(12:48):
they There's a rule. It's calledthe twenty four ten rule, and it's
a basic rulee to help you calculatewhat's your monthly payment or what you can
afford I should say in a carnote. We're gonna talk about that.
It's a long standing rule. Iactually saw it today on Capital Actually saw

(13:09):
it on some other sites, butI saw it on Capital one today,
So it's definitely a rule that somebodyfollows. Has been online for quite some
time. Also, Miss Bev,we're gonna talk about briefly here EV sales.
You know, I talk a lotabout EV's, which stands for for
my Seniors electric vehicles. The marketis softening a little bit for EV's.
We'll talk about that too. Okay, we have some professionals here that can

(13:31):
speak directly to that. We'll talkabout that here in just the moment and
stand by. You're gonna absolutely lovethese guests. And as I always like
to say, if you have apen and paper, if you don't have
a pen and paper, get apen and paper handy for information we're going
to provide you today. We alwayswant to come on the Bev Johnson Show
and add value. So if you'redriving and you don't you can't write only

(13:56):
when it's safe to do so,when you pulled over, pull out your
cell phone and use your memo buttonon your cell phone or use the video
and you can record some of thenumbers that I will be calling out.
But before we do that, letme tell you who we have in the
studio, because they're over here itchingto get on the mic to deliver you
some value information. So, MsBeth, something really big is going to

(14:18):
be happening this Saturday, something reallybig, really big. Yeah, do
you have any idea what that maybe? I think I have an idea.
I think I have an idea whatthat can be. Well, Miss
Bev you already know Bev is she'splaying with us because she's the she's the
main event. She's the headliner. The Memphis Christmas Parade in white Haven,

(14:45):
the twenty seventh Memphis Christmas Parade andwhite Haven will be happening again ten am
in white Haven. The parade startsat Southland Mall. It will process down
ever Presley Boulevard. It ends atthe White Heaven Shopping Center that's almost to

(15:05):
Graceland. It starts at ten o'clock. And here is a bit of information
for you for those who want toget there and get yourself a good spot
to see the beautiful participants passing by. Police will be blocking the road.
This is inside information. They're gonnablock off the road somewhere between eight forty
five and nine o'clock. So getthere early, get your position so you

(15:28):
don't get caught in the clutch oftrying to get your spot and you got
to park way off and walk.It starts at ten o'clock. It's gonna
be a really nice event, andBev will be on stage calling out all
the good stuff. She'll be givingyou shots out. You know one thing
I learned about Bell. I've beenworking around Bell for quite some time.

(15:50):
When it comes to being an EMCfor any type of event, Bev is
gonna be super hard to top.She brings it, Bev. You know
you bring it. Thank you,Terry. Now we're gonna get more about
the pary here. Very shortly. We're gonna be talking about some of the
participants, participants that're gonna they're gonnabe participating in the parade. Just hold

(16:11):
tight. We're gonna give you somemore information about that parade. But my
guest here, like I said, they're over here scratching and itching. They
can't wait to get to this microphone. We have some really fine gentlemen in
the dealership. I'm gonna give thema brief introduction, but I will allow
them to come behind me and reintroducethemselves. They'll tell you a little bit

(16:33):
about them or how they got intothe business. They're in the car business.
By the way. Uh, they'regonna be the store. I can't
hold Let me go ahead and sayit. Yeah you can so so so
the Grand Marshal this year, it'sgonna be. So you're telling me some
news. What will tell me that? I don't what? Okay, tell
me brother. So I'm trying tohold back on who the grand Marshal is.

(16:59):
I can't. I can't really holdit. I'm gonna I actually emailed
over today and I said, canyou do me a favor, send me
the bio for the grand Marshal. This is all you know, you don't
have to do. I said,no, no, no, no,
send me the bio because this isthis is pretty significant. So the Grand
Marshal for this year's parade is goingto be the president of Southwest Tennessee Community

(17:22):
College. Check this out. DoctorTracy D. Hall, my favorite place.
She got it going on, Yesshe does. We're gonna talk about
more about Tracy, doctor Tracy D. Hall very shortly here. But my
guys, they just the eyes overhere booked out. They're over here scratching
their arms. They're rid of toget going. But when Chevrolet heard who

(17:45):
the Grand Marshall was going to be, everyone wants to participate. Everyone wants
to jump in. So you know, I usually try to keep it to
where the Sunrise stores they do theGrand Marshal. We have the other train
inspectation for Santa Claus which still that'sstill a thing. But my good friend

(18:07):
he is here. He is fromthe Chuck Hutting store, James Martin.
He will be the first professional thatwill come to the mic. He is
a shrewd guy. If you're lookingfor someone who knows the car business,
I'm talking about he's exceptional. WhenI hired in, I would hear about
this guy named James Martin. Butlet me not spoil his story. He'll

(18:32):
give it here to you shortly. But James Martin from Chuck Hutton Chevrolet will
also be in the parade. Hewill be providing. He dropped top beautiful
Camaro for the Grand Marshall. Thenext voice that you're gonna hear. You've
heard this young man before. Ireally admire this young man. His name

(18:56):
is Isa Haddad. He is fromthe Sunrise store in Caryville, the Sunrise
Chevrolet Buick GMC store. Now,James and Isa, we're back and forth,
like, let me drive the GrandMarshall. Lisa says, you know
what, I've done it a coupleof times. James, we'll let you

(19:18):
have it. But this is whatwe're gonna do because doctor Tracy Hall,
I'm gonna read her bio here shortly, so just stand by for that.
We're gonna have this. This hasnot been done before. Miss Beth.
Doctor Tracy Hall will have two she'llhave two means of transportation, one for
her and one for her entourage onlyif she wants it, Okay, but

(19:41):
we're gonna make it really special forher. Yeah, so she's gonna have
two cars in the entourage. ButLisa will speak here very shortly about his
skills, how he can help you, how can he can he can save
you money on your next car purchase. And you gonna love the The third
gentleman, he's come again. Last, but definitely not the least. Almost

(20:06):
want to just hold it for myself. But we got mister Josh here.
Josh is coming from the Sunrise BuickGMC store on Covington Pike. You're gonna
love this about Josh. Josh hasbeen in the business only for a year,

(20:29):
wow, only one year? What? But the thing I really like
about Josh what stood out to meevery time I would visit the Covington Pike
store, he would always make ithis duty to start come over to me
and ask me a question. He'salways a student, and that's kind of
how I operate. I'm a student, yes, And I says, you
know what, I really like yourpersonality. You're gonna go far in life.

