back in the saddle with me is the master mechanic
and he is the manager of Winchester Tire and Alignment.
Mister Adrin. Right, we're gonna talk to Adrian, but I
(01:07):
gotta get this after, y'all. Do you know it's that
timing year. I didn't know that quick, y'all. Well, the
Academy for Youth Empowerment, Businesses and Community Organizations is sponsoring Wow.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
The parade will start at Southland Mall all the way
down Elvis, Presley and Shelby Drive, traveling north on Elvis Presley,
ending at Elvis Presley Boulevard and Lord Dean Drive, white
Haven Plaza shopping Center. And y'all know we have a
(01:55):
good time, so get the kids ready.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
We hope.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
I think it's gonna be a good weapon. But anyway,
it's the Christmas Parade, y'all. It's happening Saturday, ten a m.
And y'all know I'll be in the house as always.
The Mayor of white Haven, Miss Hazel Morries, say you
better be here.

you all Christmas parade is coming on Saturday. All right,
(02:41):
All right, let me welcome once again back in the
saddle the manager and Master mechanic of Winchester Tiring Alignment,
Mister Adrid. Right, how you doing, Adrid? I'm hanging. I'm hanging,
brother I'm hanging. I'm hanging. I'm hanging once again. I
want to tell you listeners who may be a first
(03:01):
time listener that has never I don't know where y'all.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Well, you know, I'm not going to say that.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Because there are a lot of people who listen who
live around this area and they may not know about
Winches Attire and Alignment.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Tell us about that place.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
I'll tell you when estern Alignment has been around since
nineteen seventy two in the same facility. They actually started
next door to where we are, but they've been around
quite some time. We're right there at eighteen thirty Winchester,
which is a mile west of the airport, in between
Mill Branch and Kazaza right there, and we like to
(03:36):
call it beautiful downtown like Haye, right, But we're there.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
We're there to survey.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
And one of the things and I always get this
question after you've left, and somebody will email me, Adrianelle says,
is that all they do is alignment, Mom, going where
y'all being?
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Then I have to email them. No, they do this
and they so them y'all.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Just that's just the name Winchester tired in Alignment. But
you do more than alignment.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
Full line serve facility. We do everything for the exception
of bodywork. We don't do bodywork, but we do everything else.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
Yeah, I want to say this Adrian, And Adrian was
coming in. He says, we're working, We're working. I mean, y'all,
y'all getting the folks in there.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
Well we're pretty grateful, of course for the business flow,
because I mean a lot of times this time of
the year we get really slow.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
Oh yeah, people because people the holidays.
Speaker 4 (04:35):
They wanted they gonna spend that money on Turkey Day
and Christmas, so it gets to be a little slow.
Speaker 5 (04:42):
But we've been steady. It's been steady. That's a good thing.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Good and and and and One of the things also
you talk about, Adrian, is you know, people will will
call in and and and we invite you all to
call in because agent making help you see what's going
on with your car. But a lot of times, you know,
you talk Adrian, and you will say, be patient, bring
your car in because we have to check and see
(05:06):
what's happening.
Speaker 5 (05:07):
That's right, that's right.
Speaker 4 (05:08):
Yeah, that well, I try to explain to them that
I can talk to you all day on the phone
right without seeing what we actually have going on.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
That makes it a little hard to diagnose.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
So the best thing to do is just bring it in,
drop it off, and leave with me. You don't have
to drop everything off. Yeah, there are some things that
we can get to, you know, and you sit and wait.
Got a beautiful weighting room that you can sit in.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Yeah, they have a beautiful weight room. It's nice and clean.
That's what I love, Adrian, boy winch yester time. I
can sit there in comfort and look at TV and
drink me a cup of coffee.
Speaker 5 (05:41):
I got.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
I got a couple of customers. They just found out
that the chairs that they've been sitting in that were
so comfortable to us, they were reclining. So now they
coming there, they bring their laptop.
Speaker 5 (05:50):
What just kick out?
