Speaker 1 (00:00):

whenever it is, whenever your pay day comes, I say,

(00:20):
good for you, Good for you. How's everybody doing. We
just came off of Sisters trut had a really good
time this past Saturday. I told you guys last hour.
Howfore my weekend was yesterday. I had a chance to
go hang out with the twenty Pearls and see who
the winner was going to be, and let me try

(00:41):
this pie CAI Omega Chapter, West Memphis, Arkansas Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority Incorporated. That's it was their pageant. That's who
I went over to hang out with. Had a dog
gone good time. I sure did. Met some beautiful people,

(01:04):
some beautiful women over there in West Memphis. Pallas, you're
looking for a woman, a good looking woman. When's the
last time you've been to West Memphis. Now, there are
celebrities that will tell you that some of the most
beautiful women they have ever seen are in Memphis, Tennessee.
And I am inclined to believe that they might be

(01:28):
adding West Memphis in with it, and they don't. Just
don't know some beautiful women over there. So if you're
looking for a woman, you y'all got to get out more.
Y'all not getting out enough to where you know the
women are. You know what I'm saying. You don't go like,
you know, like stalker like. You just go and attend
an event. You might you might see somebody that you like.
I told a lady the other day. She said she

(01:50):
was single, and I said, have women's the last time
you you've been to dinners in the men's section, I says,
men all over the place, and following all over the
in the men section. I kid you not. I went
in there and I said, Wow, there's a lot of
men in here. I wasn't looking at none of them
because I'm good, you know what I'm saying. I'm good.

(02:14):
But I told my sister the other day, I said, girl,
you better head over to the men's section. In some
of these stores, they're everywhere. They're shopping for clothes. Yes,
y'all see y'all thinking about y'all going to church. Y'all
are going to the clubs and some of y'all are

(02:35):
going to the strip clubs. Come on out of there,
come on out of there, Come on. Well, I mean, hey,
you do you, but there are the places that you
can go, is all I'm saying. As I see all,
I'm saying. Okay, that's all I'm saying. Have y'all seen
Ja Morant? So Jahn Morant? You know how he was
doing the you know, he's doing it a little bit different.

(02:58):
Now he was doing like the throw something in the
crowd and then he was like with his hands, he'd
make it big. But now he's closing his ears. Mm hmm, yeah,
closing his He throw it up in the crowd and
then he closes his ear and Jos said, hey, that's me.
I'm throwing my words out there and I'm blocking out

(03:20):
the noise. You got too, that you got to block
out the noise. You do. But let me tell you
something about jaw. Twelve twelve has gone viral so much,
so y'all twelve ain't going the one doing it. Now.
They're doing it in football, Yeah, because they love job Moran.
You better, you better, y'all. Some of y'all discounting Jaw.

(03:45):
But people are watching j'an Moran. John Moran is a force.
You better hear me. He's a force. Okay, that's why
they watching him. They're not just watching him because you
know of things that he's doing on the course. They're
watching him because he's talented. And you know, you know,
certain people love an underdog or you know somebody who
feel like they're an underdog. Some people love underde'st me

(04:07):
when I'm watching sports the team. I may not have
a team, but I go for the team that everybody
else is rooting against. You know what I'm saying. I'm
an underdog kind of girl. So a lot of people
feel right now. They just they loving John. A lot
of these sports players and so now, yeah, they're playing
basketball in high school, they're playing football, and they're doing

(04:30):
the job, throwing something out in the crowd, covering their ears. Yeah,
they shout out to the Grizzlies. They beat the Mavericks
like they stole some well not you know they well, yeah,
they beat them, beat them pretty good. I think it
was what twenty five points, So congratulations to them. They're
gonna go up against the Warriors. I think it's tomorrow
night in the play in because they hadn't made the playoffs.

(04:53):
Yet hopefully they will. Hopefully they beat the brakes off
of them Warriors and they go to the playoffs. So
we'll see what happens with that. So y'all, I know
y'all heard about it. Last night there was a shooting
at Tomley Park. A young person was killed at Tomley Park.

(05:15):
Memphis Mayor Paul Young he released a written statement to
the public after that team was shot and killed. It
was during the food Truck and Cultural Festival on yesterday,
so he says Sunday's Sunday's shooting at the Foodies Food
and Cultural Festival is heartbreaking, infuriating, and absolutely unacceptable. And

(05:40):
it marks the end of a week filled with far
too many acts of lawlessness and violence in our community,
from the mass shooting at a Memphis Allies meeting to
a child being shot while playing in their own front yard.
Enough is enough. This latest act of violence took place

(06:02):
at tom Lee Park, one of our city's crown jewels.
Our riverfront is meant to be a place of joy,
connection and community. The reckless violence carried out during a
community event shattered that purpose. My prayers are with the
victim and witnesses and the family is affected by this
senseless act. It's important to note that, without advising MPD,

(06:25):
event organizers elected not to have security in place for
Sunday's event. That's a no no. If you're going to
do an event in Memphis, I urge you, I employ you,
get some security. I don't care what it is. Have
somebody that can be security, because you never know. But anyway,

(06:49):
said the Memphis police officers. You know, they put them
in place outside of that event, so when something did happen,
they were able to respond pretty much immediately. But y'all,
enough is enough. I saw last night, you know, one
of the news atlets talking about there being a strong
police presence downtown, and it just I just shook my head.

(07:10):
I said, Oh my goodness, what in the world is
going on? Shook my head. Ain't y'all tired? Are you
tired of all the senseless killings that are happening in
our community? I'm I'm just curious how y'all feeling about it?

(07:31):
Are you okay? And while I think that Mayor Young
his message is powerful and all of that, I just
I don't know if these kids are gonna listen. And
it makes me wonder are we beyond Are they beyond

(07:52):
our reach? They can't be, not all of them. Come on, now,
it's got to be some salvageable you know what I'm saying,
Some that we can save, y'all. But I'm gonna tell you.
I saw a documentary and I don't know if y'all
saw it. Somebody sent it to me on social media
of a documentary that somebody's doing in Memphis, and I
was like, oh my god. And they did you know
some of those people that they talked to were seemingly

(08:14):
gang members, and they were like this, We're going to
the grave with this. And I was like, you gotta
be kidding me. You gotta be kidding me. We gotta
do something. Mayor Paul Jung said, he hey, hey, enough
is enough. We will win the war against violence in Memphis.

(08:37):
This is a promise. That's what he said. How y'all
feeling about it? You believe him?

Speaker 2 (08:42):
Will you?

Speaker 1 (08:42):
How you feel about that? And he did talk about Xai.
I was glad he spoke with w R. E. G.
And he said something that I thought was interesting. We've
been talking about Xai a lot, and this is what
Mayor Young told them. Yeah, I've talked to the Xai
leadership team. There are thirty five, but they are only

(09:05):
fifteen that are on the other ones are stored on
the site. Now. He said that, you know, right now
the Xai, according to the Xai leadership, the turbines are
not being used and they're not connected. And basically, you know,
he had a meeting over the weekend justin Pearson had
a meeting over the weekend too, and Mary Jung said.

