board member.
Speaker 22 (52:50):
And when that attorney get done, he's.
Speaker 10 (52:51):
Gonna check every one of them.
Speaker 6 (52:53):
They're gonna check their background and they and then I
know how them lawyers work, and if they find something
on them, it's gonna come out.
Speaker 10 (53:01):
And that's why she said what she said, I see
you in court now.
Speaker 6 (53:05):
The ones that were talking about her doing a whole
lot of crazy crack with her. What do they call that, stormy?
Speaker 10 (53:11):
She can file a lawsuit against them.
Speaker 23 (53:14):
What do you call it.
Speaker 10 (53:16):
About you? Defamation of character?
Speaker 6 (53:20):
That's it right there. She can file a lawsuit against
them to the ones that didn't because she can prove
it now. The school board lawyer, he wasn't there. He
probably back in the scene somewhere, but he wasn't there,
you know. And I felt so sorry for her. My
heart just broke for her last night. And and she
just sit there and she just looked at him. She
didn't say much at all that and she was doing
(53:41):
exactly what attorney told her to do, you know, just
be quiet, you.
Speaker 10 (53:45):
Know, don't say anything.
Speaker 6 (53:46):
Those people just out of completely order last night. And
I don't think that all of that. They had the
police officer and all them standing around in that and
now some of the people, you know, they just got
a little bit excited, you know, but it's not over
to Well that's the way I'm gonna look at that.
And I always one more thing I'm gonna say.
Speaker 3 (54:03):
It's here.
Speaker 6 (54:04):
It was one guy dispute. Thank god, he mentioned the
state and listen, they already said that the state didn't
want to take over this school for a long time.
Speaker 3 (54:16):
So this is what he said.
Speaker 10 (54:17):
He said, Well, we're gonna just sit and wait.
Speaker 6 (54:20):
He's gonna wait, and they're gonna wait and see how
thing's gonna come out, turn out, and thanks.
Speaker 10 (54:26):
To state, gonna take it over.
Speaker 4 (54:28):
I been, Queen. I don't know what's going on with
your phone's going in and out. I don't know what's
going on, but I think I got what you're saying.
Speaker 3 (54:37):
Though.
Speaker 23 (54:38):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (54:38):
I got up and the state they don't they don't
want the state to.
Speaker 10 (54:42):
Take over the storm. I've been to two schools like that,
one down here and one in Kansas City.
Speaker 6 (54:49):
And baby, if the state take over, it's gonna be
a problem.
Speaker 4 (54:51):
But it's definitely. Yeah, I don't have to run, queen,
but you're right, it's gonna definitely be a problem. Thank
you so much for calling and love you so much.
I was talking to my friend who's in Houston, and
they've got problems down there because the state has taking
over the schools and they got problems. We don't want them,
We don't want it. M mmm mm hmm. Just got
(55:12):
an email to you from Tamarcus Porter, one of the
board members last night who voted to keep doctor Fagins.
His email says, Hey, just checking on you. Please keep
holding me accountable. Thank you for your support. Hmm okay,
(55:32):
all right, w d I A Hello.
Speaker 16 (55:34):
Hey, how you doing.
Speaker 4 (55:35):
Hey, I'm good.
Speaker 3 (55:36):
How are you great?
Speaker 16 (55:37):
Sweatie.
Speaker 26 (55:38):
Now that my opinion on this thing is, you know,
these people act like they're so concerned about these kids.
Speaker 16 (55:45):
Myself, person I think they're most concerned.
Speaker 22 (55:47):
About those salaries because you know, that job pays about.
Speaker 26 (55:50):
Three tabs more than what originated think about it. You know,
that's more than they were making on their regular jobs.
What all of us really focused on money because that's
a good paying job. It's i mean, the superintendent period.
All of it is just good paying jobs when you.
Speaker 16 (56:08):
Think about it.
Speaker 26 (56:09):
It's my opinion on that because it's like I said,
when you said, I hadn't even kept up with it
really about two months ago.
Speaker 4 (56:15):
Uh huh on this school board thing.
Speaker 26 (56:17):
I because if you don't really have actually have a
child in there, you're not watching this stuff that hard.
Speaker 4 (56:21):
Yeah, you're not even you're not even watching the board meetings.