Speaker 2 (05:52):
I didn't know that. You shouldn't have told me that, brother.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
Yeah, it's so nice, and you know a lot of
times you want to if you have to sit and wait,
you want to be comfortable, and you all make your
your customers comfortable.
Speaker 5 (06:05):
We do our best.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
Yeah, so what so one of the things, Adrian, now
this we've been having some crazy weather.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
At that hot I know this is Memphis, Tennessee. So
we get that cold, one day hot, another day cold hot.
I'm thinking about you.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
But I'm okay, y'all because Adrian, if they've taken care
of me, I've gotten all My car is ready for
the winter. So they're okay, yes, yes, So this is
the time to get ready because I'm thinking, after what
next week is Thanksgiving, I'm thinking we're getting ready to
get the cold weather.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Adrian.
Speaker 5 (06:43):
See, that's what it usually happens. They usually catches them, right,
They prolonged, prolonged, prolonged, and all of a sudden, here
it is. You wake up.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
You got frosts everywhere, it's cold. You haven't had your
bilicle inspect it. Then those are just opening up the
door for things to go wrong.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
I see people on their way to work driving down
the road.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
All of a sudden they sitting on side the road right,
they steaming. Won't know what that happened. Well, you ain't
get that cooling checked out right right, It look like
you probably froze up.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (07:13):
So this is the time of the year to get
that inspected. You can bring it in. We're do an
inspection on it for you. If you're there and we
do the all change. We do a thirty seven point
couraged inspection. Actually that well, we check cooling, we top
off all fluids, we check belts, hoses. I mean, we
just have a pretty good inspection that we do on it.
So we should cover you pretty good.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
Good when you talk. Okay, so it's getting cold. You
need to have that cooling in there.
Speaker 5 (07:40):
You need to have it.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
You have to oh yeah, and it has to be
able to withstand a certain you know, amount of freeze
point okay, because if you know around here, you might
go to bed and then they might say it's gonna
be twenty eight, but sixteen right, right, so you know
they missed the forecast.
Speaker 5 (07:57):
So you definitely need to get a check.
Speaker 3 (07:59):
Yeah, and especially Adrian, I think about those people who
uh they don't have a garage and their cars are
sitting out oh.
Speaker 4 (08:08):
Yeah, out to out with the elements and telling you
it's rough. Right, you want to get a mistake?
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Yeah, one question I had. Oh okay, oh I got
this question. Well, and let me give the phone nines.
I got this email Adrian. Hold on second, and let
me give the phone lines for people you need to call.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
Adrian.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
He is here live nine zero, one five three, five,
nine three four two eight hundred five zero three nine
three four two eight three three five three five nine
three four two.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
Those are the numbers to call in. Adrian Wright is here.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
The Master Mechanic Era questro a question about your automobile
and you can email me BEB Johnson at iHeartMedia dot com.
BEB Johnson at ihard Media dot com and Adrian, I
have this question for Leep for you from Leon. He says, Adrian,
do you all work on electric vehicles? And if so,
(09:15):
is it very expensive to work on those vehicles?
Speaker 2 (09:20):
You must have an electric vehicles? Okay, Leon, thank you Leon.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
Well, we have not started working on those just yet. Okay,
of course there are some classes that's been coming up
coming available that we can send the guys to. Uh,
those are very dangerous vehicles. I mean you like playing
with the electricity in your house?
Speaker 2 (09:42):
Really?
Speaker 4 (09:43):
Oh yeah, you've seen some guys you know, really really
get injured, Oh my goodness from dealing with those. So
you have to know exactly what you're doing as a mechanic.
As a mechanic, yeah, you got to know what you
can be touching on, messing on, or how to disable
this so you know, you don't get except you know, eletrocuted.
So it's something that I actually try to refer customers to.
Speaker 5 (10:08):
Take to the dealer.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
Okay, that's better, Yeah, because they.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
Make sure those guys are gotten the proper training or
at least okay, somebody in that facility has gotten a
proper training to actually work on those. But don't count
as out.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Oh you're right, don't count y'all loud?
