I got some what kind of seeds to these corpedas?

way I got some of them seeds, I might have
the wrong ones. It tastes good throw they got. They

back at it, trying to take care of myself. I'm
starting to see that the weight come off and eating better.
You know what I did, what I started doing, And
and young people listen to me, don't be like us.
We were working them jobs and all we had was

stuff some down our throats. Don't do it, don't do
take your time. Did you know when you eat, you're

can taste all the flavors in it. Yeah. That's why
I like cooking at home, because when you cook at home,
you know, I think I feel like when I cook
at home, I'm able to relax a little bit more.
And sometimes when I go to the restaurants or something
like that, I feel like, you know, I can relax
a little bit too. Honey. I got my digestive enzymes,

because ma'am, break that food up, because when you get older,
you're just your body, you know. And some of y'all
don't have no problem with all of that. Your digestive

today Power Center Academy Middle School. That's what Memphis Police
Department said. A thirteen year old girl has been detained
by police after threatening to get her brother to shoot

up the school. Now this is a first. I've never
heard anything like this, police say. A man was arrested
on Wednesday for driving a stolen vehicle. This was what
he said to the police. That's what he said. You're
not gonna believe this. Four hundred pounds man. He told
the police, I'm too large to steal a car, but

you stole a car. I guess they say anything to
get out of it. You know what I'm saying. He
told me he was too large, but he was in
a stolen vehicle. I heard a lot of things, but

with him all the time, when they go to the

who she was having the affair with. He must have

been having a good time. They say it's sweeter when

I was scared to go home. My husband showed no emotions.
Once I got home, he was feeding the kids, and
when he put them to he came in the bedroom

and eleven times all he said was I forgive you.
I fixed a bowl of cereal and went to bed.
She said, we slept in the same bed. The next

hasn't told no one in our family. I made a mistake.
I thought I was missing something and I got caught up.
I apologized, and he said he forgave me my marriage

This morning, he asked if I wanted a divorce and
I told him no. He said okay and went to work.

Say we want to build out there, and I watch
what happens, because you know, they tried to build an
institution in Germantown, and uh, people in Germantown, almost all
of them came out and protests and almost overnight they
shut it down. But when it comes to us, you know,
it just don't seem to.

We've gotta fight, we gotta protest, we gotta do all this.
And then because some of our politicians don't listen to us.
They make a decision to do it anyway, and it
only hurts us, It doesn't make life better for us.
And then think about this storm and I'm I'm gonna leave.
They close our clinics, they closed out help centers, they
close our pool.

Our parks are not.

The ones that's there, I mean, think about all that,
all that we need in our community are no longer there.
They tell all down what we need to deal that,
which we don't. We need a jail, no doubt about that,
but not in our community anyway. I'm just curious to
know what you thought about that.

I don't really know what to think about it, except
for if the community isn't happy about it, then the
community is definitely going to have to stand up and
say no to it. And a lot of people I've
been hearing from are not. There are people that aren't

bounce houses, going to have horseback riding and food and

Four to be out there, and everybody is just welcome.

For our seniors, if you don't want to sit out
in the yard, you can be in the fellowship hall

Like I said, we've got water slides, the bounce house,
horseback riding, and just trying to do something in the
community to celebrate one hundred and sixty years that Sat
Guilfield has been serving the Memphis community.