(09:28):
He added that, you know, the company they filed for
the permits in January because they weren't sure if the
substation construction would be complete before the one year is up.
So basically, he's saying, yep, they've got more turbines out there,
but they're not all operable. Okay, there's only fifteen of
them in use. Even though they have more out there,

(09:51):
there's only fifteen turbines in use. Okay, So you know
what at this point, Hey, I believe Mayor Paul Young.
He said there's fifteen out there and only fifteen in use.
I believe him. I believe him because what else do

(10:12):
you do. I'm gonna take him at his word. I'm
gonna take him at his word. That's what he said,
then that's what I believe. That's what I'm gonna believe.
That's what I choose to believe. And I want to
believe that good is is, you know, going weigh outweigh
evil in this situation, and right now some good stuff

(10:34):
he's happening. That's that's what I choose to believe. Okay,
y'all can call me and tell me what you believe
or you choose to believe, all right? Nine oh one,
five three, five, nine three four two eight hundred and
five zero three nine three four two eight three three
five three five nine three four two. Did y'all see
the video that went viral on social media all weekend?

(10:55):
The ex girlfriend of the former Southern University football player
Davis is speaking out after that shocking assault was caught
on camera. Y'all, I couldn't watch it. I couldn't watch it.

(11:15):
It's all over social media. I could not watch it.
Couldn't watch it. Gianna Monnet is the young lady in
that video that Quadarius Davis was fighting. He was strangling
this girl until she lost consciousness.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
M HM.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Davis is twenty two and he was arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
on Saturday, charged with first degree battery and domestic abuse
and battery by strangulation. According to police reports, Davis was
seen on the video kicking her, kicking in her apartment door, entering,
and later strangling her until she passed. The girl passed out.

(12:06):
I thought she was dead. That's I couldn't. I couldn't
not just turned away from it. I thought the girl
was dead, but she wasn't. Anyway, She took to x
to update her followers after that terrifying of the incident.
She said, I'm okay, my downstairs neighbors they got it
on camera, and they did. That's how it's out there

(12:26):
because her neighbors got it on camera. Yeah, she says.
She called the police. She said, I will be pressing
charges and no, I am not going back. Well, you
can't go back if he's in jail. But I'm gonna
tell you something. Unfortunately, in so many cases, you know,
they say, it takes about what is it, It takes

(12:47):
about seven times before a woman and probably a man too,
will leave their abuser. You know what I'm saying. Now
she's telling us that. But and ain't no telling how
many times he's done this to her before, She says,

(13:11):
she went to the hospital and her vessels in her
neck are okay, just a couple of bruises, and my
neck is very, very very sore. I bet it is.
He choked. That's the definition of choking. I out he did.
It is heartbreaking to watch it. It was hard for
me to watch it, and I just I'm still just

(13:33):
kind of in shock that a young man that age
could do something like that. Is it just me?

Speaker 4 (13:44):
Is it just me?

Speaker 1 (13:50):
It's just me? And then this last but not leave.
I'm gonna share this with you, and then we're gonna
get on to where we're getting on. Okay. Imagine you
break up with your boyfriend. Y'all not going together no more.
Y'all done, y'all, y'all not going together no more. But

(14:13):
you know, a little bit later on, you know he's
having a hard time. You let him move in your place.
You got a basement downstairs. You let him move in, right,
he moves in your spot, and you had it all nice,
neat and clean, and now he's down there hoarding. He

(14:33):
got tires down there, four four foll tied, four of
them in your basement, all kind of stuff you you
badly can't get a walkway to walk through down there.
When you go down there, you beg him to clean up,
you beg him. He won't do it. He says, I'm
gonna do it, but he never does it. Y'all not

(14:55):
there no more. Now that's over. That thrill is gone.
It ain't even ain't there, and especially it gone come
back because you're looking at how you're living. You offered
him help you go down there and you see all
that mess because it's your house. And when it's your house, well,
I know renters have rights and you know people have rights.

(15:17):
So he's given her three hundred dollars. That is a
good question. So he's given her three hundred dollars a month.
Does she have a right to go in his room
in the first place? That's number one. But the biggest
thing is I mean, it is her house. Okay. She's

(15:37):
known him for quite some time, over twenty years, gave
him some rules when he moved in. She understands, you know,
you know that he likes his privacy and all that
good stuff. But she been begging him and clean that
room up. He won't do it. She goes down there
and cleans it up herself. It's her house. She goes

(16:01):
into his room, and mind you, she's keeping the money.
She's not spending it, she's actually saving it. So when
he does move, you know, he'll you know, have some
you know, some cash, little stash. So he comes home,
sees the room, he pitches a fit. So well, I

(16:22):
asked you to clean up, and you wouldn't do it.
So basically she's like, am I wrong? Am I wrong?
Step out? Susan, got a problem? You're renting space in

(16:45):
somebody else's house. At least you feel like you're renting space.
Do they have the authority to come in your room
in their house? What kind of a m Let me
go up to the phone. See what y'all talking about?
Wd A, Hello, Hello, hey there.

Speaker 5 (17:04):
It was Storm Man.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
What's going on?

Speaker 6 (17:06):
Cloud Storm?

Speaker 1 (17:09):
Let me tell you so.

Speaker 7 (17:12):
Now when that man choked this woman out. See, they
like to They like to make a woman see a lot.
They like to get up self esteem down. I don't
nobody else won't. See if a man ever put.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
His hand on you, one path, you need to leave.

Speaker 8 (17:36):
Yeah, because he the one time gonna lead to plenty
more tax.

Speaker 7 (17:41):
Now that's why I'm glad I don't have no sister.
Storm because you choked my sister out like that. No,
a big brother gonna come over there. I'm gonna do
you worse than you give my sister. See, but they
have a skill to leave Storm. They be dreading to
kill him.

Speaker 9 (18:00):
Yeah, I just I feel sorry for women like that,
right be the only way they're gonna get away Storm.
They got to act like they're going to work.

Speaker 6 (18:08):
And leave memory.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Okay, but what about the people? What about the women
that leave? And and when he says, oh baby, I'm sorry,
I didn't mean it.

Speaker 9 (18:18):
See that that's just but that's they playing on your emotion,
and a week.

Speaker 8 (18:26):
Later he's choking you out again, slapping you out, he
claiming it he's sorry because you having problems that work.

Speaker 9 (18:32):
Shit, they gonna always have a reason why they're doing it.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
Mm so when you leave, you need to stay gone. Yeah? Absolutely,
Now that woman that.

Speaker 7 (18:44):
Let dude, I'm gonna tell you that you don't never
let nobody move in your play. I don't care the
relative of what, because you'll never get them out.

Speaker 8 (18:56):
He ain't gonna never leave it.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
I don't.

Speaker 7 (18:59):
I have people asking somebody really has to live with me?
I said him, No, I don't care if they're paying five.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
All the money.

