(04:48):

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Yeah, I love it. I love that, love that. Yes, yes, yes,
yes so.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
But before you get started, Terry, yeah, I just I
know it's your time, but I just give this shout out.
Let's do it. I don't know if you've been you've
been watching the Democratic National Convention. I haven't. Oh they
on fire, really, Terry, the Democratic, the Democrats, I mean,
they're fired up, I believe.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
But what I want to.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
Say last night was the traditional roll call where each
state will tell how many delicates they're going for the
press residential candidate, and so they go to each state.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
I learned some things. I knew that Puerto Rico was part.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Of the United States, but I'm trying to think of
this other island that's part of the United States.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
And the Virgin Islands.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
Well, yeah, Virgin Islands is so they were there. They
but it's another little island. And somebody will tell me,
I know, maybe Prince Charles this, but this island.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
But anyway, I find like.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Okay, because the United States has property across. So I
knew about the Virgin Islands because I've been to the
Virgin Islands.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
But and I love what Puerto Rico said, Derec said.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
He said, Puerto Rico the next the next state, fifty
second state.
Speaker 3 (07:43):
Oh wow.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
But but what I want to give a shout out
to Tennessee was on fire.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
The delegates and our shout out to this young man.
He is bad. Justin J. Pearson, Representative Justin J. Pierce.
He got to talking and oh he wrapped it off now.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
And standing behind him was the president of Tennessee State University.
Doctor Glover was there a Senator ro Miss Adbert.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
You know Tennessee. But but Justin J.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
Pearson, and he is supposed to speak. I don't know
if he's already done it, but he is supposed to
speak on the stage.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
I don't know if it's tonight or tomorrow. I speak yesterday.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
No, what you know when they do the roll call,
they have people who will say something.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
I got you a couple you know, the delegates from
that state.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
And I'm glad they put him up because he knows what,
he knows how to bring it down. He's like a
doctor Martin Luther King. But but he is supposed to speak.
I don't know if it's tonight or when, but I
just wanted to give a shout out to the Tennessee delegation.
Y'all looked good last night. Y'all represented Tennessee Shelby County.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
That's awesome. So but uh, it was awesome.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
And and they nominated officially Kamala Harris and Tim Wallace
will be running our presidential candidates.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
So did Barack speak last night?
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Yeah? YouTube Michelle and Barrock what? Terry what? And Michelle?
Speaker 1 (09:23):
But Michelle really wait?
Speaker 2 (09:28):
And I love this y'all Michelle said, she was talking.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
You know you've heard about President Trump is saying about
he's got got get black jobs. You know, you know
I've got black you know, get a black black jobs.
You know.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
He talked about that. And Michelle said, so you want.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
Our black job, I said, but she was aw They
were awesome. They were awesome last night.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
Yeah. The Obamas. Wow. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
Michelle came first and then she introduced her husband, and
President Obama came. They knocked it out the ball part.
So I will have to go to the Democrats. They've
been part and DJ Cassidy, that's my man. He was
rocking and rolling. They ain't playing up there edlul John
(10:19):
walking around. Patty LeBell performed the Democrats. They cutting up
in Chicago. They mean business.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
You make me.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
I have to Last night, you know the dealership we
closed at seven, but yeah I didn't, but you can cut.
I didn't leave the dealership till after nine working deals.
I'm trying to make sure I get deal done. But
anyway I would have to, I guess I have to
pause and take a peek.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
Yeah, just take a pause.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
I don't know who's speaking tonight, but I'm I'm hoping
I'm hoping that Representative Pearson has not been on yet,
because you can.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
Always catch it on YouTube.
Speaker 4 (10:52):
Though.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
If if that's what, that's why, how that's why I
don't always have to rush to the house.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
I know I can get it on YouTube. Okay, Well,
thank you for telling me that.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Yes, I didn't know, but I just want to say that,
thank you for allowing me to say that. But oh yeah,
Tennessee showed out last night.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
The delegates. I loved it.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Wow, But the Obamas, I'm gonna have to go and
take a picure. You got me excited to look at it. Oh,
they advisable and Michelle jeans that's sustained playing with y'all.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
I love it. Oh, it's all good. I love you.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Before we get going into our content for today today,
let me give a super high salute to all of
our police officers, all the firefighters, all those who are
serving actively serving in the military, those who are none active.
Thank you all so much. High salute to all of
our first responders. Hospitals. If you're working the hospital in
(11:47):
whatever capacity, High salute to you all. Also, Miss Golden Girls.
She was She messaged me last week. She was asking
about a particular warranty company that I had spoke about
that one of my previous customers. It's Kendrick Patterson, who
allows me to use her name with this warranty company,
Miss Golden Girl. That warranty company is American Auto Shield.
(12:08):
Believe that's what you were asking me about. I don't
endorse American Auto Shield. But I'm glad you said that
because yesterday, yesterday I had a Shelby County trustee, Regina
Marrison Newman, who always comes on to give us wallet warming. Yes,
she gave an update about I have to get it, Terry,
(12:28):
so I'll get in front of you, Carshield and with
the federal Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
Oh they got to pay the government.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Oh they see that. I've been saying, my break, I'll
get that information for you, and it's car shield and
American American Auto Shield.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yeah. And what she said, Kyshier owns them. Oh really
it's a conglamorate.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
But yeah, but I'll get that information so you'll have it.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Make sure you have a copy. That's good. But Regina
gave us that information.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Oh yeah, they have to pay the government because they
did a lot of false advertising.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Oh yeah, you know, they have a lot of celebrities
that stand. She talked about that.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Yeah, so you'll have it so you can take it
back to this so you can tell your clients. I like,
but Regina talked about it yesterday. Really, yes, that's awesome.
And speaking of warranty too, we have a good matter
of fact, he told me to tell you miss Bev.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
His name is Al Tyler.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
He says, you be sure to tell the Bev the
Queen that I said hello, and she is the true
radio queen. Matter of fact, he didn't say radio the Queen,
I guess. He says the queen of it all. Al
Tyler is a loyal listener of wd I A and
The Bell of Johnson. And he also gave me permission
to talk about since we're on the topic of warranty,
I'll go ahead and go right into the warranty topic.
(13:42):
I met Al and I we've been talking for years.
I finally had the opportunity to meet mister Al a
couple of weeks ago.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
He purchased a Dodge a Dodge.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
Truck, and he was considering trading out of that dog
to getting something else.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
But he has come to the conclusion.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
That and I think he's accurate with this and Al
forgive me for not remember the year model your vehicle.
If you can text me, I'll make the announcement. I
don't want to say the wrong year model. He decides
to go ahead and keep his vehicle, keep his RAM,
and just get new warranty. So here people always ask
questions about warranty, and mister Al is allowing me to
(14:26):
share his story because it may enlighten many of you.
So while we're at my deal and again, I am
working at the Sunrise exclusively. I work exclusively or a
better word, only, at the Sunrise at Wolfchase store in Bartlett, Tennessee.
The benefit of coming to visit me at the Bartlett
(14:47):
store is you are out with pretty much all the
main dealers are in Bartlett, the Tesla store, Honda, the CarMax, BMW, Nissan,
all the top brands are in Bartlett. So if you're
in the market for a vehicle, definitely come out to Bartlett.
Come to the Sunrise store at wolf Chase in Bartlett.
(15:07):
If you're coming from let's say downtown Memphis, you would
take two forty east and then you would hook on
to forty going forty east, as if you were going
to Nashville, and you would drop all the way down
and get off on Exit eighteen. When you get off
on as Exit eighteen, you would make a left and
you pretty much run right into We're the first dealership
right off the interstate. So getting back to the story,
(15:31):
mister Tyler visited me at the Sunrise store a couple
of weeks ago, and I was looking to try to
get him traded out. He had some criteria that he
wanted to fall within, and we weren't able to meet
that criteria that he set for us. I and my
team we recommended him to go by the Dodge store
for a couple of reasons to get a competitive appraisal,
(15:54):
which we were really close to the Dodge. And of course,
you know, if you own a Dodge, or if you
own a Mercedes, or if you own a Nissan, the
manufacturer or the dealer that specializes in that product, they
will tend to give you more money than a competitor
who doesn't specialize in that particular product. Again, if it's
(16:14):
a Nissan and you go to a Toyota store, they'll
give you a pretty good offer, but the Nissan store
will give you more because it's their car. So he
went down to the Dodge store and they gave him
a pretty good offer, but again it didn't fall into
the criteria criteria that he set.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
So he started asking about.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Warranties and miss bellv You know, as when people ask
me about warranties. There are three things that I recommend.
That is, go to the dealer where your vehicle is,
the manufacturer, the franchise dealer who carries your vehicle brand new.
Visit that dealership, allow them to offer you a quote.
Once you get that quote, then call over to Memphis
(16:53):
Municipal Employees Credit Union, my good friend Tiffany Conrad, who
is on vacation this week. By the way, I actually
call it to try to get some information from her,
but she'll be back the end of the week. I
was told Friday. I believe, but I would recommend folks
to call a bank or Tiffany Conrad specifically, allow her
to give you a competitive quote. And then the third
(17:13):
option comes from our good friend King Harrio. He recommends
that once you get all the quotes, average it out
whatever that number comes to, take that dollar amount, put
it in your own bank account or CD or some
kind of interest bearing account. So when the time comes
and you need it, you already have it saved up.
And hopefully, if you took the King Harry You route,
(17:34):
your car wouldn't malfunction or cut up in three or
four months because you wouldn't have enough. But hopefully you'll
have a year's work before that should happen. Getting back
to the point, my friend, mister Tyler, he went to
the Dodge store, and again he gave me permission to
give out these details because it can be be a
benefit to those who are considering or thinking about getting
into a new warranty. So if your warrant has expired.
(17:55):
His warranty expired on August the sixth, in matter of fact,
when he was there, I believe it was right around
or write at August the sixth. He purchased a brand
new bumper to bumper warranty. It's a thirty six month warranty.
He advised me that the first eighteen months of that
is interest free, meaning the it's a fourth out. He
(18:17):
got the premium package. It's a four thousand dollars warranty.
They did not or they will not pull your credit
in this situation. They didn't pull his credit. He put
ten percent down, which is four hundred dollars, and he's
financing the balance over thirty six months, eighteen months. That
is interest free. So if he should pay it off
in eighteen months, he wouldn't pay any entrance to that.
(18:39):
But that's a full warranty for thirty six months. So
here's a summary for you all who are considering thinking
