Speaker 1 (00:02):
Wake up. It gets my day going. It makes me laugh.
I of it. Mac and Schmitty in the morning on
Star one oh five point seven were good for it.
Schmitty be Friday, oh don't you know? And Happy Friday
to you. I gotta be a pretty nice one too.
We'll see clouds early on. We're gonna get a bit
brighter this afternoon as that sun breaks. Free attempts getting

(00:25):
up out right about seventy degrees. But I did at
SCHMITTI I was successful. I mean, I need to get
through this entire week while continuing to wear shorts.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Those you'll like get excited about not wearing shorts like
high adoor a hoodie and a legging and a comfy boot.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
That's because I was gonna say if I could get
I get excited, I guess about wearing sweatpants or joggers,
but like other types of pants. No, I'm never excited
to wear other types of pants.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Yeah, but joggers all that. Come on, get ready for it.
It's fabulous. You don't have to wear real clothes. Ladies
will get me on this. You don't have to are
real bra until May of twenty twenty five. Like I
just saw this incredible TikTok yesterday that was like, nobody's
gonna know, They're gonna know, nobody's gonna know what am
I wearing under this hoodie and oversized vest? Who could know?

(01:13):
But I'm comfy.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I'm not asking those questions.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Movies, music, and all the gossip in one place.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
It's the celebritiescoop on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
We'll start with the continuing investigation into rapper Ditty. Of course,
we know that at least one attorney that plans to
represent one hundred and twenty accusers has said some big
names in Hollywood will be coming out in this investigation,
and rumors have been flying the last couple of weeks
that Ashton Kutcher might be one of those. However, multiple

(01:46):
sources with knowledge of the Ditty probe say Ashton is
in no way a target of the federal criminal investigation. Additionally,
a source says, this narrative has got to stop. Ashton
has nothing to do you do with this, zero involvement,
zero knowledge of these Diddy activities. Ashton, like everyone else
in Hollywood, attended a Diddy party twenty years ago. Any

(02:10):
reports indicating that Ashton is terrified that Diddy could run
to the FEDS with false allegations about him to lessen
his jail time are absolutely false. While the two were
acquaintances for a couple decades like many other big stars
that would attend things like white parties, that's all, and
Ashton had no idea about what was going on.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah, that's the craziness of this entire story though, right
is like, let's just say for a second, obviously it's
on another side of the planet. Taylor Swift has got
crazy allegations against her, and now all of a sudden,
everybody who's ever gotten a photo with their army around
Taylor Swift, they're like, look it. They were like best friends.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
And that's what we've been saying for weeks since this
indictment came out. It's like, wow, there are going to
be a lot of names that will probably be dragged
into the tabloids that might not have anything to do
with this. After a tremendous amount of contra Alec Baldwin's
film Rust is getting its moment in the spotlight, officially

(03:06):
set to premiere next month at Poland's Inersia Camera Image
International Cinematography Film Festival. Three years after that tragic accidental
shooting of cinematographer Helena Hutchins Rust will hit the big
screen in Poland. The event will also feature a special
panel to honor her life. Director Joel Souza, who is

(03:29):
also hurt in that twenty twenty one accident, will be
at the start of the panel, joining him cinematographer Bianca Klein,
who actually stepped in to finish the film, as well
as Stephen Lighthill, one of Helena's film school mentors. However,
Worth pointing out Alec Baldwin will not be attending the premiere,
and as for the rest of the cast, still up

(03:50):
in the air if they will have any part of
this very interesting.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
I was surprised that was coming out until you mentioned
the part that it's going to be shown at a
specific festival for Cinemata and that they're going to go
ahead and honor the photographer, the cinematographer who lost her life.
I think that's kind of a great way of doing this.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I've had the story months and months and months ago
that her husband had come up with this idea and
was like, I'm okay with the movie getting finished, I'm
okay if we do it this certain way. To honor
her efforts, So it does seem like there is a
very poignant reason for it. Finally, Jennifer Aniston was Jimmy
Kimmel Live the other night to set a few things
straight about crazy rumors that have shown up in tabloids