Speaker 8 (19:05):
I don't need your money.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
So basically, you said she should have never, she should
have never let let.

Speaker 9 (19:11):
Him move in. Never never, never he a grown mind. No,
and now see now now now she can't evict him.

Speaker 8 (19:25):
But guess what she's gonna be harmed?

Speaker 1 (19:27):
Mm hm.

Speaker 7 (19:28):
He learying to get mad and tell the place up.
M He already shows anger when she cleans the room.
Know what I'm saying, Yeah, because she never should have
let him move it's still a y'all at together.

Speaker 8 (19:45):
No more, because they showed me she still had feelings.

Speaker 9 (19:48):
For and that's why she let him move in there.
And she still got feelings borne. That's why she's putting
up with what he's doing.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
I don't know, because because Clyde, women are nurturers and
so a lot of times we will we will let
people move in with us if we got a big heart.
You know what I'm saying, No.

Speaker 7 (20:08):
No, no, no, no, no, a big cards on the
cause you want from men that you didn't keep, like
a chat.

Speaker 9 (20:18):
And that man you saw on my first thing phone
look like him. I ain't got no whether state lead
to look for a woman like that.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
Mmmm.

Speaker 6 (20:27):
He ain't not know where.

Speaker 5 (20:27):
I say, he's a been on.

Speaker 8 (20:28):
The street living and he don't found her, and she'll
excuse for a woman for following for that act.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
Wow, all right, Clyde, I feel sorry.

Speaker 8 (20:39):
I feel sorry for her and another won't m takes.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
All right, Clyde, Thank you so much. Appreciate you calling
the mm hmmm mm hmm. I got something. Tell y'all
good news in a minute. Keep moving here, w d
I a hello?

Speaker 9 (20:58):
Start chasing number one dog, big storm, chasing number one?

Speaker 6 (21:02):
What's up?

Speaker 9 (21:04):
I hope you and the word the lady, I'm so
glad you made it back. Thank you.

Speaker 10 (21:09):
I am too.

Speaker 9 (21:12):
How was just so strutt this weekend?

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Oh? It was amazing great.

Speaker 9 (21:17):
I'm happy to hear that.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
It was amazing. Prince Charles, you missed it. Boots on
the ground. We did boots on the ground. All the
fans that were clapping in the air. It was beautiful.

Speaker 9 (21:27):
Can I be honest with you? Saw first call them
say good afternoon to you and your collars and listen.
I heard that song for the first time this morning
after staying left and show. I don't like that song.

Speaker 6 (21:38):
I don't care for it.

Speaker 9 (21:38):
I'm trying to I'm trying to figure out what's the
big block behind the sound because it ain't about anything
to you. I couldn't. I couldn't I go out about it.
So if you're life depending on.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
It, to you, Prince Charles, but it is, yeah, yeah,
I know because I had a friend.

Speaker 9 (21:59):
A friend that lives down in Georgia, down and Wanner Walk, Georgia,
and that's all they've been talking about, we're gonna put
our boots on the ground. And see when I heard
boots on the ground, that was the all military phrase
for us, meaning that we were about to go somewhere
and we're here to put boots on the ground. That's
when it came to me, like and that was in
the eighties.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Okay, yeah, you know I've heard that. I've heard that
boots on the ground. But yeah, so a different kind
of a military term.

Speaker 9 (22:23):
Yeah yeah, Stormy, real quickly, let me say that you're
selling the people. I don't know if you're trying to sell,
but Memphis is not ready to heal as far as
the crime is concerned. That's for that line. Paul Young
could say that need be tired of it. We're all
tired of it.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
I'm on now, Prince Charles, you can't you. I mean,
you can say that, but how.

Speaker 9 (22:48):
Many how many politicians has said that that? You know,
we're gonna do something about crime?

Speaker 6 (22:54):
Stormy?

Speaker 9 (22:54):
You know, I don't know how you're I don't know
how old you are. You look like you about twenty five,
when you probably have been older than that. For Stormy.
Politicians don't talk of politicians say they're gonna stop frying.
You cannot stop frying. That's impossible. When you got people
out here and want to do what they want to do,
you're not gonna stop them. I do have a suggestion,
but mine's gonna be vicious compared to what they're doing.

(23:16):
To get a slop on the wrist and bowing them
and gal and get them three meals at a cop
if it's not ready to be healed. And I know
if they're taking play in other cities, I get that.
I was not too long than not in me and
it was often taued for Stormy. You forget about it.
You're telling people a type dring and I guarantee you, Stormy,
listen to me, and listen to me. Clearly. By tomorrow

(23:37):
this time, there's gonna be something that that takes place
here in Limpid. That involves some kind of robbing, killing, killing, right,
If that's the way it is, we have a young
We have a young society right now. For a society
that they don't give. You know what I'm talking about.
They don't care, and whatever they have to do in
order to get a promise, they gonna do it. And

(23:59):
that means me shake you. They rather cut your throat
and shake you on in. That's why I do not
put myself in the arms weight and go somewhere where
I know it's gonna be a lot of them gonna be,
because it don't take put that one person to set
it off. Just like this weekend when the young man
got killed down on a tom Lee Park. You can't
go anywhere.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
You just get it.

Speaker 9 (24:18):
And for that lady Stormy that let her boyfriend move out,
And first of all, I'm glad that the young lady
who got string home, I'm glad she's doing okay. For
some odd reason, I told myself, she's gonna go back
to that guy once it's justice settle and the smoky
clears and he give a good a good song and
dance going back to him, and I guarantee you that

(24:39):
not the first time that has happened. But dealing with
the lady who had a boyfriend to move in an
ex boyfriend, she is so stupid. Why imagine be Like
my uncle told me, a tough every tough sits on
his bottom. I understand people have hard time.

Speaker 6 (24:55):
I get that.

Speaker 9 (24:56):
I've been in it. You've been in it for Stormy
at some point of time, seed Burg gotta learn how
to fly a sur bibone. It's old and if you
continue to have that person out, they never then never
would get better. Like my father used to kill me
all the time. He said, I can give you a
fish in your epo a day, but if I teach
you how to fish your lifetime. Thanks beautiful blood and

(25:19):
health today.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
Take it all right, you too? Thank you? Yeah, man, listen,
we had a winner. Y'all gonna want to know what
I'm talking about. I'm gonna tell you about it. On
the way. We had us a winner. I'll tell you
about it coming up, Lady d Miss Cassandra Neil Steven.
Y'all hold on, I'll be back in a moment. Y'all

(25:40):
want to talk talk to me? Nine O one five
three five nine three four two eight hundred five zero
three nine three four two eight three three five three
five nine three four two. You can tap that app
or you can email me Stormy Tea at my wud. Yeah,
it's gonna be a good week. Good Friday is this week.
I don't know if y'all celebrated Palm Sunday or not yesterday,
but it was yesterday. You know when Palm Sunday comes around,