about getting into a new warranty. Because your warranty is
about to expire or it has expired, go to the
franchise dealer that your car comes from brand new, allow
them to quote you a warrantaranty as a backup.
Speaker 2 (19:01):
Maybe get with.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
Your credit union or specifically, I know that Tiffany Conrad
at Memphis Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union, I know she
specializes in that she can also offer you a competitive
warranty price. Now here would be my question. The reason
why I was calling Miss Conrad today and she was
on vacation. I was not able to get her. I'm
not sure and she has the answer to this for me,
(19:23):
how competitive her warranties would be with the actual dealer. Now,
Al Tyler, he is pretty confident that, if anything, he
has the premium package. If anything, should malfunction with the
pack of Chief Purchase. He's going to be covered because
he mentioned he says, there was another package I'll call
it a Package B that didn't cover everything. He said,
(19:44):
it was just five hundred dollars less. He says, Terry,
I said, say you know what, let me go ahead
and spend this extra five so have a peace of
mind if anything should malfunction, I am covered. Let me
give you Tiffany Conrad's number in case you do want
to take this strategy by going to the dealer first,
getting a competitive quote and then call Tiffany Conrad at
Memphis Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union. Her telephone number is
(20:08):
nine zero one five to eight two eight one six.
Mister Tyler, thank you so much for sharing your story.
And we will I will, I will track your story.
So if you do have a malfunction, and I know
you and I we are numbers are stored in each
other's phone, so you will definitely call me and let
me know and just confirm that that warranty does cover
(20:30):
as they say everything. Also, I am tracking another story
for you. Wall a gentleman. His name is mister we'll
call him mister Derek. He called him the last show.
He bought a vehicle from a dealership that is closed.
Smith Otto, I believe is the name of that dealership,
and he is in hunt for his title. They never
(20:53):
delivered to him his title. I got with my finance
department to try to assist him with the matter. And
Miss Bethany actually went to school with one of the
ladies who works in the title office somewhere in Mississippi.
I don't want to say the wrong county, but she
worked with the lady in that office. But even Miss
Bethany and our finance department got a stone wall. She
(21:17):
could only go so far and she she could not
get any further information to share with mister Dereck on
what to do in regards to his title. Now, I
will say this here, mister Derek is working on another
lane to.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
Get access to his title.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
Before I give that information out, though, I want him
to travel down that lane, do all the discovery work
and get me some information so I can present reliable
information over the airways.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
As you know, I don't want to.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
Give any information over the airways that I haven't experienced
firsthand or it's been confirmed by a reliable source. So
mister Dereck, thank you so much for allowing me to
track your story. There are other people out there. Missus
Topaz is another example. She's also in the same situation
where she is waiting for her title and this is
(22:08):
the dealership that she bought her vehicle from. Is a
small mom pop situation. They're still open, So Ms Topaz
if you can text me if there are any updates,
let me know because your information will definitely assist those
out there who are in similar situations.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
Let me proceed here now.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
So I have had the opportunity to meet some fine
people over the last couple of weeks, and I'll share
a little stories throughout the show. I love to share
stories because these stories can help others. There are some
folks that may be in the exact same or similar situations,
and you can use this information to help yourself if
(22:48):
you are in that type situation.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
I have the.
Speaker 1 (22:50):
Opportunity to meet the family of missus Stella. Matter of fact,
I almost said it Miss Stella. She is a loyal
listener of the BEV Justin Show. But she says address
me as Stella. Almost said her whole name, so she
wants me to address her as Miss Stella. She is
from West Memphis, Arkansas, and she came out to visit
(23:12):
me at the Sunrise store at wolf Chase and she
probably passed I don't know, seventeen eighteen dealerships to come
out and do business with us, and they bought themselves
a really nice certified twenty twenty GMC terrain. Stella, thank
you so much for allowing me and my team to
(23:34):
provide you. That's what I call the stellar service at
using her just using her name, beautiful name, but miss Stella,
thank you so much again. You could have bought a
car in West Memphis or any dealership along the way,
and I hope that I was able to give you
some great service. As a matter of fact, there's a
guy that comes to our dealership once a week to
see if any of the salesfolks.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
Want to buy flowers.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Now, I bought the flowers from him because I like
his person, but I didn't this was a Friday. I
wasn't sure what I was gonna do with those flowers.
But guess who got those flowers for me on that Saturday.
That would be Miss Stella. Miss Stella, and I have
a picture of Stella and I on Facebook with her flowers.
So thank you so much, miss Stella for allowing my
(24:17):
team and I to serve. Huge shout out to my
good friend Jonathan Carson and his beautiful family. They bought
a twenty twenty four GMC yukon again. These folks, they
passed a lot of dealerships to come out and visit
with me and I sincerely thank you for that. Now
here's a good story for you. My friend Hattie Tharp.
(24:42):
Now she heard me on BEV show a couple of
weeks ago. Now her story and I have it posted
on Facebook with her permission. She owned a an In Infinity.
Let me see if I can put it up so
I don't quote the wrong year model, but she owned
it Infinity, Miss Bev and her Infinity. She said it
was broken into twice and they stole it on the
(25:05):
third time, but she got it right back because I
believe they had an Apple Air tag on the vehicle
and they got it right back. And she says she
heard me on the show, and she says, you know what,
I am really tired of my vehicle being targeted. Let
me go ahead and get out of it into a
vehicle that's not on the Thieves hot List. So I'm
(25:29):
going to share two trains of thought with her story
because you definitely want to pay attention to this if
you own a Infinity, a Kia Hondai, any vehicle that
is on the thieves hot lists. She says, she came
out to visit with me before she heard me on
the air. She hadn't even considered the GM products. But
(25:52):
let me also, here's the second part of the story,
segueing from the main event. Here the main story right now,
General Motors this month, this special will end next month.
It could carry on in September. What could be something
completely different, or it could be it could not be
an incentive at all.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
But if you own right.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
Now a non General Motors vehicle, and Missus Thorpe situation
she owned owned an Infinity, General Motors is gonna give
you come out and visit with me at Sunrise at
wolf Chase. They're gonna give you an incentive twenty seven
hundred dollars just because you own a none GM vehicle.
(26:37):
It has to be twenty ten or newer. And that
is like down payment, my friend. If you have negative equity,
I'm gonna come back and finish up the miss Thorpe story.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
But let me share this with you.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
If you purchase your vehicle between the years twenty twenty
one and the year twenty three, we were in an
inflated car market, a bubble. That bubble is burst and
cars are back down to the prices they're supposed to be.
(27:14):
So if you bought your vehicle in that window of time, yes, friends,
you paid too much money. Unfortunately, you pay too much
money for it. You need if you're wanting to get
out of that vehicle, you need an incentive like what
I'm saying now. Now this twenty seven hundred dollars rebate
on a worksheet, it looks like down payment that is
(27:36):
going to clean up nearly three thousand dollars of negative equity. Now,
this incentive is only on the twenty twenty four Encore GX.
It's a small suv. If that's not your dream car,
and it actually for some folks, I find it is
a car that they can dream themselves in for a
(27:57):
long time because it has the latest and greatest technology,
great fuel economy. A small suv is gonna keep your
payment not terribly high. Because these cars, these vehicles start
off in the mid twenties up to thirty thousand dollars,
like most all nice vehicles are gonna start off thereabout
and get much higher. But let me segue now back
to miss Thorp after giving you that information, because that
(28:19):
is what caught her attention. She came out to the
dealership with that in mind, that she knew there was
incentives on that. Now, let me also give you a secret.
I'll share this here. Most dealers, and especially even my dealership,
they don't like to release this secret information, but I'm
gonna give it to you. Just make sure you don't
tell them that I told you this. Not only did
you get the twenty seven hundred dollars in rebates, but
(28:40):
if they have to put a deal together the Uncore GX,
that's the vehicle that they will tinker with the numbers
to make the deal work. Let me repeat it, the
Uncore GX twenty twenty four model with the rebate of
twenty seven hundred dollars. If you own a non GM
(29:01):
vehicle and also friends, you don't even have to trade
the vehicle. As long as a non GM vehicle it's
registered at the same address where you live, and it
says your your mom or your or your or your
your your spouse's vehicle and they don't want to trade it.
All they have to do is all you have to
do is produce the registration with the ven number showing
(29:22):
that it's registered at the same address where you live.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
It's a it's an incentive that.
Speaker 1 (29:27):
General motors that we in the automotive industry we call Conquest,
that's the name of it. You don't have to trade it.
If you want to trade it, that's even better because
they'll allow us to bring it in and we'll have
another vehicle that we can take refurbished put on the
used car lot as part of our inventory. But you
do not have to trade it. Now, missus Thorp may
be listening. She's saying, Terry, would you please finish my story?
(29:49):
So missus Thorp came out to the dealership. She took
a look at all the inventory. Missus Thorpe she likes
and she deserves it. She likes all the bells and whistles.
So miss Bell she picked herself out a beautiful Her
pictures are on my Facebook page. You do not have
to be my friend to look at it. Just go
to Facebook, type in my name. Terry Spicer I have
on a blue suit on my profile. Scroll down find
(30:12):
missus Storp. You'll see beautiful pictures of her.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
And her beautiful car and her trade.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
I take pictures of the trade in Also, she purchased
herself an Aveneer, miss Beebe. Do you know what the
avenir represents? No, I'll go right to it. You know
what a de nale is, right, yes?
Speaker 2 (30:27):
I do.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
The nally is the top trim level for the GMC product. Well,
aveneer is the top trim level for the Buick products.
She picked out and purchased herself a Buick GX Aveneer
with all the bells and whistles, and.
Speaker 2 (30:48):
Check this out.
Speaker 1 (30:49):
There's also another incentive that you have to qualify for this,
So I have to be careful when I say that
because everybody can't get it. There is a rate as
low as I think it's one point nine percent on
these incentives. So if you are looking for a low
APR that banks and credit unions cannot match an incentive
from the manufacture with the rate in this market and
(31:10):
this and this, we are the interest rate right now
a little bit higher than where we would like them
to be, especially folks with good credit. It's funny miss
Bill about We'll tell someone with a with an eight
hundred score their interest rate is seven a percent, they'd
be like seven percent.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
That's too hot.
Speaker 1 (31:26):
And I get that because I used to having lower rates.
We're in a time right now where rates are a
little bit higher than our good credit folks would like.
But right now, General Motors, the Buick line, the GX
line specifically has race as low as one point nine
two point nine percent, but you have to qualify for that,
and not everybody that's going to get that. But miss
Thort was fortunate and able to get all of that
(31:46):
she got. She traded her vehicle in. She got all
the money she wanted for a trade, she got the
twenty seven hundred dollars rebate, and she got the low
APR interest rate. So I'll repeat this again before Bell
takes me to a break. If you are in the market,
if you are considering getting in the market, strongly consider
the month of August. If you have a non GM vehicle,
(32:10):
it's suspicous. Let me say specifically the Infinity vehicles. They
are on the hot list. It's crazy. I keep hearing
stories about Memphis. Car has always been stolen. If you
have an Infinity, a Kia, a Hyundai product. Now I
own a key on myself, and I'll talk about that
after the break. What I do to protect my vehicle.
But bring that vehicle by let me allow me to
appraise that vehicle. Give you top dollar for it out
(32:32):
the gate. If it's a twenty ten or newer. I
have twenty seven hundred dollars to give you for a rebate,
and we can probably tinker some more money if we
have to make that deal work. And I'll also see
if I can get you a rate as low as
two three four percent right now. So, miss Bev, I
appreciate this email you got for me with Yeah, you
can be able to read you when we come back.
(32:53):
So let's take a break. Yes, yes, sounds good. Sounds good.
We are talking with ourmotive specialists.

