Commins, We're gonna pause for acouple of minutes or two and give you
some great community information this day thatis happening this weekend on Saturday, May

(01:19):
twentieth at Methodist Labana Healthcare A Southand we will find out what's going on
and want to talk to this afternoon, Chaplain Mallory Woodard. Good afternoon to
you, Chaplain Woodard. How areyou good? Afternoon? Be I'm doing
well? How are you? I'mdoing well today? So exciting once again

(01:41):
it's the white Haven Community Health Dayin Whitehaven with Methodist South. Tell our
listeners about it. What's going onnow? We are so excited BEV.
The last couple of years, theway that COVID has affected people and organizations,
it's meant that things have had tolook a little different. We normally
do it every year, and thepast couple of years have been a drive

(02:04):
through event, but this year we'rereturning to in person in person since we're
on a downtrend from COVID, sowe'll be outside. We'll be able to
host this event together an in person. It's gonna be a really exciting time.
We'll have some booth setup for bloodpressure, for cholesterol screenings, We'll
have some glue coast checks and somehearing tests that's performed by SIGNA. We'll

(02:25):
have a lot of wellness and preventioneducation. We'll have some snacks, some
music. It's gonna be fun forthe entire family. I love it.
I love it. And then chaplainwood and it's absolutely free. And what
time are you all? Starting onSaturday? So it's gonna be like you
said, Saturday, May twentieth. The booths and the demonstrations will go from

(02:49):
about nine am to one pm.It'll be at Method of South thirteen hundred
one three zero zero Wesley Drive. We'll also at eight am have a little
fun walk around the camp. Thisso we've held these walks before but they
were put on hold due to COVID. So we're so excited to start the
day walking together, get our heartrates up and connect with each other that

(03:10):
that fun walk at eight am.So Chadling Wooden, why is this so
important? The white Haven Healthy CommunityDay? You know, Methodist Methodist South
Hospital has been around in the inthe Whitehaven community for fifty years. It's
truly just been an anchor institution inthe community. We do this healthfare every

(03:31):
year and that there's there's lots ofdifferent aspects to that really focusing on your
health. What are to bring educationto do those those testings like the glucose
checks, the cholesterol, the bloodpressure, the hearing tests, so that
we can really be proactive about ourhealth to catch and prevent any chronic issues

(03:53):
from starting. Well. Of coursethere's also going to be some booth in
the area, so you want tomake sure that attendees visit all the boots,
that they receive information, they askquestions, they get engaged. You
know, we look forward to thisthis free healthfare every year, and we
want to see our community take amore active role in their overall health and

(04:15):
wellness so that as individuals and asa community, we can have increased well
being. And you know, I'lleven be there talking about the ways that
spirit spirituality affects your health. Soif you chat, let's talk. Yes,
Oh yeah, I'd love that.I'd left now. That is very
important, Chaplain Woodard. I believein that what the healthfare? Is it
just for adults or can you bringyour children? Oh my gosh, it's

(04:40):
gonna be for everybody. This isa free, family friendly event. There's
gonna be something for everyone. There'sgonna be a scavenger hunt, there's gonna
be prizes, there's gonna be inflatablesand games, especially for the kids.
So bring your kids out, bringyour families, young, old, everybody.
Bring them out because they're gonna becelebrating together. You know, a
chaplain And I think this is veryimportant because a lot of times and people

(05:03):
in our community we don't like togo to the doctor. We don't know
about our blood pressure. And Ialways tell tell our listeners, chaplain,
would it if you and we knowpeople can't afford to go to doctors and
they don't have insurance. But whenyou have an opportunity of a free health

(05:24):
community day, go get your bloodpressure checked. Yes, tell them again,
deb, I don't think the onesin the back heard you. Okay,
go get your blood pressure checked, because we always we always say well,
I know, not me, butbut the medical community says blood pressure.
It's a silent killer, I think. And you know they're gonna have

(05:47):
all of like we said, thehearing tests that are powered by signal.
You have the cholesterol, skin itscreenings, the glue coast checks, the
blood pressure, all of these things, if you can catch them early,
can prevent so many things. Ifyou can check your glucose regularly and know
what your numbers are when things change, you know that, hey, I
need to go to the doctor.Something's not right. I don't feel right.

