of conversation a convicted felon's continued laws, gas lighting, and
confusion coming out of the Puzzled Palace formerly known as
the White House, Doctor Harper.

Okay, beb. Last week I presented information regarding the alarming, confusing, depressing,
and anxiety producing impact of the current president's massive and
overwhelming number of self aggrandizing executive orders that he signed,
and I doubled down on these few executive directives, where
Number one I spoke on how the convicted felon in

the Puzzle Pazzle formerly known as the White House, said
that he yes, he wants to take ownership of Gaza
and for the purpose of building up building on Palestinian land,
a luxurious paradise resort area, evidently for the rich, and
that Palestinians will be allowed to return to live there,
but first they must leave Palestine and in particular Gaza,

so that the American military confine and diffuse unexploded bombs,
and that the Palestinians can wait out being displaced in
Egypt or Jordan. Well, i'll give you some update on
that information later in the broadcast. Number two I also
spoke on the two million or so federal workers who
were offered a deal to resign by February six or

suffer the consequences which were unknown, and that thousands, say
maybe twenty thousand or so at that particular time, had
taken the bait and signed the resignation papers. I'll talk
more about that. Number three I also presented on the
back and forth announcements regarding the President telling the federal
government to not celebrate Black History Month, Martin Luther King

Junior Holiday or June Team celebrations and festivities, only to
turn around and sign a proclamation recognizing a few black
Republican heroes, but leaving out intentionally the struggles inflicted on
black and brown people by white so called Americans, which
I will speak to that later as well. I also
spoke briefly on Rump's destruction of diversity, equity and inclusion

programs and policies, which are now banned throughout the federal
government as well as being prohibited to be enacted by businesses, organizations,
and corporations throughout America, noting that if businesses, organizations, or
corporations don't comply with getting rid of DEI programs, then
legal actions may be taken against them. I also listed businesses, organizations,

and corporations that still have chosen to support DEI and
those cowardly businesses, organizations, and corporations who have allowed the
bit bag woolf in the Puzzle Palace to immediately stop
all DEI activities and practices. I will also briefly address
that issue as well later. And lastly, I addressed the
double issue of undocumented immigrants who are also repeat criminal

offenders who have been removed from this country and forcibly
taken back to their home country, only to illegally sneak
back into American and Rump's plan is to pay the
government of El Salvador to jail these repeated immigrants. And
what was equally important, Rump is making plans to send
repeat American offenders to foreign countries whenever wherever he can

find the best bargain for jailing them. So Bell, let's
get started today by talking first about Timothy Snyder. He
is eleventh Professor of History at Yale University and the
author of several books. One of his books, produced in
twenty seventeen, titled on Tyranny Twenty Lessons from the twentieth
Century end quote, which I outlined several months ago, focused

on the rise of fascism brewing up during the first
Trump administration. Writing that quote, the founding fathers tried to
protect us from the threat they knew, the tyranny that
overcame ancient democracy. Today, our political orders face new threats.
Not unlike the dictatorship of the twentieth century, we are
no wiser than the Europeans who saw democracy give in

to fascism, Nazism or communism. Our one advantage is that
we might learn from their experience unquote. So let's approach
the convicted felon in the Puzzle Palace demise of democracy
from a realistic, rational and truthful standpoint by first understanding
three words which characterize this president, starting with the first

word being tyrant, and so what is a tyrant? A
tyrant is a cruel and oppressive ruler who exercises power
absolutely and brutally. The second word is demagogue, So what
is a demagogue? A demagogue is a political leader who
seeks support by appealing to the desires but mainly the
prejudices of ordinary people, rather than using rational and factual arguments.

The third word is oligarchy, and what is a oligarchy?
Oligarchy is a small group of people having control of
a country, organization, our institution, who rule over people by
relying on the public being obedient and oppressing people who
do not engage in that behavior. So, in my opinion,
the convicted felon in the Puzzle Palace formerly known as

the White House, is a tyrant who campaigned on reigning
down legal and physical terror on all those who opposed him,
indirectly and directly encouraging his right wing terroristic malicious militants
to harm his political oppointments, and revoking secret Service protection
for political leaders and his adversaries who criticized his judgment

on matters that he, as the president at that time,
had no experience in commenting on. For example, this inhumane
caricature of a president removed the federal detail of protection
from world famous doctor Frauci, who guided Americans expertly in
safety through the pandemic. And Trump personally stated, and I
quote in regard to Fauci quote he feel no responsibility

of harm befalls him. He is giving out the dog
whistle to his followers to go after this man. Rump
is also a demagogue who sought support from ordinary people
by scaring the hell out of them about criminal immigrants
coming into this country illegally and murdering, raping, robbing, and
destroying everything this country stands for, which was a total lie.