(20:52):
And I says, you know what, join me on the bell of
j You're gonna love his personality.I almost want to give his story,
but I'll let him share it.Jo Curdine, he is with us here
today that they will come in theorder that I presented to you, and
feel free to call these young mento ask any questions that you may have.
But before we do that, Iwant to make sure I get that

(21:15):
out real quick. And be willbe reading up of the press release in
regards to the parade here coming shortly. This is the time to get your
pen and paper out for some informationI'm going to provide to you now.
Okay, if you need good carinsurance, I have a list of organizations
that I recommend. These people providevery good service, and I always recommend

(21:41):
people who give that five star service. If you need good insurance, you
want to call my friend Nicole BooneJacob at financially Smart Insurance, her telephone
number nine zero one two five fourseven six five five. Warranty people always

(22:07):
ask the questions should I get warranty? Now? BEV and I every month
when I come on the show,we talk about warranty. And there's a
little bit of a strategy for this. There's no right or wrong on this.
There's not a clear cut answer. And the warranty that I'm speaking about,
by the ways, if you've hada car, your warranty has expired,
your warranty has went away, shouldyou buy new warranty? And what
we've come up with is this,Let me give you an example. Let's

(22:30):
say you have a Nissan product andthe warrant has expired. Go buy the
Nissan dealership, allow them to quoteyou a warranty price. Once you do
that, you call my friend overat Memphis Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union,

(22:52):
my friend Tiffany Conrad. She willquote you a warranty as well. She
would prefer you go to the dealerfirst to get there to quote, and
then she will do her very bestto try to save you money. Her
telephone number nine zero one five toeight two eight one six. She can

(23:12):
also provide you gap and other financialproducts that she can do to assist you
with your vehicle purchase. Another handypiece of information here. If you are
out looking for a vehicle and youare not mechanically inclined, and you want
someone to inspect your vehicle, andyou just you don't have a relationship with

(23:34):
a mechanic, you should because I'mgonna give out a good mechanic shop.
But if you want someone to comeover and inspect your vehicle, you can
call Eric Dandrich his telephone number ninezero one two four seven zero zero eight
six. He charges thirty five dollarsanywhere in Memphis with the neighboring cities to

(23:57):
come out to do a an inspectionof the vehicle. To give you his
opinion. It's still up to youto make the purchase. Whatever he says.
He may say it's a goodbye,he may says don't buy. It's
going to be up to you tostill make that purchase. He's just going
to give you his diagnosis. Now, speaking of a shop, if you

(24:18):
don't have your own mechanic shop,I talked to mister Adrian Wright yesterday Winchester
Tire An Alignment BEV and I lovethis shop. If you want to get
really good service, if you wantto get you want to go in and
get some I mean an all changein a matter of an hour, maybe
two, not eight hours, nota whole day. You go by and

(24:38):
see Adrian over at Winchester tire andAlignment. His telephone number is nine zero
one three four five five four eightfour. I talked to Adrian yesterday and
I took some notes here. Hesaid that up until Christmas till if you
go by or call and schedule yourselfan aill change, you will receive ten

(25:02):
dollars off. You're all change upuntil Christmas. Tell him that Terry Spicer's
sent you and you're gonna save someextra money. Also, we are going
as bad as you know into thecold months. There is a special that
he's running now exclusively for the wD I d I A listeners. Uh,
he's gonna save you fifteen percent offwinter rise in your vehicle, and

(25:25):
I highly recommend we're going into thewinter months. If your car is suspect
to give you problems, you it'sit has given you problems in the past,
especially when the weather gets extreme hotcold. Go buy Sea Adrian is
gonna save you fifteen percent off. They're gonna check all the fluids, They're
gonna do a coolant flush and acourtesy inspection of all the uh, the
enters of the car. Let mejust verbt like that, but let me

(25:48):
give you the number over to WinchesterTire in alignment definitely extra agent right.
Tell them that I sent you. They're gonna give you the white glove treatment
anyway. But when you tell himthat I sent you, they're gonna go
above and beyond that. Their telephonenumber is nine zero one three four five
five four eight four. Okay, now let's move on to some good stuff.

(26:11):
Oh by the way, miss Bead, I've got someone we're gonna add
to the recommendation list. And mycolleagues here will most likely agree with me
with this new recommendation. Here's anumber to store on your phone to write
in your notes. Well, justagain, memo it now. If you're
driving only when it's safety, youhave to pull over to do so.

(26:32):
If you are in a bad spotwhere your car is stopped, you're on
the highway, you need someone tohaul it away, to take it somewhere
wherever you want it to go.And these gentlemen here in the studio would
know this young man's name. Hisname is William Barrett. William Barrett was
a salesman. He was a financemanager in the Sunrise organization. Just did

(26:56):
a very good job in the carbusiness. A matter of fact, his
dreams was to own his own towingand recovery service, and that is what
he has now he is doing afantastic job. Again. The name of
this company, it's called Barrett's Towingand Recovery. You take this number down,

(27:18):
you keep it just in case youneed a toe. His number is
nine zero one eight two five sevenseven seven four. Now all of us
in here know mister Barrett. Greatguy, really good service. He's living
the dream now with his his histowing service, and I think he's been

(27:40):
doing it now for two or threeyears something like that. But definitely keep
that number, keep that handy. Now, let's get over here to some
good stuff here, miss Bath.Okay, how much time do we have
before you run me off because ofthat break? You have about three minutes?
Three minutes. Okay, I tellyou what I'm gonna do in these
three minutes. Here says I havethree minutes. We're gonna give some shout

(28:00):
outs real quick here. You know, I love my guest. By the
way, now, I was youknow, I visit dealerships all the time.
And there's a dealership in Whitehaven, his own third Street. It's called
Ride Right. It's owned and operatedby a beautiful family, Chris Buchan.

(28:21):
He used to be new car salesmanager at the Sunrise store in Cardoville.
So I stopped by the other dayand we were just because I hadn't seen
him in a long time. Andfrom the street, if you've seen Ride
Right from the street, you can'ttell what it looks like in the inside,
obviously because it's in the inside,But that place in the inside looks
like Carerville. He's renovated that place. It looks absolutely fantastic. So I

(28:45):
went inside. I was just sosurprised of how nice and clean it looked.
And he made a joke. Hesays, by the way, Terry,
that office over here to the front, that's your office. Chris,
I'm gonna hold you to that nowas a matter of fact, By him
saying that, he's kind of itchingme to get back into the business a
little bit, actually face fronting andselling. Now. Of course, if

(29:06):
you just want a Chevrolet, orif you just want a Nissan, or
if you just want a Mercedes,I have a network. I will connect
you with the appropriate dealer. I'llgo by there if you need you to,
and we'll work the deal together. But by Chris saying this, if
you want me to work your dealexclusively, call me. We'll set up
an appointment. Chris said it.Now, we'll go by there and I'll

(29:27):
work out your deal myself at Christ'sshop. Chris, I'm gonna hold you
to it. A matter of fact. Let me give you a sense of
Chris's personality. And we're gonna andthe we're gonna hit this brek in a
minute. So when I hire intoSunrise, I guess I was about a
year in. Chris has no idea. A matter of fact, I'm about
to if he's not listening, aboutto reshare this story with him. So
I'm out working a deal. Idon't know the management structure that well.

