the murder trial for the ex officers accused in Tyree
Nichols's death. Yeah, the defense presented a witness who had

two months before Nichols was beaten. She claimed her credit
cards were used at multiple gas stations without a permission.
She was then dismissed, and you know, they called a
lot of other folks. That a lot of the information
that's come out of these last three days, it's been
a lot of information. It's a lot to break down.

Tyree Nichols's mother, she was on the witness stand on
the first day, and then Desmond Mills on yesterday, and
how y'all think that one's gonna go? How do you
think that that trial is going to go? You think
they're gonna get off? You think they're going to because

allegedly forced a student to massage her feet. Yep, and
she was saying inappropriate things to the kid too. According
to the Polk County Sheriff's Department and the office doctor

kiv Alark, who's fifty three, she's been charged with lud
lascivious conduct and lude offense against a student by an
authority figure. Okay, so the investigation began on April the fourth,
after the head principal of the Lake Marion Creek Middle
School reported the incident to police. Deputy say the thirteen

year old student was sent to Lark's office for throwing
balls of paper across a classroom during a test. Witnesses
heard Lark scolding the boy, but not uh you know,
rubbing her feet correctly, for not rubbing her feet, not
for the paper. She said, since she ain't got nothing

better to do, you rubbed my feet, took off her shoes,
placed her legs across the boy's lap, and he did
as he was told. Uh uh m. Now she was arrested,

and I just told you the charges. But I don't
know if that all she should have. You know what

little like child abuse or something, you know, because because
come on, now, I saw on social media where somebody
was talking about these women are after these young boys

We've talked about the men and these young girls all
the time, but we don't talk about the women this
after these young boys. But why would you do that?
As an assistant principle, the sheriff said. The lark admitted
that our actions were inappropriate, but she denied saying anything
inappropriate to that student, even though people said they heard