But many of us thinking people who did not give
in to Rump's lives about massive numbers of criminal illegal
immigrants committing crimes throughout America knew from reading Roland Martin's
book entitled White Fear, How the Browning of America is
making White folks lose their mind that Rump was lying
and stirring up horrific stereotypes designed to terrify white people

to the point of becoming paranoid and scared for their lives.
It is important to note that Rump is very good
at running game and gaslighting. Is the educationally limited supporters
and have refused to answer a question who refuse to
question their own negative stereotypes regarding black and brown ethnic
groups throughout America, and since it miseducated maga nuts refuse

used to fact check what he talks about and who
he demeans. Then they are left withholding a bag of
lies while while he frolics about signing more and more
executive orders to further cause intense fear and trauma throughout
the white Republican communities, and he blames the majority of
America's problems on quote, illegal criminal immigrants invading our borders unquote,

rather than helping out his fellow white Americans in North
Carolina and Florida who were hard hit by national disasters.
These are red states that voted for Trump. That are
still crying out for FEMA funding to rebuild their homes
and their lives, while their model president is bragging over
his thoughts to closing down FEMA, which is the main

program that provided the financial assistance to rebuild the homes
and lives and communities and places all over this country
after disasters. However, black folks need to start or continue
to keep one thing in mind, and that is wealthy
tyrants do not like to spend money on poor or
destitute people or needed communities unless this unless it is

(14:03):
going to benefit them or risk them in some way.
They rather choose to leave it to the needy, desperate,
and penniless families to pull up their own bootstraps and
expect little to nothing from big government pockets. This is
the behavior of a demagogue and a tyrant. And Rump
is also an oligarch along with his oligarch handed handpicked
cabinet members and political appointees, all being very rich business

leaders with a great deal of political influence. I want
the listening audienst to know just how much monetary influence
Trump's billionaire boys club brings to his tyrannical, dictatorial and
oligarchical power. Graph. So Trump's bionnaire, cabinet and total appointees
combined have wealth which is estimated to exceed four hundred
and sixty billion dollars. These are people that He's put

around him four hundred and sixty billion dollars. Sixteen of
Trump's twenty five wealthiest appointees and nominees are amongst the
eight hundred and thirteen billionaires in the United States. However,
three hundred and forty one million of the rest of us,
all the rest of us. Now, don't get me wrong,
I have nothing against nothing, no love or hatred against mean,

there's a billionaires, but the rest of us, who make
about sixty one thousand dollars a year and black folks
who probably make less than that, tend to suffer. So
the question I have to ask all Trump supporters is
that when did a billionaire ever give to you, or
assist you, or provide for you, or even acknowledge your

existence of living from paycheck to paycheck. And the second
question is how do you think billionaires become billionaires? Let
me answer that question for you. In one way or another,
billionaires become billionaires off the backs and sweat of oppressed people.
People too scared to speak truth to power throughout the world.
And most of these people's blood, sweat and tears are

(15:53):
never compensated, never paid for their nation building efforts. They
were just taking advantage of, like the enslaved Africans in
America that truly made America great, but not for the
benefit of the workers, only for the benefit of white
racist plantation owners and white racist northern cotton traders and
the white racist railroad and shipping industries. So yes, the

convicted fella in the Puzzle Palace formerly known as the
white hoast. This the designation of definition of a tyrant
who is a dictator and one who rules by oppressing
those who are critical of his racist and diabolical white
supremacist plans for America in the world. And yes, the
convicted fury in the Puzzle Palace is a demagogue, which
is a person who plays on the fears or lesser

informed persons and trying his best to frighten them into
all these prejudices that they choose to encounter. And yes,
the convicted fella in the Puzzle Palace is an oligarch,
which is a very rich person who has tremendous influence
over all of us, and one who oppresses people who
not go along with his dictates. So hopefully now we

know what is a dictator, a tyrant, and an oligarch.