Speaker 2 (35:55):

Speaker 4 (35:57):

in the fruit boat bumps. I'm finna get me some
teas started, and I'm still I still want me a
shivering better. I ain't the type of guy they want
a brand new car because I ain't trying to keep
up with the Joneses. That's what I think, just how
(36:18):
I was raised it, that's what it is. I just
want to car to take me to poort Age and
Port b I won't they see everything, uh be looked.
Uh be having something at the battle lot Daddy by February.
That's what I want to do. I want to get
they I want it. I wanted King Apple Red. It
could be like an from a ninety seven, maybe early

they ain't finished with me out like this.
Speaker 1 (36:48):
Whenever you need litady, we're gonna put it together for you.
Speaker 4 (36:51):
Yeah, yeah, bab Let me say the first of all,
I got your I got your co worker out the sinkhole,

dad and she I put it in the singhole on
staying show, but got sipped back. She was playing playing
with me at one time. But Bell that that what
what is? I pulled her out, Okay, And I want
(37:15):
to say this. She good people. She had my back
when the gold call beat. She take take up with me? Bell,
can I get my chot?
Speaker 2 (37:22):
Okay, get your shouts out? Go right ahead to day
so so Terry can confin.
Speaker 4 (37:27):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know I'm do that.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
Bell.
Speaker 4 (37:30):
First of all, Mall, I know you don't talk about
your mama on these shoulders like I do, because sim
the fact I knew it my mama and I know
you I did, I do, I do, and you just
don't talk about it. She I'll be going all the
way up in heaven that I know is in heaven
(37:50):
and just where all the real people go. And my
mama was a good woman. And my mama was a
res nursed bib. She was smart, and she was genuine
and she took raised hate and uh beb I can
tell you that when she passed away, I was down.
I was down here where I live. We ain't see it.
(38:13):
We ain't see it come and hurt everybody in the family.
And I'm still agreeeding Bill. I'm agreed, probably bested by life. Bill.
If I want to give a world famous can and
shout out, that's my play brother. And I want to
give my newest member that that uh she the persuaded
in my cabinin her now at least she listened to
your show and she she'll married me too, bib. I
(38:36):
want to give my bes and bees a faan that
loves little Daddy because I definitely see them and I
definitely talked to her, and they grin and grinned and
be beat most of the tighty white fire with me.
If it is what it is and ain't what I ask?
Uh uh get what Bill?
Speaker 2 (38:55):
What little Daddy?
Speaker 4 (38:57):
I'm having to President?
Speaker 2 (38:58):
I was you, little Daddy?
Speaker 1 (39:01):
Be safe out there, w D I a Hi caller,
Hi Bell, How are you? I'm fabulous? How are you today?
Speaker 5 (39:11):
I'm good good. I have a few questions for Terry,
go right ahead.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
And who is your first name?
Speaker 5 (39:18):
My first name is Jeanette.
Speaker 2 (39:20):
Jeanette, Hi Jeanette, welcome in.
Speaker 5 (39:23):
Hi, thank you bell, thank you.
Speaker 2 (39:26):
Go right ahead with your questions for Terry.
Speaker 5 (39:29):
Okay, Terry, you I recommend my daughter coming to see
you to buy a car. She purchased her car about
three years ago. Her truck is a Trailblazer, Chevy Trailblazer.
She had the Trailblazer for like it wasn't even a year.
It started giving her problems, running hot and everything. So
she still had warranty on it. She took took it
(39:51):
back to some rise. Some rides kept giving her the
run around, telling her that she didn't have that they
couldn't do anything, you know, couldn't fixed the vehicle. Everything
was fine, but it wasn't fine. It kept running hot.
So finally she took the car back for like the
fourth or fifth time. They was telling her that the
transmission was going out, and to me, they waited until
(40:12):
her warranty or expired or whatever.
Speaker 6 (40:16):
She had.
Speaker 5 (40:16):
She took out an extended warranty also, but she didn't
even have the vehicle, not even a year, and it
started giving her problems. She came in and she tried
to trade it in to you. I think a couple
of months ago, but you were telling her she was
upside down. So now the vehicle has completely quit on
her and it's been in the shop ever since April.
(40:38):
It's in south Haven at the Chevy placed in south Haven,
and it's been there every since April or the first
of the year. And my daughter is to have two babies.
Speaker 6 (40:47):
She's a hitchhiking.
Speaker 5 (40:48):
She really needs something because they really gave her to
run around they I mean, they gave her a bad deal.
Speaker 4 (40:55):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
So now, a few years ago, I was not on
the ground. I probably made a recommendation to a dealership,
so she bought it at the Sunrise store in Caryville.
I'm assuming Yes, it's a white Chevy trail Blaze.
Speaker 5 (41:06):
She had a red Cruise was it was new, no
miles or anything on. I think it's a twenty twenty
two three.
Speaker 1 (41:14):
I remember, I know who you are.
Speaker 2 (41:17):
Yes, Yes, I remember her. I remember she was highly
ups I remember that whole deal.
Speaker 1 (41:22):
Yeah, because I sold her when I was on the ground,
I sold her red Chevrolet.
Speaker 5 (41:27):
Yes, yes, and I left it.
Speaker 1 (41:29):
I left the automotive business on the ground. I still
talked about it all the time. I left in twenty
twenty and came back just this year, and I remember
she called me and she wanted to get a recommendation.
I sent over to a particular salesperson at the Cardoville store.
And I do remember her having issues with that vehicle
and and what you just said. It's all coming back
to memory.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
And I love her.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
She's actually since since she has visited me. She sent
her cousin over to us, and we got her cousin
into a buick in Vista, and I love I love
the family. And yes, when she came by to visit
with us, yes I do. It was a lot of
negative equity. What year does she buy it again?
Speaker 2 (42:05):
I'm sorry?
Speaker 4 (42:07):
Was it she bought it?
Speaker 5 (42:08):
I think a couple of years ago and it was
brand new.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
That's I remember that. That's a good looking truck.
Speaker 1 (42:12):
She bought it in that I guess in that bubble time,
that twenty one to twenty twenty three time when everything
was inflated. Yeah, I did. I tried to get her
traded out. It was super negative. However, there was an
option for her that she she didn't.
Speaker 2 (42:27):
She didn't she.
Speaker 1 (42:27):
Didn't want to go this particular option. There was another
option for her to go to get out of the vehicle.
And she took another route. But you said, the vehicle
right now is not running, and it's somewhere in south Haven.
Speaker 5 (42:41):
Yes, the vehicle is in south Haven. The transmission went out,
and it was going out all along. But when she
went to Sunrise, they kept telling her that the.
Speaker 6 (42:49):
Car was okay.
Speaker 1 (42:50):
I remember her saying that she I remember her telling
her that I do.
Speaker 5 (42:53):
And it's been in the shop ever since March or April,
and they keep telling her that they haven't got the
party in yet. So it's it's almost the end of
the year. So why is it taking so long to
get the party? So something needs to be done.
Speaker 2 (43:05):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Now I have to get my He's.
Speaker 6 (43:08):
Still paying on that vehicle.
Speaker 5 (43:10):
She still pays because she don't want to mess up
credit up.
Speaker 1 (43:12):
That's right, that's right.
Speaker 2 (43:13):
I can recall. I don't know. I can't remember fully.
There was a few there were there were some miles
on that vehicle.
Speaker 5 (43:20):
Right, I know, yes, yeah, it's not that many miles
on it. But they wouldn't let her traded in. They
told her she would be upside down.
Speaker 6 (43:26):
Well, she she couldn't trade it in.
Speaker 1 (43:28):
I looked at it myself, and the negative I don't
remember the numbers, but I remember it being really tall
and negative equity. Now, let me think here, would you
know the answer to this question? And you don't have
to the residence where she lives at. At that residence,
there's someone at that residence own and none general motors vehicle.
Speaker 6 (43:50):
I'm not sure. I'm not sure.
Speaker 1 (43:52):
I want you to have very well. I'm friends with her.
I can call her when I get off the air.
There is yeah, there isn't in right now that I
might be able to help her better because there wasn't
this three thousand dollars almost three thousand dollars incentive when
she visited me a few months ago, and I really
did try to get her traded out. Miss bib went,
(44:13):
I have them to over allow on the trade. It
was just too negative and I cannot remember. She will remember.
That was an option that we presented her, and she
was going to get back with us the next day,
and she decided when I talked to her, she decided
not to go that route. And I don't remember the option,
but I did present her. Since we're on the subject here,
when someone visits with me, and let's say, like in
(44:37):
this situation, the negative equity is so strong that the
banks won't even approve it, or they say you need
five ten thousand dollars down to do it, or.
Speaker 2 (44:46):
Or that you need a co signer.
Speaker 1 (44:47):
I explore all the routes and present to my guests
all the options and allow the guests to make the decision.
I don't remember mom exactly what that. There was an
option that was presented to her that she could have taken,
and she she didn't.
Speaker 2 (45:03):
She didn't.
Speaker 5 (45:04):
She stated to me that someone told her she would
be upside down, there wasn't anything they could do.
Speaker 1 (45:10):
Well, now, I never used the word nothing I can do,
because there's always something you can do. I'm sure I
said she was upside down, which I believe she already
knew that she had already someone that I believe she
had prayed somewhere else. But I need to talk with
her because I don't want to say anything. I don't
completely remember, but I presented her an option and I
remember her saying, now we're gonna wait and do something different.
(45:33):
But but again it's instead of me being on the
air here aspect because I love her.
Speaker 2 (45:37):
She talks very well. Yeah, I love that. I really did,
I know you did, and I remember.
Speaker 1 (45:45):
I remember, I remember this so vividly because she I
think she even wrote a review on Google about her