(06:11):
And if you catch it early, then you can prevent so many issues
down the road. And that's whatwe want to see. We want to
see a healthier community. We wantto see a healthier Whitehaven that's working together
towards greater well being for everybody. And that's why it's so good for the
family to bring everybody in so thateverybody can get their health checked and prevent
those issues long term. You know, blood pressure has a has affects your

(06:34):
heart. Yes, glucose is directlytied to diabetes. You know, these
things are directly tied to things thatdown the road could be really bad.
So let's get I'm checked out now, so chaplin will we're saying we know
you may not can get to ahospital, you don't have insurance, but
this is free. Come out onSaturday, May twentieth, again, chaplin,

(06:58):
what time are you all start parting? We're gonna start nine to one,
and we invite you to come outfor that fun walk at eight am.
Sounds good, sounds good, andso you want. We want people
to be physically well and as yousaid, spiritually well as well, because
that also affects your health. Yeah, spirituality is so directly I mean,

(07:19):
don't get me started of I wantit's so directly tied to your health.
Um. You know, you know, really briefly you talked about blood pressure,
um and and how we need toget that checked and how it can
affect us down the line. Andthere are practices that we can do for
connection and meaning and to increase ourwell being that can even bring our blood

(07:43):
pressure down naturally. So um,you know, really focusing into those spiritual
aspect as well is really important. And Methodists is a hospital that firmly believes
in them the good parts of spiritualities. I like it. I like it,
and you write and you were righton time, because we are talking
today transform Transformational Thursday by Transform, and we want our folks to be healthy.

(08:11):
Yes, exactly one more time,Chaplain Willard. What's going on on
the Whitehaven Healthy Community Day on thisSaturday? Yeah, Healthy Community Day this
Saturday, May twenty an at MethodistSouth Hospital, thirteen hundred Wesley Drive.
We have a fun walk at eightam and them from nine to one pm

(08:31):
will have so many events, scavengerhunt, prizes, games inflatables, music,
Please come out and join us.Everyone will be there. It's gonna
be fun. Thank you so much, Chaplain Willard. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for the information. Yeah, thank you. Bev all right,
talk to you soon, all right, bye bye bye. I like
that, Rhonda. Yeah, that'spart of being transformed. Absolutely health health.

(08:54):
It starts with your health mentally, fisty, spiritually, emotionally. So
she was spot on as the Latesto us making sure that we check get
checked right thinking. But it startswith what we eat and the water.
Water, water is our best friend. Okay, so Facebook friend, we
were having someone talk about, youknow, being coming out and having free

(09:15):
checks of your body, and itstarts there. So we want to make
sure we're healthy mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and so she was
spot on. Yeah, she's right. Your spirituality definitely plays a huge part.
Yes, it does, and whowe are and how we think.
So we cannot discount that. Wecannot make it feel as if you know,
oh they're talking about no you weare spirit being, Yes, we

(09:39):
really are. Yeah we are. We're a spirit being. We have a
body that covers our spirit, butwe are a spirit being. So what
we've been talking about today, it'sreally been about the person's spirit. Yeah,
we're going back to our phone lines. Thank you college for waiting,
Thank you for doing that. Goodafternoon to you. Norman, Hey,
bad jobs on, Hi Norman,Hey beb how are you Norman? I

(10:03):
am black casting you know what.I'm black tastic too, brother, That's
why. And I know that amso you got with you? She gotta
be black time. She is blacktasting and that was the Queen of talk
show video. Absolutely and Norman,guess what she's she's she's she's a graduate
of a v I love where yourdaughter is attending Jackson State Universe. My