(29:51):
They call all the salesmen to thedesk. I go up and they're passing
out keys. They want salesmen tomove cars, do this and that.
So I got customers. I'm like, well, Chris, I'm not doing
that. I got customers. Hisresponse is classic. This is what he
did. I said, Chris,I'm not doing I got customers. He
didn't say anything. He reached over, got a notepad, pulled the pin

(30:15):
out of his ear, and helooked up to me and said, what
is it now? What did youjust say? I said, what are
you doing? Chris? I justwant to write down this so I can
give it to owner. I said, man, I said, Chris,
I'm just playing which man. Iget him keys. But I just love
his style of management. He didn'thave to raise his voice or do anything,
but I got you know. ButI don't think he knows. I'm
not have to re share that withhim, but BEV, we got some

(30:37):
really good information once again, ifyou just tuned in, we're gonna be
talking about the Christmas Parade, theGrand Marshal, the vehicle for Santa Claus.
We have some absolute professionals here inthe showroom. If you got questions
about specific questions about cars, uaw, how is that affecting the market.
We got guys here that are onthe ground. They're going to tell us
exactly what's happening, Miss Bev.I believe we can probably go ahead and

(31:00):
cut to that break and come back, and we're gonna give the people some
value. You know what to do, brother, you know what to do.
I love it. We are talkingwith our automotive specialist. Mister Terry

off. I've already changed the batteryfour times. I've already changed the alternator,

(33:37):
and I've already had the battery terminalchanged and it just flashed money.
It flashed a couple of times, but it hasn't come. It hadn't flashed
anymore. But what do you thinkto be causing that? You know what

(33:58):
I always tell the people. Ilike to be super honest with people.
I am on the sales side,I don't I'm not a mechanic. I
don't pretend to be a mechanical.Eric. No, no, no,
no, no, you Winchester TylerAlignement. Are you ready to write this
down? Yes, I've already gotthe number two Winchester, And let me
tell you, Brenda, call thembecause I have a juke. I have

(34:22):

Adrian today. They take care ofmy duke, Brenda, so call them.
Do they take the warranty? I'ma warranty that I have. Do
they take my that's a question youwant to ask him. I would say
yes, but that's something you wantto call him and he can verify that.
And Brenda, do me the kindestfavor of you can take my number

(34:44):
down. I'll give it, giveit out through the show. Text me
what happens. One way that Itrack the people that I recommend is buy
review, so it text me whathappens if they take care of you,
which I know they will, butjust keep me in the loop if you
don't mind. Okay, you havethe number. I'm ready, Oh my
number. My number is the ninetzeero old one six seven to two four

(35:04):
four two two. All right, all right, thank you, thank you
so much. That's Brenda. Allright, bye bye, Okay, Terry,
all right, let's do this here. I want to give him some
shout outs real quick. You know, I love the folks who allow me
to serve. And that's that's whatI was saying before I got distracted.
So a big shout out to myfriend Veronica Robinson. Thank you so much

(35:29):
for allowing me to serve. Sheshe went over to the Chuck Hunting Toyota
store in Whitehaven. Our good friendBev and I's good friend mister Chris Taylor.
Yeah, served her. That's myguy. I'm sure Chris will be
in the parade and I'm sure he'llprobably pull up on the rear carpet jump
out, so Bev, you canshow him some love. I love that

(35:49):
guy's personality. Quick story about aboutChris. I was in Piccadillies of a
couple of years ago. This isright after COVID was I guess about a
year and a half ago. Iwas getting my Piccadillies. I was going
to the desk to pay for it, and he was like, give me
a receipt man. I was like, no, I'm good, but what
I should have done was hold upa second brother. I gotta go back
and give him a second meal. You can get both the receipts. But
he's a good brother. I lovehis personality. If you're looking for a

(36:13):
brand new Toyota any car for thatmatter, you're in white Haven, Chris
Taylor. Matter of fact, letme give you his telephone number. He
does not mind that I give youhis telephone number. He's a good guy.
Great service. His telephone number ninezero one two three three three three
three zero. Big shout out tomy friend Melba Gordon. She was she

(36:37):
went over to the Sunrise store inCargebill and got the great service from mister
Isa had died. And he'll giveyou that story if the time permits.
About Miss Melbury Gordon, thank youfor allowing us to serve Elizabeth Coleman Herschel
McBride Jr. Thank you for alwaysallowing me to serve Herschel Jackie Smith Jaderica
Smith got herself a really good deal. Just a little quick side I don't

(37:00):
want to take too much time withthese sidlens because I definitely want my guys
to get on the mic here. But now I will share this quick side
note and then we'll get to myguys because they're waiting it. They're still
scratching over here. Jaderica was whenshe bought her vehicle. She was concerned
that the payment was a little bithigher than what she wanted to pay.
And I like to always give goodadvice. She just had a baby.

(37:22):
She could afford it, but itwas going to be tight for her.
And one of the things that Istrongly recommended was based on the information that
I got from Sunrise. By theway, the Sunrise ease of service this
deal as well, I said,Jaderica. The beautiful thing about this vehicle
here, the paper may be alittle bit more than what you're wanting to
spend, but you don't have toworry about fixing anything. It's under warranty

(37:44):
for two years. Twenty four thousandmiles. That warrant is still correct,
as you're gonna get free all changes. So sometimes when you're considering should I
go with a used car cheaper payment, just remember those used cars, especially
if the warranty is almost about inor has ended, you may be with
hit with repair bills. So JadericaSmith, thank you for allowing me to

(38:07):
serve Sunrise and call you us toserve and mister Easti's serve. Now we're
not gonna hold it any longer.Again, we're gonna give you more information
here about the parade. Shorrett. It's so hold tight, but my guys
over here look like they are readyto jump on me. So we're gonna
bring to the mic. I'm gonnagive him a soft introduction and he does
not need any assistance in talking. You're gonna love his presentation. He's a

(38:29):
very thorough he's a he is aprofessional, mister James Martin. When I
hired into the business, I wouldhear his name all the time because he's
such a just a fantastic sales guy, and not only just a sales guy,
just just a good human being. You know. He once again,
he'll give a story. I can'tstop James. He is at the Chuck

(38:51):
Hutting Store, the Chuck Hutting ChevroletStore. And James, I'm gonna pause
and allow you to come in andtell the people who you are. Hire
everybody out there. I'm grateful tobe sitting here at the legendary ball,
the legendary Terry here. That's toomuch just to share a little bit of
my store here for you. Alot of you out there know me,

(39:13):
cut my teeth in the business forquite a few years there at Sunrise.
Now I met Chuck Hutting, SuvLeakey one my Maria Road. Here,
we're going to Chuck Hunting Schuval Lake. We're pretty much getting into more of
a rebirth. You're at this store. This store has been around since nineteen
nineteen. Currently right now, there'sa there's a lot of new faces there.