(26:04):
you know, Easter is next. Yeah, and I hope you
all got your Easter suits and all that. And I
tell you what, one of our listeners so proud of
you because if you were planning to get an Easter suit, honey, y'all,
he is going to be ready because WDA had one
thousand dollars winner today. A let me say congratulations. I'm

(26:27):
not gonna give his full name out because he might
not want, you know, people, you know, how you win
something you don't want everybody to know you want because
then people will have their hands out. But I can't
tell you his first name. Mister Fred, Congratulations, mister Fred
warn himself one thousand dollars. Yeah, our contest is on

(26:49):
you guys, just in case you didn't know. Yeah, we're
giving away one thousand dollars and WDIA, we had our
first winner today. Can you believe that? Congratulations? Now your
keyword for this hour, it's bills. Just FYI, bills is
your keyword. I hope somebody else wins that money this
hour too. Let me read a couple of emails them

(27:13):
get back to your phone calls. Mister Burton says, Hey, Stormy,
I love your positive attitude towards this situation, but I
don't believe anything any of these politicians say about this
AI facility. They have been bought and paid for and
don't care about selling out the community. African consultant says
she shouldn't have let that joker move there in the

(27:36):
first place. Clyde is right and he nasty too. The

Speaker 6 (28:55):
Critical guy back to school like that. He was always dancing.
Let me get a boat.

Speaker 11 (29:01):
Okay, okay, what we're talking about. You're talking about these
these bad kids. I call him monsters.

Speaker 6 (29:09):
Because they're not raised.

Speaker 11 (29:11):
Like my mom and I think me and you probably
raised our kids.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
We didn't play that.

Speaker 6 (29:20):
You had some discipline, you know, I to act.

Speaker 11 (29:22):
When you went out and if somebody always always somebody
that did break.

Speaker 6 (29:26):
Bad whatever that straight away.

Speaker 11 (29:28):
But for the most part, I think we parents and
have kids now, I think our mama raised us.

Speaker 6 (29:33):
Right, Yeah, you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (29:36):
Yeah, I know what you mean.

Speaker 6 (29:37):
Yeah, ok yeah, and okay assaulting the girl? What did
the guy?

Speaker 8 (29:41):
What you said?

Speaker 6 (29:41):
What agent? What did the guy? He strangled the girl?

Speaker 9 (29:45):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (29:45):
Yeah, these were yeah, he yeah, he choked her out. Basically,
she he choked until she passed out. He strangled it
wholl she passed out. He's twenty two years ago, way
Darius Davis, and he's been arrested. He's twenty two.

Speaker 11 (30:01):
Okay, you know what's you know, it's it's a crazy
thing about that sixth thing going. They want the curious
want you to choke them out. But I'm not gonna
get off too that.

Speaker 6 (30:11):
That sounded like it was an assault on her, right,
Yeah it was.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (30:17):
I mean I don't I don't know what the what,
what the deal was then, But you know, I don't
know sometimes, you know, but you know, I don't know
you do you know who you fool with or you
never know. Sometime somedow they'll say great flag until later.
But about the break up with the boyfriend and she
let her move back in, no, m I mean but

(30:41):
the end, I mean she shouldn't have done it better.

Speaker 6 (30:44):
She does it, and she charged them. That's fine.

Speaker 11 (30:46):
But I agree with Clyde and whoever I was saying,
this is a child to Clyde.

Speaker 4 (30:50):
This Neil.

Speaker 11 (30:52):
No, you don't ever a better moving with Jim said,
matter of fact, I never had a bad movie with me.

Speaker 6 (30:55):
I had friends male and fem. I try to move
in and say, now, no, okay where I'm at. You know,
some of them doing more better than I am.

Speaker 11 (31:04):
Now they eventually got there, they said, but by they
boot traps. You know what I'm saying, just saying, nah,
I just like man space in my place.

Speaker 6 (31:12):
Yeah yeah, but once you move them out the end.
I know someone that rented out of the room right
now and she and she does an inspection like I
don't know, every three months or whatever. She said.

Speaker 11 (31:24):
She puts the notes on their door and say, hey,
I'm gonna do a specially this day, cause you have
to hold the people caliber before caliber, because man, that
room will so be so jacked rep and messed up.

Speaker 6 (31:36):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (31:38):
Roaches, Yeah, because you live I mean well, she lives
with them, man, mother.

Speaker 6 (31:41):
People don't live with their tenant the rent now.

Speaker 11 (31:43):
But if you live with them, yeah, they're gonna have man,
you know, rats and roach and everything crawling in there
in there.

Speaker 6 (31:51):
And then the place stinky. So you got to you
gotta do the specially said.

Speaker 8 (31:56):
Let them know anytime and see how they respond.

Speaker 11 (31:59):
Then let them know if you on you don't regulate,
you believe Yeah, I got you nil.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
Okay, all right, thank you for calling in. I appreciate you.
Good hearing from you too.

Speaker 6 (32:11):
Okay, thank you, love you, love you too.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Bye bye. W d I A hello, Hello, calling you there.
Well let's move on. W d I A hello.

Speaker 4 (32:27):
How are you showing me?

Speaker 1 (32:28):
How you doing? I'm good?

Speaker 4 (32:29):
How are you? I'm good?

Speaker 1 (32:31):
I just want to make wait a minute, let me
wait a minute. Who is that singing in the background.

Speaker 5 (32:36):
Say my baby?

Speaker 4 (32:39):
She's eleven months. She wanted to talk everything I get
on the phone.

Speaker 5 (32:42):
I want to talk.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
Oh oh pleasant hard.

Speaker 8 (32:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:49):
I just wanted to say, uh huh. I was looking
at the news bar days and then I and Ma'a.
I've been saying enough, it's enough, and I understand what
he's saying. He said that that yesterday was one of
our clown jewels. I feel like the whole city is

(33:09):
a crown jewel with that baby to your old baby
got killed with the other day, he was a crown jewels.

Speaker 5 (33:15):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 12 (33:16):
My day I mentioned to.

Speaker 5 (33:18):
People and people may.

Speaker 4 (33:19):
Sound I'm wrong, but we got to do something. We
got to chante these glowls. I just feel like we
need to do like they doing overseas or wherever, an
eye for.

Speaker 5 (33:31):
A eye because these young people they don't care.

Speaker 4 (33:35):
They just put doune in their hand, like put them
to the killing on mending house last week at the
place for the people trying to get their life back together.
You go down there and you driving, you just shoot,
just shooting everybody.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
You know, why what is this about?

Speaker 5 (33:50):
And then the baby.

Speaker 4 (33:53):
Now you have to somebody, the.

Speaker 13 (33:55):
Uncle whoever, but you all these children, these children out.

Speaker 4 (33:58):
Here, you're gonna still shoes mm hmm.

Speaker 5 (34:01):
They need to go to the they need to be
put on the fire and squad. I'm just saying.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Shoulders. I think that's what Prince Charles say, is something
like that.