(04:30):
about her, some of which, of course not true at all,
but it might shock you. The ones that are.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
You installed a four thousand dollars anti aging water filter
in your home for your dogs. That is not true.
That is not true. You travel abroad with jars of olives? Yes, okay,
do you have a ziplock bag filled with your dead
therapist to ashes? That one's a little bit true, right,

(05:05):
a little true.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Yeah, It's a fantastic interview, And honestly, some of the
true rumors are really going to shock you. I've got
it posted with your scoop at West Michigan Star dot com.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Sometimes does not get a good feeling, Well, let's put
a little positivity on this Friday at Star wentle Fine
point seven. Macka schmiddy with feeling good right now. And
this is just a cool update to a story I
told you bound to just over a week ago about
a Vicksburg couple who welcomed their son at a Kalamazoo
brewery that just happened to be one of their favorite spots,

(05:41):
Aaron and Kyle Baker, and of course they are still
in complete awe of the amazing birth of their son,
Forrest Wells Baker, who came into the world a little
faster than mom and Dad explained or thought they would.
And uh even has the nine to one one called
to prove it, turing the.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
One Well Brewing Company parking lot who would randomly pop
our heads outside of rooms in our house, being like,
we just had a baby in a car in front
of One Well Brewery.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Yeah, a wild scene unfolded as they were on their
way to the hospital but wouldn't quite make it, so
they had to call nine one one and the place
that they happened to pull over happened to be a
brewery that they frequent all the time, the One Well
Brewery there in Kalamba Zoo. And just yesterday, SCHMIDI, this
is so cool. The brewery celebrating ten years in business
this month. Welcome to the family and the little one

(06:35):
who was named after the brewery. Forrest Wells Baker into
the brewery to brew their own special beer for the
little guy schmiddy idea one well put on their Facebook page.
We had some special guests at the brewery today for
a special brew in honor of a very special story.
By now, you've surely heard about Forest Wells Baker's amazing
entry into the world, so of course we had to

(06:57):
celebrate it the best way we know with a commemorative
brew erin and Kyle even gave Trevor the brewmaster a
little help with some hop and secret additions. They've not
said when they're going to release the beer quite yet.
The family was literally just in there yesterday starting to
brew it up. But we'll definitely keep you posts. I
thought it was really cool.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Did just say they made the cover story of People magazine?

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Are you serious? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (07:17):
I thought earlier this week you got had an incredible
article written up about it. Very very fun, awesome all right.
As continued cleanup efforts in those Hurricane Helene devastated areas
remains top of mind for all of us, there is
a literal symbol of resilience and hope that's been spotted
in the community of Chimney Rock. Western North Carolina hit

(07:41):
exceptionally hard, but State Park's teams were able to make
their way to the tippy top of Chimney Rock and
put up a giant American flag and a Facebook post.
Chimney Rock State Park employees expressed gratitude, saying, in the
face of the unimagined tragedy, our region and community are enduring.

(08:03):
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our State Parks teams
for reaching the rock and proudly raising the flag as
a symbol of hope for all of western North Carolina,
and that hope comes in the hands of friends and
neighbors helping each other. Another big story out of Western
North Carolina. A dad, a dad he needed to help,