(10:28):
my mind, double back. That'sa double black taster that you give Vanella
and shot guys cream with that, right, Hey, bab I want to
u. I heard you mission severalterms. One was building. I'm a
builder, Um yeah, and Itry to do it. I'm a visionary,
but I'm a build as well.And and I'll give you a story

(10:52):
I know that both of you arefamiliar with. It's one called the Pool
of Batazda a man Lyne by thePoodle. But there's a open North Memphis
even you know that story. Oneday a man comes along, Jesus comes
along one day and asks the question. And the question was do you want
to be made whole? That's thequestion that we asked today. And I

(11:16):
believe a lot of things in theBible of the myth and algoris, the
preparables are very we can apply tous a living as a people. We
could do very well if we beginto put legs on it and begin to
build on it. I believe thatwith all my heart, minds, truss

(11:37):
it sold. That's why I'm seekingout that family that you and I talked
about. I think I may haveeven emailed it to you. There's two
families that are looking for now,the baby that was killed and then the
two children that was killed in acar crash, and the other family's child
is shob We want to do whatwe normally do at the African Village,

(12:00):
and I'm speaking to my sisters thereas well. We want to help to
build and help our people mentally, emotionally and spiritually emancipation. We want to
help our people where it really benefitsthem and that they're to love on them,
to help them with it, basicallykept them when they're going through a
very difficult time as losing a child, some of the most tragic things that's

(12:22):
happening in our society. I thinkwe can build, help our people really
build if we're willing to put thoselegs that we preach and teach about.
If we put legs on that bed, and I know you know this,
if we've been going to really trulyput legs on it, put legs on
a black education, black wisdom, black history, black knowledge and helping our

(12:46):
people where they really really need help, and then go a little bit further
and help them help themselves, kindof what I think Jesus will say about
a fool, You get up,you take your man, and you walk.
I believe if we've again to dothat bif I think we become and
I think we're all really greatest peopleon the universe, in the universe,
but I think we're much much betterat building our community and building the lives

(13:09):
of people. I'm not just talkingabout material things. I'm talking about kept
to build the lives of those whoare flying out for love, gestures and
mercy. I believe that there andI just hope that if you don't mind
my closing with it, that ifany of those family members are listening,
we have gifts for you. Wehave things that we want to come and

(13:30):
spend time with their family during theservices. We have things we want to
help the family with. We wantto show some love and spend some quality
of time with them to help themget through these difficult times. So I
pray it for our listening to Bill. But if you get any information on
those stamilies there when a child iskilled or something happen to a baby.

(13:50):
You know those beautiful reasons I have, right, yes, I do.
Yeah, We're gonna give those tothe families of every child that comes through
our child. We're gonna make surethat we have the families that we're gonna
honor them with. But that's forme, that's what it means to build.
And I hope I hit on someof the points that you were discussing.

(14:11):
You did, you did, That'swhat that means for me. Building.
So thank you, my sister,Thank you, the queen that queen
with that double if beam to that. Thank you man, Thank you so
much for all that you do.Man, you always make it possible for
us. We love you, Wethank you so much for it. You're

(14:31):
welcome, Norman, love you back. Bye bye, Hi merely, Hi
man, Hi, how are you? I do it? Happy be lated
birthday to you. Thank you andum hi, miss Randa, how are
you today? Hello? How areyou today? I do it fine?
And you know what, when youcome on the air and you start speaking,

(14:54):
I said, it's America that happened. I am ready And why ain't
more people like you in the worldand think your way and brown about what
you did today? I said, wow, I mean, I mean just
I want to know more. Youknow what you have to say, and
you know your method to how yougo about doing things. I just so

(15:15):
love that. And I was sayingthat, I know, I'm just talking
to about how admitted. I'm sorry, this is what I do. How
are you still here? Yes,we're listening and want to thank you.
I mean, because we are hereto encourage each other. So thank you
for encouraging me to continue to dowhat I'm doing. I'm truly walking to
my purpose and I'm loving that individualslike yourself are seeing the value and doing

(15:39):
the work. The gentleman. Justbefore, you talked about being a builder,
and that's what we want to do. Want to be a builder,
not a blocker. We want tomake sure that we pour into each other,
and we have to purge some thingsthat were poured into us. So
we do the purging and the pouring, and I promise you we'll get to
our purpose. We do the poorand the purging will get to our purpose.