(39:36):
Some of the faces has been therea while, they're in different roles.
We're wanting to get Chuck Hunting back. As I say on the map,
if you're driven by that store threeor four months ago, you look
over there and you're like, well, we're all the cars, you know
what? You know what, James, I was gonna ask you that question,
like that place used to be poppingwith cars exactly. Oh, like
what happens we went through a littleor the store has went through a little

(40:00):
change. What have you right now? You have We got Steve Hutton as
the managing partner there now, theson of Henry Hudton, so third generation
owner there. Now we have anew general manager, Greg eccles. He's
been with Chuck Corton Organization for roughlyabout ten years. He's been in his

(40:22):
position as the general sales manager forroughly over a year. Here Forrest,
we have the general sales manager JamesMorshak. He's been in the business for
quite a while, over thirty years. He's been in his position there at
the store now as the general salesmanager for five months. I have a
new desk manager in Fred Chambers. He's been at Chuck Hutton for fourteen years,

(40:42):
been in his new position as adesk manager for roughly about three months
now. And I have Lance Thompson. He's been with Chuck Hutton four years.
He's been in his position it's anotherdeath manager for a year now and
I'm coming up there being on therefive months. So our focus is now
is to bring Chuck Hutting back asa rebirth. We started out great last
month. We were a number onein our region here with Chevrolet new car

(41:06):
sales. So that's the start offfor us. And we welcome everybody out
to the store to see what's goingon there. We are in up building
process. If you don't see whatyou need there on the lot, we
will find it and bring it toyou. We have great service and sales
there. I like to bring upour service department there. The biggest service
department I've ever seen. I've countedover one hundred bays back there. Wow.

(41:29):
To try to get your car inand get it out of there for
you. Going back to me myidea or my thought process of serving a
customer. It's not only been yoursalesman, been more of a consultant role
for you. Yes, I don'tfix the cars, but over the years
there's things I've picked up and I'velearned, and I would always share that

(41:52):
with the customer they have an issue. A lot of times there's something that
I could get in your dash withthe newer electronics or whatever and fix it
for you, or tire pressure lightson. Come see, I have my
customers come see me personally before goingback to service, because it's a lot
quicker. At that point, youdon't have to get ritten, get a
sales ticket or a service ticket writtenup. I just can get that handle
and get you on your way there. For you customers that come in and

(42:15):
see James Martin, the first thingthey're gonna get is my complete attention to
listen to what they're trying to getaccomplished. And I'm gonna take that as
my recipe to offer them a prescriptionto try to make it happen for him
whatever vehicle that may be their form. And I'll get if you ask my

(42:36):
opinion, you'll get my opinion onthat. I'm not going to be the
one to give you that opinion isto just make you favorable of buying that
vehicle at that point in time.I'm just gonna honestly give it to you.
My thing when I got into business, When I see you in the
grocery store, I want you tobe just say, hey, they're gonna
man. You want to waive withme, not that that guy there.
That guy. I want you tosay, that's my man. So I

(42:58):
look at my customers, not onlymy customers. I have to listen to
in the customers sense when they're comingin to the business to conduct business.
But I want you to can sellyou as a friend someone I know as
some of my previous co workers orwhat have you. They called me all
the time they send the referrals tome what have you, and I take
that and the most humblest moment foryou for someone to send someone to me

(43:20):
and to entrust in with me forus here. So let me get a
little bit more onto Chuck Hutting hereas the rebirth is about to go on,
the more information to come out aswe start to advertise the rebirth for
Chuck Hutting. There things I wantto share you that you may not know
about Chuck Hutting. I didn't knowwhat y'all got there and learned the culture.
As I try to add my littlepiece to it, I didn't know

(43:40):
that you got any car you buyfrom us, unless it's a Corvette or
high performance this year with high performancebottle, if it has eighty thousand miles
or less, Chuck Hudding provides youtwo years of your oil changes. Two
years of your oil changes eighty thousandmiles will last there for you. We

(44:01):
also, if you buy a vehiclewith eighty thousand miles less on it,
we got a three month, threethousand miles warranty that the dealership provides for
you at no costs to that customer. We want you to be confident.
We are confident in what we sell, and we want you to be in
comfortent in what you purchase from ushere at Chuck Hutton like that my thing

(44:22):
here at joining the Chuckhut organization.I want to see what I can bring
to the table when you're rebirthing something. Yes, I want my handprint all
over it. So I challenge allmy previous customers, new customers, anyone
out there with me hearing me aboys today, to come out try me.

(44:43):
I think when you come out andtry me, you'll stick with me.
James is a good guy. James. You got to get you a
telephone number out, Okay. Thatphone number is nine on one five ninety
six six two sixty six is mysale number. Terry gets on me because
I'll be running the dealership. Numberis going to be not I know one
three six five nine seven zero zero. If you leave a voicemail to me

(45:06):
or at that dealership I will notleave that store that day before contacting you
back. He means that I willdefinitely always get back with you when I
went. When I'm in front ofa customer, at that point, that
customer is the most important thing tome. And as soon as I have
a break you may have it's somethingI need to handle or take care for
you, I will jump back themoment I have a minute or so and

(45:27):
get that take care for you.I love that, James, James again,
he will be driving the convertible Camaroin the parade. He will be
transporting the Grand Marshall. We're gonnagive more information about doctor Tracy Hall here
shortly. So stand by and James, what he's saying is so true.
He's a great sales guy. Heknows the business. He can give you

(45:49):
great advice. As far as ashe pointed out, he's gonna be He's
gonna give you his opinion. He'sgoing to take exactly what he feels about
something. He's not gonna sugarcoat itjust for the sale. And as he
pointed out Chuck Hutten, they arein a rebirthing phase and they are very
aggressive. They wanted very much soto participate in the Memphis Christmas Parade in
white Haven. We sincerely thank youJames and the management team for providing the

(46:13):
courtesy transportation for the parade, anduh we'll be out there on Sunday.
Now, before you get off themic and we bring up our next guest,
I'm gonna ask you a couple ofquestions right here. The UAW the
strike, how is that affecting yourinventory of the sales in general? And
then your inventory well in general theUAW strike, it's pretty much hev everybody
right now. We were already comingfrom covid to whereas the demand was over

(46:37):
the supply. So this only askto that situation. Specifically for us is
that the first plant with the strikewas the all new Colorado. You had
a launch of that vehicle and allof a sudden, as soon as you
launch it, the strike goes andColorado's are pretty much are not there right
now forest on the lot. Soif there's one on the lot and you
want to Colorado, you probably wantto move to get that vehicle because no