(08:25):
couldn't stand by and decided to start filling giant trucks
and literally driving them himself to hand out anything and
everything that was needed to victims. WXII News twelve actually
caught up with his daughters, who helped with the mission.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
Once we were able to hear from my dad, he
came down and we loaded his truck up and he
immediately turned right back around and took it up to
Ash County to the fire department and said, this is great,
I need more. Everybody wanted to help. Turns out people
just didn't know where to start.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
These are our people and they need help.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
And my dad has always been a helper and always
super supportive of people, and he was happy to jump
in where he could and this is just what he
could do.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Hope is in the people. So very incredible stuff.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Yeah, Chimney Rock just absolutely devastated by that too, So
a special place for that to be. Going up, sitting
all right, Feeling good comes out you a couple of
times today. I always want to be here for you
to give you that positive boost that we all need,
especially before we go into our workday. So let's do
it again. Coming up at nine to twenty this morning.
Here on Start one if five point seven.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Movies, music and all the gossip in one place.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
It's the celebritiescoop on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Okay, this is like a bonus feeling good. Eminem sharing
the music video for his super emotional song Temporary yesterday
where he gave the news he's gonna be a grandpa.
Oh my gosh, in this really cool moment, I.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
Know that you was gonna take us the hardest, sweetie
kid up. I know that this is breaking your hardest,
the hardest thing I've ever wrote, Hailey, sweetheartest okay for
you to let me go baby, I promise.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
You for It's a really cool part of the video.
Haley Jade, his daughter, walks out with a personalized Lions
jersey and he turns it around and sees Grandpa one
on the back before sharing a picture of the sonogram

(10:22):
and I just I'm happy and at the same time,
lis emmin Emma Graham.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
That's the part that's no.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
It can't ruin any part of this because it is
so cool. You can see Haley so excited to tell
him about it, as of course her and hubby Evan,
who got married just back in May, are thrilled to
be soon to be first time parents.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
I'm sorry, but the frosted tips in me Schmidty just
can't accept that.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
And you follow me on Facebook at Schmidt in the Midt.
I don't think I've ever shared the video of me
telling my parents about Will with customized cups jerseys. I'm
gonna post in just a couple minutes because i think
jersey baby reveals are the cutest things ever. All right,
onto other breaking scoop Garth Brooks with a scandalous allegation

(11:13):
made a makeup artist is saying that he assaulted her.
The deal is The Country Star is now being sued
by woman who claims she was with his wife, Tricia,
and her makeup artist had been her hairstylist for years
before Garth allegedly attacked and raped her in a hotel

(11:34):
room back in two thousand and nineteen. Garth has responded
to the allegation, saying he has been hassled to no
end with threats, lies, tragic tales of what my future
would be if I did not write a check for
many millions of dollars. It has been like having a
loaded gun waved in my face. The documents from this

(11:59):
victum have some very very intense allegations of this incident,
but Garth is saying this is nothing more than extortion
and defamation of character. So we'll see.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
I hope that's the case.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
I do too.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
Everybody was quite surprised.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
I will be interested to see what Tricia Yearwood's reaction
looks like. If this person was her hair and makeup
person for years, as stated in this lawsuit, you would
think that her reaction would be pretty telling.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
So she says this was May of twenty nineteen and
claims Garth took her with him to LA for a
Grammy tribute and when she boarded his private plane, she
noticed they were the only ones traveling together, which she
says was very unusual, and that's how the incident began. Finally,
we will go to Travis Kelcey, who is apparently as

(12:52):
a good boyfriend would throw in some cute tailors swift nods.
Thanks to his new role in Grotesque Ray This is
that Ryan Murphy show that just premiered on FBX. Kelsey
introduced his Ed lochlinn He's a recovering drug addict working
as a nurse. Just made his debut two nights ago
in episode three. It's very cute. So andy Ce Nash

(13:16):
is in this. Her character ends up crashing a car
and then landing her in the hospital, Ed as her nurse,
where he ends up escaping with her in a red
convertible very similar to the getaway car from Taylor's twenty
seventeen Reputation album. I don't know if that was planned

(13:36):
or not. I would like to think it is, because
I like little Easter rep eggs.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
I was gonna say, you feel like he's taken the
whole Easter egg thing. That's cute.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
Thanks very swifty. Got the scene for you if you
want to see it. West Michigan Star dot Com with your.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Scoop's starting on five point seven. Good morning to you.
It's Mac and Schmidty. You know they say the holiday
season is the most stressful time of the year for people.
I don't think I get stressed by the holidays. I
think I get stressed by people like you and like
this that tell me that I'm supposed to be doing something.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
A ready, man, it's not me. Let's put the blame
where the blame belongs. It would be WXYZ in Detroit
that decided to do a man on the street report
about whether or not October is too early to start
your holiday shopping. I saw this headline yesterday and I
my chest tightened because I'm like, what, Like, I'm still