(16:00):
You hear me Facebook, family pouringand and we'll get to our purpose.
Yes, yeah, that's it's realand it's exciting because it's every day
we should be really seeking to knowwho we are and who's we are.
Right, I think that we're we'rewe have a book inside of us.
It's just who's going to write it. That's another be We just don't know

(16:25):
it because sometimes people have told usthat we're not. I want everyone listening
today to know that you are great, no matter what pain we have encountered,
because all of us have and allof our still doing some form of
valley. There's value in the valley, right, So we do have our
valley experience, we have our ourmountaintop experiences. But that's how we learn.

(16:48):
In the Valley's just like a garden. That was the Lost Coast until
you came about the day. BecauseI was bitter about a lot of things
that it had going on in mylife sys because I mean, like I
was only five and I was workingin the cotton field. I got out
to be eight. I had totake care of my younger brothers and sisters
and stuff. You know, whenmy mother go off and worked at the

(17:11):
white folks houses, clean the whitefolks houses. Way you don't know,
this was been way back in thedays. And I had to wash cloth
diapers, so you know, Ihad to had to cook on a wooden
stove to keep food. Mother thatput stuff on the stove and she for
a baby, keep a fat underthis all day loan so we can hear.
And I had to do that, you know, cook on the wind
stove. I had to wash onthe wash board. And my other brothers

(17:33):
because they came help because they werejust too young to know the thing.
But I was young too. Iwas only eight years years old and I
lived in a dort life all theway from tower. Was so glad when
they got the use the bathroom viathemselves and I had to use the bathroom
lord, and you know how howglad I was so that here I am
a child taking care of children. But you know it couldn't be helped back
then because nobody didn't get food, stumps and stuff, you know, back

(17:56):
then. And as I grew upin my life and became older, and
then I went to schooler and Iwas just a country girl and I just
came in to methis and you know, I used to wear blue jeans and
my hair play up and people usedto call me a tongue boy. But
that's okay. I was just acountry girl. But stuff like that got
to me because everybody wanted to beatme up and nobody went to play me,

(18:18):
not the girls, not the boys. And then I come home.
I came home to cleaning up thehouse and doing this and that, you
know, and I'm still kind ofbitter about that, But that made me
who I am today because they mademe stronger. I can. That goes
to show me I can do.And today it took me a little bit,
but I went back to schooler andI got myself a little bit of

(18:40):
education. You know, I ain'tthe smartest tool in the butt, but
I ain't to dumb it either.You know what I'm saying. I can't
pay my business, I can't cleaningmy house, and I can't count every
damn my god. You know whatI'm saying. You know, I mean
I'm stupid, But people want tothink that because of the things that I
got in my life and achieved inmy life, they thought I was warming
too stupid because I've been on myown some I was fourteen years old,

(19:00):
I had a family, but myfamily didn't have But you know what,
you know, you know what merelywhat what what is great? You are
still here and you took the wordsout of my mouth. I promise you
you're still here. And oftentimes weI say this, we don't understand the
pain that we have to go through. We don't understand our valley experiences.
But that appeared to what you're sayinghelped you to be determined to move forward,

(19:25):
and not what you did was asthey were throwing dirt on you,
you were using that dirt to moveup, right, So that's what happened.
Sometimes sometimes it happens to be athrone on me from here and there,
and people pulling on me, andit's still some kind of struggle today.
Sure don't mean because it's your story. I love people and I walked

(19:49):
through the ballot death every day becauseI love people, and I like treating
people how God want me to treatpeople. But at the same time,
and I don't get back what Igive out, And I asked God,
what it be people dumping on meand they don't even know me. I
mean, I don't bother nobody. You know, I'm my own business.
I work, I keep my housecleaning up. I'll pay my own bills.