Speaker 4 (34:11):
They need to until we until we show up. We're
not playing. You don't just walk up the shoe come
by then you run. No, we got to do something
because it's all of our baby's gonna be gone. That's
why I tell people you gotta get yourself security because
the young people ain't gonna be here.

Speaker 8 (34:27):
They're not working.

Speaker 6 (34:29):
You gotta get it.

Speaker 4 (34:30):
When you turn sixty two. Because we got to do something.
This is sad. Every day you cook up, you turn
the TV on. Okay, okay, anyway, I just wanted to
stay there and one more thing, Uh well, I forget anyway.
I tell this the thing I want to say. You

(34:52):
know when they was fighting Harry Hell the community center,
what was the employees that work there? You if some
people skilled at the part of police.

Speaker 13 (35:01):
All you have to do stop six seven five four
five to six.

Speaker 5 (35:05):
Seven seven come they coming?

Speaker 4 (35:08):
I mean you can call and tell them. I need
to what's going on?

Speaker 1 (35:11):
They coming? So we got to start.

Speaker 5 (35:13):
When you see something, say something, Thanks.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
Thank you, Andy, I appreciate you all right, bye bye? Yeah,
see something, say something? Is what she's saying. A lot
of people aren't talking, and a lot of people are
scared to talk. They scared. But I mean, I don't know.
Y'all tell me because Memphis has crime stoppers and and
and crime stoppers, says, then I gonna tell them about

(35:39):
who you are, and you're gonna get a little change.
So should we be scared? I mean really should we be?
W D I A hello?

Speaker 4 (35:49):
Hey hey lady d how you doing doing good?

Speaker 13 (35:56):

I feel about moving in. Uh, I'm gonna leave a motel.
See flight off, I'll put you up. You're not gonna
be up in here with me, Soman number one. I

(36:17):

Speaker 1 (36:26):
You went you went blank there for a second. I
didn't know what you said. Now, why would you want
to help your what?

Speaker 12 (36:32):
Now?

Speaker 1 (36:33):
My eggs? Oh yeah, that's a good question.

Speaker 5 (36:36):
Never move in my house.

Speaker 13 (36:39):
And they got room on houses all over the city
and every town.

Speaker 5 (36:43):
You get your all room. You can squat whenever you
get ready.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
So that's that's why.

Speaker 5 (36:51):
People want to move in with you. You know you're
not moving in with me.

Speaker 13 (36:55):
I don't need you to help me pay my bills.
I'm gonna pay my own bill by pay yours. That way,
I ain't got to be worried about you and the lady.
They get choked out, the man ain't gonna leave you
alone unless you let them understand. We gonna respect each other.
But that's the quickest way to get some begones straight.

(37:17):
Or put your hand on me. Don't put your hand
on me, because I got a peace make I don't want.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
To use it.

Speaker 13 (37:23):
But if you in my house and you put your
hand on me, number one, ain't gonna be choking me.
We're not gonna play them kind of gamestow on it death.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
Did you see the video, lady d I mean it's
it's I couldn't watch it all. Like I said, I
started watching the beginning of I couldn't watch it all.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
I have them so or they for them.

Speaker 5 (37:43):
With these children, it's the way to starve did.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
But they won't do it.

Speaker 5 (37:48):
They want to go to the club.

Speaker 6 (37:49):
They want to smoke with them. Sae.

Speaker 13 (37:51):
We got these young parents. They want to smoke with them.
They want to hang out with them, and that's what
you signed up for. And when they go to jail,
you gonna put up your heart, earn money and drag
your bank account instead of telling them this ain't there,
you committed the crime. You gonna stay right there right

(38:12):
there if they started.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
Doing this, but they won't.

Speaker 5 (38:15):
They get them out.

Speaker 13 (38:17):
And they who do all.

Speaker 5 (38:18):
The cockjackets, what did they say on the interview? They
got the mindset of storm and hey, we running this.
My little nigs be telling me. She said, they ain't
having it. The young people ain't having the wing going.
We'll do this here.

Speaker 13 (38:33):
I said, yep, y'all gone one by one, the y'all
grave because people that the people that let y'all do hear.

Speaker 5 (38:41):
Me say when I when they be talking, yep, y'all
won't because your mama instead of you. But I ain't
never stay his storm.

Speaker 4 (38:49):
And I don't know on that.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
No, have a good all right, Lady D. You know
uh listening to what did Lady D is saying? Though,
it reminds me. I saw this us on social media
and abunder this post a lot of young people saying
we ain't doing it. Now. This is a pastor and
he said this in church. I want you to hear this.

(39:18):
Listen to this blaming white tops for the killing of
black kids. He said, stop blaming white cops for the
killing of black kids.

Speaker 14 (39:26):
It's that teach your black children to be obedient towards authority.
And I don't care if more sella black. You need
to teach your children to obey authority. We need to
teach our sons and daughters to obey authority. We need
to teach our children to not fight against authority, not
fight against cops, not be model citizens, Stop being rebellious

(39:50):
towards authority, be submitted to laws and ordinances.

Speaker 1 (39:57):
Yeah, he's getting a lot of flak for that on
social media. But yeah, uh, and that's not all he said.
But I'm just you know, wondering what you know, Yeah
that he sounds what you know, Lady D was kind
of you know, you're along that same path. Just yeah, yeah,
w D I A hello, Hello, hey, Stephen, how you doing.

Speaker 8 (40:18):

Speaker 1 (40:22):
My weekend was great?

Speaker 15 (40:23):
Stephen can answer, of course, Oh no, I'm tall of you.
Oh my lord, I'm ten foot ten in the Lord.
That's all you need to know.

Speaker 8 (40:40):
Okay, all right? From mmm you like Don.

that Champagne. I don't get down. Oh okay, you know
what my favorite sparkling water? Period?

Speaker 3 (41:22):

Speaker 1 (41:22):

Speaker 8 (41:25):
I like that, kind of like Harry, what's that?

Speaker 1 (41:33):

Speaker 8 (41:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (41:33):
The Perry?

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Yeah? Am I saying it right? Perrier? You that in
at the water?

Speaker 6 (41:39):

Speaker 6 (41:47):
So I just take it in with you.

Speaker 1 (41:49):
Thank you?

Speaker 6 (41:51):
All right?

Speaker 3 (41:52):
All right?

Speaker 1 (41:59):
Try coat up in there.

Speaker 10 (42:01):
W I.

Speaker 1 (42:08):
You can come in be the wrong way. There ain't
no alcohol around here. We don't do that. Mm hmm.
You know, miss Cassandra, asking a woman how tall she is,
it's kind of like asking her how much she weighs.
It's some questions that you just don't ask a lady.
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (42:27):
That's right?

Speaker 1 (42:29):
How you doing this, Cassandra? You feeling better?

Speaker 4 (42:33):
Yes?

Speaker 17 (42:33):
I am, And I appreciate that. I love listening because
you have some funny people on here.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
But I have my points and I'm gonna get out
the way just ma'am.