(14:23):
searching for one of my two children's Halloween costumes. I'll
be honest, I have not even thought about my Christmas
gifts yet. So they talk to a few people, including
this guy who sides with us.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
You gotta get through the other holidays first.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Got to get through We got Halloween first, then I
got Thanksgiving, and then once after Thanksgiving, account how many
nieces and nephews I have and we get it done.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
I would love to know how early you start your shopping,
and I don't want it. Like there's some really wonderful
human beings out there. They're like, I do it all
year long, right, and that's brilliant. You know, you go.
My mom's a little bit like that. She's really good.
If she goes on trips, she usually finds at least
a Christmas gift for someone. Like she told us they
went to We're going to go down south somewhere back

(15:06):
in June, and she already bought three of us gifts.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
Those are those amazing gift givers, right. My older brother
is like the world's greatest gift giver, and he has
all this extra thought and effort that he puts into
everyone's gift. It's honestly really annoying. But for me, I
am a last minute shopper. A lot of the times,
I would say I do the bulk of my shopping
after December fifteenth. It's pathetic. I know it's terrible, but

(15:30):
I have, as I've gotten older, had that slowly start
to move backwards and be more prepared as I go
through I've realized, especially for my wife, my kids are easy.
I feel like they just want stuff. Yeah, but when
it comes to you and your significant other, I feel
like you got to put a little more thought and
effort into it.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
I'll be honest. I was thinking about talking to my
siblings and saying, hey, since the four of us have kids, now,
why don't we just not get anything for each other
and just put the money towards the gifts.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Well, you have any rule breakers in that though, because
that's what happens in my family. We came to that
conclusion just a few years ago and everybody had kids,
and immediately people started breaking the rules. Namely again that
older brother who's the good gift giver just wants to
give you his gift. That's great, it's so much thought.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Let me tell you, there is zero gilt. I'm feeling
zero zero percent. I'm like, wonderful, that's so nice of you.
I got you nothing like we spoke about six weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
As we agreed upon, we shook on it and said no
gifts exchange.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Oh my gosh, have you already started your Christmas shopping.
I'm gonna call out my sister in law. She got
her first Christmas gift for this season December twenty eighth,
twenty twenty three. She was she went and took Christmas
returns back saw something that was like, this is perfect,
and she has been holding onto it for my brother

(16:51):
in law for almost a year.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
Do you have that kind of willpower? I don't have
the kind of willpower. If I bought something on December
twenty eighth, guess what it would be your late Christmas
gift that I gave to you on December twenty ninth.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
Six one six, four five eight, one oh five seven,
Like what does your Christmas shopping look like? I would
like to point out what lesa road on Facebook? And
I think this is a very real problem. I shop
all year. If I see something I like for someone,
I love it, I buy it. Problem becomes storing presence
without losing that very Christmas vacation. When he's in the

(17:21):
attic and finds the Mother's Day gift in the rap first.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
You ever had the experience of like, who did I
buy this for? Again? Mack and Schmitty in the Morning
on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
Times, Spill into Tay time.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Spill the teo Sweetheart, we shall spill said tea, because
that's what we do every Friday. We line up your guys,
if your dirt, this stuff going on in your life,
it's tea time here on starletal five point seven. Mack
and Spitty with you and man Oo Priorities, Priority, Smitty.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
A patient, new mom. I guess got the message.