experience and I and I says, look, that alone will
get any dealership or any general manager to react.
Speaker 2 (46:00):
I said, you you should call the general manager. I
believe she did corporate.
Speaker 5 (46:05):
And now I'm in the process of getting news Channel
thirteen or three on this, because if it's not anything
that you've done, it's just that our car vehicle is
in the shop now and they keep getting giving her
to run around. So something needs to be done.
Speaker 1 (46:18):
What you're bringing up, what you're bringing up, needs to
be here, because we know, we don't we don't live
in a perfect world. A car is a machine made
by man. Man is not perfect in a machine as
we know it. It's a machine. It's going to at
some point break down. And sometimes, unfortunately, somebody will buy
a brand new car and then they have a problem,
a problem right out the gate. As a matter of fact,
that that was a story that I read where someone
(46:40):
bought a new it was some electric vehicle in the
battery out the gate was not had to replace the battery,
which the vehicle I believe, so for one hundred thousand.
The battery costs fifty thousand.
Speaker 2 (46:51):
It happens. So so Mom, you are bringing up us.
Speaker 5 (46:54):
If you have warranty or an extended warranty on it,
they shouldn't give you a run around. The should have
been all of that.
Speaker 1 (47:02):
Let me say this, and I have to say this
carefully because I am on the sales side. I'm not
in the service department side. I almost wish that I
was on the ground because one of the things that
I do is I when my customer. If I was
on the ground when she visited me back when this
was happening, I would have been in the service department
(47:23):
as her advocate. She I would be doing all the
talking trying to get her deal worked out.
Speaker 6 (47:27):
Now.
Speaker 1 (47:27):
I can't speak too tough on it because I know
there was a time where parts were hard to get,
they were hard to come by, there was a shortitch,
and things were expensive. So I have to be careful
because I don't know the details of her situation.
Speaker 2 (47:39):
Let me before you what.
Speaker 5 (47:40):
They're tailing her now that the part has been discontinuing
and it's taken a while to get it, that's what
they're tailing her.
Speaker 4 (47:47):
Now.
Speaker 1 (47:48):
Okay, Well, I want to revisit with miss shar because
I love her to the beautiful son took some beautiful
matter of fact, when they were there. I hope you
saw the pictures I took of her son. I did
beautiful shots. So I want to for sure that we
serve and help assist her. But let me give a
segue story that's somewhat related before you hang up. So
a good friend of mine, now, his name is George Page.
(48:10):
He's probably listening now. He loves Bill Johnson. Several months ago,
when I was working and again I only work right
now at the Sunrise store at wolf Chase. Several months ago,
I was working at All three dealership and mister Page
and his wife came out and they bought a Chevrolet Trax. Now,
before I mess up the details, I remember when they
bought the tracks, there was an issue that had to
(48:30):
be resolved. The dealership resolved it, and because of this
delay in getting for them getting their vehicle, that was
only one key, they paid the two three hundred dollars
to get them another key. Mister Page had some that
he felt like or thought someone told him he was
getting a free all change and that wasn't a part
of the deal. But because he was dealing directly with me,
(48:53):
I make for sure the dealership do what they're supposed
to do. So get here's the point. Just yesterday his
son who the tracks is for. His son was at
the coven in Pike store. And again I don't work
over there, but I have a little bit of I
have contacts, and I made a call or two and
got it to where his oil change, which he felt
like he was told he was going to have, but
(49:13):
it wasn't a part of the deal. But anyway, the
point I'm making is I made for sure that he
is happy the oil change was delivered to him and
no charge as he thought he was supposed to get. Now,
why did I tell you all that? The point of
me saying that is I work. I was just telling
Bell before we went over the break. You know, the
dealership closed at seven. I sometimes won't leave until nine
(49:34):
or nine thirty getting my customers deals done. I am
all in when it comes to serving my guest. I
love you, I love you, I love mshar and I
want to make for sure that I exhaust I Actually,
to be honest with you, Mom, I thought she had
already done something different because I hadn't heard from her
in months. I thought, yeah, I thought she'd done something
(49:57):
differently which and again, if someone one decides to go
to another manufacturer, I'm not. Matter of fact, I'll have
a guest in my showroom working a deal on one
of my GMC or Buick products. And I didn't get
permissions to say this young lady's name, but she was
in my dealership and she was talking about Toyota and
Hunda the whole time. I showed her my pre owned
Toyota in Hondas, but I was also showing her the
(50:19):
good deals that we had on the Buick and GMCs.
And because she kept going back to Toyota and Honda,
I have contacts. I called the those stores with contacts
that I know who do a good job, got her connected,
and she visited both the Honda and Toyota store and
eventually bought a Toyota. And I called her back and says, look,
I'm glad you're happy. I look forward to the Thanksgiving dinner.
(50:41):
That's the kind of salesperson I am. I want people
to be happy, even if they don't buy from me.
My job is to serve and that's what I do
very well. As you know, but have Miss shar to
call me or I will connect with her once I
get back to the dealership and get settled. But thank
you for bringing this up, because you know, this is life.
(51:01):
Nothing is perfect, yes, and things happen, and this will
be a story that I'm going to make for sure
that we track and give resolution for.
Speaker 2 (51:09):
So thank you for what's your name? I'm sorry, Jeanette, Jeanette, Yes, and.
Speaker 5 (51:13):
Terry, please try to help my baby again, Please do please,
I have to.
Speaker 1 (51:17):
We have to again, Jeanette. I honestly thought that she
and her friend. I thought they had did something different.
That that was the last bit of information that I got,
and I didn't go prying or find it. But now
you're getting me up to speed. So she is on
my to do list, my immediate to do list, and
I will track her story.
Speaker 5 (51:36):
Thank you, and I may come to see you soon
because I do. I own Infinity and I've had my
car every since twenty seventeen. It was brand new, paid
for and everything, and it is a targeted car, So
I may come to see you soon too. I got
to keep my Infinity, but I may get another one.
Speaker 2 (51:54):
You don't have to trade it.
Speaker 1 (51:55):
With this incentive that we have right now, but before
the month ends, this incentive will likely go. It could
they don't tell us. The dealers don't know. We don't
know what the next month's incentive is going to be
until the first of that month. But right now, even
with you not trading your infinity, you can get up
to twenty seven hundred dollars in rebate, and that's like
down If you're not trading, it looks just like down payment,
(52:18):
and it makes your deal more attractive to a bank
because here's an example.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
Before you hang up.
Speaker 1 (52:22):
Let's say you want to buy a vehicle that costs
thirty thousand. I'm gonna say round figures to make it easy.
Let's say you're looking to buy a vehicle that's thirty
thousand dollars and for round figures, let's say that this rebate,
this incentive is three thousand dollars. And you say, I
don't have down payment, but you want this vehicle. Well,
this thirty thousand dollars vehicle. Now with this three thousand
dollars rebate, the bank is gonna look at that and say, Okay,
(52:44):
her credit is good, fair, or great. She wants to
finance a thirty thousand dollars car that the dealership is
essentially selling for twenty seven thousand. Yeah, we'll do that deal.
So it just the rebate helps your deal look more
attractive to a bank. So I look forward to serving you,
and I will get on the hunt for miss Sharr
when I get back to the dealership for sure.
Speaker 5 (53:06):
Thank you, thank you, Yes, thank you, Terry. Yes, we
got to help my baby.
Speaker 1 (53:09):
First baby. You love your baby. I can tell you
love your baby.
Speaker 5 (53:13):
And my only child, yeah, only child, and I have
two grand babies and I gotta make sure they're taken
care of.
Speaker 1 (53:20):
Yes, okay, well if you could do me the favorite,
because it's one thing I'm going to ask her to do.
I need for her to probably come by and visit
me at the store. I mean that's gonna ultimately that's
what she's gonna have to come out come. I can
call her, but I'm gonna end up saying when can
you come by? And you said that truck is not
running right.
Speaker 5 (53:35):
No it's not. It's in a shop at a shop
in South Have and I think it's whatever that shop
is in South Haven, but it's been there since.
Speaker 1 (53:42):
Margine, and is there because they're waiting for a part,
waiting for a part to come in is that vehicle
is she buying the part or is it under warranty.
Speaker 7 (53:53):
I'm not sure.
Speaker 5 (53:54):
I'm thinking she's paying for it.
Speaker 1 (53:57):
Okay, So here's this is the point. This is the
point I'm gonna make if now, if she wants to
trade out of that Chevy, it needs to be driving.
It needs to come to the dealership. Because if she
shows up to the dealership and she says her truck
is not running, guess what it's worth maybe five hundred
dollars it's not to a dealership. Is not worth anything
if it's not running. So hopefully the part is put
(54:19):
in the vehicle and she can bring it to the dealership.
I'm gonna make for sure that everybody in the sales
department up to the general manager is aware of this situation,
so they can stretch every avenue to get her traded
out so we can all celebrate on air. Here what
will be a better way to come into the bail
of show as saying.
Speaker 2 (54:36):
Remember that, lady Jenne, this is what happens. That's what
I'm wanting to share.
Speaker 1 (54:41):
So I'm gonna make sure he's here here is this
audio here so we can create a story and we
all will celebrate with you and miss Sharp.
Speaker 5 (54:48):
Thank you, Jenny, thank you, thank you, Bill, thank you, Terry,
thank you so much, love you too, thank you.
Speaker 4 (54:54):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (54:54):
Wow, that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (54:56):
And yeah, and that's why y'all.
Speaker 1 (54:58):