I mean, you know it's been a minute since I've
watched them, you know, and this but this is making
everybody pay attention, which is something we need to do
all the time, all the time.
Speaker 26 (56:34):
And that's all that is, you know, we don't never
do anything until something happened. Yeah, it's just like and
when I looked at that debate what two weeks ago?
Speaker 20 (56:43):
Yeah, I mean, look like most of the people will
for her.
Speaker 4 (56:46):
Yeah they were, they are.
Speaker 16 (56:48):
Yeah, you know that's what I could understand.
Speaker 13 (56:50):
Now.
Speaker 16 (56:50):
You can nothing against the police chief. Most of them
were against her, and she kept her job with flying honors. Yeah,
and all she wants to do is get up about
two more years and retired. With that big picture, don't
you think they want to worry about this sit? Who
are it right now? Like they made a company who
wants to come take this job?
Speaker 4 (57:08):
Which you thinking you got to deal with, But it's.
Speaker 16 (57:11):
Based on money.
Speaker 26 (57:13):
You got most of those people making twenty thirty thousand,
Now you don't went up to sixty eight thousand.
Speaker 4 (57:17):
The better yeah're doing that. It's a common Yeah.
Speaker 16 (57:21):
I mean, people just wake up. It's not about all
the kids as much as you think it is.
Speaker 4 (57:26):
Yeah, for them, you know, you know, it's just like.
Speaker 26 (57:29):
You making twenty thousand. You you can do the same
thing you're doing somewhere else. Jump seventy thousand.
Speaker 3 (57:34):
You gonna you gonna jump it.
Speaker 16 (57:36):
It's about money, ain't about the kids. He ain't no
preach for free. Don't give him a salary to see
if he's gonna preach.
Speaker 4 (57:43):
Well, you know why. Now you can't really compare that
to a preacher, because some preachers will preach without a salary.
Some people are really called.
Speaker 16 (57:49):
You know what I'm saying, one finger, you account them
on one thing. I can promise you that.
Speaker 4 (57:57):
And well, if you're doing that job, he needs to
get paid, you know what I'm saying, No problem that interim.
Speaker 16 (58:02):
Yeah, thirty one year and I listened to what he
said last night. Now he wants that job, which I
don't have a problem because I think he would do good.
Speaker 4 (58:10):
Oh he didn't. Yeah, yeah, gave him.
Speaker 26 (58:12):
The job from the start before going out of town,
and all of a sudden he's qualified to do the job.
Speaker 4 (58:17):
Well, I think they called out doctor Angela white Law.
Let me tell you something. What you be surprised because
this is something I heard now I don't know how
true this is.
Speaker 16 (58:26):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (58:26):
Would you be surprised that it wasn't doctor Fagan's who
gave the teachers a raise, that it was actually doctor
Angelo White Law, the woman who was intering before doctor Fagans.
Would you be surprised to find that out?
Speaker 13 (58:39):
I wouldn't.
Speaker 3 (58:41):
Wouldn't be surprised at all.
Speaker 16 (58:44):
But like I said, I would think she was doing
based on a pretty good job.
Speaker 26 (58:47):
She was just a strong woman. This spoke a man
that didn't let nobody run over. And to Walter Murphy,
she was affiliating one of the biggest fools and missus
m So she's really not credible about.
Speaker 16 (59:00):
Nothing she does. When you look up up past, she
would be totally embarrassed. Totally embarrassed.
Speaker 4 (59:08):
Yes, it's it's a mess, ain't it.
Speaker 16 (59:10):
Okay, you're doing a great job.
Speaker 4 (59:12):
Also, thank you so much. I appreciate you and thank
you for yeah you too, thank you for calling and
thank you for listening.
Speaker 5 (59:18):
Uh the w D I a low.
Speaker 4 (59:22):
Good evening, Big Cohona. I'm doing okay, you're doing okay.
Speaker 13 (59:25):
I'm doing absolutely marvelous, wonderful, yes, because what I saw
last night was like it was just really a mess
when you were to think about it, and then you
have all of the dignitariorts there and support the Miss
Stagan and all the people. Let me ask you a question. Now,
if you was running for office or whatever, you maybe
(59:48):
be the mayor of this city, and then you have
an issue and all of your constituents is standing against
this issue, with you go against the people of which
you support whatever you were.
Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
Mind would be on that issue, That's a tough one.
That's a that's a tough one, big Koona, because you're
not you're hired to actually do the best, and sometimes
doing the best for the citizens contradicts what the people want, right,
So that's a tough one. I'm honestly I don't know.
Speaker 13 (01:00:29):
Well, it was a mistake on that part. And my
prediction is the stake gonna come in and take over,
and you know it's really deserves you know, so you're thinking,
let me ask you.
Speaker 3 (01:00:40):
One more question.
Speaker 13 (01:00:42):
Out of those six it was actually a six to
three vote. Out of the six members that vote against Mistaken,
when they run again, how many of them do you
think be re elected?
Speaker 4 (01:00:52):
M Well in for a lot of a lot of
things can happen in four years, I will say that,
and uh, they may redeem themselves. They got time for years.
So wow, it's that's tough to say. But if I
were to answer that question today, I'd say none.
Speaker 13 (01:01:11):
Yeah, absolutely, And that's my prediction, every last one of
them they went against Mistaken when it come time to
re election, if I'm around, I'm.
Speaker 3 (01:01:20):
Gonna be a part of trying to get every last one.
Speaker 13 (01:01:23):
I'm out of that. Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do. Yeah,
remember the place to be. It's with so many they
experienced ten seventy wd Hey, thank you very much, Thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:01:39):
Big Gunna w d I A hello.
Speaker 14 (01:01:43):
Good afternoon, Stormy t Hey.
Speaker 4 (01:01:45):
Good afternoon, Golden girl.
Speaker 5 (01:01:46):
How are you doing on this beautiful Wednesday?
Speaker 4 (01:01:50):
I know I'm doing great about doing good.
Speaker 14 (01:01:54):
I hadn't talked to you all this year's Happy new
year to you.
Speaker 4 (01:01:57):
Oh, happy new year to you, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 3 (01:02:00):
And here so my take on the board needing.
Speaker 14 (01:02:03):
I don't know if anybody called Michelle mckenzick when she
made a statement and heads off to Michelle McKenzie.
Speaker 6 (01:02:10):
She fought hard, She really fought hard to support doctor Fagan.
Speaker 14 (01:02:17):
But she put a statement out there to the new
board members, her colleagues. I don't know if anybody called this,
but I hope the state representatives that they're listening in
while they trying to draw up a recall for the board,
see if there's anything they.
Speaker 6 (01:02:32):
Can do with this, and see that you remember this stormy.
She said that the new members don't even have what
they need from the state.
Speaker 4 (01:02:41):
They haven't taken their assessments. I think she said they're
supposed to take them next week, right, So.
Speaker 14 (01:02:47):
Would that makes them fully a board member?
Speaker 22 (01:02:50):
Are they official or Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:02:52):
Yeah, they're official, they're official votes them votes are for real. Yeah,
they're official.
Speaker 14 (01:02:59):
Right So that there, I'm like, if you hadn't taken
everything you need, you know, why are you voting on
something that you know of that magnitude. I just thought
that there was something that she put out there that
maybe they need to take a look at.
Speaker 6 (01:03:14):
Yeah, they had finished the state credentials.
Speaker 14 (01:03:17):
On that, and I wish I wish that they would
have gotten input or some type of vote from the principals,
teachers and the staff at the schools to see what
they thought about doctor Fagan before they made that decision.
You know, of course we were there and you know
the afput of the community and organization, but it would
(01:03:39):
be interesting to know what the principal staff and teachers
thought about it before they made that major decision on that.
Speaker 4 (01:03:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 14 (01:03:50):
Now let me ask you this on who was that
guy sitting on the end of Keith Washington. He can't
said a word.
Speaker 3 (01:03:56):
Who was that guy?
Speaker 4 (01:03:57):
I want to know. I wonder if he was an attorney,
But who was the white guy doctor Chokes?
Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
Who would see?
Speaker 14 (01:04:05):
Is he like a mediator?
Speaker 4 (01:04:07):
Yeah, I suppose you're talking about the one who was,
you know, sharing all the things.
Speaker 6 (01:04:13):
He gave him the roof.