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Wow, you know what you've educated me on that, because
I'm thinking, well, you know what, Adrian, I'm really afraid
of those electric vehicles. And I tell tell our guy
Terry Terry Spicer, I wouldn't buy one. I would I
would not buy one. And if someone adreed wanted to
(10:45):
give me one, I say, no, thank you. I'm just
afraid of those electric I don't like that plugging up
and then you can't find the They don't have a
lot of places where yeah, well you're charging stations where
you have charged and then what I've heard from people
who've had evs, you know, charging at your homes and
that's work.
Speaker 5 (11:06):
Well, they pushing them.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
Yeah, I know they're pushing them.
Speaker 4 (11:09):
And I mean they're kind of leaning like this is
the way it's gonna go, right, but I'm not sure
if the infrastructure is there to do it right.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
Right. But when they get there, we.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
Ain't gonna have too many choices because they're gonna quit
making that you know gas, you think, so they're gonna
stop it. Really Yeah, they much rather not have that.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
You know.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
And you may be right because all this new technology
and and all of this is going on, so you're right,
they may stop making.
Speaker 5 (11:43):
Look at what Ford doing out there.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
Yeah, I know blue Oval, Blue Oval is coming.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
Yes, and they'll start building, stop building, start building, stop building.
Speaker 5 (11:56):
Right, And I just think they just working on just
trying to get it just right.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
And when they do, yeah, yeah, and that's that's the wave.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
So I think Adrian and all these young folks maybe
they'll do eat these.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
Out of that's right. I'd rather my gas bro.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:10):
When we talk about also, I was talking about the technology.
Is that hard for you all at at Winchester tiring
the live because you have to know what's going on
where all these new and especially and the cars got
this new technology, the cars.
Speaker 5 (12:27):
That use gas.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
The well I'm grateful for is we have our vendors. Okay, Well,
whole classes.
Speaker 5 (12:35):
Then they're hard.
Speaker 4 (12:37):
They'll hire somebody to come in and we'll have a class.
And the guys that's really interested in trying, you know,
I guess bill for their future. You know, they will
attend them, even though they're a night. I mean, they
will attend the classes. Some of them get to be
pretty knowlentic where they it may be you know, two
three days long. But but I commend the guys that decide, hey,
(12:57):
look I'm gonna go.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
Yeah, as long as we pay for it.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
So I'm hoping that there's gonna be some classes that
come along that we can know, we can get guys
all the proper training that they need to be able
to work on.
Speaker 5 (13:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
And and and just uh with my car.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Learning all this new technology even in my car, go like,
what is this? I'm hitting the wrong It is something
it is, I mean, I mean, it's like you're going
to school.
Speaker 5 (13:27):
It is. It can be overwhelming.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
It is overwhelming. I was.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
You're gonna learn laft adred out this weekend. I was
trying to figure out my navigation. I'm getting it. It's
it's just this new technology.
Speaker 5 (13:46):
Yeah, it's something well, you know.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
But I'm glad you all know how to do it.
You you all know how to do it.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
If we don't, we pay up.
Speaker 4 (13:56):
We paid quite a bit of money to have software
that we can go look of things. Yeah, so we
can know be able to do that. Don't listen. I
got customers to come in. They'll go out there and
get in their car, start backing up, come right back
in the building and.
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Go, hey, I can't see my speed no more?
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Right?
Speaker 4 (14:18):
Right? Okay, hall second week we cleared that maintenance light,
you know, and so we're still sitting on let me
show you how to do that.
Speaker 5 (14:25):
And I didn't know that you could do.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
All of that, right, I'm laughing because when the last
time I took my car to you all and see
I wasn't showing my speed, and then I got it,
got like they put my.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Speed off and you can and with the new you
can do that.
Speaker 5 (14:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (14:45):
It's the different settings you know that you go into. Uh,
some people don't They don't want to know how fast
they going, you know, by looking at the little number.