can to get your best deal, get folks working on
what'sever going on with your automobile? That's right, Yeah, that's
exactly right. Yeah, Yeah, let's break. Carry, let's break. We

I was telling you about the roll call last night,
and I was trying to think, what was the little
country there?
Speaker 2 (01:00:44):
Thank you, Sharon. Sharon said it was Gwam. I forgot.
I forgot about gwan Oh, United States, that's our territory.
Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Wom that's true. All right, gone, Terry, all right, all right,
thank you, miss Bell. Before we go to the phone lines,
let me give you some shout outs here. My good
friend miss Ann, Hello, miss Ann. Miss Anne bought a
certified Chevrolet Malibu for me a month or a couple
of months ago, or a month and a half ago. Anyway,
this happens every so often. Miss Anne called me a
(01:01:14):
couple of days ago, and she says, Terry.
Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
My trade in. They just sent me the title to
my trade in. I said.
Speaker 1 (01:01:23):
She says, what am I supposed to do with that?
I said, miss Anna, you know I think we're supposed
to have that title. So miss Anne, thank you for
calling me. We'll get that title from you here in
short order. You may have to drive out and see
me at the store and I'll be sure to have
the dealership to pay you for your gas to come
out here and drop that title off.
Speaker 2 (01:01:39):
That happens every so often.
Speaker 1 (01:01:40):
The banks will mess up and send the title to
the to the she doesn't even own the trade anymore.
And I think we probably anyway bring it by. We'll
get everything sorted out. Big big shout out to our friend,
Miss Linda the truck driver. She's listening to you right now,
Miss Bev. She says, Hello, Hello, Miss Linda. Let me
see if I got anymore shout outs before. Yeah, I do,
(01:02:02):
Miss Mary Miles. I just got to text message from
my dealership saying that she wanted to speak and work
only with me, And that is one of the best compliments.
And you know, Miss Bebb I'm actually I'm actually not
a salesperson. Thank I thank God for allowing me to
move up the chain or move up the ladder. I'm
actually in management, but i still operate like a salesman
(01:02:25):
because I love it. Yeah, that's what I do and
I'm good at it. So you still call and contact me.
I'm going to start that deal, get everything ready, and
make for sure that you get a go through an
easy process. So when you ever, when you come to
the dealership, be sure to ask for me first. You know,
I'm not saying I'm a big shot, but it does
make a bit of a difference when you start your
deal with me.
Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
First.
Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
Number one, I'm gonna be watching that deal, and as
miss Jeannette knows, I'm gonna you know, I'm gonna go
all in and work that deal. And by the way,
I'm gonna read a message here for you. I hadn't
actually let me not let me clarify. My good friend,
my my pys Bell would say, Miss Shara just inboxed me.
I'm gonna read that inbox here in a minute and
see what she got going. But we're gonna make for
(01:03:07):
sure we track missus Shar's story and if you just
tuned in. Miss Jeannette is Missus Shar's mom. Miss Sharro
bought a Chevrolet Traverse from a Chevrolet dealership a few
years ago. I wasn't on the ground. I'm back on
the ground now. I was trying to get Missus Shar
traded out of the vehicle. She bought it in that
(01:03:28):
that twenty between twenty one twenty three when car prices
were inflated. She does have a lot of negative equity.
But again, we're gonna get it worked out. And I'm
at some point I'm gonna open up this message and
read missus shar message, and if it's something that I
can read over the air.
Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
I will. Uh So, thank you. Miss Mary Miles. She
put a a lee. We call it lee. She wanted
to work only with me.
Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
That means a lot to me. And I think you're
interested in that. Lexus. Uh, we have a cash car,
so Lexus. It's a great military guy, a Navy guy
owned it, traded it in for GMC terrain. But I
will get with you after the show and we'll go
through that. Big shout out to my friends Betty and
Lenny Jackson. Every two years, every twenty four months, they
(01:04:15):
leased their vehicles, and I said, miss Betty.
Speaker 2 (01:04:18):
Why do y'all lease every two years?
Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
Her point is well taken. Check this out and think
of it.
Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
It's true, she says, Terry.
Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
If we trade out or lease our vehicles every twenty
four months, we are always under warranty. Because again, the
most bumper the bumper warrants is are three or thirty
six thousand miles. The power trains are five year, sixty
thousand miles. They're always under warranty, and they always have
the latest and greatest technology. And I love them. I
thank them. They heard that I was back on the
(01:04:47):
ground and they're gonna drive to me. And I sincerely
appreciate that I go out of my way for all
my guests, not because I have to, It's because I
love to the guys at the dealership to their couple
of guys were saying, man, I'm Offtimore.
Speaker 2 (01:05:02):
I can't be waiting to be off tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
I said, our off day, and I was like, I asked,
I said, why y'all celebrating one of the guys and
he said, some truth, he says, Terry. Some of us
are happy when we're off. I'm off and I'll still
come to work, right. But anyway, we got some folks
holding on the phone lines, miss Bible. Let's jump to it,
going to our phone lines to talk with you. Unforgetful,
my guy, forgiveful, unforgiveful man. I was thinking about you
(01:05:27):
on my drive over here, and before you ask me
unforgiveful loves and I love you for this.
Speaker 4 (01:05:32):
Now.
Speaker 1 (01:05:32):
He loves to ask questions. They're in left field. You're
like where that comes from. But it always puts me
on some homework. So before you get going with your
new question, then me go ahead and put forth what
I've gathered from you. So I mentioned on the last
show a couple of weeks ago, when it came to
paint work or body work the story at in Carville,
(01:05:55):
we had our own body shop and paint shop. Well, Lithia,
a ten billion dollar New York Stock exchange organization, has
bought the Wolf Chase Sunrise store and the Caryville store.
Something else is going on with the Covenant Pike store,
and I'll talk about that when that happens, but then
it'll be very soon. So I asked the question today
(01:06:18):
when I got into the dealership. Cause said, you know what,
my gout. Unforgetful ask the question, and I don't have
any recommendations for him, and I want to be able
to provide him and others who may be interested in
some recommendations. So unforgetful, I've got a couple recommendations for
you before you asked. Enough the next left field question.
So I asked the service manager at our service department
(01:06:38):
who would they use for bodywork and paintwork. Interesting enough,
there's a new guy who was hired in in the
service department. He says he used to work for a
company in Bartlett called Classic Collision, and I looked them up.
Classic Collision in Bartlett, Tennessee. They have four point nine
on their review so they do a really good job.
(01:07:00):
So one recommend and again I don't endorse him. I
don't know him, hadn't seen the shop, but he said.
Speaker 6 (01:07:04):
He will endorse them.
Speaker 2 (01:07:06):
You know who they are.
Speaker 6 (01:07:07):
I do endorse them. Oh wow, uh Catibal Collision, Like
you said Classic. I know they got a store in Bokra,
but they also have store over there on the summer
Lot's down streets for enterprise. I'm trying to think of
that's uh over here about the Chevrolet.
Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
Union Ford well, he said classic endorsement because I dealt
with him before.
Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
Okay, well, good deal. Let me give you the other
one before we get sidetracked. The other one.
Speaker 1 (01:07:33):
I called over to our good friend Adrian right over
at Winchester TI in the line, and I says, Adrian,
if you all need bodywork or paintwork, who do you
go to? And he said, they use Massive body Shop
on East Mallory.
Speaker 6 (01:07:44):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:07:44):
Their review I saw on line was a four point seven.
You ever used them before?
Speaker 2 (01:07:48):
Unforgetful?
Speaker 6 (01:07:50):
No, I ain't been there. I only been calibal collision
uh one time. Okay, but uh, I just want to
ask a crazy question.
Speaker 4 (01:08:00):
Always.
Speaker 2 (01:08:01):
No, they're good the walk, But.
Speaker 6 (01:08:04):
You say wolf Chase, would you say somebody bought it
or somebody?
Speaker 2 (01:08:08):
No, it's pretty.
Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