Speaker 4 (01:04:15):
I think yeah, I think he was the one that
just moderated, you know, tells him what to do. As
far as the moderator something like that. Do you think
it down the end as an attorney? That's what I
was thinking, But I'm not sure.
Speaker 14 (01:04:26):
Maybe somebody call in and let us know. But yeah,
I was maybe disappointed with the outcome and you know what,
it's amazing no one when Black Conservative called the radio,
I think they was on stand show. He called to put.
Speaker 6 (01:04:39):
Out the salary, which we all would blindsided because I
never knew.
Speaker 22 (01:04:43):
A lot of it was a lot of money, right,
but we were.
Speaker 14 (01:04:47):
We were so blindsided.
Speaker 6 (01:04:48):
Was what's going on that we didn't think about their salary?
And when did they start making that type of money?
Speaker 5 (01:04:56):
Don't have to run, but thank you so much for
all right you too, Bye bye.
Speaker 4 (01:05:02):
Yeah. I'm trying to get all of y'all in because
a lot of y'all, you know, really want to You've
got something to say about this topic, and I'm really
trying to get all of you in today. As matter
of fact, we may go a little longer because y'all
are passionate about this and then y'all feel in some
type of way. So I'm just gonna be your outlet.
Let you, let you share today. Let me go read
(01:05:22):
some of these emails that I got here.
Speaker 5 (01:05:27):
Let's see.
Speaker 4 (01:05:27):
Miss King says, I still don't believe that this was
just about Fagan's violating policies. These folks bumped heads with
her and wanted her out, and I am sure that
doctor Fagan's personality didn't help the matter. As far as ota,
I believe that she was the person who was on
the fence that Garcia was speaking to last night. I
actually prayed for Otay because it seemed that she was
(01:05:49):
pressured to vote against Fagan's even though her vote wouldn't
have kept her from being fired. We'll see what's next,
but this could backfire. If the state has grounds to
take over, they can bring in whoever they want and
push whoever they want to the side. Lastly, I hope
that doctor Fagan's has the legs to stand on and
(01:06:11):
that she gets paid. All right, let's see, got another
email here from mister Davis or miss Davis. Hello, Stormy,
I would love to hear from the board member that
stepped down. She told us a lot of ignorant mess
was going on. It seems Sheliah Harris's I think who
you're talking about. It seems like the board just prefers
(01:06:31):
a puppet as superintendent. Now that we have an interim
that's home grown, it will be business as usual, mister
Taffan says Stormy. If you think the Memphis Shelby County
School Board is embarrassing, check out the Jefferson County Arkansas
Quorum Court Pine Bluff. I fear the state may take
over the county's government. The state of Arkansas took over
(01:06:54):
the Little Rock school Board for several years. Jesus build
a fence around us. Yeah, they'd be taking over, honey.
If they can, that's what they'll do. But hopefully that
won't happen here. Okay, I'm gonna take a break and
I'm gonna come back and try to get some more
of your calls before I have to end this. Okay,
(01:07:16):
and we're back on this January twenty second. It is
a Wednesday. Hey, y'all. I hope you're doing better, maybe
because last night was a whole miss. I'm tell you
some nine thirty was. I watched that meeting from the time,
I mean while I was here and I was on
the air, and then I was watching it. When I
got home, I went to the store and did some things.
I still had it on, and I know people were like,
(01:07:39):
what is she watching? I was watching that school board,
meaning I couldn't turn away. It was like a good
drama and it was full of drama. Yeah, so about
nine thirty was when it was over. But it really
wasn't over because they only let us see so much
on the I was watching on the school board Live.
I should have watched one of those other lives, but
(01:08:00):
the school boards live on Facebook and it ended about
nine thirty. But they weren't done because they had not,
you know, put interim superintendent Roger Richmond in place.
Speaker 5 (01:08:14):
So I missed that, but some of y' all did not.
Speaker 4 (01:08:18):
But at any rate, I did a little research here,
looked up. The state lawmaker is Mark White. It's not
Ga Hardway, it's Mark White. Representative Mark White a Republican
representating District eighty three in Memphis and Shelby County. And
so he has sponsored a bill, House Bill ninety two. Now,
if this bill is passed, because I don't think it's
(01:08:42):
you know, gotten to any stages as of yet, but
if this bill is passed, it's going to propose you
know that it requires a local government like Shelby County
Commission or Memphis City Council to adopt recall rules by
two thirds vote.