(47:00):
telling when that's gonna catch up there. For us, one thing I think
a lot of people are missing withthis u A Davids Spike because they're thinking
of the cars. It's about thepeople now that already own cars, because
the parts end of it right, getting your car service right. So I
would like to mention the customers orpeople that out there are on the vehicles.
If you are in need of maintenanceon that car, and you know

(47:22):
you need maintenance on the cars comingup to the holidays, people are gonna
be hitting the high way to gosee mom, dad, or whatever the
case may be, and you knowthat car needs maintenance, don't put it
off. Get into whoever you trustto do your work on your car,
because they are available to work onyour car, but the part might not
be available for you, so yourpart may be on back order. So
it's not only the selling of thecars. The strike also affects the repair

(47:45):
of the cars with those parts notbeing available there for you. Very good
point, James. Also, beforeyou get off the mic or James,
any specials now the Black Friday anythingChuck couldn't got going to say, somebody's
looking for something like, now, what do you got that may draw some
folks, Well, we got rightNow, it's towards the end of the
year. Everybody's wanting to move thosetwenty threes out, So we get those

(48:07):
twenty fours in and as you sellthose twenty threes, General Motors give you
more twenty four models. That's right. So right now we got twenty three
crew cabs of Varados and average aboutsixty five hundred dollars off on those vehicles.
We have the hot tahoes that youcan't really find right down the lot.
We got six of them, saidon the lot right now, which
is unheard of. Uh. Wehave financings running as low as one point

(48:29):
nine percent thirty six months here, plus ninety d deferral pavement here for us.
We also have great service specials wewere talking about earlier back. We
got service specials on your brakes, your tires, We have battery specials for
if you just need the vehicle checkedout, we are there for you.
Uh. We don't have just aBlack Friday sale going on, but we're
running cell all month long. Ilike it. As far as what's going

(48:51):
on the lot on our commercial side, because we do commercial, we got
we got twenty three crew crabs ofArdos for forty forty five a brand new
troops so if you need one foryour fleet or just your business. Want
to have you We have that coveredfor you. We want to provide whatever
the community acts of us. Whenyou come into Chuck Hut and Tripper A.

(49:12):
We won't let you know we here. We understand that we stepped back
a little bit. Like I said, if you go by the lot,
you saw car you didn't see carsdrive by. Now you'll start seeing that
the fruits are our labor are comingaround here for us. Good. I
love it. I have a question, yes, so James, so what
kind of convertibles do you have?Well, you just spicers just held me
up on this Camaro. Uh,this Camaro convertible that we'll see here at

(49:37):
the Christmas parade here very soon.I call it white Ice. It is.
It's beautiful. Okay. I mighteven be able to put that in
Miss Johnson driveway when she sees that. Don't tempt it. Don't tempt it
because she loves convertible. I do. So it's just Camaros, cameral and
and I have the Corvettees. We'rein the process of Corvette. Now you
be sweet p y t in thatCorvette. Yeah. I'll have to make

(50:01):
sure I bring a court when weget a convertible in. I have to
bring that car back by here andhank the horn. That's right. Let
me know, let me know,or call me. I just come around
the corner. I like that. Before you get off the mic, let
me ask your question, no matterfac I'm gonnary to ask all you people
always want to know in your opinion, when is the best time to buy
a car when you need it?I love it. There's always something going

(50:24):
on. But the best time tobuy that vehicle is when you need that
vehicle, or and you buy acar for either work or pleasure. So
when you need that car, youwant that car, what happens, that's
the time to go out. There'salways something going on, we tell you
now. At the end of theyear. A lot of people want to
wait till the end of the year. Yes, the end of the year.
The dealer is motivated, the manufacturersmotivated to move that car so they

(50:47):
can get the new models in orwhat have you. But what you get
off the sidebar, that is theselection is normally not there. You can't
go get the purple one with thepink seats in it at the end of
the year because ten to one it'sgone. I can keep that. That's
crazy, that's funny. I loveit, sir. Well, look,
James, before you get off themic, give you the telephone number one

(51:07):
more time for the people. That'sthe James marries nine O one five nine
six six two sixty six. That'smy cell phone number and that's dealership number
is going to be nine O onethree sixty five ninety seven zero zero call
me. Thank you so much,James, Missbev. How much before the
the okay, good good Now.One point that James brought up that I

(51:28):
wanted to touch on. He probablymay peep back in if he needs to.
But going back to the question, when is the best time to buy
a car? Think about this,Miss Bev. Interest rates, as you
know, it's high now compared tolast Yeah, car prices are lower now.
Matter of fact, according to makeSure I like to always give out
accurate information here according to hold ona second, let me find it,

(51:49):
y'all and Vestipedia investipedia dot com, they said car prices now are are the
value of cars are five point fivepercent less from a year ago twelve months
ago ending third quarter, which meanslast year you would have paid five point
five percent on average more last yearrates were lower, car prices will hire

(52:12):
you get to this year, carprices are lower. It's just rates are
high. I was going to chimein on that part of one of my
philosophers here when they say when you'rebuying a car, you got to know
when you're getting a good deal.That's right, That's what I say.
Normally you're getting a good deal, you got to kind of have a little
homework or studies about what's going onout here. If you're coming out to
the lot and the interest rates they'rehigher, they're higher. So if you

(52:37):
bought a car four years ago, five years ago, or what have you,
it's a different thing now or adifferent rate structure that you're looking at
when you're coming out to the lotto buy a vehicle, especially if it's
a pre owned unit. A lotof factors are going to go into that.
So you may be sitting there atthat table with that young man or
that young lady working your car deal, but have some of your homework done

(52:58):
already what you're going to be lookingfor out there far as what the rates
are running. I think God canbe giving you a great deal as far
as that car, But he orshe cannot control the interest rate. That's
right. I want to piggyback onthat, missus James. I was talking
to a young lady last week,Caitlyn. She has a twenty twenty one
Kia product. Her payment is whatis that? Her payment is two eighty

(53:21):
five and she was thinking about tradingit in and get something else. I
says what I says, Caitlyn, you have a cell phone payment or a
car note. I said, Iwant you to think about this carefully.
She's been in the car for abouttwo years. I says, I can
personally once again, if you needme to personally work your car deals,
you get your traded out, giveme a call. I'll give my numb
out a few times to the showhere, or I can set you at

(53:43):
one of these professionals to do so. But I said, I can get
you traded out of that car,but eight times out of ten, the
payment is jumping up. Correct, your vehicle was still on the warranty,
she told me her mouth. Ithink it was like thirty thousand miles whatever,
it was little, But I says, you're still on a warranty.
It's a cell phone payment to eightyfive. Keep that car and as James
was pointing out, I could simplysend it to a dealership. They would