It should be information that you can see now out there,
there's a large outfit called Lithia. Lithia owns five, probably
six hundred stores worldwide auto dealers, auto automotive dealerships they own.
They owned dealerships across the planet, not just in Memphis
or the US, across the globe.
Speaker 6 (01:08:29):
Yeah, I tell you right now that will take out
full of cars over there and straight.
Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
I like this, Yes, let me finish the statement though, well,
that's why I bought my car.
Speaker 2 (01:08:37):
Let me finish. He doesn't listen.
Speaker 1 (01:08:41):
I forgive you got people out there that want to
hear the answer to the question you asked me. Let
me finish the answer. So so I don't anybody says.
Speaker 4 (01:08:48):
Hey, Terry, you did finish.
Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
So Lithia Lithia, this.
Speaker 1 (01:08:52):
Large outfit, a ten billion dollar New York stock exchange company.
They purchased the Caruville store and the wolf Chase store
on June the third. Now, someone may say, why did
it just purchase two stores and not all three? General
Motors would not allow this huge conglomerate to buy all
three stores because it's not a minority. If it was
(01:09:15):
a minority buying all three, they would have permitted it.
But because it's not a minority of buying all three,
that says no, you can't own sixty percent of the
market share. And that's why things are the way they are.
The Covening Pipe. Some things are happening with that. I
am not at a place where I can speak on
it just yet, but I will when things happen. Now, unforgiveful,
I love you because you're gonna give me a left
(01:09:37):
field question in BEV and I were ready for it.
Speaker 6 (01:09:41):
Okay, if I've all electric carle with interested in one
when I kept saying so many riding around Now just
in Chase, I decide to go seas over me? What
I have is the problem over there? Like if I
take it to Noonburgh, Germany.
Speaker 1 (01:10:00):
You know that the overseas I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:10:02):
You know, I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:10:03):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:10:03):
Again, when he asked questions, I have to give the disclaimers.
Speaker 6 (01:10:06):
Well, you can use cards in the United States, can
go overseas with it.
Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
Let me let me know that.
Speaker 1 (01:10:11):
Yes, yeah, let me give the disclaimers. You know I
don't live overseas. I've never driven electric car receives. Matter
of fact, I haven't driven anything over there. I always
catch it. I get rise because I don't want to
get caught up in their system.
Speaker 2 (01:10:23):
But I haven't been over that.
Speaker 1 (01:10:24):
But but I want if the Lord permits, if the Lord,
the Good Lord allows me, I hope to travel abroad
this year. Perhaps it depends on, you know, how everything
pans out in the next couple of months or so.
But I'll do a little scouting for you and see
what I can come up with. As far as like.
Speaker 6 (01:10:41):
The reason what the reason I asked was because see
everybody talking about on the world stage. You know, I've
been all over these places, and I know when I
was over there in Germany how things went, you know, because.
Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
And how long ago was that?
Speaker 6 (01:10:58):
That was?
Speaker 2 (01:11:00):
Okay? So you know things change.
Speaker 4 (01:11:02):
Let me see you, let me count it up for you.
Speaker 2 (01:11:07):
Forget I'm looking, go ahead and give me this left
field question. He already gave it to you.
Speaker 4 (01:11:12):
Was that?
Speaker 3 (01:11:13):
That was it?
Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
So okay? All right, I'm forgetful. So Terry will check out,
well he.
Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Will, he will check it out and see if you
can if you be aby to plug your car up
and you go back to Germany.
Speaker 6 (01:11:25):
No, I'm not saying that answer the question.
Speaker 4 (01:11:29):
This is the last question.
Speaker 2 (01:11:30):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:11:31):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
I love your question.
Speaker 6 (01:11:33):
Can you go in the United I mean, where can
you go in mephid if you bought an electric car
to get the power up, you know, like the gas.
Speaker 2 (01:11:40):
Now let me get let me give you the answer
for that, because it's really simple.
Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
You know, if you if you bought an electric cars
that they of course the dealership that you buy it from.
Speaker 2 (01:11:49):
Of course you can charge it at that dealership.
Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
But You can also go to Google and type in
electric vehicle powering stations and it pulls up a map
for you. You'll be kind of maybe there quite a
few spots you can you can go and get that
that charge so unforgetful at your house, right, you can?
You can charge it up at your house.
Speaker 6 (01:12:14):
With all that money you got, they got a Corona
system where you can charge up at your house.
Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
Yes, yes, you can charge it up at your house.
Speaker 6 (01:12:21):
I didn't know that.
Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
Yeah you can.
Speaker 1 (01:12:22):
I have friends who have electric cars who charge them.
They have those big money folks, you know, they charging
the house.
Speaker 5 (01:12:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:12:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:12:31):
So so when you go buy your car, because when
you asked, can I charge it up this at my house?
Speaker 2 (01:12:37):
And they're gonna say, unforgetful, Sure you can.
Speaker 1 (01:12:41):
Now, let me give you a more information now now,
of course, if you plug it up into the regular nobody.
Speaker 6 (01:12:46):
If there anybody out there that got electric biccause I
would like to know something about it, please call it. Okay, Terry,
y'all have a nice day and you forget.
Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
Yes, sir, yeah, Terry, I have an email, that's what.
And since good morning, Bev and Terry, hope you're doing well.
We're doing well, Terry, if I could you ask Terry
if he has a twenty twenty If you have Terry
at the dealership, I'm assuming he's asking a twenty twenty
four new Toyota four Runner limited in your inventory. That's
(01:13:22):
the vehicle I'm interested in, perfectly in gray or black.
I'm also looking to trade in two vehicles, a twenty
nineteen Audi with less than thirty five thousand miles and
a Jeep Gladiator. He got money with less than forty
five thousand miles. Additionally, I want to mention that I'm
(01:13:44):
pre qualified with my credit Union money.
Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
Thank you for your assistance. My law, Hey, I love it,
my love, my law, my law. That's his name.
Speaker 1 (01:13:55):
That's the name of oh I got my law. That's
what he said, n I ledes, we got plenty money.
I can tell by why you can tell what the
vehicles he's trading in Gladiators that's some nice you know,
those cheap vehicles. Then he wants a twenty four you know, Toyota.
Speaker 2 (01:14:11):
So let me say this here.
Speaker 1 (01:14:12):
I always give disclaimers out. I am a when it
comes to new vehicles. I sell brand new GMC and
Buick products. But yes, I could have if someone has
bought one and traded it in already, I could have that.
Speaker 2 (01:14:27):
Twenty twenty four did he say Highlander?
Speaker 4 (01:14:30):
What was it?
Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
A Toyota what Toyota fore Runner the four Runner Limited? No,
I don't have one in inventory right now. When I
left the dealership, I didn't. Somebody could be there right
now trading one. But let me give you and I'm
not afraid. You know, my competitors are my friends. Also
my good friend Chris Taylor. He would love he maybe listen.
He would love the fact that I'm mentioning his name.
(01:14:52):
Chris Taylor. He's Bell Johnson's good friend as well as
Chris Taylor. He's over at the Chuck Hutting store in Whitehaven.
I had at Shelby Drive and fifty five. His telephone
number does not mind me giving it out. His telephone
number is nine oh one two three three three three
three zero.
Speaker 2 (01:15:12):
Chris.
Speaker 1 (01:15:13):
If he doesn't have the vehicle that you're hunting for,
he has access to get it brand new. I would
recommend that you connect with Chris. Let me also say
this here. I tell my customers this because I have
an I have a we have access to a website.
It's called smart auction. I can find you whatever you're
(01:15:35):
looking for from the Lamborghini. I don't think they'll make
Pentos anymore. That's my joke, Lamb. We can find it
for you. But here is the thing I like to
give my guests. If I go on there and find