Speaker 5 (01:08:59):
Okay, this has not happened. This is his proposed bill.
Speaker 4 (01:09:05):
A school board member could face recall if enough signatures
are collected from registered voters in their district equal to
sixty six percent of the total votes cast for that
person in their most recent election. If the Shelby County
Commission approves the signatures, the special recall election could be held,
and if sixty six percent or more voters choose to recall,
(01:09:25):
the school board members lose their seats.
Speaker 5 (01:09:27):
Now, this is something he's proposing.
Speaker 22 (01:09:30):
Now.
Speaker 4 (01:09:30):
Leaders say that state intervention is still on the table
as well. Okay, this is this is I guess option
number one. Option number two is taking over. And I'm
looking at this one from wr EG because a lot
of folks are asking about that this and it seems
now that it could be possible for the Tennessee General
Assembly to take over as promised by House Speaker Cameron Sexton.
(01:09:55):
State Representative Mark White, here's again. He's going to file
several bills call for the so called nuclear option for MSCs,
meaning a state intervention. And this bill would be similar
to legislation in Texas that is allowed to take over
of Houston Independent School District and headed by the Education Commissioner,
(01:10:17):
but with local input. That's saying what you want. Let
me just say that. Let me say another thing. I
don't know, mister white, and I wish him the best,
but I don't like it. I don't like it, and
none of us should, because then that means you think
(01:10:42):
you don't have a voice. Now you really ask them
folks in Houston what they're going through. They ain't happy.
WD I a.
Speaker 10 (01:10:52):
Hello, hey, hey there, hey, and I'm gonna do it.
Speaker 4 (01:10:57):
And I'm gonna ask you guys, do me a favor.

time you, like I said, you say something. We heard
something every minute about what went on. But the bottom

Speaker 3 (01:12:47):
I would have did.
Speaker 21 (01:12:48):
I would have went the clean house on this over time,

all that and that they would have got rid of
me too.
Speaker 3 (01:12:56):
M m.
Speaker 27 (01:12:57):

Speaker 6 (01:14:35):
I watched that whole school board meeting last night.
Speaker 10 (01:14:38):
It was like a bad horror drama movie.
Speaker 15 (01:14:42):
I did it was.
Speaker 23 (01:14:43):
It was a toe Hart Means and Nashville had their
eyes on what was going on. And I want to
applause Michelle mckinzick and Miss Garcia because they seemed to
be the only two on that school board that kind
of seemed like they had had some class, so they
had some.
Speaker 4 (01:15:03):
What about Darius Porter? He he didn't he voted with them.
Speaker 18 (01:15:08):
Yeah, he was quiet. And that Keith William I don't
know what.
Speaker 3 (01:15:11):
To think about him because he used to be so vocal.
Speaker 18 (01:15:15):
And he like he was like a little timid, scared
kid and said nobody.
Speaker 10 (01:15:18):
I don't hope he was confused.
Speaker 4 (01:15:20):
Well, he said some things, he had questions. I watched
the whole thing and he was talking. He wasn't talking
like you know during the vote, but he was asking
questions when they were going over the contracts.
Speaker 23 (01:15:34):
Oh okay.
Speaker 6 (01:15:35):
And also that doctor show.
Speaker 3 (01:15:37):
I looked him up and said he was a pam
in Chargan. Did he he didn't vote? Did he?
Speaker 14 (01:15:45):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:15:45):
No, No, he's not so okay. I didn't think so.
Speaker 3 (01:15:50):
And let me ask you this question.
Speaker 23 (01:15:53):
Do you think the school board members even care that
they were at risk for the state taking over because
of how things were handled?
Speaker 4 (01:16:03):
And how evidently evidently not evidently not.
Speaker 23 (01:16:10):
They wouldn't let h They wouldn't let U doctor Fakin's
attorney attend, And I wonder why I was back.
Speaker 3 (01:16:19):
But you know what, she didn't worry.
Speaker 4 (01:16:21):
I thought he couldn't speak. I didn't know he wasn't
able to attend.
Speaker 23 (01:16:25):
Well, I worried that he couldn't attend. The school board
would not allow him to attend.