Speaker 17 (42:45):
I am a good cat, hobted people. I have let
many people stay in my house. I have family members,
God knows her help. And before my husband passed he said,
you know, we ain't never.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
Stayed in this house bad self.

Speaker 17 (43:00):
Wow, and we've been here over my thirty years now.

Speaker 1 (43:06):
So after my husband passed out, everybody had to go.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
Really and yes, Scott, I thought about what he said that.
I'm at peace now.

Speaker 5 (43:15):
I'm at peace God nobody.

Speaker 17 (43:19):
But anyway, I am not gonna let anybody stay in
my house.

Speaker 5 (43:24):
And I don't check the room.

Speaker 8 (43:26):
I am not.

Speaker 4 (43:28):
I don't care if what you pay.

Speaker 17 (43:29):
I'm going up there like I used to do my children.
I'm looking up on the metrics and everything.

Speaker 9 (43:37):
And I do that.

Speaker 17 (43:38):
And another thing, my hearts goes after the young lady.
They got a strangle, strangle and everything.

Speaker 4 (43:46):
Yeah, you're gonna have to you donna pray.

Speaker 5 (43:49):
About this situation and walk away, and our mayor, I'm
gonna tell you, I just so tad.

Speaker 1 (43:57):
I done.

Speaker 5 (43:57):
Start not watching news.

Speaker 17 (44:01):
I'm just saying out kids because I had some kids,
y'all too. Every day somebody's getting killed every day all day.

Speaker 1 (44:08):
Now, the mayor need to listen.

Speaker 17 (44:11):
You talk about bringing stuff here to make money.

Speaker 5 (44:14):
You need to shut this city down with all these
crimes all day every day.

Speaker 1 (44:20):
People are hurting. People don't even want to go out
in the world.

Speaker 4 (44:25):
I'm like Prince John.

Speaker 5 (44:26):
They couldn't even go down to the park.

Speaker 6 (44:28):
You know.

Speaker 4 (44:29):
It's just getting well scared here.

Speaker 5 (44:31):
So if he's listening, you need to get out your
butt and do something.

Speaker 4 (44:36):
Better, because it's a shame.

Speaker 17 (44:40):
It's find to be the memphisan maid and all this
other stuff going on.

Speaker 5 (44:44):
You got to shut this city down some kind of
way with all this crime. I love y'all, y'all have
a blessing.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
Ms Bareley, come man, Lady d Lady Pee, all of y'all.
Y'all have a great bonding. All right, Miss Cassandra, thank
you so much for calling in.

Speaker 10 (45:04):
Okay, okay, thank you to cut up on.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
I did, I did, I did my best, all right.
I love you, Miss Cassandra, Bye bye.

Speaker 9 (45:16):
All right.

Speaker 1 (45:18):
Oh my goodness. We had a time for Sister Studd.
We did, we did. I got some emails that I
want to read to you, and I'm coming back to
take your calls. I got missed Joel A. J. Janice
coming to you out the gates, sister. Let's see I
got William Michael lady. P Oh wait a minute, wait, wait,

(45:38):
is this man Stephen trying to holler at my girl? No,
that is a hard no. Fifteen thirty first for a
lot of folks government employees, local government employees. I don't

(45:59):
know about the fellneral government. Let me get out y'all business.
I'm sorry, get out your business, y'all. Get that keyword.
I hope you did, because I want you all to
win that money. I really do one thousand dollars a
thousand dollars to come in real handy right about now.
M M so get that money, all right, and that

(46:21):
is the keyword. I believe money.

Speaker 9 (46:22):
M O n E.

Speaker 1 (46:23):
Y go get it. Take that keyword to my w
DIA dot com type and you know what to do,
you know the drill?

Speaker 9 (46:30):
All right?

Speaker 1 (46:30):
Let me go back to the phones, and congratulations to
mister Frank. Frank, you the real MVP WDA listener won
that thousand dollars today out the gate. We just started
it today. We hot. We just need another DIA listening
to get that money. Okay, let me read some of

(46:51):
your emails and then I'm coming back to your calls.
Let's see here, layoff of the mayor. The mayor is
doing a great job. Uh, he is fixing up these
streets and these potholes. He can't do anything to prevent
these negroes from self destructing. Something is fundamentally wrong with
our minds as black people. We have to fix ourselves.

(47:13):
Wasn't it the governor that passed that law to allow
eighteen year olds to carry? As long as we shooting
each other, no problem. Happy birthday, Miss Rambert says she
wants to Felicia. She says she wants to send a
birthday shout out to her big brother co a happy
forty six birthday and many many more to come, Love

(47:34):
always and forever you'll little sist. I See. So if
the laws of the country are oppressive, are you obligated
to respect those laws? See that's what a lot of
folks saying on social media and talking about the the
preacher that I just played that I've talked about. You know,
we got to teach these young folks who respect the law.
But you know that's what we do. You know what

(47:56):
they say, what's good for the goose is good for
the gander. Why isn't it okay? Hey, okay, we do that.
We respect the laws of the lad Why isn't it
okay for our kids kids to do it? Or our kids?
You know what I'm saying. If you do it, if
we do it, why can't they do it? And what's

(48:16):
the problem.

Speaker 13 (48:18):
Are they?

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Are they entitled? What's what's going on? Let me get
back to these fellas and see who's been hanging on
the longest here? H w D I A hello, Miss
je l Miss Jannis. I'm coming to you, hate Miss Jewel.
How you doing?

Speaker 4 (48:35):

Speaker 1 (48:36):
I'm doing good.

Speaker 4 (48:38):
I want to know cancer survivor.

Speaker 10 (48:40):
Too, because I end up I end up having stomach
can too, So I don't go ask that one too.

Speaker 1 (48:46):
Oh good, you are a survivor, Miss Joel.

Speaker 5 (48:51):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 10 (48:52):
And I agree with Lady D and the other lady.
I'm gonna tell you what it is. They still feel
they still need to change the law.

Speaker 12 (49:03):
But the young folks because their brain.

Speaker 6 (49:07):
Is not quite.

Speaker 4 (49:09):
Development And I really do believe that in.

Speaker 6 (49:12):
My heart it's not quite developed.

Speaker 12 (49:14):
At the age of thirty two or thirty three, I
think you have to wait until you get close to
your forty mm wow, because crime is keep gonna go
on until nothing get done.

Speaker 1 (49:29):
And young folks and.

Speaker 12 (49:31):
The governor really played the part in it when he
told him they can told the gun and ain't got
to have no permison.

Speaker 8 (49:36):
He messed that up.

Speaker 1 (49:37):
I wanted to do he have a brain, because they did.

Speaker 8 (49:42):
He wasn't thinking when he said that.

Speaker 10 (49:45):
He really wasn't.

Speaker 12 (49:45):
I wanted.

Speaker 5 (49:46):
I wonder how all his teeth.

Speaker 1 (49:49):
M you probably good sixties. You probably in his sixties.
The governor.