exactly what you're looking for and we can do it, it's.
Speaker 2 (01:15:50):
Harder for me to save you money this way.
Speaker 1 (01:15:53):
Now, yes, I can probably get you a fairly good deal,
but you have to keep in mind that other dealers
are also bidding for that car, which drives the price up.
Speaker 2 (01:16:02):
A little bit.
Speaker 1 (01:16:03):
So if you're hunting for a particular car you cannot
find I can get it for you. Don't know if
I can get you the best price. So what I
tell my guest, if you're looking for a particular vehicle,
it's better for me. If you want me to save
you money, it's better for me to get one that's
traded in. And the reason why is because when people
(01:16:25):
trade it in, there are two values, and this is
common knowledge. You have a trade in value that's less
than retail value, and we are not When someone trades
the vehicle in, we're not competing with another dealership.
Speaker 2 (01:16:37):
So we're getting the.
Speaker 1 (01:16:39):
Vehicle at or just about probably a little You know,
sometimes people fight for more money.
Speaker 2 (01:16:44):
I don't blame you when you do.
Speaker 1 (01:16:45):
We may pay a little bit more for trade in
value to get it in stock, but still I can
save you money when we go to retail that vehicle.
So my law called Chris Taylor. He's gonna have what
you're looking for. If he doesn't have it, he has
the he can get it because that's what he does,
brand new Toyota products. Let me segue real quick if
(01:17:07):
I can give a huge shout out to my friend
Beth Henderson.
Speaker 2 (01:17:10):
Her and her and her husband.
Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
They own a food truck and I'm looking forward to
doing business with them. Bev and I we had a
little bit of a debate over the break. That debate
was about Terry. When you when you had the food
truck to come out back in July, did you give
any updates?
Speaker 2 (01:17:25):
And I'm like Bell, I'm sure that I did.
Speaker 1 (01:17:28):
I can't believe I would go in the air and
not say anything I was and I would flip back
through my notes. I don't have any notes specifying that
I said anything. So to make for sure that I
gave mister and missus Ellington their due props bebe.
Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
I'm almost certain that I did, but at any rate,
let me let me just redo it.
Speaker 1 (01:17:49):
So they brought their food truck out and they served
all the employees of the Sunrise and Bartlet food and
every guest that came to the dealership, if they bought
a car or not. We the dealership paid for their lunch.
They raised enough money to provide to provide scholarships for
three families.
Speaker 2 (01:18:09):
Oh fabulous. Yes, we love the Ellingtons.
Speaker 1 (01:18:14):
Now Miss Beth Henderson and her husband they own a
food truck. We're looking forward to doing business with them
at some point in the future because Miss Bell, one
of my duties in my new position is to engage
with the community, which I do all I always do that. Anyway,
the dealership is paying me to do it. So so
you mean to tell me you're gonna pay me to
(01:18:35):
do what I'm already doing and I love to do it. Hey,
it's like a dream job, right, yes, And you know
I do photographs and do video and dealer says, hey,
we're gonna we're gonna pay you to do that.
Speaker 2 (01:18:44):
Says, I love it. You're gonna pay me to do
what I do as a hottie. I love it. I
love it, so that's what I do.
Speaker 1 (01:18:50):
Anything happening before. Yeah, we're going to our phone line
to talk to you. Thank you for waiting, high caller.
Speaker 2 (01:18:58):
I'm doing well in yourself.
Speaker 4 (01:19:01):
Good.
Speaker 2 (01:19:01):
This is running, Hi, Ronny, Hey running?
Speaker 6 (01:19:05):
All right.
Speaker 7 (01:19:06):
I've got a question, Terry. I'm not I know you're
not a mechanic, but I got a twenty two thousand
and three under cord and it's a gas saver and
I want to get it fixed. I'm not sure. Is
it the program on the key why I won't crank?
Or it has jump time? And if it's jump time,
(01:19:29):
how much as the timing changed?
Speaker 2 (01:19:31):
Now, Runnie, we got the perfect person for you. Those
expresses are are the running.
Speaker 1 (01:19:37):
Terry's not a mccanic. But if you go over to
Winchester time to see my buddy Adrian. Right, that's right,
I got his information. Yeah, he running. They can help
you out. They will so so so Runnie, Terry's gonna
give you. Yeah, well, Terry's gonna you got something to
write the telephone number down, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (01:20:00):
Okay, yeah, now Bell, you should see her expressions running.
Speaker 1 (01:20:02):
They got a keeper. Well, She is referring to Winchester
Tire and Alignment. They have been in business for over
fifty years. It is managed by a good, fine young man.
His name is Adrian Wright. He is a general manager.
Ask for him, tell him that BEV and I told
you to call. Their telephone number is nine zero one
(01:20:24):
three four five five four eight four again nine oh
one three four five five four eight four. They are
located in Whitehaven on Winchester, just east of Meal Branch.
Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
You're gonna love.
Speaker 1 (01:20:39):
The facility is super clean and they give really professional work.
And I almost wish mis bill By was a mechanic
or had some kind of certification because I could help
so many people with that knowledge. And maybe I'll try
to go, you know, take a few classes so when
people call in with those regular questions I can give
answers for it.
Speaker 6 (01:20:58):
Well he told it, Yes, yes, yes, yes, they will.
Speaker 2 (01:21:03):
Tow it as well.
Speaker 1 (01:21:05):
Yes, So Ronnie, when you hang up from us, call
a when they answer the phone, say I want to speak.
Speaker 2 (01:21:10):
To Adri right exactly.
Speaker 1 (01:21:12):
They're gonna give you good serious but yeah, yeah, they
will tow it, Yes they will, all right, Thank you,
You're welcome, Thank you, my good friends, and Terry. Somebody
was saying, how do you know because they came and
got my my, my PT crews when when it needed a.
Speaker 2 (01:21:28):
Battery and stuff. But they will come in. They will
tow it, That's right, they will tow it for you.
Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
Now, some of someone may ask, what, Terry, you work
at a dealership and you have a service department while
you're recommending other people. Because Bev and I we recognize
what a good operation looks like. Yes, and people who
operate a first class operation, they give great service.
Speaker 2 (01:21:47):
You have to give them their props and give them
their give them a.
Speaker 1 (01:21:51):
Salute, because these folks will go out their way to
kind of like what BEV does or what I do
when I'm with a guest, I go out my way
for them, Miss Bell. Before we go back to the
phone lines or the mail, let me read this here
because Bev said this was shared yesterday in regards to
the warranty. People always have questions about warranton and as
you know, I never endorse any warranty companies. I'll give
stories about them. But this was this was read yesterday.
(01:22:14):
If I'm not mistaken, But let me just read it
again here again. This is about warranties and warranty companies
just so you so you know it, says the n
RRM LLC, which does business as car Shield along with
American Autoshield LLC, the administrator of its vehicle service contracts,
(01:22:36):
will pay ten million dollars to settle Federal Trade Commission
charges that its advertisements and teler marketing for vcs are
deceptive and misleading, and many purchasers found that many repairs
were not covered despite making payments of up to one
(01:22:58):
hundred and twenty dollars per month. The FTC also alleges
car Shields celebrity and consumer endorses endorsers made false statements
in its ads. So, as I've always said, I never
try to stand behind or endorse any of these companies.
But it has been proven that they are producing misleading ads.
(01:23:20):
They don't cover everything, and you always hear that complaint.
I went here and they said it didn't cover this.
So that's why again that I recommend that if you
have a Toyota, to go to the Toyota store allowed
them to tell you what their warrants would cause. If
you own a Mazda, go to the Mazda store. The
dealership allowed them to quote you a number because they're
(01:23:40):
going to most likely have warrants that will cover your
vehicle as it states Ms.
Speaker 2 (01:23:44):
Beth, all right, we're gonna take a break, Terry.
Speaker 1 (01:23:46):
Yes, and when we come back, we will wrap things
up with our automotive specialists Terry Spicer.
Speaker 2 (01:23:54):
And don't forget he's here.
Speaker 1 (01:23:56):
If I question for nine zero one five three, nine
three four two eight hundred five zero three nine three
four two eight three three five three five nine three
four two can't get in, email me your question at
Bev Johnson at iHeartMedia dot com.
Speaker 2 (01:24:17):