They'll sit they'll look at the speedometer right right. They
much rather know how much gas they got exactly. If
all natives charging all of those things, so they don't
want that speed up there. Okay, Well we never know
(15:07):
what they do or don't. We just know that we're
supposed to clear the light. So we cleared, you know,
and sometimes we end up on what they don't want
it on.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
So so again.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
I tell y'all Winchester Timement, y'all are honored, Adrian were
try you are honored.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
You are you know I can talk from experience.
Speaker 5 (15:29):
Well we appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
If you've just tuned in this afternoon, we are talking
with the master mechanic and the manager of Winchester Tire
and Alignment. If you have a question or two about
your car or something you want to know about a vehicle,
and and and and and find out if he works
(15:52):
on your kind of vehicle. We're talking our numbers to
dial nine zero one, five, three, five, nine three four
two eight hundred five zero three nine three four two
and eight three three five three, five nine three four
(16:12):
two will get you in to me. You're listening to
the Heart and Soul of Memphis on w d I A.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
You're listening to Tennessee Radio Hall of Famer BEV Johnson
on w d IA. You're listening to the BEV Johnson Show.
(17:13):
Here's Bev Johnson.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
And we're talking with Adrian Wright, who is the manager
and he's a master mechanic with Winchester Tire and Alignment.
And Adrian I got this question for Diane and she
wanted to know if you don't have enough all in
your car, could it calls your car and motor not
(17:39):
to start?
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Do I need enough all? My car is cutting off?
Speaker 3 (17:47):
Well, Diane, but Adrian gonna say you, well, I don't
know if you can bring it in.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
If you well, definitely definitely.
Speaker 4 (17:55):
If it's if it's that lo and all, whereas actually
worry doesn't want to run, I would definitely have it
told then okay, because you want to know one where
the oil is going. Uh So, if we can get
that problem solved. But generally if it has I've seen
them roll in that it may have two cords in
(18:16):
it when I said two out of should have four
and a half and the vehicle rolls in.
Speaker 5 (18:21):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
But but you don't want to keep running low and all,
you're gonna definitely do some damage.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
You can't lock it up.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
So you you would lock the motor up.
Speaker 5 (18:31):
Yes, we'll lock up. Yeah, they don't like to be stopped.
Speaker 6 (18:34):
For all.
Speaker 3 (18:36):
I'm smiling because I years ago, Adrian, what kind of
car did I have?
Speaker 2 (18:44):
Oh, they don't even make these, Adrian.
Speaker 5 (18:48):
I had a little Baron.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
I loved my little little Baron.
Speaker 5 (18:53):
They were good cars.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
And it locked up.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
And and and you just said because it didn't have
enough oil prop that that little baron, the motor locked up.
Speaker 5 (19:10):
I'll do it all of the life.
Speaker 3 (19:15):
So you have to have some oil, have some oider. Yeah,
you say that. Boy came back to me. I loved
my little LeBaron, but it locked up. I don't know
if I could have gotten a motor or something or
but the motor locked up.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
It was just, oh.
Speaker 4 (19:31):
Lord, you could have replaced the engine in it. But
I try to tell people, you know, keeping check on
it is one thing. But we often like to go
and not service our.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
Yeah we do. We just keep just driving. All we
think we need to do is put gas in there.
Speaker 5 (19:47):
We just keep rolling.
Speaker 4 (19:48):
Yeah, and then when you got a problem, then you go,
I ain't know that, Okay, Well I told you that
the last time. Yeah, you know, you gotta keep check
on it. I'm really grateful for the customers that.
Speaker 5 (20:02):
That we do have because get it done, they gonna
come in. They gonna let you do it.
Speaker 4 (20:10):
They're gonna they're gonna have you to check it and
and then mess around and don't check it. They're gonna go, hey,
you didn't give me my inspection the last time, right
right right.
Speaker 5 (20:22):
So you know what. I may have forgot to push
the button. But here it is.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
I'm gonna send it to you because if it was
something wrong, right, you'd have been the first person to know.