Speaker 12 (49:54):
Sometimes they don't still don't think because who would have
came up with that, say yeah, you can tell the
gun at the.

Speaker 10 (50:01):
Age of eighteen and you don't need no plic Come
on that real you?

Speaker 1 (50:07):
Well, yeah, I don't like it either.

Speaker 6 (50:10):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (50:11):
I really don't like it.

Speaker 12 (50:12):
And this crime ain't gonna get no better. It's started
getting worse every day. M And I'm starting looking at
it every day every time I look at the news.

Speaker 10 (50:25):
Somebody done got kids?

Speaker 12 (50:27):
That is just too much going on.

Speaker 1 (50:31):
It is it's a lot going on, Yes, it is.

Speaker 5 (50:35):
Something do need to be done?

Speaker 1 (50:37):
That's ruse, because.

Speaker 10 (50:39):
This crime ain't gonna stop by itself.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
All right, I shall appreciate you, Stormy, appreciate you. Love
you too, mister l thank.

Speaker 10 (50:49):
You you very welcome.

Speaker 1 (50:51):
All right, bye bye bye bye yeah talk that talk
miss you well. W d I A hello. How you doing, Janas,
I'm great, wonderful.

Speaker 6 (51:04):
Talk to me. Give you some opinions.

Speaker 4 (51:07):
Let me give you my person on the political side.
When it comes to Mary Young.

Speaker 8 (51:14):
Young, in my opinion, it's not.

Speaker 4 (51:16):
Gonna do no more. He's gonna do as little as possible.
Say well, I'm gonna tell you okay. I mean, I
can't get real deep, you know, because they can show
us not that long. But I don't think he's gonna
do a whole lot because, first of all, we didn't

(51:37):
put Mary in in case we don't, in case we
forgot it. Black people didn't put him in. He was bought,
He was bout in paper. And you have people that
put you in. They put you in and work for them.
And the sniggest way is to get somebody in and
get him to work for you and not to look

(51:58):
like he's working for you. It's make him the same
color as the people he's supposed to be put into hire.
Being people are not gonna Gromble as much because he's black.

Speaker 6 (52:11):
They're black, But the blacks is.

Speaker 4 (52:14):
Going to be the least one that benefit from him. Now,
in case we didn't, in case we forgot, we did not,
but the black votes did not put him in. And
then sac and you the gentlemen, came on and he
said something about about teaching our kids disciplining and obeyed
or authority.

Speaker 6 (52:33):
That's true, But how.

Speaker 4 (52:35):
About this, I mean, how can parents teach their kids
to respect when their kids don't even respect them? If
your kids don't respect you, how can you teach them respect?
See seeing what's going on now for Stormans for a
long time, there's a lot of history with this. And

(52:55):
I say things when I see these things happen, and
I get mad and I say things. But I went, Derek,
get on this phone, get on these uh in ways
and say a lot of things.

Speaker 1 (53:06):
You know, uh, Jane's your phone is your phone is
going out, So you might want to six sit still
or stand still, want to hear what you got to say? Okay?

Speaker 4 (53:18):
Now can you hear me?

Speaker 9 (53:19):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (53:21):
Okay? And a lot of time I won't.

Speaker 4 (53:23):
Say anything about our children being bad? And and and
they are back to see what I be doing, is
I give up. I'll be giving people that's also responsible
a pays you see, and I'm not gonna do that.
This is a history of stuff and it was down
to get to this. Now is it gonna get better?
I don't know, because see, when there's ignorance from poor

(53:46):
education or no education, and there's poverty, what're you gonna
get out of there? Just tell me what you're gonna
get out of there? And I think the worst thing,
this thing go so far bad.

Speaker 6 (53:56):
It's just out of control.

Speaker 4 (53:57):
Now, this stuff goes so far back. And the last
thing and the worst thing that ever could have been
given to us is all these free programs they were
setting up up. Then they will set up up because
if I give you some free free stuff, I ain't
gotta worry about you going to work. See they start

(54:18):
these programs a long time come. I ain't gonna have
to figure out something to do with I don't have
to worry about you going to work, which I mean
I don't have to compete with you on the job.

Speaker 5 (54:26):
You're not gonna be educated. Okay, So I ain't got
to worry about your kids going to I.

Speaker 4 (54:31):
Didn't want your kids going to school with me, with
my kids.

Speaker 5 (54:35):
I didn't want to work the job, so I give
you something free.

Speaker 4 (54:40):
And then you your kids grow up in that same environment.
And now our children think that everything is about getting
something free.

Speaker 1 (54:49):
I mean, I mean, I just it's our kids have
what some of us have a sense of entitlement.

Speaker 4 (54:57):
Well you think, yeah, you think entitled because what have
you ever fall? Did you live house where our everything
was free? And it's always my free this's my free food,
sting my free with you. Tell them I'm gona get
a free home, and you your children ain't gonna be
no more and they're not gonna be any more than
they're exposed to.

Speaker 5 (55:14):
And that's for all of us.

Speaker 4 (55:17):
Education, next to God, God is the key. But next
to God, it's got to be educated. And they didn't
want you educated, and they showing they to want your
education because what they were educating, what they're doing now
look at what always that they're rolling back. So, you know, parents,
how can our kids be better than what they are?
Because when we have two parents, sometime my children are

(55:40):
not being raised right when they got one parent. Daddy's
not not being dead, it's granddaddies are not being Granddaddy's
uncles are not being offles. Mothers are not being mothers
over the children. I don't know why anybody could be shocked.
And then your governor turned around and put the ice.

Speaker 1 (55:55):
In on the cave.

Speaker 8 (55:57):
He knew what he was doing.

Speaker 4 (55:58):
See, when these people know what they do when it's
not time for us to know what's going on. Bh,
we tell around and passed a lot that you don't
have to have a permit to carry a gone huh.

Speaker 6 (56:10):
I mean.

Speaker 4 (56:13):
Put in place a long time ago.

Speaker 1 (56:15):
I got yours.

Speaker 5 (56:17):
Yeah, it's work.

Speaker 4 (56:19):
I'm serious about that, and I appreciate you.

Speaker 1 (56:23):
Thank you for calling me, and I appreciate your call. Yeah,
w D I a hello. Hello.

Speaker 2 (56:35):

heard you were showing out. I'm just so glad you
made the vast place with because they say they said you.

Speaker 1 (56:46):
Were showing out and they got it.

Speaker 2 (56:48):
This Paull, the one with the safe divot to ask
you how tall you were? You know what people mom
and Dad's always say, You know, if you won't you
really want me to go out to a woman?

Speaker 1 (57:00):
I just talked here. He should have.

Speaker 8 (57:02):
He was.

Speaker 1 (57:04):
About the lady, what what what kind of what you
what he doing asking me?

Speaker 5 (57:08):
Do I like?

Speaker 12 (57:11):
Well?

Speaker 9 (57:11):
I know if he had kick, he probably wild have
been walking right the slide.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
You know you're probably not. I just say but but
but yeah, yeah probably.