(54:04):
have traded it out and made theircommission. Her paper would have been won
two hundred maybe threehundred dollars higher. But I says, keep the car and
go. But anyway, these guyslike me, they're a professional. If
you come and see them and theysee that you know what, you probably
have to wait a month or twoor a year. They're gonna tell you
that, Okay, let's move forwardhere, miss Bev. That's okay with
you, Miss Bev. Yes,sir, we're gonna move here, and
I have some topics we're gonna jumpinto. But my guys are eyeballing me

(54:28):
here, and I don't want themto rough me up. So let me
move on to my next guest, mister James, if you mind giving there
you go. I love it.So my next guest. You've heard this
gentleman before, super sharp guy.His name is Isa had Died. He
is a salesman at the Sunrise storein Carrierville. He gives exceptional service.
And again, these gentlemen, ifyou decide to do a deal with them,

(54:52):
do text me or give me thereview. That's how I know that
I'm I'm getting good information to makefor sure that I keep wrecking recommending cream
of the crop. And these gentlemenare that they are that cream of the
crop. Now let me pause becauseyou know I'll go I'll try to still
give a prelude, but I'm gonnapause. I'm going to allow mister Issa

(55:13):
hadd to introduce him himself. I'llpause and let you have that mic.
Sir. Thank you so much,Thank you so much, Thank you,
miss Ms Beth Good and the goatmister Terry Spicer. It's my third time
here on the road. Yeah,I was. I was thinking about that
last night. I was talking tomy wife about it's my third time here.
It's always exciting. Thank you somuch. So uh yeah, I've

(55:37):
been here four years. For thosethat know, my Facebook is It's a
Deal. So it's spelled I SS A. And then my last name
is I S S A D EA L SOSA. It's a deal.
That's my little slogan that I have. And as Terry knows of, I've
taken care of a lot of folksfrom mister Terry and and and over the

(55:59):
past few years. He left theSunrise Store We got a lot going on
here Sunrise Carryville, of course, led by my general my general manager,
mister Jeff Jackson. We got BlackFriday vehicles discounted savings as you would say,
all month long. We have aspecial Black Friday cars going on the
day of Black Friday. We openat five am. I encourage everybody to

(56:22):
come early, but be safe.We should have police out there just to
control the you know, the crowds, because it's that much, that much
people are going to show up.We got all kinds of things going on.
We got brand new corvettes in stock. Yes, we have corvettes in
stock, all new corvettes in stock. I got a I do have a

(56:44):
few of them in stock that's availablefor purchase. We have the new tracks
that no one can seem to findChevrolet tracks. If I'm not if you
haven't looked at the brand new Chevrolettracks. It looks nothing like the older
made of the tracks. It's allnew design of twenty twenty four. It's
a great, great, great pricepoint somewhere around a twenty four to twenty

(57:07):
five thousand dollars for a brand newvehicle. The banks love it and we
set them like hotcakes. We justgot a few of them in stock today,
and of course we have the allnew Buick and Vista, which is
very attractive. I'm excited to bepart of this parade this weekend. This
is my third third time as wellon the parade, and it's always gonna

(57:28):
be fun. I think my son'sgonna come with me to throw out some
candy. And everybody knows me thatyou know we have we have specials going
on on everything. And the greatthing about the Carrieville location is we're a
Chevy Chevrolet, GMC and Bwick dealershipand there's i believe, not one like
us within a forty five minute radiusof us. So you can come to

(57:50):
my store look at a Silverado andalso compare that to a GMC Sierra if
you're like or vice versa. Andof course we have the very nice Buick
lineup with the Buick Enclaves and thenwe do have if we do have some
Tahoes and some new on Yucon's andstock as well. So we got a
little bit of everything. And justlike you said, missus, Smith came

(58:13):
to me a couple couple the lastweek I think a week and a half
a go and she was thinking aboutthe pre owned vehicle, and because of
the rates and because of everybody's situation, I got onto a brand new vehicle,
which you know, which was surprisingto her. But we got in
a brand new vehicle. She lovesit, doable payment and she you know,
she's very happy with that, ofcourse, and you'll find that we

(58:34):
as always I go that extra mile, uh for everybody. When when when
folks come to me, I alwaystell people, I'm gonna treat you like
family. I'm gonna keep it toyou straight. My job is to to
help you, guide you, giveyou all the options, and I always
tell them make the best decision foryourself and your family, because at the
end of the day, it's yourdecision to buy the vehicle. You want

(58:57):
to buy a car Somewhere. Ijust make it fun, easy and knowing
that you're going to come to somebodythat's dependable, dependable, that's going to
help you. It's going to bein your best interest because I'm not I'm
not in it just to have ajust a car sales. It's not just
a car sales. It's not aboutit by transactions about their relationship. That's
right. You know, a lotof if you come to me and you've

(59:19):
met me, you know my history. I'm new to the area. I've
been here for four years. Meand my wife and my kids moved down
here from Maryland. That's where Igrew up in and I ran my family
business for twenty one years. SoI know what customer service is, because
you know, when you have afamily owned business and you're you're not a

(59:40):
big corporation, you survive off thoserepeat customers and the loyalty of customers.
Matter of fact, mister William Hunt, mister you said, mister William Hunt
to me about two years ago,and mister William Hunt needed a new vehicle
SUV. He's probably listening to usright now. And he came to me
last week, uh, and cameto me and we got them into a

(01:00:02):
a Yukon Excel. He needed morespace, so we got him into the
Yukon Excel. And he's gonna bethat Yukon Excel. Is gonna be in
the parade this weekend. Deal,Yeah, it's gonna be in the parade
this weekend. So I get alot unfortunate and blessed. I get a
lot of people to come and Ijust treat I always treat them. My
fifth grade teacher Ms. Ross, treat those as you want to be treated.

