to stay healthy. It's not about living selfishly, It's about
living in balance. Are there some things in your life
that you need to say no to? You need to

Jesus constantly went about doing good and healing. Yet he
knew his limits. He Father God, knew what to say no.
We want to have his heart and to always be
ready to give and help others. But help us to
live balance and know our limits. Give us a courage