But I love it because they they hold us accountable.
They want that, they want that, they want you to
check it. So when I tell them what's wrong, generally
they get it fixed. Okay, So it works, Okay, Diane,
I hope you still listening. Do not do like me.
(20:47):
You better come in.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
And see if what's going on with with with.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
With the motor, because if you don't have enough.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
Oil, Diane, it will lock up. You just heard Adrian,
and then you have to do like you know what
I did Adrian that and they locked up. I ended
up having by a new car.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
I had. I had to get a new car.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
And I'm thinking, like Lord, I loved that little little
little Barren and.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
It it, but I had to get by another car.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
Yeah, I mean you see that it's either let or
put them motor in it, you know. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
So anyway, I was married so much said we're gonna
get town lord man.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
I could have kept it anyway. Anyway.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Anyway, so that speaking of oil, Adrian, how often should
you have your oil change? I mean how often should
you come in get the oil change?
Speaker 4 (21:43):
Well, it all depends you have. You have vehicles of
course that we put the regular conventional oil in of course,
so you should drive it every three thousand miles. All right. Uh,
you got some that they flat out said put a
synthetic blend in it, so you should be driving that
every five thousand miles. Those that come in that have
a full synthetic old that we put in it, we
(22:04):
tell you drive it for six thousand miles. Now, I
just told you those intervals that we do based on
the oils that we put in it. Some manufacturers, I
ain't calling them names, but they actually list in their
manual that you drive that vehicle for ten thousand miles
and then take it in and get your all change done.
(22:26):
I do not recommend that at all, and that timeline.
Anything could have went wrong and causes the issue, and
you ain't hurting the thing if you take it in
and still get it changed at that's six thousand mile
interval you stand on top of it. That's been a
good interval. That keeps them going. We got stuff rolling
(22:48):
around there like the company truck. Dude got right on
four hundred thousand miles on it, but they cranking it goes.
But we adamant about getting that oil changed on time
and the other stuff that needs to be done.
Speaker 5 (22:59):
So I would recommend it.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
Okay, get that all change. Going to your phone lines
to hear from you.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
High caller.
Speaker 6 (23:07):
Hello, are hey?
Speaker 2 (23:09):
How are you all right? Bell?
Speaker 6 (23:11):
Let me ask you a question?
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (23:13):
Uh? Well agent also uh he mentioned something about it
all change on the motor. Yeah, all right, then tell
me something, uh agent. Uh most of the cars. Now,
I don't have two GMC trucks, and they got a
bad problem on them by dropping bays.
Speaker 5 (23:36):
Uh huh.
Speaker 6 (23:38):
Uh most of them those looming block engine right, you
know about that?
Speaker 5 (23:47):
I know all about it all right?
Speaker 6 (23:49):
Then most of them worth a quarter?
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Right?
Speaker 5 (23:52):
I wouldn't say that.
Speaker 6 (23:55):
I take something. How many of the GMC motives that you
know about any transmission? They don't drop bad.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
There's been definite have been some that do not drop out.
I mean it's just like everything. Uh, of course GM
know that there is there's an issue, and like that's
why if you you notice they've changed some of the
engine lines of what they they might might it might
(24:24):
say it it's a five seven, but you look at it,
it looks a little different because they did something different.
Speaker 5 (24:28):
Because they knew that they had an issue.
Speaker 4 (24:30):
So they try to correct it. So you you know,
and and look at the other look at the other
side of the coin. How many times have you ever
known for Toyota to have an issue out of their
vehicles where they have a massive recall.
Speaker 6 (24:48):
Things happen most of those of them, the block motives,
they do the same thing.
Speaker 5 (24:53):
They just had a serious massive recall.
Speaker 6 (24:57):
They can't Yeah, they can't stay in the heat.
Speaker 4 (25:00):
They fixed the problem, so they getting they getting them
billers back to put them other motives in it so
they can get them back out there again.