(20:12):
Can I do that? But dosomebody has? And you know and
yes you can merely and we wewe hear your pain, but also we
hear a great story. So Iwant you to listen, and Ronda's gonna
talk to you. Thank you forcalling in, Thank you for listening.
Yes, you're welcome, Thank youfor sharing. What do you say to

(20:33):
her, Rhonda, I say thatshe really has to let go on because
you talked about earlier as you talkedabout Bloodline, Bagget and the brokenness and
that brokenness, talked about that, yeah, the brand. Yeah, yeah,
she has to It has to bedone daily. It may not be
an easy walk for some, Itmay be an easy walk for others.
Yeah, but at the end ofthe day, she has to keep walking

(20:55):
into that letting go and letting God. Because we don't understand our story.
Sometimes all of us have some momentsof why was I chosen to be the
one to do that? This andthe other and oftentimes the ones that are
older, and sometimes the one's younger, sometimes in between, the one in
the middle. It's really about usingthat and turning around in some form of
fashion. And what she did wassay that she went back to school,

(21:18):
she got some education, she fromlearning how to clean, She cleans her
own home. What she means cleanlinessis next to godliness, right, and
so with that, she is learningsome things. And oftentimes we don't understand.
I tell you, all of uslistening Facebook Live, everyone listening to
BEV Johnson's show, all of ushave a story to tell. But I
tell you we are winners, Weare conquerors, and I want her to

(21:41):
believe that let go of that brokenness. She cannot do anything. And I'm
not speaking light of anything that anyonehas encountered. No, I'm not saying
that. I'm saying to her thatbrokenness will not help her to become the
builder that she desires to become. That brokenness cannot help her to be where
she wants to be. That brokenthis could be part of her transformation.

(22:02):
And that's what we have to recognizethat sometimes we're broken to be made whole.
So she has to use what shegained from that experience. Because again,
she didn't hand pick her family. It didn't that was that we talked
about that we oftentimes you don't understand. But I tell you, she keeps
living. I promise you she'll seeShe'll see the light. Right w D

(22:25):
I A Hi David, good afternoon, My most beautiful Affrican Violet. How
are you doing today? Good afternoon, David. I'm doing well in yourself.
Oh, I'm holding on, Holdon, brother, hold on,
um, it's misscommun did it that'sit? Yes? Yes, good afternoon,

(22:47):
Miss Comments. How are you doing? Good afternoon. I'm well.
How are you? I'm doing well? And Um, I like some of
my other folks out here that thatgo to Hampton and graduated from Hampton,
We're not going to hold it againstyou that okay, don't hold it aga.
That is May That was my assignment. Did you hear what she said,

(23:10):
David? She said that was thatwas my assignment at seventeen years old.
I chose the Jackson State University overthe Ohio State University and some weather
schools in Ohio because it was myassignment. At seventeen years old, I
knew. First of all, Ididn't know why was I going thousand miles
away from me to go to collegein the South. In the South.
But my parents are from Mississippi,so we knew Mississippi. I love Mississippi

(23:33):
and shout out to Mississippi, makingMississippi, Brooksville, Mississippi, Jackson,
Mississippi, all of the state ofMississippi and beyond. But um, I
tell you it's the assignment. SoI'm glad so that was your assignment to
go to Hampton. I do haveactually a niece who's graduated from it's from
Hampton, and a niece who's preparingto go to Hampton. So shout out
to my niece who's just graduated inChicago and my niece who's graduated already in

(23:59):
Hampton. Alum, and now myniece is starting happening. So we got
something happened, folks, So let'sshow some love. That's what we're about
today. Well, okay, shutthem out. Look, both of y'all
represent jazz. You well, thankyou, thank you, thank you,
thank you. If um and I'veenjoyed the conversation and um what you had