Speaker 10 (57:23):
You know.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
I love you, Stephen. I love you, Steven, We love you.

Speaker 9 (57:27):
Say have you have you ever met him?

Speaker 1 (57:30):
I never know? You know?

Speaker 4 (57:32):
Okay, what's something?

Speaker 1 (57:33):
Let me say?

Speaker 2 (57:34):
Let me say, hey, my man, mall uh because times
I'm so glad you're feeling better.

Speaker 1 (57:40):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (57:41):
Golden girl, Prince Yalla? I want you guys Stephen as
was sitting in front King Henry, what's up?

Speaker 1 (57:52):
Calming?

Speaker 3 (57:52):
Man? Come man?

Speaker 9 (57:53):
Smart?

Speaker 5 (57:53):
You know what, we got a lot of smart calls.

Speaker 10 (57:55):
You.

Speaker 1 (57:57):
Let me say what I have to say.

Speaker 4 (57:58):
Okay, I heard you talking about moving in a.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
Man if he if he Now, if you friends, you
know what I mean? If y'all friends, when you break up, right, okay,
there's nothing wrong with it. But my thing is though
this right here, you have to already know how you
live because you lived with him before you know you
dated them.

Speaker 5 (58:14):
You know what I'm saying. You already know why we live.

Speaker 1 (58:17):
This is my thing right here.

Speaker 2 (58:18):
So this is when you when she said that see
one now I seen all the mens she already. This
is why she left because she was sick of because
he was messed. But you know, thinking about it, when
people come in your house, you know it's your house now,
you know what I mean? When maybe they used to
live together, I don't know. But the thing is, though,
you when you move a person to some brother, because
whenever you make rules, I don't care if you're paying

(58:39):
not paying, you tell them the rules when you walk
a little noe dogs on cats, you know what I mean?
At all this kind of stuff, I don't want to
just mess all in my house jump garbage cans and
uh tires and.

Speaker 9 (58:50):
Batteries and all this stuff.

Speaker 2 (58:51):
You let them know because you know, if you if
you if you go to a person's room when they
paying you, or what if that's they private, you know
what I mean. You didn't wrinch them a room.

Speaker 9 (59:02):
You didn't let them have one of your rooms.

Speaker 2 (59:03):
So I think it's unfair to go in there even
though it's your.

Speaker 1 (59:06):
House, you know.

Speaker 2 (59:08):
And and and so you know you have people say,
well you know now you said I can come up
here with you. You ain't got no many snoop and
you I don't need to clean with You know, some
people don't want to.

Speaker 1 (59:16):
Clean up their room.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
They like it Johnckets, Yeah, they like they sleep like that.

Speaker 10 (59:20):
You know.

Speaker 2 (59:21):
So when you move someone and like I said, you
said they used to day, right, did they live together?

Speaker 1 (59:26):
So on first, I don't think they lived together, but
they did use to date. Uh and he was a boyfriend.
But and I don't think you knew how messy he
was until he moved.

Speaker 2 (59:35):
Actually, that's the problem, you me, that's the problem is relationship.
Now that it's a problem. And I know it ain't right,
but I say it all the time, but you're.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
Even Bible Day used to say it because he agreed
with me. And man, he read the feet.

Speaker 8 (59:48):
It's not right.

Speaker 1 (59:49):
I know it's not right.

Speaker 2 (59:49):
But to live in move in with a person so
he can see exactly what they like almost you know
what I mean, live with him from Lisa here, you
know what I mean. And then that was you know,
you know, and he would say that I the lower war,
you know what, let me get a shot of lord.

Speaker 6 (01:00:03):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:00:03):
We didn't have good time over the weekend. We didn't
get a time to come to the super slow.

Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
We would die, man, We died at Hot Springs.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
The office.

Speaker 5 (01:00:09):
Our boy, we didn't come down there.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
I shot up in the Lord War.

Speaker 2 (01:00:14):
All the gang people that was on the bus we
had a great time.

Speaker 10 (01:00:17):
So you know.

Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
But like I said, you know, when you get to
know a person or you know a person, you say,
she moved him in there.

Speaker 1 (01:00:23):
But she didn't just move.

Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
She had to know something about him, you know. And
let me say about that Mary Paul. Remember, let you
know Paul mayor, Paul Yng. You know, he hears his
lady's name is y'all. But thing about it, you got
a lot of young people that's running the systems. Don't
think about that young man. I think he nineteen twenty one,
that that's the mayor who worked, you know. And I
heard the young lady saying, well, you know.

Speaker 6 (01:00:43):
Young people, mind it.

Speaker 1 (01:00:44):
It's not developing it.

Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
Well, some of them developed earlier, you know, some of
them getting mature, be better than.

Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
The other ones, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:00:50):
But this done law, we don't know, Mary, Paul young
didn't made it.

Speaker 1 (01:00:54):
He didn't make the dun law.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
But what he can do, what he can do in
this city right here right and live the city that
he runs. He cands close down little things. He don't
think he can close down some stores. He can close
down a whole lot of.

Speaker 1 (01:01:07):
Stuff, you know. But I'm gonna have to run.

Speaker 5 (01:01:10):
I know when I saw talking, I can't something.

Speaker 8 (01:01:12):
You want to be careful, I know, I know, I
know you can wait on me to last.

Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
Talk to you all right by lady, Love you, y'all.
I love how she takes that though. You know, she
laughs instead of getting upset with me. Yeah, she already knows.
She knows what you knows. She she's a lt uh.
Black people need to take responsibility for our own destiny.
No one else cares. They don't care about us as

(01:01:43):
a race of people. Hm hmmm w d I A hello,
How you doing? I'm good, Michael, how you doing? I
was sitting back and sat right up when you call,
go ahead and talk to me, no problem.

Speaker 3 (01:01:56):
Oh Janey's I agree with her pretty much everything Janny said.
You look at the and nobody is picking on Paul Young.
But I said this the other day, when people run
from the seats, I mean, that comes with it, so
you deal with it. And so far it was the
bus stops for you.

Speaker 10 (01:02:12):
Man.

Speaker 9 (01:02:12):
You're the chief executive office of the city.

Speaker 6 (01:02:15):
So the brime is bad, the buck stops for you.

Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Guys.

Speaker 3 (01:02:17):
Can yell bill Ye all you want. Bill Lee is
not the mayor of this city. Bill Lee does not
appoint the police chief.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
Bill Lee does not handle any of that.

Speaker 10 (01:02:27):
Bill Ye.

Speaker 3 (01:02:28):
And I'm pretty sure, I bet good money Billy.

Speaker 5 (01:02:31):
Is a clansman, but he's got the mayor here.

Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:02:35):
Please, he's not in Sad Tennessee.

Speaker 1 (01:02:37):
I mean, just keep it a buck.

Speaker 8 (01:02:39):
Well.

Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
He did get in trouble for what was that he
did years ago? It was something was it blackface or something?
Years ago? I think he was one
