but I had a dentist appointment, That's what it was.
Then had to rush on back over here to get
on our sister station and do what I got to
do over there. Then just stepped out of one room
and came into another one, and uh, it's hot, it's hot.

out because they've got a boil water notice over there,
the city of West Memphis. They're giving away free bottled

was thinking about it. I was like, man, this is
not the kind of heat that anybody wants to be
in that doesn't have air conditions. So maybe today's the

in your home, that you go into a store for
a minute, or go hang out at somebody's house that
you know has air.

right here is kind of a one of those stories
that I saw and I didn't read all of it.
But when I saw that story about that Memphis man,
it had me thinking because I saw some of the
talk on social media where people were talking about the
man who went back to the the car shop and
shot the owner. Yeah it's yeah, it's actually making a

national rounds, but it's a Memphis man. He's been arrested
after fatally shooting a tire shop owner who pushed his
mom during a dispute earlier in that day, twenty nine
year old Tony Curry. He's been charged with first degree murder,
attempted second degree murder, and using a firearm with intent
to commit a felony. Following the shooting, According to Law

and Crime, a fight broke out at Memphis tire shop Tires.

Between Curry's mother and the business owner, Shatan Cobbs. They
say what led up to the disagreement between the two
is unclear, but it resulted in Curry's mother pepper spraying
the shop owner before being pushed to the ground. Okay,
so she was pushed to the ground or before? Okay,

he pushed her to the ground. I guess after she
pepper sprayed him. A few hours later, Curry arrived at
the establishment.

He acts to speak with the owner.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
They had words, and he shot him and then shot
somebody else in the business too. The store owner was
pronounced to cease The other employee was taken to the
hospital treated for a leg wound. While being treated, the
employee picked Curry out of a six personal photo lineup
without hesitation, so he was taking to jail.

I know you want to defend your mother, but so
that one's caused a lot conversation on social media about
defending people.

And I imagine you remember back in the day when
we would say when people would say your mama, You
remember back in those were fighting words back in the
day they were. And so yeah, you when you mess
with people's mom, is you O. That's a tough one

right there. It's a tough story to even talk about.
So it looks like California has a this developing story,
This one I think is very interesting.

Have y'all seen this story? I saw the story on
social media.

I was talking to a friend of mine, a friend
of mine who lives in California. They were telling me
about the story, and I hadn't heard about it then,
But then you know, I've I'm here and talk about it.
So the parents, Okay, so this is what happened the mother.
A few days ago, a seven month old baby went missing.

Did y'all hear about this, an alleged abduction right under
the mother's care. Now they say new details are surfacing,
but this was something that happened on August fourteenth. Rebecca
Harrow of Upeka, Well, maybe I'm saying it wrong, Yukupa, California.

She claims that her baby, Emmanuel Horrow, they were in
the parking lot of the Big Five when an unidentified
man allegedly attacked Rebecca from behind and kidnapped the baby. Now,
when the story first you know, when it was first reported,
the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said that they could

not rule out foul play in the case after finding
inconsistencies in rebecca story. Now, according to kt LA, the
child's grandmother claims that Rebecca and her husband Jake have
reportedly refused to take a lie detector test without a lawyer.
Presents an interesting story, is a developing story as well.

So this is this is this is what she told police,
or actually she talked to the news kids, to the cameras,
and this is what she said the day that the baby.
I guess I don't know if it was the day
the baby went missing or when it was that they
talked to him.

I fall on the floor, and I said, and I said,
as I got up, I couldn't find my son.

A seven month old baby boy was reportedly kidnapped right
out of this Big five parking lot. This is seven
month old Emmanuel Horrow, one of five children in this
family from Cavazon, reportedly kidnapped last night in Yukaipa. Now,
his mom told me that they were here last night
at a nearby football stadium.

And now when you when she did her interview with
the TV, she's got a mark under her face, and
and she said this too.

And I saw, I saw white many Harry's and I
fell on the floor and I said.

I couldn't find my son.

And I ran into Big five and I asked the
lady if she saw a baby or someone with the baby.

She said no, he was a happy boy. He smiled.

The search for this seven month yeah, that was the
mother and the dad.

Now this is interesting. It's a developing story. You know,
you hate to hear stories like that. But and I
hate to ask you how you feel about this one.
I guess you can tell me how you feel about
this one. The California mother claims that her seventh month
old baby was kidnapped after she was attacked in a
store parking lot. She said she woke up and he
was gone. He knocked her out, whoever it was he

or she knocked her out. She does have a mark
under her eye. MM so, I mean when I saw
the story. They are also records, Okay, they refuse to
take a lot of detective test This is what we're hearing.
And then there are records also that show the father

has a history of child cruelty. So that's one we're

about that one for a minute. So hopefully, and hopefully
and prayerfully that baby's okay. I don't I don't know
what else to say about it except for that's what

It might be a great area to do, but who

But the property value is already there. And the new
jail is not going to bring crime. It's going to
bring police to police your area. The criminals are going
to go away. The criminals don't want to be around
the jail because that's close to the jail. They don't

who are against this give it up. I mean, there's
going to be a nice facility. The facility now you
don't have any parking. It's deplorable, it's run down. So

let the powers to be make these decisions that we
put in office. We put smart people in the office