Okay, now, we heard last week that the convicted felon
in the White House said that he wants the US
to take ownership of Gaza and that he expects Egypt
and Jordan primarily, as well as other Arab countries to
take these homeless, houseless, penniless, traumatized and grieving, medically compromised
people into their countries. He wants them to leave Gaza

(19:57):
until all the dust from the bombed out homes, a
lack of water, lack of food, lack of basic necessities
can be restored. But then on Monday of this week,
the convicted fella specifically said Palestinians will not be allowed
to move back to Gaza and that Palestinians who try
to stay there will be removed by force, which is

called ethnic cleansing and has been characterized or described as
a crime against humanity. Rump claims that he will make
Gaza the rivie era of the Middle East. He initially
said that our military will only assist in finding and
destroying unexploded bombs. But you know that this is the
president who has been characterized as a liar, and we

know that he in the Israeli government is going to
forcibly remove Palestinians from their homeland as well as force
them to live in Egypt, Jordan or any place that
will accept them, and then build this marvelous palace for
their rich oligarchs, to rich tyrants and the demigods of
the world. And oh yeah, by the way, you know
that while Trump's bid is busy building up another Trump

Tower in Gaza, Israel will continue to establish further settlements
throughout what used to be Palestinian land, resulting in the
Palestinian people being America's second forced exodus of people from
their homeland. And it's the second force trail of tears.
You see, my sisters and brothers, America history, American history
does repeat itself. Initially, it was the first nations people

forced from their homeland by white government officials and the military.
And now with the Palestinians who rump is going to
force off their land to reside who knows where. So
American history does repeat itself, as I said, And since
this is the case, then what does that say for
us Black and brown Americans who have survived the terror
of enslavement, Jim and Jane Crow lynchings and raping, red summer,

red lining the clan then and now, as well as
white racist terrorizing of black people and burning down their towns, segregation, discrimination, gingrification,
stripping of our civil rights, and ongoing attack on voting
rights to the black and brown people of America, only
to have a president who has directed the entire federal
government to not celebrate the achievements of black and brown Americans.

You see, the audacity of this idiot is that by
not allowing us and the country to celebrate some of
its most gifted, ethnically diverse leaders, then he has also
unknowingly highly motivated black and brown people to ensure that
we do celebrate black and brown leadership and achievement more
so than ever before this month and hopefully in your

(22:31):
years to come. Now, in spite of his disdain for
black achievements, scholarship, and our fight for civil rights, and
his further attempts to erase the racist and genocidal history
of white atrocities against black people from textbooks and the
minds of black Americans. But wait, we now have the
convicted felon in the Puzzle Palace formerly known as the
White House, who decided to issue a proclamation recognizing February

(22:55):
twenty twenty five as Black History Month. So let's figure
this out. On the one hand, he directs the federal
government to not celebrate historical achievements, but then turns around
and pens a proclamation which celebrates black achievement. Just goes
to show you how massively confused and ignorant he and
his white nationalist cronies are. I guess at the last minute,

Trump thought it would be wise to not totally infuriate
and abandon and show his hand about exploiting black his
black supporters, which he really doesn't give a damn about
to begin with, or else he would be promoting diversity, equity,
and inclusion. But remember, he is a tyrant, a demagogue,
and an oligarch with no conscience. And where there is
no conscience, there is no empathy or compassion nor love

for one's fellow person. But let's take a brief look
at the President's Black History Month proclamation, which focused primarily
on quote celebrating the contributes contributions of Black American patriots
who have indelibly shaped our nation's history unquote, but what
is missing is that there is no clear mention of
racial inequities, discrimination, or the legacy of slavery. The proclamation

recognized historical figures such as abolitionist Frederick Douglas and Harriet Tubman,
as well as living prominent Black people like economists and
conservative Thomas Soule, justice Clarence Thomas, and golf legend Tiger Woods,
noting quote these achievements which have monumentally advanced the tradition
of equity under the law in our great country and