(01:00:23):
We'll never forget that, that's right. My cell phone number is nine
year one six six nine six eightone. You can call me text me
if I don't answer, because ifI'm with customers, of course I won't
be respectful. I won't answer. And one last thing what I'm gonna do
is I do have a business onthe side that me and my wife have

(01:00:47):
and when we do something special forand I wanted to wait for today to
uh to announce it. So Ihave a store called M and K Styles.
We just open up our second locationin the wolf Chase Galleries mall.
And we also have our first location, which is upstairs in the Old Court
mall. And starting today, youcall me before you after you buy a

(01:01:09):
vehicle. After you buy a vehicle, you come to any of those two
stores. Now you have to bevery careful. You don't go to im
K Fashion, which is owned bymy my brother. It's not us.
We only do female clothing. Sothe guys, if you guys come buy
a vehicle from me, then you'llhave a gift card for one hundred bucks

(01:01:30):
for your wife, your girlfriend, your daughter, whatever it is. And
we have all kinds of stuff.I'm not gonna get into what we have,
but look us up. It's EmmyK Styles on Facebook or shoot me
a text message again nine zero onesixty six one nine six eight one and
from now until the twenty fifth ofDecember during the Christmas holidays, because I

(01:01:51):
know how money is, I'm goingto give for every person that purchased a
vehicle from me. And they mentionedmentioned this, uh this, you know
that remember mentioned to me that theyheard it on the radio. They're gonna
get one hundred dollars gift card toone of the MNK styles that we have.
So I was going to help withthat as well with any young ladies
that need to address or purse oranything that they need. Good sounds yes,

(01:02:14):
East, I was just going toask you and on the lot,
do you all have a lot ofinventory on used cars? We do very
good. You know. The fourthgreat thing about mister Burkhimer, our owner,
when the market went down and everybodywasn't having new cars and and you
know you went from selling I don'tknow, one hundred something new cars to
thirty or forty. Well, theshow must go on right right, and

(01:02:37):
we have bills. He understands that, and we still have to pay our
bills. We still sell cars.So what he did was being a genius
that he is, he invested intothe new used car market. So right
now, if you come to ourstore, we'll have just as much pre
owned vehicles as we have new cars. Oh okay, we always always have
vehicles coming and going. I tellpeople all the time, we sell many

(01:03:00):
of them. We can't our servicedepartment can't keep track, can't keep up
with them because everything, of coursehas to go through service. We have
a lot of vehicles in stock. We have everything from pre uncertified vehicles one
hundred thousand miles something for as lowas seven eight thousand dollars if you want
to finance, and all the wayup to you know, fifty sixty thousand,

(01:03:22):
depend on the vehicle. So wehave a little bit of everything,
and if we don't have it,we get it for you. I just
ordered my sister in law a twentytwenty three Tahoe with the sun roof fourteen
thousand miles, and we ordered itfor her. Oh that's great. We
had a new Tahoe, but itwasn't the color that she wants. She
loves black, so I ordered hera black one. So again, if

(01:03:44):
I don't have that vehicle, Ican order that vehicle for you. That's
no problem at all. We're veryWe're very good with going that extra mile
to get the feet with the personwith their desire because everybody has I always
say, the cup of tea.Everybody has their theirs and their needs.
It's just a matter of fact's findingout which one you that you are.
And then again being that we haveall three brands, the Chevrolet, Buick,

(01:04:09):
and GMC, and I don't knowif you know, Terry, and
I'm gonna share this with you.Sure were uh, Buick and GMC for
the first time. Uh for JJD Power twenty twenty three USA Sales Satisfaction
Index UH Bwick was number one,GMC number two, and Chevrolet number three.

(01:04:30):
First time that all all three brandswere one, two, and three.
Buick is always in the top ofcourse, and GMC and UH and
Buick as well always in the inthe top five. Uh. But yeah,
that just that just came out lastweek, so I wanted to share
that. It's that tells you somethinggeneral Motors is really stepping up their game,

(01:04:53):
especially with the new vehicles, withthe designs and not just making it
affordable, but attractive as well.Right, so, you're doing a great
job. You're doing a great jobon the sales floor. We get a
lot of good reviews from from yourguests and we really appreciate that. Ask
you a couple of questions before youescape the microphone. Here the u A
W strike, how is it affectingin general, the sales atmosphere in general,

(01:05:16):
And how's it affecting your inventory?Like my Carter Parks said that with
the car Colado's the factor we shutdown right after they they launched. We
didn't. It's affected us, notas much as I guess I thought it
was going to affect us. Onmy lot, we have plenty of Chevrolets,

(01:05:38):
we have plenty of GMCs pickups. We have twenty five hundreds I got
and I got everything from base modelpickups all the way to your fully loaded
you know, one hundred thousand milesI have right now. I have currently
a thirty five hundred Duly, whichis very very hard to find, you
know, very hard to come across. So we've been fort it. Uh

(01:06:00):
to have those, and yes ithas cars with some vehicles. But then
that's why you go with like Isaid earlier, with ordering some like when
I didn't have the Tahoe for mysister in law, the exact color,
exact option. Uh, we gother what twenty twenty three slightly pre owned.
It was certified so still has onehundred thousand miles warranty. It's like

(01:06:21):
a brand new vehicle, and weordered it for her. And we can
get vehicles in with normally within twoto three days after we find the vehicle
and after we make sure you know, everything works as far as options numbers
and everything like that. So itdoes. It does affect you a little
bit. With anything in life, you adjust right, adjust, just like
when you were talking earlier about therates and the prices. Same thing with

(01:06:44):
the housing market. When the housingmarket was high, the rates were low.
Now the market is low and downand the rates are high. So
it's just it's going one way orthe other is going to happen, you
know, I believe it. Everythingis kind of like a roller coaster.
It's gonna go up, it's gonnago down. It's gonna go up and
go down. So if if aperson that's looking for the prices to go
down, does the price really godown because the rate's gonna go up down,

(01:07:08):
So you're really it's kind of evenand out. At the same time,
you know, the economy still hasto move forward. You know when
when everybody spends money and gets themoney circulating, that kind of gets our
economy going. That's what keeps usafloat. It's so when is the when
is the question that people like toask, When is the best time to
buy a vehicle? Oh? Whenyou come see me, come see me

(01:07:29):
at Sunrise Car. That's the besttime. I was gonna ask, because
you know Terry that I love thatconvertible. You put me in the Bard
Conscott Scott. Did you get that? No? That because Scott is pretty
hard to come back. They canget it. Matter of fact, I
think you asked me about that oneI did. I sent you the video

(01:07:49):
of the vehicle that you yeah, yeah, and we we found it.
But I don't I don't know whatthat. Yeah, we can we talk.
I'll talk to you about that offthere, about the details of that.
But before you get out of here, mister uh Any, if someone
is listening, what they're waiting foryou to say, is what kind of
deals you got? What's going on? Well, we got great savings right

(01:08:10):
now. Of course again with theBuick Chevrolet GMC lineup, we have amazing
vehicles. And like my counterpart wassaying, we have one thing about new
vehicles. New video has got toget off the lot. As soon as
that vehicle hits your your lot, your General Motors has got that time clicking.
See how many days that vehicle is. And we still got vehicles coming

(01:08:31):
in weekly. I got pre ownedvehicles coming in every two three days,
I believe it or not. Imean we still over one hundred one hundred
vehicles pre owned a month easy.So we always have vehicles coming and going,
coming and going. I would saythat the face follow me on Facebook
again, Issa, I S SA. Last name, I S S

(01:08:54):
A D E A L. Shootme a text, call me cell phone
number again nine zero one six sixone, nine six eight one. We
have great deals all month long. With with the holidays. Of course,
we already have our Christmas tree upin our showroom. Beautiful Christmas tree.