Speaker 6 (25:08):
Yeah. Well, here's what I found out about them that
with most of them, they give you that want and
they want you to honor. They want to bring that
bring that motive to them and change all out am
I right.
Speaker 5 (25:22):
Yes, but it doesn't have to be with them though.
Speaker 6 (25:25):
Oh yeah, but.
Speaker 5 (25:27):
You can show that you had it done.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
You can take it to the journey shop long as
Johnny was repable, a certified technician facility, and you can
show paperwork that you had it done.
Speaker 5 (25:39):
They got it honored. I don't care what.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (25:41):
Well, from my experience was most of the uh uh
dealership here, you kick your car, you tell you want
to change all said, oh that's fire, all right, then
they put it down. But they never tell you how
much you're done then changed out. They never let you
know that that that they have lost all. And that's
(26:05):
leading up to that. See, you'll never know until actually
you have a problem and no insurance coming is really
gone back a motor being pulled into a car, they'll
find a way to wiggle out of it, and then
you have to get that other off set there. Show
you want to ensure us you get what you buy,
and then they'll go get the used motor, put.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
It in there.
Speaker 6 (26:26):
They won't rebuild a new motor or nothing like that.
GMC good at it for doing the same thing most
of these looming block motors that it's from my experience
there they won't let you know where. You know you
lost about two courts when you changed the oille, Well
you lost a court from hand.
Speaker 5 (26:43):
Well.
Speaker 4 (26:44):
The good thing about that is is when you come
into Winches Charle Linement and we actually do that thirdy
some point Curtsey Inspection.
Speaker 5 (26:52):
One of the things that's on there is to check
the fluid levels.
Speaker 4 (26:55):
So if you got something that's low, we're gonna show
you and tell you that it's low and so at that.
Speaker 6 (27:03):
You're gonna tell me if I loss to two courts.
Speaker 5 (27:06):
I'm gonna show you. I'm gonna'm gonna show it to
you on your distick where it was.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
He's gonna he's gonna show it to you. Mr b Uh.
So you need you need to go over there to
win Ches to tie an alignment.
Speaker 5 (27:19):
Come and see us. We will tell you when it's low.
Speaker 4 (27:25):
And show you because if you if you you actually
keep it, you come in there a few times and
all tell me every time you come in you actually low.
Speaker 5 (27:34):
We're gonna start seeing if we can't.
Speaker 6 (27:37):
Gym with a GMC and what a forward along one block,
you're gonna be low.
Speaker 5 (27:44):
I don't see it that often.
Speaker 6 (27:45):
You won't be there. You know it, You know it yourself.
Speaker 5 (27:48):
But it's not that I mean.
Speaker 6 (27:51):
I mean, I mean if you drive a truck, yeah
you're gonna have some low, You're gonna have a loss
of awe. But then you have a loss of awe
every week, every other week you had lost and then
when they change all, they don't tell you how much
you're gonna lost. Now you don't tell the customer right now,
your customers how many cause of all you done lost
(28:11):
with there a week or two weeks, you just che
cour Well, we just go ahead and change it. But
you don't tell them. But they keep coming back. Everybody
what an be?
Speaker 3 (28:23):
They don't keep we just tell or eighty two. They
don't keep coming back, so they're don'na keep coming back.
Speaker 6 (28:29):
Cock the GMC you that you don't get them in
the morning, chase and check you all in your car?
Speaker 5 (28:39):
Do we check my oil in the in the building
every every morning? No? I don't check it every morning.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
Now, if I see that I'm losing all at a
rapid pace, the first thing I'm gonna try to figure
out is where is that lost? No, where's it being?
Where's it going? Where am I burning it? Am I
leaking it? Try to figure it out.
Speaker 6 (29:01):
You're gonna look at it, right, You're gonna look at it,
see if it's the leak of front of their but
look around the ball and see that the burner. But
it's coming out of that ball. It's gonna come out
to tailpipe.