(24:27):
it on brands. I want tostart by saying one of my favorite quotes
in business or outside of business isby Warren Buffett, and he states,
it takes twenty years to build areputation in five minutes to ruin it.
If you think about that, youdo things differently. Um, we have

(24:51):
a situation going on now with theyoung man twenty three years old who seems
to have a world on the string. And as I was listening to you
earlier, and I was thinking abouthow how sad it is if he if
he had to lose it all before, because right now I think he understands
what the bottom means, you know, a hitting rock bottom. And as

(25:18):
I was listening to you, Isaid, does he even know that he
is a brand? We assume thathe would know since he's dealing with one
of the greatest brands that ever wascreated, Nike Power. It is pretty
pretty nice, but it's not aNike. And I can't wait to see
that movie Ladies too, and whenI get a chance of how they build

(25:44):
the Jordan brand and Michael Gordon andnot only that, Miss Cummins, But
did did if he did know, did he accept his brand? And was
he happy with the brand? What'sthat enough for you? Right? So

(26:07):
it goes back to our mental state, what was poured into us oftentimes when
we are in an environment, andit goes to the environment, the atmosphere
that we linger in, right,And so then that's the comfort zone.
If we're comfortable in negativity, ifwe're comfortable and talking about people, if
we're comfortable and blocking people, andyou know, dissing people and doing wrong.

(26:33):
If that's a comfort level for you, when you come out of that
and you're giving an opportunity, youreally need to have someone in your ear
to help you to transform from thatenvironment mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally.
Right. So it's that you haveto know who you are and who
you are and so oftentimes we're givenan opportunity. So that's why I tell

(26:55):
people you will be great, justkeep walking in your greatness and when that
bell rings, be ready, whichmeans that you got to pour and purge
to get to your purpose. Sosometimes we have to purge some of the
bad things, negative talk, negativebehavior. I've talked about it now,
breaking bad habits to build good habits, right, So we have to break

(27:18):
bad habits to build good habits. So you have to be careful again,
who's in your ear if you're someone'stelling you, oh, man, you
change, yeah, I changed, you know, or girl, you change,
yes, I no longer. I'mno longer who I was in elementary
school, middle school, high school, college and beyond. And if I'm
still that same person, then Rhnda, you have a problem. It's not

(27:41):
just Houston, it's you. Sowe cannot allow people to make us feel
as if our change is there somethingwrong. No, we should all be
striving for some form of change now. Fundamentally and foundationally, our our foundations
should be solid. But we're gonnabuild on because we're building our foundation.

(28:02):
And if your foundation was a littlecrack, because of all of us have
cracked foundation, find out how dowe put that back together? The potter
wants to put you back together again, right, So it's that so we
have to hit the reset button. It doesn't mean that it's over for us
when we make a bad decision. And no, don't let the enemy fool
you and make you feel as ifyou cannot be used. You can begin

(28:26):
again. I don't care how oldyou are. I don't care how young
you are. You can begin again. So it's not over for this person,
not over for them, not atall. It's just that sometimes a
decision we make, and some ofus have all made some decisions. I've
said, oh my gosh, Ronda, why do you do that? Why
do you say that what all ofus have made that nobody's I've made a
bad decision. Decision? Free, you don't harp on that. You can't

(28:48):
allow that to fester in your mindbecause it'll help you grow in a different
direction you want to go. Sobuild on where he is right now,
identify individuals. Choose your tribe. One of my good friends, Eddie Colvin
says to me, your your yourvibe will choose your tribe. And it's
real who you are. People willbe attracted to that. Right And and

(29:11):
so when you wonder why why amI experiencing this? Somehow you believe that's
what you should receive. If youbelieve we should be receive something greater than
you're going to pause and wait forthat greatness, right, and not be
so anxious, but be ready. So what happens is sometimes we're anxious because