Speaker 3 (01:16:30):
And maybe I heard it wrong.
Speaker 6 (01:16:32):
If I am, you can correctly, But she wasn't worried
at all.
Speaker 12 (01:16:35):
You see how composed she walked, and even if sometimes
she kind of had a little smile on her face, like, hey,
y'all do it, y'all walk, But.
Speaker 3 (01:16:42):
I'm gonna be all right.
Speaker 23 (01:16:45):
Years she don't be all right.
Speaker 3 (01:16:47):
She probably already got a job.
Speaker 14 (01:16:48):
Waiting on her.
Speaker 10 (01:16:49):
And if the kisick and this guy Sea, they may
end up having some kind.
Speaker 23 (01:16:54):
Of nicely wish it even if the state does take over,
because of how they handled themselves last night.
Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
Right, thank you for taking my fall, all right, Nurse Beverly. Uh,
Michelle mckissy want to be your male You do know
she ran for mayor?
Speaker 21 (01:17:09):

Speaker 4 (01:17:10):
Oh okay, all right. W d I A hello?
Speaker 21 (01:17:16):
Yeah, all right, I got to say you just wait,
you ain't seen nothing yet.
Speaker 4 (01:17:23):

Speaker 4 (01:17:43):
Yeah, you're on the air.
Speaker 18 (01:17:45):
Oh okay, what's this?
Speaker 22 (01:17:47):

Speaker 4 (01:17:48):
I'm glad you made it in that safe Thank you.
Speaker 12 (01:17:50):
I ain't gonna choose, I ain't gonna stig no miss today,
but I don't know what to say about this dog
gone city, Miss Jelosey.
Speaker 4 (01:17:57):
First of all, what's up, god girl? You're out, gold girl?
Speaker 5 (01:18:00):
I said, Oh, you got beautiful boys?
Speaker 10 (01:18:01):
You know, you know what we got some of our
calls and listeners.
Speaker 4 (01:18:04):
It's like, what's up French Childs.
Speaker 20 (01:18:05):
And Steven and the city.
Speaker 28 (01:18:07):
You know, we could have got some of these people.
Speaker 12 (01:18:09):
What's up on a common man?
Speaker 10 (01:18:10):
Hey?
Speaker 5 (01:18:10):
We have some smart people out there.
Speaker 4 (01:18:12):
You know, we could have got them on the board.
Speaker 5 (01:18:14):
Huh Um.
Speaker 29 (01:18:16):
They don't know.
Speaker 8 (01:18:17):
They don't know.
Speaker 12 (01:18:17):
Because about ladies tea, you can very kind of like
all the colored I don't just you know, people like,
are you gonna go out there and talk?
Speaker 1 (01:18:24):
You know?
Speaker 27 (01:18:24):
My thing is just right there.
Speaker 12 (01:18:25):
Won't waste my breath up because I knew that this
was getting ready to happen. You know, our city, you know,
they do things behind our baby. They've been doing it
for years, and we tell we feel so disappointed, you
know what I mean, we be so disappointed, but we
didn't know this was gonna happen.
Speaker 23 (01:18:40):
But they knew it was gonna happen.
Speaker 12 (01:18:41):
They know things before we do, and that's what bothers
me sometimes about our cities. So I just don't know
what to say or just to pray for, you know,
because like I said, you know, we got a new
president in the United States. Oh, we got a new
president that's running our world, you know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (01:18:56):
And like I said, we don't know.
Speaker 12 (01:19:00):
He coming from or what you might you know, we
we don't know, you know, really what you know because
we do know that he was our president once before.
And the thing about you, he said.
Speaker 4 (01:19:13):
He was gonna be it again, and he you know
what I mean.
Speaker 12 (01:19:15):
See people that like Donald Trump l Finn.
Speaker 4 (01:19:19):
Get wound up. Let me let me wind you back down.
Speaker 12 (01:19:22):
You know, I ain't gonna you know what, I'm already
the press. I had to call you because I love
to call you, and I told him I'll be telling
myself sometimes, but I don't call some me. I don't
feel right because everybody just called three They called all
three shows now and I don't want to be a
left out. So I had to call you just say hey,
that's all I ain't gonna talk.
Speaker 20 (01:19:44):
I love you talking up, okay, be careful home about
all right?