Speaker 4 (17:53):
Morning.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
We've got serious drama in the group thanks to fantasy football.
Our friend Claire just had a second baby a few
weeks ago, and twelve hours after she was born, Claire's husband,
my husband's best friend, left the hospital and went to
his fantasy draft. Claire did not speak up, but she

(18:14):
was ticked and still is. Claire is pretty much forbid
her husband from hanging with the guys as punishment. The
rest of us are like, yeah, it was a lame move.
But weeks later, should we talk her off the ledge
or stay out of it.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
I mean, let's be let's look at this practically here.
Does it sound bad, yes, But twelve hours after the
baby was born, I'm pretty sure all we're doing is
resting up mom, and the baby's just chilling, trying to
eat all that stuff. So maybe you have to move
the draft and everything. Yeah, champions. Okay, Schmidty are willing

(18:50):
to sacrifice, and what I hear right here is a
man who may be the champion of his fantasy football league.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
He similarly to April. She said, some of us do
want rest and if we're in the hospital, would rather
be left alone. But it's pretty different if she wanted
him there for her and he went anyway, that's a
jerk move. Brian agrees. He said, even from a serious
football fan, she has a right to be po'ed. I'm

(19:19):
surprised no one, because I really thought i'd hear at
least from the men going, well, lose her baby, Like
I really thought. I really thought somebody would comment with that.
I oh, gosh, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Stacy says, stay out like it's I think. I think
you've got to let the two of them work this
one out, and just understand you may never see your
friend again.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
That might happen.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Six one six four five eight one oh five seven.
You got some advice to drop in tea time or
comment on our Facebook at West Michigan Star.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Moodies Music and all the gossip in one place.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
It's the celebritiescoop on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 2 (19:59):
Well, this could be a big problem for country artist
Garth Brooks, who has been accused of assault and rape
according to a makeup artist. The country singer being sued
by a woman who claims she was his wife, Tricia
Yearwood's makeup and hairstylist for years before he hired her

(20:20):
to work for him in the same role. In the lawsuit,
a woman claims back in May of twenty nineteen, Garth
took her with him to LA for a Grammy tribute,
but when she pourted his private jets, she noticed they
were the only ones traveling, which was highly unusual. She claims.
They got to La, she found out Garth had only
rented one hotel room for the both of them, denied
her request for her own room, and suddenly Garth appeared

(20:43):
in the hotel doorway, completely naked, dragging her onto a
bed in another room, overpowering her and assaulting her. Now.
Garth responded fairly quickly after this was made public, saying quote,
I've been hassled to no with threats, lies, and tragic
tales of what my future would be if I did

(21:04):
not write a check for many millions of dollars it's
been like having a loaded gun waved in my face.
He went on to claim that any of these allegations
are absolutely false, accusing this victim of extortion and defamation
of characters.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Yeah, like I said, you know, you hope it didn't
happen for the victim's sake and for growth's sake obviously. Yeah,
but it's one of those things where I'll be I
said earlier, I'm really interested to see what Trisha Yearwood
does because I feel like that's going to be extremely
telling about this situation.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
So I just checked Tricia's x account. She has not
posted in the last couple days other breaking scoop. The
world has really been reintroduced to the Menendez brother's case.
Those of you of a certain age will remember how
very pivotal this was in pop culture. Eric and Lyle Menendez,

(21:59):
convicted of killing their parents, Jose and Kitty, jailed back
in nineteen ninety for life. Well, they may be going free.
In a huge update yesterday, the La County District Attorney's
office has officially said they are reviewing the case and
may either grant a brand new trial for the boys

(22:22):
or update sentencing, in which case they could go free
after having time served. This really started to gain traction
yesterday after Kim Kardashian came out publicly she met with
the brothers just a few days ago, saying that these
are kind, intelligent and honest men, adding they should have
their life sentences reconsidered. This all stems from the fact

(22:45):
that the brothers have claimed they were molested by their
father for years, evidence that was not allowed to be
brought up in that second trial. Last year, You'll remember,
one of the members of Minudo came out in a
documentary claiming they too had been assaulted by Jose Menendez
over a period of years. That made the La District
County Court say, well, if this was evidence that should

(23:07):
have been presented and we did wrong, we need to
relook at this and it could mean the brothers are out.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
I mean, it's so messed up and scheddi. I'm going
to relate to you. I want to ask you this
question because I know I go to you not to
say that you're an expert, but I know you've spent
some time watching a lot of documentaries, Oh yeah, on
this about the Menendez brothers, and so what is your
take on this?