(29:32):
some things come our way and we'rethinking, or the arrogance you know,
will set in and think because ofwho I am. That's a position for
everybody who is famous, they werechosen for those positions. But who you
are internally should be that what youwant to Always Again, when you look
behind you, do you like whatyou see? Okay? And weak and

(29:53):
misery is used for a message andin our lives. So I just say
that, of course, forgive tobe forgiven. We can't judge anyone or
condemn anyone. We can't do that, So let us not do that.
Let us see how we can helpthat person. If you're close to that
person and they receive you, andagain it goes back to you if they're

(30:17):
assigned to you, right, becauseeveryone may or may not be assigned to
you, and people may think,oh that's you're someone related to you or
you're close to you. If they'renot assigned to you, it's not going
to go because it's not going tohear you. Right. But if you're
assigned to them and they're assigned toyou, then we're hoping that that communication
and that synergy and that energy isthere where it's supposed to be. So

(30:38):
whom ever assigned to that person, hopefully they can get in this ear.
That's it. You know, everyoneneeds someone in them, in their ear
that's going to tell them the rightthing to do, no matter what,
and not think that, oh mygosh, that person's not going to be
my friend anymore by this, that, and the other. When you love
someone, sometimes the truth hurts, and that's for all of us. I

(31:00):
might speak. I'm speaking for allof us. Sometimes the truth hurts,
but it's good for us it helpsus to be become a better person because
we are builders and not blockers. The two things and I'd be out of
here. There. I've always respectedwas aunts, and as a child I
used to play with them all thetime, sometimes cruelly, and I apologize

(31:23):
mister and missus aunt. But thething I respected about them is that as
soon as you knocked down in anthill, they were rebuilding and descending and
attacking you to descend their ant hill. The second thing is for the young
man with speaking of George Farman wasknocked on his behind by the Great Muhammad

(31:44):
Ali. And George Farman was agroup in regards to fighting. He has
wanted to end your career with everyblow and it was shocking to him to
end up being beat by, asI said again, the Great Muhammad Ali.
And so he hit rock bottom. But he and he was a person

(32:06):
that didn't speak very well, andAli would of course left with him about
that. But really he rebuilt, rebuilt and built his brand and became a
great spokesperson for the George Farming grilland which I have two of them.
And so don't ever give up,give in if you have to. Sometimes

(32:28):
the Jesse Jackson says that don't evergive up lastly and closing, and I
hang up to listen to your answer. What upcoming brands or long long term
brands do you mostly? Man?Thank you for your time. Thank you,
David wow Um. I think thatbrands UM are good for the season

(32:52):
you're in. Right, whatever seasonyou're in, we'll spark the brand you
should be following. He should beUM seeking or learning from. So all
brands are great is the season thatwe or when when we need it?
Right? When we need that brandor what branded am I giving to someone?
So for them to have? Soall brands to me and I can't

(33:15):
nothing comes to mind as relates toone that is great. I will tell
you this. I love watching theHistory Channel because it shows us how they
didn't give up. He just said, don't give up, don't quit.
So I'm I formally work for Kellogg, So love Kellogg. Shout out to
Kellogg and Craft, and I lovethose stories because they didn't give up,

(33:37):
they didn't quit. And when theydiscovered um that something was left out.
That's how they made granola. Sowhen something is left out, it could
be something that needed to be leftout in order for it to become a
brand. So um, they're youknow, I have a few brands that
I like from a you know, company perspective or something of that nature.

(34:00):
You know. Um, it's justreally about the brand that we need,
either from a personal perspective or fromme being a better me. I you
know, I love John Maxwell readingand teaching. I love his teachings,
and so that's a brand, youknow, from a from a mental perspective,
you know, Joyce Myers, Um, you know, Bishop del Bronner.

(34:20):
I can go on and on.You're listening to the BEV Johnson Show.

(34:49):

we've been introduced to them, andso it's time for us to transform and
do good good habits. Right,it can be done. I just want

(37:51):

what's wrong with us? What happenedto us? Okay, what happened to
us? So, whatever happened tous? It still carries. A young