(01:09:15):
I'm probably gonna post it today ortomorrow on on my Facebook. I'm always
posting deals and and uh, newinventory and celebrating with my customers on my
Facebook. More than happy to giveme a call, message me, send
me message on Facebook. Uh,Terry's always sending folks my way. Of
course, yes, you always seeme. And then and then you also

(01:09:38):
just if you want somebody that's gonnatake care of you like family, that's
going to treat you like like youshould. If if if it was your
mom or your auntie going over, that's that's who I'm gonna be. And
then is that Thomas year before wecut to the break, just real quick
reminder in the parade, uh,the Sunrise store, the Chuck Hutting stores,
they always had a friendly competition andthe same goes to the parade to

(01:10:00):

says, you know what, I'vedone it a couple of times, James,
you can have us so well onceagain, there'll be two camaros and
the praise never happened before. DoctorTracy Hall, Tracy D. Hall.

(01:13:27):
so I gave you a recommendation out. That recommendation was Barrett's Towing and
Wrecking Service. I've got the firstreview already. It came in over the

don't want to say it. Youknow what it is. So, in
the words of Denise Lesel, dropthat zero get you a hero. So

to the dear slayer. Oh that'shim, Prince of the Shore, say

(01:17:08):
my name, say my name. How you doing? Love, doing well?
Printing yourself. I'm on the topshoff. It seems like you guys
are on the top shaft too. That's a good thing. It is,
Prince Charles, Prince Charles. Weare following. We would we were operating,
how Prince of the Charles would operatetopsheff, Oh, Terry Bell,
you gotta show them because you didn'tsay it right. U. Well,

(01:17:30):
anyway, yeah, hey, Iwant to say good afternoon to your college
and to your listeners, and takeyour guests on on the show as well.
Beth. My question is to bothof your guests. With the new
cars that are coming out now,if you see the commercials, the commercials
now showing basically all electric car.GM got an electric truck coming out.

(01:17:51):
Ford has an electric truck coming out. Everybody's now converting over to electric cars.
Now, how soon the for yourinventory before you take control of electric
cars and phasing out fifty phase outany on the gasoline cars? Okay,
do me my favorite Prince Charles,I want you to repeat the question.

(01:18:13):
EASA is gearing up with his hitphonesrepeat that one more time for mister Ethan.
Okay, okay, how you're goingmister Ethan? My question is it
goes like this now that the newcars are coming out. If you see
the new commercials, the commercial arenow advertising for electric cars. They got
four GM. Everybody's not coming outwith electric cars. What I want to
know when are you guys planning ongetting the large inventory of electric cars and

(01:18:38):
pretty much basically or where you phaseout gazzoling cars? Great, great,
great question. That's I think that'severybody's question. Lately, General Motors have
said that they are looking to betotally totally electric by the year two thousand
and thirty five. Being that said, just like any other project, I

(01:19:00):
think this is just my personal opinion. I think as you as you are
moving forward to a project, sometimesthings change, sometimes things get pulled back,
sometimes things get uh take a littlebit longer to get done. Is
if it makes sense? Because theyalso have to supply with all the lo
the electric locations for the charging locations, they haven't given us any specific dates

(01:19:27):
uh to when you know something majorlike that is going to happen. You
know, as as everybody is sayingthe fu. The future is changing.
It always the new technology brings moreuh more uh convenience and and and things
change as the years go by.It's a great question, but I don't
think anyone can really answer that questionas far as what day, what what

(01:19:50):
month, what year? Is justit's just it's too early to say.
If that's you know, if that'slet me ask you this, are are
people coming in and with question nowelectric cars over gasoline cars? Not every
day, not to me personally.I mean, I'm I'm number one out
of the sixty sixty salesmen out ofall three stores. I'm I can I'm

(01:20:13):
number one in the in my store. Uh, I'm number one, I
think in a company as far asselling total units per per month, I
do get some folks that come infor electric cars. But that's not something
that that's every day. It's it'sa very slow, uh transition process transition

(01:20:33):
because you got to think about it. I mean, look, how many
people are in the country, inthe world. I mean, it's not
gonna happen overnight that to get everybodyto to switch over to from gasoline electric
overnight. That's not gonna It's gonnabe some It's gonna be some time to
take. You know, it's gonnatake some time. There's a lot of
logistics that come into that and hand also uh, you know, it's

(01:20:56):
just it's just gonna take some time. Electric cars great, Yeah, they're
great right all the in my personopinion a great. Everybody has their everybody
has a different need and and andwant. So if that that vehicle works
for you for your needs, andit's a great choice. Prince and James
wants James from Chuck Hutton wants tosay yes, friend, Sorry, James,

(01:21:18):
I got a question for James aswell. James, I just want
to add into it at this point, right now, the latest information out
of General Motors that they're scaling backon the electric because of the demand.
The consumer dictate what happens. Generalmotes can put a plan out there,
but if the consumer is hesitant, then they have to change their plan.
Uh, the electric move or theswitch to electric, it's all it's like

(01:21:42):
regional. You may have it moreramped up towards your California, your LA
area, what have you, andjust should get down south of whatever.
The electric switch is moving a littleflower than what General moves are like.
Well, like at one point it'sgonna be it's going to be a while
before the the combustible engine is beingsecondary to the electric vehicles electrification of the

(01:22:04):
model lines. Okay, James, mister James, the question I want to
ask you on all your cars.I heard you say everything below eighty thousand
miles you get free or changes onthose cars, even if they're used cars
too. Write specifically for the usedcars, you have certain vehicles that we'd
have to pull it up a certainvehicles like your hot performance vehicles or what

(01:22:26):
have you, they will not qualify. But for your general your general vehicles
and your daily commuter vehicles will qualify. Do you have the C eight?
Excuse me? Do you have aC eight? Well, the C eight
would be one of our sports carsthat would no, no, no,
no, no no no. I'masking do you have one on showroom to
tell? No, sir, okay, thank you, prank. I have

(01:22:50):
fours on my showroom for sale, that's right, Lisa Yea says he has
four. I have four of them. That's at the one on covet them
type correct, No, sir,no, no, sir, at the
Carryville location, your Carvel location.Okay. Three five God. Yes,
sir, yes, yes, sir. Thank you as always allowed me to
speak of one eat and every oneof you to have a beautiful, blast,

(01:23:13):
safe and healthy day. Take care, Thank you, Prince, Thank
you you too. All right,Terry, before we get to our last
guest, let me get this lastbreak in here. Oh yeah, yeah,
we're gonna get you our guests.Work with me, brother, work
with me. My eyes kind ofbowsed out. I know, hey,