(24:24):
continues to serve as an inspiration for all Americans unquote.
But a professor of education, business in public and public policy,
whose name is doctor Sean Harper, no kin to me.
There is a brother by doctor Shawn Harper at the
University of Southern California, called the President's latest proclamation quote
sanitized and incomplete. Unquote. He stated, quote America's black history

(24:47):
includes slavery, Jim Crow, separate and unequal schooling. Red lining
racial violence and far too many well documented in equities.
A sanitized proclamation that fails to acknowledge any of this
is incomplete and inconsistent with prior years unquote. He went
on to say, quote, don't wish us a happy Black
History Month after having spent on the graves of black

heroes and she roes who died in pursuit of unfulfilled promises.
To us, it's offensive unquote. So why is the prominent
black African American scholar and professor offended? Well, for one,
because Rump has launched a crusade against businesses, organizations, and
corporations and even the military that promotes diversity, equity, and

inclusion and putting an end to federal DEI programs, and
as I reported last week, he also directed all federal
DEI staff to be put on leave and eventually laid off,
as well as ordering US schools to stop teaching what
he calls critical race theory, which is a total lie
because it's not being taught to begin with. Now. He
made this proclamation on Friday, just as his Department of

(25:50):
Defense was announcing it would no longer recognize or celebrate
other national other months dedicated to specific cultural or gender identities.
Now let's put our thinking caps on again. How can he,
on the one hand, acknowledge and praise black heroes and
she rose, then turn around and ban recognizing or celebrating,
must dedicate it to other cultural groups heroes and she rows. Well,

(26:14):
the issue is that if he realizes or someone in
hopefully someone in the White House will realize that who's
not walking on their IQ at least recognizes that you
can't do both those things at the same time, which
he's trying to do. Okay, So what do you expect
out of an administration? Administration that tells two million government

(26:35):
workers that they're authorized to resign and not come to
work and still get paid eight months severance pay and benefits.
So let's see you bribe hard working federal employees to
take a buyout, only to have this order temporarily blocked
by judges. And I am sure that you've heard that.
On January twenty second, a memo from the Office of
Personal Management gave workers thirty days to return back to

(26:58):
their in person eight to five at their office. But
what office will they Department of Personal Management send workers
to due to a lack of office space? Which employees
with employees sitting on top of each other, again an
example of the stupidity of this administration and the stress
it is placing on federal workers to resign. Because co
President Musk's Department of Government Efficiency has targeted federal buildings

(27:22):
for cuts and even terminated leases for three office spaces.
You know, we should not be surprised with telling people
in the federal government that they must go back to
their office and then to find out that they have
no office to return to, because this is the same
as allowing the Palestinian people over two million or so
to return to Gaza and other parts of Palestine, but

(27:42):
then to return to where there's no places for them
to go as well. However, lawyers who are arguing against
this buyout plan claim that it is an unlawful ultimatium
to force the resignation of government workers under the threat
of mass termination. Also that this plan directs federal agencies
to violate a key standard established nearly eighty years ago

(28:03):
known as the Administrative Procedure Act. The Administrative Procedure Act,
which is an act drawn up as a way to
protect against agencies overreach. In this case, presidential Executive overreach.
It requires agencies to create opportunities for the public to
comment on proposed rules and regulations before adopting and implementing them.

(28:24):
It also protects against actions that might be deemed arbitrary
and capricious. Arbitrary and capricious, let's define these terms. Arbitrary
means a decision based on a random choice or a
whim rather than on reason, and capricious means given to
sudden and unaccountable changes of mood or behavior. So when

(28:46):
a president draws up an executive order which does not
make good sense, makes it up on a whim, does
not do so based on facts, does not give the
public the opportunity to comment on the proposed rules and regulations.
And when the executive order is given by a person
who has displayed changes in moods of behavior, well, as
I've already alluded to. As of this week, some course

(29:07):
have temporarily blocked and more will also block media Rump's
executive orders. But what about the thousands upon thousands, upon
thousands upon thousands of federal workers who took part in
the monetary bait hook and sink, line and sinker. Were
they smart future thinkers who carefully thought out this offer
in spite of the new president in town basically giving