Speaker 2 (23:28):
I so I've watched four documentaries about this before the
Netflix special which just dropped, And honestly, it was really
really shocking to me that when that second trial happen,
because I believe the first trial was a hung jury, okay,
and I think they were quitted that way. I'm surprised
at that second trial they did not let any of
these allegations in and I thought, Wow, that's that's gonna
come up later. I feel like, yeah, and it sounds

(23:50):
like that's exactly what's happening. TikTok has also been very,
very big in this wanting the brothers to get granted
a new trial.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Is it weird that I am a little more annoyed
that Kim Kardashian is once again involved herself in some
high profile case and it looks like she's the gatekeeper
of getting in and out of the prison this time.
That's wild.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Finally, it turns out that NFL players themselves are digging
the Taylor Swift Effect. The Athletic asked over one hundred
nflers earlier this season about the Swift Effect, of course,
kicking off in September of last year, after she showed
up to that first Chiefs game and the Athletic send

(24:28):
the players are all just fine with it. In fact,
seventy four out of one hundred and two viewed the
singer's interest in the game as massively positive. Twenty three
more said they'd be simply fine if it continued, and
only five were critics saying she was getting unnecessary coverage.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
I would actually really love to see who those five
players are, only just for the that would come out
of it.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Get all of your celeb scoop at West Michigan start.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Let's talk some mythical creatures here, SCHMIDDI because Bigfoot is
in the news yet again, and I just I would understand.
So this video has just gone viral of apparent's big
Bigfoot sighting in Oklahoma, And unlike most bigfoot videos, this
one's actually pretty clear. You know, it was taken on
a modern device, so it's not all super granny and stuff.

(25:14):
You actually get a pretty good look at this supposed Bigfoot.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
So well, here's some background that I think may convince me. Okay,
this isn't Lawton, I believe, which is just outside of
Oklahoma City, and there's a military base nearby.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Okay, so you think this is Bigfoot? This creature that
can live for a very long time, or is he
like part of a family and he breeds and so
we've seen lots of different Bigfoot. That's all I'm confused about,
because nobody's ever like with the Locknest monster. Oh, I'm
pretty sure the original died back in the eighteen hundreds,
and now these are his ancestors. Nobody's saying that. They're

(25:49):
basically like, no, this lock Nest thing, you can live
forever if you want them to. Yeah, I don't. When
I look at something like this, it just amazes me
how much people gravitate to it, because, oh, yeah, I'm
from Holton Lake, Michigan originally, and that town is sasquatch
crazy up there, Schmitty, you can buy shirts at every
other stay up They're sightings all the time, and people

(26:10):
literally will travel in hopes of being the ones that
spot the Bigfoot, and the skeptic in me just couldn't
think it's any dummer. Oh.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
One of our coworkers is sasquatch obsessed. The whole reason
I did the story. On my other show this morning,
he was like, where was bigfoot scene? They said, right
outside Oklahoma City, man, and it is a crystal Caleier
TikTok video.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
It really is. Oh, actually, let's give you a listen.
This is the Bigfoot video we've got up for you
on our Facebook page at West Michigan Star Schmitty. I
mean it looks a little blair witch esque to me
as he's going through this, because it would take everything

(26:52):
in me not to go.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
Hey, oh, I wouldn't do that. I would say, of
all the Bigfoot videos I've seen, this one seems the
most like a person in a costume. Okay, maybe that's
because it is so clear, but I know you mentioned
like Lochness, Monster, Yetti, chupa cabre, Mermaids believe Mermaids. Do
you believe believe in Mermaids Mermids? There's no way we've
we have explored twenty percent of the oceans. Can you

(27:14):
say that that's false? Submersible? But you know what one
I one hundred percent believe. I believe in the Mothman.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
The moth Man, Yes, what's the like? I don't know.
I didn't even know that was something that we were
we know about the moth we had people.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Believe oh yeah, yeah yeah. And if you have watched
the most recent volume of Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix. They
do an entire episode where they interview like four separate
people that have had the most horrifying experiences. I, on
one dred percent believe in the mofman. And that's why
every morning when I drive to work, I do not
look up eyes on the road, only where my headlights sweep.