Speaker 4 (01:19:50):
Bye bye? Yeah, she was supposed to tell me something
today that she didn't tell me yesterday. Hmm, what's w
d I A hello?
Speaker 3 (01:19:59):
Hello?
Speaker 4 (01:20:00):
Okay, call the man for school board?
Speaker 1 (01:20:03):
You ready?
Speaker 4 (01:20:04):
You ready to run?
Speaker 8 (01:20:06):
Uh?
Speaker 25 (01:20:07):
You know, I really don't think I could work with
that group right there.
Speaker 10 (01:20:11):
You know, i'mna be honest with you. You know, like
I said, I don't, I don't. I don't have a
side in this fight. But I'm trying to.
Speaker 3 (01:20:21):
Recheck that job right there.
Speaker 10 (01:20:26):
I really would, Yeah, I really would.
Speaker 25 (01:20:30):
I know everybody has their thought and their.
Speaker 10 (01:20:33):
Theory and things like that, but I was just thinking
to myself.
Speaker 25 (01:20:36):
Listening to everybody or whatnot? Okay, Uh, you know you
have policy rule books of that of that nature.
Speaker 3 (01:20:46):
Right, So as a group of people being.
Speaker 10 (01:20:49):
The school board commissioners, isn't it.
Speaker 25 (01:20:52):
Somebody that sits over them, that's superior over them?
Speaker 4 (01:20:55):
It should be right?
Speaker 10 (01:20:56):
Yeah, So if the boy don't all the policy, there
should be some type of uh consequence the right, right?
So how was the thing to myself?
Speaker 25 (01:21:10):
Would it be fair to wonder or think had the
boy spoken with her about these you know, alleged.
Speaker 10 (01:21:18):
Violations behind the scene and We just don't.
Speaker 3 (01:21:22):
Know, because it's really hard to.
Speaker 10 (01:21:23):
Be that you would go from yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:21:26):
It's from zero to ahna, right, because that's what it seems.
Speaker 10 (01:21:32):
Right to us. But again, behind the scene, is it
fair to.
Speaker 25 (01:21:36):
To to wonder did they verbal verbal reprimand or written reprimand.
Speaker 10 (01:21:41):
Or anything like that in between this process?
Speaker 25 (01:21:45):
I think it's reasonable to to to think that because
if you don't, I gotta believe that there has to
be some kind of consequences for the board members if
you don't follow policy in regard to terminate somebody, regardless
who it is.
Speaker 4 (01:21:59):
Does that?
Speaker 13 (01:22:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:22:00):
Makes sense? Thank you, coming man, appreciate your calling it. Okay,
all right, now, all right, listen, I got I gotta
do something real quick because if I don't do this, uh,
miss Freddy and Miss Linda, they're gonna have a fit.
Let's do it. This classic TV throwback nine on one
five three five nine three four two eight hundred five
zero three nine three four two eight three three five
three five nine three four two. Okay, you got to
(01:22:23):
tell me what is my classic TV throwback?
Speaker 3 (01:22:26):
Will you join me on the stage, ask.
Speaker 4 (01:22:28):
Ralph, I will, all right, and don't walk behind me.
This is too much.
Speaker 3 (01:22:35):
Why I'm gonna after you, Ralph. We eat right, It's
very unusual a man following me. Oh, I want to
tell you. We we just want to tell everybody about
your life.

Speaker 3 (01:22:49):
I tell you everything. You've done everything, every time, Ralph.
Speaker 15 (01:22:57):

be a old ally.
Speaker 3 (01:23:02):

shoulder plead. All right, there you go. That's your classic

I said it at first.
Speaker 10 (01:23:33):
What's that they said that they set that up?
Speaker 29 (01:23:37):
Because if I'm thinking right, if they know she did
something like that, why they didn't mention it to at
the first meeting. That's what made me think that they
plotted there to think we're gonna find a way to
get rid of her.
Speaker 22 (01:23:54):
Because we don't like what she did.
Speaker 29 (01:23:56):
But still you should have said swamping if if they
already had that information on why they don't say nothing
hm hmm, but that making me think they did they plotted.
Speaker 4 (01:24:11):
D all right, miss Joel, thank you for calling in.