Speaker 1 (01:25:48):

I work at the Sunrise store in Bartlett, Tennessee. That
is on Highway sixty four. If you know where the
wall Mark and Sam's is in Bartlett, we sit on
the same corner as the Walmart and Sam's, sort of
kind of across the street from the Wolf Chase Gaalleria.
Speaker 2 (01:26:09):
Malluh you got it?
Speaker 5 (01:26:14):

Speaker 1 (01:26:18):

Speaker 1 (01:26:24):

hadn't give my telephone m out any of the show.
So I'll do it right now, and i'll do it

one six seven to two four four two two.
Speaker 7 (01:26:40):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:26:41):
What is.
Speaker 1 (01:26:44):
The address? Thank you for asking. That address is eighty
five hundred Highway sixty four. Eighty five hundred Highway sixty four, Bartlett, Tennessee.
Speaker 7 (01:26:58):
All right, So when I'm making them, put my college
number and call that number.
Speaker 2 (01:27:03):

I pretty much, Miss Janice.
Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
I've worked whatever time, day and time you say I'm
gonna be there to make for sure you get the
service you deserve.
Speaker 7 (01:27:15):
Okay, I really do appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (01:27:17):
I really need an we're gonna put it together. Thank
you so much for calling and asking those questions.
Speaker 2 (01:27:23):
Okay, then thank you Janie. Okay, bye bye, thank you missus.
Speaker 1 (01:27:28):
Jannis. Go on, Terry benv is about to run me
out of here. I see that woofleball back coming out
of her bag. So let's go ahead and give a
couple shoutouts and then I'll go to my clothes. Super
big high salute to my my friends Marquisha Pete and
her husband, Marshall Pete. They came by the dealership a
little over a week ago and bought their daughter a
(01:27:50):
brand new Buick. It is beautiful. The picture and video
of that. That whole deal is on my Facebook. I
would like for you to be my friend on Facebook.
Go to Facebook and type in Terry Spicer.
Speaker 2 (01:28:04):
I have on a blue suit.
Speaker 1 (01:28:05):
Hit the follow button and you'll see all of the
deals that we put together. I manage the social media
for the store, so those posts go to my own wall,
and of course I managed the Sunrise store wall as well.
Let me give a couple more shot out here. Won't
go into detail like I wanted to, but Kendram Morris,
thank you so much for allowing me to serve you.
Andrew Finney Junior, he called me, miss Bev and says, Terry,
(01:28:27):
I'm looking for a twenty three or a twenty four
pre owned certified GMC Canyon.
Speaker 4 (01:28:34):
Do you have one?
Speaker 1 (01:28:35):
And incidentally, our finance manager, her father bought a twenty
three Canyon, beautiful color, the color you hadn't seen before.
Matter of fact, I can't even call the name of it.
And I said, mister Finny, you are not gonna believe this.
Kind of like the Bell Johnson situation. Bev called me,
says Terry, were looking for a particular juke. I went
back to the dealership and I had that juke. Same
thing happened with mister Finnie and her father. He bought
(01:28:58):
the vehicle and unfortunately he fell ill.
Speaker 2 (01:29:00):
He's ill now.
Speaker 1 (01:29:01):
They just decided to go ahead and sell the vehicle.
Twenty three canyon with only seventeen hundred miles, and mister
Finnie has a certified canyon. The powertrain warranted on a
new Canyon would be five years, sixty thousand miles. Well,
he has a twenty three now with six year one
hundred thousand miles, and the vehicle right now only has
seventeen hundred miles, So really good deal for you, mister Finney.
(01:29:22):
Thank you for allowing me to serve my friend April Miller,
who lives in Brownsville, Tennessee. I sold her when I
was on the ground back in twenty twenty. I sold
her a Nissan Ultimate. She called me this weekend and says, hey,
my Nie, Son Ultimate, the transmission is out, is down.
And I said to her, made that Nissan Ultima rest
(01:29:42):
in peace. Come on by, and she did, and we
got her into a brand new twenty twenty four Encore GX.
Make sure I got all my notes out. Oh my
good friend, my beautiful friend, Shar, Shar, I love you.
I love Janet. And Shar sent me a message saying basically,
she says, hey, Terry, my mom the radio. She's laughing
out loud. I am so embarrassed, Miss Shard. Do not
(01:30:04):
be embarrassed, because this is just a life story. Things
are not perfect. Mom called in on the reality of
things that are happening, and I am looking so forward
to getting back with you and mom and sharing your
story in the next couple of weeks of what's happening.
But she basically says her vehicle is in South Haven,
(01:30:24):
the transmission is down, and she's waiting on a part
has been waiting since May, and I need to get
with you, miss Shah to find out. Or maybe I
can call and put pressure on the folks at the
Chevy dealership down in South Haven to say, hey, what's
going on. I need to get my friend traded out,
get this part in here, but we'll connect. Bevis once
again and got this whoof of ball bat waving at me.
(01:30:46):
Let me give you my closing information here. If you
are in the market, or you think you may be
in the market for a vehicle, allow me to serve you,
and I will I do something a little bit different
from most folks in the business. If you come by
and see me and I don't have exactly what you're
looking for. My benefit to you is I am connected
with most all the dealers here in the Mid South.
(01:31:07):
Like I just told you, I didn't give permission to
say her name, so I will not. But a friend
of mine actually actually it's my dentist, mom My dentist.
She and I went to the school together, but I'll
just leave it right there. Her mom came by the
dealership to see me, wanting a Honda or Toyota. I
had both vehicles pre on. She wanted one new, and
I just you know, I told her I can't sell
(01:31:28):
it brand new. But I did show her my new
GMC and Bury products. And when it was all said
and done, I saw that she really wanted the Honda
and Toyota. I called both franchise dealerships. I set up
the helped her set up the your appointments. She visited
the Hunter store first and then ultimately bought the Toyota.
And that's the kind of guy I am. If you
(01:31:48):
want a particular vehicle. Let me also say this spell
the dealership pays me. I don't get per se a
commission per sale. I do this because they pay me
a salary. Yeah, so I serve you because I love
serving you. When you come in, I make for sure
you're hydrated. God forbid, you're looking a little hungry. I
may even get you some crackers or something, but we're
(01:32:09):
gonna make sure you're good while you're going through the process.
Speaker 2 (01:32:12):
But I'll close now because Bell's eye is getting big.
Speaker 1 (01:32:14):
My telephone number is nine zero one six seven two
four four two two. I am located at the Sunrise
store at Wolf Chase in Bartlett, Tennessee. And Bartlett, Tennessee
is where most all the big brands are. So when
you venture out to see me in Bartlett, if for
some reason I don't have what you're looking for, you're
(01:32:36):
already near the other dealerships, the Tesla store, the BMW store,
the Honda. All the big brands are out there, so
visit me. My address is eighty five hundred Highway sixty
four in Bartlett, Tennessee. I only work at that store,
but I'll serve you whatever way I need to.
Speaker 2 (01:32:53):
One more time.
Speaker 1 (01:32:53):
My number is nine oh one six seven to two
four four two two. If you're driving, you can't write now.
I have a website that's my name that has that
information on it. Go to Terryspicer dot com and all
my information would pull up.
Speaker 2 (01:33:08):
Beautiful Bisbeth.
Speaker 1 (01:33:09):
Yes, sounds good. Thank you Terry Spicing. Thank you our
automotive specialist.
Speaker 2 (01:33:16):
You did well today, bro today, Yes, ma'am, you worked hard.
Speaker 1 (01:33:21):
We want to thank you callers, Thank you listeners for
joining us this day on the Bev Johnson Show. We do,
we really do appreciate you, so until tomorrow, please be safe.
Speaker 2 (01:33:37):
Cap a cool head, y'all.
Speaker 1 (01:33:38):
Don't let anyone steal your joy. Until tomorrow, I'm dev
Johnson and y'all keep the faith. The views and opinions
(01:34:11):
discussed on The Bev Johnson Show are that of the