(27:54):
I have no desire to hear the flapping of wings
and see the beady red eyes.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Smacking schmitty. Let's get you feeling good some down?

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Does that get a good feel?

Speaker 2 (28:09):
All right, Lions fans, you're still riding that hype wagon
for good reason. And we've got a new hype song.
So after an incredible win over the Seahawks in Monday
Night Football, he goes by. Jeff Keach is a Detroit
native that decided to drop a pretty impressive song on

(28:32):
X that has gotten thousands of shares. If you've heard
Kendrick Lamar's Not Like Us, this song will sound a
bit familiar.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Sh we got to the Super Bowls.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
Hey, what you know about a perfect game? Brady Cold
Never which you know about a perfect game? Rogeroy never
hit the brow. He had no intersectional's best words to
describe Monday Night. It was mag Mega night. Mega fans
make a game. Maga Tron got inducted halftimes of the
Legends at a problem grate as wide receiver in the
NFL all time called me marias don't care. Detroit Westside,

(29:07):
Sam Brown throwing jer golf Darson and and his own.
But even on the receiving and he's stand at tenthos.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
Even on the receiving end, he's standing ten toes. Maybe
it's just me, but it is a minute and a
half of pure gold. Lions fans are loving this. I
wouldn't be surprised if you see a lot more of
it with those upcoming games. Of course, we have a
bye weekend for the Lions this week, but that just
means you can learn the entire song and sign for

(29:34):
your next game.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
I mean, how awesome would it be to crank that
thing up at Fort Fields, Minty?

Speaker 2 (29:38):
I mean, you will, you will, and I hope, I
hope you get a little piece of that money. Geach,
I'll put this up at West Michigan Star.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
All right, this will be short and sweet, Minty, because
I just want to invite every veteran as well as
your family members and active military in their families as well.
This weekend tomorrow the seventh Veteran Celebration by the local
and veteran own Ashley Furniture Storagechmiddy. This is really cool.
It's gonna be at the Hudsonville Fairgrounds tomorrow noon to

(30:06):
four pm and there's like face painting and bounce houses
and food and then my favorite part, there are a
ton of veteran services out there too for connecting you
with your fellow veterans, as well as things with the
VA and making sure that you're able to take advantage
of all the programs that are out there for you
and to connect with other veterans. I get to bring
my dad tomorrow for the first time. I've been hosting

(30:28):
this for six years, or this will be my six year,
but this is the first time that my Vietnam veteran
father is going to be coming with me to it.
So I'm super stoked. Tell every veteran that you know,
every active military remember in their family. It's going to
be a great day of family fund and they give
away like seventy thousand dollars worth of prizes just as
a thank.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
You, so put it on our Facebook and then you
can easily share it with that veteran in your life.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
That's right. It's actually up on our Facebook right now,
as well as on our website West Michigan Star dot com.
But you can head to my furnitureanmattress dot com to
RSVP and check out all the details. But again tomorrow
at noon at the Hudsonville Fairgrounds, it's the seventh annual
Ashley Veteran Celebration. I hope to see you over there,
and I hope to see you back here Monday morning,

(31:10):
where we are always getting you feeling good with incredible
stories about people doing good out in our world. And
we'll do it at six forty five and nine twenty
on Monday here on Star one oh five point seven
Mack and Schmidty in the morning weekday starting at six
am on Star one oh five point seven