(29:29):
them several days to make the decision, or or have
they made some mistakes in terms of being the ones
who basically have signed their souls over to being fired.
We shall see now. One lesson that we get from
the author of the book, Timothy Snyder, and again the book.
The title of the book again is his titling Tyranny

(29:53):
Twenty lessons from the twentieth century, is that we should
never do what he calls obey in advance. Obey in
it advance or baying in advance is given advance before
having having. Being in advance is basically as basically making
decisions to do things without without your due diligence and

looking into these things to determine whether or not they're
legitimate or whether they're not legal experts are basically saying
that this is not something that is legitimate that people
have gotten themselves into. With this particular point, So is
it a fraud? Is it a maga trap designed to
trick workers into quitting with no congressional approval of this scheme,

no guarantee of funding, and no legitimacy and not knowing
if the president who is making the offer has the
legal authority to make such an offer, or has the
buyout money in the first place. Frankly, knowing the history
of this convicted felon in the Puzzle Palace, one should
be immediately alert that anything that he says may not
be of truth, and that we may continue to expect

him to lie. This is what obeying in advance is
all about, when we start making decisions based on pressure
that he is being put on people, and we impulsively
move in a direction that may not be in our
best interest. But wait, we're now hearing that Rump is
reportedly angry about the deportation numbers that aren't as high

as he had promised, and that immigration officials have not
been able to meet his campaign promise of carrying out
the largest deportation in the US history within days of
taking office. But so what Believe me? He will still
lie and say that he is deporting massive numbers of
repeat illegal immigrants who are vicious criminals, but in reality,

figures from last week were that only eight thousand. Yet
what I said, Only eight thousand undocumented migrants have been
arrested and nearly five hundred had been released, Yes, released.
As I stated last week, why somebody forgot to tell
Rump that there was no place to put these human beings?
Didn't anybody in the puzzle Palace have enough sense, which

in this place clearly is not common to have, that
you cannot catch and detain people if there is no
place to detain people at the stuff there?

about our kids being and I thought that our kids
were being injected with some kind of drugs to make
them so aggressive when they got older. At some of
these clinics, I thought that they might have been giving

our kids something to make them act this way, because
it was people were saying it was the drugs, it
was the food and all. But I just forgured it
wasn't that, because everybody was doing that. But what I
don't understand Robert Kennedy Kennedy Jr. I read an article
about him saying that black and white should be given
different injection vaccination because our immune systems are different. And

I know they were experimenting with the black soldiers with
the siphlings and all, and I just couldn't understand why
our kids had started acting out so aggressively, and they
were doing the study on mice and stuff, you know,
to see how they would react to certain drugs. So
what do you think about Kennedy saying that about black
and white should be given different vaccination because our immune

system is so differently, Doctor Hopper.

Well, I've never heard an African American physician and a
research and make that kind of a statement. And anything
that Kennedy says needs to be needs to be taken
with a grain of caution because he's he's also a
person that comes about with a lot of conspiracy theories
about what these drugs are doing. Now, I think that
that drugs have different effects on people, and that some

people may may have consequences that we don't really that
much about because there's so few. But I think in general,
when we talk about Kennedy being responsible for anything, I
think we have to first look at the person who's
who's who's making these kinds of statements and ask ourselves,
is does he really have any credential to even make
these statements. He does not. He's not a researcher. He's

not a physician, you know, he's not an epidemiologist. So
when he starts making these kind of statements based on
what he claims he's read, he doesn't make much sense
to me when he talks. So but again, again, black
there there there, there's research that says that that that
there's certain medications which are being marketed only to black
people versus white people. So we need to be aware

of that that is the case, and that there's a
market behind saying that this works with blacks and this
works with white So we have to be careful because
there's probably not very much research behind any of that.

some inequality in their in their service. Parks are integrated,
yet we see a difference there. So I believe we
were more focused on integration and not necessarily equality. And
so the continued lies coming from you know, federal administration

And as far as the confusion, I'm not confused about
Donald Trump, and we should not be confused either. I

brings us together because when we have a white counterpart
of whomever that that's that's leading this operation of separate separation,
then the same now we're coming to the table and saying, oh,
we we need to pay more attention to the way

my part, And the more important thing is that we
do not lie to ourselves if we see a lie