Speaker 4 (29:10):
Well, you don't see the external. You know you're leaking
internal mm hmm.
Speaker 6 (29:16):
So but do you let the customer know, des Well,
you got a little problem here.
Speaker 4 (29:21):
That's definitely because I mean when alignment, I'm start talking
to you about what we need to do to solve
the problem, whether that be putting the engine in it,
because you.
Speaker 6 (29:34):
Do something that I don't. Put no injury in no truck.
I've seen guys that got trucks like I had a
twenty thirteen mess around, dropped the ball just so happened.
I just went ahead and got me another twenty nineteen.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
Gonna win with mister b.
Speaker 6 (29:56):
You don't tell me you're gonna change all just like
you're gonna change the motive like that the shawn coming
so trick. You mean, just like East Eggs with one
of them.
Speaker 5 (30:06):
Well, actually, when whenever I'm dealing with a customer motors,
I don't I don't be dealing with their insurance companies.
Speaker 6 (30:13):
Oh, now you say you don't deal with but you
used to say change the engine.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
Now, no, he didn't say that. No, he didn't say that.
He didn't say that.
Speaker 6 (30:23):
What did he say that?
Speaker 2 (30:25):
Okay, listen to what he's saying.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
What I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
If you're you're my customer and you're coming to her
Winchester tiring alignment.
Speaker 5 (30:34):
Mm hmmm, and I changed your oil and I noticed
that on your next oil change that. Hey look, mister B.
Speaker 4 (30:41):
You you know you you're getting low on this oil.
We need to figure out where is it going. I'm
gonna be looking for a lead, but we're trying to
figure out if it's burning internally. If it's burning in
I'm gonna tell you to keep a close eye on
it because we're getting ready to have to replace an engine.
Speaker 5 (30:57):
Mm hm we're talking what I'm not Well, that depends
very mister B.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
You need to tell me in and show up, mister B.
You need I want you to go over there and
see Adrian.
Speaker 5 (31:07):
Okay, come and see me.
Speaker 6 (31:08):
I look in the minute. It's a whole lot right here.
The same.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
But now, mister belester Be, you know mister B.
Speaker 6 (31:18):
He paying out fifteen twelve or thirteen thousand dollars to
go get another motiport in the truck and then show
up be talking that la la la.
Speaker 3 (31:29):
No. But mister B, let me tell you. I want
you to do this for me. I want you to
go over there to see Adrian at Winchester time Alignment.
And when you go, when you go see him, I
want you to call me back and tell me about
your experience over there.
Speaker 2 (31:45):

Speaker 6 (31:48):
You know what, ma'am, I say, I'm gonna, I'm gonna,
I'm gonna try. I see.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
I want you to go over there and see Agent.
Speaker 6 (31:56):
He's more about that.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Now.
Speaker 6 (31:57):
Look he made me sit there and talk. But he
knows I'll telling you this for a thing. He know
about them GMCs and for them dropping the ball.
Speaker 5 (32:08):
I don't bill him. I just worked for him.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
He said, you don't build him. We work on a
mster b B.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Mister B, make me okay, you said I want you
to go see Adrian. Okay, and then you call me
back and tell me and tell me about your experience.
Speaker 6 (32:26):
JIMC. What a quarter.
Speaker 2 (32:30):

Speaker 6 (32:33):
With a Lumer motive.
Speaker 3 (32:34):

down the right path?
Speaker 2 (33:06):
Mister he was talking about. I didn't even know they
what they have.
Speaker 4 (33:09):
Illuminum motors, Yeah, they they have, They got these, They
got these girls out here.
Speaker 2 (33:14):
Now.
Speaker 4 (33:14):
They they starting to put lunim heads, luminum blocks on.
They trying to do everything they can to make it lighter.
You know, they want that car to be lighter. So
they got rid of all the cast iron. They cut
down on what how thick roaders used to be. I mean,
there's there's a lot of things that they do to
try to eliminate weight. So yeah, there's a there's a
(33:37):
lot of that going on out there.
